Roberto the host was extremely nice and kind. When we got to the place in the late after noon we realized the beach house given could not accommodate the five of us. When I reported that to Roberto he suggested to upgrade us to a villa with a private pool in the complex. Eventually we stayed in the villa for the duration of our stay (2 nights). The villa was wonderful. Great facilities including stuff for the beach, very nice pool, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix and an equipped kitchen. Thanks Roberto for making sure our stay will be an unforgettable one!!

The location is within about 10 minutes walking distance of the beach access and also the downtown area with several shops, bars, and restaurants. The private pool is a huge bonus and there are plenty of beds and space to accommodate large parties. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella provided for use at the beach. The property manager was very responsive. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway to accommodate about 4 full-size vehicles.

This was such a gorgeous place - very spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. The staff was remarkably friendly and communicated so nicely - we felt totally welcome. The beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was exceptionally clean and same for the pool area. We had big pool towels and a buggy with chairs & umbrella for the beautiful beach. There were ice cubes in the freezer and some welcoming snacks in a basket on the table - so cordial! We would love to stay here - the next time at Siesta Keys... !

Nice little property. A bit older but still very nice. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! The pool was a nice relaxing area! Our room was right out by the pool and we loved it! Sat out on loungers till almost 11pm just enjoying the night. Could use a propane fire pit to complete the area!

Our family was overall happy with our stay. The location alone made it worth it. Pros-Location! -It’s in walking distance to the village and the beach, private pool, recently renovated, the daytime staff was very sweet and helpful. Cons-There is only one mirror in the entire unit, the shower window is I believe facing the wrong way-you can’t see out, but you can see in!, we saw two cockroaches, the girl working the evening shift was very unpleasant.

Where do I even start! The is my new favorite destination & hotel. Perfectly located less than a block from the beach in one director and less than a block from all the restaurants and strip in the other direction. Attentive staff & comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub area were top notch, we watched a lightning storm by ourselves in one of their several pools and really felt relaxed. They also provide beach chairs and free bicycle access that truly enhance the beach experience. We couldn’t have been happier. The manager helped work with us for late check out to facilitate our travel time to Orlando. Best sunset views and they even give you a table and chair set up outside the room. There are grills and palm trees and everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Don’t even think about it- BOOK with no hesitation. I’ve been to 50 countries and Tropical Breeze Hotel is now one of my most favorite places to stay. We will be back as soon as we can! 5 star for sure.

Location, location, location! What a wonderful beach cottage. While it’s not beachfront it’s a close leisurely walk to the beach and even closer walk to the siestas key village where there’s a ton of things to do. We never drove anywhere. We rented a 1 bedroom king size cottage. Had enough room for myself, my husband and even our dog. The price includes bikes onsite , 2 pools, beach chairs and pool toys. You can’t beat it. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and even the grocery store. Room was comfortable, recently renovated and very clean. Might have a nightstand with water stains but not a big deal. Pools were very nice! The manager went out of his way to show us around and make us feel comfortable. He made sure we were aware of the amenities - beach chairs, bikes, two pools, bbqs, etc. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Had occasion to go to the pool bar on a Saturday afternoon. Lisa, the bartender, was so personable! We had such a fun time. There was a wonderful DJ and Lisa helped everyone there enjoy the afternoon. There was dancing and singing(several of the guests joined in with some Kareoke). We were so glad we chose the pool bar with the Lisa & Joe Combo....AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Thank you Aloft!

This property was so close to restaurants and the free trolly service. We loved the rooftop pool, and the complimentary bikes helped us get to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in only a few minutes. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Super trendy and fun place to be, we enjoyed the views, bar, pool, staff, comfortable rooms, everything! Definitely worth a stay.

I was really impressed with this property. Excellent walkable location, affordable, nice common areas and bar, and fabulous pool!! We weren't even there on the days when the pool bar was open, that would be even better! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sarasota.

