A fantastic and gorgeous property surrounded by the sea. Rooms are clean well maintained with a spacious balcony viewing the water. Staff is excellent seeing to your every need. Food is gourmet abut there’s also a poolside restaurant that serves a more simple fare. There are three terraced pools a golf course, which is exceptional and more. The extras included are a real plus.

Paradise is the only word to describe our stay at Constance Lemuria, Praslin. The location was stunning and the hotel beautifully juxtaposed with the natural landscape and nature. Our room was simply beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, always welcoming, cheerful and courteous, paying great attention without intruding. They made you feel like family and went out of their way to make our experience there very special. The restaurants were a delight with outstanding service and food. Our arrival was quite something with the dramatic entrance they provide - I won’t say more so as not to spoil for future guests. We loved every moment - a feast for all the senses in this paradise garden of Eden. So many staff were exceptional - a special mention goes to Fauziah of guest relations who was always available and ensured that our stay went so smoothly and that the experience was outstanding for us, so that now it is filled with special memories to treasure. Thank you! The restaurant manager in Legends whom had a beaming smile for us every day, the buggy driver who brought us in on arrival with such kindness, the Duty manager who tried to ensure everyone’s stay was perfect, the gentleman who prepared our fruit every morning - I’m so sorry I can’t remember all your names! - all deserve a huge thank you too - oh and the beach and pool guys - what a team! We stayed at Constance Lemuria and really enjoyed our experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We tried all three restaurants: Legend (buffet dinner with good variety), The Nest (local Creole dishes with a lovely view), and Diva, which offers a refined, Michelin-style setting. The food and service were consistently of high quality. Every Thursday, there is a wine tasting event before dinner – a great opportunity to discover wines from private collections and meet other guests. We tried a French sparkling wine, a Bourgogne white (Meursault-style), and a Sauternes dessert wine. Krste was very knowledgeable and helped us explore South African wines by comparing them with French references, which we appreciated. We also joined a Spanish dinner by the pool, featuring paella – a pleasant evening that needs to be booked in advance. Communication with the staff via WhatsApp was very convenient for reservations or requests such as late checkout. The beach is beautiful – clear water, clean sand, and the iconic Seychelles rocks. The staff at the private beach were very kind; special thanks to Paul for his attentive service. Overall, our stay was relaxing and well organized. We enjoyed every part of it and would happily recommend Constance Lemuria to others visiting Seychelles.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Constance Lemuria and it did not disappoint. We were there for 5 days which was the perfect amount. The beaches were beautiful, the pools were relaxing and overlooking the ocean, the service was great, and the property was all around beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that each guest is having the best possible stay. They make an extra effort and it is noticeable at every turn. We utilized all of the multiple dining options for dinner and ate at the buffet each morning for breakfast (we were on the half board which includes breakfast and dinner). The restaurants were all great but we enjoyed the Nest the most- be sure to make dinner reservations several days in advance if you want to eat at the non-buffet options. The golf course is very nice with great views. My wife enjoyed the spa which included a hot tub and cold plunge. We went on a boat tour of the Tortoise island and snorkeled which was a good day activity. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend.

Best holiday of my life! I’ve been round the world and frankly have high standards, often stay at great hotels in various countries. I have to say I was really impressed with the hotel, we had an absolutely incredible time. We stayed in a beach two bed villa, our personal butler Tamil was very helpful and responsive. The management is excellent and came to speak to us periodically to ask how things were going, very interested and responsive. The whole property is beautiful with a peaceful vibe, lots to do, including the golf, the beaches are stunning, the food is superb. The villa was very spacious and comfortable, the pool wasn’t heated but it was warm enough outside that once got in the water was totally fine, very enjoyable. I rarely return to a place a second time but this is a resort I would love to go back to. I honestly couldn’t fault it, absolutely incredible! Having not been on holiday this year in a while due to my son’s exams, it was exactly what we needed!

Huge property. Used bicycles to get around. Room was upgraded upon arrival to include private plunge pool. Five restaurants, but we ate mostly in the main restaurant which had a great buffet with a different theme each night.

We loved the private pool, the villa was very large and gave us lots of space. We loved the buggy’s that gave lifts around the resort and having a villa host WhatsApp group which met our every need.

We had a wonderful family reunion at the Constance hotel. The family villa was perfect for us with its own private pool. We would like to thank SATHY who looked after us for our two week stay. He was always on hand to help us with bookings and drive us around in the buggy, he was particularly kind and patient with our elderly parents. Thank you SATHY We enjoyed the tennis and paddle courts and the very enthusiast tennis coach Curtis. The daily yoga sessions in the most beautiful setting were amazing with the lovely Frederica.

