I took the villa with private pool it was soooo luxury 😍🔥 all thanks to Burcu, Nur, Mehrama and Sara They received us, welcomed and hosted us with respect and generosity 🙏🏻

We went there for a celebration after my wedding and it was an absolute blast. The staff were so attentive and the villas were really all in one. I would suggest the stonehouse villa if you need a pool. There are usually a lot of scammers in beautiful Sapanca but Kirkpinar Villa is already well established and they have a website available in 3 languages as well.

The villa having air condition, equipped with cooking utensils, and all the windows have the shutter option. The staff were so friendly and fast responding (especially Qamar 💕) The garden is great, had a lot of trees, I loved the swimming pool the water was cold so it’s refreshing The grocery is 4 minutes walk from the villa

I stayed in a private villa with a pool, and it was an incredible experience. I especially liked the attentive service provided by the woman managing the property, which added a personal touch to the stay. The location was perfect, and the beautifully maintained garden created a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is located in the upscale area of Masukiye. The area is located in a beautiful green area. The place is elegant, clean, and the landscape is stunning. The hotel is easy to reach. A good reception combined with the authentic Arabic way, where we were received with Arabic coffee, incense and dates. Rooms are elegant and adequate in size, and all services are available. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was varied. Not a buffet, probably because there weren't many guests. But it was varied and very delicious. They also asked me if I wanted anything else to provide. In short, the hotel is one of the best hotels in the region. I will return again if I have the opportunity to travel to the area

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The suite was spacious. The location is great. Roof restaurant has a variety of food and it was tasty. The hotel has many fun activities for kids. I liked it so much it really felt like home. I highly recommend it.

This is nice villa with a swimming pool at a great location in Sapanca. However it looks like it was not maintained well over time, for examples, the kitchen cabinets do not open and close properly. We had a plumbing problem in one of bathrooms that was fixed on the second day. The sun umbrella next to the pool is damaged, it doesn’t open and close properly, the remote was missing for one of the tvs, etc. I also think that the host can make things a bit more convenient for guests by providing more than a single roll of toilet paper and paper towel. There is an expression machine in the kitchen but there were no capsules, I couldn’t find the capsules in nearby stores either.

Our stay was incredible. Thanks to the kind staff and the owner for their interest and prompt assistance. The villa was extremely clean and spotless. We enjoyed the heated pool, it was very hot and privacy is a plus. The rooms are big and well-decorated. The kitchen is very clean and we found everything we need. We also enjoyed the enormous fire pit and barbecue. I am very happy to choose New Balturk Villas in Sapanca with my family, the location is also very nice, on the Bagdat Street, many places to see and enjoy. It was like hotel-experience but also felt like owning a huge villa. I really recommend to everybody as a very helpful, reliable facility for a luxury experience. Thanks again.

Perfect place very clean and new big rooms and fully equipped kitchen there's nothing i didn't like in this villas it's heated pool and the staff was very respectful i didn't actually believe that it would be like in the photos but honestly it was better much better thank you very much for your kindness and interest in us ^⁠_⁠^

The villa is really beautiful and it was very clean. The pool and the garden are very nice. The staff are very friendly and will come to help in a matter of minutes any time of day or night! You can reach them on whatsapp very easily. The location is incredible. You are right on a street full of restaurants and cafes with a really nice walk.

Regarding the breakfast It was accepted .. simple but rich .. as it was not officially a hotel ..the breakfast was prepared by a third party and brought to the place daily around 10 am .. but u can ask to be sent earlier ..directly to the people who bring it daily ..

The sraff are great and helpful. The villa is clean and large and comfortable. The view of thre sunset from the garden and balcony is charming. The place is quite and peaceful.

The location and view was amazing, the pool and villa are very nice. There is a place for barbecue and a place to tan around the pool and i was able to order shisha to the villa. There was cooking facility in the kitchen, tea , coffee, pots, plates etc. staff were helpful although they don’t speak english

Wonderful View , relaxing environment .. we stayed as a family with the kids and both environment and the house was very relaxing and peacifull. Breakfast is great , pool is always warm and environment is safe, suitable for the kids. We had great time and will come back for sure !!

