Excellent property. Excellent location, across the street from the beach. The villa is fully equipped (it has its private pool!) and the staff is super friendly

Roberto the host was extremely nice and kind. When we got to the place in the late after noon we realized the beach house given could not accommodate the five of us. When I reported that to Roberto he suggested to upgrade us to a villa with a private pool in the complex. Eventually we stayed in the villa for the duration of our stay (2 nights). The villa was wonderful. Great facilities including stuff for the beach, very nice pool, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix and an equipped kitchen. Thanks Roberto for making sure our stay will be an unforgettable one!!

The location is within about 10 minutes walking distance of the beach access and also the downtown area with several shops, bars, and restaurants. The private pool is a huge bonus and there are plenty of beds and space to accommodate large parties. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella provided for use at the beach. The property manager was very responsive. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway to accommodate about 4 full-size vehicles.

This was such a gorgeous place - very spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. The staff was remarkably friendly and communicated so nicely - we felt totally welcome. The beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was exceptionally clean and same for the pool area. We had big pool towels and a buggy with chairs & umbrella for the beautiful beach. There were ice cubes in the freezer and some welcoming snacks in a basket on the table - so cordial! We would love to stay here - the next time at Siesta Keys... !

Nice little property. A bit older but still very nice. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! The pool was a nice relaxing area! Our room was right out by the pool and we loved it! Sat out on loungers till almost 11pm just enjoying the night. Could use a propane fire pit to complete the area!

Our family was overall happy with our stay. The location alone made it worth it. Pros-Location! -It’s in walking distance to the village and the beach, private pool, recently renovated, the daytime staff was very sweet and helpful. Cons-There is only one mirror in the entire unit, the shower window is I believe facing the wrong way-you can’t see out, but you can see in!, we saw two cockroaches, the girl working the evening shift was very unpleasant.

Where do I even start! The is my new favorite destination & hotel. Perfectly located less than a block from the beach in one director and less than a block from all the restaurants and strip in the other direction. Attentive staff & comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub area were top notch, we watched a lightning storm by ourselves in one of their several pools and really felt relaxed. They also provide beach chairs and free bicycle access that truly enhance the beach experience. We couldn’t have been happier. The manager helped work with us for late check out to facilitate our travel time to Orlando. Best sunset views and they even give you a table and chair set up outside the room. There are grills and palm trees and everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Don’t even think about it- BOOK with no hesitation. I’ve been to 50 countries and Tropical Breeze Hotel is now one of my most favorite places to stay. We will be back as soon as we can! 5 star for sure.

Location, location, location! What a wonderful beach cottage. While it’s not beachfront it’s a close leisurely walk to the beach and even closer walk to the siestas key village where there’s a ton of things to do. We never drove anywhere. We rented a 1 bedroom king size cottage. Had enough room for myself, my husband and even our dog. The price includes bikes onsite , 2 pools, beach chairs and pool toys. You can’t beat it. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and even the grocery store. Room was comfortable, recently renovated and very clean. Might have a nightstand with water stains but not a big deal. Pools were very nice! The manager went out of his way to show us around and make us feel comfortable. He made sure we were aware of the amenities - beach chairs, bikes, two pools, bbqs, etc. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Had occasion to go to the pool bar on a Saturday afternoon. Lisa, the bartender, was so personable! We had such a fun time. There was a wonderful DJ and Lisa helped everyone there enjoy the afternoon. There was dancing and singing(several of the guests joined in with some Kareoke). We were so glad we chose the pool bar with the Lisa & Joe Combo....AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Thank you Aloft!

This property was so close to restaurants and the free trolly service. We loved the rooftop pool, and the complimentary bikes helped us get to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in only a few minutes. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Super trendy and fun place to be, we enjoyed the views, bar, pool, staff, comfortable rooms, everything! Definitely worth a stay.

I was really impressed with this property. Excellent walkable location, affordable, nice common areas and bar, and fabulous pool!! We weren't even there on the days when the pool bar was open, that would be even better! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sarasota.

