Fantastic location on the waterfront and within easy reach of all popular tourist activities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the complex felt very safe (basement parking too). The pool overlooks the marina and offered great views and the gym was very well equip. Definitely exceeded expectations and would return in a heartbeat. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious (amazing balcony overlooking the Marina was a real highlight) and even included a washing machine and dryer (as a mother of a small baby this was pretty useful!)

The apartment was spacious and well positioned fairly close to the Aquarium and Red Buses. We felt very safe and cared for. Special mention goes to Anthony, who offered advice on trips and taxis and quickly dealt with the problem we had with the shower. The apartment was so well equipped that it felt like home.We just loved our stay, the view over the canal and using the swimming pool. A gem we would recommend to anyone planning a stay in Cape Town.

Absolutely everything! Spacious superb beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom apartment, cleaned daily. Huge balcony with outdoor dining table , sunloungers and splash pool . Excellent secure location on 6th floor with great views of the waterfront and table mountain . Cafe on ground floor, good breakfast menu . Close to restaurants , city hop on off bus , shopping centre and pick up points for trips like Robben Island,wine tasting tours and Aquila Game Reserve only 2hours drive.

perfect location! great views! spacious, clean and well appointed. the deck is huge and I’m sure having a pool is great for little kids, although we did not need it. I would love to stay again. also, very safe facilities and buildings.

Radission Safari Hotel has beautiful spaces with gorgeous mountain views. the pools are great, great food and drinks. Niel and Innocent at the Pegasus pool restaurant we're great, we enjoyed their company, food and drink suggestions and their kind nature.

Stunning hotel. Beautiful public spaces and grounds and pool. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Fridge. Did feel a bit standardised. Food was amazing. Restaurant service was poor - dopey and confused. Pop music playing in the hospitality area and around the pool slightly killed the African vibe. The hotel is by a main road and does not have the tranquility of game lodges. It is around 1/2 hr drive to nearest game drive and 1 hour from Kruger.

I love the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful . We had a very warm welcome..The breakfast was scrumptious. The pools was absolutely amazing. We loved all the facilities. I am a nature liver 'so to me the whole set up is breath taking. We had an Ultimate getaway as a family. We will definitely come back again. We would recommend Radisson Safari hotel to anyone who need a break away from the city

The ambiance was exceptional. The view of the Drakensberg Mountains from the pool, the bar and the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Both the food at dinner and the food at the breakfast buffet were very good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The gardens surrounding the building were stunning and well maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every aspect was fantastic breakfast to die for, excellent pool hardly anyone around the pool drinks and food service at the pool. One of the best places I have stopped in Cape time and I have visited 20 times or more we will return next year for sure.

Where to start? Everything!! This place is incredible. We had a two bedroom apartment for 5 nights and then a one bedroom for 1 night (because we had a flight cancellation). Both perfect. -the location is perfect - super safe (we were 2 girls) - breakfast is big with variety and great staff - the pool is not big but really nice to lounge around - the view from the top balconies is beautiful - the apartment are big and with everything you could need. - this place is really luxurious On a side note: BIG THANK YOU to both Ruby and Thandiswa. We couldn't make our flight so we ended up coming back. They were the sweetest. We felt a little bit lost and it felt like coming back to your aunties. They took our suitcases, brought us breakfast (and even remembered what we liked) even if it was too late and officially we had checked out. They took us to the pool and prepared our new room for an extra night for us. Honestly it couldn't have been better. Such incredible service. We felt safe and taken care of! They have really invested in the home away from home feel. As it really felt as coming home and plunging on the couch every evening. Staff is friendly and responsive and went out of their way to make things happen. We wanted to move up one floor to have a better sea view, and although they were fully booked they managed to swap us after a few days. The rooms are smaller than they appear, but because you have enough balcony space and they are furnished really efficiently, that wasn't a real problem. Location is 5-7 minutes walking from restaurants on the main road. The pool area is small, but we spend most time roaming the city, so no need for pooltime. Neighbourhood was nice, went out for a run every morning.

My stay at Romney Park Luxury Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the stunning views from the property. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean—truly a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, but I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant for breakfast. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. What really stood out was the location—just minutes from the V&A Waterfront and other top Cape Town attractions, yet nestled in a peaceful, secure area. Whether I was relaxing by the pool or sipping wine on the private balcony, I always felt relaxed and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Romney Park to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient stay in Cape Town. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The apartment was huge! Large spacious king size bedrooms (3), 2 with en suites and 1 with their own shower room, which was not en suite but right next door. One had a huge bath, 2 had large showers. Loads of hot water at all times of the day. The outdoor space was amazing - three doorways (off two bedrooms and the lounge area) - onto multiple seating areas, all overlooking the pool but screened by plants and trees. TV access to a huge number of channels. lovely dining area and kitchen. We paid for breakfast on one day - it was amazing, loads of choice of hot and cold. Couldn't fault it.

