Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Singapore

Decent sized room, direct access to the swimming pool from our pool-side room, MTR station is right outside hotel entrance.

Took a cab from Terminal 3, a bit less than $20. Checked in, had a King Seaview on 12th floor with view and bed as promised. Nice room, everything we needed, desk, chair, sitting chair, foot stool, many power outlets, fridge, coffee, tea, kettle. Nice swimming pool on 4th floor with ample lounging area. Good wifi. Friendly staff, great place to stay and will be back, was our third time here. Marine Parade MRT and bus stops in front of the hotel, also underpass to shopping and hawker centre across the street, all handy. Away from the hotel, out the back, there are many more restaurants, some really great option. This hotel has nice rooms, great staff, a great location and close to many many food options. We’ll stay again when in Singapore!

- great location. East Coast Park. - So much food in Katong. Parkway Parade, Katong laksa next door. Food court at i12 basement. Countless food places along the townhouses lining East Coast Rd. Beach Rd Prawn Noodle House - Uniqlo, Daiso, Parkrun etc close by - MRT right outside - attentive staff very accomodating when I arrived at 3:30am - outside area where pool is - Bus 36 to/from ?all Changi terminals and here - Very good curtains - Water dispensers in corridor - Convenient driveway right outside for taxis/ride share to pick up and drop off. - website has accurate 3D depictions of rooms.

Stayed 2 nights mid-week. Great location across the road from Marine Parade MRT, giving very access to 3 MRT routes and 4 bus routes. 5 mins walk to 3 shopping malls, 2 food halls and numerous restaurants. Room clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped and comfy. Helpful and efficient staff; excellent breakfast buffet; very nice pool and gym.

Great hotel, perfectly situated near mrt and shops. Nice room and nice swimming pool. Great breakfast and one morning my wife was late for breakfast but Lilian was so extremely kind of wrapping some breakfast and have it brought over to the room. Absolutely brilliant service. Can recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Singapore. 👍🏼

Very luxurious and exclusive in a quiet location. Amazing staff who went the extra mile to provide a personalised service during our stay. We had a pool access room which was lovely and perfect for a couple.

Location is quiet beautiful and idyllic. Staff and service was fantastic with concierge on WhatsApp. We were fortunate enough to have a garden villa with private seating area and plunge pool, perfect during mini lockdown. Smart TVs, turndown service, light afternoon tea service and evening snacks; perfect for a night in. Although F&B services were off limits we were still able to enjoy the pools and spa for massage. Loved it and would stay again. Thank you Capella for a lovely break. :)

Had a five night stay with my almost adult daughter here. Very attentive service, one of the three most wonderful breakfasts I have been blessed to experience in my life (Ikos in Korfu, Pearl Hyatt Abu Dhabi, Mauna Kea a long time ago) with almost eveything from the buffet plus 26 things from the menu such as onsen eggs, crushed avocado toasts and Benedicts. Lovely Pools, one with kids, one without, one 25 m rectangular pool with only two loungers that we managed to snatch for a few hours. Nice Bar, We tried the Chinese restaurant (very good but very Chinese for a European 16 year old, I loved it). Had a room with a private pool and yes it was expensive but a special summer and we adored it. Hotel offers a free shuttle to Universal Studios and the nearest mall (whichis the best unless you are looking for super high end, this is good shopping on medium budget, no Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton). You can walk to the beach in 3 min , maybe 5 , depending on room location, beach is nice but not serviced- there is a really nice looking beach club but that was adults only. Maybe in 2 years. Next time in Singapore I would want to go back here (even if I understand Trump came here during his first presidency to meet with Korea- not sure which Korea, some driver talked…:Anyway, very wonderful place, will try to come back but it is expensive.

It was a great stay and my Daughter had a wonderful 21st birthday celebration at Capella. We stayed in a 1 room villa over the weekend . It was a comfortable stay and the staff were most friendly and helpful which made our stay a really enjoyable one .The only glitch is that we were unable to use the dip pool at the villa bec there were lots of dry leaves and hence we were not comfortable with the cleanliness of the pool . We had both lunch n dinner at the Knolls and the service was excellent.They even prepared a small cake for my Daughter when they heard of our reason for stay at the Capella. The only feedback is that the prices of the food are a little too pricey especially for breakfast. We will certainly return again . In fact, with our recommendation and experience , my niece will also be checking into Capella for her 21st birthday celebration too . Great job , Capella staff !!

