Genuinely can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The value was excellent, rooms were lovely, so smart and so clean. We had Deluxe Rooms. Beds were huge and so comfy, complete black out too for sleep. Bathroom was fabulous, shower was great. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and nice. Valet parking, they offered to store our luggage while we went site seeing after we had checked out. The roof top pool is amazing, jacuzzi and bar service to the sun loungers, looking out over the bullring and Ronda countryside from the pool was incredible. Restaurant also has incredible views and great staff. Food was so good too. Perfect central position to stay at too for the local sites.

It is as advertised. Amazing view from pool, and outside bar area. The breakfast buffet is so good. The pool/sun deck is a great place to hang out. The rooms were so well done and comfortable. It is a large place, but feels so comfortable. Location is perfect. It was easy to park our car for unloading and loading across the street, then park in a lot close. Staff is great.

Lovely hotel. Unable to use outdoor pool as it was raining. No indoor pool, only jacuzzi, and there was no availability for us to use that whilst we were there.

We had an amazing two night stay at the Catalonia in the beautiful city of Ronda! Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, best location. We were bumped up to a superior room which was very nice and very spacious. Only problem was a wall view but we weren't spending much time in the room. We ate in the roof top restaurant on one night overlooking the bull ring and watching the sun go down. The food and service were second to none ... a real treat! The infinity pool and hot tub, again overlooking the bull ring, was amazing with full waiter service to your sunbed! Breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

The location is exceptional, the hotel was beautiful and clean, the bar and rooftop pool super nice. What we appreciated the most was the warm welcome from Inès at the reception...she gave us a beautiful room for my birthday and made sure l had a cake with a candle waiting for me upon arrival ! Then when we left, the adorable Antonio went to get our car from the nearby parking and helped us carrying our luggage to the car...all these little attentions made a huge difference and we were very touched by it. And what a city, what a view...spectacular !!

Welcoming, courteous and thoughtful staff. The pool area attendant was especially thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed a very well made cocktail at the pool bar. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent: close to the Prado and Reina Sofia museums, Plaza Santa Ana, Plaza Mayor, the Atocha train station while also quiet and very comfortable.

This hotel is very well located in Madrid. Staff are really friendly and helpful We upgraded our room, which gave us a street view. It was modern, clean, and tidy. Nice bathroom, but it did flood when we used the overhead shower. We loved the pool area. After walking in the heat, being able to spend some time relaxing by the "dip" pool was very welcome. We didn't have breakfast (€20 per person). There are so many coffee and pastry shops to try that make the trip feel more fun.

It was close to everything. Really nice place. We had the room with private pool. Really nice.

The location was excellent - near to Plaza El Merced and a short walk from other restaurants/attractions such as El Pimpi, the cathedral, Roman Ruins, Alcazaba and the castle. Bedroom was lovely and maintained every day. The pool was a real saviour after a busy day in Malaga and our day trips. The cabanas, sun beds, the pool itself and bar service was just what was needed. The hotel also provide fresh pool towels every day. We had breakfast when we did our day trips as we needed to be up early. Great value for 12 euros each and with a good selection. In terms of day trips, we recommend the Caminito del Rey, especially if you like hiking and adventure. Free tea and coffee throughout the day as well as a free mini bar that is replenished every day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating from the requested bottle of wine in the room on arrival to allowing us a free late checkout. Fabulous stay overall!!

We stayed for 2 nights , had a late flight back .Stored luggage and staff could not be more accomodating , late check out and use of pool until departure. Also free mini bar in room .Tea and coffee available 24hrs. Great value for money . Would highly recommend .

Plunge pool and terrace were fantastic . The small bistro/bar was excellent and offered beautiful food at very reasonable prices. The wines and beers were cheap in comparison with Scotland. Mirival rose wine at 6.80 euros a glass ! Various places in Scotland charge around 12 GBP. ! We have a great deal to learn in the UK if we want people to eat and drink in the hospitality industry No wonder this bar was always busy with customers.Thw staff were always smiling and helpful unlike the UK . The only negative point I can say is although the breakfast was very good I thought at 25 euros per person a little overpriced when it was very easy to get an excellent breakfast outside for 15 euros each

The location is ideal — right by Plaça Catalunya, surrounded by countless shops (Primark, Zara, Desigual, etc.), supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. Most major attractions are within walking distance, and there's both a metro and taxi station just outside the hotel — super convenient. We stayed in a junior suite with a private pool, which was a real treat. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Belen at reception, who helped us with a last-minute extra night after our flight was canceled. She handled everything kindly and efficiently, and we were happy to stay in the same room for a fair price. Reliable Wi-Fi and good overall service — we highly recommend.

We had the room with the plunge pool on our terrace. It was lovely to come home from a hot day of lots of walking and exploring to sit out on our terrace in the pool and cool down and unwind before going back out for dinner. The location of the Hotel was perfect for exploring and getting about.

Our room was upgraded to one with a terrace and private pool! That was great. Valentina at reception was extremely helpful.

I upgraded at check-in and had the most beautiful room with a terrace which had a plunge pool… it was really nice :)

Excellent location for us, easy walk to Prado, Reine Sophia and Thyssen galleries, Plaza Mayor, la Latina and the Royal Palace. A wide choice of eating places in the surrounding streets. Several small supermarkets close by. The hotel serves breakfast E23 per person which we didn’t take. There is a small bar with snacks and a room service menu. The bar attendant will supply ice to take to the room. Reception staff are very welcoming and very helpful. We, more by accident than design, booked a fully disabled room which was on the ground floor, opening onto a small courtyard. I expect rooms on higher floors, especially at the front of the hotel, would have pleasant views. The room was large by Europe standards, had air-con, a desk, two chairs, good shelf and hanging space, TV, with two English language news channels, minibar, a safe and tea/coffee tray with lots of choice, but only one of each item, and was not replenished. We found the light switches confusing. Taxi ride from the airport is currently a fixed E33 plus small supplements for weekends or late night. Taxis can be hailed on the streets and seemed plentiful even in pouring rain.

We stayed for just one night on our way home after visiting Cadiz and Seville and were very pleased with our choice, especially when comparing the value for money compared to many other hotels in the area. As we arrived by train into Atocha Station and wanted to catch the airport express bus from there the next day, this hotel is in a perfect position without the need to use any taxis. Check in was friendly and professional and despite arriving at 1.30 pm, our room was almost ready which was a great bonus. Our double room was comfortable and quiet with very efficient aircon and a clean and spacious bathroom. Despite just having 26 hours in Madrid we managed to see a lot due to the convenient location. Would definitely recommend for a city trip.

The Catalonia Plaza Mayor Hotel is highly recommended ! Perfectly located with living vibes around, but super quiet inside thanks to a fantastic double windows with double glass each system. The rooms and all facilities are super clean and offer any comfort one could wish. And on top of all, the staff are kind and ready to support when/if needed. Maybe a hanger in the entrance of the room for the coats could be the cherry on the cake. But, as said, the hotel is truly worth to stay We really appreciated our stay at this hotel in any aspect and we will be back when returning to Madrid one day ! What an excellent hotel. In a wonderful main area of Madrid this boutique hotel is quiet and comfortable. The staff were delightful and so incredibly helpful, breakfast was incredible quality and the rooms were modern, clean and well kept. The location of the hotel was perfect. A short walk to excellent bars and restaurants as well as the metro. Take a stroll to the markets, plaza mayor and any other major sight seeing area. We travelled with 2 kids and had a king bed with bunks and it was perfect. Well sized rooms and they were so kind to the kids! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Madrid.

The rooms are really nice, clean and comfortable. The pool area made it for us. A nice space to relax while the kids played in the pool. Food was exceptional and the restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel and staff; warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the glass of complimentary Cava on arrival. My room was street facing with a little balcony (though with it being a heatwave during my visit the windows weren't open that much!) The room was an ideal size and the bed was extremely comfortable. There's an excellent rainfall shower and soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers located in the shower cubicle (good quality too!). I didn't get time to try out the pool but I did take a quick look the day I arrived and it was busy with guests. There's a lovely terrace and bar area just beside the pool. The hotel is perfectly located for getting around the major tourist attractions as well as the many 'off the beaten track' experiences this wonderful city has to offer. The metro and bus service couldn't be easier to navigate - you really don't need to use taxis in this city, but there are PLENTY if walking is not your thing. All in all I felt this hotel was exceptional value for money in a fab location. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in great location for exploring Gothic Quarter and El Born neighborhood. Really close to everything and easy to taxi around. Got a free welcome Cava which was nice. Didnt use the pool but pool area was cute. You have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in room which is always good to have.

Traveling with a friend it worked well for us that there was a sofa bed, which was very comfortable and allowed us to have separate bedrooms. It was easy to return the bed to a sofa to give us room in the living area. As coeliacs who need gluten free it was great to have the kitchenette as it gave us the opportunity of eating in rather than constantly searching for gluten free restaurants. The suite was spacious and clean and the balcony looked out onto the pool and the sea in the distance. Little things that made a difference were a cloths drying rack on the balcony, complementary bottle of water and a fresh rose on the table. There was only a combination shower/hair wash in the shower but reception had conditioner, body lotion and other things you might need. The shower has both large head and smaller power head, with plenty of pressure and warmth. We really liked the spa area and this was our reason for choosing this hotel. There are two large outdoor pools and an indoor pool, three jacuzzies, a large jacuzzi pool with benches and fountain and different sauna's.

Staff were lovely, our room was great and we got upgraded. The three outdoor pools meant they were never too busy and the rooftop and higher pool were adult only. There were bars at each pool with food served at the bottom pool and the prices were reasonable. The hotel was quiet.

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und hatten 2 Junior Suites gebucht. Super große schöne Zimmer mit Schlaf und Wohnzimmerbereich. Großes Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken. Terrasse mit Liegen und Stühlen ausgestattet. Es gibt 3 Pools die alle sehr ruhig sind. Man kann sich über den Mittag an der Poolbar versorgen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Really loved this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious. Great getting a view of the pool. Loved that there were 3 pools (4 if you include the one in the spa) so you never felt too crowded.

Great location, amazing hotel and great facilities. I stayed with my husband in a room with pool access, just perfect! Breakfast had a lot of variety but basically everyday the same. The restaurant of the hotel was good, nothing super amazing, but with a good selection of wine. Not busy hotel at all, nice and quiet during the week. A bit more busy during weekend. Great and well equipped gym!!!

We stayed for 10 days bed and breakfast. The room was a superior with pool view, was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The en-suite had a bath and shower and 2 washbasins. Breakfast was a buffet with a huge choice, nicely cooked and served. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of space around the 2 large pools, one next to the kids pool and one in a quieter area The hotel is a 15 min walk down a pleasant pedestrianised boulevard from the beach. The beach is a small bay with lovely golden sand and protected by a curving jetty so the sea is calm and warm enough to swim in, even at the end of March! There are lots of nice restaurants, mainly Spanish and Italian and a couple of Indian and Chinese ones. There’s a walk over a small bridge to the marina and beautiful houses and restaurants there too

I like the fact that the resort had separate pool areas for families and for adults. My daughter absolutely loved the children's pool. The food for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. Yes you get the same food every day for breakfast, but it is diverse enough to eat something different every day. Also the buffet dinner with different thematic every day was great. The room are spacious and the terrace helps if you just want to relax. You are in close proximity of the public beach with lots of restaurants.

Staff at the property were very friendly and were always keen to help. Room maintained well and kept very clean. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room and the team were there to fix it in under 15 mins and checked back in later to make sure there were no issues. Best kids pool of any hotel we have visited. Pools generally clean and enjoyable to be in. We would happily return for a future holiday.

This hotel is amazing!! The attention to detail on the decor is incredible. They had beautiful state of the art pieces of art and furniture. The rooms are very big and beautifully designed with lovely sea views. They provide a free mini bar with water and soft drinks. They provide lovely toiletries, whatever conditioner they use my hair felt amazing after it! The pool is beautiful, calm and has an amazing view of the sea from the infinity pool. The bar offers lovely drinks. Breakfast was amazing, with so much choice and attention to detail. Lovely roof top bar! The staff were super friendly and provide us with towels so we could use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. The location is just across the road from a beautiful beach with lots of restaurants near by too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Cadiz! Out of the 6 hotels I stayed in on my trip this was by far the best!

Rooms good but style over function obvious in places. e.g. phone next to bidet, no soap. Bed comfortable, private patio with loungers with our sea view room. Cleanliness and obliging staff. Location on sea front. The pool bar was pleasant and food was good. The pool area was opened at a certain time by a staff member and this prevented the blocking of beds. Also during our stay there was more than enough loungers around the pool.

Loved the overall decoration and the art work throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good, pool area good and pool bar very good. Hotel was close to beach , bars and resteraunts. Good access to public transport (ride the number 7 to the old town and back along the sea front). Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking facilities were OK (public parking below the hotel). Probably one of the best 4 stars you will encounter.

Obviously the venue is designed for adult escapes but I loved the facilities, room service was via a serving hatch food was well priced and big plates. Loads of towels, good bathroom toiletries, well selected. Jacuzzi not used, shower was fine. Bed was firm, super king. Loads of ambient lighting, big screen TV. Early 5.30am checkout not a problem, petrol station only few miles further on A68. Ideal, will definitely use again.

Travelling from spain to uk this hotel was perfect in every way. Just minutes from the motorway, incedibly secure 'private' garage parking. The room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, the room service was quick, food delicious and very good value. No additional charges for this either. check in & out quick and easy all done in car so no waiting about. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Wish there were more places with this concept for travelling.

Fabulous hotel. We checked in at a kiosk whilst sitting in our car, drove into our private garage. Entered the room via steps from garage. The room was well designed, large, new and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Air conditioning easy to adjust. Position of hotel is just off motorway and very easy to find. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it. The best motorway hotel I have stayed at.

It's a little out of Zaragosa but that's not a bad thing at all. The stff were all really nice and helpful. I'll be using the Kadrit Hotel in future.

Forget the 'sexy' stuff. This is a brilliant hotel for an overnight stay in Spain on your way to tthe south coast. Thesecure garage under the room is a real bonus and big enough for a large car. The bar was quiet but it was OK to escape the room and have a drink.

Had an amazing 4 night stay, check in was not great however the hotel was excellent, stayed in a preferred club room and the swim up pool was really nice.

Excellent stay, we had a preferred club swim up pool room, it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed bed & breakfast which was also good with plenty of choice. Just a couple of niggles, there is no waiter service around the pools and the gates to get in and out of the hotel from the promenade were temperamental. Good location on the seafront, easy walking distance to either the Rubicon area or Playa Blanca centre. We will definitely return soon.