I loved everything about the place. From having ones own privacy and just being comfortable..to the interior and setup of the place ,the private pool..we just loved it and enjoyed our time

The 2 bedroom unit was lovely and spacious. The pool area is very nice with lots of seating.

Amazing views, private chalet with own pool, heated jacuzzis and communal pool on property, lovely bar area with friendly bartender, wooden walkways and lovely walks on property. Kitchen is equipped, but sparse on utensils so bring your own oven gloves and braai tongs. Restaurant food was good, but a bit pricey for dinner with a slightly limited menu if you stay a few days. There is the stormsriver village about 20 minutes drive away that has a selection of quaint shops, restaurants and activities to explore. Ploughman's lunch was lovely and enough for 2 people. The road is a dirt road, but fine to drive on with a normal car and the road is sign posted.

Perfect location, Log cabins are well spacious and designed to perfection, stunning views. Stunning views of the gorge and sea. Clean and spacious chalet with comfortable beds and good linen. Well fitted kitchen. Lovely partially enclosed patio and braai area. Superb breakfast with so much to choose from. Friendly, professional staff. Awesome heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities. A special welcome from The Fernery as we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary!

Stunning location , would be ideal couples retreat. Food fantastic. Self serve and cooked breakfast from menu. Lovely walks and cycling option. Small clean pool. Lots of hot tubs in private locations beside river. Lovely view. Room was so luxurious with cut wood for stove outside and self catering capability. We could easily though have used one bungalow for 3 of us if there was a bed settee option.

Beautiful setting and an easy drive after a day spent at Storms River mouth. Rooms large and comfy with views of the gorge. Plenty to offer: sauna, spa, pool, playground for kids - one night here was not long enough. Fantastic meals and a great wine cellar, the dining room with beautiful views of the gorge and waterfalls.

The room, terrace, and pool access were stunning. Breakfast items were the cherry on top. We also enjoy having the option to ride ebikes and scooters. Very close walking distance to resteraunts and beach. Last but not least, ALL staff were sooooo friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended

The penthouse suite was amazing, loved my private pool and views. It was very clean and spacious. Location was everything. Friendly stuff. Nice modern contemporary interior design. Will defiantly be coming back again.

WOW is the only word to use to describe the newly opened South Beach Grand Suites! Huge in size, spectacular in design and decor and sensational in location. Extremely well located for Camps Bay beach and bars / cafe / restaurants and shops, whilst also feeling like a tranquil location. I loved the private pool / terrace - with views over the Camps Bay ocean - as well as being able to use the gym, bar, swimming pool, parking and concierge facilities of the nearby South Beach Spectacular in every sense, I could not recommend the South Beach Grand Suites more!

Extremely excellent staff, I cant say enough about the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the moment we drove up to the garage. Beautiful resort with a great view. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a private pool which felt and looked like a dream house, but I’m sure other rooms are just as nice. Fridge is stocked daily with food/drinks. Good location, a short walk to everything…beach, market, restaurants, etc. The area and property felt very safe. Plenty of parking in secured garage.

The private room in the garden with the private pool was great. Definitely could have stayed here longer to relax and do nothing.

We loved this place. An historic building from 1899, this was an amazing experience. The grounds were amazing, as was the incrtedible swimming pool. We loved the bar next door, as well as the impressive breakfast. Our dinner was exceptional, and our server, Linda, was amazing. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The check in experience was very welcoming. The museum across the street, South Africa's largest privately owned museum, was a splendid surprise. We walked into the nearby village, and were met by friendly, smiling people who also made us feel welcomed.

We had a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel, it was of a very generous size and very comfortable. The view over the railway station and to the surrounding hills was wonderful. The bird life in the carefully laid out gardens at the back of the hotel is very diverse. On a hot summer's day the pool would be very welcome.

The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel. The pub lunch was good value for money The gardens were very well kept and the pool was spotless The evening bus ride was an unexpected pleasure. The curtains in the bedroom were excellent as we like a dark room at night.

