Good cocktail list expertly mixed and good value at Happy Hour. Abba night and Greek Barbecue nights were fun. Lots of shade and comfy sunbeams round pool area and lovely garden area with scent of oleander. Small family hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Lovely welcome with friendly staff. Walking distance to range of beaches and on the bus route to main town.

We stayed 7 nights at the end of June. Staff were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel grounds were immaculate with lots of beautiful flowers. We attended the bbq night with greek dancing and it was great entertainment. Pool area was spotless. Definitely recommend a visit. There were restaurants on the door step and a bus stop 3 mins walk away. The local bus came every 10 minutes and cost 3 euros each. Koukanaries beach is across the road and numerous other beaches within walking distance through pine woods.

Had a fantastic stay. We were lucky to get a Junior Suite in the grounds and this was luxury (especially the towels). The hotel was a great location for our 3 night stay and very handy for bus stop 23. Loved the breakfast each morning and every member of the team were so friendly and helpful. The pool and gardens were perfect for a couple of hours relaxation after a long walk.

Breakfast was exceptional. Kids loved the pizzas. Pool was lovely, plenty of deck chairs, room was huge and very comfortable and was left spotless by the lovely cleaner, loved the very modern showers and our little balcony staff was friendly location was fantastic near the beach and mini market Garden was beautiful it was very quiet Greek night was fun

Lovely staff and welcome experience. Great room, nice pool with plenty of sun loungers. Great location with busses every 15 minutes and an even faster water-taxi to town. Good local restaurants. Spotless. Wonderful breakfasts.

I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to for Elivi as the hotel and staff are something special. We had a room in the Nest grove with a private pool and large outdoor balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers. The room was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The complex is huge and very well designed so each room (more like mini villas) felt very private. There are 4 beaches within easy walking distance where we spent our mornings, then we lounged by our pool in the afternoon. The experience at breakfast was excellent (nothing like the reviews we read from last year!) There was never a wait for a table, plus friendly and efficient service from the staff. The buffet was delicious and plentiful, and far surpassed our expectations. We stayed for 5 nights and I only wish it were longer! We’ve been to Skiathos over 10 times and usually stay in/near the town, but Elivi has raised the bar for us and we hope to come back!

Fabulous room, well looked after by a wonderful Greek lady who made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a suite with a private pool in the Nest area. The room was immaculately clean, beautiful linens which were changed daily. Lovely bathroom. The views from the terrace were incredible. This room( 1719) is high in the Nest area so beautiful sunsets. The downside of this room is that the cleaning staff are based beneath it and the laundry gets delivered here early in the morning. But everyone is so friendly and waves and smiles so I never minded. Breakfast was good , a great variety of choices. Very good coffee. We loved the Beach ( Big banana) but found the music in June way too loud ... in September it was more mellow and chilled. Great lunch here. We also loved Blackbird beach ( stunning beach) but thought the bar/ cafe could be improved. ( too much plastic) The Greek fish restaurant overlooking the beach is fabulous , great food here and a lovely vibe. The main bar was a good place for after dinner coffee and drinks. Very hard working and friendly staff. We really loved our stay here, both in June and September. It is a stunning hotel and I hope we will be able to experience it again.

I contacted the hotel prior to our visit to organise a Bottle of champagne Artemis responded so promptly and was always there to great guests a real asset to the hotel warm and very informative as are all the staff were and room was serviced to a excellent level Rooms were stylish and we had our own pool on the nest area the grounds were kept so well the garden team worked very hard pool was lovely to take a dip in the afternoon sun the beaches are stunning and the water crystal clear Food the restaurants are outstanding the fresh fish filleted for you at the table excellent wine lists and lovely live music Spa what can I say you have to have a facial there and deep tissue massage it was world class and so relaxing after a challenging year for myself and my husband this was the luxury break we needed and you guys delivered big time 😎🍾🦞

It was our first time in Skiathos and we chose Elivi after doing a research online for our 6 nights in Greece. The hotel is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature and the beaches are clean and relaxing! We arrived and were offered the amazing junior suite with a sea view and a private infinity swimming pool. Having a private swimming pool looking at the hills and the sea was just spectacular! The suite is located in the Nest area, 5 min walk to the beaches and breakfast facilities. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food choices for everyone’s taste. The staff were very attentive and friendly. : ) Our room was very spacious, the bed was a dream with a view to our own terrace! We had a wonderful holiday in this paradise and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet peaceful and relaxing holiday!

We loved our stay at Elivi. It’s perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. Situated on a peninsula, guests have easy access to 4 beaches. Elivi have a beach bar and loungers on each beach. In early June there was plenty of space. The biggest beach is Koukounaries. Apparently this is the most popular beach on Skiathos and as such doesn’t feel exclusive. We loved Big banana and little banana (nudist) which were naturally beautiful with clear water and golden sand. We called reception for a buggy to take us to the beach each day then asked a member of staff to request us a buggy back to the room, when we wanted to leave. The pools were nice and the hotel itself is scenic with stunning sea views. We really enjoyed ourselves and spent most of our time on the hotel grounds. It’s easy to get into the lovely, characterful port town by bus. Buses leave from outside the hotel roughly every 10 minutes and only cost €3 return. The journey is about half an hour as the bus travels slowly. There is a water taxi from Koukounaries which we should have tried. Hotel staff were very helpful and made reservations for us at restaurants in town. We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant and the fish restaurant at the hotel (the setting made for a truly memorable experience). We would love to return one day.

We had a suite with a swim up pool which was of a good size and lots of wardrobe space. All the staff was polite and friendly. The owner Electra was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I visit Skiathos once a year and always try to stay in a different hotel. This year it was The Atrium’s turn. I can hand on heart say it’s one of the best hotels in Skiathos. Absolutely stunning building, we stayed in a room with a shared private pool and it was worth every penny. Beautiful room, gorgeous pool and an olive tree to shade under. Meals were fantastic and all the staff were lovely. I will be back to this hotel soon.

Lovely hotel, well maintained. We had a family room with private pool which gave us lots of space. Views stunning. Breakfast delicious and varied. Very close to the bus route to the town and beaches. Down side would be lack of pavements down to the shops but road was pretty quiet. Loads of restaurant options near by. Very easy as gratefully the locals spoke fluent English!

This was our first stay at the Atrium Hotel. It's very impressive! Fantastic location on the hillside with magnificent views. It was good to be away from the main road which can be noisy. The dining/bar/pool terrace is beautiful with lots of bougainvillea and a lovely view out to the bay. The pool didn't look overcrowded but we chose a room with a private pool (shared with 1 neighbour), this really was worth the extra money. It had a private dining area with a terrace beyond complete with olive tree for some shade, then the pool with 2 loungers and a large beanbag for each of the 2 apartments. These are rooms 607/608. The only issue with these rooms is the noise from the 'generator' behind, I'm not sure what this was, possibly for the pools, but it would not stop me booking this room again. The room was very spacious with lots of storage and wardrobe space. There's lots of quiet areas in the hotel to chill out in if needed. The staff are lovely. The pool bar had a nice ambience for an evening drink. Day time snacks reasonably priced. There was lots of choice in the breakfast buffet. We only had one evening meal, it's buffet style and 33 Euro pp, which is quite expensive, we enjoyed the meal but as there's so many excellent tavernas nearby at nearly half the price, we tried out a different one each evening. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would love to return here.

We stayed in private pool room 301 and the pool/garden areas where very good with amazing views, pool was checked on every morning and room cleaned very well. Lovely hotel with stunning pool area, amazing views, stunning seating areas, very clean, all staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t for us, we prefer live cooking stations and more of an English type breakfast. Beech was only a few minutes walk down a tricky pathway or 10 minutes if using the road. There are hardly any pathways leading to the hotel from nearby bars/restaurants which is something we struggled with- however there are bus stops directly outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel is situated directly on a beautiful stretch of beach and there are many great restaurants and supermarkets just a minute away. The bus stop is also right outside the door. The breakfast was very good, especially the Greek corner is highly recommended. We will probably never forget the bougatsa. But the best thing by far was the staff. We have never experienced such obliging and child-friendly staff. From reception to the pool boy (who even gave our daughter a teddy bear) to the hotel manager - simply top class! As a family, you are in good hands here. Our daughter loved the huge playground. Once again, the staff were very attentive and even set up a pavilion when the sun got stronger. The food in the hotel's own restaurant can also be highly recommended.

Close to a fantastic private beach with a very good beach restaurant. Very good breakfast, helpful and service minded staff. The pool area was nice, but we only stayed at the beach.

The location is great, one of the best in Skiathos. Hotel has one of the best sandy beaches and very confortable sun beds. Swimming pool is warm and cleaned ofen. Breakfast is very fresh, mainly appreciate local products and plates. We liked a lot since no all inclusive or HB at the property, so it was quiet in the evening. Nevertheless it had a beach tavern Amoos, where you can enjoy sunset dinner. Going out of the property there are several nice Tavernas or restaurants sevring all kind of food.

Excellent location on a lovely beach in Skiathos, everything is very easily accessible (pool, restaurants, beach). We travelled with our 18-month-old daughter so we wanted to be somewhere easy and relaxing to stay. There is a nice little park for children, which our daughter loved. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet has lots of choices and the beach restaurant was excellent. Staff were really nice and friendly and we had a great time.

We stayed here for three nights with our toddler. While it is a good hotel, it lacks the five-star wow factor for the following reasons: -rooms need to be renovated. We stayed in the "old" part of the hotel, and the room was adequate but blah. bathtub and toilet were clean but looked run-down. -beach and beach bar staff service. We had to get up and walk to the beach bar every time for drinks, food, equipment rental. Normally at a five-star hotel the staff is tripping over themselves to assist you. Not here. -overall lounge and pool bar decor. It just didn't give off the five-star luxe vibe. The entire common area could use a good freshening up. The flooring at the pool bar looks very worn and old. -lack of proper playground for the kiddies. There was a plastic swing and I think a slide. That's it. It was rather tired looking. There are enough little kids staying at the hotel to warrant a full-scale children's playground. The good: -breakfast is nice and the staff is excellent to serve you coffee, omelettes, crepes, etc. with a nice buffet -pool and beach are lovely and very convenient to the hotel (75m for the beach) -food at the pool and beach bar and restaurant are quite good -hotel is very clean The good

The hotel presents a magnificent image and is clean and elegantly furnished. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. There is a wonderful pool area and the hotel is close to the beach. The reason that the comfort rating above is only 3 is because the beds in our twin-bedded room had incredibly hard mattresses which brought on a recurrence of a shoulder problem for my wife. The hotel also seems not to be prepared for bad weather as, unfortunately, it rained quite a lot during our four-night stay and the cushions on the beach loungers and the poolside loungers were never moved out of the rain or covered up to protect them. The result was that, when the sun did peep out, the canvas beach cushions were so damp that it seeped through to one's towels when sitting on them. The plastic covers on the poolside cushions were left wet on top in the mornings and the insides made them like a cold waterbed to sit or lie upon.