Great location, mostly friendly staff, adequate room, great rooftop pool area with cabanas and bar/live music, lobby a value-add with bar/comfortabel tables and pool table area, outside patio nice, very convenient to downtown shopping/retaurants... definitely over priced for king room we had (but they put us in an accessible room so that may have been part of the problem), bedding and towels minimalistic at best - not cozy or luxurious as intimated, advertises restaurant on website but no food on site except snacks for purchase, bar costs very expensive for offerings...would still recommend staying during non price-surge periods as it is a solid hotel with friendly staff and a great location

Good place in Sarasota. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are normal and not very big. I guess that is Aloft style. No upgrades available as all rooms are the same. Rooms are quiet and very dark which is good for nice sleeping. Breakfast is just a few items to pick from nothing fancy. The pool is really nice and kinda rooftop. It is weird that apartments completely overlook the pool, But overall its nice. several shops and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. Also, there is a waterfront within walking distance as well. Good place for a short business trip. Enjoy!

We have been doing a family girl's trip to this property on and off for the past almost 20 years. We have watched the property change hands a few times and most recently it was transformed from A Place to Be on Casey Key to Escape. When I saw the renditions of the work to be done a few years ago, I have to admit that I didn't think it would be that nice. But, I was definitely wrong! It is absolutely beautiful -- inside and out! They took an old worn out property in a great location and made it into a luxury resort! The insides of the room are completely remodeled, modern and comfortable at the same time. The landscaping outside is so beautiful. The pool is great, and the clubhouse is wonderful, too. It is not right on the beach, but it is literally steps away. It is difficult to find a property with roomy accommodations, and a pool and beach access on this secluded island. One more thing to mention, everyone is so nice and helpful!

For the third year in a row, my family and I have been guests at the Escape. Two managers named Bob and Mark are the DYNAMIC DUO! They made sure everything was in order and were available in a heartbeat! Guests were super friendly. The Escape is exquisitely landscaped with art pieces worked in everywhere. The amenities are fantastic~pool, pool toys, beach chairs/towels/wagon/umbrella, marina in your back yard, and a short walk across the narrow road to the beach. The outdoor shower to clean sand off your feet was nice to keep our place tidy. I can't say enough about the Escape. We are scheduling our 4th trip soon! Enjoy this hidden gem!

We absolutely loved the renovation of ESCAPE! The beautiful grounds, the proximity of the beach, the intracoastal and the pool really made our stay enjoyable, too. The management staff, cleaning crew and grounds keepers were all top-notch! They have all worked their tails off to make this a lovely resort! We rebooked for a month next year 2021 and look forward to rebooking every year to follow. We do hope that we are given first rights to rebook the units during the same dates each year, before it’s offered to new clients, as that seems to be the normal protocol at other establishments. We had a wonderful one night stay at the Escape! The grounds are immaculately kept and we enjoyed the hidden art pieces amongst the gardens and by the pool. We had a great time riding the bicycles to a nearby restaurant for lunch, then we used a beach wagon and gear and hung out on the beach until sunset. Mark the manager was incredibly accommodating and an amazing host. The community is darling, it felt like old Florida. Best stay we’ve had in awhile and we’ll definitely be back!

We rented a two bedroom condo and had a terrific time! Beds were very comfortable, used the included kayaks and paddle boards and saw a dolphin! The heated pool was lovely. There were two grills I’m the courtyard - we used the gas one but charcoal was the other option. Everything was clean, and comfortable. The beach access was super convenient and my college kids used the work out room. We took advantage of all there was to offer except the bikes. We definitely would stay here again!

Nice rooms next to the pool. Clean. All basic amenities except you need to buy your own coffee. Good size kitchen. Pullout couch/bed is brand new and pretty comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Castle resort on Longboat Key. It did end up being a little far for our daily treks to Bradenton, Sarasota etc. so I doubt we would stay here again. We got in after 6pm so the keys & instructions were in the mailbox. The pictures on hotels.com were misleading... we thought we would be on the beach side but that was across the street.The unit itself was roomy & clean. We had a king size bed & the kitchen was small but fine for our needs. The unit we happened to have had a very uncomfortable couch, which I'm sure was just that owners fault. We thought we had purchased a "poolside" view but poolside means you are in the building closest to the pool area. We stayed on the 2nd floor & the steps were a little slanted so you had to be careful.

This is a great place for families. I felt safe letting my two 16 year olds go to and from the room, beach and pool. The room was comfortable and quite. The pool was clean and sooooooo warm. 😊. Great staff and vacation spot.