A truly phenomenal experience. As a guest you are made to feel incredible special and welcome from the start to the end of your stay. The heritage building on immaculately manicured grounds takes you a step back in time and is beautifully juxtaposed but the modern extension from Foster and partners, one of the worlds leading Architectural firms. The staff are friendly and attentive without being everywhere. This leads to a very relaxing stay where you have a sense of calm and privacy where you can enjoy the amazing pools, restaurants and facilities. The villas are some of the best we have ever stayed in and also maintained a sense of privacy and tranquility among the trees. The whole experience was faultless. I could go on.

Booked the Paradox via Expedia. In all regards the hotel was fantastic. Perfect location, walking distance to shopping and dining, and attractions if you don't mind the humidity. Check-in was straight forward. Room was very clean and modern. Air conditioning was effective and quiet, so it made for great sleep quality. Good sized bathroom and shower. The staff were fantastic, birthday cake left in the room for my wife's birthday - they must have got this off the passport scan. Bar staff in the lounge were very personable, they would come by every time to visit and make recommendations on what to do next. The breakfast buffet, included in our package, was fantastic - expansive with western food (including custom omelette and egg preparation), Asian food, all the trimmings to satisfy including kids. Decent swimming pool with poolside bar, though it took some planning to secure sun lounges. And checkout - we were due to checkout at noon, managed to get this extended by a couple of hours as we didn't fly till later. If you're travelling to Singapore, or transiting and need a hotel, you owe it to yourself to stay here. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in a really good location. We loved being by Clarke Quay & Boat Quay. There were lots of restaurants nearby offering happy hour deals. Price of cocktsils at the Paradox are far too high. We used the MRT a lot but loved that you could walk to Chinatown & along the waterfront to the Merlion Statue. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ice machines would be good as water from taps wasn't cold enough. My only disappointment was with the pool. There weren't enough sun loungers for amount of guests. I used the pool but there was nowhere to sit.

Great hotel in a fabulous location. Good value for money. Very clean, buffet breakfast was fantastic. 3 level gym, pool with small waterslide. Bar staff by the pool were very attentive. Short walk to the river (Clarke Quay) which had many dining options, we enjoyed Il Clay, Zorba the Greek and Jumbo's. MRT is next to the hotel which was super convenient. True 4 star hotel. I booked a premier double room via the hotel website with 2 double beds which worked well for myself and 3 children. This room did not come up on booking.com

Very smart hotel, huge restaurant, breakfast was amazing, so much choice. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and had every thing we needed. We liked the pool as the days were very hot. Step out the front door and you are on funky Clarke Quay plenty to do and see. We also enjoyed China town and the night markets about a 3 minute walk from here. They will store your luggage and you can use pool facilities if you are waiting to travel after check out. Im impressed, you will be too, try this one

I chose The Parodox because of the location and the pool. It was a great choice. I arrived on an early flight and was at the hotel by 08.30, nevertheless I was given a room before 11.00 a d it had been upgraded. The reception staff were also helpful and kind I stayed 8 nights and made good use of the pool, it was so refreshing.

I absolutely loved the cold water/ice machine located in reception. Excellent for filling up bottles. Pool and laundry (located in pool area) is excellent. Hotel is close to subway and within walking distance of many areas/locations that we visited.

The location was excellent. A beautiful pool & pool area. A few extra weights in gym would be good. The breakfast offered could be improved.