Lovely hotel. Preferred Club and All Inclusive is definitely worth it. Specialty restaurants are brilliant and food is delicious. The best part of the hotel for me was the preferred club swimming pool with swim up bar and amazing views. The hotel didn’t feel overcrowded at all which was lovely. Easy to get sunbed, tables in restaurants and seats for the entertainment in the night. Drinks were all great and waiter service made it so much easier. A few not so great things (as with any place) … The room cleaning could have been more thorough. Some of the male staff at the swim up bar were miserable as sin (unless you are a woman which suddenly put a smile on their face). Overall, I would highly recommend this place. I don’t usually go back to the same place but I will definitely be returning here.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the city centre. Shops, Restaurants, Cafe’s, all within easy walking distance, as are many of the cities sights including some Gaudí buildings. Beautiful period building hotel, but modern inside, with sun terrace, a small pool. Beautiful breakfasts too. Staff at the hotel were all 10/10, so helpful with everything. Could not ask for more.

Stayed in the direct pool access room which was lovely. Bed was comfortable, mini fridge was restocked daily FOC, good selection of drinks/food and room service was also available. Plenty of loungers including Balinese beds. Unfortunately the pool bar wasn’t open yet when we stayed so walking inside and up 3 floors to reception for drinks each time was a trek.

We visited this hotel as a guest to use the pool area. We were staying in a Melia hotel in the area and the pool and terrace was not in use. We were offered by our hotel to use the facilities in the Melia Palma Bosque hotel. We were met at the hotel reception by Marine. This wonderful lady gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to the pool. Her customer service and warmth was fantastic. She mentioned that there was a dj on that evening so we returned later and had food and drinks. The vibe in this hotel is great. Food, drinks and the atmosphere were all superb. We returned the next day to the pool. Marine welcomed us one again with her smile and her great customer service. Marine is a big asset to Melia. Her personality is one of a kind. Thank you Marine.

super clean, super nice staff, we got free pool drinks ticket just bc we booked through booking.com, and you re not allowed to smoke which is amazing when you have kids. It is realtively close to hop on hop off bus stop(10min walk). Hotel is located just under the castle(15 min walk), it was trendy, minimalistic look, with a lovely view, room was super clean, there is a free minibar(drinks) which is restock everyday. Kids enjoyes the pool very much, midday through the biggest heat we enjoyed indoor pool, i enjoyed the gym in the morning, there is a big supermarket (3min walk), lots of restaurants, behind the pool there is a small beautiful garden with oranges and lemons trees, it was just perfect stay. We even lost the card from our room which was no problem, everyone was super helpful and good spirited! thank you!

Really nice touches like the mini bar and pool towels, breakfast was nice and the staff were fab! The location was a bit further out but walkable into Palma and taxis are really reasonable (taxi rank right outside the hotel). We had a room round the pool which was great for being able to pop in and out. The pool was easy to get loungers around and even though the hotel was really busy we never struggled to find somewhere to sit around the pool or on the terrace. The gym is small but good facilities. Overall a lovely hotel and Great value.

Great location and wonderful staff. Facilities were good and our room had its own private deck with pool overlooking the main pool. Breakfast was plentiful and good. In particular the orange juice, freshly squeezed in front of you, was the best I have ever had.

Large and comfortable junior suite with enormous balcony (which unfortunately did not overlook the pool or sea). The staff were very helpful, friendly and fun. We enjoyed drinks and dinner at the hotel, used the pool, walked to the beach and would have like to have stayed for longer than the one night.

Loved this place for an overnight stop. Wish it had been summer and for longer! Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Large ground floor room with very comfy bed, lovely modern bathroom and a secure terrace with its own door to the car park. Secure parking and very dog friendly - a dog bed and bowls in the room. We had a lovely supper (very reasonably priced) in the bar area of the restaurant of truffle and parmesan pasta and a ceasar salad, where our dog was welcome. Beautifully modern communal areas and a stunning pool (that we only admired through the January rain!). Its a short walk on to the beach through the dunes or there is a long promenade before the beach on which to walk the dog. It was perfect for us (although the location might not be for everyone as the hotel is a way to the town). Breakfast was a very good spread of cold and hot buffet choices. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Baru!

Exceptional hotel & staff. Reception staff (who spoke English) were very kind & helpful. Our room was stunning with a large balcony. The bathroom was extremely spacious with double basins, large shower & toiletries. Tea & Coffee provided. Very comfortable bed with immaculately clean bedding, which is always appreciated! We opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was 10/10. The waitress was so lovely and very helpful. The swimming pool area is a moderate size, well equipped with a nice layout. Towels are provided. Only here for one night but will definitely return for a longer stay. We visited the lovely quiet beach close by. On site parking available for small charge. There is some street parking available free of charge. We have been travelling through France & Spain for over 5 weeks and this is the first hotel that exceeded our expectations. Absolutely Fabulous!

After staying here I wouldn’t choose anywhere else for a party holiday with the girls. The location is great, so close to the airport, Ushuaia, Hii and short taxi to the old town. The vibe round the main pool is great with a DJ everyday, but there are also quieter areas such as the beach Ammos (attached) and the other pool. The rooms are well sound proofed so if you want a sleep or some quiet then you can and the maids are great, they’re still cleaning the rooms at 5pm for all the late risers! Was really impressed by the cleanliness and the food is also decent. Deffo better than Ushuaia next door. Rooms at HR are brighter and you can get away from the action if you want to. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the overall vibe of the hotel with the rock theme and the DJ in the pool area. The breakfast was well worth the additional fee; it exceeded all other breakfasts we have had on other trips to Ibiza. Room was very quiet and the bed/pillows were so comfortable it was very hard to get up in the morning! We had tickets to an event at Ushuaia and the location was therefore perfect for us. We also enjoyed the convenient access to the beach and loungers. Would definitely stay here again!

The most incredible hotel you could ever stay at. The staff were amazing and made the check in process super easy! The pools were super big and the vibes were very lively. The hotel was super clean and the rock shop staff were nice as well. We got back to our room a few minutes late after checkout, however the receptionist had extended our time by an extra 20 minutes which allowed us to get our items. It was a super amazing experience to stay at hard rock hotel!

The hotel was well equipped with restaurants, bars, pools, access to the beach and overall, had excellent facilities. The hotel also had a great range of services (managed to sneak in a haircut) and was close to the shops to pick up a few essential items!

This was our first time in Valencia and the hotel was perfect for exploring the city by foot. The location is central and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was kind and helpful. We had a concern about our first room and were moved to a premium room on the same floor, which was much nicer (larger, better closet/shelving, bathroom, etc.). The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, even though it was near the elevator and on a middle (4th) floor. We enjoyed the nespresso machine and used the in-room mini-fridge for our own beverages. The housekeeping staff is very good--everything was clean. We used the gym which was relatively small but modern (the hotel pictures are accurate) with a treadmill, elliptical and bike, plus light dumb bells. Wifi and air conditioning both worked well. We did not try the hotel breakfast since we were surrounded by cafes and restaurants. We would definitely return to the city and to this hotel!

This hotel was wonderful, great value for money. Very well run & professional. Maintained and cleaned to a high standard daily. Very comfortable bed, enough space to store belongings for a week stay, very good shower too. The staff were very attentive and kind. The location is absolutely amazing for the old town of Valencia, there is the Athena sky bar 2 minutes away I would recommend visiting for an amazing meal. The hotel is 20min away from airport via taxi. I would love to stay here again! Very easy to check in and out.

The location of the hotel in the old town of Valencia is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, the metro and railway station are ~500m away. The main attractions of the old town (Mercat Central, Catedral, Plaça de la Reina and many others) are all within a short walking distance. The hotel rooms are clean and modernly furnished, the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel's free Wifi was fast and worked without interruptions. The buffet breakfast has a very wide and tasty selection.

The food is good but experience is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Very big hotel with 4 pools to enjoy (2 more if you are a Unique and Spa Guest). Food variety at dinner buffet was great but signage next to dishes needs to be more prominent for guests. Spa circuit was really good and all spa therapists were very experienced. (Miriam, Luna and Renata) Not much entertainment for teens. Unique upgrade worth the a la carte breakfast, lounge access and private pool. Grounds/gardens are kept immaculate by Gardening and maintenance teams.

Would recommend swim-out room which made this experience as good as possible for us. The other rooms are ok (yes, had both due to too many kids) but not at the same level. Nice, friendly staff both in the reception and restaurants ++. Infinity pool is huge and beautiful, gardens are exceptional. Bananas can be picked and eaten - tried it. Yum! Downsides: not many, but I’d say the aircondition could be more effective, hard to get down to 22 degrees celcius or humidity under 85% made towels in the bathroom be still soaking wet 12 hours after use. No specialty coffee to be found in such a prestigious hotel is also below expectations in my opinion. Price to buy breakfast is 90 Euro for 2 adults and 2 kids. Way to pricy even though the buffet was rich, it wasn’t particularly better than most hotels 4 stars and above. Could order breakfast in the room for much cheaper price. Makes little sense. Prices at a la carte restaurant (Toscana) were ok, and food good, though desserts were tasteless though visually nice! A special thanks to Juan Miguel in the reception 👌🏻

It’s a lovely hotel, really pretty at the day and night. Fantastic gardens and swimming pools, plenty of room for the thousands of guests. They have a rule that you can’t reserve beds which is really good so you don’t get a stupid rush of people chucking towels on the beds before breakfast. However, breakfast is a chaotic bunfight, too many people for the Buffet counters available, don’t get me wrong there is loads of choice for food and never a shortage of what you want but it’s like rats in a cage, fighting for space, not only trying to get to the food but just walking around in the food vicinity. This gives you a clear idea of how many people are at the hotel. I’d suggest getting to breakfast a little earlier that 9am when it gets very busy, the earlier the better. If you like lounging around by the pool and having an occasional dip in the pool to cool off then this will satisfy you well, pools are a pleasant temperature even in October, everywhere is immaculate and clear, however you may need to adjust to the moody and slow staff at the various bars and restaurants. I’ve been here a week and my biggest bugbear is the staff’s attitude and speed of service particularly at the pool bars. Not everyone but a high enough percentage for it to be irritating me considerably and now writing this review. I just hope the staff read this and take notice because the hotel would shine if they just smiled and valued the customers.

We recently stayed at the Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa in Gran Canaria and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel is absolutely stunning and set in an amazing location right near the beach and promenade, everything you need is within walking distance. We booked a 'Unique' room and were really impressed. It was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The extra touches that come with the 'Unique' experience were definitely worth it! One of the absolute highlights for us was the pool area. There are so many pools to choose from, including a fantastic lazy river, which was so relaxing. The sunbeds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time just lounging by the water. A huge shoutout goes to Zoilo at the pool bar, he was incredible! He remembered our drink orders every day and always greeted us with a smile. His service really stood out and made our days by the pool even better. The evening entertainment was also great, varied, high quality, and very enjoyable after a day of relaxing in the sun. We completely fell in love with this hotel and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Gran Canaria.

The hotel is beautiful right on the beach which was great. We loved the pool area with a great pool. The rooms were spotless and were large and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner was delicious with lots of choice. Also the staff were friendly and professional. There are a couple of golf courses very nearby. A supermarket, shops and little restaurants 5 mins walk away. We were able to park our car in the hotel car park, maybe as low season. More parking in the shops opposite though. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi too.

Check in with a complimentary glass of bubbles. Direct access to the beach, reasonable bar prices, great selection for the buffet breakfast, indoor heated pool as well as an outdoor pool.

Room : spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom with bathtube was amazing. The AC didnt respond on controller commands, but we didnt suffer. The big balcony with rack and chairs were a great addition. Breakfast and Dinner : great selection of delicious food. Each time we ate so much we were on edge to explode. On tuesday there was some celebration, they gave a glass of nice wine to every buffet visitor and the food went extra with lobsters, caviar and oysters. Beach: great beach with marvelous sunsets. The path to the beach is unbelievable. The sand is full of shells which makes it a bit uncomfortable. In April the water was decent enough to swim. Pools and sauna: great big outside pool with plenty of space to lay and enjoy the sun. The sauna is small but amazing.

Amazing staff, good food and lovely pool in the room. Free spa facilities is another plus, however, there’s only one indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Excellent location and staff. We had a terrace with a plunge pool which was great after all the walking we were doing. The staff also gives really good recommendations for local restaurants for tapas and other food.

The best bit about the property was our room. We booked the room with the huge terrace and private pool and it was fantastic. I would book it again for that room alone. It was also a very nice touch that the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of cava.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! It was centrally located, with a beautiful verandah and plunge pool to enjoy the afternoon and evening despite the heat. Easy walk to all kinds of amazing sites. Couldn't be happier with the choice! We traveled with our family including a 3 and 4 year old, and it was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and gracious with us.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Check-in was fast and professional, thanks to the friendly member of staff at reception Kenia. Got offered room 301 a very spacious room. There is a lot of room to place luggage, a large bathroom, huge vanity table, mini fridge, seating etc. Mattresses were a little bit on the "springy" side, but did have a good night of sleep. The pool area was very clean and looks recently renovated. The pool is a plunge pool not a swimming pool but works perfect for getting refreshed after a hot day in the city.

The hotel is located nicely, near the city center, every city attraction can be reached easily by a short walk, bus or subway, which is just around the corner. The staff at the hotel reception is just excellent - friendly, always smiling and willing to help/advise any guest. We had a small problem with one of the sunshades which has been fixed immediately thanks to the ladies at reception. During hot summer days and calm warm evenings the private pool is absolutely amazing! The view of the city from the terrace and pool is just beautiful and incredibly relaxing (especially at sunsets). We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely and pleasant hotel. Many thanks to its staff!

We arrived and found that the room I had rented was not very large so I went down to the front desk and inquired as to whether we could get a larger room. I was booked to one on the top floor that had a balcony and a small pool. It was too cool to get in the pool. The room was quiet and clean. The staff is lovely and took great care of us. The breakfast was pretty good. And the location is awesome. I would stay in that room again. Thanks for our great stay.

Ignacio, at the front desk, was the most welcoming, informative, and friendly host throughout our stay. He suggested where to visit in Barcelona and Madrid (or next stop) with super helpful tips, hailed a taxi for us, and ensured we had a wonderful time! Excellent customer service!! Our room itself was spectacular with a view of Barcelona, an outdoor bed, lounge chairs, and pool. Definitely worth the extra cost for the luxury experience. Free breakfast was super convenient as well! Highly recommend.

Over-all, the place was very cute and enjoyable. We enjoy finding boutique places to stay when we travel abroad and I will definitely recommend this one. Was disappointed that the pool’s jets were not working and a few very minor cosmetic issues here and there. But, nothing to write home about. The terrace was spacious, we had two other couples visit us up there and plenty of room to socialize.

One of the best hotel beds I've ever slept on!!! We upgrade our superior room to the deluxe for 12 euros, & it was very much worth it. The room was a pink/purple color scheme which we loved, the bed was the most comfortable bed we've EVER slept in, and the balcony had an AMAZING view. Our room was very clean & comfortable. I wished we had stayed more days here just to relax. Also, right outside the hotel on the corner, was a taxi spot so it was super easy for us to catch a taxi. It was also within 5 minute walking distance to the metro. We didn't do the breakfast option, so not sure how breakfast is.