I recommend you request the outdoor wood fire, its with extra money but worth it, pool is heated and clean, everything was perfect

attention to details and cleanliness. the owners are very responsive, we reported an issue with the shower and it got fixed within the hour. kids loved the swimming pool.

This is an amazing property, we are in hotels 100 days of the year and this was a great property, especially for Turkey. Great view, decor, the private pool was hot enough to use even when it was raining. Stayed in a few other properties in this town and by far this was the best. Good simple breakfast served right to our door and was hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Very patient we had a late arrival due to traffic problems and they were still there waiting and friendly. Such a nice place we booked an additional night because we just wanted to enjoy it more. So if that is not a huge compliment I don’t know what is.

The villa was clean, the team was very responsive, and the view was second to none.

The staff is very friendly from the manager to the receptionests to the waiters, they are all speack english. The location is amazing with nice nature around. The swimming pool is always clean. The hotel itself is small with only around 20 villas, but has all the activities we need from swimming pool, spa, turkish bath. The mananger advise us to go to some restaurants around, they were all very nice. If i will cone back definitely i will stay here.

The place is so luxury and so beautiful, breathtaking, greet stuff, from cleaning to reception to restaurant. Pure Turkish breakfast. So fresh, great Coffee. Pool and Spa AMAZING, massages and cleanest Turkish bath and saunas I have ever been. We extended our stay three more nights as we loved every single this about this place.

Gayet iyi değerlendirilmiş küçük bir alana kurulu tesiste binalar çok modern, iç ve dış mekanlar çok çok temiz, mobilya ve dekorasyon çok yeni ve modern ve bir o kadar da rahattı. Kaldığımız aile dubleksinin çok konforlu ve 4-6 kişi için ideal olduğunu düşünüyorum. Binaların önlerindeki mini verandalar ve rahat geniş hamaklar çok kullanışlı. Ortak kullanım için havuz biraz küçük ama her saat kullanılabilmesi ve günde en az 2-3 defa temizlenmesi çok güzel. Türk hamamı, saunası da biraz küçük ama çok temiz, çok güzel dekore edilmiş ve personel inanılmaz güleryüzlü.. Sapanca bölgesi için en yüksek puan ve tüm yıldızları hakediyor. Huzurlu ve sakin bir tatil için ideal.

Ailece 3 gece kaldık. Ödediğimiz ücret az değil ama bence karşılığını aldık. Kahvaltısı düzgün, taze simit servisi bile vardı. Ortalamanın çok üzerinde kalitede spa ve masaj hizmeti vardı. Bizim için en güzel detay, bir görevli arkadaşın yakıp bize teslim ettiği mangaldı. Elbette ücret karşılığı verilen bir hizmet ama bence bir tatil için çok güzel bir detay. ana yol üzeri olması büyük avantaj, Carrefour ve pek çok market yakında. Kırkpınar yani Sapanca'nın merkezine çok yakın olması da büyük bir avantaj. Arabayla zaten 2 dakika ama arabasız da yürünebilecek bir mesafe. Personeli son derece modern ve güler yüzlüydü. Bahar ve yaz mevsiminde tekrar gidebiliriz.

A very calm, relaxing, quiet location, you can only hear birds and waterfall. Staff was very helpful. Don't miss out on the nice experience of barbecuing in this location. Staff will help you order raw meat and chicken and can set up for you the barbecue grill. Outdoor private swimming pool was a great experience although it was a bit cold.

The Loca Sapanca Bungalow (LSB, I made that up), is piece of paradise on earth. Whether you are in a conjugal relationship or a solo traveler, you will always find that tranquility and the immersive state of trance. The staff is actually not a staff, in terms of hostelry, but people I can certainly call friends. With regard the property, all what you need for a secluded gateway; it's luxirous. you can enjoy the fire and some midnight smores and drinks. It is absolutely gorgeous, and the views from the inside of the cabin (bunglow) is stunning. From the smell, to cleanliness, and warm jacuzzi. I'm simply smitten with this place. With that all being said, you MUST go check them out. Either solo (ahem) or with a partner.