Amazing location!! Hotel Mi is close to MRT, bus station, restaurants, 7-Eleven, foreign exchange shops and more eateries. Very vibrant and friendly atmosphere I love the rooms so clean and comfortable. If you like space I recommend to book superior rooms. The pool, gym and self service laundry is so amazing and is a major reason why I chose hotel Mi. Worth the money I spent which was within my budget and value for money. Not noisy as there is a policy that noise level should cease during the hours of 9pm to 6am . It’s a no smoking hotel so it’s wonderful for family to stay in. Very friendly staff. The lady that checked us in was Nikita and she was so friendly, understanding and supportive towards our needs and she gave recommendations on places to visit, places to eat and what celebrations was happening in the next few days which was the Festival of Lights Diwali. Nikita is amazing and I commend her for such a wonderful experience from check in and my entire stay in Hotel Mi. The gentleman that cleaned our room 7-32 on 14/10/25 (I didn’t get his name) was so thorough with cleaning our room and left a refreshing impression on my family and I as we walked into our room after a hot and exhausting day of sightseeing and shopping. We had a beautiful view of Bencoolen street and high rise buildings around us. I will definitely return and book with hotel Mi whenever I visit Singapore and I will definitely tell my friends and family about hotel Mi.

Our stay at hotel mi bencoolen was great! The staff were so good. They allowed us early check in since our room was already available. The room was super clean! They cleaned our room everyday even if we didn’t tell them to. Facilities were also good. Tried their pool and my son had so much fun! The hotel is right beside the Bencoolen MRT which is very accessible if you are planning to take the MRT. Overall, the stay was so great! If we are going back to SG, we will definitely book Hotel Mi Bencoolen again. ❤️ Shoutout to Mr. David Yeo! He assisted us upon arriving and also as we checked out. He was so attentive and very nice. He also recommended us some places to visit. Thank you sir!

Love this hotel overall. It’s near to a lot of landmarks. The street is quiet and has near convenience stores where u can get stuff. Rooms are nice too. Very clean and good for family. Love the staff too specially david the bellman who’s very accommodating and friendly, always smiling:) and amirryllah too who made our room squeaky clean all the time, we appreciate your service. Never got to try the pool but we visited during our last night it’s very nice wish we used it:)). Overall this hotel is 10/10. We’ll probably stay here again when we comeback and recommend to friends as well! Thank you so much!

I really liked the size and decore of the room. Room was very spacious with comfortable beds and air conditioner worked well. Staff very efficient and moved me to another room when there was an issue. Staff are attentive, approachable and professional. Lovely big pool with a pool bar close by.

Location was great we could walk to everything. Bar staff were fabulous Room was clean, tidy and perfect size. Pool was huge and at times we had the whole pool to ourselves. We didnt get breakfast however plenty of cafes around and starbucks across the road.

The pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay, but the hotel went above and beyond by offering to shuttle us to a nearby hotel so we could still enjoy the pool. This exceptional level of hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable.

Travel cot provided, towels provided for the pool, pool was amazing. Location was great, easy to get to the MRT. Staff were really helpful!

We loved staying here. Location is fabulous. Staff were extremely friendly and we appreciated the room upgrade. We will definitely stay here again. The pool is also lovely and cool (some pools in Singapore can get really warm).

Hotel Classic by Venue is a good choice if you are OK with a small room. The rooms are clean, and the staff is, without exception, friendly and willing to give advice on good places to eat and do other things in the area. The water pressure in our room was good. Hot water never ran out. They give the customary small bottles of soap, etc. We are a family of three and I just purchased a bottle of body wash and shampoo. The refrigerator was not very cold, and our milk spoiled after three days. It is OK for keeping water and soft drinks chilled to a small degree. There is a Fair Price Supermarket 100 meters away that sells perishable (not recommended for this room) and non-perishable food you can take back and keep as a snack. This is where I got the body wash and shampoo mentioned above. There are also 24-hour food options available in the area. The restaurant about three doors down on the right as your walk out has good fried chicken and fish dishes at a reasonable price. It closes at 7 p.m. We were in room 301, which was next to an emergency stairwell to the side of the building. We did not have noise issues. Some have written they did have noise issues, and I imagine it could be possible. The hotel is very safe and the neighborhood, despite some adult night life, is safe to walk after dark. The hotel does not tolerate loud partying, etc. Sometimes at night, you may hear someone's porno as you walk through the hall. Overall, it is family friendly.

very good .I love Jeff！ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend! I can't say enough good things about the staff here. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering great local tips and always with a smile. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and well-maintained. A wonderful experience all around. Great hotel, would definitely stay again! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a convenient location. The breakfast had a good variety too. All in all, a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

Several nights prior, I was staying in a different hotel nearby. It was more expensive, and the hotel itself is nicer. However, despite staying in Hotel Classic for a shorter time vs the former hotel as I've mentioned, I can say that I've enjoyed my stay here more and I'll likely come back here instead. It is because of the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of their receptionist, Wee. From the get-go, he was very welcoming, and displays really good positive energy. He even went the extra mile, as he literally went to a different hotel nearby to borrow an extension cord for me. That is service that I will surely remember. I hope he inherits the hotel soon, seriously. Thank you again, Wee.

