Food great and reasonable price. Hotel staff very accommodating. Room fantastic. I Will definitely stay again. Peaceful stay. Loved the ice pops and Evian spray at the pool nice touch! Only negative feedback is allowing guests to reserve their sunbeds at the main pool they place a towel and leave some belongings then they go to breakfast and return to their beds a hour later. This really lowers the quality of the hotel and should not be accommodated!

Really nice hotel. Went there in August/ September for a couple local gateway during COVID times. Very spacious room with nice pool/sea view and just a short taxi ride away from Dubai. Very relaxing place for a couple. Beach is very nice, better than other Ajman hotels.

We were visiting Dubai for the first time as a part of our honeymoon. This hotel did not disappoint and was a stand out in our overall trip. From the moment we arrived the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they made our honeymoon visit so special. The facilities were great, room was so relaxing and comfortable. The hotel had excellent food options which meant we never wanted to leave for our breakfast. When we came back after a long day in the desert Veranga surprised us with a beautiful bubble bath waiting for our return. We continue to miss going downstairs to the stunning outdoor pool with the always helpful Glenn there to assist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether you are visiting for business or pleasure. Cannot wait to come back!

This hotel is a gem in downtown dubai its a short taxi ride to the dubai mall and burj kalifha and a slightly longer ride to the Emirates mall and the marina which are all worth a visit the hotel staff where polite helpful and caring the food was excellent especially the indian restaurant on site the food was also excellent i would also like to thank the hotel for birthday cake and a bon voyage cake lovely and thoughtful touch we will definitely be returning in the future

With experiences in other Nikki Beach clubs and other hotels in Dubai, my expectations were high. I have to say they were exceeded - the staff is extremely friendly and professional. None of the arrogance you would find in Miami or Saint Tropez. Instead: smiles, helpfulness - the highlight was the food: clearly this is Dubai where things are over the top. Breakfast was a highlight with high quality ingredients at the buffet, custom egg dishes changing every day etc. Basically the chef and staff treat every dish (including poolside menu) as an attempt to please your palate and succeed - the refrigerated pool was a delight in the heat and with the beach just nearby it is a pleasure - the shisha menu is amazing and surprising - young kids were not out of place playing in the pool and at the same time there was the Nikki Beach vibe with DJ and women taking endless instagram selfies as everywhere at Nikki On the improvement points - rooms are great and classy with high end products but miss some convenience details like hangers for wet swimsuits and towels in the bathroom - the ambiance in August is not what you'd expect at Nikki but it is not the hotel's fault it is just the season. Very quiet in the evening, nobody dancing by the pool, very limited topless and champagne craziness. That said the music was great all day long

Food 10/10 for breakfast, lunch and dinner - really exceptional. Everything was meticulously clean. Great pool loungers and shade, helpful pool staff. Nice vibe, on Saturday the music was too loud but otherwise a nice vibe. Short trip to airport makes it very convenient.

Hotel is very well done with amazing features. The room was super clean and the food was very good. The pool is great with the best sun loungers in Dubai! Service around the pool was a little slow but better than average.

We loved this hotel. I was worried as we were arriving because it is in an area where all the surrounding houses are being built and there is not much around. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel but this is true of most hotels in Dubai. It is a short taxi ride to Downtown Financial and Old Dubai districts but farther from Palm and Marina, where we stayed for the second half of our trip. We had a 2 BR Family suite and it was huge and beautiful view of the beach. I would not recommend the rooms on the backside of the hotel because the view is of the ugly construction of all the houses. Maybe in a year when they are finished it will be a prettier view. The breakfast which was included was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The dinner we had was just ok and my son says the frozen Truffle pizza from Trader Joe's is better than the truffle pizza he had there, and the sushi was also so-so. The fish was excellent though. The only thing I didn't love about this hotel is the open bathroom format- the shower with no walls. No privacy and a bit chilly. That was weird and hard for my teen kids that were sharing a bathroom and so didn't want to be in there at the same time. Luckily the suite had a 3rd bathroom to use! The beach and pool areas are nice and good music. Overall this hotel has a very cool, hip feel (my teens loved) but is also nice and luxurious. Super relaxing and pretty. Hopefully they will keep it updated so it doesn't start to feel rundown over time.