Great location, mostly friendly staff, adequate room, great rooftop pool area with cabanas and bar/live music, lobby a value-add with bar/comfortabel tables and pool table area, outside patio nice, very convenient to downtown shopping/retaurants... definitely over priced for king room we had (but they put us in an accessible room so that may have been part of the problem), bedding and towels minimalistic at best - not cozy or luxurious as intimated, advertises restaurant on website but no food on site except snacks for purchase, bar costs very expensive for offerings...would still recommend staying during non price-surge periods as it is a solid hotel with friendly staff and a great location

Good place in Sarasota. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are normal and not very big. I guess that is Aloft style. No upgrades available as all rooms are the same. Rooms are quiet and very dark which is good for nice sleeping. Breakfast is just a few items to pick from nothing fancy. The pool is really nice and kinda rooftop. It is weird that apartments completely overlook the pool, But overall its nice. several shops and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. Also, there is a waterfront within walking distance as well. Good place for a short business trip. Enjoy!

Nice rooms next to the pool. Clean. All basic amenities except you need to buy your own coffee. Good size kitchen. Pullout couch/bed is brand new and pretty comfortable.

The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back!

I loved how it was right above a convenience store that had anything you wanted or needed. The spacious unit came with multiple rooms and two different living room areas. I was blown away with how it looked exactly like the pictures most places make it look better on pictures but this one really captured it all. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach with a trail just right across the street the easiest access to find and go through.

This property is a a great location. There’s plenty of space and beds. It’s short walking distance to the beach. There are tons of great restaurants and water sport activities near by. It’s also close by all the main shops! They had literally everything we needed here, even beach chairs. We will definitely be staying here again next visit.

Great staff accommodated personal needs. Very clean property. Private pool for 21 plus adults.

The whole prooerty is very private with tress surrounding it, we couldnt even tell that we were located on a busier street. There were complimentary bikes and beach chairs to use which was really nice, we spent the whole day biking to diffierent locations. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the pool temperature, sadly. After coming back from the beach all we wanted to do was relax in a nice cold pool but because it wasn't chilled and we are in Florida the pool felt like luke warm bath water, it was more refreshing to rinse off in the shower next to the pool. Other than that the stay was amazing and i would most definitely recommend it and return for another getaway.

we loved the lights that lit the pools and walkway and hammocks at every corner. there was also a 21 and over pool for adults only and a family pool separate.

We stayed at Siesta key Palms resort October 20 to 25. The place is just beautiful. It is a relaxing oasis with a tiki bar, great lanscaping, 2 pools, a grilling area, hammocks, and a gas powered fire pit on a timer switch and much more. It is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. On a bike, they will provide. This is a hidden gem in Siesta key. Unless of course you like hauling Luggage up a 10 story building on the beach. For me this place is perfect. A small apartment with a full kitchen steps away from 2 pools with an awesome tiki bar.

What a pleasant surprise. Our trip was kinda last minute and while I wanted a kitchenette some of the old motel ones can be kinda sketchy. This one was GREAT! Everything worked in the room, plumbing works fine, no noise issues. Even our fellow guests, were nice, chatting by the pools. Oh and the people working there, also aces! So glad we didn't stay at a stuffy big hotel. Just out the door and you are at the pool, perfection! Private patio was nice too BTW. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Easy access/close to both beach and restaurants and shopping. Quiet. Safe. Nice little personal pool space available when beach is too windy, etc. Staff was pleasant and professional. Beach chairs, towels, and cooler available to take to beach.

This place was nice. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The pool was small, but nice rooms were nice and clean. Not much room in our room, but we managed. They have grills onsite, with nice gazebo for hanging out. They have bikes, wagons, and beach chairs which the wagons helped by loading up coolers n chairs for the beach. My next point you cant beat this property location! Very quick walk to the beach and walking distance to the village for restaurants and bars. The property is small and quite which is what i liked. I would definitely stay here again. However, next time i would maybe get a bigger room, and one that is not by the pool because the rooms opposite of pool have a little more privacy, but this place was great!

Everything about this place was wonderful. The staff outdoor showers, and the pool was amazing. Loved having the grills. The bikes,wagon, coolers, and washing machine were such a wonderful surprised. There was limited closet space, but it looks like they are adding some more space and getting creative. They had a binder with everything you needed. A short walk to both the beach and the village. I enjoy the beach at the entrance used for the villas.. Very close to the sand bar. There are many options to have swallow or deeper water. The flowers and plants outside were my favorite. Definitely would recommend this place and stay again. There is a lot of work being done due to the hurricane, just a reminder. There's no reason to keep you away. Just a lot of rebuilding and clean up still. I'm happy to be part of seeing Seista Key rebuild.