Overall our frequent stay and can be call our favourite hotel in SG or can we say second home, we are regular customers that returns to hotel because of the excellent service provided by Carol, Jeffrey and two others that already been transferred to another hotel miss them Wee and Yul hopefully got their names type correctly. Hotel cleanliness very well maintained and friendliness of the housekeepers are provided by Ah Toh and Firdaus. Hotel are very convenient for local eateries, malls, market, night life and mode of transportation are accessible depends on your travelling options. You will never regret coming to Classic and you will be returning too like us. See you all pretty soon Classic Team! Keep up the excellent service and cleanliness! Bravo!

My partner and I had a lovely stay at hotel classic. It was our first time in Singapore and we arrived in the middle of the night. We only had a couple days there and wanted to make the most of our time. The concierge Wee was lovely, super friendly and so helpful!! He took the time to recommend spots to visit and tell us all about the public transport system and how that worked. He was a highlight of our trip for sure and it was because of him and his recommendations that we were able to really enjoy our limited time. Thanks again!!

The highlight of this hotel has to be its unbeatable location and stunning city lights view! My bestie and I picked it for our first trip to Singapore, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just a short walk to Bugis station, and with a bus stop conveniently right in front of the hotel. We were thrilled when the staff surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade featuring an incredible view of the city lights - such a special touch that made our stay truly unforgettable! The free breakfast was a great start to our days, and all the facilities were in top shape. Our room was spotless and super comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for more—highly recommended!

I will rate park view hotel as spectacular 10/10. Good and comfy rooms. Service is too good. Staffs are very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic, and food is delicious with varieties, good place to stay in if you travel from a very far away country. The location is accessible to Burgis and Suntec city, close to the bus tours and other attractions such as marina bay, shopping malls are nearby. Very reasonable price for the rooms. I even recommend park view to my friends if they ever visit Singapore.

Just wanted to share a quick thumbs-up for the Park View Hotel! The staff here are genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which makes a real difference. The location is fantastic too – super easy to get to Bugis, and you can practically stumble out the door and find tons of great restaurants just down the street. Our family room was surprisingly spacious with a single and a double bed, and everything was spotlessly clean. Definitely a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Very helpful staff and comfortable room. Our room was upgraded free of charge to accommodate my request for twin beds. The facilities were clean, and the included breakfast was a great start to the day. The Big Bus bus stop was only a short walk away. No shortage of eateries with a coffee shop next door. Highly recommend this hotel and amazing value for money.

A great location for all the attractions & places of interest, also very convenient & easy walking distance to nearby places to eat & MRT Line. Breakfast was good, which was in the room rate. A very big thank you for there understanding and help for my daughters food allergy. All in all, a pleasant stay.

I am a regular guest of KeSa house, and the basics - hotel concept, location, cleanliness, bed comfort, friendliness of staff - do still work for me, despite the incident I´ve mentioned under "Dislikes". If you don´t book the standard room (no window - unless you´re good with that), and if you´re good with the small bathroom (which I am), and if you´re good with occasional street noise (which didn´t happen this time), and if you´re good with no pool (which I am), then this can be a good choice. Restaurant and bar choices around keep changing, so there´s always something to discover. And, there´s at least now 3 Yoga studios within 5min walking distance :-)

We are a family of 5 (inc 2 adult children). We shared 3 rooms between us - 304, 308, 316. We were upgraded to these deluxe rooms after booking superior rooms All rooms spotlessly clean and well designed. Bathroom a bit small in 308 but otherwise no complaints. 316 had huge Samsung TV at the end of the bed so perfect for viewing. Comfortable beds, powerful showers and very effective blackout screens on the skylights. Great public areas including well-stocked kitchen, mini launderette and terrace and very friendly service from every member of staff. Location is very close to Chinatown, but also 5 mins to Maxwell MRT and Hawkers Centre and less than 10mins to Chinatown MRT (15 mins to Marina Bay). For the price and location it really can't be beaten.