Amazing resort on the beach near Dubai. Only the best for room, staff and service. Travelled the world, this is at the top for quality and a beach break. Definitely going back. If you want the party pool option, you get extra access down the beach. If you want quiet and luxury, that's the minimum that you get here. Very high quality resort with no expense spared at all levels.

Best of the best; I wish I had an option to give them more stars. We stayed in many hotels around the world, from US to Canada, in Europe and east Asia but without any doubt this was one of the greatest experience we have ever had. Clean and neat building, modern room, super friendly staff and great breakfast buffet are all there. If you stay there, you may visit city's historic landmarks, or the blue and date souks which are just around the corner.

The frontdesk staff and dinning staff were wonderful and accommodating. I was blessed with an upgraded room. Unfortunately the TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Also twice i up the room sign for making up but Housekeeping didn’t come during the day. My last day they came at 8pm at night. Overall i had a great experience at this property.

The stay at the hotel was ok. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. We didnt meet other staff since they didn't offer food in thr package and we only slept in the rooms. We didnt use any other amenities. The guys at the entrance doors wete quite helpful in assising with taxis.

Beautiful historic hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and provided exceptional service. Breakfast which was included was delicious. Everything fresh with lots of choice. Our room was upgraded to one with a private plunge pool. Very walkable.

I had a wonderful two nights at The Chedi Al Bait Hotel in Sharjah. The service was top notch, the room was clean and the extra touches improved my stay. In my room, I not only had reusable bottles of water but also was provided with homemade granola bars, dates, walnuts, and dried apricots. I booked a massage for a bit of pampering and was delighted with Aria. She was fantastic and I left relaxed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. There were so many options to choose from and everything was freshly made. Thank you. The location in the “old town” is unbeatable. It’s easily accessible by foot to most of the key sights in Sharjah. My only suggestions for improvement are: 1. more chefs are needed for the bbq night as it was busy and one man was doing the grilling, which took time. I only managed a few grilled items before I gave up on getting anything else. 2. The steam room was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and it smelled moldy. I couldn’t use it. 3. The pool needs to be re-tiled. There were many missing tiles. Thank you for a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back.

When my partner pitched the idea of a staycation in Sharjah I was skeptical. Though neither of us drink, and are unaffected by the fact the Emirate is dry, Sharjah didn’t strike me as the obvious place to go to for some R&R. How wrong I was… This hotel is a gem. A hidden treasure. This hotel is so good that I hesitated greatly before leaving a review, as I was worried that by being too well known it could lose its amazing features. But, as we enjoyed it so much we went a second time, it is unfair for me to not spread the good word on Beit al Shady. First off: you do not feel you are in the UAE. The layout of the hotel is such that you feel transported to another country, like Morocco or Tunisia. You are disconnected from the exterior which, during travel bans, is a Godsend. We really felt that we got out of the UAE, as the hotel is so atypical of the standard 5 star brand offerings in Dubai. Secondly, the customer service is unparalleled. We travel a lot, for business and pleasure often to places which are renowned for customer service. However, we have never felt such a strong personal touch in any of our stays anywhere else in the world (special mention to Rabi and Sushna). The staff make you feel like family, offering a human touch which is mostly completely absent in the UAE. They go out of their way to make sure you are having a good time, be that by making custom free mocktails to being on first named terms with you. We genuinely missed the staff when we left and they a

I was expecting a luxurious stay but the Chedi still delivered beyond that. And it's not the glamour and bling kind of luxury but the understated and cultured variety, where you simply feel well taken care of while enjoying the calm and serenity that can rarely be found in the middle of a city. The people were extra nice, the architecture was fabulous and the surrounding heritage area was a joy to discover. My children who I thought will get bored because there's no beach or game room actually felt that we should've stayed longer. Definitely a gem in Sharjah.