Kids loved the freedom. I have been coming for a long time and it feels like the staff are very happy and the hotel is in good hands. Food was excellent. Swimming pool suite is really great

The new operational manager, Kobin, made extra effort to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay is enjoyable. He showed us around personally and made us feel special. They have a lovely spa and hot swimming pool inside for the winter weather. Hotel guests get special rates. Our room was cozy with the indoor fireplace and heaps of free firewood. Our private woodfire hottup at our room was lit for us. The tub is outside with beautiful views and fenced off for privacy. We stayed for 3 days and had the best rest. The included breakfast buffet was over the top with an ekstra luxurious breakfast menu and special drinks to order free of charge. We also had delicious cocktails at their bar overlooking the outside pool and mountain top views of Knysna. The hotel basement homes a private collection of collector vehicles, which has recently been opened to be viewed by guests. Ask Kobin to arrange a personal tour and showing. The restaurant, bar, and spa are also open to the public. Treat yourself with a visit to Pezula Hotel and spa ! We highly recommend it.

Everything was amazing. Our kids had their own private play area, right outside the room so we could keep an eye on them but also get some quiet time on the patio. The breakfast spread is great and the restaurant caters for all ages, they made substitutions where necessary, with no fuss. The lounging/pool area is to die for and so are the pools.

Super clean and beautifull rooms with a nice view of the garden. The view from the outdoor swimming pool is amazing but unfortunetely it was too cold to swim outside. They do have an indoor heated swimming pool as well so that is very nice. The african aromatic massage was really relaxing and good. The breakfast was very good as well as lunch and dinner.

We were lucky to get a last minute booking here and we couldn’t fault our one night stay. From our arrival at the reception, the porter Sunshine’s friendly helpful service taking us to our beautiful accommodation, the plentiful supply of logs for the fire in our room, wonderful bath and toiletries and the delicious food both at dinner and breakfast the next day. The coffee at breakfast was the best hotel coffee I’ve had in a long time. The only disappointment was that due to load shedding we couldn’t use the spa facilities during our afternoon but I had a wonderful time using the pool , sauna etc the next day before walking back through the beautiful gardens before sadly having to say goodbye. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had an amazing view , was big , great shower , the spa facility and indoor pool was a dream ... and their sumptuous breakfast with a view was just amazing ... and the bar was very relaxing , the decor , had classic bikes , boats etc. This was an amazing property and will definitely come back .

Boschendal is INCREDIBLE. Such a must visit! We only managed to book for one night because it was all they had left but I'm so glad we did! We stayed in an orchard cottage, these are so sweet and really beautifully done to a high standard. The bathroom was enormous!! Really really loved the bungalow. It's worth noting that the orchard bungalows are on a slightly separate site, you have to go across the main road to get to them, however they offer a free shuttle service to and from (takes about 3 mins) and the staff were incredible and so helpful in every way to make it as easy as possible for us. Also a nice touch is that there's a separate pool next to the orchard bungalows, it's a beautiful round pool with a stunning backdrop of the mountains, I actually think it was nicer than the main pool! Already touched on it but the staff were amazing, you can really tell they go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible and it really showed, can't praise them enough. The main site has everything you could need, two restaurants, farm shop, home shop, bikes, trail paths, picnics (make sure you order these 24 hours ahead), and more! There's a lot to do. We really really loved our stay here, hopefully one day we will be back :) thank you!

Our best family holiday ever! The staff were excellent and very accomodating to our needs. We booked several meals with both the Werf and Deli restaurant which were very good. The children loved the summer camp mornings visiting the farm animals. Very well appointed cottages and farm shop with everything you need on site. Luxury feel in a secure and clean environment. In room massages available when booked in advance. Beautiful landscape and gardens around pool areas. Social activities available such as the night market on Fridays with live music if you fancy, picnics and estate tours. Great location to visit the area and for wine tasting. The Werf breakfast and staff were legendary and we missed them already! We can't wait to go back again!

Our stay at the Retreat Cottage in Boschendal Farm Estate was nothing short of remarkable. The cottage was perfectly suited for families, featuring a thoughtfully prepared welcome basket that immediately made us feel at home. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the cottage’s amenities contributed greatly to our comfort and enjoyment. The natural pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape, complemented by the exceptional service from the staff. Our picnic on the meadow was a delightful experience, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the estate’s restaurants, farm shops, and other facilities were charming and inviting, making our visit even more enjoyable. Boschendal Farm Estate truly is a gem that promises relaxation and luxury in the heart of nature.