As new arrivals in Singapor & after a long flight, the staff were very welcoming and helped us settle in. The location was brilliant - on a street with good restaurants and bars but just round the corner from Chinatown and the food halls. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for exploring what the city has to offer. The tea and coffee facilities in the shared kitchen were great, very modern and clean - there is dispensed drinking water available and an ice machine - we didn't use the cooking facilities but they looked top notch. To use the laundry facilities you buy a couple of tokens from reception - the washer pre dispenses washing powder & a wash is 30 mins - the token for the dryer gives you an hour.

A hidden gem in the middle of Chinatown. The hotel is absolutely spotless, clean and nicely decorated. The room was just as advertised - small, but perfect for a few nights in the city. The air con was fantastic, we even had to turn it off a few times! Bed was really comfortable, shower was perfect. It's located in Chinatown (which was our favourite part of the city) with really cute older buildings, cafes and restaurants nearby - and in walking distance to most of the city. There were a few lively bars on the street, but in the window-less room you couldn't hear a thing. Would highly recommend as great value for money in Singapore.

The location is great. Quite close to Chinatown and Maxwell complex. Major tourist sites are all within 30 minutes' walk. Too bad it's rainy season, but the nearest underground station connects three trains, so it's still really convenient. The room is tiny but neat, with all necessary facilities (there is even a mini fridge!) included. There is a common kitchen where you could fill the glass bottle from the room with still and sparkling water. The laundry room includes a washing machine and a dryer (SG$5 each per use). All the staff are very friendly and answer all my questions patiently.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel is excellent and of a very high standard. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Service was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse. I booked a room with lounge access for a small additional cost, which was definitely worth it. The lounge offers food and drinks until 10 p.m., as well as access to a separate private pool. The location is a bit away from the city center, but the hotel is conveniently connected to the MRT and nearby shopping malls. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return.

This was my first time to Singapore and my husband and I went solely to watch the Singapore Grand Prix and to take in a few of the sights if we had the time. Sadly as we only spent 4 nights at the Oasia Hotel Novena and 3 days were spent at the Marina Bay Circuit for the racing we didn’t get to see much of the sights but fortunately the racing was at night so we could really unwind and relax in the mornings and early afternoons in this lovely hotel. We stayed on the 23rd floor which had an incredible view and as we had upgraded our room to a higher floor, we were treated to complimentary breakfast every morning and cocktails and nibbles in the evening in a lovely space on the 22nd floor called the “Living Room”. It had a rooftop pool, fabulous views and lots of spaces to relax or do business if you happen to be working remotely. The best part of being in this hotel was the incredibly friendly staff and in particular I have to mention a staff member called Iryati who was our hostess working on the 22nd floor and provided exceptional service every morning at breakfast and was always smiling and extremely professional and polite! We could not fault her in any way and would happily stay at this hotel due her amazing service she provided to my husband and I. She was also full of advice and tips on how best to navigate around Singapore being a local, so her knowledge was invaluable! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable Iryati and we will definitely be back! 👌🏽😁

I stayed at the Club Room with my family for my birthday, and the experience was truly wonderful. Even before our stay, the team reached out via email to check on our preferences and if we were celebrating any special occasion, such a thoughtful gesture that already set a positive tone. Andreanna, who assisted us with our booking and throughout our stay, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She explained everything clearly in her emails and made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to accommodate a few special requests, a level of service that's rare to find in most hotels. The room, club lounge, and pool were all amazing, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The team even surprised us with a birthday cake and some lovely decorations, which made the celebration extra special. Thank you Oasia Novena for the warm hospitality and memorable stay. We will definitely be back! Bonus, it is connected to the Novena MRT so it is very convenient :D