Beautiful resort and excellent service, especially by our villa host, who was very helpful and responsive. The villa was great, and we loved the private pool and terrace. The daily dinner buffet was also really good. There was also a dedicated breakfast buffet for our side of the resort, which was great and meant it was never busy.

Review for Constance Ephelia, Seychelles Our stay at Constance Ephelia was truly the best family vacation we've ever had. Everything was exceptional from start to finish. We stayed in a 150 m² villa with a private pool — it was beyond amazing. The villa had two separate bedrooms, a large and beautifully designed bathroom, and even a private sauna. It offered us complete privacy, comfort, and luxury, surrounded by the lush nature of the resort. The entire resort is stunning, with two breathtaking beaches and perfectly maintained grounds. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive — we felt genuinely cared for every single day. The food was outstanding across all the restaurants. Fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and excellent variety made every meal a pleasure. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight for the whole family. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids — kayaking, zip-lining, nature walks, and the relaxing spa. We felt both recharged and inspired. This was a truly magical experience, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Thank you, Constance Ephelia, for an unforgettable family holiday!

Just about everything about Le Duc de Praslin is exceptional. Stayed at the Villa 360 - a combination of opulence and elegance in resort stays! A magnificent 4 bedroom villa with a private pool, jacuzzi, a private gym and a car provided during the stay by the hotel. The villa is a 4 minute drive from the main property up the hill, but the car really helps. The Ocean bar was just gorgeous with unmatched views of the sea. A wonderful DJ night the day before we left the resort made it an awesome experience. We booked a half board through Booking.com and it was worth it, delicious offerings all along. The wonderful staff led by manager Hilda and her excellent team, Virginie at reservations, the restaurant staff especially Ravindra, Suganthan at the Villa 360 were fantastic. We were treated so well, this will be a memorable stay for our family. And Praslin, a wonderful island with its glorious beaches and beauty will always be a top place to go back to and without doubt, stay will need to be at Le Duc

The hotel was perfect. We took the Villa 4 bedrooms. It was huge, we are family of four, but it definitely is suitable for two families with separated areas. In the fridge they give you beverages in payment which is very convenient. The villa pool is very big and the view to the ocean is awesome. Breakfast and dinner was very good for us with a lot of options. Please note that the villa is not in the hotel area (5 minutes by car) and you will receive from the hotel a car for free of charge – you can use the car to travel the island. The hotel has a beach, two swimming pools and a bar near the beach. Robert the owner is very kind and take care that you are enjoying your stay, as well as the manger V-cash. We enjoy the hotel very much and recommend it.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations and we had the most amazing stay out of all our accomodations in Seychelles. The room was very comfortable and clean, we were in the seaside block, had views to beautiful palm trees, the sea and to the pool. Impecable cleaning service was provided every day. The staff was very nice and helpful, everybody here is a professional and are great at doing their jobs. The beach was amazing, this is a very long beach with super fine and incredibly white sand and beautiful water. We were there in stingray season in June so we had to be careful when entering/exiting the water but luckily had no problems. The area is very well mantained, we had no bug issues. They have a nice fitness room with good machines and a nice spa area. They have a bar at the beach with great design. But the most amazing thing for us though was the food at this hotel. They have such an amazing selection for both the breakfast and dinner buffets, we were excited every day to go to their restaurant. Such creative, healthy and delicious dishes to chose from! Congratulations to the team taking care of this! We went to other fancy hotel restaurants in Seychelles too but none reached Le Duc's level! We missed Le Duc's buffet menu all the time!

We stayed at the Le Duc de Praslin hotel for 3 nights at the end of a two-week trip in Seychelles and Mauritius. The hotel is exceptional. The family room is very spacious and can easily accommodate a couple and up to four children with comfort and privacy for the parents. The hotel is located adjacent to Cote D'Or beach, which is one of the most beautiful and longest beaches in Seychelles; we really enjoyed running and strolling on the beach. It must be said in all honesty that the food at Le Duc is of an exceptionally high standard. The chef uses local ingredients and gives them a sophisticated twist that is delightful to the palate. The dinners were most impressive and inviting. We were very impressed with the dining at the hotel. The hotel includes a pleasant, compact pool with a jacuzzi and a great gym for those who like to stay in shape on vacation. The staff is very kind and service-oriented, and we had a very pleasant stay. We warmly and wholeheartedly recommend Le Duc de Praslin and will definitely return here in the future.