The bungalow is a beautiful wooden hut. It was extremely comfortable, spotless, and spacious. It is very well maintained and is located conveniently close to the village, yet in a secluded and quiet area up a mountain, which was easy to find due to the many signs along the way. The staff were polite, generous, and professional. We stayed for one night, which coincidentally was just as a huge snowstorm was beginning. However, the bungalow was warm and cosy. We ordered dinner, and I was really satisfied with their burger. Honestly, and I am not exaggerating, it is one of the best properties I have stayed at in the last 10 years.

They were very cooperative and their response was extremely quick. During our stay, they were always there to help. Thank you, Mrs. Özdelik, for the wonderful service, and we will definitely repeat the experience.

The owner of the villa Ms. Özdilek was respectful and friendly, just like the other stuff. The villa looks like the pictures. The villa was clean and the location of the Villa was good as well. In case you anybody wants to have a great accommodation in Sapanca, this villa is really a good choice, especially for families.

We were very happy with our stay at Emela Villa. The master bedrooms are very spacious. Every room has its own air conditioner that keeps the room cool during warm days. The location of the villa is close to the center. We drove less than 10 minutes to eat outside or go to the market. The villa is encased with walls and the entrance is via a gate that is controlled by personnel. It felt very safe for us. Mr. Sinan was very helpful. We called him multiple times and he was happy to help. We even forgot our airpods at the villa and he personally brought it to Istanbul so we can pick it up.

He waited for me when I arrived very late at night, had everything ready, and offered us many gifts such as tea, coffee, chocolates, water, and juices. The villa was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this villa and it will be my favorite destination on every visit to Sapanca.

We had a wonderful stay at one of the villas with private pool. Tucked away in the mountains, it’s a perfect escape. The road up isn’t fully paved and asfalted, but a direct phone call with the staff made it easy to find the place even thou it was late and around 22:00. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always respectful of our privacy—only coming by for housekeeping, pool checks (to lower the water temperature and chlorine level), or the fireplace when we called. Breakfast was proper and tasty, and meals from the kitchen were served right to our villa.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help. The villas looked just like the photos, beautiful and clean. The place had amazing views of the city and mountains, and it felt peaceful in the woods. The pool and villa were warm and cozy. We loved our stay and would 100% recommend it. I’d love to come back again!

A very charming place nestled in the forest, offering absolute tranquility. Our suite was beautiful, impeccably clean, and felt just like home. The two-person jacuzzi, round bed, and faux fireplace added a cozy touch, making the suite exceptionally inviting.

Odalar temiz honeymoon odadaydık iki katlı kalorifer vardı ve 2 kattada klima vardı ama gerek duymadık güzel yanıyordu, jakuzisi büyük suyu sıcaktı haliyle yavaş doluyor büyük olduğundan 1 saate kadar sürdü. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık memnun ayrıldık tavsiye ederiz

It was easy to find the location from google maps booking wrong . The owners and staff were great, really helpful. The bungalow was huge and cozy, with an awesome hot tub. I'll definitely go back.

Odamıza projeksiyon getirdi tüm dijital uygulamalardaki üyeliklerle birlikte. Çay-kahve vb. İkramlarını da es geçmedi. Kader Hanım, sıcak ekmeğimize kadar düşünülmüş şekilde restorana girdiğimizde kahvaltıyı hazırlamış oluyordu. Temizlik konusunda da geçer not aldılar 👍 kış olduğundan havuz kapalıydı ancak şömine-havuz-göl manzarası birlikte keyifli bir atmosfer oluşturdu. Ayrıca, partili canlarımızın dostu olan bu işletmede ‘Kömür’ isimli tatlış bir köpüş var. Arka ayaklarını kullanamayan Kömür’ü işletme sahiplenmiş. Bu yüzden ayrıca tebriği hakediyor. Dinlenmek için önerilir 😊

Oldukça iyi bir misafir karşılama, taleplere anında çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım, tertemiz bir oda, leziz bir kahvaltı ve sessiz sakin doğayla iç içe bir ortam. Ben eşimle sadece bir gece kaldım ama inanın ki bir kaç gece daha konaklamak isterdim. Ailenizle gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. İlla ki bir eleştiri getirmem gerekirse de sadece tavsiye niteliğinde olabilir; balkonlar arasında ki paravanın tamamen görüşü engelleyecek şekilde kapalı olarak dizayn edilmesini tercih ederdim. Bunun dışında içinizde hiç şüphe kalmasın, Sapanca’da ailenizle gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz.

