Breakfast was lovely and the staff are super attentive and quick to answer any requests and queries. everything was clean and maintained well, comfortable beds and great location with convenient mall next to the hotel. there is parking outside the hotel as well as underground in the mall.

rooms are spacious, clean, and good smelling. message chair in every room and a cardio machine. the view is amazing. breakfast is delicious and has multiple options. host services are excellent, house keepers esp shakir, reception, Mr. bony are all kind and friendly.

Perfect place for families to stay in luxurious hotel to relax. I stayed in Grand executive suite and was superb with sound proof. Special thanks to manger in duty Mr. Bander and receptionist Mr. alqhathani.

We thorughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the resort and the beach. Smooth checkin and villa transfer. Pool was clean and safe for kids. Breakfast at Waves restaurant was delicious, and so was the buffet dinner with quite a lot of options. Room service and management was timely, spotless and thorough. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Special thanks to all staff including Mr. Abbas, Ms. Maisaa and Mr. Akram for their friendliness and support.

We had a wonderful stay at Braira Hotel Resorts. The amenities, including the pool and beach, were fantastic. The on-site dining offered a delightful variety of local and international dishes. Breakfast was good. The rooms were very big enough and probably new. the whole resort is very clean. Sea resort Close to Khobar City. Can enjoy a boat ride in the evening. The swimming pool is clean. Food for lunch can be ordered separately which will be delivered hot and we enjoyed that at the marina.

It is close to Khobar- easy to drive to eat out, go to the mall, corniche, etc. Beautiful cozy resort with a clean beach and pool. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Onsite water sports (jet ski, speed boat, kids activities, etc.)

It was amazing experience staying in braira resort. Especially kids enjoyed a lot ( pool, beach and other facilities inside the resort. Mr. Abbas House keeping manager is very helpful and always available for any requirements from the room facility. Best Regards, Vivek G

Location was in city center. It's a compound stay. Hall is very big with dining table. Private pool was a bonus. Clothes dried up very quickly as the area near the pool was big. There is a grocery store inside the compound as well. Airport is just 15-20 mins drive. We stayed in one bedroom suite with private pool.

Beach: The beach access was incredibly convenient, steps away from the property. The shoreline was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. The sunsets were breathtaking! Pool: The pool area was a great alternative—spacious, clean, and surrounded by comfortable loungers. It was a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the pool was a bit crowded in the afternoons.

I love the staff from the reception to the housekeeping and special mention to Mr. Adel the team leader in guest office he was helpful and accommodating, he explains well and while waiting for our room to be ready he make sure we are well cared and he even let us used the amenities while waiting. The pool for Kids were beyond expectation and the mans pool was deep and huge that I can dive in... Dana Beach resort is the Maldives in Saudi Arabia. The housekeeping team were responsive and always smiling to provide their best services. We enjoyed much and surely will come back again. Resort that you can enjoy too many amenities and even can cook your barbeque and you dont need to bring you can buy in mini mart....

Private beach and swimming pool for ladies. Gym not mixed men and women. Men swimming pool is awesome I like it. Resturant room services got reasonable prices.

Everything was exceptional. Kids enjoy alot specially kids swimming pool, Horse riding, club car driving, cycling and others activities. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic and I must say that this is the best dinner and breakfast we have ever had. Thanks to Mr. Ali at reception. He supported alot during check-in and check-out process.

Such a great place with exceptional service

With its canyon walls lit up, the Shaden Resort draws one in before you even enter the property. It is a simply gorgeous setting. We want to thank Abdullah and his colleagues for the upgrade to Deluxe King in the Heart of Shaden. Near the spectacular pool, our unit is beautifully decorated and has good amenities. Breakfast was plentiful with abundant choices and custom made omelets. We love sitting under the stars on the patio, with the canyon walls gleaming all around us. Elephant Rock is s short 7 minute drive away. But the best thing about Shaden Resort is the staff; so patient and hospitable. The hospitality manager is exemplary. The resort is truly exceptional and conveniently located near Elephant Rock. It offers well-appointed rooms and a great pool area suitable for both families and kids. The food is world-class and reasonably priced. The steam and sauna facilities are in excellent working condition. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their outstanding service. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was perfect( king superior) and then we were upgraded to an even better room, a spacious villa! Perfect location. Pool and gym was amazing. The staff were super accommodating and friendly and Forhan really did everything he could for us! amazing overall