We stayed there between 21 to 28 Mar 2024. The facilities are amazing – the room was spacious and clean with beautiful lighting, great AC, very comfortable furniture. The patio in front of the room had very comfortable garden furniture and we had a very nice swimming pool right in front of it. The restaurant is in the open, surrounded by a beautiful garden! The food was excellent – very delicious, with a lot of choice and very fresh! They accommodated the gluten free diet of my wife with various options and spacial gluten free plate for her. The location is superb – the beach is perfect and Cafe Des Arts (the beach restaurant/club) is super, it is also close to local shops. The garden is amazing and full of more and more hidden places that you discover through your stay there and I'm sure that we missed to see all of them. The staff were very friendly and supported us with booking trips and advising. Overall, it is an amazing place and we plan to return if we can! We would highly recommend the Le Duc de Praslin hotel!

Loved the accommodation facilities at the resort. We stayed in the signature suit. Incredible facility. The private pool was amazing and the service was excellent.

It is not possible to give an objective review of this hotel due to the completely unbelievable surprise upgrade to the Presidential Suite on arrival. We had booked a Beachfront Villa and were really looking forward to that, but instead we got the Presidential Suite with 500m+ of private beach, private pool, lobby, entertainment house and two massive appartements. Truly a great start to our honeymoon! A couple of things which would have been less than perfect if we had got what we actually paid for would have been the cost of meals and excursions and activities. The food is very good, but overpriced. The buffet in the main restaurant with a single drink is around £60 per person, and the Teppanyaki Restaurant is more than double that. Excursions are also very expensive. Having said that we had a lovely relaxing time and it was just fantastic. The staff are very professional and helpful, and they have clearly got a lot of training in how to work with guests on a truly 5 star resort.

My husband and I were here for the start of our honeymoon in July 2024 and had a wonderful stay. We splurged and booked a villa with a private pool, which was fantastic. The beach was empty, which made it feel even more exclusive. One of the days we had massages at the spa, which I would highly recommend. The spa area is really nicely done and a little beach out front with those famous Seychelles rocks :) I know a lot of people complain about the price of food and drinks at these types of island resorts but it was about as expected, no big surprises there. The only downside was the price of the ferry to get you to the island. It was very expensive and with very few departures, could be a bit frustrating if your flights or ferries don’t match up. Staff was all phenomenal and great to have use of the bikes assigned to your villa. Would recommend!

This place is very nice but also equally expensive. We had half board (breakfast and dinner) because I thought we wouldn't need to spend a lot on lunch and would want to travel out and about. Forget it - don't do anything other than full board. The island has no where else for you to eat and getting off the island is a monumental and expensive task. We ended up spending a $100 a day on lunch. The only exception would be if you planned on eating a late breakfast and an early dinner everyday. Then you could skip lunch. The food by the way is really great. There is a wide variety - plenty of it - and all prepared well. You do have to make 'reservations' at one of the hotels restaurants which can be a little frustrating (after all you are on vacation) but once you get past that its fun. We ate at all the restaurants and didn't have one bad experience. In terms of 'things to do' on the island. You can definitely stay busy for a week. We scuba divided and that kept us busy. As an aside the nearby waters while they are pleasant to be in and very clear - there isn't a lot of large fish to see. The onside dive shop is spotting in terms of service - some really good people but mostly in experience young people who act like you're intruding on their party. The beaches here are very stunning! You could spend all your time on the beach and be very happy!!! It is postcard perfect. We stayed at a beach villa with a private pool - I can't recommend that enough. Wonderful room!

Villa with private pool was amazing! Eveything was soo perfect we did not want to leave to exlplore any other islands but to spend whole vacation there :) Very tasty breakfasts! Also we tried Creole cuisine on Sunday (only Sundays and Wednesdays).

Hotel is very cosy and the stile we like. We had booked villa with private pool and it was a great view together with lots of privacy plus very specious. Ofc it’s a bit dated but this comes with lower price and that was not that bad.

The Valmer Resort is overall a nice hotel. We've had a room with an ocean view and balcony. Stunning. The room was very spacious. The hotel is located on the south of the island and approximately 10 minutes by foot to the most beautiful beach. The way back is a bit of struggle because it's uphill but the hotel has few buggies and can give you a ride. The room was equiped with a TV, kettle, coffee mashine (but without capsules), fridge, safe, AC and hairdryer. It's also possible to book a massage or facial in the hotel spa. The gym was ok - free weights, cardio mashines, only one mat, swiss ball. The pool area is absolutely amazing. The late checkout wasn't possible but you can keep your luggage at the reception and can spend the time at the pool and take a shower in the bathroom at the lobby as well. The wifi was working really well.