Very good and we enjoyed but checking out not acceptable at all. Checking in time is between 3Pm to 5pm and you are asking for check out at 12 sharply. Even did not extend for 30 minutes. Please take it under consideration since this is having a bad impact on you

Stayed here on a 2 night stopover this was our 2nd visit to this hotel staying at the Royal club we were on the 5th floor which was ideal for us as the Royal Club private pool was on this floor the afternoon tea was lovely as were the canopies the food and alcoholic beverages were free flowing your glass was never left empty before a member of staff would replenish you drink there was a good choice at breakfast and thank you Lynn for remembering my tomato juice which I mentioned the previous evening only had one small problem which was quickly resolved by the food and beverage manager Mr Nickolas therefore a big thank you we will definitely return next year

I stayed at this property for 7 nights. It is close to the airport and as I missed the hotel shuttle walked to the hotel (a little bit complicated by road works). Booked a M-Club room and was pleased to be upgraded to a Royal Club room thanks to Arslan at the check-in. The Royal Club is a 8 story building just outside the main hotel. The room and bathroom are big and stylish modern with an extra large king size bed and jacuzzi bath. Separate dressing which is nice. The Club lounge is almost the whole lobby with enough and comfortable seating. Food selection for breakfast and happy hour is sufficient but not exceptional. The wine choices were good but not great. Afternoon tea is, I think, somewhat better than other properties. Although there are multiple pools around the main property, we used the roof pool on the 5th floor of the Royal club as my wife swims 2km daily and the other pool (for swimmers) was crowded. Friendly staff as usual in Dubai. I cannot rate the main hotel but what I saw (rooms and M-club lounge) seemed somewhat dated. Anyway, we had a great stay!

Lovely hotel, has a lot of things to do within the complex and has many pool areas. My personal favourite is the latter one as it’s tucked away out back with less people and a pool bar so you don’t have to come out of the pool. Had a nice jacuzzi in room but it didn’t work too well as it kept draining water when it was filled up. The dinning area by reception is very open and spacious, service is very prompt and attentive even during happy hour times. Looked after well by numerous of particular Nang, Lynn, Dau, Sanjeeta. Only thing if I had to mention is that, lounge food selection, isn’t really much on offer of choice, you are stuck in the hotel as there isn’t much around the surrounding areas without a car, but otherwise a great starting location after a long flight for a day or two. For SIGNATURE INN -DERA in DUBAI I would say ; Its a Great Hotel Great value for money Its Location is Anazing The Hotel STAFF were veey Helpful. Its Surprising how they OFFEE So much In snall package .. like they Have a Anazung SWIMMING POOL, SPA and Even a Disco Club ..inhouse with Bolkywoid music and dancers. Plenty of Restaurants and Supermarkets nearby. Im from USA But i will say Its BEST HOTEL to Stay for SOUTH ASIAN Travelers . I will Stay AGAIN and i will reccomebd to All my Friends in USA. -------------------------------- ONLY --One Drawback They have CEBTRAL AC ..So the Smoking Smell from one room comes to other Rooms. It’s a normal hotel and you have everything what you need 24h supermarket is only 50 m away from the hotel and 2 minutes to a big mall. And the price is good.

Well thought-out hotel. Lots of smart touches. Ice-making machine in corridor, 24-hour branded supermarket, spacious meeting areas, lockers to store luggage, paswordless WiFi, free refreshing citrus water by the pool. Ramadan the manager on reception should be called Eid, as he puts you in good mood. A special shout out to Asitha from housekeeping who, over my 5 days there, showed himself to be professional, friendly, kind and a lovely human being.

it has almost everything - you can do your own laundry, chill at the pool, meet for business, there's even a small choithrams on the ground floor, so you can go downstairs in your slippers and get something to eat. the service is flawless. if only the metro station were closer, I would have stayed there longer.

Everything - rooms, amenities and facilities were excellent. This hotel has thought of everything - to the laundromat w/ ironing stations, the free shuttle service to multiple tourist destinations, the working spaces, the pool and gym. The staff were also very friendly. Excellent value and and highly recommend for a convenient, comfortable stay.