Balkonsuz ve ekonomik odada kaldım eşimle . Temizlik ısınma ve konfor çok iyiydi. 4 gece kaldık inanılmaz bir sakinlik vardı otelde . Gürültü ses vs yok Kahvaltıları çok güzel ve yeterliydi . Arda bey ve kader hanım hep güler yüzlü ve her şeyde yardımcı oluyorlar . Herkese tavsiye ederim . Bu benim ilk deneyimim ama son olmayacak bundan eminim

Harika bir pansiyon. Çalışanları çok ilgili ve çok iyi insanlar. Bir de sahip çıktıkları ve baya emek harcadıkları sakat bir köpekleri var Duman diye ki tam bir neşe kaynağı. Manzarası çok güzel. Kahvaltı harika. Göle ve birkaç popüler yere yakın. Tekrar gitsem yine Sapanca Villa Suite'de kalırım.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a big group of us here for a wedding and they accommodated us so well. We had rooms close together as requested and they served us food and drinks at odd hours. The rooms are lovely, with very big comfortable beds. The pool and pool area were great for us to meet up and they were happy to serve us pizzas by the pool. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was good and very reasonable. There is plenty of parking.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to Antalya, and it truly felt like an oasis of luxury and comfort in the middle of a typical Turkish town. The facilities are excellent: spacious rooms, large comfortable beds, high-quality bathroom amenities, and a balcony perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff were absolutely outstanding – they went above and beyond to fulfill every request and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The restaurant is beautiful and spotless. In the evening, we were given the option to have dinner in our room, but we asked if we could dine by the pool instead, where there was a cozy lounge area with a swing and comfy armchairs. The staff immediately arranged everything for us, even lighting candles to create a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. With such an exceptional room, warm hospitality, a refreshing swim in the pool, and a special dinner after a long journey, what was meant to be just a one-night stop turned into a wonderful holiday evening. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, eggs and omelets, pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, juices, coffee, and tea. All in all, I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience truly deserved one. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stopover on this route or for those traveling on business in the area. A solid 10/10 from us!

Very good breakfast, and they change it up a little everyday so it's not repetitive. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Free parking & wifi. They have a swimming pool and table tennis. They had prepared the rooms in advance. The king suite was big and comfortable. This hotel deserves 5 stars.

ELITE World Grand Sapanca is a great hotel in the mountains & forest of Sapanca, some views on Sapanca Lake, Wooden Style exteriors. Free valet parking for guests, spacious lobby with high ceiling. The resort has very clean rooms, very good balconies with 2 chairs, table, rack to dry swimming suites & lights for night. The bathrooms are big with wooden style interiors, coffee, water & cattle are provided with charged mini-bar, good TV & lot of charging sockets around the room, so many restaurants & coffee shops in the hotel, amazing Aqua Park with fun three slides, very good outdoor swimming pools for adults, kids & babies. There are 3 swimming pools with very cool water temperature, very good Pool Bar to serve delicious Pizza, Burgers & Pastas while swimming, they serve soft-drinks & ice-cream as well. There is Arcade, Gaming & Bawling Rooms in 2nd floor (some games with fees). There are outdoor play-areas for little kids by the hotel entrance. Nearby Coffee Company cafe, connected to the lobby, offers delicious deserts & sweet. At night so many live music are running in every corner (Resort Lobby & Restaurants). Very Good hotel for family vacation, leisure & holidays.

The hotel is located on the hill side with very nice courtyard and pool. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Just too few area to hang clothes and towels. We enjoy the breakfast and dinner, and it provides free tea time too. Overall food is good, the variety for meat and carbohydrates options can be enhanced. We ate few kofte which are not fully cooked. Desserts are good and better than expected. As the outdoor slide pool not open yet, we went to indoor swimming pool which is enough for my daughter to have fun. We went on weekdays so most of the facilities are empty. Women hamman is nice but the toilets are far. There is a little trail walk in the forest opposite to the hotel. Overall the hotel is good, and we are happy to recommend it.