The location can't be beat: 2 blocks from the best beach in American and 2 blocks from shopping, restaurants, and bars. Need a wagon to haul your beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler? Check one out at the front desk. Want to ride a bike to town? Check one out too. Need beach chairs, cooler, water? The room comes equipped with them. Want to lounge in a hammock, grill your catch of the day, swim in a pool, or play yard games? The property is equipped. We'll be back for sure!

Perfect location! Within a minutes walking distance to both shops/restaurants and beach access. Perfect room right by the pool. Everything was very easy to access and room was great, loved having a living room/kitchen separate from bedroom. If you are looking for something close to town and beaches, quiet, relaxed..it was perfect!! Staff was very quick to exchange used towels for fresh ones, ready right outside our door. Very appreciated. Loved that there wasn't room cleaning everyday, only by request. Room access with keypad made it so easy, didn't have to worry about forgetting the room key. Exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing hotel great location fantastic staff service! I loved everything about my visit with my older children for a little family time. The room was super cute, clean and well designed. They thought of everything. I did not have to bring all the extras they had in my room beach chairs and ice chest to take to the beach. And free bicycles for the family to enjoy. The Pool area was amazing very comfortable. We spent half a day just hanging out at the pool playing board games in one of many shaded areas covered by Tiki grass huts. The beach was just across the street and we walked over many times. To see the sunset was life changing. The most unforgettable was the smiling faces and “can do” service of the staff at the hotel. They all were always eager to service the guest and you can tell they loved working there. I can't wait to return!

I was so pleasantly surprised by Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites. I was apprehensive staying at a "motel", but this place exceeded our expectations Our room was recently upgraded and the location by the pool was wonderful. I sat outside by the pool and drank my coffee each morning at the covered seating area. The grounds were nicely maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were thrilled with the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. My favorite part of staying here was the location. We spent a great deal of time at the Big Tiki which had great entertainment and service. We walked everywhere, so no need for a vehicle and you could not beat the proximity to the beach which was absolutely gorgeous. We loved our stay here and can't wait to return!

Stayed a week in February and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Our room was poolside, had a coffee machine, and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean. Ice, additional coffee, and bottle water was available in the hotel office. Free bike rental and beach wagon are also available (had 2 beach chairs in the room, along with a cooler). Hotel had a cute tiki bar with happy hour specials and a DJ in the evening. The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel was the pool with great company, the other guests were friendly and fun to hang with. Awesome location to the downtown area and easy walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was literally next door to everything! Restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. Pool was very nice and they have plenty of lawn games, chairs, and pool floaties to use. Rooms also come with beach chairs and cooler. Bikes and beach carts are also free but are signed out at the front desk. Free washer and dryer was a big plus! Room was clean and comfy. Owen was a huge help! He helped us solve a problem we had that had nothing to do with our stay. He went above and beyond to make our trip carefree. Thank you!

We had a great time in Siesta and a big part of it was due to the location where we stayed. Beach resort and suites is in a prime location. We stayed in a room off of the pool and loved that! I see there were rooms in the bar area, not sure how great that is but pool side is perfect. Everytime we asked for clean towels they were delivered to our room very fast.

I LOVE this hotel!!! From the guest services, to the valet guys, to the rooms, spa, pool (OMG the rooftop pool -- WOW) everything is top notch!! The food is great at the restaurant, the Starbucks right in the lobby is convenient, the food poolside is also fab and the shuttle service is also very good and easy. I just love this hotel (stayed twice here now and plan to do so everytime I'm in Sarasota!!