My husband and I stayed at Mango House for 3 nights for the first part of our stay in the Seychelles. I cannot begin to explain how amazing our experience was! From the moment you arrive at reception (greeted with an amazing lemongrass drink and a cold towel), to our amazing room with a gorgeous view, there were so many highlights. There was a DJ at the infinity pool on the Saturday which was so fun. All the facilities were really clean and all pools are gorgeous. We have to give a BIG shout out to Michael who was absolutely brilliant, coming over to chat to us for each of our meals (even remembering us as The Smiths), the personal service just felt SO special. Muse in particular was so good, we ate here 2 nights and you have breakfast there each morning which is super tasty and a bonus with the bottomless Mimosas! We really didn't want to leave. We went on to Silhouette Island after our stay here for 4 nights to stay at another Hilton but honestly we wanted to come back to Mango House! Just fab all round and a perfect honeymoon spot. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we really hope to return again in the future!

We visited the Mango House after being in Kenya on safari for over a week. We wanted to visit Seychelles for a few days of relaxation before heading home. We definitely made the right choice by choosing the Mango House. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and accommodating. Thomas, Samis and Lisa kept me entertained at the beach pool bar while my wife was soaking up the sun. Our room was absolutely amazing the biggest bed that I have ever seen. We did venture out and did some excursions, but next time we will definitely spend more time in the beautiful room. We took advantage of the pools, snorkeling and all that the resort had to offer. We will definitely return in the next year or two and will stay longer than four nights this time. It was the perfect ending to a dream vacation.

10/10 for our Honeymoon , Service is Top Notch. We stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was absolutely gorgeous along with the beautiful views of the ocean. We stayed in the bay room and had our own pool. The public pools are beautiful as well. The customer service was the best part of the hotel. We were treated like royalty from the moment we stepped on the property. To name a few people who went above and beyond were Thomas (so welcoming, informative, hardworking, and professional ), Liza (very personable, helpful, and kind), Padre (very charismatic, funny, and caring, Anna (hardworking, wise, and sweet) and Stephanette(professional, great at attention to details, and warm)

Mango House Seychelles, LXR Hotels & Resorts, provided an enchanting retreat in the south of Mahe island. The beautiful boutique hotel boasts spacious rooms and a helpful staff. The main pool offers breathtaking views for adults, while a smaller pool caters to children. The hotel's beach, though small, is accessible within a short walk. Breakfast was served with delicious dishes instead of a buffet, and the dining options at MOUTYA and Azido were exceptional. While the hotel is situated on the south side of Mahe, requiring transportation for exploring the north, the staff can arrange taxis or car rentals. Overall, Mango House Seychelles exceeded expectations, making it an ideal choice for a romantic getaway.

The view from the main house is absolutely stunning , with the bay, the beach and the pool just in front of your eyes. The staff is genuinely very kind and helpful. The food was delicious The layout of the property with different little pools.

Absolutely everything was thought of and at your fingertips. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is fantastic. The best part though is having your own private pool and private beach that you can snorkel right out from. The ultimate relaxing island getaway!!

The hotel was really peaceful and lovely. It's a perfect honeymoon spot. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are spacious and you get your own private pool and beach access. The only downside is they need a more extensive food menu and they should offer more complimentary boat trips as there isn't much to do at the resort. Apart from that, it's absolutely wonderful and would do it again

When we arrived at the island jetty the general manager Borak greeted us and checked us in. (The island is private and has only 10 villas, all private and with their own infinity pool.) To say it is a villa is definitely an understatement as it consisted of two buildings, the “salon” which was a two story building with a living and dining area and a half bath on the first floor and a king bedroom suite with full bath on the second floor. The second building was the “master suite” which consisted of a bedroom and sitting area, a walk in closet, his and her vanity sinks, and an outside shower and toilet area on the deck overlooking the ocean. In front of the buildings is the pool area with an infinity pool and sundeck with two staircases leading down to the private beach. The living areas are beyond luxurious and it was like nothing I have ever experienced before. The restaurant was exceptional with the geared towards seafood but there are meat, chicken, and vegetarian. The island is located in a marine park but it was busy with boat traffic so the snorkeling was just OK. (Hire an excursion!) We did kayak across the channel to Moyenne Island to see the giant tortoises which was excellent. Overall, this was far and away the nicest accommodation we have ever experienced. The level of service and luxury were top notch and I would be hard pressed to find any complaints!