We loved absolutely everything about our farm retreat cottage! The long road leading up to the secluded cottages. Trendy and tasteful furniture and decoration everywhere. Two small but perfect bedrooms with superb mattresses and two nice en-suite bathrooms. Morning and evening terrace both sides of the cottage, surrounded by birds and (small) wild life. Fully-equipped kitchen, fresh milk, braai materials. The breakfast options were varied and everything tasted delicious. The natural swimming pool, garden and sunbeds were to die for! Wish I had had more time to explore the grounds but we were there for a wedding :-)

We had a lovely experience at The Retreat. The staff were friendly and even though there was a delay with our room being ready but the manager apologized directly and gave a complimentary bottle of bubbles which was well received. We were always given priority for reservations, tastings etc because we were Retreat guests which was appreciated. The natural pool was beautiful! The shuttle down to the estate was great and easy to get and we had such a wonderful driver Derek - thank you!

Good location at Green Point not far from the football stadium and within walking distance of the V&A waterfront and a short taxi ride from most of the sights, restaurants etc. DysART has lots of artistic flourishes and is well designed with 8 rooms, 6 in the main building with a pool and eating and reception and 2 in the adjacent building with another pool. Rooms are very comfortable and we had a small terrace/balcony. security is clearly a priority and garaging was provided for the hire car. Drinks and snacks were provided on arrival and were available at other times and delicious. Breakfasts were very good and went on to 11am, a great idea when you just want to relax a bit. However, what made our stay so memorable was the staff. Everyone is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Frank appears to be in charge/the owner and he and several guys take it in shifts to keep an eye on everything and provide good advice on where to eat etc. There are the women who cook and clean and who all take a real interest in their guests and make the place so beguiling and there are other staff and everyone delivers totally. In addition one of them, Zinny, runs a community charity in her own time with support from the hotel. So a quality hotel with a heart and soul in a good location, not cheap but reasonably priced for what it offers. What's not to like?

From the moment my Wife and I arrived we were blown away by the personal service and care at Dysart. From the owners, Lou, Peter, and Frank, to all the wonderful staff members Zinni, Neefa, (your daytime hosts) and Martin (evening host and concierge) your every want and need is taken care of. Every night they take your personal breakfast order for the next morning, and prepare your meal fresh while you relax and then dine poolside. My wife fell ill for one day and Neefa went beyond the call of duty bringing tea and honey, orange juice, and anything my wife required directly to our room, and we never even had to ask! She tended to her needs all day, something I've never experienced at a hotel. I had to to fax a business document during our stay internationally, and the kind folks at Dysart provided me with complete access to all the resources I needed, and when the fax line was busy, offered to continuing attempting to send while we went sight seeing, allowing us to make the most of our time. The grounds are beautifully designed with a modern approach, clean lines and beautiful art. From the rooms to the pool area, everything is immaculate. The personal service Dysart provides can not be matched by any of your major hotel chains, a definite advantage to the boutique experience. I would recommend Dysart to all, and definitely will be visiting again. A true 5 Star experience!

The staff put customers at the heart of everything they do. This differentiates DysART Boutique Hotel as other hotels may say this but to get that special feeling of being well looked after its all in the little details (the welcome, the nice conversations over breakfast / a glass of wine by the pool, the flexibility in service offers to guest, going the extra mile etc. I have stayed in hotel around the world and this stood out for me as one of the best in terms of overall value. The rooms are modern, well designed, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the overall ambiance around the pool is spot on.

We enjoyed 3 nights stay here. We had an ocean view room which was spacious and modern with views over the neighbourhood, stadium and out to sea. The pool was great as was the delicious breakfast served around the pool. Only a short walk to some local cafe and restaurants or easy taxi ride anywhere.

The lodge has a beautiful reception area and the reception staff is generally friendly The pool was really nice to be in, although it seemed small it was able to accommodate all the guests lounging in the pool area, my husband and son really enjoyed the slides! We enjoyed the cocktails! My son loved the ribs, be sure to try them!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property recently, and I cannot speak highly enough of our host and the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff. Our host, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. Throughout our time there, our host was incredibly considerate, sharing valuable information about the area and making sure we had everything we needed to navigate the city with ease. Their friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills truly made us feel welcome and taken care of. The room was simple and clean, matching the pictures perfectly. The views were simply breathtaking, and having access to a private pool added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. It was the perfect cherry on top of an already amazing experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this property and our host enough. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests made our stay truly exceptional. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The accommodation was beautiful — I especially loved spending my afternoons by the pool, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was truly exceptional; she has such a beautiful soul and personality, and even took the time to share a bit of her life with us. She went above and beyond in every way — from allowing us to stay a little longer while we waited for our Uber, to sharing local food options, nearby places to visit, and even providing pictures and phone numbers to make things easier for us. Breakfast was full, fresh, and delicious, and the staff were all so respectful, friendly, and helpful. What truly stood out was the kindness and genuine care the host showed — she even texted us later that day to check if we had arrived safely at our next accommodation. It’s rare to meet someone so thoughtful. She even pointed out beautiful moments, like the stunning moon one evening, which made the experience feel even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

We had such an incredible stay! The accommodation is perfectly located and very well priced. Our room had the absolute best views overlooking both the pool and the dam – waking up in the morning felt like being in Lake Como. Carla (the host) was an absolute pleasure – super helpful, friendly, and made sure we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in Hartbeespoort, and I’ll most certainly be coming back again!