My husband and I "staycation" at the Westin Sarasota, often. It's our Happy Place, a welcome respite that's close to home but feels far away - just a lovely way to treat ourselves. Yes, the rooftop pool and the bar with delicious snacks is a favorite spot - the sunsets and sea breezes are amazing up there. Yes, the rooms and amenities are immaculate, and the beds are SUPER comfortable and cozy. Yes, the location is ideal - park your car and just walk wherever you want to go. To Bay Front Park. Over the Ringling Bridge (a beautiful walk with killer views of the Bay), shopping or dining downtown. Or take the shuttle to St Armands Square or the BEACH. Easy. Comfortable. So relaxing. Did I say LUXURIOUS? AND EASY? Kudos to the manager, Maria Andersen, for personally making sure that everything is perfect. The warm and welcoming front desk ladies, AJ and Valeria. Mike, the helpful shuttle bus driver. Brendan and Finley at the valet station. And this trip, Mike, from Chicago, who took such good care of us pool side that we never left. He made sure we had fresh, cool drinks, brought us dinner, and spoiled us completely, as we lounged roof top, napped after a swim, and enjoyed yet another GORGEOUS sunset. We will be back!

Wife and I visit the Westin in Sarasota annually for both getaway and birthday celebration in November. The hotel is always clean with very accommodating staff. The hotel is centrally located with shuttle transportation offered to the downtown and St Armand's Circle areas. Both areas are easily walkable for fresh air and scenery. Pool and bar area on the top floor offer great views and a relaxed atmosphere where we always look forward to seeing Michelle and her son TK. This team does an excellent job of making sure glasses are full, everybody is happy, regardless of the amount of sunshine at the pool. Remember to raise your chair flag to meet them. If your lucky, you will be greeted by either Maria or Daniela upon check in. True ambassadors to the Marriot/Westin brand. Always a smile, pleasant to work with for our Rewards upgrade opportunities and reservation changes, room item needs and activity suggestions. A big thanks for that bottle of wine and snacks sent to our room as we look forward our next stay!

We had a great experience during out stay last weekend. After spending a long day with friends on Longboat Key, we checked in and couldn't have been happier with our stay and experience. Valet team was friendly, check-in was easy and we were provided with a lot of information and services the hotel provided to help us enjoy our location. This included free shuttle service to the nearby Keys for dinner or shopping. Our biggest surprise was on the 19th floor - this area provided perfect sunrise and sunset views, a lap pool to enjoy along with their own pool bar. Drinks, food and service at The Roof Bar & Eats was great - we didn't need to leave the hotel for dinner! We'd also like to thank Daniela for her service at the front desk - she helped with late check out and made sure our stay was perfect. We'll be returning again!

My sister and I went to The Westin for a spa day. They had valet, we didn't have to worry about finding parking. The receptionist was welcoming, and kind. There is a beautiful waiting area where you can change and wait for your massage therapist to get your room ready. The massage was very relaxing, and we enjoyed it. The massage package included a pool day, so we were able to go to the pool after our massage. What am amazing day this was. The staff were wonderful. I will be back again for another spa day.

The Inn on Siesta Key was outstanding! Across the street from the beach, with all the beach items you would need. private pool area that was very relaxing. Our suite was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Paige was very helpful in making recommendations for dining and things to do in the Village.

This property is absolutely gorgeous!  it’s conveniently located next to siesta key Village  (only about a 10 minute walk) so you’re close to all the shops and restaurants and a short, two minute walk right to the beach. The property is extremely clean and well kept. The pool is awesome, and there are plenty of lounge chairs and even a covered area right by the pool. There is a grill to use as well. The landscaping is gorgeous. The Inn also supplies your Beach wagons, coolers (along with an ice machine right next to them so you don’t have to go get your own ice).They also supply beach bikes, beach, chairs, and umbrellas. Along with pool floats and even beach toys! All of that was so incredibly helpful when you’re traveling because then you don’t have to worry about packing any of your essentials. Our room even had beach towels stocked in it. The rooms are wonderful, they are so cozy and extremely clean. The staff at the inn were incredibly welcoming and kind. We saw them throughout our stay and each time we were asked if there was anything they could do for us. We felt so at home! The owners of this property really have thought of everything! I cannot say enough about The Inn on siesta key. We will definitely be coming back . In the photos I attached in this review, we had already unpacked a few of our things. So any little mess you see was coming from us. When we checked in, everything was pristine! 

We had a great time at The Inn for a bachelorette party. Paige, her son, and the rest of the crew were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. You could tell that they just wanted to make sure you enjoyed your trip. The cottage and entire grounds were extremely clean and had everything you could want or need on a vacation. The pool deck area was great and the heated pool was a nice bonus. The location is also excellent!! I would highly recommend The Inn for any travelers coming to Siesta Key. You won’t be disappointed!