The hotel is in a lovely position with gardens and restaurants leading Onto the beach and oool area. There is a pool Bar and a beach Bar which supply a good selection of snacks or meals. Upon our arrival our room had a bath with a shower over the bath, this wasn’t ideal for me as I have Fibromyalgia and have difficulty getting in and out of the bath. When I let the hotel know my situation they moved us immediately to a room which had a walk in shower. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel manager Amd the hotel reception Manager went out of their way to check on us each day. the Manager was often seen walking the grounds and in the hotel which you don’t see very often in other hotels. All the staff were friendly and polite and always on hand. The Beach was clean and well looked after anyone not belonging to the hotel trying to use the hotel beds were quickly removed and sent back to the public beach area. There is also a little shop on the beach which is handy if you don’t want to walk to the beach bar you can purchase most items and drinks. Would recommend the hotel to everyone just make sure when you book you let them know if you have problems with stairs or getting into a bath and they will make sure you have an appropriate room. The hotel is open to all ages from young families with children to old retired travellers.

The property is fantastic. Very well kept. The food was very good and the choices for dining were great. What I also liked was there was always an umbrella and chairs available. There was also a water taxi on property to take you to town. KBR has a very good reputation on the island and restaurants and other businesses go out of their way to please it’s guests! However, what makes this property five star is its staff. I can’t say enough about them. The manager very active in the resort. He was everywhere making sure guests were happy. The front staff (Arianthi and Christo) made sure we had everything and booked our excursions. Thank you to all!

Lovely hotel and location. Staff very friendly and always helpful. They kindly arranged a room for us to shower and change ahead of a late flight home and were great when our daughter needed to to see a doctor. Hotel always very clean and food fantastic. Good location with short taxi ride to Skiathos Town for nights out.

Perfect stay. Eleni gave us a free upgrade on arrival to a huge suite with private pool. Breakfast was great with amazing coffee. The hotel manager even gave us a lift into town to get the ferry at the end of our stay.

The villa was spacious and generously laid out. The 3 bedrooms afforded good privacy including separate balconies and bathrooms and yet the large living and cooking areas enabled plenty of space to get together. The private pool and large outdoor balcony and poolside provided more opportunity for sharing time together. The breakfast was very generous and wide ranging in its offer. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful - the transfer from airport or ferry port included in the price was welcomed. Although it was an easy walk into the main part of Skiathos town, being taken to the apartment initially helped with luggage and orientation.

We stayed at avaton suites for a night and it exceeded our expectations, breathtaking view very good cocktails at the pool area with superb service,the whole place was very clean and it was very peaceful (just what we needed) reception was always there giving us proper explanations about every question we had, recommending us the top spots to visit for our short stay,too bad we had to leave and go to skopelos but will definitely visit again and stay longer, room was big and clean and was for sure better than most of the places we stayed so far in skiathos the last couple of years

Nice hotel on top of the hill, ~15 minutes walk to city center, beautiful jacuzzi in the room. You can call a golf car from the hotel situated at the start of the hill called also Avaton, especially if you have luggage. Nice staff. Good breakfast with a beautiful view near the pool. The room is so big with all you will need. There is a supermarket down the hill, also you can walk to the beach.

The villa was outstanding with the most amazing views. It was Fully equipped with quality decor and design. The owner was very attentative and always willing to help and assist with things to do around the island or any villa related queries.This was a perfect family villa for all ages and would love to go back.

The host was so accommodating and answered all of our questions and so quickly too. The villa was very well equipped, very comfortable, not to mention stunning! Just an overall great experience I'd highly recommend!

The property was absolutely stunning. Decorated wonderfully, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The views were outstanding.

What a lovely place to stay. This hotel is located just a short walk to Skiathos town. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, speak very good English and will do everything to help you. Hotel has very convenient location and rooms are very comfortable and modern. The only downside is that main pool is closed from 7pm which can be rather inconvenient when you return from exploring the island trip and you want to wind down by the pool in the evening. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Being an adult only hotel is a massive plus!

Beautiful new hotel, amazing view of the island and the from every room and place in the hotel. All of the staff are very freindly and halpfull. The breakfast was great, tasty and there was great variety to choose from. The room is beautiful, had all the amenities needed. For us, the bed was too soft and for me- the pillow was too high(I have a problem in my neck and so I can't sleep on a high pillow)- it would be nice to have other options to choose from. The location is great, quiet, 10-15 min walk from the harbor and all the stors (there are also convenience store much closer). The infinity pool is beatiful. We highly recommend this hotel!

It is rare occasion when official photos in a booking site provide very realistic picture. But amazingly for Magadani Villas this is true! A brand new property with stunning views and amazing facilities. What remains uncovered is the hidden gem – Dimitris, the property manager. Dimitris is a living embodiment of hospitality - going extra mile in every single chance. For us, his help started even before our arrival. As he learned, that we missed the last ferry capable of carrying our car, Dimitris offered to pick us up from the port with his personal car. Not only that, but because of the delayed ferry and our late arrival, he insisted we stay an extra night in the villa, due to the full day lost in traveling, for free. At the villa, we were welcomed not only by impeccable cleanliness, we also got surprised with a fridge and a dining table full of food, fruits, snacks and drinks - again provided as a welcome gesture. Oh, and I almost forgot – when Dimitris learned about our love for spanakopita, he brought us some for breakfast from the best bakery in the area. 1500 characters limit are not enough to describe all gestures - big and small he did in order to assure that we enjoy our week-long vacation at the maximum. This was my first visit to Skiathos and I'll be back. The island is great and much better value than others that I have been to. Magdani Villas are positioned on a peninsula with an amazing view of the town, sea and Skiathos and Skopelos islands. It is to the side of the airport but the planes cause no bother at all, they are far enough away to be a novelty. The villas are new, very comfortable and the facilities excellent. We were looked after by Dimitris who made our stay a joy, he could not have been more helpful and generous. The house was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. I would highly recommend them.

Our holiday was made perfect by our concierge Dimitri- he made everything we wanted to do possible ranging from showing me the location of the best beaches, to hiring a private boat for a day, he helped me organise a personal trainer, recommended great restaurants and organised food for my son when he wanted to stay put at the villa whilst we were out. The villa was extremely comfortable and spotless and the view was incredible. I love Skiathos and have been there several times. This was my best trip by far.

Stayed here for a week in September and I have to say it's the best Accommodation I have ever stopped in in Skiathos ,which is saying something as we have been going since 1988. Such an amazing Villa , great views , awesome pool , really comfortable beds , wonderful Bathrooms etc . Place was spotlessly clean . Anastasios was a wonderful Host . Fridge full of water, beer., fruit , bread , we really needed nothing for a few days . I would highly recommend this villa . If you want some peace and quiet then this is for you . You will probably need a car as it's out of town , saying that there's a great restaurant across the road Treat yourself

We had the best time at Etherial View Skiathos, and can’t recommend it highly enough! The villa exceeded our expectations, and the service from Tasos was the best- he’s a legend. Excellent, peaceful location with good access along with 5 star facilities and amazing views. We can’t wait to come back ☀️

The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need (and more) and we loved the elevated position looking down over skiathos. We hired a car which allowed us easy access to beaches, supermarkets and the town (all within very short distances). A much needed relaxing holiday. Travelled as a family with a 7 and 9yr old. Wow. I was looking for a hotel with a large room to accommodate our family (teen daughter) and this place was like a unicorn. We booked the junior suite so it had a separate area for our daughter but can easily accommodate up to 3 kids. She slept on a long wide couch that they made up for her and she was quite comfortable, but the couch can easily fit 2 more long kids. The actual hotel was fantastic. The pool was great and our room also had a private pool and large patio overlooking the landscape of Skiathos, gorgeous at all times of the day but especially at sunrise and in the evening. The hotel is perfectly located a couple of steps from bus stop 16 so you can hop on if you want to go anywhere (bus was incredibly easy to navigate and use) BUT you actually could just stay by the hotel because there is everything you need there. There is a beach across the street where you can get lounge chairs and an umbrella as well as go tubing, wave running, kayaking or paddle boarding. There are also tons of delicious tavernas just steps away. Our absolute favorite lunch place was Pork and Roll. The hotel breakfast was ample with options. The staff was exceptional in terms of their friendliness and desire to do just about any thing to make your stay unforgettable. Even my hard to please teen absolutely LOVED this place. It is on a cliff but with the attentive staff waiting with golf carts and the easy access elevator, you don’t even notice except when you are looking at the views.

As a frequent traveller I'm which I usually stay in several hotels in each visit I did book initially a one night in their suite which was great I have to first thank the staff starting with the receptionist Eleina and her colleague who made us so welcome and explained everything offered a welcome drink at the pool bar she is an excellent staff at the front desk the hotel are so lucky to have the two amazing receptionists they are so well spoken , elegant,smilly, helpful and most of all polite So I decided to come back and stay at the hotel again a day later and once again we met Mickaela who was really knowledgeable helpful and again very welcoming, I personally think that the hotel should be proud of such talent The two other people which we met and again so helpful, happy and cheerful are Kostas and Aron both have the job of moving guests up and down the steep hotel paths and are there all the time to help with luggage they add a charm to the hotel and to guests, thank you all for making our stay on the two occasions a lovely experience To add rooms are clean and lovely, breakfast is great Pool and bar are great too

It’s a tastefully decorated brand new hotel with the most wonderful staff who pampered us throughout our whole stay. We arrived early and received complimentary breakfast until our room was prepared. Our room was comfortable in the top building with a nice terrace and breathtaking view. Breakfast had excellent variety. I especially recommend the traditional Greek spinach pie. Cleaning was daily. Pool was nice with a pool bar and towels (cheers to the friendly bartender). There was also a golf cart (buggy) available to drive hotel guests around on the premises. The two drivers - Aron and Costas - are both lovely people. There some nice restaurants around the hotel, we especially recommend Maistrali, a traditional, family-owned Greek tavern. The bus stop (16) is right by the hotel and takes you to Skiathos old town (the port). Do visit the beautiful monastery Evangelistra, too (minibuses leave from the port). A nice sandy beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. On our last day we left quite early and the kitchen staff prepared a take-away breakfast for us. All in all, it was a great stay. We’d like to thank the lovely staff who made our holiday truly special.

The villa was even nicer than in the pictures, it was incredibly quiet and calm which enabled us all to relax and settle in well. It had everything we needed for a self catered accommodation (plus an amazing BBQ!). We appreciated the use of a dishwasher and washing machine and excellent WiFi. The pool was very clean and the gardens were well kept too. Also, the hosts of the property responded very quickly to any questions and were attentive.

A truly enchanting place with a poetic atmosphere that lingers long after you leave. The breathtaking view, the artistic design and attention to detail make the stay unforgettable. Every corner whispers of creativity and calm. The service is top-notch, and the host is warm, genuine, and always ready to help with a kind heart. This is not just accommodation — it’s a reason to return to the island itself!

The villa is very spacious and beautifully maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for our host. I would definitely recommend staying here .

The villa is very private, it’s on a hill in the middle of nature, the views from the garden are stunning and we saw a lot of wildlife around the stream crossing the property. It’s also minutes away from two lovely beaches, supermarkets, bus stop, amazing restaurants and a great base for exploring the entire island. It’s truly something else. The house has everything you need for an extended stay, great wifi, amazing pool and lounge areas, absolutly anything you might require. But the hosts really make the difference, they spare no effort to help you get the best vacation, very warm and nice people, the best of the famous Greek hospitality. We felt truly lucky to have found this gem and would surely come again.

