Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Saint Ann's Bay

The quietness of the area, lots of space for children to play. The pool! a bonus for a early morning swim.

The villa was very clean and spacious. The pool was lovely and the garden very big.

Been to different carribean islands before but the hotel was beautiful very grand entrance. hotel room was lovely very spacious we did upgrade to premium but i did hear older rooms needed refreshing and resort is full of friendly staff, i cant understand some reviews that said it was a bit run down and unfriendly staff we were worried. It was absolutely the opposite it is so lovely we loved the hotel all higher end decor. Restaurants are decorated beautifully friendly staff, the odd one isnt but you get that everywhere. Fabulous the knife steahouse, italian pizzas looked great but just not the taste we used to, buffet excellent choice every day. Lovely music playing great atomoshphere welcoming fun pool entertainment staff, excellent big sports bar all decorated modern classic. Pool is great swim up bars can either be in a slightly busy pool or quieter pool very spacious. Had such a great holiday definately a return holiday. See hummingbirds around the flowers. Entertainment on a night was okay, hotel rooms were quiet but music on lobby does play till 2pm but didnt bother us we managed to get to sleep after day in pool or at beach where great tropical fish swam about. Totally reccommend.

We just came back from a 10 day vacation and we had an incredible time at this resort. I have no complaints at all. The people working there are so friendly and helpful. Whatever you need they help you with so you can enjoy your stay. I also loved how kind they were towards my children. Our room was lovely and close to all amenities. I loved that the pool, beach and kids water park are all close to each other. Not a far walk from anything. The food was fantastic. Lots of fresh meat, fish, seafood and everything tasted great. The bars were awesome. We tried so many different drinks and even asked for special creations which the bartenders happily made. The shows were great, kids entertainment was great. Pool and beach were perfect. The water was so clear and you can even see some fish. The service at the restaurants was excellent. I have no complaints and am so happy we chose this beautiful resort with everything it had to offer. Thank you for a lovely and memorable vacation!

We liked that there were lots of places to go in the pool. We also liked the layout of the pool. Our room had a balcony and we really enjoyed that. We enjoyed the snack bar and the lunch buffet. There were lots of fish by the small beach in the cove, really great for snorkeling! As a small family of 3, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

An honest review from 13 brits abroad. Hotel- nice enough wouldnt say 5* some areas a bit run down Food- main buffet - lots of variety - customer service at the smaller restaurants was not great the ladies at the main desk at the Italian and the japanese were extremely rude and hostile to us and not accomodating to a bigger party. Main pool bar- great spot for lots of drinks and partying - dareece and tiffany are amazing entertaining staff and get everyone involved. Donna and the staff behind the main pool bar are amazing ! Entertainment- beach party at weeekend is definitely a must do ! There is also great entertainment on a sunday in the square - the night club is shut unfortunately and has been for 4 months. Should definitely do the excursions to dunnes river , bob marleys house , ricks cafe and river rafting. In general we had a fantastic holiday however i definitely think some of the staff need some training in their manners.

I like that the property had the beach all around and the pool and entertainment around the pool was excellent for adults and kids