What a great find! My husband and I planned an impromptu trip to Siesta Key. Having never been before, we did not know the area or what to expect. Based on trip advisor reviews, I booked the Inn at Siesta Key and must have congratulated myself on my choice a dozen times during our stay! Paige was super welcoming from the moment we arrived. She was quick to give us a tour of our room, the premises and amenities and then gave us great info about the town and restaurants. (Every place she recommended was delicious, but the Big Water was the best.) The Inn is very comfortable, with a well set up kitchen and a cozy bed. Everything we could have needed was provided. The pool and patio are a comfortable place to relax after the beach and before dinner. The beach is directly across the street. We were very pleased to learn that it was a small parking lot access, so that meant a very uncrowded beach. Each day when we took a walk to the north or south we were shocked at how crowded the beach was, and how empty ours seemed in comparison. The beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, ice machine even floats were a welcome addition and very convenient to use at the beach each day. The shops and restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk or a quick trolley ride. We found that the convenience was perfect, but it was also nice to be in a quieter area. We will always choose to stay at the Inn at Siesta Key when we return to the area. You will not regret staying here.

We stayed in "The Haven" for 3 nights for a belated honeymoon vacation. Words cannot express how pleased we were with our accommodations. Our room was ready upon arrival and Paige was in the office to greet us. She gave us a tour of the property and provided us with a map with restaurant recommendations and other attractions in the area. We were pleased to find that our unit looked exactly as the pictures portrayed it to be: cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and relaxing. I must mention that our unit (and all of the grounds/pool area/etc.) were absolutely spotless and sparkling clean. The beach is just a short walk across the street from the inn. We were very grateful that all beach supplies (wagons, chairs, coolers, etc.) were provided and free to use. There are also free bikes available that we used to ride into the village a couple of times during our stay. The location of the inn is perfect--far enough away from the village noise, but close enough to walk/bike/trolley for dinner or shopping. We left our vacation feeling so happy and relaxed with zero complaints! The Inn on Siesta Key is truly a gem, and you will not regret choosing to stay here. :) Thank you, Paige! The Hotel was lovely and in a great area. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. We ate two meals there and were both great . The cocktails from the main bar were disapointing.. Did not have ingredients for the specialty drinks. The pool and pool bar were great. everyone was friendly . I would stay there again but I think if you have speciality drink you better have the ingredients,

We just returned home after a 4-night stay at the Art Ovation Hotel. My family and several friends were visiting Sarasota for a family gathering. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Sarasota. Many nice restaurants and boutique shops are within walking distance (less than 10 minutes from the hotel). Our experience with the hotel and its staff was very positive. All the hotel staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted by the valet, Tony who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. The receptionist was very pleasant and checked us in without any problem. Our rooms were neat and pleasingly furnished. Concierge service included restaurant recommendations and shuttle scheduling. The shuttle driver, John, was very friendly and talented. His impersonations of Howard Cosell and Rodney Dangerfield were entertaining and made our night out even more memorable. Our servers at the Overture restaurant were also very friendly. And the food very good. The rooftop bar and pool are a highlight and worth the trip to the top floor. One word of caution, if your room is on the 7th floor you may hear some of the music from the rooftop bar late into the night on Friday and Saturday. We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay at the Art Ovation again during future visits to Sarasota.