The villa is beautiful. Lovely peaceful setting, gardens and pool are fabulous. Property is clean and well equipped and the hosts are wonderful, nothing too much trouble. We were in Skiathos for a family wedding and it definitely helped make our stay memorable.

Just returned from an incredible stay at Hotel Oniro Skiathos and couldn’t be more pleased. Perched atop a hill, the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea—a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind away from the bustle of Skiathos Town. Although it’s a little removed from the center, access is easy via the hotel’s shuttle, taxis, or a rental car. The hotel itself is immaculate. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh linen and towels provided regularly, including pool towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff truly made our stay special—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. From recommending day trips and the best local beaches to booking restaurants for us, their service was above and beyond. The pool area is lovely, though the only downside was a limited number of sunbeds and the lack of parasols for the chairs, which made it tough to find shaded seating during peak sun hours. Still, the atmosphere around the pool was relaxed, with excellent food and delicious cocktails served by the ever-smiling bar staff. Hotel Oniro offers a blend of tranquility, quality service, and incredible scenery. We left feeling refreshed and very well looked after—and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The stand out feature of this hotel apart from the views are the staff. Every member of staff we met went above and beyond to help and are a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast was included and always a variety of choice, we also had lunch at the hotel on several days. Lunch was fabulous excellent value and always delicious. We did eat at the hotel on one evening but were really disappointed the quality was not great and had to wait a long time initially for our drinks orders. There is so much that is great about this hotel that with a few tweaks would make it stand out and make it exceptional - the shuttle bus is great but you have to book it the day before and in high season is not guaranteed however by putting on a couple more in high season this is easy solved - the pool closes at 6 this is so that the evening dining can be set up around the pool this could be extended as it is nice to stay and enjoy the pool longer in the summer and not feel that getting in the way. - keeping the lunch menu open till 7 the menu choices, quality and value were exceptional compared to the actual evening menu - providing bottles of water daily in room - lovely robes provided but the only place to hang them was in the wardrobe having some extra hooks would have been brilliant

Beautiful hotel and friendly helpful staff. The views from the hotel were stunning. Beautiful pool area with deeply padded sunbeds. Need a few more beds though. Pool towels available from reception. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. The only downside was the distance from town. The very very steep drive up to the hotel. Not walkable in the high temps About 1.5-2 miles up ! Needed a larger shuttle bus. And it would be great if the bar stayed open until the last shuttle bus arrived back at night. So you could have a drink. The last pick up was 11.15pm which is too early. But had a lovely stay.

Just back from a week at the Oniro and what a fantastic find! From the minute we arrived we were looked after by the fantastic staff. Maro, Niko, Atashia, Chris and the rest of team could not have done more for us. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean with towels and sheets changed daily. My only tiny criticism of the room was the lack of hangers and drawers for storage. The location of the hotel was to die for if you want a chilled and laid back holiday. The pool and views are amazing. If you want to pop into town you can use the regular hotel shuttle bus, which will also if requested drop you off at the local bus stop or beach. Breakfast was varied and delicious and food in the restaurant both at lunchtime and in the evening was beautiful. The service in the restaurant was also amazing. Niko made the best mojito on the island! Was so sad to leave, we have been truely spoilt and not sure how we will ever find another hotel to match the Oniro. Thank you guys for everything.

We booked this hotel as a “cheeky week” and we are so glad we did. A beautiful hotel with amazing views in every direction. The rooms are newly decorated, well equipped and very clean…all have sea views except for a handful of ground floor ones. The staff are amazing…a small team but they work tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly…thanks to Niko, Costas and Mira for their hard work. Only criticism would be that the hotel has a policy of closing the pool until 10.30 and at 18.00 which seems strange. Some reviews have mentioned shortage of sun beds…if you return to the hotel mid afternoon then yes you might struggle but that’s the same in most hotels…never had a problem getting a sun bed any morning. Would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break on a beautiful island where there is no shortage of things to do if you want to

Beautiful villa up in the hills of Skiathos. Incredibly private. Air con was fantastic as were the kitchen facilities. Pool was well used in the midst of July’s heat wave and small/ shallow pool was super for having a dip whilst reading.

Where do I even start with this review…. Our stay was simply SUBLIME 🥰 The villa was beautiful, clean and had everything and more that you would need x Bed was so comfortable, linen gorgeous and crisp. Zaki and her team were super hosts, friendly and so helpful x always there if you need them but never intrusive x Pool is kept so clean and it was a wonderful escape from the hot sun when it shone x Skiathos is a great break, some lovely restaurants and some not so good, you pay for what you get here x Would I stay again, oh for SURE, I didn’t want to leave. A little piece of heaven in the Skiathos Hills with the gorgeous Zaki and her team who ensure you have the most relaxing holiday ever 🥰

A wonderful second stay at Zaki Villas, this time for our honeymoon. The villa is situation is such an excellent spot with amazing views over skiathos town. We hired a quadbike for the week, with it very easy to get up and down the hill back and forth to the villa. Wonderful facilities with everything you need on the kitchen and a great pool. The bed looks out onto the view, which is lovely to wake up to in the morning! We will definitely be coming back to Zaki Villas, both times we have had an excellent stay.

Great villa with pool in a wonderful location. Everything in the villa as well as outside of high quality. The location of the villa gives a high sense of privacy despite being adjacent to the other four villas. The view from the villa is stunning. This is one of those places you don't forget and want to return to. Zaki, the owner, smug and very helpful.

Apartment was perfect for the two of us and the private pool so gorgeous. John the manager was so helpful and always on hand and the ladies that cleaned did such a good job and were lovely. You are ten minutes drive into Skiathos town which was full of shops, bars and lovely restuarants. There are many supermarkets nearby as well as stunning beaches.

- We have just returned from Skiathos Gea Villas, family of 3 staying in Villa Kallisto for 12 nights - It is a 2 storey, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa - It was spotlessly clean and the cleaners came in every day - It has an equipped kitchen and large fridge/ freezer, enough food prep space for the 3 of us but if 6 people stayed (the villa is advertised as a 6 berth) then I can see this would be difficult - It has a balcony off the bedrooms and a terrace area with a small pool. Again, this was big enough for the 3 of us but would be a squeeze for 6 people - Hairpins bends to get down the drive were fun but we soon got used to them! There is parking on site - We loved its remote and quiet location but you would definitely need to hire a car if staying here. Other than Anastasia’s there isn’t really anywhere to walk out to in an evening. Would recommend Anastasia’s for a nice sunset, good service and delicious food - This didn’t bother us but something to be aware of. There are 7 villas on this complex and all can be quite overlooked by other guests - Would recommend a visit to Agia Paraskevi beach, this was our favourite out of the 5 we visited and is a 10 minute drive with plenty of parking - Skiathos town is a 10/ 12 minute drive - Save the best until last- the view from the terrace and balcony. Just wow!!! 😍 - Thank you John and team, we loved our stay at Villa Kallisto

Stayed in Villa Europa - the villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. The maids were available to clean the villa, patios and pool area daily. The view was fantastic looking across to Skiathos Town, Skopolos, and different boats in the sea moored up daily including cruise liners and tall ships - glad I took a decent pair of travel binoculars to view all of this plus seeing the planes land and take off regularly was a bonus. Villa is east facing so great for sunrise, we spent time at the villa in the morning and visited the beaches in the afternoon. Definitely need a car but the road and access to the villa were fine. Best walking access down to the main road in the daytime is to drop down the small dirt path on the 3rd turn up from the villa, this brings you out close to the Hidden Gem, then go down the path to the side of Villa Elias - This will bring you down close to bus stop 7, bus into Skiathos €2 and then a taxi back after a few wines and beers €15 plus tip. Would definitely stay here again if available. 👍

A superbly well finished villa, very well equipped with more than you could possibly need. We had a very comfortable and relaxing vacation, in a roomy modern villa with fabulous views and tranquillity. If we manage to return to Skiathos I would definitely book into here again. Elena was friendly and kept the place spotless. Although out of town there is a great beach nearby, an excellent taverna just next door and if you get a car the town is only a short drive.

This is a very nice place to relax. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, and quite spacious. The only disadvantage is the fact that it is away from the centre of town.

Loved the swimming pool and air conditioning worked so well. Property was cleaned and beds changed twice during our stay.

The location was ideal especially if you have a car, the villa is right next to the Port. Maria was very welcoming and always on hand if there were any problems. The Villa was very clean and looked amazing, exactly what we expected.

The villa is in a quiet location, a 20 minute walk to the port. There are some nice coffee shops/bakeries within walking distance such as Danos, Ariston and Bean Tree.

I wish the presentation and delivery of the pool food wasn’t in what looks like “takeout” plastic. I’m sure it’s a no glass by the pool rule... but there are stylish paper and other options. (Again.. I said it was silly). The place was GREAT!!!

An immaculate hotel with only 18 rooms, and a lovely pool and bar; a real find within walking distance from bus stop 4 and all the bars and restaurants of Skiathos Town. Part of the Kassandra Bay 5* resort we were able to use their facilities within 1km. Recommend room 103 or 102 as deluxe doubles with a larger terrace and plunge pools. The breakfast is great, so much variety and all fresh with lots of Greek delicacies too. George on reception was an absolute delight, and had so much positive energy. I’ve been to Skiathos many times will definitely return to this resort.

Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

Der gesamte Hotelbereich (Poolanlage, Frühstücksraum) war sehr sehr sauber, so wie es auch unser Zimmer war, das täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und alles war frisch sowie sauber angerichtet beim Buffet. Das Personal gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für die Insel. Es gibt nichts negatives auszusetzten.

Sensational vibe, if you’re looking for a private paradise, this is the place! 5 min from the beach, if u have a car its also a top spot. Restaurants extremely close and delicious! Also if u wanna cook and chill in the villa is fully equipped. Excellent service as well from the managers of the villa.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed and the outside areas were lovely, with a view of the sea. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the beach and a bus stop to Skiathos Town. Rafaella our host was superb and sorted anything we needed, including booking trips, restaurants and jeep hire.

Christina ,the host , met us at the property and showed us around and explained everything .

The view is amazing, water pressure was great, hot water was really hot, the sitting areas were aligned with the sunrise. Breakfast place in the sun, 2 hangout spots at the pool for afternoons. Lighting in the living room was great. The pool !!! 😍 amazing! Eagles roaming around, beautiful flowers and old lovely olive trees!! The place is a But more rustic than it appears on the pictures but charming!

The Villa was set high up in the mountain, the view was amazing. There were 3 seating areas outside which where great for eating / relaxing. The pool although a little small was great for a dip. The bedrooms where spacious with full air con, very clean and tidy. Our host Alex was very kind and friendly and helped with recommendations for beaches / restaurants and places to visit. All in all a very lovely villa in a remote quiet location perfect for a very relaxing week in the sun. We choose not to hire a car, (you will need one villa is extremely tough walk to top of mountain) but did have a very lovely taxi driver that picked us up at the airport who then became our regular driver for the week. He was very kind and helpful in accommodating trips to the shops / supermarkets. All in all a very lovely quiet relaxing holiday

The location is amazing with a breathtaking view at the Skiathos harbor and surrounding islands. The little pool is nice, but it was cleaned only the 3rd day after we got there... Our hostess Dimi was very nice and helpful!