We dined in both Picco and The Grill. The food was excellent in both. Salt & Co was a lovely informal bar and snack venue. Special shout out to Ana. The most stunning place! From our arrival at reception with the lovely staff (they are all lovely!) The place should be far more than 3stars! The views are stunning! Its better than the pictures! The pool was like walking into a bath. Being at the swim up bar, we felt like celebrities (Probably more about the price though! 'o' ) All the pool bar staff are great holiday hosts! (But it shut at 5) Serene hotel, yet with plenty to do - a small kids arcade room, badminton, table tennis, mini golf, pool, spa, crazy golf, reading room, chess, the jacuzzi pool, THE POOL! We had a duplex room as there were 5 of us. Plenty of space. The place is spotless! We were a family of 10. Ages ranging from 73 to 2 - and we all loved it here! Thankyou to all the lovely helpful staff who made our stay here all the more pleasant!

Unbelievable from start to finish! We are just home from the Regency Country Club Hotel. We checked in late Saturday evening and were greeted by Marc and Bogdas (hopefully I've spelt this correctly) we were given all information we could need and also ordered a pizza from a nearby takeaway as the kitchen was closed. We were blown away by the structure and grandness of the lobby. The pool looked amazing lit at night. Checked into our room, with help from Marc. Rooms were very spacious. Older style but clean and very well equipped with anything you would need. They were cleaned every day and fresh towels left. The pool area is out of this world. Heated, so we very rarely left it. The poolside bar and restaurant served great food, however the breakfast was the best for us. So much to choose from and everything was delicious. The staff throughout the hotel were all lovely, Bruno at reception helped to arrange a trip to see whales on the Catamaran and also a trip to Siam Waterpark. The waterpark was incredible and both kids loved every minute. We took several taxis to Siam Mall, Los Christianos, Costa Adeje and Playa De Las Americas. Cost approximately €10 there and back. All in all, we cannot wait to go back to the Regency Country Club Hotel. I don't think anywhere else will ever compare. We loved out trip and look forward to our next stay! Tha k you very much.. We had an amazing stay as a family of 5, with a two bedroom apartment with access to the pool. Spotless accommodation, pool area, and facilities. We tried the restaurant a couple of nights, did some karaoke, but mainly enjoyed the peace and quiet and fab pool and family time! Lidl about ten min drive away to stock up, Siam Mall is a great spot for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed a day at Siam Park, did the Monkey zoo, and a visit to the beach and Costa Adeje. The accommodation made our trip, if you’re after somewhere peaceful and away from bustle but with easy access then this is the place for you!

The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.

We had a swim up room which meant we had privacy while enjoying the pool, the rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. Mini fridge in the room stocked with snacks, soft drinks and beer. All the staff at this hotel were very friendly and very efficient, we never had to wait for a table at meal times and when we sat down at the bar we was always served straight away, amazing customer service.

Everything was 10/10. We arrived there and didn’t leave the hotel until we were going home. There were plenty of sun beds each morning and even if you went out late you had no worry getting them. There were 3 pools to chose from, we spent most of our time by the infinity pool as it was quieter than the others. There was a super friendly young bar man beside this pool from Argentina so shout out to him. We went as a couple but it would be perfect for families also. The app the hotel used was brilliant - lots of activities each day; we did some water activities (aqua aerobics and water bike, both done by Noellia she was great). The food was great, so much selection each day (in the buffet) - we went for the all inclusive option and there was very little that wasn’t included (nothing we asked for wasn’t included). We did try the Italian one evening but it wasn’t anything special, I would stick with the buffet but nice for a change. There was live music every evening up in the bar area and we were served my the fantastic Khalid each evening. The staffs customer service was amazing, all so friendly and helpful. On our last day our flight wasn’t until later in the evening and we were able to use a room for a curtesy shower and to change to get ready to head home. All of the cleaners had our rooms spotless each day and any encounters we had with staff they were always so nice.

We chose the Atlantic Sunset resort to celebrate an anniversary. We just wanted to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth, and eat good food. Mission accomplished! We chose the Privilege option in order to have access to a specialty restaurant and the rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the sea - and the choice was worth the extra cost. The check-in process as well as responding to our various questions were all handled in a relaxed, efficient, personable manner. Our room was a junior suite with lots of space and a generous balcony from which we enjoyed a sea and land view. While we favored the rooftop pool, there were a few other very nice pools as well. The so-called Privilege restaurant offered a lovely fine-dining menu, and the staff were terrific. There are mostly other hotels and apartment buildings in the immediate neighborhood, but there is some pleasant retail too, and a very nicely landscaped waterfront promenade. We were very happy with our stay because our goal was to relax in a nice resort.

Great staff and we really loved the pool areas. It was easy to go to the bar to grab a drink and snack and the infinity pool is just amazing! (Would be nice if there was a bar or something closer though). The rooms were really clean and big and just as I pictured them. And this is definitely a nice hotel to bring your kids to, as the area for them was perfect. And the plus was that, that the other pools were well isolated from the kids area so you weren't bothered at all! Me and my mom really enjoyed this stay and I think we would be back! With or without kids :D

This was a beautiful hotel. My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice and big with kettle and a small fridge. Bed is comfortable and has a great location, easy walking distance from many sites. The staff were friendly. There is a very small pool in the roof, more a plunge pool. Could do with more shade up there by the plunge pool. Loved the artwork in the receptions, cool vibe, and works out to be a great price. Would recommend this lovely place.

Superb boutique hotel. Great location with some lively bars nearby. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 2pm so we went out sightseeing. When we got back our luggage was in our room along with a complimentary bottle of fizz in an ice bucket. Excellent air conditioner in room, comfy beds, but we were on the front of the hotel so we did get woken by noisy passers by on our second night around 3am. Fabulous rooftop bar, waiter remembered our drinks on our second visit. Great views from the upper terrace and there’s also a little plunge pool up there.

Beautiful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and amazing staff. The main pool and rooftop infinity pool areas were spotless and there was always plenty of sunbeds. The food available around the pool was excellent and very fairly priced. Our bedroom was really comfortable and had everything we wanted. Special mention to Bianca on reception who always went that extra mile, Fernando in the pool bar who was amazing and Silvana who gave me an excellent massage in the wellness centre.

Went for a bit of winter sun. Had a great stay. Hotel was lovely. Loved lounging by the pool as the UK had a cold snap. Pool bars sometimes struggled to keep up when it was busy but we were so chilled it was rarely an issue. Breakfast buffet was very good. The spa was pricey so didn’t experience that. Daily activities were a bit of fun but wouldn’t say they made the stay. Location was good in that we could walk down to the coast and the local shops, etc but I’d advise hiring a car if you’re looking for more than just lounging by the pool. Taxis could be a bit hit and miss. You can only pre book if it’s to the airport. Any other trip is just on demand so at busy times you might be in for a wait.

After a warm welcome, we really felt at home right away. We liked the efforts made to preserve nature and the environmental approach of the hotel. Spacious bedroom with large and very comfortable beds. Two heated swimming pools very well equipped. The entire hotel team is very kind and friendly, everything is done with a smile and a personal approach. The food at the restaurant and the pool is tasty and prepared on site with local products. Special thanks go to Aurelio, Almudena, Goyo and Diego from the restaurant, Aron and Fran at the pool. Simona, the professional and energetic manager of the wellness center and the magic hands of Tzaïra who massaged all our tensions away. We will return for sure next year.

The friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff. The roof top bar and pool were a real treat. There were always plenty of beds round about the main pool and the cleanliness of the pool area was excellent.n

Both pool areas were great and especially liked the infinity pool on the top floor with stunning views. Really nice breakfast with lots of options, loved that it was until 11.30 so still had time to grab a coffee and a snack after morning gym. Free filtered water served around the resort was a nice bonus. Overall good food on lunch and dinner too. The room was spacious and we had side sea views and a good view of the pool. We did not enjoy our first room at all but the kind lady from the reception changed us to a different side of the hotel for a reasonable cleaning fee.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. Beyond its excellent location near Plaça de Catalunya and everything around it, the hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. We received outstanding service from the entire team—always smiling, kind, and highly attentive. They went above and beyond when I requested a late check-out, allowing me to stay at the hotel until my taxi arrived. I did not have breakfast included in my stay, so I cannot provide feedback on that. There is a gym and a pool, but I did not use them. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future. What a beautiful hotel. Room was very large and spacious. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on and I have travelled vastly. Friendly, helpful staff. Amazing location for restaurants, cafes, the large shopping centre directly opposite. The mall 5 minutes walk, lovely balcony, great views and very quiet. Pool was great, and dining room food, affordable and delicious. Well done.

Travelled with the family with two kids the hotel is very well. See you for this type of family vacations the continuous more than decent. The pool area is quite large. There is plenty of space for kids to enjoy themselves. You can also access the beach. It’s two minutes walk from the pool site. The bars are open during the days so you don’t have to go anywhere far from the pool. You can watch your kids and drink your mojito just two minutes outside of the backyard. There is a proper Aquapark and the pricing is included into the state which is nice is also at least one kids club and there is some activities during the day as well, so as a place to stay with the family for a week, I find it actually quite nice Especially if the kids are not old

I loved the location and comfort . There was always enough space by the pools and children pool with loud games and activities was separate to deeper pool for adults. The staff was very attentive and kind . I loved the night with The Violinist as the evening entertainment, he was great . The fact that there was aquapark by the hotel was very comfortable as we didn’t have to go anywhere far and never waited long for the rides. Tennis court was lovely surprise too . All in all we had very relaxing , comfortable and enjoyable stay . We went to Barcelona which is short train journey and that was great too .

Wow, what an amazing stay we had at Golden Taurus Aquapark Resort! 🤩 The whole place is so spacious, super well maintained, and just feels really comfortable to be in. The food was fantastic – always fresh, lots of variety, and something for everyone. I also loved how peaceful the rooms were – once the balcony doors were closed, you could barely hear anything from outside. Perfect for a good night’s sleep! And the location couldn’t be better – literally just across the road from the beach. The facilities are top notch: 4 outdoor pools, plenty of bars to relax at, and even a heated indoor pool. And of course, the aquapark – absolutely amazing! The kids could go there every single day, unlimited, and they never got bored. 🌊💦 What made our holiday even more special were the children’s classes run by the entertainment team. Twice a day for an hour and a half, you can leave your little ones there knowing they’re in the best hands. The team is so caring, fun, and full of energy – they made every session exciting! Honestly, the entertainment team deserves the biggest thank you. They had the kids buzzing with excitement and happiness every day. My 4-year-old son Max said he could spend the whole day with them – and even told me he loves them more than his childcare back home 😅❤️ That really says it all! We left with big smiles, relaxed, and full of happy memories. Can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨

2 adults and one 1 year old over from Ireland in September and we had an incredible time. The rooms were so clean and cleaned daily and the temperature was great with the air con unit. We were only B&B but the breakfast was always great - i'd recommend getting down earlier for a better experience though! We only ate in the restaurant the first night, i would say we wouldn't have enjoyed to eat there every nigh but it was great for one or two evenings. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, there was minimal waiting at any bar. There were so many activities on during the day also and the animation team were so enthusiastic. There was never any trouble getting a chair in the sun or by the pool and the pools were rarely too busy. Contrary to other reviews there were loads of places to eat within a 10/15 min walk away, our favourite was Chicken and Fish grill - unbelievable burger! Many only con with the hotel are that there are only 3 small lifts servicing the main area of the hotel which meant alot of waiting with the pram. Overall, however, an incredible holiday and fantastic hotel.

the hotel was amazing, the staff were super helpful. deffo worth going to the preferred club option with the private pool and restaurant access. taxi from airport was 25 euro each way and less than 20mins

This was our second visit, a lot of the same staff (lovely people), very comfortable accommodation (Junior Suite). We chose preferred club, the pool area is lovely and less windy than the main pool. Really friendly guests, nice food at the pool bar and once again, great service. Special mention deserved for Ruben, the waiter in Portofino, who could easily work in a 5 star london hotel :-) Also Macarena, excellent customer service, thank you.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms were fabulous with great views over the sea. The staff were so kind and gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon and a bottle of cava for our room. The pool area is gorgeous and there were plenty of beds to choose from. The breakfast selection was excellent, they even had bubbles! Staff were so helpful, particularly the reception staff, porter and the guys on the towel booth at the pool. The location is amazing and has a gorgeous walk to the marina along the sea - only 10 minutes. It's a lovely quiet area just a short taxi ride from Puerto del Carmen. The gym is excellent and much better than most hotel gyms. We hope to come back again soon!

Hotel staff were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Hotel room and communal areas were very clean and comfortable. No issues getting sun loungers at any time of the day. Great service for drinks by the pools. Pools were a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of food. World cafe was excellent for breakfast and lunch, great choice with plenty of variety. Restaurants Portofino and Bluewater Grill were delicious for dinner.

It's a gem. Super clean, seems new or refurbished.Staff is wonderful. Food healthy and great. Facilities great. Two pools at the hotel- third one with a stunning view of the sea 1min across the road.What I liked is they don't play dumb music by the pools. It's a peaceful, quiet place where you can really unwind. Seems to attract guests who are respectful.We had a suite with a private pool- amazing. Only minus is our room was quite cold- heating didn't work (I guess switched off for the start of the season?). But there was an extra duvet and a blanket. We arrived late, shattered and the welcome was warm and they left some food for us in the room.

We had a room with a balcony that allowed us to go straight out to the chill out pool on the terrace. The food was also very good quality for buffet style, not like some canteen style hotel restaurants. The beach pool was brilliant allowing for the option of both going in the sea and swimming pool. The sun is shining onto the pool area until approximately 8pm allowing for late sunbathing.

This hotel is so nice, smells great wherever you go! The spa is very nice (2 saunas, one small pool, showers), also has a gym you can use 24/7. There are two outdoor pools (one smaller in “the chill zone” and one bigger). The very popular Sa Cala beach club is right across the street from the hotel and you can exclusively use their pool area as a guest of the hotel, which also has a separate exit to the sea. The hotel is right across the very nice beach Esmeralda (that is often crowded though). And the food! This was the best food that I have ever had in a hotel so far in my life! We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food was always amazing and there was a large variety of dishes every night. We stayed for 7 nights and every night there were new dishes to choose from, it is impossible to be hungry if you choose a half board in this hotel! The desserts were also amazing; every night different cakes and sweets, a large variety of fresh fruit (especially in the morning). Regarding location, you can walk (about 15-20 min) to the center of the town where all the restaurants and bars are :) All in all: I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you’re in Mallorca!

The hotel offers free drinking water, which is a great perk considering the tap water isn’t really drinkable. I truly appreciated this. The atmosphere was consistently relaxing and positive, exactly what I was looking for. We stayed in a duplex with a spacious private terrace, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. For me, it was one of the best destinations for a short vacation during the off-season.

The variety of food was great. Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a 2 bed villa with a private pool. It was beautiful and cleaned daily. There was toys left in the villa for the kids. Very family friendly, was nearly all families with children while we were there. We went all inclusive which brilliant.

What a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a week in a premium studio with sea view. Lovely room with a great view over the pool and the sea. We were self catering as we enjoy eating out, and Palma Nova is full of places to eat and drink. 2 lovely pools, with plenty of sun beds, always beds to be had no matter what time you you go for one, and pool towels are provided. Rooftop pool is just for adults, lovely area with amazing view where you can sit with a glass of wine and take it all in....my favourite place. This hotel is one of the nicest i have ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, staff are lovely and in a great location. Will definitely be back.....sooner rather than later!