My wife and I returned to Longboat Key for a weeklong getaway on the beach. Beach Castle Resort is cute, smaller string of condo rentals arranged from east to west, with a few directly facing the beach and the rest running in a line across the narrow part of LBK over to the inner harbor. As is very typical of all of these type of vacation condos in the area, only some of the units are directly on the beach so be sure to pay attention to which unit you reserve if that's important to you. That being said, even the furthest unit is only about 10-20 steps to the beach via Beach Castle Resort's private walkways. A nice touch included that they also provide plenty of free beach chairs and umbrellas for shade. They also have a nice pool and hot tub / spa area as well. The condos are very nice, clean and well-maintained. We chose a one bedroom unit that had a good sized full kitchen, dining table area, large family room, king size bedroom and screened in patio. The unit was very clean, fresh and comfortable and really made a week long stay pleasant and relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. Outdoor gas grills and picnic tables are also provided near the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our time at the Beach Castle Resort and found it to be a great value for a longer stay on the beach. Very comfortable and relaxing for couples or families looking to get away and enjoy some gulf coast sunshine. Nice!

This is a nice hotel. It seemed more like a condo than a hotel or resort. I do believe for the price you pay, you should receive clean towels more frequently. You shouldn't have to wash them as per the instructions left for you. When we asked for extra towels, they were always friendly and prompt. We did wash the beach towels that were provided for us during our stay. They have access to free washers and dryers. That came in handy. The location was awesome. Longboat Key is so pretty!! Most folks we spoke with come back year after year to this hotel and love it. We did encounter moldy shower curtains to which were replaced when requested. The shower leaked. Other that these minor details, we overall enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The staff was friendly. It's a gorgeous area with great opportunities to see dolphins and manatees. The beach was terrific. This facility had plenty of chairs for their customers. Grill access was nice. I would recommend this place. If we ever come back to this area, I wouldn't hesitate to book with this place. We had a wonderful time there!

WE HAD A TWO BEDROOM THAT WAS DECORATED WITH PALE COLORS AND LOOKED NEW. ALL THE KITCHEN UTENSILS ANYONE COULD WANT. A TELEVISION IN BOTH BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING ROOM. THE POOL WAS HEATED WHICH WAS GREAT BECAUSE THE SEA WAS TOO COLD TO SWIM IN. FREE WASHERS AND DRIERS IN THE COMPLEX. LONGBOAT KEY WAS QUIET AND LOVELY. WONDERFUL RESTAURANTS, IN ORDER OF EXCELLENCE: SEA MAS &. DRY DOCK. WE WENT THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER SO THERE WERE ALMOST NO TOURISTS. I WOULD GO BACK IN A HEART BEAT.

We have stayed at this property twice now. It shows it's age but the staff more than makes up for it. On the beach with easy access, two pools (one heated the other not), a full service restaurant & bar, as well as pool bar. A complimentary shuttle that runs and picks up to St Armand's Circle.

2 pools and beach access was awesome! Didn’t like the walkways to the pool from our room they were flooded after rain or dirty when the rain subsided.

Greeted when you walk in the doors. Front desk staff explained everything. gift shop, shuttle services, all amenities and sea life. Our room perfect location on the beach. Most amazing view. Pleasant and friendly staff. Knee high chess board, pools, complimentary water, restaurant at the hotel. Good food and hours. The rooms could use upgrades. The housekeepers keep the rooms immaculate; with a sparkly shine on all the appliances. The bathrooms are older and not aesthetically pleasing to the eye, again they are clean and you won’t be eating or sleeping in there. (I hope.) Breakfast delish, and waitressing staff made sure we were taken care of. Yet again, the most amazingly pleasant staff. After breakfast at the restaurant, we headed for a morning on the beach. We were greeted by the attendant at the water hut and given bottle waters, towels and directed to Gustavo to set up our chairs and umbrellas for us at the private beach area. We decided to venture to the St. Armand’s circle. Shuttle service was quick, made sure we had all the information (including business card) with phone number needed to return. House keeping was friendly and nearby if anything was needed. Check out was seamless and easy. When visiting Lido Beach, this resort will be our go to place for future stays at Lido Beach.

We had a room looking over the pool and surprising it was very quiet . The food at the restaurant and tiki bar was very good. They have chairs and unbrellas they put out every day with no charge and if there isnt enough they put out more. The gift shop was very bare. Its a beautiful hotel right on the beach everything and more you could possibly want for a winderful vacation.