Stunning views , quiet location and very relaxing. Dimitri was super helpful and organised a Jimny for us as soon as we arrived which is essential especially in the heat as the villa is located at the top of a steep hill. We walked a couple of times to the beach and Skiathos but only in the evenings.

Travelled to Skiathos for some well deserved r&r at the end of a busy business trip to Greece. The hotel is well designed and my room was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep on the super comfy bed! The room had direct pool access and there are enough sunloungers for all guests. There is a large supermarket two minutes walk away and a bus stop opposite to get to all parts of the island. Very convenient location. The owner makes the most delicious Greek coffee!

This accommodation is exceptional. It is very clear that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into every detail of the rooms, and they are beautiful. The accommodation itself would be classed as boutique 'small and friendly' and it is most certainly friendly. I felt extremely safe there as a solo female traveller and any assistance I requested was provided without hesitation. The small pool and pool bar are a gorgeous addition to the rooms, the sunbeds being of the best quality and the pool bar also serving breakfast, brunch and lunchtime snacks and drinks. It is a very leisurely 8-9 minute stroll into the centre of Skiathos Town, though I would recommend a torch for a small section of your return walk after dark. I would highly recommend these rooms to my friends and I will most certainly return very soon.

We travelled with our 17 year old Daughter so the property was an ideal space with a king bed, shower room and balcony downstairs and a double bed, shower room and balcony upstairs - much better than two separate hotel rooms. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need and they are furnished to a high standard, modern and immaculately clean. The owners are so attentive and will do anything for you. They can recommend places to eat and visit. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The sun beds are top class and there is plenty of shade. There is a snack bar, fully stocked and serves lovely food and snacks. The Althaea Rooms are simplistic luxury. They are in a fantastic location, only a five minute walk into the town. It is rare to get accommodation in the centre of town with a pool. There is a bus stop within a few minutes walk where you can get buses around the whole island and there is a big supermarket next door. We felt at home at Althaea Rooms. We were sad to leave and when visiting Skiathos again we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Loved the location, the beautiful rooms and pool area, lovely and helpful staff and delicious frappes! I stayed here with my mum and this was our second visit which says a lot about how much we love it! It’s located just on the edge of town, right next to a supermarket, and the rooms are huge and modern, so comfortable and the cleaners are amazing too! The pool area is gorgeous with the most comfortable sun loungers you’ll ever lie on. The family who runs the hotel are all so kind and can’t do enough to help you. Special thank you for all the delicious iced coffees and frappes! It’s such a fabulous hotel, I would definitely recommend it and I’m sure we will be returning for a third time!

What a wonderful stay I had at the Bourtzi Hotel. This was my first stay both in Skiathos and at the hotel. The service was absolutely fantastic, from when I first arrived to when I left in a taxi. If we needed anything booked ( taxis, sunbeds, restaurants) then the staff arranged this, and were always so cheerful. We were given towels and a bag for the beach which meant that it was one less thing to worry about , bottles of water were given out and the service both at breakfast and at the bar really was great. I was super glad of the air conditioning and that I had a bath as I don’t have one at home so made sure I had one every day 😂

Management and ALL staff absolutely amazing. Couldn't do enough to help, they made our stay better than we could have imagined. Hotel itself was also of a high standard, very clean and fresh. The breakfast selection was No.1 in my book (and I trade a lot!!). The complementary cocktails were beautiful on the first day. We even got a nice bottle of Prosecco and fruit on our anniversary. You got clean beach towels each day in a beach bag, which you simple put in a dirty washing basket when you get back each day. Soooo simple but helpful.

Loved this hotel during our stay in Skiathos! Right in the town, which is perfect for an evening stroll and to explore the bars and restaurants of the town. Rooms were brand new, very clean and modern. Also the staff were all super friendly and helpful! They made us feel right at home! All in all highly recommend this hotel for your stay!!

Fofi, the host, is brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. If you've not been before, get a taxi from the airport to the ferry port, go around the corner and walk through the old port on the left, past most of the tavernas on the right, looking out for one that's a bit trendier (cushions, louder music), where there's a street up the hill with tavernas, kitchens on one side and seating on the other. You have to walk through that last taverna's outdoor seating to get to the street. Keep going up the hill, past taverna tables sat on wooden stages (straddling steps), then you get a couple of tavernas on your left. Turn right at the last one (sorry, cannot remember the name), then 2nd left - the big iron gates to the hotel are about 5 m down the street on your right.

The owner kindly accommodated us with an hours notice after our flight was delayed. Her and the other staff were so kind throughout our stay. The hotel is a beautiful old building with a little courtyard where they look after the cats. So there is a bit of an aged smell in the main lobby but nothing terrible and it was charmingly decorated. The room however was clean and equipped with aircon and a mini fridge. Really great for a short stay, would be a good deal if you wanted to stay overnight for the ferry. Breakfast was lovely continental, I wish we could have stayed and eaten more but unfortunately did not have time. There was toast, honey, nuts, little biscuits, coffee and orange juice and we were brought some lovely looking eggs. Overall a great deal for a short stay.

What better way to enjoy the magnificent island of Skiathos than to stay in this welcoming hotel. It is clean and comfortable, a real home away from home, a large family house filled with fascinating objects, paintings and the warmth of Fofi, the landlady. She is an expert hostess, a bright personality willing and helpful, knowledgable about the island and so hospitable. It is situated high above the port away from any noisy tourist activities, amidst the quiet, picturesque streets of this delightful town, a real haven with a cosy courtyard full of friendly cats. I cannot emphasise enough how happy we were to have made our booking in such a beautiful place.

We had a few upgrade to family villa 3 floors with the view to sea , port and centre , best location with verandas and 2 terraces for evening outdoor relaxing living space amazing Greek experience ! The kids loved , adults too for Kate dinner with Greek wine and Greek uzo/metaxa and fruits ice creams cocktails ! Amazing family holiday ! The owner Fofi was amazing , lovely delusions Greek breakfast served in the main hotel of the property residence - lots of landings speaking , such a lovely cats as an owner Gard iin front of each villa . Late check out available, best comfort and atmosphere!

This is now our go-to place when we stay in Skiathos. Located in the Old Harbor area of the port, the hotel has a beautiful, old-style charm in its courtyard, lobby and dining/sitting room, and clean, fresh bedrooms and bathrooms, with charming modern furniture and fittings. Best of all, our wonderfully-kind hostess gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. We just loved the entire stay... and next time we will plan on having breakfast there, because it looked divine, and we were very sorry we'd made other plans!

It was a great stay! The room had a unique sea view. Not very big but with all the amenities that one can ask for. Most notably and having an elderly in our company, this hotel fulfilled all the requirements an elderly can ask for. There was an elevator something quite rare on a small island hotel. The staff were always there and were always quick to serve us and answer our questions. We had booked a room with a sea view and they had us in a room with a marvellous sea view!!! They were very kind and helpful and helped make our stay great! Amazing staff, amazing people!!! The hotel was very centrally located just above the harbour; very quiet though. Everything was at your feet! Also super markers, restaurants and the bus station to the beaches were extremely close making our stay even easier and better. The room was squeaky clean!!! Probably the cleanest hotel on the island!!! I will definitely come back!

So quaint. Just a really sweet place. Loved that my mom and I got separate rooms in our apartment and a little kitchen so we could make tea! Little balcony was adorable. Overlooking the harbor. The staff was so helpful and kind. I was looking for a place near the ferry where there were few stairs and no major hills to climb since my mom is a young 81 but has some knee issues. There were some stairs at the entrance but the location was perfect!

Hotel Christina was an excellent place to stay. Lovely welcome from the owners and super clean and comfortable room provided for our stay. There is a lift which is a real asset as it saves lifting heavy cases up the stairs. Really good location next to ferry port, bus stop zero, a supermarket and there are many good places for meals out nearby. I would certainly recommend Hotel Christina and hope to stay there on my next visit to Skiathos. Thank you!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The best location, in the city center and 4 minutes walk to new port, cafe bars and the bus station. Everything was super clean, beautiful rooms and air conditioner was also very helpful! In love with the stuff, especially Maria, who did her best for us to feel happy and comfortable there. Located just right near to Skiathos town harbour, Ifigenia hotel has a stunning position in the middle of the town, next to the bus station and near a free parking for your rented car or quad. Our room was perfectly clean, nice, with a fine view on the swimming pool. Breakfast included in our stay was very good. The difference is surely made by ifigenia staff we met, one of the kindest , more available so far. We were sad to leave these people when we left! Recommended, not only, we HAVE TO go to Ifigenia Hotel for making your holidays worth it!

Excellent location, one of the only ones around with a pool and not up a huge hill. Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. We were a family of four staying for a wedding and it was a perfect base. The family who run the hotel are helpful friendly and hardworking. They helped us with taxis and bus schedules etc. would not hesitate to return!

The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location is great, a few minutes walk to the town and bus stop it’s 1 min walk. Breakfast is traditional Greek but we did enjoy it. Our room looked over the swimming pool.

Balcony area was a great size which also included a hanging area for wet beach towels etc. Having a pool with decent lounges/umbrellas for the times you just want to lounge by the pool instead of the beach was lovely. Staff were super friendly with great recommendations and breakfast was always a good choice of different foods.So many different tavernas close by to choose from and a great beach across the road made this accommodation absolutely perfect. As our first to this island, we felt like we’d really hit the jackpot with our choice of accommodation. No wonder there were so many return guests staying here!

The pool is lovely, plenty of sun loungers and the room was spotless. All the guests were super lovely and friendly. The owner and staff are so helpful and couldn’t do more. Drinks and snacks available from The pool bar are all very reasonable. It’s also in a great location for the beach and restaurants.

We have just returned from Skiathos and from start to finish we had the absolute best 7 days at Ostria hotel. The room, the grounds and the pool are beautiful. The hotel is located down a short drive way, meaning you are not next to the road but are still within a few minute's walk to the closest beach and bus stop. You can get the bus from Stop 16 directly into Skiathos town for 2 Euros each way. However, if you decide you don't want to go into town there are plenty of Tavernas within walking distance as well as 2 supermarkets a few minutes walk in either direction. Our favorite thing about this hotel was the people. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay. The rooms were absolutely spotless and the cleaners did a fantastic job on our room on daily basis. We did the Greek night which was so much fun and the food was fabulous, we highly recommend! There is also free on site parking if you decide to rent a car (we recommend a 4X4!) We will 100% be returning. Thank you for such a fantastic week, we miss this place already!

Greek island oasis in one of the nicest beach areas of Skiathos. One of the best accomodations we have experienced. Upstairs apartment was spacious with small kitchen and utensils to self cater. Large bathroom with shower for two. Comfortable bed and a relaxing lounge area plus kitchen table and sofa. Large balcony with clothes hanging area. Grounds are lush and tropical with tables and chairs to sit under palms. Pool area is a great alternative to beach with really comfortable sun lounges. Breakfast buffet has a wide range to choose from. Bar is great value. All staff were the friendliest nicest people. A 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach that is not over crowded. Bus stop convenient to reach town or sunset beaches on west side of island. A surprisingly vast array of eating places in walking distance and various other options where they will collect you. Truly haven’t been able to tick so many boxes in one place before. Absolutely loved our stay and wish we were still living there.