The privacy that the individual Villas offer was ,for us ,the wow factor here . The views from our villa and its lovely infinity pool were sublime . The Raised decked area with table and comfy chairs and sunloungers was much appreciated while we had tea and coffee from the complimentary in room kettle and nespresso equipment . Access to the sea was via our easy to negotiate garden pathway and led to very shallow bay with typical Seychelles white sand ,volcanic boulders and stunning views of ocean and adjacent islands . The bathroom was amazing , shower and bath outside and totally concealed for privacy . Interior double sink and walk in closet area perfectly appointed . Aircon was silent and very effective . Room was spotless . We can only speak from our experience and the Villa we stayed in which was called Bambou . So , with this in mind , the privacy was total , access to the sea extremely easy and also to the property from reception . The breakfast is non buffet but the waiting on staff will provide as much as you want from the menu and in what way you want it . The same applies to the Lunch and Dinner offerings . This is all done with a genuine smile, politeness & efficiency . The Hotel staff are a real asset here and a happy team . We could see that Burak (manager) led them by example and his informal,kind efficient manner had rubbed off . If you are looking for a little bit of Nirvana then don't hesitate to book this hotel .

Beautiful villas with stunning views across the marine park. Food was a bit slow but delicious- with an incredible choice for breakfast. Service very good but insistent checking that you’re satisfied with the service can get a bit annoying. So much of the marine park to explore by kayak and snorkel around- so if this is something you enjoy there is plenty activity to keep you torn between exploring and lying by your beautiful pool.

We stayed only for one night and had a late flight the next day. The hotel staff was very helpful and allowed us to stay checked in later in our room. The rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful local craft work. The pool area is very comfortable also the beach is just right in front of the hotel. We had lunch and dinner in the hotel and both meals were very delicious and reasonably priced. I can warmly recommend this place and would choose it again.

Wir wurden auf Händen getragen! Service super, Zimmer wunderschön, Pool Bereich super. Strand schön (leider nicht so toll zum baden). Restaurant super! Gute Auswahl, man sitzt im Sand!! Wir waren rundum mehr als zufrieden!

Nice relaxed atmosphere, food and cocktails were good. Room was very clean and the decoration for our honemoon was very cute. Both pool areas were clean and unbusy. The lady who checked us in and out was a bit unpleasant, but the service in the restaurant was great.

Uns hat es dermaßen gut gefallen, dass wir überlegen einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub dort zu verbringen. Die Appartments sind recht luxuriös und großzügig. Auf dem Balkon kann man fast ne große Feier veranstalten. Gasgrill ist auch da. Blick vom Balkon paradisisch. Jeder Kunde hat zum Zimmer einen Caddy. Somit sind die Entfernungen auf der Insel, zu den vier Privatstränden, drei Pools, Supermarkt und Restaurants ein Katzensprung. Ausstattung der Zimmer hochwertig und top gepflegt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und höfflich. Selbst wenn wir gesucht hätten, da gabs einfach mal nichts zu meckern. So macht Urlaub Spass.

Curved TV, Netflix, near the reception and our own Club Car. Beautiful beaches and fantastic restaurants nearby and shopping possible very near. House is with beach access directly. We had a maison with a ground and first floor - towels for the beach are included. There is also a Nespresso machine! Outdoor shower was very terrific!

Our bungalow had a small private pool which was excellent! And the property was literally two steps from the beach. Staff was very helpful, including with arranging day trips and car hires as well as lending us a BBQ. Bungalow was spacious, clean and close ro restaurants and shops.

This has got to be the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed at. Everything was clean! It was like it was just opened yesterday. They have a salt water pool and direct access to the beach. We did not get bit by sand flies walking on the beach. Staff were helpful and very friendly. All appliances worked. They do not have an oven but do have a stovetop, microwave, electric hot kettle, refrigerator with ice trays. 220 volt. The AC is only in the bedroom. That worked out fine for us as we knew it before we booked. There is a bedroom, bathroom and a combined kitchen and living room. Tv, phone and internet. Only one day was there a problem with the internet but there was a thunderstorm. It only did not work for a few minuted. The rest of the week it worked great and was fast.

Location: next to quiet and shallow beach. Perfect for families with small children and nice and calm water, not much to see if you like snorkeling. The town is on walking distance with shops and restaurants. Also Directly next to a bus stop which gets you most places on the island for 12 scr per person. Anse Lazio is not far and highly recommended for a visit. Facilities: pool is there for common use by about 10 villa's. Usually a couple of people using it. At the last day we could use a day room to shower after we checked out. Service: excellent! Annia helps with everything and really makes you feel at ease. The daily cleaning is really thorough. Both the grounds and the villa are cleaned daily. Room: the villa I should say. It has everything you need, air conditioning, fans and a full kitchen.