Overall, the hotel and its ambience were excellent. The beach was clean, and the rooms were modern and high-tech. The property has three pools, giving guests great options, and the temperature-controlled pool was a wonderful touch. But what truly makes this place special is the staff. The team at Ajman Hotel is exceptional — they are the reason we felt so welcomed and would love to visit again. Right from check-in, Rochiel, Regina, and Jaysel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even surprising us with an upgrade. A kind Indonesian gentleman from Bali escorted us to our room and was very courteous. A big shout-out to Mohamed Bishal, the bartender at the pool bar, for his outstanding hospitality. I also had a small issue with one staff member (which I prefer not to mention), but it was quickly and graciously resolved by Sumeeta, the restaurant captain she was simply the best! Special thanks as well to Sabina, Jay (the Filipina captain), and the valet staff all of whom made our stay memorable. Well done, team Ajman Hotel! From arriving to departing our stay was exceptional. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but the Ajman Hotel will be a stay to remember. The property is an older property for the UAE but its immaculately clean. Upon arrival I was informed that there was construction on site, I was a little hesitant however the on going developments of the property were NOT intrusive at all. Every single member of staff we encountered were so friendly, such warm genuine greetings throughout the hotel. The gentlemen working on Valet and the Doormen were super kind and helpful. Fatima & Meryem at check in were an absolute pleasure, they even arranged an early check in. We enjoyed the pool, and the pool bar staff were also so kind and helpful. The Softouch spa, THE BEST massage ive ever had! Both Manu & Arie were exceptional at their treatments. We enjoyed dinner in the Italian which also had the very best service, and breakfast was as good as any top Dubai hotel! Although our room was dated, it was clean, spacious and Arabian themed with a beautiful sea view (502 Twin) I would absolutely come back to this hotel again, I live within the UAE so I will be coming to use the Spa again also! This was another stay at Ajman Hotel out of multiple in succession since early 2000s. As ever, we have enjoyed the superb beach, the classy hotel (with all rooms having a magnificent view on the Gulf), the most welcoming atmosphere, and the nice gym and sauna, this time added with the lovely new pool facilities. But probably the most precious asset here are the people, many of whom have been with the hotel for decades. To name a few: Fatima the receptionist who was the first to welcome us and checked us in lightning-fast; Mr. Ali the chief manager who has always been in charge of our comfort and good moods; Svetlana, Anastasiya, Jayann, Amina, Abdous, Jeomar, Asha, Malsha, Anu, Bishal, Min, Nizar, chef Nicolia and chef Fahad who made our gastronomic dreams come true; the security guys who took care of us at the pool and on the beach; the cleaning team who made our room so cozy and clean… Sorry, can’t name everybody. We just hope to come back again and again.

I had a great experience during my stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff stood out with their warmth and friendliness which made a big difference in our overall experience (Rohit and Peggy) upgraded our room to a suite and also provided us a beach and pool access to Zabeel Saray Hotel. I truly enjoyed my birthday - they gave me a celebration with a cake & fruits and a welcoming ambiance. Overall the combination of pleasant environment, clean facilities (swimming pool/rooms), attentive & warm staffs, selection of foods were great made our stay memorable. We would definitely consider returning and recommend it to others.

This was our third time staying at the Emirates Towers Hotel and we had another wonderful stay. Upon arrival we were told that we had received an upgrade to another room, which made our stay even more memorable. We also informed the hotel staff in advance that we were expecting a baby and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating from the reception staff (special thanks to Peggy) to the breakfast staff (special thanks to Maria) to all the lifeguards by the pool. They all made sure that we feel comfortable and looked out for us. We are looking forward to staying at this hotel during our next visit to Dubai.

We booked this hotel because of the location. Stayed 10 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that made you feel they wanted you there. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The E butler service was easy and efficient. The children loved the pool. The breakfast was good, lots of variety, and the staff were very attentive. Concierge couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you to your entire team for looking after us.