I stayed here with a friend in August 2025. A great place for a wonderful getaway experience. The hotel is located what’s in a forest with a very large wild kept garden and several pools. The rooms are al with balcony and very spacious. We stayed on half board basis, and the food was so varied that I am afraid I couldn’t taste all. The location and view of this hotel are worth $1million. I’ve been around and this is by far one of the best resorts worldwide. 7 pools and a lagoon, a full-fledged spa and amazing top notch facilités. The view is breathtaking . It’s great for younger and older families.

This hotel is my favorite spot in sapanca being located directly on the shores of the lake with a very well maintained gardens housing a morning walking track and an outside swimming pool . also the hotel has recently employed a general public relation executive who is speaking different languages to make it easier for the guests .more over she is very welcoming and pleasant personality . Ms Samia keep up the good work !

Rooms are large and clean with a nice bathroom and efficient AC system. Furthermore there is a large and comfortable bed with fluffy pillows, writing desk, sitting area, large flatscreen TV and french balcony. At the basement there is a large SPA area with indoor (whirl)pool, finish sauna, steam bath, hamman and treating rooms. At the same level you can also get rid of all your energy in a complete fitness room. The food is excellent with a great variety of choices at the different buffets for breakfast, afternoon tea and diner. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is surrounded by a big garden in all shades of green with walking track, "à la carte" restaurant and 4 different swimming pools and 1 baby pool with many sun beds and towel service. This hotel is an amazing place for a relaxing, comfortable stay or congress events. It is a perfect family and child friendly hotel with a lot of animation during vacation periods.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in—extremely clean with incredibly friendly staff. It boasts over six swimming pools with various features, including pools for adults, families, and a quiet pool. The food is delicious with a wide range of options. I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples, and friends. It deserves a 10 out of 10

This hotel is a great choice for a relaxed weekend: it has very nice big territory with well-organized walking roads in forest, so you can use both NG Sapanca and NG Enjoy hotel's territories to take a walk and enjoy very fresh air. It also has several beautiful swimming pools. Food choice in open buffet was also great - traditional rich Turkish breakfast, for dinner they served duck, octopus, squids (calamary), shrimps, different types of meze and desserts, paid cocktails in the bar were also very tasty. We also loved SPA area very much: there are different saunas, steam rooms, tropical showers with special effects, adults only pool with jacuzzi. Aromatherapy massage was also good and relaxing.

Good for kids -for a while- & when you don't want to deal with the craziness of the big city, i.e. Istanbul. I was there for three nights in April with my twin daughters (11). April was a bit too early in the season, the outdoor pools were closed and it was still a bit chilly... Food was great all the time, even too good! :) Swimming pools are nice but too dimly lit ambience and not very frequently maintained (every time we use them I had to call them to get the underwater lights to be turned on. Needs to be maintained more frequently but all personnel were nice and friendly, tried to be helpful within the confines of the Turkish culture, which is definitely very different (not good or bad just different) than Western culture especially when it comes to communication. We also did the hiking which is short but good enough courses. I did the archery, we played basketball & soccer. The table tennis DEFINITELY needs to be upgraded! We demanded an indoor table tennis area rather than an outdoor one! In my opinion the "game room" where they keep some electronic video games -and always kept locked due to that expensive equipment- is a waste of space. But apparently they tried to imitate what is being offered here in the United States in that area. I basically did not use the spa (because I prefer to be with my daughters all the time) which looks nice and clean. I used the gym and the trainer there was helpful too. We will go there in June too and see the place in the high season...

i planned a relaxing vacation, it was an amazing choice to connect with the nature, the property is Hijab friendly you can enjoy your vacation using the lady’s pool and Turkish bath, food variety and taste is delicious, Edanur the guests relations was so helpful sending msgs to check my stay and if I need anything daily so helpful and welcoming I’m coming back for sure with my family and kids

We stayed for 2 nights at Radisson Blu, Sakarya. Great place to stay, very clean, the staff was very prompt, especially Mr. Olgun at the front desk helped us a lot during our stay. He was very accommodative and kind. The food was really good too. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the beautiful Sapanca.

Every thing is perfect except for the location. This hotel is excellent, clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable rates, very good buffet breakfast, all kinds of coffee, tea, juices free. Only one thing, the location, there’s no shops or restaurants around.