Everything is excellent about the hotel. Pool, enough sun beds + umbrellas and never an early morning rush to secure them, different areas to relax, access to private pebbled 'beach', free pool towels changed daily, friendly and helpful staff (especially Sherriff), views, gym, shop, the hotel is not too full (max capacity 500 I believe), indoor pool and spa facilities, different bars/restaurants. To be fair the hotel is fantastic! My kids (10 + 14 - girls) loved it, so did the wife and I, we would definitely return. If you want a quiet, relaxing, good quality hotel that feels luxurious - look no further!

This hotel is everything you would want , great food , great pool area especially the roof top pool has amazing views. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean and who wouldn’t want to wake up to the views they have . The ladies who do yoga and pool gym are fab really enjoyed there sessions . We’ve booked for next year so that says it all . The staff are very friendly in every department from the restaurant to reception

I Recently stayed in Ponent Mar for a week with my 2 daughters in a comfort apartment. The hotel is beautiful and meticulously clean. Decor is top notch. Pool is lovely and no sunbed wars! Although it was September. There is also a roof top bar and pool for adults only which gives a beautiful and tranquil vibe and views of palma nova bay. Food in the restaurants is great and the location beside the sea is breathtaking. Staff are helpful and friendly. My only criticism would be that to get a room with a sea and pool view you need to book a more expensive room option, which I didn't do, to my regret. Therefore we had a view only of the back end of the hotel towards inland which I was so disappointed about. If I was to return id spend the extra for the sea view. The hotel has an onsite shop, gym and spa. All excellent additions and prices in the shop are very competitive. Im terms of location it is a short walk to the town, not even 5 minutes. Where there are amazing restaurants and bars. The beach is also a short walk and is sandy with clear waters. However there is an incline on return to the hotel which I found a struggle in the heat and with a disability. The hotel itself is definitely a cut above.

Beds were a great size and very comfortable, also had a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The pool is large and was very clean. The atmosphere around the pool was calm and relaxing. Beautiful hotel with the most stunning grounds I’ve ever seen and quite enchanting at night. Pool areas are lovely, our favourite being the lazy river area which is huge and the water a good temperature so think it’s heated. The big swim up pool was particularly cold in November, there were few beds taken and only me brave enough to swim in it albeit briefly. The pool specially for Unique clients has sunbeds that have mattresses. Rooms are good size but dark apart from bathroom area. Light switches completely illogical and if you want to use the toilet in night you choose to wake others in room up or use your phone torch as there’s no seperate light in loo! Towels in room are thin and small and need upgrading and there’s no tea/coffee making facility but there is a fridge you can empty and put your own stuff in. Breakfast is excellent choice. Biggest gripe here is people refill their own water bottles direct from water tap which is disgusting and unhygienic. They need a notice on it to say use a glass to fill your bottle. Entertainment is poor and there is no atmosphere at night but plenty bars and restaurants nearby

We loved the Lopesan Baobab. It is beautifully designed and everything is designed for comfort and ease. The room was very comfortable and spacioys with lots of little extra conveniences (extra pool towels, beach/pool bag, robes etc). There isxa handy app to order extras as well and it worked really well. The pools are amazing. We mainly used the lazy river pool which allows for great swims but we enjoyed all of them and each has a different vibe. The hotel is huge but is zoned well so feels almost like a little village. Great gardens and walks throughout mean things are always easy to find and get to. We stayed B&B and the breakfast buffet is great. Lots of options. Lots of bars, restaurants and cafès to try nearby. Highly recommend and want to return!!

Just returned from a nice 5 night break at Lopesan Baobab. We booked the unique package as had our 13 year old travelling with us and needed a junior suite with separate bedroom. In my view pros and cons as follow… Complimentary airport transfer very efficient and friendly in MB people carrier. Exclusive check in not needed as very quiet on arrival. Check in by Carlos W was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Room was reasonable size with plenty wardrobe space. Beds hard as a rock though. Visited 3 restaurants …. Pili pili for unique breakfast was just ok and not as much choice as buffets. Ankara was lovely for evening meal, first class food and service. Baobab buffet again fine lots of choice but bit of a bun fight (half term). Unique lounge in 6th floor was poor. No view, uncomfortable seating. If you want free snacks and drinks then fine. Pool areas, ok so we found this an issue… lots and lots of foliage and trees and no large areas of sunbeds. All sunbeds were sat very near to pool edges making manoeuvrability an issue. I would expect Unique package guests to have their own exclusive area but this seems to be shared with everyone else, just certain areas of a pool that are cordoned off for unique guests. Henry Stanley pool bar is scruffy and understaffed. Food looked very poor. Richard burton bar very nice airy and spacious. Overall would be stay here again , no, we would most probably return to the Villa del Conde or try the Lopesan Faro.

What I really appreciated was the overall comfort of our stay. The rooms were spacious, well arranged, and very comfortable: we all slept wonderfully, which made a big difference during our vacation. I also enjoyed the pool area: there were plenty of options to choose from, and the fact that several pools were heated made swimming enjoyable at any time of the day. The atmosphere around the pools was lively but still relaxing. Another highlight was the entertainment. The animations were engaging, fun, and created a cheerful holiday spirit for both adults and children. It added a lot of value to our stay and gave us moments to share together as a family.

Located right in front of the beach, this is a very well designed hotel. A spacious room and well equipped bathroom with separate toilet and bidet. Excellent view of the sea and the swimming pool from the window leading on to the balcony. Very calm and quiet once the restaurant is closed. A large parking area exclusively for guests of the hotel. Quite a varied breakfast selection served temporarily near the reception due to renovation work.

The hotel is lovely, with professional staff who are happy to help. It's a very relaxing hotel. We’ve already been there three times. The pool is perfect for cooling off with the kids. The hotel has a fine-dining restaurant. Tip: make a reservation in advance! The food and wine are excellent. Highly recommended!

Best food I've ever had at an all inclusive. Drink selection also excellent. Pool isn't exactly massive but it was never overly busy. Always sunbeds available. And you literally walk out the back door and you're on the beach. Bar service was always quick. Daytime entertainment was usually a couple of live singers for a few hours then nice and loud background music. I was only there for 3 nights and there was only evening entertainment on the Wednesday. A live singer/ guitarist. He was good. Room was clean. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Had a fridge and a safe. Air con was effective. Staff were very helpful, especially at reception and Arturo at the bar. It says there are 2 bars but really it's only one, a square shape that goes from the lobby amd to the pool, but you only get served at the poolside. Also has self service cold water stations with a good supply of cups. Big towels provided at the pool which you can also take on the beach. Very close to O Beach and other clubs but noise was minimal. Would very highly reccommend staying here.

The rooms outlooking or partially outlooking the pool and the sea are the best ones to book. We had one looking at the streets and was totally OK, as we didn't spend much time in the room. The food is excellent, with great variety, quality and quantity. The pool and pool area are fantastic. The entertainment and the two reps were exceptionally fantastic (sorry, I forgot their names), but they were the best. The day entertainment was also amazing. Ibiza music, saxophone, singers. If you are full board, you get extremely generous drinks, not slushy, proper spirits, and mixes. They are not saving there. And that is what makes the hotel so successful!

Wow. I am so glad I chose this place. From the understated fun of the staff to the mind-blowing world food. I must honestly say that I was unimpressed at first with the idea of going to Ibiza (let alone comedy central a la brits and beer in Sant Antony), but from the moment we arrived and settled in our gorgeous room, and were so well treated by all of the exceptional staff. The pool, the beachfront access, the location on the boardwalk and 100m from car hire facilities, The all-inclusive drinks and food buffet. The spectacular array of food from across the globe. The rather splendid house white, the beautiful enormous lounge overlooking the beach and promenade, the pool, bar, fitness WIFI everything was to a very superior standard. Even the evening entertainment was overall a lot of fun. Tickets and tours available. Definitely go for the all-inclusive! The toilet facilities and walk in closet are a real bonus.

It is a great hotel. We are totally satisfied! Our room was clean and it had seaview. Cleaning the room day by day. Every team member at the hotel (receptionist, waiters, barmans, cleaning workers…) was very kind, helpful, and always smiling :) The food was excellent. Very delicious and you can choose what you want. Everyday was a show and pool activites. The beach was clean, but not a private beach, if you want to lay at the sunbeds or you need unbrella you need to pay. Five minutes walking disatnce from the hotel you can find O Beach Ibiza (pool party), and some bars. The hotel is safety and friendly. Overall it is an excellent hotel. We are totally satisfied. If we go back to Ibiza, we stay there again :)

We stayed in a deluxe sea-front room (No. 330) from 22-27 May (with breakfaster and dinner) which had a great view over the swimming pool and the sea. The room was spacious with lots of closet/drawer space for a long-stay. The bathroom had everything you need. The toiletries provided were shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and liquid soap. When the windows were closed you could hardly hear any noise from the music at the nearby day/night club so we were not disturbed. The hotel provided nightly entertainment after dinner for one-hour with a variety of good quality groups/singers. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a huge choice which varied each day. All the staff we came across were very friendly and incredibly efficient (especially the staff in the restaurant who cleared away the tables silently and very quickly so no one had to wait for a table) and housekeeping did a fantastic job. The swimming pool was a decent size and looked across the beach/sea - just beautiful. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect - right on a golden sandy beach with shops/restaurants a few steps away, plus the bus stop just outside. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a room with a seaview and terrace with swim-up , which was great and became our go to place for sun bathing and chllin out . Tapas alley a short stroll away and 3 streets behind is the main strip with all the bars and shows, so close to everything you need .

Stayed in the room with the private pool, hands down the best room ive stayed in within benidorm, room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was lovely, perfect location between old and new town.

All of the Combe staff were very helpful from checkin through to checkout. The superior room with private pool was an excellent choice.

Only arrived back last night and felt it was important to leave this review. This was by far the best family holiday we have had in a long time. The apartments were spotless, a great size and had everything we could need for our holiday. The cleaners work so hard to keep the rooms and place so clean and tidy at all times. The reception staff were amazing so kind and friendly nothing was too much of a problem to them. The pool area again spotless and a lovely temperature for this time of year. The pool bar food, drinks and staff we just amazing and so friendly we spent nearly everyday of our holiday here. Thank you so much for the best 2 weeks we will see you all next year….. Apartment very spacious (we had a 2 bedroom with lovely balcony). All rooms nice and large and enough sun loungers on the balcony for 4 plus table and chairs for 4 also. Hob and microwave plus kettle and coffee maker and an everything you needed to cook. They provided pool towels which was a real plus point for us as when trying to travel light these can be bulky to pack. If you have small children then the mini golf on site would tick some boxes and the pool has a bar and offers food during the day which is also a bonus if you don’t fancy cooking or traipsing down into Amadores or up to the Europa centre.

We stayed 3 nights here and the apartment was excellent. It's literally home from home with everything you need. The WiFi is brilliant, so much so we used our IPTV box! They are big apartments. Well equipped. Huge balconies and stunning views. The reception staff are brilliant. Friendly and always make sure everything is ok. The pool area is lovely too. Great food at the pool bar. We cannot fault this place at all. Short walk to the commercial centre. We will definitely book to come back here and highly recommend these apartments. Nice to be in a quiet area which is why we booked these.

NATIVO hotel is a very relaxing and quiet hotel and a very good place to be when travelling with a young baby. The swim up room is well sized and comfortable. The location is good with some nice restaurants close by and the town of Eulalia is only on a 15 minute walking distance.

The staff were incredible, especially with our little 1 year old. The pools, food, facilities were also really good. Lots of day beds and cabanas to use during the day rather than just rows of sunbeds at normal hotels - also makes the hotel look really stylish. Sandpit around breakfast is really good for kids too, and they have loads of toys etc. for little ones to play with. Gym is decent for a hotel, but more than 2/3 people would make it very busy. Swim-up room was spacious and great for using while our child was asleep.

Our swim up double the so fabulous. It was quiet and yet a 5 mins walk bring you to the beach front. The opportunity to have breakfast until 1pm was so good, and the selection of food was amazing. We booked a car and the staff were very well informed and helpful.

We loved the room its was very clean and had a pool outside the balcony which was a treat. The staff we incredible and made us feel special everyday. The hospitality was fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful from start to finish. The food & drinks were reasonably priced. The cleaning staff were great and cleaned our room when we were ready so we could feel relaxed. The breakfast was included in our room and didn’t finish until 1pm which we have never experienced in hotel before so we felt very relaxed. The breakfast was nice and lunch at the pool was nice too overlooking the main pool in the hotel. The facilities were amazing and clean. We thank you Paradiso Garden. We will 100% be back and we will recommend you to all of our clients.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by this aparthotel with the warmest of welcomes from host Barbara who showed around the resort and to our apartment. The resort is modern, well designed and spotlessly clean with glorious swimming pools including an infinity pool on the rooftop. The apartment was well equipped for our family with a welcome pack and beach towels provided. We stayed at the beginning of August and the pool was never very busy with ample sunloungers available at any time during the day. The Balinese beds on the rooftop were a treat too. Extra touches like complimentary beer by the pool at a certain time on certain days and cava and ice cream on the rooftop made it special, as well as the free 10 minute massages we were offered plus a facial class. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and the rooftop bar very reasonable. The resort is in an excellent location next to the beach and a 10 minute walk along the scenic boardwalk to the centre of town with lots of restaurants and shops including supermarket. It was the perfect holiday for our family.

This accommodation is exceptional in quality, cleanliness, comfort and facilities. It is located opposite a huge stretch of sandy beach which runs right through to the centre of Alcossebre with its variety of restaurants, tapas bars and shops. All rooms have sea views even those to the side and have a balcony or terrace. The garden has a large swimming pool plus a children's pool, lots of sunbeds and artificial grass; this not only looks good it is also kind on the feet to walk across. The roof terrace has an infinity pool (cold!), Bali beds, sun loungers, tables and chairs and a bar staffed by two friendly waitresses expert in pouring gin and tonics. From here you have a 360* panoramic view across Alcossebre and a stunning view of sunset. There is also an indoor gym and Spa facility. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful which makes such a difference when on holiday.

We loved everything The staff were fantastic and so so helpful (they directes us to good local restaurants), the rooms, hotel and pool areas were spotless at all times Housekeeping came everyday to do a quick clean too The rooms look exactly like the photos, modern, clean and the views were amazing (worth paying the extra for the sea/pool view) Well equipped kitchen area with oven, washing machine and all the pans, plates etc you need. Highlight was definitely the sky bar on the rooftop with infinity pool and great cocktails The spa was well worth the €12 as you only have to share with a few people Definitely be returning next year but will hire a car to explore the area better Gracias!