The delightful Receptionist lady, Eni, was extremely helpful in recommending local eateries and also provided exceptional assistance during a difficult moment, when my travelling companion was suddenly taken ill. Have already booked my next visit.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in in Greece. The location is ideal, our room was at the front of the hotel and overlooked the harbour. The room was well furnished, very clean and comfortable. The aircon was really good and the bathroom all worked fine. Would stay again at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in Skiathos Town.

The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. We booked a sea facing room which is excellent - directly on the harbour front. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was an extra charge but well worth it. We were able to leave our luggage on checkout as we had a late evening flight.

We stayed at Meltemi as a stop over before our flight home and were delighted with it's position right on the harbour, the room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the water, spotlessly clean and with a lovely comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious too!

I only booked this for one night but would have stayed longer if I could. Our lovely room (202) looked over the harbour and we sat out on the balcony watching the world go by. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very friendly and helpful

This hotel is newly refurbished and located for easy access to town, beaches, bus stop 3 and many great restaurants . Always welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, our room was large and had a balcony looking over the town which was interesting, as was spotting the local chickens running about. An amazing selection of foods for breakfast, and a small shady garden to sit and sip an extra coffee.

I loved my stay at casa blue hotel- staff are exceptional and rooms are immaculately cleaned and well designed. Spacious and luxurious, I felt comfortable at all times. Staff are helpful and offer many amenities, advice and guidance about skiathos island.

Only stayed one night before our flight back to Athens. We were able to walk downtown without issue. The room was very nice, but little noisy with the street below. An unbelievably great breakfast was included.

What an amazing experience! Perfect location near all the hot spots of Skiathos town. Staff offer excellent service and rooms are spotless! Good value for money for both accommodation and shuttle! Definitely going to visit again!

The best location; you can go by foot to nightlife, boat excursions, supermarket, bus that takes you to Koukonaries. Also, you can buy half-board and have a 3 course meal at hotel restaurant. Also stay at the pool after check-out.

Exciting view of landing of flights and ocean! Good swimming pool and nice breakfast. Modern, fancy and clean facilities and very comfort to stay. Town, port and airport is close and if you have not too big luggage, you can try walking(taking around 25 min to airport but road are good surface condition). Nor it take 10 euros so it is not bad to take a taxi. But it is highly recommended to walk from and to the port. It takes around 10 min and too short to get a taxi. It is good for value compared to hotels in Athens. Cleaner fancier cheaper!

The staff were extremely helpful, and stored our large luggage for us 2 days before check-in while we visited Skopelos. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We only stayed one night and arrived quite late so didnt use the pool or bar. The bed was very very comfortable and the room was a good size with a balcony. Great choice of breakfast. Good location on the port, one of the few accommodations where it is flat to walk into town!

The breakfast is really good and you can by lunch in the pool/beach bar, really cousy feeling.

The staff at the hotel were amazing- Anna went above and beyond during our stay. I had an infected insect bite, and she reassured me and booked me a taxi to the local GP. She checked in on me throughout the rest of my stay, which was reassuring that the staff cared. The room itself was huge, with an extra room for sitting in. The view was stunning of the bay and the pool was exceptional. We shall be coming back.

Lovely apartments, extremely well equipped for self catering, in fact the best we have encountered aside from villas. Our apartment (8) was modern, had a gorgeous view of Kolios bay, beautiful bathroom with proper fitted shower, the bedroom was well equipped with hair dryer, ironing equipment and had a ceiling fan and the rest of the apartment with a trundle bed had air conditioning unit. We found this adequately cooled the bedroom if the bathroom door was kept shut. All the windows and doors were modern upvc and had shutters, integrated fly screens and then double glazed windows. They had two internal curtains, including heavy curtains. The balcony was an excellent size and we could open front and back and get a nice breeze going through. The grounds are lovely, beautiful fruit trees with lots of ripe figs. We also were permitted to use the Hermes apartment swimming pool and used this a few times through our stay when we took a break from beaches. This is situated next to the apartments and can be easily accessed via a rough track through to a lane which is next to the Hermes. Kolios beach is only a 5-8 min walk down a lane opposite the apartments. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is really beautiful, place on a small hill. The room was actually way better than on the photos, it looks like it is brand new. There was everything you need in the room including an umbrella thay had left for us to use. A very nice lady came to clean every single day so the place was spotless whenever we came from the beach. The view from the balcony is excellent. Overall an amazing place, I would 100% recommend! P. S. As everywhere in Greece, there are some cat residents as well who may visit you in the morning 😻

Very close (walking distance) to one of the beaches of the island and very good position to reach the other beautiful beaches. The accomodation was very confortable, the cleaning lady very nice. She came to clean each day and to change the sheets and towels every 3 days. The lady that took care of the whole place was really really nice and gave us all the information that we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed our stay at the property. You have everything you need (incl. iron, hairdryer, kitchen well equipped)! The property has a beautiful view, it is close to bus stop no. 13. Kolios beach is close to the property, under 10 minutes walking distance. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed often. Bonus points for the huge fig tree right at the entrance in the complex.

Very pleasant stay. We liked the kitchenette, the mosquito net on all windows in our spacious studio that was cleaned every day. We had our bed sheets changes every three days. This is a place you would want to visit again. And in the evenings you would not feel the July heat.

There's a bar at the front of the hotel, selling coffees biscuits pastries and beers and other drinks. There's a playground for children and a ping pong table. Its a lovely place for anyone. Great little Gem of a Hotel. The apartments at Zachos are a great size, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Giorgos, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Troulos and will be returning in the future. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Quite and green location into the trees we didn't turn on the AC during our 10 day stay, at all. Playground for the kids and safe parking firvthe cars. Plenty of super markets and restaurants from 2-10 min walking distance and the beach of Troulos is 600m away, The best beaches in Skiathos are up to 10 min away by car.

If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in an idyllic setting, I highly recommend Hotel Paradise. You’ll be charmed!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Paradise. It is a family run hotel and they are amazing. The service is very good. They have a restaurant on the property which is also lovely as well as a pool with loungers. They also have a shuttle that goes and from Skiathos Town. They will organize anything that you may need such as a quad bike etc. Really a fantastic hotel and stay.

The reception was superb at Hotel Paradise. It was great with the shuttle bus several times a day. Traditional, affordable and good Greek breakfast and food in Anastasia's restaurant. Beautiful surroundings and really relaxing pool environment with incredibly comfortable sunbeds. The room corresponded to the description. We are incredibly satisfied with our stay and will of course come again. Best experience ever! Warmly recommend a stay at this amazing hotel!

Location stunning views, family run nothing too much trouble. Pool, room very clean. Breakfast plentiful. Despite the location hillside they regularly run mini buses to Skiathos town or end of road. Local bus service every 15 minutes. We stayed 2 nights and great stop over for connecting ferries & flights.

The view from the room, the restaurant and the pool was marvelous. The staff of them hotel was nice and smart. The restaurant offer was excellent. The bus transfer from the hotel to the city center and back was really useful.

Experience to repeat! We left the Punta hotel today with a heavy heart. We had a really great time. The reception is very precise, attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is always helpful and kind. One evening, even though we had arrived after the scheduled dinner time, they understood our inconvenience (along a very steep descent the brakes of the rented scooter had broken) and they still allowed us to have dinner (and they made sure we were fine). Both the pool and the private beach are fantastic. The private beach in particular is a corner of paradise. The pool bar is very nice and well-equipped, the dishes and cocktails are very good. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the location is also perfect (having rented a scooter we had a great time). We felt at home. We can't wait to go back there!

The ladies at the reception were the kindest, helped us in everything, we are so grateful to them. Also the beach of the hotel was amazing, just like the pool. Definitely recommend and would go back anytime

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was only for two nights before we flew home but we were happy with our choice for the price. The location was a little out from the main town but we were fine to wander into town & get a taxi back (10€) it is up the most steep winding road, we walked up once & vowed never again ha ha!! The location however was so peaceful & relaxing we loved it. Pool & area clean with a snack/drink bar which we used. The breakfast was tasty plentiful & homemade. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. all lovely. The host was always around should we have needed anything and was so friendly & helpful. Our room was top floor with a generous balcony overlooking the airport, sea & mountains. The noise from occasional planes stopped by bedtime & never bothered us. Our room was clean, modern, lovely bathroom with toiletries, hot water & great water pressure. Soft towels & comfortable mattress. Kettle & fridge were a bonus. Quiet & efficient air con. Plenty of clothes storage & decent size room with lovely view even from sitting in bed! Little tv which if needed did have a couple of English channels/film channels. The quality of the room, lovely breakfast & pool with views made up for being slightly out of town. If I went back I would consider renting a car/scooter to get to & from town but taxis were readily available & between 4 of us really not expensive at all. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Skiathos Dimond is a great place for a honeymoon. 1.The room is huge and beautiful, with comfortable bed, working air conditioning (very useful on hot days), and with a beautiful view to the pool and mountains. We also got complimentary white wine. 2.The restaurant has good food with various different dishes to choose from. The service is great, workers are nice, always smiling, and after the dinner we were always offered a free drink on the house (Amareto, Metaxa, or Uozo). 2.The pool is quite big. Big pool is about 12 m long and 1.2 to 1.8 m deep. You can actually have a decent swimming session if you are alone. The small pool for kids is about 6 m long and 0.8 m deep. When I wanted to buy ice-cream from their restaurant, the ice cream was given for free. 3.Nearby there are other good restaurants to try. We liked restaurant Crazy Rooster, because the owner allowed us to walk in the garden and take and eat fresh figs and grapes from the trees for free. You can also order shisha. We also likes Xanthi Studios and Pool Bar, this bar had the cheapest (EUR 5.50 during the happy hour) and largest cocktails, however they do not serve any actual foo besides burgers.

Pool was excelent. Always clean and quiet. There was also a toddler pool nearby - which brought great joy to our little one. There is a small restaurant near the pool where quests can take breakfast and dinner. The hosts were always welcoming and relaxed around our two kids (that managed to broke a glass or two). Parking lot is spacious and there is a supermarket right across the street. The rooms is more like an appartment - and it has a working kitchenette. We had some nice morning with breakfast on the balcony. There are also 2-3 other very nice restaurant in walking distance.

The family who run this accommodation is very friendly, always smiling, welcoming, warm and really helpful! - The guesthouse is located in a quiet area, where the peace is not disturbed by the noise of cars from the main street, - Very easy to reach from bus stop 15, - Very easy to reach the beach (maximum 10 min), - Impeccable cleanliness, cleaning is done daily, - The rooms are spacious, there are storage spaces, outlet next to the bed and the bathroom is large, - Beds and pillows very comfortable, - The accommodation has a small restaurant where you can have breakfast (between 9 and 10) and dinner after 19:00, - The food is tasty and always fresh, - Breakfast contains: eggs, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, honey, fruit (compote), cereals, some varieties of tasty doughnuts, tea, coffee, juice, milk, water, butter and jam, - Great pool (and children's pool), - GREAT view, A few seconds from the accommodation there is a small shop with everything you want.