This was our second time staying at the Art Ovation Hotel, and once again, everything was absolutely top notch. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were spotless and always perfectly refreshed when we returned from the beach—clean, comfortable, and just what we needed to relax. The entire staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special shout-out to Rachel (aka Ani Lorak) (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name). Though she’s relatively new, she already embodies the spirit and artistic atmosphere that makes Art Ovation so unique. Also, a big thank you to Artem, the manager, who is always professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The amenities at this hotel are truly exceptional. The rooftop pool is unbelievable—beautiful views, a great vibe, and the bartenders up there are fantastic! They really know how to make your day even more enjoyable. Another big plus is the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas, which they’re happy to provide if you're heading to the beach. It’s those thoughtful extras that make a big difference. My husband and I stayed at the hotel from August 29 to September 1, 2025 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I must say, we couldn’t have imagined a better choice for many reasons: firstly, the hotel is located close to the airport and in the very center of the city (location, location…); secondly, the hotel provides a shuttle service with very friendly drivers (John and Josh, thank you so much for everything) and takes hotel guests anywhere within a 3-mile radius. Thirdly, the hotel itself is very cozy, with a rooftop pool, a beautiful view of the city and a great bar with live music and a disco on weekends. And most importantly, without which this hotel would not be so wonderful, is the reception team! Special thanks to you, guys! It is because of the people like you that you want to come back again and again! Artem, thank you for immediately upgrading the room category as soon as you found out about our anniversary! Thank you for the champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries! Ludmila and Rackel, you are just awesome, and your whole team is real professionals! Thanks to you all, we fell in love with Sarasota and will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my 3 days at the Art Ovation. I ate most of my meals at the property. I feel like I missed out because I didn't have enough meals to try everything I wanted to experience. I thoroughly enjoyed what I did eat (doubled up on the avocado toast which is one reason I didn't fit another meal in). The weather was a challenge so I didn't try out the rooftop pool but I had in room dining, ate in the restaurant and carried out from the restaurant. I was in a suite and drove to Sarasota. The valet was very responsive in having my car ready to go whenever I was ready to move. Also, I utilized the hotel shuttle to make a Walgreen's run when I realized I had forgotten certain toiletries at home. They did hospitality extremely well at the Art Ovation and I look forward to experiencing it again very soon. Even with I regret that I was at the hotel for business because there was some much that I was tempted to get in to upon arrival. I

The staff at this property were very good, smiles, helpful and courteous. The property itself is centrally located to drive easily to local beaches and eateries. Parking is located on the first few floors of the building and leads into a small lobby for registration. I had read other reviews that spoke to the design of this building being "odd". After our stay I concurred that the pool, bar, deck area are far too small given the number of rooms, especially if you have children. The pool is mostly covered, offering only mid day and afternoon sun, it's located on the 8th floor as is the bar and dining area of the hotel. There were 6 tables out near the pool which guests use to eat and the tables take up much of the space near the pool. There are only a handful of lounge chairs and 3/4 of the deck around the pool is quite narrow. The bar area inside is very nice, round with beautiful views of the area and bay. The bar staff were also very good and made beautiful handcrafted cocktails. The hotel offers nightly drinks and snacks which during our stay included chips, salsa, cheese, fruit, and popcorn. You will pay a daily 25 dollar fee that is required that we suspect helps cover the costs of the "free cocktails", however it's a credit that can go to other items too. We stayed on the 13th floor and found the rooms very nice and our stay was quiet on our floor. Cleaning could improve in that carpets were in need of vacuum and elevators and glass areas to parking lot needed attention

Beautiful area for dining/shopping! Rooms all have a great view. Pool is also nice and has a great view from the pool deck. Complimentary happy hour every night with limited options/light snacks. Parking is a bit steep but worth it for ease. Staff was friendly and accommodating,

Wonderful experience at Embassy Suites Sarasota, On site parking is convenient and breakfast buffet was wonderful with made to order omelets, cereal, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, juices, milk, coffee, bagel, pastries, and bread. Cocktail reception was 2 drinks ( soft drinks, red wine, white wine, beer, and mixed drinks) and chips, salsa, cheese, carrots, celery, bleu cheese dressing, and hummus. I really enjoyed my 3 night stay and will return here. Great location. Walkable distance from Sarasota Bay and across from Westin and Ritz Hotels. Room was impeccable and service was outstanding. Fitness room was well equipped and pool was heated. No upgrade to Bay View or recognition for Hilton Honors silver but a wonderful stay regardless

The hotel location was great for our needs. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were contemplating upgrading to the “corner” room but decided not to. We were on the 14th floor and ended up with an amazing view. I highly recommend watching the sunset from the pool deck. It was stunning!!! Made to order breakfast was fast and delicious. Their French toast was restaurant quality as were the other things on the breakfast bar. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would love to stay again.