We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Annia is a wonderful Friendly and welcoming host. Anything you need or want to know just ask and she'll be more than happy to help and always with a smile.The Island of Praslin is stunning and footprints is an excellent accommodation with a small pool, beach access and a wonderful array of flora and fauna in its grounds.Our accommodation consisted of an open plan Kitchen and living room, a large bedroom with a king bed and on suite shower room. It had everything we needed for our stay and was cleaned daily. The beach is amazing and was uncrowded. My wife and I really enjoyed swimming in the beautiful warm sea. We also enjoyed kayaking and Kayaks are complimentary at footprints. We would highly recommend this property for your stay on Praslin.

We have been upgraded to Vila and that was very nice, we had pool and everything was new, the only thing it is a little bit far from the sea and no direct road.

Beautiful location on a lovely little, picturesque beach with some fairly good snorkelling. I arrived early at the resort due to my flight and the staff kindly checked me in and upgraded my room. Room was great…super clean and spacious. Fridge, hairdryer etc provided. A nice quiet atmosphere and a great place to relax.Breakfast was decent ..fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, decent coffee etc. Possibly breakfast could be varied a bit more, particularly for guests who stay longer as it tended to be the same everyday. Restaurant offered a good lunch and dinner menu. Drinks in the restaurant were expensive including drinking water. ..come prepared! A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 60 euros (arranged by hotel). If you want to explore the island you will need a car as there is no public transport going near the hotel. If you are happy to swim, snorkel and relax then it is ideal. WiFi was ok but it wasn’t always reliable.

The hotel is at this amazing location, right on the beach. Getting there from the main road if you don't have a car is a "sightseeing walk" :-) but don't do it with the luggage. We didn't have a car so the lady from reception gave us a lift to the main road (which was greatly appreciated) so that we could take a bus to our next adventure. Since we had a late flight we were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and when we came back from the tour in the evening, we could take a shower and get ready. The room was nice and spacious with a little fridge...but it is on the beach so bring earplugs if you have problems sleeping. Breakfast was AMAZING, especially those little bread buns. The restaurant and the reception staff are super friendly. and always ready to help.

Perfect location right on the beautiful sandy beach. We had standard room facing the restaurant and the sea. From the room to the sea less than a minute walking distance. Great snorkelling, especially on the left-hand side of the bay. There is plenty of space on the beach in the shadow in the morning. Although in the afternoon the sun comes down on the west and the shadow is very limited. The room was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and proactive. For late check-out they gave us permission to use a single room at no extra fee. Kayak and sup can be used for free. From the hotel about 20 min walk to Petite Anse/Four Season hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant and at the cafe on the beach was very good quality and at decent price.

First and most: the service. We were greeted by a pleasant team who provided a lot of useful information. The room is lovely, facilities were in good shape, we were able to cook for ourselves . Excellent bathroom, best we have seen is similar properties. The garden and porch were also very pleasant, clean and well maintained and we had a charming little personal pool!!!

There is nothing to complain :) probably we would stay here again. Communication with the Staff and Owner was perfect from the arrival until checkout. Gihan Fernando was great. He was always available withe help and if we needed something, a short WhatsApp Message was enough so he organised everything we needed. Nicole the owner was a peach, always strives to improve the accommodation. One Mention: I would recommend a car if you stay here. We stayed in the little mention and the pool is what it is - you can see it in the pictures clearly and we knew the size isn't very big. No complaints at all

Excellent rooms, a bed room, kitchen, and an additional bed with study room, and a balcony that extends as a porch with well furnished seating and dining table for food, facing the sea (and beach). We were at the first floor (Seasplash). Great service, and approachable, friendly staff. Loved the food, fish, creole curry, rice and salad for dinner and a lavish European breakfast buffet, delivered impeccably on time, in the room. Well stocked drinking water, complimentary juices on arrival, a complete kitchen with all necessary utensils and cutlery, wide beds and sofas, and well spaced bathroom. Good parking space for car, and bus stop opposite. Overall, loved the stay, view, time spent on the balcony overlooking waters and regular sound of the sea breeze.

We had an amazing stay at this place as part of our honeymoon, we arrived late when all the supermarkets were closed and couldn’t have dinner so the owner kindly cooked us delicious dinner and she also served us dessert afterwards. Nicole is so kind and hospitable she takes the extra mile to ensure her guests’ comfort and needs. The place comes with all facilities needed especially the kitchen with everything that enables you to cook your own food. The beach is also walking distance, geographically it’s an amazing location. Also given that the location is at a tropical island you might run into insects Breakfast and dinner are available upon request but they have separate extra charges.