This was our third visit to the JET Hotel, and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the 39th floor was breathtaking, and both breakfast and dinner at the Mundo restaurant were outstanding. The swimming pool was great, and we appreciated the luxurious beach access at Palm Island. We look forward to returning for a fourth time!

I recently stayed at the Edition Dubai for the second time, and it’s safe to say this has become one of my favourite spots in the city.The staff are always outstanding (special shout out to Mohammad Shalaby) always helpful, genuinely attentive, and greet me by name and remembered my breakfast preference.Food-wise, both the main restaurant and poolside dining area delivered above expectations. The menus offer a great mix, with everything I tried beautifully presented and full of flavour. A particular standout was the Chorizo and Manchego croquettes by the pool. Dangerously good! The gym quite well furnished with a range of treadmills, crosstrainers, freeweights and weight machines. The only thing missing for me is a cable machine, but that's only a minor personal preference. It always seems quiet and towels and water are always stocked.The hotel’s location is another huge plus, being right in the centre of the city, making it perfect for my business meetings, sightseeing, or meeting friends. The views from my balcony facing the Burj was a nice view to enjoy a morning coffee. All in all, the Edition delivers on every level: style, service, cuisine, and location. I’ll absolutely be returning on my next visit.

My room was always immaculate, and the team was proactive in checking if I needed anything throughout the day. The level of care and consistency was genuinely impressive. Also to the general manager who takes the time to interact with the guests which you do not find in other Marriott hotels. We stayed at The Dubai EDITION last week as a family and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Dubai, which made getting around the city very convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — always greeting us with warm smiles in the lobby, creating a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, and we especially loved the view from the pool area — it was stunning. Breakfast was enjoyable, though we felt it could be even better with a bit more variety, especially by including some Asian-style options. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back!

The entire team at this hotel was fantastic and helped me ensure a pleasurable stay. The hotel itself is great with an incredible view of the burj khalifa from the pool. Vince the bellboy especially went out of his way to help me with literally everything, making my experience here amazing! Highly recommend this hotel and look out for Vince if you need any help!

Lovely, modern hotel with the nicest staff. I think this hotel is great for people who come to Dubai for the first time. Really close to a big metro stop so a great starting point for every daytrip. For us, as we did not do trips every day, it might have been a little too small since there is not a lot do (as we knew before we went). We came with the all-in module because we have been to Dubai several times and we did not need to see a lot places anymore. Breakfast is super, lunch at the pool is also great. Only for the dinner at the buffet restaurant, you might not want to come during the month of ramandan. The food is really adapted to it and there is no alcohol to consuls. Ofcourse you can always go to the a la carte restaurant that is also included in the all-in package, where you can have all. As we read upfront, the pool is small and you’re not allowed to reserve your spot. It opens at 8AM and is full by 8:10. We’re always up early so for us this was no big deal. Also because the pool is at 13th floor, it gets very hot early, so by noon it was getting to hot for me and then we did some excursions. The gym area is exceptional. Staff is friendly and rooms are pretty. We had a lovely stay and I will remember all the pretty views from the pool.

Had a lovely stay here, the all inclusive package is the way to go, it starts from 12 pm till 10 pm, if you want to keep it going till 1am then it cost an extra 20 pounds pp, that was a no brainer if u like a drink lol....food was pleasant always something to find to eat in the salt and pepper restaurant....you have Morgan's sports bar that's serves good food also if u don't fancy anything to eat in the salt and pepper....there is an al la cart Italian also up on the top floor.... the only negative thing i could say about this hotel is that the pool area is a bit small and u have to wait until they can find you a bed, if u are a couple and u leave to go for lunch they will take your towels and give the bed to people waiting, so best to eat up at the pool as you can order food there..... All members of the staff were very pleasant and always had a smile and were always wanting to help......there were so many i could mention but i forgot there most names, the ones i can remember were Binoy, Lubo and we loved Gary from Morgans bar but as i said they were all lovely...........will defo be back next time.... Fabulous stay in a FANTASTIC hotel with the nicest staff ever ! We were in a suite overlooking the creek and the Dubai skyline. Booked all inclusive and that was perfect for both of us. Extremely nice staff like Nasim & Jana at the swimming pool, Ankita in the Salt & Pepper restaurant and of course Munir & Bemned at the Italian restaurant at the 18th floor. But in general everybody was really kind, polite and helpful. Big food selection available! Always something nice and delicious which would suite us. Nothing wrong with the drinks either. Only one small issue regarding the availability of sun beds at the pool unless you arrive before 09:30. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back any time !! Thanks ! Kind regards, Rai