The Shaden resort had various facilities that were amazing, the gym, pool and sauna were my favourites but nothing beats the view, specially at sunset

It was beyond amazing all the staff very polite very friendly the room was inmaculate the food was great, Llhom from Uzbekistan was phenomenal and very attentive also the manager of room coordinator he’s from Mexico was outstanding great service great host!! Pools were heated and pit fire at night was awesome

Pool which is main feature of this property was not working. They did inform me after I booked my stay. They also had made arrangements with Habitat but it was not the same. I was hoping they would some how compensate me for inconvenience but they did not. other than that a great property and great staff

We were able to spend four unforgettable days at the Banyan Tree Hotel in AlUla in mid-January. The whole hotel, the restaurants, the villas, the friendliness and that combined with the incomparable landscape of AlUla and Hegra is really worth a trip. And if there would be an Oscar for the best concierge in the world, no one else but Mustafa would deserve this Oscar. Thank you very much for these very, very impressive days in a very peaceful environment!

The villa and the hospitality in reception especially Mr. Ahmed and Darlin they were so welcoming and friendly.

They handled all requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. - The early check-in without additional fees was a huge plus, making the arrival process smooth. - The rooms were well-furnished and almost new, which added to the comfort of the stay. - When I found that one of the rooms had a smoke smell (despite being a non-smoking room), the staff promptly resolved the issue by switching it to another room. - It is conveniently located near major attractions, Just keep in mind the clarification about the pool and café when booking.

Perfect and highly recommebded, the main factor was the friendless and proffessionalism of the lady in reception, it was a positive experience. The reception staff was highly professional and cooperative. They handled all requests with a friendly and efficient attitude. The rooms were well-furnished and almost new, which added to the comfort of the stay.

The resort is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and offers a perfect mix of privacy, luxury, and relaxation. The villas are spacious, modern, and well-equipped—especially the beach access and garden which was a highlight for us. It felt like having our own peaceful oasis. The landscaping around the resort is stunning and immaculately maintained, adding to the serene atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Room service was fast and the food quality exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. There are multiple activities to choose from such as horse riding, dune buggy, cycling, jet ski. The water is clean and relaxing. You also get coffee kiosks and a supermarket inside so there’s absolutely no need to leave the resort for anything. Our host Arwa Ibrahim is an exceptional person and took care of us during our stay. It’s by far one of the best resorts in the Eastern Province. Highly recommended and definitely worth every riyal!

The beach was very close, and this what i came for. I didn’t come to have a good services or facilities, because if I do the price will be 2x, so i do like it. I hade the one room package.

I loved every part of the experience! The nature, the atmosphere, the clean villa and comfortable bed, the yummy welcoming sweets, the private pool and the trees surrounding them and didn’t mind the leafs falling on the pool as it is clean and fresh, the friendly and professional staff, providing all of our requests and hospitality, the breakfast was abundant and the ingredients are excellent quality and the pastries and baked goods are delicious, the entertainment center was well occupied with entertainment facilities the kids loved it, I didn’t tried the Spa yet but very keen to try it my next visit, morning stroll in the middle of July heat was a blast the weather was very nice in the morning 29 degrees, definitely will come back inshallah!

Customer service is exceptional, the villa and the pool were very clean. The hotel staff ensured that we were taking care of throughout the stay as it was our wedding anniversary. I would for sure come back.

The staff at the resort are extremely friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the resort offers a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy. During my visit in January, I was pleased to find that the pool was equipped with a water warmer, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience.

Facilities, nature, the complete ecosystem and the concept itself. Indoor playground for kids is out of this world and well maintained. the room and private heated pool were amazing.