It was perfect, the 4 poster bed was lovely and comfy, the place was set out really well, they left some provisions (water daily, salt and pepper, oils, tea and coffee in contrast our previous property provided hardly anything), the gardens were well kept and the jacuzzi was great. And the bathroom was nice, I’ve never been to a place with a double shower. Outside, it was next to a lovely quiet beach (with boulders), the buses stopped outside and the supermarket was 5 minutes away and well stocked. Lia was excellent, she checked on us every day and was just such a lovely polite lady, her goal was to make our stay the best and she did.

It's a nice place with nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good, and the pool is nice. Every 3-4 rooms have their own kitchen and pool area.

Everything was perfect, exceptional big new room and bathroom, tasty rich breakfast, relaxing atmosphere and poolside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they contact you before your arrival if you need any transfer from the airport and even if there wasn’t the possibility of dinner in the structure, Jenish booked for us a table at the nearest 5 stars hotel L’Éscale (1 minute by foot). Thank you for this beautiful experience, even if our stay was short.

The private beach and the Infinity pool were the highlight of the 3 bedroom Villa. Great central location. Easy to drive to all places on the Island. The staff were extremely well trained and courteous. The breakfast on pre-order was good. Will definitely come back next time.and stay here again.

Nice place, ideal for a short term stay, WiFi worked well, the room was exceptional (as expected for the price) located a bit far from any restaurants or shops (if you have not rented a car you have to walk for like 15min. The breakfast was very good (you can choose from several options), the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating (allowing us to stay by the pool on the checkout day till late evening hours).

The facilities are excellent. Kitchen and garden/pool has everything you need. Water machine (no need to carry bottles from store) normal coffee maker + several capsule machines (just everything you could possibly need). There are pool toys if you have kids with you. And a wonderful daybed on the terrace where is was lovely to read and take naps. Owners of the house where awesome. Very helpful and friendly. They live in the same building but totally separate so they won't bother you if you don't want them to, but are right there is you have any questions or needs. They picked fresh fruits from their garden for us everyday. And opened coconut for us as we did not dare to try it our selves :D Overall just perfect. Wish I was still there:)

We had the most amazing stay with Barry & Sarah. We found a real gem. What a treat our stay was. Everything was perfect. Beautiful surroundings. We stayed in one of the apartments. Very well equipped. Gardens & pool are lovely. Outdoor kitchen facilities amazing. We barbecued and ate outside most days in the lovely outdoor area. Local village is only a few minutes down the road on foot and the breathtaking Anse Royal beach is a minute walk. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor showering too. We were totally spoiled. Barry and Sarah are super hosts, very easy going, informative, generous and both have a great sense of humour. Had the pleasure of them both joining us for lunch one of the days. We enjoyed fresh fruit from their garden most days, compliments of Gandolf the very nice gardener. Great bus service from this location too, important if you don’t hire a car. We look forward to a return visit soon. Our stay was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. Barry and Sarah made us feel most welcome and couldn’t have done any more for us. Highly recommend a stay at Royal Bay. We were sad to leave. A massive thank you to Barry & Sarah for looking after us so well.

Beautiful cute apartment with absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Coffee tea and some milk were there upon arrival. The apartment is by the side of the villa and you also have use of the villa pool area and can enjoy the tropical garden and tree house. A lovely quiet atmosphere for people who want to relax. Owner is super helpful and gave suggestions of places to visit. I particularly chose this place as it in on the bus route so there is no need for a car. I was able to visit Victoria, the Botanical garden and the rum factory by catching the local bus. It is walking distance to a number of shops, a couple of take aways, a bank, money exchange and restaurants. The lovely beach is about a 3 minute walk away and was good for swimming throughout the whole day. Just one thing to keep in mind…..the apartment has 2 or 3 steps in it and the walk to the beach/ main road/shops etc is up/down a short but very steep hill. If you are physically active then there is no problem.

The place is perfect , a place to dream without any open wishes. The children liked the 3 turtles very much. The swimmimg pool and the Jacuzzi are wonderful. Everything in the houses perfect, very clean, big rooms , good air conditions, super equipped house and especially the kitchen ! Barry ans Sarah , you are great hosts ! We will come back one day and can recommend this perfect place . We should have stayed another week, too short a stay . We are leaving very thankful. See you again.

The owners are very friendly and very helpful. The house is very spacious. It was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and equipment one could possibly need. Kids loved the pool and the tortoises. This house is great for families with children.