An absolute gem in Kolios! We had the most wonderful stay at Skiathos Diamond. The apartments were impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Every day we woke up to a stunning view over the pool and pine hillside. One of the highlights was dining at their on-site taverna. The home-cooked Greek dishes were absolutely delicious—from fresh appetizers to hearty mains, everything was top-notch and reasonably priced . But what truly made our holiday special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners. A heartfelt thank you to Soula and her husband Christos, along with their three lovely children, for treating us like family from the very first moment . Their attentiveness and friendly smiles added so much joy to our experience. In short: perfect location—peaceful yet close to beach, shops, and transport—great pool, fantastic taverna, and most importantly, a genuine, caring family behind it all. We can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect. Immaculate accommodation and facilities and such welcoming and friendly hosts. Soula and Christos were so kind, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, setting us up for the day, as was the evening taverna with lovely dishes, the set menu was great value and delicious. The pool and grounds were also really well kept, with lovely roses around the pool, and a wonderful view of the valley from every apartment. Plenty of restaurants nearby and only a few minutes walk to bus stop 15 and regular buses in both directions. The local beach, Kolios Bay was a short walk away and was our favourite, safe swimming and peaceful. We really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Skiathos Diamond and can't wait to return.

This is a great little boutique hotel in the centre of Skiathos old town, within 5 mins walk from the port and 10 mins walk from free parking. It’s tucked away near the open air cinema so check the location before you arrive. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds especially so, one of the best of many hotel beds I have slept in. Great showers and bathrooms with lovely toiletaries. Each room has a balcony and somewhere to hang your towels and swimwear to dry outside. With a sink, fridge, kettle and crockery, it was handy to make breakfast alothough there is a lovely bar in reception open during the day to grab a coffee, juice or a bottle of wine. The design is urban chic and very stylish, the ‘official’ hotel photo’s do it justice without over-selling it as is so often the case. It’s full of lovely little touches such as complimentary tooth brushes and toothpaste which are thoughtful and useful. The rooms are not the biggest but in Skiathos old town you would struggle to find a large room amongst the small tightly packed and picturesque properties. Although small they are certainly not opressively so. We had a brilliant stay and the staff were attentive and very friendly without being intrusive. There isn’t 24hr reception but the staff provide two mobile numbers if you need anything out of hours and the staff were very accommodating of our ‘out of hours’ check in. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay.

Stayed here for only one night after leaving Skopelos a night early. Literally a 5 minute walk from the port opposite the open-air cinema. The hotel is unbelievably modern considering its in a very old building. A few steep steps to a trendy reception/bar area and you are then allocated one of only 9 rooms, all via steep steps. Our room had one double and one single bed with memory foam matresses (The comfiest bed I've ever slept in, including my own!!!), 2 LED TV's, a fridge, sink, a modern bathroom with rain shower!!, and lovely new towels and slippers!! You get a small balcony and access to a fantastic shared roof terrace for sunbathing or overlooking the town. As modern as you are going to get in Skiathos and right in the heart of the bars and restaurants. This place is fantastic for a short stay, but due to the compact rooms, maybe not ideal for more than a week? After 1730, the reception closes so you are given a front door key to get in and out. One last thing...the owner/manager was very helpful and approachable. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived at this hotel 5 days ago for an 11 night stay. Great location just off Papadiamanti street. Clean and tidy room with very comfortable beds and pillows. Great shower cubicle which is a major plus in this hotel. Dimitrius the staff member on reception is extremely helpful and friendly. We chose a sea view room which has a good view of the town and sea from the small balcony. Nice top floor terrace which you can see the Mama Mia screen from. Reasonably priced bar too. The only gripe is the lack of cupboard space for your underwear. There is none. Was offered a free bottle of wine today via the owner. Nice touch. Haven't seen the maid but the room is cleaned every day and towels changed on request. People have previously commented about the room size but we have ample room. Would definately use the this hotel again.

Just returned this evening from our 9th skiathos trip in as many years after staying for two weeks at this wonderful hotel ! Brlliant location and brilliant staff -always on hand if needed but never intrusive ( unlike one town hotel I could mention) The bed was so comfy , the shower was the best I’ve experienced in skiathos town and the room was kept immaculate by the staff as it was cleaned daily with clean towels and bedding provided every day ! Another few bonuses- free air con , free WiFi and beach towels if needed. A special mention to kyriakos and Maria for being extremely helpful,professional and friendly and they were always approachable- well done guys !! All in all a brilliant time had by us both so thanks architectonika design hotel and thanks once again skiathos town ! We will definitely use this hotel again without hesitation

We found this hotel to be in a brilliant location and really comfortable. Demetrius on reception was really friendly. Then the Thomas Cook situation happened this is when the owner and staff really stepped up. Not only did they make sure we would have a room for a couple of nights if we needed to stay longer until our flight home was sorted out they even jiggled things around so we would be able to stay in the same room. They were continually encouraging us and helped to put our minds at rest so we could enjoy our holiday. We will be coming back and would stay nowhere else but this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location is absolutely spot-on: just a short walk from Bus Stop 4, with the vibrant nightlife and charming town right on your doorstep, yet somehow still wonderfully peaceful and quiet. You’d never know you were so close to all the action. The apartment itself was a dream – modern, functional, and absolutely spotless. Every detail had been thought through, from the beautifully scented linens and fluffy towels to the daily cleaning that kept everything immaculate. It felt like a real home away from home, but with all the luxuries of a boutique stay. What truly made it special, though, was our host, Natasa. Her warmth and hospitality were unforgettable. She welcomed us with homemade cake and delicious jam – such a thoughtful touch – and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and it made all the difference. With stunning restaurants just steps away, a peaceful atmosphere, and every convenience nearby, I genuinely can’t wait to return. This place is a little slice of paradise – and I’m already dreaming of our next trip!

Perfectly located 2 minute walk to the centre yet extremely quiet. Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Appointed with everything you need for a great holiday. Natasa is the perfect host, a lovely warm person, nothing is too much trouble and she goes beyond being helpful. She baked an amazing cake, also fruit, tea and coffee in the room. Large bottles of mineral water were supplied every day. Room was cleaned and towels replaced each day. We stayed in the top floor apartment with a wrap around terrace. Wonderful to sit outside enjoying the view at breakfast and also watching the evening sun. The Mama Mia experience is worth booking at the local open air cinema. Many boat trips on offer and ferries to Skopelos (very Nice) and Alonissos. Buses are 3 Euros one way to Koukonaries Beach and many other South coast beaches are on route. Buses get very crowded. Worth leaving from Bus Stop 1 in town to get a seat and get off on the return leg at bus stop 4 as its a shorter walk to the apartment. Sunbeds/Umbrella for 2 people 15Euros at Koukonaries and between 10-12 Euros on other beaches 2nd week of June.

We have visited Skiathos 3 times but this was our first stay at Eumorphia studio apartments. Without a doubt we think it is the best accommodation on the island. We were so warmly greeted and welcomed by Natasa at the ferry port and she walked us to the apartment 5 mins from the port. This is where Natasa’s amazing hospitality started and didn’t stop until we left late the following day. The room was excellent, modern, clean and comfortable and with everything any guest would want. In addition to lovely ammenities Natasa also provided us with fruit, coffee, toast and wonderful home-made jam. As there was an extreme weather storm the next day she also gave us a late checkout so we didn’t have to sit outside in the pouring rain. We highly recommend anyone visiting Skiathos to stay here as it’s the perfect room in a perfect location in the old town and close to great restaurants and cafes. Eumorphia is definitely one of our favourite hotel in Greece and Natasa the best hostess. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Skiathos.

We stayed in the top floor apartment with outside terrace and balcony. Everything was perfect. Firstly Natasa is a wonderful host - she really does look after you. When we arrived she had cooked us a cake (which was still warm), and ensured we had water, wine, fruit, coffee pods (Nespresso machine), butter, milk, bread and homemade jams. Water and coffee pods were replenished daily. The maid cleans daily (except Sunday) and kept the apartment spotless. The balcony looks out over the old town and down to the port (you can see the ferry docking), and there is good shade if it’s too hot. The apartment is finished to a high standard but is relatively snug (as is the bathroom), but you will spend most of your time outside. We visited end of May so didn’t need the Aircon, but it has it if needed. The apartment location is perfect - 10 minute walk to beach and 2 minutes to main high street / old town with loads of bars / restaurants.

The apartament is modern and immaculate. It has all necessary facilities, a great air conditioning which was important during our stay in hot days. The landlady went far beyond our expectations. She gave us a warm welcome and allowed to keep our luggage before the check-in time. She also let us store it after the check-out, so we could enjoy the rest of the day on the island without carrying our heavy bags. She lent us a hand with ordering a taxi, offered some help in calling them and arranging an appointment at a specific time and place. She also volunteerly sent us a link to a location we should go for the best plane spotting experience. Finally, what is really important for foreigners, she spoke English really well and we could get along without any problem. If I came to the island once again, I would definitely stay in the same apartment and I would recommend it to everyone who comes.

The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds with a nice pool bar and fantastic view over the Megalli Ammos beach. Breakfast was very solid, had many options. The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful throughout. Rooms were cleaned every day, very neat and tidy with solid facilities and the AC was very effective. Location was fantastic, a short walk down the steep hill to Megalli Ammos beach, approximately 20 mins from the hotel to the middle of the town.

Amazing views, especially from the balcony of our room, lovely staff who were so helpful, great pool which the kids loved and really comfy loungers. Great pool bar service and nice breakfast. Whole place is really relaxed with no annoying rules and really clean. Really great value for money and easy to reach the beach and Skiathos town. We hope to be back one day.

Very nice hotel. Good size rooms. Breakfast ok, beautiful pool area. Cleaning services excellent. The evening staff seemed more friendly than the morning staff. Pool/bar guy very likable and service-minded. For families with young children we recommend having a car or taxi. It is probably inside long range walking distance to the port, but there are not pathways for most of the road. Dangerous traffic for children. We stayed 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved the views from our room – simply stunning with fantastic aircon. The pool area was perfect for relaxing all day, with plenty of sunbeds and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, offering a wide variety of options whether you’re after something light or a more substantial meal to keep you going through the day. Drinks were reasonably priced, and it was great to have ice and water available whenever needed. The staff truly made our stay exceptional – so friendly and attentive. A special mention to Nel and Catherine, who were an absolute dream to be around. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome. As our first impression of Skiathos, this place has set the bar incredibly high. We can’t wait to return!

Best place to stay in the center of Skiathos! The location was very central and close to everything, just a 5 min walk to the port. No stone was left unturned to ensure a hassle free stay for the guests. Everything in the room was of a good standard and cleaning everyday. The beds were continental style and very comfortable, and large smart TV with Youtube and Netflix. The hosts were very lovely and helpful, and they make very good coffee as well! I higly recommend the place for a stay in Skiathos town. When I return, I will definitely stay here. Only con would be that there are no elevators, so persons with mobility issues might have difficulties.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The owner personally met us on arrival and provided us with a map of the area with great transport tips and also restaurants locally. Our room had everything we needed, air con, free to use safe, fridge, lovely shower and a really comfy bed. Maybe would have like coffee making facilities in the room but they do make great coffee downstairs. Hotel is ideally located within the town and you are only 1 street away from the main high street and 2 minutes from the harbour. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Skiathos.