Fabulous and spacious apartment and balcony with everything provided. Fully fitted kitchen with sufficient equipment for a lengthy stay and to be able to cook. Big fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, washing machine etc. Enough crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking implements. Laundry airer and cleaning tools also provided. Great size bathroom, essential toiletries and enough proper size and quality towels! Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning personnel did a wonderful job and not only our apartment but the entire complex was always spotless. they all greeted you and with a smile! Rooftop pool area and bar as well as the ground floor pool and sunbathing area were fab and always clean. All the staff were incredibly nice, friendly, professional and helpful and spoke several languages. There was a small gym and spa, as well as vending machines and a ‘return and help yourself ‘ library of paperbacks in several languages. We will definitely return at some point, in all honesty, I can say that this is the best apart-hotel we have stayed at in recent memory. Location was perfect, walk across the street and you are on the beach and moments from all the shops, restaurants etc., of Alcossebre.

Loved our room with the swim up pool, black wristband perks (queue jumping, all the cocktails and the best tables and sun loungers) and the food was so GREAT for buffet style food. The roof top bar is the best place in town for sunset! The included fine dining restaurants were really a nice surprise too. The main pool music from 3:30pm was excellent too. Particularly the amazing drummer! We loved everything about this place and were really well looked after by the lovely team! This is the epitome of good vibes Ibiza :)

A stunningly beautiful, clean and well equipped hotel. The buffet and 3 a la carte restaurants were all fabulous with a huge variety of food and drinks available in our all inclusive package. The majority of staff were ever helpful and efficient. The Signature level swim up junior suite was perfect. To slip out of bed in the morning, straight into our shared swim up pool was just such a luxury and had more privacy than we expected, which was great. Our holiday was made extra special by Roman and Santo, from the Signature Level Butler Team, who seamlessly and promptly delivered on every request we had, so a MASSIVE THANK YOU to them in particular. We didn’t want to leave after 4 magical days at The TRS Hotel Ibiza and really hope to visit again next year.

We booked here after staying at the grand palladium palace last year and wanting to try adults only. Service was fantastic, staff were all friendly and helpful. We used the butler service to make our restaurant reservations and to request an iron and both times they couldn’t have been more helpful. Restaurant choice was great, we visited all of them and the quality and options were super. We were all inclusive and had all inclusive access from our arrival day at 12pm to our departure day at 4pm, which was great outside the check in times. If you wanted it after 4pm you could pay for a later checkout, but we didn’t need to for our flight time. High quality drinks and waiters serving sunbeds around the pool. Our favourite spot was the rooftop bar at sunset with a great dj. Room was beautiful, we had a sea view and it was definitely worth it. I noted on our booking that it was for a birthday and the hotel delivered a delicious birthday cake and card to our room! Easy to get to from the airport, we jumped in a taxi which was €45 euros each way. Next time we’d consider booking a swim up room, they looked stunning!

Staff were so very helpful. We liked that we could park safely in the underground car park and use their electric car charging facilities. Room was good, with the best shower we had on our travels. There is no restaurant at the hotel for evening meal but the receptionist recommended the Kioski bar and restaurant just across the road in the park. I think this is under the same ownership as the hotel. We had tapas for lunch in the bar and had an evening meal in the restaurant. Both were excellent. A really good buzz in the bar with locals. As we walked past to go in the restaurant for our evening meal it was packed, so worth booking. We didn't use the spa facilities at the hotel.

Everything seems brand-new and newly decorated with a very upper market feel The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful I booked the spa for an hour, which was really nice although at 32€ bit expensive for a solo person I really enjoyed the breakfast which was copious, varied and good quality. I was also very happy that the people at the hotel had a place for me to park my bicycle overnight

We were greeted by one of the nicest receptionist, Rebecca. She made us feel so welcome. She gave us all the information we needed. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The room and bathroom were very big and comfortable and immaculately clean. Parking in the hotel was convenient. The hotel was walking distance to everything we needed.

the staff was exceptional and the food amazing. we had a room with private pool and it was so nice. it was my husbands birthday and they gave us free champagne and chocolates with strawberries. one of the best 5 start hotels I’ve ever stayed in. very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Hipotels Barrosa! The beach and outdoor pool are absolutely amazing and the staff were more than accommodating! Rooms were bright, new, comfortable and clean. The spa was nice but had very limited hours (only 3 hours in the morning and 3 in the afternoon), the spa services were booked the entire weekend we stayed so we weren't able to get in for anything, and the pools in the indoor spa were extremely cold. The weather was pretty cold so we were hoping for a hot tub or at least somewhat warm pool indoors but there weren't any. We also came in the off-season (March) so most of the bars and restaurants out in town were closed... even on a Saturday night! Great little bar and breakfast buffet at the resort though! Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The staff were incredible, they upgraded us to the superior double room after finding out it was our honeymoon - we had a stunning view and amazingly huge room. The facilities and the buffet were incredible, as was the pool side bar. Fresh fruit was offered to us while at the pool, early morning. Super easy assess to La Barrosa beach.

Another wonderful stay and we love this hotel. Marvellous, efficient, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool and garden area to relax in and nice external pool bar / eating area. Beautiful beach very short walk away via boardwalk.

This hotel was fantastic! The room was a great size and kept very clean with daily servicing. The bed and couch were both very comfortable and lots of space for suitcases. Buffet dinners were delicious with a lot of variety. Every single staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Use of the semi private pool was the icing on the cake of this room!

I liked the comfort of the poolside lounge chairs. I was surprised there weren't more options for lunch items by the poolside. We loved the room with comfy beds, with the balcony table and chairs. The shower was fantastic. It would be nice to see more flowers and trees in the pool area next to the fish and turtle pools. The hotel overall was beautiful especially at night lit up!

Our experience with the pool guard was horrible he wouldn't allow us to have drinks pool side or kids to play in the pool. We paid lots of money to be there but was over the top.

We had a lovely stay. Very clean, great food & friendly staff. We also had a nice surprise of a room upgrade so had a private pool that was shared by 8 apartments which was lovely. Would definitely return for another stay.

Premium rooms are excellent with access to private pool. All staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is very clean.

Hotel was just on the edge of town 5 minutes away from the beach. Really good for cyclists. Private pool on one side of the hotel with private rooms.

Property had amazing view, room with own swimup lovely and private. Greeting upon checkin also amazing. Bar service is intermittent, Cava Luke warm at best. Alcohol choices small. (No bombay sapphire gin). Upper pool deck very pretty. But again no services up there. Have to order which is therefore not quick. But ultimately a great serene property. Beautiful

Sorli Emocions is a fantastic hotel. It just far enough to avoid all the noisy tourists but close enough (and next to public transport routes) to give you access to Barcelona and other attractions in Catalonia. The rooms are clean and spacious with daily service if required (including refilling of the complimentary minbar). The pool is just large enough for a relaxing swim and quiet enough to enjoy a book or a drink. Breakfasts are delicious, full of local produce and very filling. There's a popular restaurant and a medium department shop-style retail attached to the hotel. We tried a couple of meals - all really tasty. They also sell frozen smoothies and ice lollies made from fresh fruit - great for the really hot afternoons. There's a sports complex and a gym that can be accessed with a fee (discount for hotel guests). Car park underneath the hotel is free for the hotel guests. But the absolute super stars are the members of staff. They are very friendly and professional, helpful and going above and beyond to look after the guests. It's been a pleasure and we have already booked for this year too.

My friends and I, have just returned from a great week riding our bikes in Lapoma bike park. We booked the Sorli Emocions Hotel direct for our 7 night stay and my goodness we absolutely loved it. Right from the moment we arrived Mirium on reception was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were spotless and the beds are very comfortable , the rainfall shower was an absolute God send after the days jumping bikes. The breakfast was also perfect and the fresh orange juice was the best I've ever had. A great selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, pastries,meats and cheese Also as much Coffee as you want. The swimming pool was small but more than enough for a refreshing dip morning and evening..

We stayed here for the grand prix weekend, using the hotel as a base, and are so glad that we did. The hotel is close to both the circuit de Barcelona catalunya and Barcelona itself, the city being a cheap bus ride away that stops near the hotel. The staff are very pleasant, speaking very good English and are keen to help. There is a sauna and swimming pool, but I never used these, if I stayed longer, then this is something that I certainly would have used. The price, through booking.com was very reasonable, especially for the time that we went. If I were to go back to Barcelona again, which I would love to do, I would look to stay here first.

The hotel was lovely, staff very friendly and a gorgeous pool area, rooms are also lovely very modern.

Parts of our holiday were fantastic! Some of the best food ever on holidays abroad. Selection fabulous and something for everyone. Could do with an adults only pool and bar. Sky Bar would be perfect for this. No problems getting beds although may be different in high season. Had to pay for beds on beach which in other hotels has been free. A lacarte restaurants great. Worst issue was both our and our friends rooms being left open/unlocked on 3 occasions. Complained and still it happened. Photo of rooms a bit misleading as it appeared that our rooms were actually poolside although private pool between rooms was lovely. Clean towels most days but bed sheets not changed in 10 nights.

Very well equipped for a family holiday. So many things for children to do, which was then v relaxing for parents! Fab pools, proximity to beach and enthusiastic evening entertainment. Great choice and quality in buffet. Kids club had a range of activities which was great but the staff to child ratio seemed a little off (2 staff to sometimes 20+ kids.. but they did wear bibs which made it easier to spot them! but we personally did not feel able to wander far from the club while they were in there but that may just be our neuroses!) Sunrises over the beach were exquisite and sunset yoga was super. Lovely clean pools, with so much choice over where to sit. Lots of space and sunbeds. V easy to change pool towels. Lovely ice cream parlour that kids loved. Trampoline was a favourite with our children who spent hours bouncing!

I’ll start with the negative as there’s only one but it was a massive one for us. We chose this hotel due to its amazing water facilities for the children. Unfortuantly my child wouldn’t go in as it was so cold! His lips were purple and he cried. It was heart breaking as he loves being in the pool and as I say we had picked this hotel purely for the water park. It was sad for him and for us. Some children were okay but surely these pools could be heated? It would make all the difference. The hotel though was amazing, great facilities and family orientated, the food was really nice and lots of entertainment. If they could just heat the pools it would be 5/5

We liked practically everything. We stayed in a family room, which was of a great size, kept super clean and had coffee making facilities. Also a bottle of water to refill on the stations available in all floors of the hotel (sustainable and great quality - not weird taste like in other hotels). The food was of excellent quality (and I am Spanish from the North, our standards are quite high! haha), the hotel is really wired for families so there were high chairs and menus adapted for little ones too. The pools had slides and water splashes that made it super fun for little ones but there were also elements just for adults (with fun classess like aquagym or zumba). The hotel is committed to sustainability so they also had a guest sharing scheme to leave items you may not need behind for others to reuse (like bucket/spade for the beach, inflatable things or sunscream). The towels for the pool were of high quality and the beach is just a very short walk through a pasage at the back of the hotel with amazing views. The majority of the staff were very kind and helpful, cheerful and happy (special mention to Paula,Tolo and Cheik!). Every night there was special entretaining (from acrobatics, to dancing, singing, etc). The hotel also have three specialised small restaurants where one can book for some dinners.

Amazing holiday, I have been trying to think of something that wasn't quite up to scratch but can't think of anything 🤷‍♀️. The room was great, spacious, clean and beautiful sea view. We had all the amenities we needed- maybe some instructions for the coffee machine would have been handy as it took a while to figure out what I was doing! The hotel complex was very well thought out - who would have thought a pool carpet would keep my son entertained for 2 hours solid! The pools were great and the gardens immaculately maintained. The food in the buffet restaurants was fantastic. Always a wide choice of fresh appetising food which catered for all tastes and dietary preferences. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They all look genuinely as if they enjoy what they are doing and always willing to help. The wristband that acts as a room key is a total game changer. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, I am already working out school holidays in order to make a return visit next year.

Recently stayed for two nights. Our second floor unit was facing the sea and, while a bit small, was clean and comfortable with gleaming marble floors throughout and all necessary amenities. There is a scenic roof deck with a plunge pool with lots of seating areas. As the hotel is very close to the waterfront in the centre of town it is best to arrive before evening, when the hotel's front street is part of a pedestrian-only zone, requiring one to park in a nearby public garage. Tons of beaches, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Nerja. We travelled as a family (parents and two small children) and booked the quadruple room. We requested two double beds but since that wasn't available they put two sets of twin beds together and they were very comfortable and lovely. The rooms were spic and span and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff was phenomenal and everything was in walking distance. It rained a bit during our stay and we found the pool to be quite cold and the pool area to be a bit small for children. That said, the rooftop pool would be ideal for sunbathing in sunny weather. Thank you Hotel Cavana, we hope to return some day!

I couldn't fault this hotel. It had the best location. Very quiet, very clean, staff were soo helpful. Pool was perfect and the poolside food was gorgeous. Beds were soo comfortable. We had a wonderful time and if I was ever to go to Nerja again, I would def stay there. I'll be back someday

Lovely hotel very central, pool on rooftop lovely but lots of pigeons by the pool area and limited sun loungers for all the guests. nowhere to shower when checking out if you have a late flight but there is storage for luggage. Staff lovely and friendly. Would return.

Lovely location and very pleasant hotel, clean rooms, tastefully decorated with exceptionally comfortable beds. The rooms with terraces are fantastic, and you get a great view. Had it been warmer I might have used the roof top pool, which looks ok for a dip, and is surrounded with around 15 or so sun loungers. The hotel itself is a short walk from the bus station, and within 5 mins walk to the Balcon de Europa + many cafes, bars and souvenirs. Well thought out details: a 'closet' with actual coat hangers, which rarely occurs in many hotels I have stayed, good coffee/tea making facilities and water + extra blankets and pillows, and towels for pool. everything looked brand new, perhaps it was.

The team arranged a car to collect us from the airport, which as we arrived on a late evening flight worked well for us. The pool staff and pool area is beautiful and the spa cave rooms were really special, definitely have a treatment if you can. The hotel is in a beautiful old building and the modern but equally lovely annexe building is a walk under the road through well manicured gardens and a well kept pathway. It is an easy taxi ride to Portals and Palma.

We had the best room with wonderful views over the bay and pool. So exquisite in the ambience and it was a very special and memorable stay. Thanks so much for your kind hospitality. We will be back :)

I loved the double curtain- one layer muslin & one blackout layer so room totally dark for sleep. Good internet. Good soft lighting, Mini fridge in room so handy to keep supply of cold drinks. Lovely roof terrace wit little plunge pool which we so appreciated in the heat. Amazing views to the old cathedral from the roof. I sent 3 emails in weeks prior to our arrival & they were all answered promptly. Fantastic seafood restaurant and amazing vermouth bar directly behind the hotel.

Such a gem in the middle of a beautiful city! The breakfast was tasty, and you can sit outside in a small square between narrow allies. Very fun experience. The room was beautiful as well. There are two pools. The rooftop pool is AMAZING.

We stayed for one night in August. The property itself is beautiful, with charming décor and a lovely rooftop pool area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh options. Our room was comfortable and stylish, and the rooftop pool was a great touch.

We had the best time possible in the Forn Nuo hotel in Arta!! Beautifully designed rooms and common areas with a rooftop terasse and a small pool. Amazing view over Arta and the sea. Delicious breakfast with very friendly staff. Definitely a recommendation if you want to enjoy Mallorca outside the most touristy areas but still have walking-distance access to everything you need.