This is a beautiful place to stay. It all about the pool and beach. It is stunning. Our family had a great time. We love the clean towels and clean rooms. I have been visiting this area for 40 years. I know the hotel is making updates this week with electronics. I would not make huge renovations. It is a great place and good value for families.

The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back!

I loved how it was right above a convenience store that had anything you wanted or needed. The spacious unit came with multiple rooms and two different living room areas. I was blown away with how it looked exactly like the pictures most places make it look better on pictures but this one really captured it all. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach with a trail just right across the street the easiest access to find and go through.

This property is a a great location. There’s plenty of space and beds. It’s short walking distance to the beach. There are tons of great restaurants and water sport activities near by. It’s also close by all the main shops! They had literally everything we needed here, even beach chairs. We will definitely be staying here again next visit.

We loved our stay at the Carlisle Inn. The staff were amazing; very friendly and helpful. We didn't rent a car during our stay. Our flight was an early flight and we were able to use the pool and store our luggage while we waited to check in. There is a restaurant that is not connected to the hotel but part of the property that had great food and a wonderful bakery. Within walking distance is a nice pizza place and ice cream. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean and the towels were restocked often. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time. We will definitely stay here again.

The Carlisle Inn offers exceptional value for money with some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered. Free Parking was great and on arrival we were given a warm welcome, the facilities, breakfast timings and everything we needed to know was explained. We had requested a room on a high floor and were given a room on the top floor, the room was of a large size, exceptionally clean and furnished to a good standard. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet enabling a good nights sleep. The nearby Dutchman restaurant and shop adjacent to the hotel and offered great selections at affordable prices. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs, tables and parasols available. The breakfast offering was good and the conversation with Janet to ensure everything was to our satisfaction was very welcome, we of course had no complaints and would highly recommend the Carlisle Inn and would willingly return. Probably the best hotel we stayed in during a driving holiday around South Florida.

We spent 8 nights (Dec 25-Jan 2) at Carlisle Inn and everything was excellent. The hotel is close to downtown Sarasota and most area attractions. Yet it feels a bit secluded. The premises are well maintained. The room, 2-queen beds, was clean, spacious, quiet, and typically priced for this time of the year. I loved the hallways. The pool is fabulous and heated. That was my daughter's (7 yr. old) favorite part of the hotel. The staff was polite, pleasant, and helpful. I had multiple reservations and Becky made sure everything was in order. Missa was amazing. We left out at 2am headed back to MI and she made sure we had a few snacks for the road. Note; there is a trail immediately adjacent to the hotel that is great for walking, biking or exploring. It is very popular. I will stay here every time I visit FL.

What can I say about the Carlisle Inn. Wonderful. beautiful, clean clean clean place to stay. As soon as I walked into Carisle Inn, I was greeted with a welcome and smiles. Rebecca and Philip are wonderful such sweet helpful people. They really made you fill welcome and are so helpful. Our room was so clean and inviting. nice big room. The gym was clean and had what was needed for a workout. The pool was nice and clean. The cookies you get everyday was a nice treat. Breakfast was like every hotel other than the donuts. So good. I would give it more than 5 dots if they had them. I even got to talk to the owner, very nice gentleman.

Everything was perfect. The staff are so helpful and courteous. The breakfast is excellent. The room was exceptionally clean. It was actually my birthday the day we arrived at the hotel, so without my knowledge, my husband spoke to the manager to let her know. We then went to spend some time by the pool and when we returned to our room they had left some balloons, cupcakes and a note. It made me feel so special and shows what a wonderful place the Carlisle Inn is to stay We have been coming to the hotel since the year it opened and return almost every year as we love it so much!!!