Our room was very clean! Had a lovely view of the dam and the pool. The big screen smart tv and Wi-Fi made the experience even better. The host, Carla, was so lovely! She made us feel so welcome and attended to our every need. She also made us the best breakfast!

The privacy of the rooms and the private pool

Beautiful views and amazing private hot pool. Everything is clean and get cleaned daily. There's a back up generator that kicks in with loadshedding, so the pool stays warm.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Every day when we got home the pool was cleaned and already hot. The bed was comfy and the tent is very spacious. The braai area was great for sitting around the fire and you still have space to braai. Hot water all the time.

Hartford House has so much to offer. It boasts gorgeous accommodation on a beautiful property with fairy tale-like gardens, hundreds of contented horses, a multitude of walks (both tranquil and energetic) and the sparkling deck-chair lined pool. The staff are friendly and attentive and the meals delicious. One can have a relaxed outdoor lunch or an elegant multi-course wine pairing meal. Every suite/ room and every stay is wonderful.

Beautiful gardens, romantic setting, exceptional property. Outdoor swimming pool well maintained. Beautiful well decorated, very comfortable rooms. Reception area, lounge and dining room well laid out, welcoming and beautifully decorated.

The property is absolutely exceptional, almost like stepping into another century. The rooms are so tastefully decorated, the tasting menus superb and staff and extremely attentive to detail. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived. A chilled glass of bubbly as a welcome drink, help to carry our luggage and an immaculate room. The horses on the property are absolutely majestic. Loved the time I got to spend with them. We got a call from the property to confirm that we got to Johannesburg safely. We have never experienced this kind of care and hospitality before. Special thanks to the chef for sharing one of the recipes and for our after dinner anniversary treat.

The location is gorgeous, with beautiful manicured gardens and fields. Our room was fabulous, clean and comfortable, topped off with amazing views of the dam and green fields. Perfect for lazing about. We really enjoyed the holiday. Moreover, the food was delicious, the a la carte menu has a thoughtful selection of dishes. The property offers a 4 course or 6 course seated dining experience with a different menu each evening. The food is tasty, bursting with h flavour and plated beautifully. Bonus point, most of the desserts were gluten free or were tweaked to be gluten free for me and they were delectable.

The Hartford House is such a beautiful hotel. After the renovation even more. The massive land as far as the eye can see is so incredible. To watch the horses is stunning. our cottage was so lovely. most comfortable bed and highest quality linen. the bathroom was so huge! lovely! amazing food! Big congratulations to the chef for his delicious creations. and a hurray for the bartender for the Whiskey Sour! a massive thank you to all the staff who welcomed us so friendly and provided the best possible service! we can’t wait to come back again ! ❤️

The private pool feature is definitely the highlight. The camp site area is also a great sight, with the pool overlooking the river. It's honestly a place you'll never get tired of staying at, hence this was my second time staying at the lodge.

The environment was peaceful, very relaxing..Enjoyed the breakfast & dinner by the river…Loved the private pool & the shower with hot water next to the pool , spectacular.

The room was beautiful and clean. loved the private pool, very friendly staff and enjoyed the view of the mountains and the sound of the river. all in all everything was amazing, would definitely come back soon.

I really loved the view it is absolutely beautiful, serene, and breath taking. The room is spacious with two bedrooms, kitchen, bar fridge and microwave. The private pool overlooking the perfect view. I absolutely loved loved it.

It was close to everything on the Panorama Route. It was also secluded enough that you felt like you had the whole place to yourself. Loved the view you got from the private pool.

Excellent breakfast selection. Location was great for Wine Tram and the many restaurants along the high street. We had Room 4 with it’s private plunge pool and patio. Lovely touches such as the afternoon coffee and cake and generous complimentary drinks.

The hotel was very nice, we had a huge room with a private pool. It was stunning! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back.

Well done to Archie and his team (Wikus, Ryan, Edwin, Collen) apologies i did not get everyone's names. Everything :-) . Location superb. Staff well groomed, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Restaurant offerings are quality and well presented. Gardens are neat and well maintained. Spacious room with indoor outdoor shower including a bath and a plunge pool. Additional lookout areas on the property to enjoy the views. Overall spectacular experience.