Didn't have breakfast but loved the villa, its decor, the size and the pool. The outside area was also plenty spacious for 6 of us. The downside was location, in 4 days we spent 250 euros as each time we went out in the day and in the evening we had to take 2 taxi's each time. A shuttle bus would have been good. The free entry to the waterpark and zoo was much appreciated as once in it was expensive, had to pay for waterproofing phone, locker, sunbeams and Ringo's!

We had the most fantastic experience at the grand luxor village. The veiw was fantastic, the villa was very clean and alot bigger than we imaged. The Children loved chilling in the salt water pool. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the omelette lady being our favourite in particular.

New, modern, quiet location. Plenty of pools to choose from. Nice decor inside and very comfortable beds.

The Villa was superb. Premium Villa is a perfect size for a couple with two kids. We were very lucky that our property was in front of the main swimming pool, which made so safe and comfortable for the kids and parents. Cleaning service every day if required, replacement of towels, extra coffee and water was a big plus. Transfer to the hotel available all the time, but also not far if you just want to walk, great breakfast, amazing facilities including mini-golf, gym, spa, and kids activities. A perfect summer holidays with family.

Wonderful hotel in the vibrant Placa Reial. It has its own restaurant on the square where they also serve an excellent breakfast. They have a great terrace with a bar and a plunge pool on the roof. Our terrific room had a balcony over the square. Best hotel we’ve stayed in Barcelona and we’ve stayed in a few mostly in the La Rambla, Gothic area.

I loved the room i was staying in, in big part because of the private pool on the terrace with a city view. But the inside of the room/bathroom was also nice and comfortable. The room cleaning was efficient and kept the room clean. I liked the decoration and style. The staff was very nice and the overall service efficient.

We had breakfast at both the Retreat premises (Mirador) and at the Citadel. Although the first had better views, I found the latter to be richer and more varied. The staff were super nice all over the premises. We did have a small issue regarding our booking and it took the Reception quite some time to address it, but it was all ok in the end. The hotel has a very interesting architecture, the cocktails we ordered at the main lounge were all very good, as well as the ones served by the pool. Dinner at Txoko was good, while nothing special. We liked both our rooms (one with a sea view) and another one @The Retreat. Both had a nice decor, super comfy beds, and a lot of space. Beware though, that at The Retreat, the lane of villas we were allocated to (the first lane, with Rooms starting 100...109) was facing a pool where there were families with babies and toddlers, which was ok for us because we don't mind children playing at the pool, and these ones were quite well behaved :). We love children and we are not bothered but if all quiet and peace is what you're after, you should keep this in mind and ask the Reception to book you in the next two rows of villas downwards, which were adult-only.

Cool design to the hotel with beautiful landscaping, patios and pools. Spacious room, large balcony with sea view. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Lots of storage space. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Swimming pools were uncrowded and heated to just the right temperature.

We had an exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Our room was immaculate - clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and convenience. We really enjoyed the hotel's fantastic amenities. The pools were beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing, the gym had everything we needed for a good workout, and the restaurants offered a delicious variety of meals. One of the highlights for us was the beach - just a short walk from the hotel, it was the perfect place to unwind. What truly stood out was the outstanding service; every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of options, and we appreciated the calm, comfortable atmosphere that allowed us to fully relax. Thank you to everyone at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama for making our stay so enjoyable. We're already looking forward to coming back!

the resort is huge and the rooms are really nice and practical, there is a lot to do on site (beach, pool, restaurants, gym, spa, yoga…) but all the credit must go to the staff, they are extremely attentionate and always ready to help with a smile thank you to everyone, we’re already looking for a time to come back :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. Our very comfortable suite was immaculately clean and the perfect size for myself, my daughter and granddaughter, with a spectacular sea view. We were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, some sweets and a little handwritten welcome note, which we very much appreciated. We were also provided with a cot without having to ask for one. The balcony was very large and safely enclosed for our toddler to play. The suite also had a shower, bath, microwave, fridge, kettle etc, as well as very comfortable beds, bedding and sofa. Overall the facilities at the hotel are excellent including a toddler pool, large pool and indoor swimming pool and gym etc. and the snack bar was very good and reasonably priced. However, the icing on the cake are the wonderful staff who are extremely friendly and professional, and particularly the entertainment staff who go over and above to ensure everyone enjoys their holiday. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the children’s shows and activities and especially Woogi! A big thank you to all the staff who made this such a special holiday for our 15 month old granddaughter. We highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return next year.

Not really knowing to expect from an all-inclusive hotel in Ibiza, this definitely exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very nice and comfortable, equipped with a large outdoor pool, plenty of chairs for laying out, convenient bar, and more! Paying a little more for all-inclusive was worth it. The food isn't incredible, but there are plenty of options. We were able to eat all meals plus snacks by the pool and unlimited drinks! It was a family-friendly atmosphere, and still very relaxing. The closest beach was about 10-15 minutes walking. However, the pool was so wonderful that we spent most of our time there instead. I would definitely go back!

Lovely hotel - plenty of sun loungers, food delicious - air con in room rubbish had to sleep with door open all day/night - would be absolutely unbearable in summer! Even on full blast you could hear the fan but no Cold air with it one of the toilets off reception had faeces smeared on it our entire time there - could have been there months or days but it was there when we arrived and there when we left Despite being all inclusive we had to pay for renting a pool towel …. Not done that for 20 years even in a b&b hotel and expected to have bottled water replaced in room but it wasn’t Pool areas immaculate - large cleaning team every day and it was spotless Staff were lovely very friendly and great service - food delicious

Great pool, splash park and indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi (fairly cold). Bland and inconsistent breakfast. Didn't see or hear any evening entertainment but kids activities were on in the day.

Fantastic hotel, we had a swim up room and went half board - the credit we were given was almost half of what we paid for the room! We used ours mostly on drinks and lunch as to eat out for dinner was cheap and seemed a waste to eat dinner in hotel No sunbed wars, beds still free at 1/2pm round both pools. Drinks/snacks cheap from the bars, but the cocktails were abit hit and miss. Breakfast was reasonable, mix of bacon, eggs, some pastries/toast, fruit etc - enough to see you through til lunchtime. Location is in the middle from Marina and the town & walkable to both. Would definitely return!

Stayed in a suite with Private Pool . Hotel is in a good location 15 minutes from the Marina or older Playa Blanca area. Pool layout was very nice with a lot of rooms surrounding it - so if you want your privacy then maybe don’t go for a pool view. All the area was really well maintained The suite with private pool was very nice. Minor points to note - it’s a private pool insofar as it’s for your sole use but you are overlooked so not private in a privacy sense. It’s also a splash pool so no good for swimming but the kids next door loved it. Room has a kitchen with sink, small fridge and microwave with knives, forks and spoons etc - but no plates or bowls which was a bit strange . Lobby bar seemed to be well used but felt a bit soulless as it is in the lobby area so didn’t really have a bar vibe Biggest area I’d suggest for improvement would be cleanliness at breakfast time . The whole hotel is extremely clean but at breakfast on several days we had lots and lots of tables with used food on them - this was particularly unpleasant when eating outside as serviettes were blowing around and birds on the tables eating the food that people had left. Other days it was cleared away very quickly so may just have been a staffing issue Overall I would return

The breakfast was outstanding, Nobody could argue that it wasn't despite some incredible bizarre negative reviews. So much choice and everything was of a high quality. It really couldn't have been better. The flexible cleaning arrangement meant we had credit to enjoy an evening cocktail every night. What a bonus! Super bar staff. We had an interior pool view room facing the Relax area that was extremely quiet with a very pleasant outlook although I did emailed the hotel to request this beforehand. Toiletries in the room- gorgeous shower and shampoo gels. Staff friendly and informative. Relax pool area - loads of room and the pool was just the right temperature although the other pools were cooler!! Hotel reasonable walking distance to centre of Playa Blanca. We felt the overall ambiance of the hotel was just right and very much enjoyed our stay.

We had the most amazing 7 night stay at the hotel for our yearly sister holiday. We've visited lanzarote a few times now and decided to try playa blanca and we are so glad we did! Great options for food with a flexible credit system to use on all onsite restaurants including the buffets and snack bar in the day on food and drinks. Juan was a great host in the LAMEZA restaurant always serving with a smile. Fresh dishes in all food outlets on site, and very reasonabley priced. 2 pool areas, one for relaxing and one family area including amazing entertainment for both kids and adults. We were greeted by the most amazing animation team who put on great activities and who were always smiling and chatty with guests - a special mention for sara and silvia who put on fun sessions throughout the day. We really enjoyed the aqua gym sessions in the pool that were fun and popular! These were both hosten by sara and silvia who brought loads of evergy. We even took part in the pool 'carpet' activity which kept us smiling and laughing for the rest of the day. Silvia also hosted a fab sangria workshop for adults where we made our own drinks, and throughout the week, there were lots more fun work shops! Thank you for making us smile and laugh throughout our stay at this wonderful hotel!

I cannot thank the staff for their attention to detail and accommodating our requirements at short notice. They opened the rooftop terrace for our guests at short notice and they also assisted me with the organisation of tables for 35 guests in the Italian restaurant…..

We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well.

Only stayed one night but this place had fabulous sized rooms and a great bathroom with jetted tub. We checked in Christmas Eve and their restaurant and pool area was not open but I guess that's to be expected. 10 minutes drive from Nevada shopping mall and 15 minutes from the city centre

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Beds comfortable. Pool beautifully clean. We ate out at Origin and Italo - both served fantastic food. Thank you! What a find. Perfect for exploring The Alhambra by day and night!

The breakfast buffet has more than enough variety in good quality to fit everyone’s taste. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Just outside the hotel you can sit on the rocks and watch the sunset or go snorkeling in the small bay.

The location is beautiful, get a pool.and sea view room on the 5th floor. Just across the road you can swim in the small bay you can see in the photos or walk to the beach. The pool is lovely with a pool bar too. Cost us €15 a day to upgrade from full board to all inclusive. Rooms a are comfortable and clean. Food was great. Staff very friendly

Staff were welcoming and friendly and reception spoke good English and other languages. the hotel has beautiful views, it overlooks the sea and mountains. It is very close to quite a few beaches, all within walking distance. It is also close to the town and literally a couple of minutes away from a mini supermarket. The hotel was modern and kept very clean, as well as the swimming pool. It had a variety of facilities such as tennis courts, volley ball, table tennis and pool. You could use the hotel, up the road, gym and spa facilities too. Food was very good, could not fault it. Even though it was a buffet, they changed it everyday. We chose half board so we had a bit of flexibility if we wanted to eat out, we could swap our dinner one evening to eat at lunch which meant we could go out for dinner in the evening. Overall I rated this hotel as excellent, especially for the price! Would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt in Sichtweite zum Strand Cala Agulla. Durch die vielen kleinen Buchten läuft man jedoch ca. 10-15 Minuten bis zum Strand. Aber der Weg an der Küste ist schön und lohnt sich. Auch das Zentrum von Gala Ratjada ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte sind in direkter Umgebung bereits zu finden. Vom schönen Poolbereich hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und die Küste. Eine große Felsenformation direkt hinter dem Poolbereich kann für einen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang bestiegen werden. Das Hotel selber ist echt gut. Sauber, nettes Personal, einige Sportangebote (Tennis, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Billiard, etc.). Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Dieses wird in einem modernisierten Speisesaal eingenommen. Die Auswahl ist ok. Es gibt auch eine Bratstation für Spiegeleier, Omeletts, etc.

We liked everything. Location is on the nicest sea side. The adults only feeling is very good, quiet and calm around the pool and elegant in every area. The breakfast and dinner is fabulous, there is always a freshly grilled option, all kinds of eggs for the breakfast, and all kinds of meat and seafood is freshly grilled. Very wide variety of food. Very clean, comfortable, staff is extremely kind. We could participate at the evening programs of the opposite hotel what is also adult only, as in this hotel there were no programs (which was very good, as it was quiet:)

The Hotel is amazing, very contemporary and modern and in a great location in the old town of Cuitadella and only a stones throw fro the bustling port which has an array of very good restaurants. The staff were very helpful and service was really good.....there are a couple of things that would have made it better though, the outside pool insnt heated so the water was very cold and you had to order drinks from the bar, even if you were beside the pool.....wouldn't have taken too much effort for the waiter to pop out now and again to take orders.....two very small niggles that didn't really detract from our experience.....definitely going again

What a nice and classy hotel! We had the most wonderful stay here. Everything was just perfect and the staff did everything to make our stay as good as possible 🙂 We rented their boat for the day and had a super day together with their skipper Lluis 😃 The pool in their other building is probably the most beautiful pool area we’ve ever seen 😍 The restaurant was very beautiful and had a great atmosphere with a pianist playing. Our suite terrace had a perfect view over both the cathedral and the harbor 👌 This hotel is now in our top 5 list of best hotels we have ever visited 😃 Will definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, but as we had hired a car we found it a little difficult to locate. If you are driving park in the Port Antic for free and walk up the steps by the harbour or if you can find the back entrance to the hotel you can drop your cases. I would definitely stay here again, staff were very helpful, rooms immaculate, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. As well as a small pool there was also an underground pool, quite unique.

The hotel is a beautiful building, a conversion of an old 'palace', retaining many original features. The garden area, where breakfast and dinner can be taken, is an absolute delight and adjoining it is a decent sized pool/pool area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is situated in a quiet spot only a short walk from the centre.

Highly recommend!! Thoroughly deserves 5* From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very convenient position for exploring the city and all it has to offer. Ciutadella is very safe, historically interesting, clean and pretty with good transport links to the rest of the island. There are a good variety of restaurants within close proximity as well as the excellent one at the Faustino. Breakfasts can be eaten on the terrace which is a joy! There is a lovely continental style cold buffet as well as an excellent selection of hot choices, the staff are only too happy to try and accommodate your needs. The hotel is split over 3 buildings which are all within about 100 meters of the main building. Each has its own character, they are quiet and beautifully designed. There is a lovely pool and terrace area in the gardens of the main hotel and also, a smaller beautifully secluded one in Can Llorenc . Both were a peaceful haven after a busy mornings sightseeing. I will definitely be returning to the Faustino Gran and all it has to offer.

The most beautiful and calm place we visited on Mallorca. The room and whole property was great, superpeacfull "hotel" outside the touristic hell. Nice pool with relax bed, where you dont have to pay some additional cost or make some reservation. Our room has terace to the garden and pool, only few meters away. There is a only fex rooms, so we didnt have to worry about crowded pool or something - we were there mostly alone or with another one or two couples = absolute privacy. The breakfest was really nice with sufficient possibilities and in great quality, vegetables from hotel's garden and other products also seemed to be local. The bar was open whole day and there was no problem to order a drink or anything to the pool. The dinner menu was smaller, but sufficient and also good quality. Although the property is not located just right next to the sea, the beach is only 20 minutes of walk down the sidewalk. This beach was also beautiful with white sand, the water was very clear and it wasnt crowded compared to others, cuz there is a only really small tourist village with few restaurants and shop. Whole place was a paradise and i absolutely recommend! Definitely we will visit this place again in future.