We stayed 5 nights. Accommodation is of a high standard (nicely refurbished following the hurricane). Nice large room with well equipped kitchen Comfortable bed etc Lots of storage space etc Nice bathroom and good shower Friendly staff. Everywhere is clean and if you need anything then all you have to do is ask. Nice courtyard area to sit and relax. Cap parking is ok but can be tricky and be prepared to reverse when going out. There’s washing machine facilities etc which is really useful if you’re on a long trip Good location, next to beach - obviously great sun sets weather permitting! Lots of eateries within walking distance and there’s a free trolley bus to the Village a mile or two down the road (not used by us). Heated swimming pool BUT the pool is shared with other accommodations in the overall complex. This is ok in January and non-busy periods - I wonder how busy the pool will get in medium/high seasons!!! (work still being completed outside of pool area, following the hurricane). We wish there were black-out blinds in the bedroom to help with sleep. And need sockets with USB’s by the bed. Or any socket by the bed on both sides would be advantageous. Only comments

Everything was amazing! The staff at The Capri did an awesome job recovering after the hurricanes in 2024. My only issue was the people throwing towels on chairs by the pool as early as 6:00 AM. No way is this the capris fault. Most of the abusers were guests at The tropical resort. I actually saw one trio that placed towels on chairs at 9:00, and when I left the pool area at 1:00, the towels were still “reseving the chairs “, with no guest ever using them. Tropical resort towels. As mentioned, this isn’t the Capris fault, but I’d express concern to tropical resorts management.

The room exceeded our expectations. The online photos showed slightly more outdated furnishing in the room, but when we arrived, we were please to see that the kitchen area and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable and so was the pull out couch that two of us slept on. The room is only a short walk from the community's private beach, which was very well maintained. The amenities in the area were nice as well. The pool was very well taken care of and a nice addition to the property. The property also features some games. The room was only a short walk from nearby restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment. It has direct access to a private and beautiful beach. The staff was extremely nice, and offered to hold our bags in the office as our flight was delayed until the evening. Overall, the Capri was a great experience and perfect for my three friends and I who were looking for a relaxing and fun beach vacation in a quaint beach town! I would 10/10 go back to the Capri and recommend to friends and family!

This place is walkable to several bars and restaurants. It is also close to the free trolley that services Siesta Key. The room was ready when we arrived. It was clean and had everything you need (towels, soap, ect) It is also an efficency if you want to cook there. Check in is super easy. They will email you information including your electronic door lock code. No need for a key. It is very close to the beach and pool. The only downside is the parking. You are assigned a very small spot. If the cars next to you aren't in the spot straight it can be a problem. You must also back out of the spot and aout of the resort. There is no turning area. Don't bring a large SUV or truck.

We liked everything. The hotel was great — everything inside was new and there were all the essentials we needed. The linens were clean, and we were given plenty of towels. Housekeeping was available upon request, but we didn’t end up using it. There was a small table nearby, and the shared area had electric grills. Everything was decorated with string lights — it looked very beautiful. It’s close to the beach and not far from everything. There are also free shuttle buses to downtown Sarasota. What I didn’t like was that the pool was shared with several other hotels. There were only two umbrellas for shade, not much greenery, and it was exposed to the scorching sun. There were a lot of children, so it wasn’t really possible to swim or relax.

The HOME2SUITES Sarasota 1-75 As a lifetime Hilton Honors Diamond Member - we have found the HOME2Suites provides the Best Bang for your Bucks. This location did not disappoint. The rooms are clean and quiet. The furnishings are up to date with guests in mind. The WiFi is free and fast. The breakfast is also free with a large selection of hot & cold items. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special Kudos to Joyclen - her warm and welcoming smile made my wife and I feel right at home. The fitness room and pool are super nice 😊 And they have a washer / dryer for only $2 per load. There were only two suggestions that I would recommend for management. They ran out of towels during the Labor Day weekend which created some issues both for swimmers and guests. Also - the individual that heads up the breakfast area gave off a unwelcoming feeling with her demeanor. Our attempts to smile and greet her did little to change the tone. It might not have helped that the bread was moldy - which they did throw out and replace the next day. Overall - we would still give this location 5 Stars ⭐️ for exceptional performance and service.

We came in as a late check in and the night person Eric was amazing! Make sure to give him a pat on the back or an Amazon gift card lol he was awesome he definitely helped my family out with a smooth check in. Thank you Eric! Oh also everyone at this location was very nice. It was clean bed was comfy and breakfast was tasty and the pool was warm at night.

Great stay. Great Breakfast. New / Clean / Relaxing. Love the Home2Suites brand. So much value for your money. The LONG counters in the bedroom were perfect for our 5 suitcases. Loved the kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee maker and DW! Didn't get to the pool but the outdoor spaces looked so inviting also.