Very nice, thoughtful and helpful staff and excellent food! When we arrived, they helped us park the car and checked us in quickly. The rooms were ready when we arrived. After our arrival, me and my mom went to the restaurant. It was very empty due to not a lot of guests being there. I absolutely loved the food the chef prepared and will recommend it to all of you! Later, I rested in my room in a comfortable and clean bed. I slept very well and had a nice breakfast afterwards before we checked out. For our first visit, we left very satisfied.

I love this hotel so much.it is near of all Masukya ( معشوقية ) attraction and restaurants. Room very clean.staff very polite. Uber dose not cover the area so it is better to rent a car before you come to this area . Do not forget to go up to mountains it just 20 minutes by car. My Room was 212.it was good for me and my wife and 2 kids. One of the staff speak English good his name is Erae.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is close to Masukiye falls and restaurant. It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Our room had a great view of Sapanca Lake. We were two girls and we felt so safe. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We also had dinner there and we liked it. We went by car, The parking is small but it is in front of the hotel.

Truly appreciate the friendliness attitude of the whole staff, rooms very convenient, clean, quite and at the center of attractions. few minutes away from the water falls, and 15 km away from the sky location. it is excellent for families as well as couples. looking forward for my next visit.

We came from Saudi Arabia as a family. The rooms are the same as in the photo and clean. It is very similar to Trabzon in nature. The hotel is very close to places to visit in Sapanca, Masukiye and Ormanya. Breakfast and foods are delicious.

There was an awesome guy who seemed to be the supervisor of the breakfast area who worked fast and hard to ensure everything was cleaned and organized. I didn't catch his name, but I called him SUPERMAN !!!!

When I booked a room on this website, there was a small problem. But the Hotels were able to solve the problem, and I also got an email from this property. I'm very happy with the accommodations. My partner and I also had a great time in this apartment for 4 days. All of the kitchen tools are enough. But it would be great if the property gave us dishwashing soap and a sponge because it's hard for me to clean the pots and pans after I cook. This place has great service and is a great place for families to stay.

L koltuğunun rahatlığından, her odada klima bulunmasına, mutfak için ne ararsanız var. Balkonun genişliği ve masası. Buzdolabının temiz oluşu, çamaşır makinesi ve deterjanı, çamaşır kurutma askisindan, ütü ve ütü masasına... inanın hepsini sayamıyorum. Ben aradığım her şeyi buldum kendim yapıp kendim yedim mutfağında yemek yapmak keyifliydi, odalar ferah ve sessiz oluşu da güzeldi. Aşağısı alışveriş merkezi. Yemek orada da yiyebilirsiniz. Excellent location in the heart of shopping area and very close to restaurants and bars. Very clean, quiet and with very friendly staff it’s all about you need when you try to find a place to stay. Having a underground parking area ( included in the price), it’s perfect and you don’t need to worry where you can park the car. It’s third time when we choose this property and definitelly will came again.

Otel yeni ve temiz.Konumu güzel ve daireler büyük. Ancak ilk girdiğimiz odada elektrik sorunu vardı odamız değiştirildi bu sefer de klima da sorun vardı ama neyse ki o da giderildi. Eğer dairelerin bakımı yapılmazsa zamanla kötü olabilir. Bakılırsa muhteşem bir yer olabilir. Çalışanlar genel olarak yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar ama içeriye giriş için 15:00 olmasını beklemeleri üzücüydü. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim oldu. 8/10

The location was great, the apartment was wonderful and in good condition, the restaurants and the malls near the apartment were great for dining and having great time. Staff were good and friendly and cooperative, especially Mr. ERIS. Iam sure I will visit sakarya again and have my stay at the same Hotel apartment.

Amazing tranquil location. It was so therapeutic to hear the water flowing and be surrounded by mountains. The owners and the workers went above and beyond in kindness and consideration. The bedroom and balcony was luxurious, great shower. We love walking and were delighted to walk part way up Kartepe mountain to the glass platform. ( A long and steep walk, we didn’t see anyone else doing it) Fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity in glorious scenery. Marsukiye is unique and quite magical.