It was simply wonderful – calm atmosphere, beautiful rooms, a lovely pool, and an amazing outdoor area. Breakfast was excellent, with happy chicken eggs that made it even more special. Es Trenc beach is just a short walk away – only 15–20 minutes. The exceptional customer service truly stood out. We absolutely loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back – and please take care of our new little friend, Sandy!

The vibe, it’s laid back and simple. Peaceful. The room is kind of a small house, amazing, spacious, with shaded entrance and shaded terrace with a table and a soft bench. There’s a small pool with comfy beds around it to rest. The property has a lot of well kept greenery, the space is well designed, giving the guests privacy. The breakfast is good.

Nice room at the end of the adult wing on the ground floor. Pretty private. Pleasant swim up pool and private sunbeds. Not far from the airport but not disturbed by planes. Airport taxi fare was 15 euros total. No need to book and reserve taxis as there are many. Beach is a 5 minute walk.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Ebano apartments. We had a pool access room which was great and had a terrace with our own sunloungers and a fridge in our room, which meant we could make our own drinks during the day. We also requested a toaster and microwave and this was provided. The beds where very comfy and the shower was amazing. Close proximity to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia (10 minute walk). It was noisy at night time when people where getting ready to go out and arriving back in the early hours, but this is to be expected in Ibiza! Take earplugs if you want a good nights sleep! The only thing that ruined it was that I had a gold necklace stolen. I only realised when I got home but it could only have been taken by the housekeeping staff as I never wore it and it was left on the shelf above my bed inside a jewellry box which was also missing. I am just relieved it wasn’t my engagement ring as I was wearing it at all times. Just to be aware, lock everything away in the safe as there is a thief about! Other than that I would recommend this hotel/apartments to others.

- I came with friends in October so obviously would be a lot busier in the middle of Summer but when we came it was quite quiet, there were always people sat round the pool so not empty. - The pool was very modern and surrounded by grass, very nice aesthetic. Was always kept very clean. - The facilities seemed modern and well kept in general. - Staff were always friendly and very helpful! - Great sized apartment, chose the ones with the bigger terraces on the ground floor - it's worth it I'd say! - They supply pool towels which was great.

Stayed at the hotel a few times now. Perfect location for Bossa. We stay for partying all night relaxing all day and it's just whats needed. Small room but 4 big lads still had enough space to get ourselves sorted. Plenty of space around the pool. Big pool too. Food is good and they bring it to you by the pool. No idiots blaring music all day so able to relax. A genuine nice vibe around the place.

The beds by the pool were very comfortable, and the view from the pool/terrace is insane. The whole place was very quiet and relaxed.

We had a fantastic stay at Finca Binabona. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing escape. A rental car is helpful due to the remote setting, but parking is easy and the drive is beautiful. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our junior suite was spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable. The food was fresh and delicious (dinner better than breakfast though), and the pool and garden areas made it easy to unwind. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the atmosphere was quiet and serene. We visited in spring and loved the green landscape and mild weather. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed (I've travelled for over 20 years and in most parts of Europe/US before). The hotel is very well placed in the mountain and the facilities are so well maintained and comfortable to use. In particular my children love the pool, the relaxed bed ourdoors and whirlpool in the bathroom, and we love enjoying the winds in big terrace of our room, birds and sheep songs, and wonderful roses, sunbirds and lemon trees in a very well maintained garden. The breakfast is great and staffs are very friendly and helpful.

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with a pool area overlooking the mountain views. The rooms were spacious and clean and they even provided a free bottle of wine in each room upon arrival. The staff were so friendly and accommodating during our entire stay as well. Could not recommend more, and would love to come again someday!

The outside of the hotel doesn't show how beautiful it is! We walked in and thought it was gorgeous! We had a very warm welcome upon arrival, from two of the really lovely female receptionists, and even though we arrived early (12pm), we were dealt with, given a nice cold glass of cava, then shown where we could have lunch/a snack until our rooms were available. One room was ready by 2pm, which was great and it meant that I could use my sister's terrace to get some sun while she unpacked her things! The hotel, the room, the swim-up pool were just perfect. I felt very relaxed immediately! I have a very bad back, but the beds were simply amazing. The staff were all very friendly and warm and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaner came each day and replenished our crockery, emptied the bins, cleaned and refreshed everything. I didn't take the name of the female reception manager, but she was outstanding. Also, the tall male receptionist with glasses, who dealt with an issue swiftly and efficiently. Just brilliant! All of the hospitality staff were also outstanding.

Myself and my fiancé stayed in a room with a semi private pool. We were greeted by friendly smiles, offered a glass of cava while we checked in. We were shown to our room and honestly were in awe. The room was super clean, air con was perfect and we also had a balcony at the back of the room with a sea view. The food we had for breakfast and dinner were buffet style with delicious options that they changed up every day. Lunch menu had plenty of options as well. The overall vibe of the hotel is relaxing, peaceful and very quiet! If you want to do absolutely nothing but swim and relax, this is the place to go. We will be back again no doubt!

From start to finish it was a lovely, relaxing stay. It was only 20 minutes from the airport, so taxi was around 25 euros. The check in staff were brilliant, there was a chilled glass of Cava available, the room was ready even though we arrived early and the bags were taken to the room for us. The room was really lovely, bright and the balcony with sea view was great. The shower is open with frosted glass between the rooms, so suitable for couples but not sure about sharing with friends! Shower was powerful and hot and toiletries were provided. Pool towels were from reception, no deposit necessary and you can change them multiple times with the lifeguard. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the pools were stunning. Lots of available sun loungers and nice and quiet by the pools. We used the wellness circuit a couple of times as it was raining. This is a lovely area, but the water is a little chilly for a cold day. Restaurant for breakfast was brilliant, great choice of cooked items like pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages & bacon, pastries, meat & cheese, breads & cakes. We had buffet dinner one evening which was nice too. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. We hired a car through the hotel, was super easy and relaxed way of doing it. There is an Italian restaurant down the road, La Baia, which did delicious pizzas and had a great view.

We had an excellent stay at Welldone Metropol! The location is fantastic - right in the centre and walking distance to all of the main attractions and facilities – about 15mins on foot to the Cathedral and Alcazar, and about 20mins to the bus and train terminals. Great food, bar and shopping options all at your doorstop! We were in the Penthouse room, which was large, immaculately clean, air-conditioned, and well-appointed with a little kitchenette and big bathroom with a wonderful shower. The private terrace and pool was the perfect place to have a coffee in the mornings and to cool off after a day of sightseeing. And the view is spectacular! Given the hotel's location, the insulation did a very good job of minimising the sound from outside on the weekend nights – a small price to pay for being in the heart of such an amazing city! While we never actually met anybody in person, the staff were very attentive and responsive via WhatsApp. Someone contacted us every day to make sure that everything was OK and asking what we needed. Self check-in was easy, and they provided useful PDFs that gave us all the information we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

The penthouse suite with the pool was such a wonderful place to watch the light show from. Was in a good location too. Shops and restaurants nearby.

Great quality for the price and amazing location in Verjer. The views from the room and the terrace were outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. It would’ve been a rockstar hotel with a pool or a gym.

Ideally located on the edge of the historic centre, it is easy to drop off your luggage and then park at the free car park a short (but hilly) walk away. Our reception was warm and informative with good recommendations for places to eat in the evening. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. A good continental breakfast was served on a tray on the terrace across the way from the hotel. Pre-dinner drinks were available on the roof terrace. The town was a delightful surprise and the hotel was more than equal to this. I am just thinking of an excuse to go there again.

I recently stayed at Casa Aura and had an amazing experience! The hotel is nestled in the heart of beautiful Vejer, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are tastefully decorated, blending modern comfort with traditional charm. The staff were warm and welcoming, making sure every detail was taken care of. The rooftop terrace is peaceful and offers a great view. I highly recommend it!

Casa Aura is a lovely little boutique hotel. Great location, the beautifully restored historic property with a lot of character and stunning views over the surrounding countryside. We loved Vejer de la Frontera and we loved staying in this beautiful casa. We will be back for sure! :)

Had a great stay in a three bedroom villa which was over two floors and had a lovely private pool. It had everything you would need including oven, microwave, toaster etc and a safe for your valuables along with off road private parking. The garden was well maintained and the pool area had loungers, also an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. Walking distance to the marina with restaurants and shops. Wifi was a bit patchy, and cut off a few times during our stay in villa number 23, but was fixed when it was reported.

Would have preferred a bigger choice of snack options on lunch menu - more choice of sandwiches and rolls. You don’t want a main meal for lunch and dinner! The Michelin star restaurant only serves fish with a choice of 2 tasting menus. Would have liked an a la carte menu and some meat options. If you want to eat in the a la carte restaurant book before you arrive, it was full on the Saturday night when we arrived. Great hotel, lovely location next to the beach, would return.

The Gran Melia was beyond amazing. The breakfast buffet was spectacular with unlimited selections. The room was impeccable, the pool grounds breathtaking. The restaurant and lounge fantastic, food, drinks and service. We are telling our friends when they visit southern Spain to book the Gran Melia.

I had an amazing stay at the Meli Sancti Petri. It's a lovely peaceful oasis. The staff is overly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was over the top! I enjoyed the peacefulness of the beaches and pools. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Beautiful hotel with location right on the beach. 2 pools very clean. Nice service in the a la carte restaurant. Very quiet area, not much nearby makes it perfect for a relaxing break. This was my 3rd visit.

The stuff is amazing, the pool is beautifully located overlooking the beach, the restaurants have amazing food, the chiringuito at the beach is great, … I can’t say enough things about this place. A 10/10 choice in Cadiz

We really love this hotel, having stayed twice in the gold level area with a swim up room. The pools are wonderful, having your own swim up pool is lovely. The buffets are really great with plenty of options even for someone with allergies and the onsite restaurant for lunch was also really great, with plenty of very tasty options. We love the location, just step out of the back gate and you're central to all the restaurants, shops, cafes and bars that you need. This is certainly our hotel of choice in Tenerife.

Our family enjoyed a week long stay in a Gold Swim up Room and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were brilliant - especially with our children - the food was delicious, the room was perfect and the location of the hotel was wonderful - feeling secluded while it was a stones throw from the beach with good access to the local town. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a getaway in Tenerife!

We have just returned home from 10 lovely nights here. This really is a beautiful hotel which is very calm and relaxing. Whilst there are families there they are families that have chosen a quite calming hotel. We only had B&B but the breakfast was fabulous and the staff lovely. The pools are a lovely temperature and there is always sun loungers at any time of day. My only thing I would suggest is that the smaller pool and spa pool are for adults only. The large pool and children’s pool is ample for families. The spa is worth a visit we enjoyed a very relaxing 2 hours in there. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious. Yes the bathroom is a bit odd but as a married couple it didn’t bother us. If you like to sit on your balcony this may not be the best place for you the balconies are very enclosed and when sat down you can’t see out unless in a glass fronted suit. The bed was firm but comfortable but I would say for 5* the pillows could do with replacing. The rooms are so quiet which was fabulous for someone who is very sensitive to nighttime noise. This really is a fab hotel and we wouldn’t think twice about returning if the price was right.

We found this hotel to be a really chilled place to stay. The rooms were lovely and very clean with a very big comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food. Loved how they catered to those with food allergies. Found the price of drinks round the pool very reasonable for Ibiza but the food although it was really tasty we felt was a bit expensive. The pool area was very nice and we always got a sun lounger where we wanted as it wasn’t too full of people. We found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stop at OD Talamanca again.

The whole experience was great. Only 2 small points to make: 1. The room service breakfast was a bit cold 2. Maybe the pool bar staff could visit the guests poolside for drink orders, I'm sure your orders/revenue would increase.

Absolutely loved this hotel: - stylish, comfortable and spacious - incredible breakfast (where they can also cook to order!) the quality of the food was amazing (we also ate at the hotel restaurant for lunch) - proximity to ferry port is fantastic (7-8min car ride) - early check in was appreciated - great pool and facilities - concierge very helpful with organizing ferry tickets to formentera My only critique would be for the front of house staff to be a little bit more informative about the hotel and area, e.g. "have you been to Ibiza before? Do you know much about our hotel" and then to offer this info. Further, our friends had flown in and had their luggage lost by the airline. Only because this hotel excelled in every other area, it would have been greatly appreciated if they perhaps offered to call the airline (given the Spanish/english language barrier) and ask if they could assist with anything. Otherwise, I will absolutely stay here again as if ticked all the boxes - perfect for an adult getaway!

Just returned with my family of four from at the Aparthotel Nova Sancti resort. The apartments are part of the Barceló Sancti Petri resort and as such, we had access to all the hotel facilities. The hotel has three outdoor pools and one indoor pool that are perfect for the children. The hotel has a gym, a two restaurants serving great food at reasonable prices for a five star hotel, many bars for drinks and snacks, a shop, a irish themed pub and even a disco. We stayed in a luxury two bed, self catered apartment on the second floor with a sun terrace that had a hot tub, barbecue area and sun beds. The views from the terrace were spectacular and we made a point of watching the sun set every evening. The apartments were tastefully decorated with two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment was ideal for our purpose and felt luxurious without being over the top. The weather was in the mid twenties all week & sunny which was pleasing given it was the last week in October and allowed us to make use of the pools everyday or wander down to the beach which was a five minute stroll away. If you like a thoroughly quiet family holiday in a first class setting, this is the place for you. It was outstanding.

Nice resort. Not very crowded at all when we were there. Beach was packed, but resort is gated and fenced so never any issues at pools. Kind of an odd set up that the condos aren't exactly part of the hotel but use the same amenities. We had a 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo and it was huge. Plenty of space for family of 5. Very nice kitchen with large fridge, oven and stove. Only one small tv which was a bit odd. Pools were well maintained and no fighting over pool chairs like happens in some resorts :) Pretty deserted area so you need a car. Beaches were crowded on weekend, but pretty deserted early in am and after sunset.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in early July. The apartments are very well kept, spotlessly clean, very spacious and well kitted out. We were 2adults with 2 young children and it felt very safe and secure. The resort is quite big but tastefully designed with beautifully landscaped grounds. We opted for the bed & breakfast option with the apartment so we had breakfast in the hotel each morning (less than 5 mins walk). Breakfasts were super - everything you could want and very well stocked & replenished throughout the morning rush. Staff very helpful and efficient. Kids pool is great with a big slide (although no shallow end) so prob more suited to older children. Right next to kids pool is a lovely little playground & the kids club. The beach next to hotel is really beautiful and very clean. We felt somewhat limited in food options in the evening on site (although we hadn't quite adjusted our children's eating time to those of the Spanish!). We used our car almost every day to eat out in the evening so I would recommend a car for this resort. Some fabulous little eateries in the picturesque village of Conil - La Mejorana (Calle Cadiz, Conil) was a little gem we found. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations, the staff were very friendly and we would certainly go back.