Clean and spacious rooms with great views! Staff was very friendly. Beautiful pool area. Breakfast was great! Lots of options (oatmeal, pancakes, Waffles, eggs, cooked to order omelets and more!). They also have a complimentary snack station in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently located to popular destinations. The “Bay Runner” trolley runs down Main Street and takes you to St. Armand’s, Lido Beach and Siesta Key. The Trolley is about an 11min walk from the hotel and is free but we tip the driver a few dollars. Would stay here again!

The room decor was nice and very Floridian, clean as could be! The mattress was a little to firm, but pillows comfy. Hotel provided beach towels, umbrellas and rides within a certain mile radius. What they called their pool was not a pool at all like at other hotels. It was 2 spa size pools, one heated one not. They are suppose to remodel and put in a new regular pool. The restaurant and bar was very good with choices. The hotel was not too large that you felt like you were at Disney. Very boutique style. I would go again to this hotel.

I used to stay here quite often when it was the Indigo, but haven't in the last couple of years. I planned on visiting a friend and stayed on my free night award prior to driving the next day (checked in around 7:30 pm). When I walked into the lobby to check in, felt so comfortable plus Scott remembered me. It was great talking to him and he was as friendly as ever (as well as person who checked me in). They did a great job with the room and everything was spotless as it has always been. The bed was really comfortable and for me, that is important due to back surgery last year. I always thought the water pressure in the shower wasn't adequate for (thick hair and took forever to rinse out shampoo and conditioner), but that definitely improved with the renovation. Some changes were made and a closet was added. I do suggest they add a few more hangers in the room, but that is an easy thing to do. They still offer free coffee in the morning, but it was better than remembered with sugar in the raw, which I use. The restaurant food has improved also and dinner was good. Another change is they took out the hot tub and made the pool larger. That was a smart move because previously the pool was useless. I didn't go out there, but chairs looked comfortable and I'm sure it will be appreciated by the guests. All in all, even though the stay was just for 1 night, now I know why I love this hotel so much and plan to visit again in a couple of months.

We wanted to get a getaway weekend, just my husband and I, found this place, reviews were nice. We booked it 2 days 1 night and was perfect. Downtown area, shuttle driver was amazing, hotel super clean, bed comfortable, AC works great, pillows are super. Breakfast a little bit pricey for the food but in general this hotel is great. Oh pool is ok but they need extra beach chairs around the pool, just 1 beach chair only, otherwise an amazing clean hotel and great customer service

Our recent stay at this hotel during the July 4th holiday weekend was a highly positive experience. The service provided was exceptional, with any issues addressed promptly. The accommodations were spacious and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The pool area was well-maintained, with towels readily available for guests. The on-site restaurant and bar offered convenient amenities. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which we utilized on several occasions. We would like to commend Nicole and Evan for their outstanding service. This stay ranks among the best hotel experiences we have had. Although this was our first visit, we plan to return on our next trip to Sarasota. We highly recommend this hotel, conveniently located in downtown Sarasota.

The location was great. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed in our room and the common areas. There seemed to be good attendance for happy hour at the bar and for breakfast. The shuttle service was fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool. The only complaint I have is that there is a $25 per day resort fee that was not apparent to me (a seasoned traveler) in my research ahead of the booking. I wish this and all hotels would simply add in any resort fee to the price shown when booking so there are no surprises. The hotel was worth the price, including the resort fee.

Ladies trip. Aunt and nieces. It was so perfect for our get away. We all wanted to experience a Tiny home experience. It over flowed our expectations. Fully equipped. Delightful and private courtyard expands living space. Park in front of your door. We were in Coral. It would sleep 6. There were three of us. Each had a super comfortable bed and still had a sofa to sit on that also went to a bed. For pet owners!!!!! Your own courtyard for those middle of the night go out to pee trips. Large Field across from you. And the stroll down the street to view the variety of tiny homes all painted in pretty colors and murals, your dog will enjoy it too! Siesta key is very pet friendly. I saw two little doggies on the beach. Appeared to be their first time. You can walk to Carrabba's, Mexican restaurant, Cafe Amalfi. We had true and real NY pizza. A trolley runs up and down the main drag by the beach. We didn't use it. We had really easy and convenient parking at turtle beach. Just south of crescent beach. Spacious and pretty. If you have a pet 🐕 or even no pet. Check this out. A fun experience and very accommodating. Thank you!!!