This is a lovely hotel in a very good location. Big shopping centre and MRT station below. Hopping all over Singapore from there is a breeze. We booked the club lounge and had a great time. The staff treated us like family and we felt very spoiled. The club lounge pool and jacuzzi are spotless and have beautiful views. The lounge itself has a great atmosphere. Breakfast and cocktail hour provide lovely food and drinks and the service is impeccable. We would like to thank the whole team for their effort in making us feel at home. Special thanks to Hafiz, the man with the big warm smile and Gerald for his great sense of humour. They certainly understand hospitality and professionalism. We would also like to thank Hilary, Iryati and Satis for their warm care and attention to detail making sure we are all looked after. This will be our hotel every visit to Singapore.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. While there I needed medical attention and was blown away by the extra distance the staff went to help me. In particular Hilary, the very helpful and kind receptionist. We had upgraded to the Oasis Wellness Package, which had great benefits which we took advantage of, including the infinity pool and spa. The staff in the Level 22 lounge, particularly Iryati, were brilliant, but also I must mention Charmaine,Hafiz,Andreana, Jannah, Gerald and Mukhil, who were also so kind and helpful. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, great views, easy access to the MRT right next door, which we used a lot, late check out and exemplary service. We will be back, and also thanks to the concierge!!

Hotel has improved its amenities. Went to club lounge for tea time after checking in at 2 pm Had afternoon tea set . ( got sandwich and cakes) Better than other club lounges in 4 star hotel. Later went to gym at 4.30 pm Impressed with swimming pool , look better than my last stay in 2024 , pool bar look more classy Went to club lounge again for evening cocktail . Had nice meal , .- black pepper beef, fried fish fillet in Thai sauce, sushi, fruits Next morning , had breakfast at club lounge Nice standard breakfast . At 12 : 15 pm ,went for buffet lunch at Ginger Nice spread of food ( take note : there are no bowls provided at Soup station, I had to look around for bowl till I took a bowl from other station ) Check out at 3 pm

Here for a week, great hotel. Fabulous staff, happy & helpful. Special thanks to Raj on the desk and Lisa in the pool bar, made my stay very enjoyable. Rooms & facilities are clean and well maintained. Hotel has good access for taxis & they do a good range buffet for breakfast. Pool is a good size with a high end gym open 24hrs as well as a steam room. Train station (Bugis) is 5 mins walk away. Big Bus Singapore tourist bus stops across the road. Definitely recommend.

If you have club level seventh floor it’s great. Staff is friendly. Hotel is conveniently located. Restaurant is excellent food and service. I was disappointed that the pool and gym was closed for remodeling, but they have arrangements to go to the hotel next door which has a good rooftop gym and pool.

Stopover in Singapore as part of holiday to Sri Lanka. Good size pool. Pool temperature was quite cold. Buffet breakfast was disappointing for 30 Singapore dollars ahead. (This included service charge and GST)

Initially skeptical when I first tried out this hotel but after staying boy was I extremely impressed! Front Office: Friendly yet professional. Composed even when faced with challenges. Appreciate Lisa, Fahme for the great service provided St Gregory Spa: Great ambience. Soothing. Relaxing. Their scalp massage is really good. And their Rescue & Power Nap is a must try if you want to get quality sleep! Big up to Renee, Anna, therapists Coco & Lily for their hospitality and help Poolside Bar: Many thanks to Yee Hong and Phoebe for always preparing fresh-from-the-oven hot sandwiches and freshly made fruit juices after my swim. It’s some of the healthiest and tastiest snacks I ever had Club Lounge: Classy. Moreover, the buffet dinner they serve every evening is a must try! And Esther, Tya, Joseph being warm, attentive, proactive makes it a fantastic experience. What started as a one-off stay might just become regular visits from here on!

I was travelling across East Asia and Singapore was one of my stops. A lady I met in Bangkok from SG was a little worried I had booked this place because it’s in a red light district. I really wouldn’t let this bother you. The place felt safe, even at night. Plenty of bus routes close by. The taxi wasn’t too expensive either (I used grab) costing around £10-15 per trip. It’s only 20 minutes away from the airport. The hotel was always clean and smelt nice. Rooms had all the basic amenities you’d expect. The bathroom situation was a little interesting as it had a shower room with the toilet and sink literally next to it. Be prepared to wet everything! In summary, for the price compared to other hotels in Singapore, it was worth it.