We had a three bedroom apartment which was huge! Very well equipped and nicely decorated and furnished. It was great having the space and privacy whilst having the full use of the hotel services and grounds. We've stayed in some great hotels over the years but the grounds of the Barcelo are the prettiest we've seen. Beautifully landscaped and felt like a real oasis. There was a good choice of pools, none of which were ever busy and there was no issue with getting a subbed (bliss!). The hotel is probably 90% Spanish guests (at least) and we decided that this was why there wasn't an issue with sun beds. The Spanish get up much later (most weren't heading to the pool until at least mid day) and stay up much later, as a result the restaurants aren't busy either until 10pm ish. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was delicious, bar service efficient. All in all we couldn't fault this hotel and will definitely return.

BARCELO Sancti Petri Apartments were truly spacious and luxurious...a great set up. Self catering suits us as a family and here we got to take advantage of all the 5 * facilities. The hotel boasts 5 outdoor and 3 luxurious indoor pools.We had two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a huge wrap around terrace with stunning views of pool/gardens/sea. Tge underground parking was also a real bonus.If you decide to stay here, a car is essential as there are no food shops within walking distance. Nothing really in Sancti Petri apart from golf and hotels. Make sure you visit Vejer de la Frontera...it is beautiful.

Nice resort style hotel. Excellent pool. Close to zahara. Decent gym. Breakfast great. A couple of annoying things: 1. Parking cost 20 euro per day. This is a lot in my opinion. Plenty of parking options just outside of the hotel. No one mentioned the cost of parking to us on arrival. 2. Costs of drinks at the bar. A tiny bottle of water and a soft drink was 7.40. Feels expensive. The have “special” beds around the pool that are almost always empty yet they are taking a lot of prime space. Personally I am not a big fan of dividing hotel guests into different classes when all staying in the same hotel. But for some this might be a plus. Those are small things. Overall the hotel is lovely and rooms are decent size and the facilities are very good

Absolutely beautiful and well kept property, with a lively pool and huge beach stretching far along the shore. The town nearby is cute. The staff is friendly and food is delicious. Rooms are large. We would love to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay at 7Pines Resort. Close to very pretty beaches. Pool area is very enjoyable with cool music. Breakfast had a great selection of options both buffet and a la carte. Car parking was easy right outside our villa. Everything was kept very clean. Only downside was poolside dining was fairly expensive and we had a slightly unhelpful pool attendant who did not help us when we lost something. But other than that, highly recommend staying there and wish we were still there!

The property is stunning. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. You also have 3 pools to choose from. We had kids, so had to use the Laguna pool which is great. The main infinity pool is beautiful.

All in all a fabulous chilled Ibiza break.

My kids and I absolutely loved this posada. The room was spacious and very well equipped. Terrific bathroom and veranda overlooking the pool. Staff were great, resolving a few small problems promptly and efficiently. The location is terrific, with views of the roofscape of Jerez, especially its very interesting churches.

A great place to stay, exactly where you want to be in Town, merely yards from the Plaza de España, the heartbeat of Jerez de los Caballeros. Really friendly helpful staff, easy check-in & out procedure, satisfactory breakfasts also available too. Even a Pool if required, with great sunbeds in place. We will definitely return one day, thank you to all there!

A sensational find on our driving tour of Spain. Rural luxury. Room and facilities were excellent and the lunch, dinner and breakfast were excellent value. I especially enjoyed the way breakfast was served. It offered none of the usual Buffet style that is served in hotels but a more eco and less waste approach. The pool was stunning with amazing views towards the lake and valley. We watched numerous eagles fly over. We would return definitely if we are in that area again.

The rooms were exceptional, we liked the terrace ability outside especially as my husband is in a wheelchair. As a wheelchair user he had full autonomy of where he could access, the people are amazing, helpful and kind. The chef was fabulous, and the piña colada was to die for and I couldn't get enough of them. The swimming pool was stunning snf the view is second to none. Reasonable prices for everything including the treatments

Where do you start or even stop. The drive to the location & the view of the lake is beautiful. The hotel itself is feature of modern architecture- the small chic reception the olive tree atrium invite you in. The layout is originally open plan adorned with bespoke furniture & artwork. Step outside the by fold doors to be met by the most spectacular views - infinity pool, smart patio furniture & plenty of well positioned loungers - amazing 🤩

This is a modern build hotel with floor to ceiling windows yet preserves at it's entrance the rural Spanish style. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking near empty hill and a reservoir with the small white city of Calera in the distance. Gorgeous.

Our suite was at the top of an old building set in lovely gardens. A generous spacious set of rooms, bedroom (with terrace0, sitting and bathroom, well equipped and charming. The views across the medieval rooftops and the gardens were special. It felt like our own private medieval castle. Heated pool was great. Staff couldn't do more to help. Everything you needed provided form bath gel to pool towels, hairdryer and mini bar. Quiet, beautiful countryside. A good breakfast provided and taken outside where squadrons of swallows swooped overhead and finches chattered in the bushes was a delight. Plenty of sightseeing within a short distance, from stunning archaeological sites to seaside resorts.

It is situated in a medieval village and its location is magical. It is quiet and you see only nature around it. The hotel is behind walls, so it truly feels like a hidden gem. It has a nice kept garden with two pools. We arrived with our two dogs, which was easy and uncomplicated. Outside the hotel you can find lots of green walks. A great place to explore many sights and the coast. Important to mention the kindness and patience we encountered when we arrived. We arrived in the dark and I made the mistake not to read the hosts email before arrival, so I took the wrong turn and got stuck in the medieval village due to its VERY narrow streets. It is only made for very small cars . Don't do the same mistake and do not drive into the village with your car. There is another easy way around the village!! I called the hotel and the manager came down to help us while other villagers tried to help me to set back out of the village, which was a very stressful and long undertaking. Once out I was upset about it all, but the manager stayed kind, calm and helpful and helped me to distress. Thank you again.

Woke in the morning to a beautiful location, the photographs don’t do it justice, such a quiet, still location. Breakfast, in fact all food, lovely, taste, pallet, wine, such options!! We had the taster menu, compliments to the whole team…. Wonderful!!! Lazy by the pools, hot tubs, cocktails brought to you, lunch light snacks, healthy smoothies, we worked our way through the menu in the short 4 days we were there, all great tasting!! The SPA…….. where to start, massage, relax, chill, embrace all the natural elements, every experience was so memorable. Staff so wonderful!!! The SPA cannot be missed, we spent most days in there doing something, the waters are definitely healing. Every need was met, lockers, drinks, snacks, left alone, the facility explained, the history, beautiful place. Diner by the pool, topped off the stay. The visit was part of a number of locations for our honeymoon, leaving Paris to come here was the best decision. Diner in Paris was amazing, but a sunset diner by the infinity pool topped it off!! Thank you. The beach….private, quiet, the lodge, shower, toilet refreshments all looked after in the private house. The water was amazing!! 5* location xxx

This hotel has to be experienced to believe how totally rejuvenating it can be. The photos on the site just do not convey enough the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation that you can enjoy here. The separate outdoor jacuzzis and daybeds that are dotted about the grounds allow you to laze in comfort. Two calm pools with more than enough loungers to go round. Breakfast is excellent and eating outdoors is a great way to start the day. The spa pool is refreshing and the gym provides just the right amount of equipment to keep you active.

Fontsanta is a calm and relaxing environment, set in beautiful surroundings. The junior suite boasts private terrace and jacuzzi. The pools are clean and were always quiet when we visited at the start of June. The staff are warm and welcoming, on hand throughout our stay. The spa was also quiet during our visit, allowing for sole use of saunas and thermal pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet offered everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you for a delightful stay, we will definitely return soon.

We loved Fontsanta. Amazing food and breakfast ! Loved the fact there is two pools so you dont feel like you are on top of each other. Fab beach next door called Es Trenc which gets packed every day but worth the clear crystal waters. Loved the thermal spa within the hotel, really clean and luxurious always quiet which we loved you felt like you had it to yourself and my skin looked amazing after doing the healing water spa every day for four days clear up any spots i had !! The rooms - we had to move around a bit, junior suite night 1 was lovely bould we could hear the suite behind talking in their bedroom at night and when they flushed the loo :( Night two we were in a room in the external block with upstairs and downstairs rooms. DO not book the downstairs rooms if you are noise sensitive as `i heard loos flushing and chairs being dragged across the floor upstairs and actually the second night in that room the upstairs room had a flood so we had water coming through the ceiling spot lights flowing into the bathroom sink luckily. We moved rooms the next day as I found the room too noisy plus it now smelt damp and we moved to an upstairs room which was so much brighter and no noise issue at all. The staff were lovely and very helpful but i think they need more staff when you check out as was little bit of a wait to check out !

This is the most amazing place you can stay in Mallorca. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, very polite, always with a YES attitude. It's located in a privilidge place, next to one of the most iconic beaches in the island (Es Trenc). It has private parking, so no worries of where to leave your rented car. Ammenities are unreal - great pool areas with jacuzzis all over the place, amazing sunsets views. When it comes to the food it was top quality. For breakfast you had a huge variety of local food, plus an ample hot menu you can order. When it comes to dinner, they have also a good variety dishes to choose from with amazing quality all of them. Our room was big and very clean, with top notch design and great taste. Actually the entire interior building looks like a museum. The cherry on top of the icing was the spa with their natural waters and their wide range of massages and relaxing rooms. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Everything was perfect! The host, Maria, is incredibly sweet and caring for her guests, she answered our questions and helped us out whenever we needed. She works very hard and we are very grateful. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. The bed gets made, towels replaced, and the room got mopped, which was great! The whole team is honestly great. The restaurant and breakfast provided plenty of choices and the food was fantastic. The pool is very large and at times was basicly a private pool. It also provides plenty of space to tan, or to chill in the shade if wanted. If we could give more than a 10/10, we would! We very much recommend this hotel.

What can we say, the most fabulous time at this little heavenly place. Helped enormously by the fantastic host Maria- she works her socks off to make sure guests are having a great time and everything is perfect for them. She makes the holiday and we are so very grateful for her wonderful hospitality. Our room was gorgeous, exposed Mallorcan stone and the most comfortable bed- the combination of the silence of the place and this bed, best sleeps ever! The pool area was so peaceful, plenty of bird song, flowers and very relaxing. It is a place where guests are incredibly respectful of each others space and the peace and quiet that surrounds you. It’s exactly how it should be and likely to be the reason so many guests have come back so many times - we met some lovely people during our stay from Germany, France and Italy. We ate at the restaurant many times over our two week stay and the food was wonderful of course topped off by Maria’s fabulous attention to our every need! This is a hotel that couples will absolutely love. It’s a heavenly place to totally unwind and if you want the beach, well that’s not too far away either. We can totally recommend catching the very cheap bus from Llucmajor to Palma- the city is beautiful and the tapas at the market, outstanding! Thanks so much Maria for an amazing holiday, we will definitely be back. Don’t delay, book this hotel, you will be so glad you did!

Lovely room, spotless, private terrace. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Lovely swimming pool. Beautiful surroundings. Helpful staff. If I came again, and I would like to, I would probably hire a car. It's a beautiful spot but a bit difficult to get to. We were reliant on taxis for every trip. But I was only here for a short time to attend a wedding, so didn't want to have a car just for two days.

Maria the receptionist was absolutely amazing, bent over backwards to fulfill all our needs and more. The hotel is amazing and exactly what you would expect from a 4 star establishment. Great swimming pool and spa 👌. Breakfast was astonishing alot of choice . Highly recommended. Great place to wind down and relax.

We've visited a number of accomodations but Bennoc Petit Hotel was the best. Maria is the best host, friendly, happy to help, fluent in all languages. They offer great breakfast with wide choice for all tastes. Swimming pool was clean and the rooms spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Can Ferrereta is truly a gem. The quality of the property, experience, and staff exceeded that of other stays in more expensive properties in Mallorca. The hotel was a highlight of our stay and we look forward to returning in the future. Things to know: The spa includes a small sauna and steam room as well as an indoor pool but note, the pool is not heated. In early October, the outdoor pool was frigid but refreshing. On a sunny day, the pool area was completely full but the hotel was quiet and tranquil. The staff are friendly and kind. Valet parking is €30/day. The village of Santanyi is quiet at night but very alive on Saturday and Wednesday which are local market days. The beach in Santanyi is pleasant.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Santanyi and as soon as you enter to the lobby you will find yourself in a luxury oasis of peace. The hotel is brand new and they have done an excellent job of renovating with a minimal cool mediterranean design for the interior. The breakfast is served à la carte and the food is really good…same great quality also for the pool bar and the restaurant for dinner. The swimming pool area is really beautiful and it’s a perfect place to chill during the afternoon. The staff is young and very careful to meet all your needs. As the hotel is quite new, there are obviously some problems that have yet to be resolved, which for sure they will solve quickly. - the courtyard, where the breakfast is served, at the moment is without sun umbrellas, so at the morning was a bit a competition to have the few tables in the shade. - if the hotel is full (like when we were there) there are not enough sun beds at the pool area, so also there, if you don’t get the beds in the early morning you need to wait few hours before to have one. (not all the couple of beds have their own umbrella) - the last row of sun beds where placed in some little gardens but it was always full of mud on the floor! In any case we loved this hotel and we hope to come back soon!

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception, valet parking, breakfast, beach pool bar, SPA, dinner, and housekeeping, for our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. The sunbeds are so soft, the attention to detail to have extra large pool towels is wow. Great food all round with reasonable prices on the premises. Good location for key beach attractions and in the end not that far from Palma. The pool is gorgeous. Facilities top. Ultra comfy hotel. Simply an oasis. Equally, the small touches of giving you water and towels for the beach was great.

We visited Can Ferrereta for 4 nights following our wedding ceremony in Palma. We rented a car from the airport and the hotel is approximately 45 minutes drive from central Palma, but closer to 35 to the airport - we parked at a local free car park in Santanyi throughout our stay with no issue (5 minute walk to hotel). We loved the minimalist and slick decor of the hotel, which was surprisingly big once you were inside given the street size of Santanyi. There is a great pool area with plenty of beds to choose from, right next to the bar where you can order drinks and lunch snacks. Adjacent to the pool is the spa (also has an indoor pool) and gym - we used both of these facilities during our stay and were very happy with them. We were very happy with the room itself - which was large and felt well arranged, with a TV you were able to cast to, an espresso coffee machine, and large dispensers for creams and shower gels etc. The breakfast buffet was quite typical for a hotel of this size, but we felt the a la carte menu elevated the overall breakfast experience with some great options. We did not have dinner at the hotel but instead visit some of the many local restaurants, most of which are located within a 10 minute walking distance. We highly recommend Can Ferrereta for a stay in Santanyi, service and quality was high throughout our stay and there were no faults to report.

Beautiful hotel. If you love and appreciate good design you’ll feel spoilt. The attention to detail from lighting to art to even the light switches is outstanding. We were in room 5 with a little gate and front garden. Room was large and very comfortable.staff are highly professional, calm and organised. The pool area is just stunning. Largely couples when we were there. Very very quiet around pool. Suited us perfectly but possibly not an ideal choice for a group of friends . Food excellent as mentioned in other reviews. We used the gym which again is ultra luxurious. Local town is lovely with good choice of restaurants and lots of interior shops!