I was greeted by Kyriakos upon arrival…. He helped me with my luggage…. Spent a considerable length of time showing me all the amenities of the room.. gave me a local map with all the points of interest.. The room was comfortable, roomy as well as an impeccable bathroom / shower…. Room and beds cleaned each morning… Location of hotel was easy walking distance to port area and was located in a quaint neighborhood…. Heat was available if needed during chilly evening… NETFLIX WAS Provided as well!!!!!! Great stay and great hosts…. Great bargain as well…. I will return to stay when visiting Skiathos

Struttura con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, situata in centro a Skiathos a 2 passi dalla via principale ma al riparo dai rumori del traffico. La struttura è nuova, con camere e bagni ordinati e spaziosi. La pulizia viene effettuata giornalmente. Molto disponibili e cordiali i gestori, tra l'altro ci hanno fatto il graditissimo piacere di renderci disponibile in anticipo la camera facendoci guadagnare mezza giornata di mare. Unica pecca la colazione un po' troppo spartana e ripetitiva, noi pagavamo a parte il cappuccino che non era compreso nella colazione ma risultava buonissimo, nulla da invidiare a quelli italiani. Complessivamente pienamente soddisfatti!

Such a fantastic place to stay! In a central location I Skiathos Town, it also felt very safe. The host and staff were always super friendly, the room and balcony were modern and well maintained (and actually very roomy!). The view from the balcony was ace! The cleanliness was also first class and the cleaning lady did such a great job! Actually above and beyond what I would have expected with daily tidy ups. I have 0 complaints and know that I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Entelia next time I get the chance to visit Skiathos!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The accommodation is very well maintained, good sized with a well equipped kitchen and good firm beds.it It was kept scrupulously clean by Anna and we had clean sheets and towels at least every 3 days. It was perfect sitting on the patio overlooking the lovely Mediterranean garden with a pretty view to the sea. You could either enjoy the sun or take advantage of the shade from the pine trees.. Anna Maria and Vassily the owners gave us a really warm, hospitable welcome and spent time with us explaining the local area also offering to collect us from the main road whenever we had heavier shopping. They were excellent hosts and did absolutely everything necessary for us to thoroughly enjoy our 8 day stay. Agia Paraskevi beach is a short walk down the hill and there are several mini markets on the main road and a great choice of good quality, value for money tavernas and restaurants . We particularly liked Avli and Kohyli. Bus stop 16 is the most convenient for buses into town and to access different beaches. The surrounding area is very attractive and peaceful. We highly recommend a holiday here.

Nice sized room with comfortable beds. Good sized shower and plenty of hot water. Everything we needed to make snacks, and breakfast. They did service shop so we had food in our fridge before we arrived. Nice balcony, we could sit out on to see lovely view over the bay of A. Pareskevi. Anna Maria and Menna both lovely ladies, very kind and helpful. Provided us with umbrella when wet and walking routes etc. There is AC for heating when it got cold as well. We were just later in season and unlucky having 3 wet days out of our stay of 10. Also, soft warm blankets. There are lots of good restaurants and bars on the main road below. Recommend Jimmy's. No sound up in our room but the birds. Beautiful views all around us. Good place to visit the rest of the island as central. Near bus stops 15 and 16 and buses about every 10 mins and around 2/4 euros to travel.

Anna Maria and Vassilias were so welcoming. Their rooms were immaculate. Their attention to detail..water and orange juice in the fridge. We didnt need to buy washing up liquid, sponge or tea towel. The kitchen equipment was like new. 2 ring hob. Toaster. Full size undercupboard fridge and cupboard for your grocerys. Good hairdryer . Beds firm but comfortable and when i mentioned my pillow was a little hard it got change straight away for a softer one. The view was stunning. The balcony was a joy to have breakfast on looking at the sea view. The rooms were cleaned every day...they work so hard together. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish them both a happy life. Thank you again for making my holiday stress free.

Villa Anna Maria is in a perfect location in Agia Paraskevi with amazing views. There is a great selection of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walk too. The accommodation is spotlessly clean with towels and bedding changed regularly. Menna is the perfect host and welcomed us with a cold drink and lots of information about the island. Beach umbrellas were provided on request as were additional pillows. The air con and floor fans in the bedrooms were provided at no extra cost and the kitchenette was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, cups and cutlery. The shower pressure was great and there was always hot water. The perfect stay and we will definitely return. Thank you Menna x

The accommodation was fantastic. Reasonable rates too. Shampoo/shower gel, loo roll, soap, mossie repellant plug in and even washing up liquid were there. The cleaning girl came every day to empty bins. Clean towels and bedding changed numerous times. The owner Anna Maria, and host were always around for any information. The beaches were fabulous and dozens of lovely tavernas with very reasonable prices. All though all these are very close, I would honestly say a car would be a bonus to help with the incline to the apartment although only a 5 minute hike up. Well worth it though for the sea views. The bus system is cheap for getting around for only a few euros. We will definitely return

Fabulous hotel. Excellent location, just 2 minutes from Troulos beach, easy walk to loads of tavernas, restaurants and bars, and bus for the service to Skiathos Town stops right outside. Our room was excellent - comfortable and spacious, large bathroom and great shower, and spotlessly clean. Super breakfast, fresh and plenty of choice. Nice bar for drinks and snacks during the day. Pool area well laid out and equipped and good size pool, clean and well maintained. Impeccable service from friendly, helpful and welcoming staff made it a great stay. Would be more than happy to go back.

A lovely family run hotel which is immaculately clean and only a five minute walk to the lovely Troulos beach. Rania and the team at the front desk were always there to welcome you with a friendly smile at breakfast which was nice. The whole team went above and beyond, always willing to listen and advise on any questions you had. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and very relaxed. Lovely little swimming pool with a good amount of comfortable sun loungers. There is a small pool bar serving drinks a variety of snacks. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the busses run every 15 minutes so so easy to get around the island. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and all of the staff were really smiley and helpful. We had a room with a kitchenette that had a full size fridge , hob, kettle and plenty of utensils. Good bathroom, comfortable bedroom with doors opening onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and could also see the sea. The breakfasts were lovely with a good selection and plentiful. Bus stop is literally outside the hotel and was the only mode of transport we used. Really efficient and cheap to use. Supermarket right next to the hotel, plenty of excellent places to eat and just a couple of minutes walk to a lovely beach. Did swim in the pool most days but with such lovely beaches swimming in the sea was my favourite.

Our first visit to Skiathos 4 nights July 2024. Spacious 1 bed apartment - lovely balcony with pool & partial sea view- table chairs & drying rack. Very comfortable beds & towels. All the staff were nice & helpful. Buffet breakfast plentiful - same every day but lots of choice - fresh fruit, yogurt, cakes, cereals, hot food, pastries, bread… We went to beaches every day, pool area looked clean but people claimed sun lounges early! Short walk to Troullos beach with sun loungers for hire get there early to grab one we headed down the beach with our own umbrellas & towels - mini market & Nemos Gyros minutes away - more shops & restaurants further along the road. Although we didn’t use it the Bus stop is by the mini market. We hired a car from Victoria they delivered & picked up from hotel. Had fun exploring the more remote beaches - buses are frequent but full!

Everything! From the wonderful welcome on our arrival and the staff’s determination to see that you had the best experience possible, we were blown away by their friendliness. Rani and her sister run the hotel seamlessly though I’m sure it takes a great deal of hard work and experience. Rani helped us sort out a couple of things such as restaurant reservations and finding help for asmall medical issue. Harris and Sue on reception were both super helpful and Alex and the lovely lady who cooked breakfast were both happy, hardworking and couldn’t do more for the guests. Alex made me the best pina colada cocktail and both were encouraging with my attempts to say basic Greek phrases. Breakfast is awesome. Always enough variety and good timings so we could linger. The pool is spotless and always a sunbed available. The beautiful Troulos beach only minutes slow walk away. Our room (second floor suite with sea view) was perfect.

Not one single thing was bad. Rated everything honestly 10/10! Check in was at 3pm they let us check in 5hrs early FOR FREE at 10am! It’s literally right on the beach, like roll 101 is probably about 10 steps away from the beach and the beach is beautiful with a really well priced taverna just to the left as you walk on the beach with really good food! The cocktails at the restaurant attached to the accommodation are AMAZING and are only 9€ each (£7.60)! Normally people just rate 10/10 to be kind but for real this place deserves more! The owner was so kind and understanding (our flight landed at 8am, se we ideally needed an early check in) and his family who run the show are also all so friendly! Would recommend everyone to stay here!

The room was modern and bright.The bed was the most comfortable I have had in any visit to Greece. The shower room was well decorated and spacious. The kitchen team was compact but well equipped. We had a beautiful sea view room with balcony. Location was beach front and a 10 minute walk to the main town. Great selection tion of bars and restaurants on the beach. The room was cleaned every day . I would definitely recommend. The hotel has a restaurant attached Exantas which has breath taking views, stunning food, great service. The team are really lovely

Super clean, quiet, very well organized room with small kitchenette, couple steps from the sea, very practical to have a restaurant available. Great taste of furniture, simple but stylish. Amenity quality products in the toilet available. Great breakfast for good price. excellent place to stay, not far from Skiathos centre and still very quiet. Note it's not easy if you have a car, but with moped and quad that's a perfect spot.

What a wonderful family run place, Kostas and Thannos were so helpful and friendly,, the studio was immaculate and had everything to the highest standard with the most comfortable bed. It is right on the beach, with a breakfast terrace with best view. Loved it, will definitely be coming back, could live here!

Friendly owners. Very clean and nicely decorated 2 bedroomed apartment. Modern bathroom with large walk in shower with screen. Sea view from the wrap around balcony. Often had pool to ourselves. Short walk to a few restaurants and pool bars. Kolios beach only about 8 mins walk away, bus stop 15 about 5 mins walk providing easy access to other beaches and Skiathos Town. Loved Xanthi pool bar next door for use of pool, daytime snacks and evening cocktails. 10 mins walk to Aghia Paraskevi for another great beach and larger selection of restaurants. 2 mini markets within a short walk. Owners happily stored our luggage until we left the area later in the day.

What a wonderful holiday my daughter and I have just returned from. Villa Albanis, a 2 bedroomed apartment, with wrap around balcony giving us both stunning inland views and lovely Seaview. Peacefull location, Sonia and her family have created a welcoming residence. The very pretty pool area with well padded comfortable sunbeds and large sunshades was a peaceful area, sometimes having the pool to ourselves. I can't wait to return.

Super helpful and friendly host, Stavros you are a star! It makes a difference when the hosts care about their their guests and Stavros was always available for advice, help and support. The studio apartment was beautifully furnished, comfortable and cosy with a good sized furnished balcony overlooking the lovely big pool and forest, with the added touch of soft lighting on the dining table. The bathroom was out of this world, for this type of family run establishment, it was hotel standard and spacious with good water pressure in the shower. Everything was carefully thought out, shutters, fly screens and curtains on the double glazed patio doors and bathroom window, very helpful in Greece in the height of summer. Wi-Fi connection was good also. There are 3 of good beaches within walking distance, Kolios being the nearest, all having crystal clear water and some water sports available. The buses run to and from Skiathos Town very frequently along the coast, so never a long wait at the bus stop.