Outstanding standard through and through. The location was fantastic and hotel facilities excellent. We really enjoyed the view of the city and the Burj Khalifa while swimming in the pool. The bathroom was one of the best I've ever seen and the size of the room very generous. The best parts of the stay were the breakfast - highly recommend - and the staff. Incredibly kind and welcoming and very helpful. We really enjoyed chatting with Melonie, whose service was impeccable, as well as Chitesh every morning during breakfast. Always thoughtful and would always bring us double espressos with a smile. And of course, I can't forget Chafi (I believe his name was) from the front desk who welcomed us for a late check in, due to our flight time, and was so kind to offer us a fantastic upgrade for our room at a wonderful price! Thank you all for making our Dubai trip so memorable and see you again soon. :)

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for 10 months, and it has truly been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service has been outstanding throughout my stay. The property is modern, stylish, and very clean. The design is impressive, the atmosphere feels luxurious, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests especially Mr Aldin and Mr Ismail. The facilities, especially the pool area, were excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

The location was ideal for moving around the local area. Breakfast offered some nice healthy options but and not over the top with too much buffet items. The pool area was comfortable. The bed and pillows made for a good sleep and the room was spacious with a large bathroom. The artwork scattered around the hotel was a lovely touch and provided a unique experience.

The best hotel in the area! From the moment we got there, the staff treated us with so much respect and care. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are big and super clean. Everyone working there was kind and always happy to help. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus too. The location is also perfect right next to the La Perle show and just a 10-minute drive from the Dubai Mall. The hotel even offers a free shuttle to their sister hotel, The Grand, where you can use their pools and private beach, plus there’s also a shuttle to the beach and the mall. We had a great time overall, and I just want to give a special thanks to Prem for being so helpful during our stay.

This was truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone working at the hotel was always so friendly and nothing was ever too much for them. The service from the team at Al Habtoor was exceptional. We booked the diplomate suite for 3 adults, and we had a double bed and the housekeeping team put in a single bed for us. Both beds were soo comfortable. The room was very spacious and we had such a large bathroom and living room area. We had paid for breakfast and the quality of the food at the buffet was excellent, definitely worth the price we paid for it. There was an excellent selection of food to suit all cultures/ cuisines and the highlight of my breakfast was the chefs preparing masala dosa - it was delicious. We had complimentary use of the spa, which includes a sauna, steam room and whirlpool jacuzzi. There is also a large rooftop space where there are 2 pools. The rooftop area was so relaxing and most days we were the only people there. Al Habtoor was a great location and so easy to get around by taxi. It was so easy to get a taxi and pretty affordable via the Careem app. There is a supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants just around the corner from the hotel.

The hotel was brilliant with a large pool that never felt crowded, the food was great with a brilliant selection. The kids loved the pool.

Very nice stuff always smiling specially Mina at reception, Mina in the bar of pool. All stuff trying to do their best for making your vacation best. Cleaning also was very good everyday they changed everything and put water, tea, coffee. And 7 of November was my birthday when I come to my room I saw that they put birthday cake for me. Parking guys were very helpful at least I like everything here. Thank you for all ❤️❤️❤️

The pool is really nice, and the water is refreshingly cold you’ll enjoy swimming. The room is spacious, and all the staff are very accommodating. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, as there aren’t many options to choose from.

It was a really good hotel. I travel to Dubai every year. This hotel was really great. It had very good facilities, delicious breakfasts, and a very cool pool in the heat of Dubai. I definitely recommend it.