We were in town visiting Siesta Key beach and other local sites during spring break. This is a chill spot, wasn't too crowded. My family and I had a nice stay. Room was clean, hotel staff was friendly, good breakfast and pool was clean. We would stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent . The staff is so friendly and nice and very helpful. and the room was spectacular the cleanliness the kitchenette. Everything was lovely me and my family. We enjoyed the pool my nephew and my husband enjoyed the gym.

Great family stay! Loved the breakfast options and the different daily options to choose from. Pool with Tiki Bar was fun. The complementary beach gear was a nice, added bonus. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only confusing thing when booking is understanding that Amenti and Magnolia Point are two separate properties that share the pool. I wish I had something negative to write and review so they would invite us back, haha.

I love the breakfast and you have access to fresh coffee from the kitchen all day. The room was very clean and comfortable. I personally didn’t use it but the pool have a bar with music and pool is open until 10pm wish is good if you want to hangout.

We have stayed 9 nigjts (between Christmas and New Year). We liked: the heated pool, the cleanliness, the location, the breakfast, the service provided by Tim (on the reception) - exceptional person. The hotel is only 5 years old and everything is still in good condition. They provide a complimentary coffee in the lobby (available all the time). Pool towels are available in the hotel. The exchange (for clean ones) is a little bit hard (not always available).

Front desk is friendly and personable. Very clean hotel and rooms and air quality. Well equipped for our family’s accommodation. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Wonderful toiletries. Good breakfast and staff service. Great options for family accommodations. We didn’t have the time to enjoy the pool, but it’s heated and open until 10pm, which is great. Complimentary parking and WiFi is great. They also have electric vehicle charging station, which isn’t common with hotels. Hotel’s location is good and not very busy. Just minutes from downtown and Siesta Key Beach. By far the best hotel experience at a reasonable price compared to many in the area. Highly recommended. We’d rebook if we visit again.

This is a great Hotel to rest your head at on vacation! The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. They even have things to borrow for your beach days! We were there during Hurricane Debby and following the storm the water was rough so we got our swimming in at the amazing pool! It’s heated and goes to five foot depth. It’s zero entrance and was so relaxing. We took advantage of the tiki bar and the drinks were delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient. They have a great breakfast buffet too. I will continue to return to this amazing hotel. I have zero complaints about our ten day stay here.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel just steps from the beach, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to great dining options and plenty of shopping. Whether I wanted to enjoy the ocean breeze, grab a bite, or explore local boutiques, everything was right at my fingertips. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-appointed rooms and a relaxing, upscale atmosphere. One of the highlights was the pool area—beautifully maintained, with plenty of seating and a great vibe for both lounging and swimming. The only downside during my stay was the staff member covering the pool area. Unfortunately, she was quite aggressive and inconsiderate, which put a damper on an otherwise serene setting. While her behavior stood out as the only negative part of my visit, it was noticeable enough to mention. That said, everything else—from the room comfort to the front desk service—was top-notch. I would definitely consider returning, and I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously to ensure all staff members reflect the high standards of the property.

The Tropical Beach Resort is in the more quiet end of Siesta Key. It is steps from Crescent Beach with powder white sand, calm clear water, chair service, etc. There are no bathrooms at this beach but it was so convenient to walk back to the room. I liked the motel style of this resort- to park right in front of our room was wonderful. There were 2 chairs and a table to sit outside the door if you like to sit outside for a bit. The pool was warm, safe, well lit for night time swimming. The front desk staff was welcoming and provided great instructions for after hours check in. There was construction going on but it did not bother or inconvenience us at all. Their new pool area will be amazing! Our kind size bed/room was perfect! We appreciated the couch and the kitchenette. We would definitely return!

We’ve stayed at this property in Siesta Key before, and it’s always a great experience. The location by the beach is fantastic, and the rooms are studio-style with kitchens, which is perfect if you prefer to cook rather than eat out. The heated pool is a big plus, especially if the beach is windy or the waves are strong. The only downside during this stay was that part of the property was under construction, so one of the pools was unavailable, and the other was a bit crowded. Despite that, we really enjoy this place and would definitely return!

What an amazing job they have done restoring this property after the hurricane. Rooms are amazing (we had the sundeck room) and the new pool are is beautiful. We are not normally pool people but used it for a few hours every afternoon. Fresh coffee and cookies in reception, direct beach access and the Frog Hop up to the village is so convenient. If we go back to Siesta Keynes will for sure stay here again.