Everything about this place is fabulous! It is clean and comfortable, rooms are air-conditioned and have heavy curtains to allow a peaceful sleep. Most importantly, the people of the hotel are like a family. they really take care of the guests, made sure we were comfortable, offered us coffee on their beautiful garden and a souvenir as we left. The breakfast is super fresh, as if it is made by your favourite grandmother.

the nicest owners , I have never been in a hotel with such a special and generous owners. when you arrive you will directly know that your choice was good because of the perfect location, then you will meet the nice welcoming people. the room was nice with a view balcony. they serve an exceptional breakfast in a very nice terrace. highly recommended 🙏🏻 thank you

Excellent service. Madame Zehra, Abu Bakr and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed to book our transport back. Beautiful location with lovely views. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Lots of activities within walking distance, ATV and zipline etc. I would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful hotel.

Loved everything about it. Staff 10/10 Ahmet and the other guy sorry I forget his name were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us Mae feel as cozy and it could ever be. They lit the bbq and bring it ready at your door step. The place was nothing short of amazing with beautiful garden and decent size pool in which the kids had a blast. The drive to the place is nice and the streets are fine. The breakfast was extremely good. The ladies working in the restaurant were very nice. There is a small playground for the kids and the team and coffee are complementary. If you are in the area and looking for a bungalow, look no further! This is your spot and you’ll love it. The cottage is astonishing, it’s 10 times prettier than the pictures provided everything was very tidy and clean the staff were extremely friendly and they explained everything thing, everything was prepared, and they provided us with free tea, coffee, wood for the fireplace, and if you want to do a BBQ they will provide you with all the instruments needed for free, the location in on top of the hill so the view was amazing and every cottage have its own private swimming pool.

The place is wonderful. I booked with my daughter for six nights and it was one of the most beautiful days we spent in Maşukiye. Very quiet, fresh air and the cottages are beautiful from inside and outside , clean, and contain all the essentials, including cooking utensils, a refrigerator, kettle and cooker ,TV , large cabinet, iron also available upon request , I liked the size of the cottage and its details. It was comfortable, warm and this what I was looking for in a natural atmosphere, the bathroom was very clean and has a modern shower box . The breakfast was wonderful as home style .The restaurant has a fire place , large TV screen and natural view on the garden, the lake can also be seen when roaming around the area . I would like to thank the hotel owners, Mr. Mustafa and his wife, and son mr. Hassan, they treated us as family and were keen to help us and provide everything we needed, such as requesting a taxi, answering our questions , suggesting nearby tourist places, and guiding us on the way. I will come again to this hotel it was really a good value for the money.

I had engery in my knee, Hasan the owner, volunteered to drive me with his own car to a far farmacy to buy the needed medicine. for sure, i suggest this place and will stay again. The place is excellent . We had a whole house to ourselves (2 kids and 2 adults ) for a very reasonable price. The space is very comfortable with heated floors. VERY clean. Garden and the view is great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. We even had a thank you box of traditional sweet treats

The location and property are excellent not to mention staff and host. The interior design and details in the room very well constructed. This cottage has an AC it was help full during the noon time. If you love Turkish coffee, just bring your coffee and they have Turkish coffee machine in the cottage

Even rating 10 might not be enough for such a place. Excellent service, confortable facilities and outstanding and lovely staff. During my last 10 years, I have visited so many hotels in different countries, couldn't find an amazing hotel like Continent Luxury Suites. This place is the best.

Good people kind and responsible. The place was clean and nice. It is at the Arteria, where you can find all kind off food. My stay was quiet. People helped all the time. They were smiling. The window was on the roof.

Everything was above expectation. Stay were extremely cooperative especially Abdul Rahman and Ali. Thank you for all your help in making our stay so flawless. Will Always come back and most definitely will recommend to family and friends. Keep up the good work

The location was outstanding and the view was breathtaking. The villa was so beautiful and the decor was so relaxing. The pool is private and no one can see you. I would highly recommend for a very fun and relaxing getaway. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to turkey.

Orchid Hills is in a very nice and relaxing place in the mountains. We were a family of six and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Abdulla was very helpful throughout. The pool was very private and the breakfast provided every morning was generous. We look forward to returning soon.