Comfortable stay. It’s a budget friendly hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Had no issues was offered early check-in without even asking this made me so happy after travelling for approx 20 hours. But I must say it’s a convenient location close to train station and buses. Love that the cleaning staff Kaylee and Pan Jun had my room clean and cozy after I came back from daily touring the city which I loved. Value for money and I would definitely stay again.

This is a very new hotel. The room is small but equipped with most of tourists needed. The beds are comffy. Guests will enjoy the premium filtered water, coffee and tea mix. This hotel is located in an excellent areas of Singapore where tourists can find good food from budget to high standard seafood restaurants in Geyland. We did enjoy our short stay with 81 hotel Palace in Geyland. We highly recommend this hotel to tourists who look for a very good budget hotel on Singapore.

I had my 5days 4nights stay at the hotel. I lost 1 of my soft toy while I'm not in the room. When I get to the counter Yilin n Korin greeted & addressed my concern. The following evening, Mira informed me by phone that the item was found. I'm so grateful that they are doing their part to find the item n let me feel at home. Excellent hotel with fine room. Unfortunately I lost my passport and wallet at the airport. Bad start for a 4 months trip to Southeast Asia. The Singapore Police tried to help but in vain. Jay put a lot of effort to help me, calling different people at the airport. And alas, the passport and wallet (including all money) had been found and was returned to me. Thousand thanks to Jay!

Great location in Fort Canning Park Room was quite spacious and well appointed Staff were very attentive and friendly - service was exceptional 20 minute walk to Orchard St for shopping and Clarke Quay for restaurants and bars 15 minute walk to various MRT stations The two pools were great - the only thing missing was a pool bar. The only downside is that some parts of the hotel could do with a little attention but this is only a minore point.

I would have normally rated this hotel 5 stars but the problem is that it was bought by a middle eastern company in December, all the staff have had no choice to leave before renovations start in March 2025. As a result, less staff and lots of minor things that are not addressed or missing. It is a shame because it is a wonderful hotel, very quiet, only 10 minutes walk from 2 MRT stations. I just hope that the new owner will keep the original feelign and atmosphere of the hotel which might not be the case (seems like the new owner wants to turn the pool into a public pool).

Positive- lobster Mac & cheese and Chardonnay, nice clean swimming pool, comfortable bed, good location Negative - property needs some tlc (exterior painting & renovations definitively needed), check in staff seemed uninterested, breakfast buffet had almost nothing left at 10am but still charged full price, housekeeping inconsistent, walking to another building and going down to get pool towels is ridiculous

I loved that my stay was within the relaxing Fort Canning Park. The rooms were clean and generous and the pool was a great way to relax mid afternoon when the Singapore heat was at its peak. The food offered in the restaurant and for room service was some of the best I've had at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and beautiful surrounds.

Great hotel location in the park, away from noise and hustle - but close to transport. Love the long happy hours 🍺🍷 Very comfotable, clean rooms and great pools.

Very comfortable stay! Very cozy sleep Convenient being in the heart of singapore. Service was great, France was exceptionally helpful in ensuring we got everything we requested for immediately. No noise disturbance at night, AC worked well. Shower worked great...the water would alternate between warm and lukewarm but still manageable. Kettle and microwave worked good. Toilet was good too, no broken seats and flush worked well.

Nice staff at the check in desk. Apartment was spacious and did us for the night we stayed. Not much cooking equipment if you were staying longer there. Need to get an Uber into central.

Le gros problème c'est le fait qu'il n'y a pas de réception, j'ai poireauté un peu à l'arrivée. Il a fallu appeler un numéro pour quelqu'un vienne (pas évident si on a pas de sim locale) Ensuite, on ne trouvait ma réservation. Mais celà c'est ensuite arrangé. La caution, il faut prévoir du cash. (100$S) Ils sont sont assez arrangeant, j'ai pû donner des euros. Sinon l'appart est correct. L'emplacement est un peut à l'écart de tout mais il y a un arrêt de bus à 10min et la station métro à 15min. Le personnel est arrangeant.