Everything! This is an amazing property. We felt so welcomed and at ease as soon as we arrived. We had the most beautiful countryside view from our balcony. There was no one else on the pool whenever we wanted to use it and there are loads of bars/ tavernas within walking distance. The beaches nearby are beautiful. The rooms are even nice than on the pictures. We will definitely return. We had a problem with the shower and it was fixed within an hour! An amazing place to stay! Thank you 🤩

Very clean apartment and room, lovely veranda overlooking the pool, very friendly, competent staff, good wifi, close to a small supermarket and a few lovely restaurants. A bit far from the beach but we had our own transport which was a huge win. Aircon in our room was 100% spot on. In the bigger unit, the aircon was in the kitchen area, not the room, so the room was not as cool as one would ideally have liked.

Comfortable beds, clean room with air con, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, sufficient cutlery ( incl. corkscrew!) plates and wineglasses! Cooker with two rings ( no oven or microwave for your info) Great modern shower with good power. Schampoo and shower gel supply. Nice balcony area and lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and a great terrace area at the end of the garden with table and chairs, perfect for evenings by the pool.

Location was great, just a few minutes to the port and airport and the lively shopping area and tavernas. The pool and pool area were delightful, the tropical gardens were also a delight . The accommodation felt private but Manos and his family were also on hand to help with any questions. We would not hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to family and friends.

Manos, the owner, sent me messages before our arrival with detailed information on how to find the property from the ferry port. Once we arrived at Monolis' House we were delighted at what we found, a beautiful property set in fabulous gardens, with a great pool area. Manos met us at the gate and led us to our room. The room was spotless and was cleaned each day we were there. The bed was very comfortable, the shower always hot, not always a given in Greece and the kitchen area had all you would need. The room was completed with a nice sized balcony with table and two chairs. Manos kept in touch with us by WhatsApp, ensuring we were happy and we were.

This was our 2nd visit to Manoli's House. We love it there. The location is ideal being 2 minutes walk from the main high street, 5 minutes from the bus route and 10 mins from the harbour. The garden is a tropical oasis with nice shady areas to sit in and get out of the heat. The pool is big and there's a lovely outdoor area to relax and sunbathe. The apartments are clean and comfortable with a modern feel. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast. It's really handy having a small kitchen with fridge, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Manos is very caring and considerate with good communication skills. We're planning our 3rd trip next year 😀

Everything was above and beyond excellent! Manolis and his staff were so kind, thoughtful and welcoming! Beautiful mature gardens created with love over decades - providing cool shelter even in a heatwave - the pool area was just perfect - a quiet, peaceful place to read, reflect, enjoy artwork, nature - close to all amenities on offer in Skiathos - within 6 hours my husband had forgotten what day of the week it was and how long he had been there - time moves at a different pace - just what the Dr ordered and we can still feel the benefits of having stayed in this wonderful location! Everything at Anna & Jimmy’s was superb. It was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in Greece, not a single ant or fly in the room the whole week. Anna was amazing and cleaned our room each day and provided fresh towels. As they only have a small number of rooms you get the extra attention and service which bigger hotels don’t provide. The large double bed was so comfy and we slept really well. The kitchenette is very well equipped, clean and all brand new which meant we could store lots of drinks and make our own sandwiches. The bathroom is also all brand new, clean and the fixtures & fittings work well. Aircon was really great and cooled the room very quickly. We chose to stay somewhere without a pool as we knew we’d be going to different beaches each day. We had a lovely porch area and there is a communal garden round the back. Highly highly recommend booking here.

It was a great location in the heart of town , away from the noisier streets and in a cul-de-sac, so no passing traffic either. Supermarket a 2 minute walk away as well as great local bakery. And the Main Street just a few minutes further. A flat walk too. The accommodation has been designed very well by Jimmy, Anna and Antonio, lots of great design features, clean lines, modern fittings and is virtually brand new. Aircon was excellent too, and was needed in the heatwave. The family are great friendly hosts, collecting me and returning me to the airport. Nice touch of a gift of wine, biscuits and jams. Room kept immaculately clean by Anna.

the furnishing is brand new, we were greated with a nice welcome package (a bootle of wine, etc); room taken care of on a daily basis and the service was absolutely outstanding; the hosts, Jimmy and Anna, are the friendliest and kindest ever, gave us a ride from and to the airport; the location is great - a supermarket and a bakery within 50 meters, the main town street where most restaurants and bars are - within 200 meters, a nice beach that one can get to on foot for like 10-15 min; main bus stops 0 and 4 (that you need for the other beaches) are also 10-15 min away from the property.

Jimmy made us feel like home, which is what we liked most. He was fantastic, really attentive, answered every question we had and also gave us some tips on the must-see places in Skiathos. The place was clean, modern and very well maintained. The room was relatively small, but met our expectations entirely. The one thing which surprised us was the option to change our room (after 4 nights I believe) to a bigger one, without extra charges. One bigger room was empty as other guests finished their stay. It's not something you encounter everyday and we certainly appreciated it! Thanks again! :D We stayed here 11 nights.

Anna & Jimmy were extremely amazing hosts from the moment we arrived till our last goodbye. We loved the location as it was close enough to the centre but back a bit to avoid noise or any crowds passing through. The rooms were very spacious, amazingly clean & had everything in the kitchen we needed. I really appreciated Anna & Jimmy making phone reservations for restaurants as we were unable to call the restaurants directly from our mobiles. Loved their little doggy too!! Thanks again for a great first experience in Skiathos and hope to return again soon!!

Excellent view to the town, harbour and especially to the southern part of the runway, just perfect for airplane enthusiasts. Nice pool with two very different water levels, so everybody can enjoy it. Big and comfortable room, big bed. Free parking. Very good beakfast is served outside by the pool. Kind and helphul staff.

Great views over skiathos town (and the airport!) Small but nice pool & sun beds. Due to it being on a hill a taxi was a must coming back from town however this was expected and part of having a hotel with a pool and a view! The walk down to town is doable on foot but steep at times, it took about 15-20 mins to get to the port (most of the way doesn’t have a pavement).

Zoi the owners mam was an amazingly friendly and welcoming lady.Goes without saying ,the best accommodation we have had in Skiathos town during our many many visits.

Good hotel in a great central location but probably more suited to a short stay as opposed to greater than 5 days. Free air con and wifi (variable strength of signal in rooms but fine in reception area) . Safety deposit box in room free of charge. Hotels.com describes a bar in the hotel but there isn't one, just a lounge/seating area at reception. Small stove top in kitchenette with electric coffee maker but only one large saucepan / Greek style coffee pot provided, although I would think other utensils would be provided on request. Immaculately clean rooms although the shower area should be described as a wet room, given that the whole shower room gets wet when you use the shower as there is no curtain or suitable glass partition. Kostas at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Beach is approximately 10 minutes walk but the lack of a hotel pool is a definite negative

-Decent size room -Bathroom is kinda small, but good overall (the shower cabin is small) -Comfortable, big bed -Location is very good, very close to the city center -Hotel staff was always very attentive and professional (they helped us with booking a taxi to the airport for 15 euro) - we arrived at 9 AM and were lucky enough to receive the room early as it was ready for us -Kitchenette has a stove top, sink, medium size fridge, coffee machine (some coffee pods were also provided), some kitchenware you need (plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons, etc) - there was no frying pan or cleaning detergent unfortunately -There is a hair dryer in one of the closets -Enough closet space, plenty of hangers -Housekeeping was very good, we had our towels changed every other day and cleaning was every day (even in the weekend) -Room had a cute little balcony -The garden is amazing, it was one of the reasons we booked at Iris -Furniture is modern and very nice -Very good AC in the room -Breakfast is also available for extra 8 euro/person/day -Overall good value for money

I couldn't say nice enough things about IRIS - we fell in love with Skiathos on our first visit there, and our experience at this hotel played a big part in that. We were expecting to find only a very basic hotel, having booked our trip less than 24 hours beforehand, and at a ridiculously cheap rate; however, we were pleasantly surprised to find a spotless room with premium amenities, including COCO-MAT mattresses, a Nespresso machine and Korres products. The staff and in particular, Stavros on reception, were delightful and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Even with our teething (and LOUD) 10-month old, they were always so friendly and happy to talk to us. The hotel itself was in an ideal location just off the town's main street and located next to some the island's best restaurants (of which there were many). Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We arrived at Iris hotel apartments in Skiathos Town on the 7th June for a duration of 10 nights and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy ....a lovely room with a small terrace onto the garden area ,was perfect for us .As for location we couldn't have been better positioned ....for a short walk 50 metres took you to the main tourist street in Skiathos town. Vivi at reception gave us a very good informative chat in regards to the room and hotel and also tips on getting round the island ...She was helpful and polite 😊😊...we had a marvelous stay ...but missing already and looking forward to a holiday next year at Iris apartments, regards to all, Peter and Sue Clarke 😀

That’s a separate review but don’t get pulled into paying for their boat trip that the sell as mamma Mia experience when the boat is full of eco tour Romanian and Serbian clients and they play Romanian music!! Back to Casa blue marine. It was just perfect for a 5 day trip was also great you can use all the Phillian hotels with pools nearby! We went onwards to Theros Phillian and that also was amazing x we also got lost a little and the host came and found us and took us straight to the accommodation. It’s right along the port itself with lovely views of all the boats.

Very clean and easily accessible. There is a great terrace with a wonderful view. After checking out of the hotel, since our flight was late in the afternoon, they suggested we leave our bags and use the pool and amenities at another hotel that was within walking distance.

Great location and great value for money We had a late flight so we were offered to use the swimming pool at the sister hotel which was lovely and provided transport between the two properties

We had a comfortable, spacious room. Pillows were rather hard but generally it was a lovely room with a view over the harbour. There's no breakfast included or indeed any communal areas, but we got a delicious brunch just down the road. The main problem was communication - there was no Reception area (no desk or any communal areas), it's essentially just rooms, and we were given no directions, despite being picked up from the airport by a hotel-organised mini bus. 8 of us were dropped on the street and had no idea where the property was. After searching in vain we used Googlemaps and walked in the direction it seemed to be. Finally the staff member who was supposed to meet us appeared, after we had already searched around the property and found nothing but locked doors. She was extremely helpful but much better advance communication is needed please.

Amazing place to stay, ideally situated by the new port of Skiathos town. Close to the bus, taxis, boat trips and all the lovely tavernas. The Beautifully maintained room was cleaned every day including clean bed sheets, towels and bath mats, excellent ! The lady who cleaned the room was so polite and did a fabulous job. Great air-con an absolute necessity in July/Aug! Was like walking in to a lovely cool fridge after a hot day on the beach. Just perfect. Eleni was on hand when we arrived and had arranged a pick up from the airport for us for a small price. She was always on hand if needed. All in all a fabulous 2 week stay at the Casa Blue Marine we will certainly return. Thank you !!!