Very clean and spacious villa and the swimming pool was wonderful. Beautiful view of sapanca lake from the vill balconies. Very generous every day breakfast basket including all you need for a delicious breakfast.

Mr. Abdulla is very helpful and he supported us for smooth easy check in and also for check out! He was there when ever I call him even after 12 night! the breakfast was very rich and have almost every thing you need for breakfast. this property is very good for relaxing and be away from city hustle!

Hem bahçe hem standart odada kaldık. Standart odası dahi gayet yeterli. Çocuklar işe gidiyorsanız eğer Bahçeli kesinlikle tercih edilmeli.. Lobisi inanılmaz keyifli, oturun çayınızı kahvenizi için, işlerinizi takip edin.. ikram olarak çay, kahve hatta sürekli güzel kurabiyeleri mevcut.. keyifli müzikler çalınıyor ve mükemmel bir kitaplığa sahip.. en önemli konuya gelelim ; naturel bir yer yaratma çabasındalar ve başarmışlar. Lakin bir gün boyunca konaklamayı, günlük kiraladığı odayı değil de tüm oteli sahip almak zanneden çiftlere denk geldik. Gecenin 2 sinde neredeyse son ses film izliyorlardı. Bende biraz sesimi yükseltince neyse ki rahatsızlığımızı anladılar ve kıstılar.. duyarlı olmayan insanlara otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok maalesef uyarı dışında. Bir diğer eleştirilebilecek konu restoranları olabilir. Kahvaltı yeterli lakin yemek biraz zayıf ve otelde aldığınız hizmetin gerisinde kalıyor restoran. Bu açığı da yakında olan güzel restoranlarla kapatabiliyorsunuz. Biz tekrar yakın zamanda gitmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Cevizdibi Otel'den çok memnun ayrıldık. Gerçekten doğayla iç içe, huzurlu, sakin, yemyeşil bir yer. Bu huzuru lobide bile bulabildik (şömine harika bir detay) :) Konumu gayet güzel, gezilebilecek birçok yere yakın, yine civarda restoranlar, kafeler ve marketler/mağazalar mevcut. Tüm personel güler yüzlüydü. Odamız tertemizdi ve dekorasyon da çok hoştu. Tek eksik yanı olarak kahvaltısının zayıf kaldığını düşünüyoruz. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve yeterli ama sunum ve çeşit olarak zayıf, sıcaklar çok az. Oteli tavsiye ederim, özellikle çift olarak veya yalnız gidilecek tatiller için çok daha keyifli olur diye düşünüyorum. The excellent rating is based on the hotel not the restaurant. The restaurant I believe is managed separately and has horrible service. If there was a rating I would give 1/5. The food is average, it is clean but they need to manage the flies accordingly. The staff kept on throwing the things and got irritated if we request for something. This may affect the great hotel’s rating because the culture and service is worlds apart!

son 4-5 konaklamamız olumsuzluklarla geçtikten sonra Cevizdibi ilaç gibi geldi. Olması gerekenlerin dışında da bir çok tatlı detay düşünülmüş. Bu zamana kadar kaldığımız hiç bir otelde diş fırçası&macunu, traş seti, tarak, banyo lifi vb. malzemelere denk gelmemiştik. Temizlik konusunda herhangi bir problemle karşılaşmadık. Gayet temiz ve girişten başlayarak pandemi tedbirlerine uyulmuş. Kahvaltısı gayet makul bir seviyedeydi. İsrafa sebep olacak kadar saçma bir çokluğu yoktu ve gayet doyurucu idi. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

cevizdibi otel mükemmel, çalışanlar harika. Ancak Hotels.com sayesinde kalınabilecek en fahiş rakamı vererek konakladım. Ne benim öncemde ne de sonramda 465,00 tl bir gecelik konaklama ve kahvaltıyı başkası ödememiştir. Hotels.com u bu nedenle kınıyor, bir daha kullanmıyor ve gerekli uyarı ve şikayetlerimi her türlü platformda yapacağımı da dürüstlükle beyan ediyorum. Üstelik beraber otelde konakladığım arkadaşımın yazar olması da sizin için büyük talihsizlik... Şimdiden geçmiş olsun....