Great place, cooler in the mountains, private pool and view are excellent. Also good firm beds. Nice host, we visited tortoises in the main building and even had a tour of the garden. Highly recommended!

Our stay at The Olive Tree can only be described as marvellous. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the neatly kept garden is a pleasure to spend time in and the pool is small, but extremely clean and very pleasurable for a quick cool-down. Still, the real highlight are the people who make all of this happen. Marise and Christophe are extremely friendly and courteous people. They really went the extra mile with a delicious dinner on our first day alone, but also, they provided fresh fruit from the garden (how amazing is this!) and breakfast ingredients for our first morning. They were incredibly helpful with advice, contacts and regular check-ins to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. Their staff took exceptional care of house, garden and pool - we couldn't have asked for more.

The hosts, Marise and Christoph, were very helpful, kind, friendly, approachable, and very organised.The apartment was incredibly massive, spacious, and very clean. The apartment has everything you will need; from everything you could possibly want in a kitchen to the bedroom. As a lady that has a religious skin care regime that includes about 8 steps, I was happy to find that there was a chair right infront of the mirror in the bedroom. It made it so convient to sit than stand in the bathroom for several minutes/ an hour. Marise was also kind to let me use the pool allocated for the villa, for the entire duration of my stay, to improve my swimming. I highly recommend the Olive Tree to anyone coming to Seychelles and intend to stay in Mahe Island.

We had a great and memorable stay in Olive Tree Villa. Very clean and comfortable villa. You can find everything you need in the villa. Nice and clean pool. Very beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Air con in the rooms helps you have a good sleep. Good location with easy access to other places both with bus or taxi. The hosts Marise and Chistophe are wonderful. so kind and helpful. They help you all the time to manage your time and help you to arrange the tours or whatever you want. They are so flexible in the time of your arrival and departure into the villa and help the guests as much as they can. I highly recommend you to choose this place.

We are happy that we chose Olive tree for our stay in Seychelles. Great view from the terrace. The height of the building's location was an additional tourist attraction. The spacious interior of the apartment - Nice house, spacious rooms. Kitchenette - fully occupied, coffee machine, drinking water. It has a very nice pool, trampoline, and the garden is beautiful with little rabbits, tortoise as well. Marise, thank you so much for your warmest hospitality and care! Everything was just dazzling. Christopher was a real help in taking us on a tour to the mountains and beaches and became one of our closest friends. We will surely recommend our pals to stay when they land in Seychelles, and of course, we will visit again. Thank you.

Nice apartment with private pool, wide room and kitchen. There is the prettiest Intendance beach in 10 minutes. So it is a nice place both for hotel only rest and beach rest.

We had a very relaxing stay at Moulin Kann Villas. The rooms are very clean and equipped with a private pool, the beach is close by walking distance and the location is quiet with a 30 min drive to the center.

Really lovely little villa with it's own plunge pool, just a short walk to the beach. Great start to our holiday in the Seychelles and just down the road from the rum factory. You will need a car if you want to explore more of Mahe as this is the quiet end of the island

The one of the most incredible places I have ever stayed! we didn’t want to leave. Very private, extremely comfortable. A little pool was very nice and helpful after sunbathing. Extremely beautiful sky, couldn’t stop watching stars and moon. Don’t stock up with groceries in the shop on Eden island, it’s very expensive, buy in the city. Kayaks are always available to take anytime. We stayed in a few places on Seychelles, it was way the best!

As for adventurous people - to feel like Swiss Robinson's family, stranded on a remote island with only access via boat. Complimentary finest home made meal on arrival arrival. Simple checkin procedure and collection from main island Free access to kayaks and a private little pool to cool down.

It was a perfect stay, 100% what we were looking for, bed and pool are great. Hospitality is exceptional, Christine is a great cook. We traveled among beaches by kayaks, that were provided by the place. There is also great snorkling not far from the hotel pierce.

This is one of the most special and beautiful places I've been to. A well-invested and beautiful villa - down to the smallest details. Great and service minded staff. Thank you Michelle and Kristin. A stunning view Value for money - very high. When we arrived, a super delicious meal was waiting for us that Kristin had prepared. and shopping in the fridge. I asked them to prepare things for birthday - and they prepared it in a very invested and exciting way. We went out with the canoe to explore the nearby islands - a great pleasure. I will also point out that it is worth coming to the place with shopping in advance and with a willingness to use the kitchen - everything you ask for beyond what we got on the first day - indeed tasty and organized and invested - but very, very expensive.