Room was wonderful - very clean, nice and comfortable. I loved the location and beach accessibility from the room. The parking onsite was convenient. It was all very nice! The extra amenities like the water/extensive coffee bar in the office, the gazebos, pools and nicely sculpted grounds were all beautiful! The new pool was amazing! I will definitely plan to visit again!

Great location for beach, accommodation modern, quiet and comfortable with shared pool access. Nice areas to enjoy your coffee or wine. Staff always friendly and helpful. our second time back, was lovely to be upgraded to the paradise accommodation.

We stood in the retreat suite and it was perfect, with full kitchen. We were able to park right in front of our unit which is so convenient. Less than 5min walk to the beach and a heated pool which is shared between the surrounding small hotels. The pool is open until 10pm and every evening after the beach we had to jump in and it was never crowded. No room service but no dog deal. Would def stay here again!!

We really enjoyed Captiva Beach Resort. Our room was very nice and clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that some of the other people who were there were blasting their music at the pool and at the beach, making it impossible to relax. And unfortunately the water quality was pretty bad so we did not swim in the ocean at all. We did spend a lot of time in our room which was comfortable, yet not what we were expecting to do on vacation. The one thing I would like to see Captiva do is not allow super loud speakers at the pools or at the private beach.

I highly recommend staying here. Jen runs the place and was an absolute doll. She was very accommodating on any request we had. John checked us in and then proceeded to help us girls carry our things to our room. I was on a girls trip. The beautiful beach is only 4 minute walk. Our room was spacious and very clean. The frounds were beautiful and the pool was very enjoyable after going to the beach. We love the free trolly and the Hopper can be called for a free ride to all the shopping and restaurants.

The location is perfect: from our room to the Siesta Key Crescent Beach was about 250 steps - and it is a beautiful unspoilt beach with white sand! The location is also perfect in that shops and restaurants, etc. are about 10 minutes walk away. The room was extremely comfortable, well equipped (including a kitchen for self-catered stays) and clean. The surroundings are beautifully maintained and there is a heated outdoor pool, BBQ facilities and free parking. The staff are friendly and helpful - the place is really nice in all respects.

Best Service - would like to thank Drew ans his team (Carla) for such a great experience! Great & room with a lot of space incl. fridge, microwave and coffee maker, nice batheoom - top housekeeping! Loved the pool. Would like to mention security (to enter the pool area, the hotel building and the fitness room was just able with a key!). Breakfast was also great. Fruits, waffles, joghurt, different juices, eggs, sausages/bacon, potatoes, coffee (whole day for free). Great interior! We will come back! Close to the beaches, suoermarkets and attractions, free parking and a shuttle to the airport! Amazing!

My husband and I loved this hotel. The location being close to the airport was perfect. We loved the housekeeping staff they were in our room everyday cleaning and the beds were very comfortable. The front service desk Ariella (not sure of spelling) and Drew were the most friendliest with people. They made us feel welcomed to the area. Even the maintenance person was friendly and very nice to us each morning we came down from our room. The breakfast was fabulous we loved everything they had on their including the fresh fruit. The outside pool was very enjoyable very nice size and warm due to the warmer temps. We will definitely be back at this hotel in the future. Also the welcome of water bottles when we came in was much appreciated. Thank you to Hampton Inn & Suites for putting your customers first :)

fantastic hotel. everything you would want. staff was fantastic ,Drew at the desk and assistant Yas were extremely friendly, made us feel like family. The free breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold items and was well prepared. The rooms were very clean and the tv had hundreds of stations. Nice outdoor pool with plenty of lounges and a great fitness center. Great location with many places to visit within an hours driving time.

This had to be the most outstanding hotels that we've ever stayed in for the price range. Definitely the best of all of the Hamptons that we've visited. Checked in and out and felt like an extremely valued customer. Perfect location whether you needed the airport or not. NO noise factor. Pool was clean and kept up. Rooms were immaculate. Price was fantastic!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is nuzzled in between the airport and museum in Sarasota and Oly minutes from the beach. We definitely enjoyed all the amenities and cleanliness of the property. I especially loved the pool and tranquil environment. The complimentary breakfast is both organized and delicious an absolute plus aside from the easy check in and out. Will definitely be returning!