I had no idea what to expect with this property, but what a pleasant surprise to walk in and find it smelling clean and fresh. Despite its size, it was, in some ways, better equipped than an expansive home we had rented earlier that week. The air conditioning was powerful, the television sharp and clear, and the shower clean and stocked with soap and shampoo. My only frustration was that on the departure list was the instruction to "please take your trash and recycling to the closest designated trash area. I didn't know where that was, and when I tried to ask at the office, there was no one there, so I had to leave them. But I will definitely return. The tiny house is everything I need within seven minutes of the best beach in America!

This was a last minute reservation and most accommodations at other places were hundreds of dollars more. As can happen when using hotel finder apps, the room was double-booked. It was 9:30 pm when I discovered this, but my contact answered right away, and the manager evidently maintains a room in reserve for just such an occasion so I was able to get another tiny home. It didn’t strike me as particularly tiny, with a full kitchen and bath. The bedroom above the bathroom was comfortable. Only drawback was it was a very cold night for South Florida, and it was difficult to figure out the controls for the heat. The downstairs warmed up nicely, but I didn’t discover the remote for the unit upstairs until the next morning.

We loved the tiny house. It was great fun to explore a different way of living. You won't have to climb a ladder to go to bed at a Hilton, but you might have to do it in a tiny house. My brother said that he had the best sleeps in his cozy, amazing isolated bedroom (he affectionately called it his cave because of his room's low ceilings). Our tiny house was very comfortable, clean, and bright. We had good talks out on the private patio and entry via a door code was very convenient.

this was my second time staying in tiny house siesta, in the same exact tiny house and I’ve loved it every time. The house is a comfy vibe and it so close to many things, there’s a Mexican restaurant, Carrabba’s, and an ice cream shop just a 3-5 min walk away as well as a Publix that is roughly a 5 min drive. The beaches are about 10 minutes away which is lovely, while staying here me and my boyfriend tend to go to the beach at night and during the day.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Pool is wonderful and very clean. You can enjoy the pool till 10 pm. They provide towels by the pool. There is a little bar by the pool that serves amazing drinks. Very impressed with our stay here.

After reading some of the bad reviews about this place, I wasn’t expecting much. I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and very recently updated. The staff all welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Lisa at the pool bar! This hotel is in a good area close to shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Ruth’s Chris where we are eating tonight! For being in the middle of everything and also Memorial Day weekend, very laid back and quiet. Yes the rooms face an outside hallway, but we do not have any problems with that. The only thing I would suggest is new pool towels. Beach is a very short few blocks away. Too far for us to walk, but there is a huge parking lot and we had no trouble parking. A great stay, I will be coming back!

First time at a Spark property as a Hilton Diamond member. I chose this Spark property since its so close to the part of Saratota/Siesta Key that we visit often. We were coming into town for only a few days and this was perfect! The property was well kept and the pool was large and it has a pool bar, too! The King room where we stayed had everything we needed, but was on the smaller side, however, it was what we expected given the property type. Free Breakfast was continental but had a good variety of things from yogurt and fruit, to cereal, bagels and muffins. Anthony at the front desk was friendly and helpful! If we need to come back to town for a few days we will definitely stay at the Spark again!

We enjoyed our stay at Spark Siesta Key. You could walk to dining and shopping. You could drive to the beach or Siesta Village-there are a lot of free public parking areas to get to the beach. I saw the hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas if you wanted to mess with that. Great pool area with a hot tub. Also a bar. Good music piped in. Pool towels could be upgraded-not much of a towel. Suggestion: sign out at front desk or get charged?? Area around ice machines could have been cleaner. They also had a washer/dryer for guests to use. Liked the extras in the room-

Overall the stay was fantastic! Pros: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was quite convenient and stocked with bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit and great coffee. Room very comfortable, nice pool & pool bar with music. Con’s: I was slightly overwhelmed and disappointed with the cost of water and snacks, $8 for a 1liter smart water was outrageous. Water is $2.50 at the stores across the street. Beware of the “free shuttle”, it’s not free, the suggested tip of $3-$5 is pretty much mandatory and the shuttle driver will make sure you know it. I recommend and will stay again.
