Absolutely stunning estate with an impressive garden full of tropical plants, and even living creatures such as parrots, tortoises, frogs, and a cat;) (our kids were delighted, as well as us). And a swimming pool surrounded by palms and cactuses. Very well-kept property with attention to detail. Private but close to the beaches and interesting points to visit. For those who worry about presence of insects - the windows have nets, so you can let the air in:). The house has even more than we needed, fully equipped:). The living room has AC unit, while (beautiful) bedrooms have fans. When we finally got to the house after a long trip to Croatia, we were greeted by the wonderful owners with fresh bread, ham and cheese - we are very grateful for that:). They also prepared a self-made guide where to go, what to see, etc., which was fantastic during our stay! If we could put 100 points for the stay, we would definitely do it, but unfortunately we can only give 10:). Thank you Kate and Ante for your hospitality!:)

This place is off the charts for beauty! The host couple spent 12 years planting a beautiful tropical paradise complete with 9 parakeets and love bird singing their songs while you relax in the tastefully designed inside or outside veranda or pool area. The owners greeted us on arrival with a bottle of wine and cold-cuts and cheese plate and were friendly and warm. The inside was decorated with all sorts of art work that created a spiritual space that made us feel at home. What a nice find away from the over-crowded city of Split yet close to Trogir and the beaches. We did day trips out from here to Split, Trogir, Primosten and Sibenik. The area restaurants suggestions from the orientation book were spot on. The book had a language pronunciation guide which was helpful along with emergency phone numbers and recommendations for all sorts of things. Out of the 13 places we stayed in Croatia, this tied with first place. Go there and get renewed!

Absolutely gorgeous, a wonderful tropical paradise. The gardens are fantastic, filled with beautiful plants, frogs, birds, insects and terrapins. Great view of the night sky too. The house is beautifully furnished, the beds very comfortable, the aircon keeps the whole villa cool and the pool is just the right size for cooling down after a long, hot, day. It's the extra things that make a real difference - really made to feel welcome when we arrived, with the meat and cheese platter, the wine, all the little extras in the fridge, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and even insect repellent (which you need for Croatia!). We were even given a huge supply of delicious pancakes part way through the week. The villa is a great base for exploring the surrounding area by car, with excellent public transport to Trogir and Split just a 15 minute walk away. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We LOVED everything, most beautiful, colourful house in a great location. So unique, special and full of character. We loved spending time by the pool and eating dinner in the outside eating area. The garden was magical and you can see a lot of love and creativity has gone in to the home to make it feel so cosy. Kate and Ante were the best hosts, so friendly and we especially enjoyed trying their home made rakija. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back again. Big hugs The Emma’s and Jay 😊

We had high expectations but the property totally exceeded! clean, modern, comfortable, handy to local shops, restaurant and beach. and Ivana went over and above to help me arrange a birthday cake. Nothing not to like and 100% recommend!

We were welcomed by the owner and his family. We very much appreciated that the transfer from and to the airport was included in the price (no additional fees). The owners let us check in 6 hours earlier. They gave us a tour around the house, and they had prepared a welcome basket, which was really sweet. Everything was clean and tidy, and we immediately felt at home and the hospitality. I appreciated that communication with the owners was fast, and we could ask them anything. The pool was amazing, and the house had an air conditioner, which was useful, considering the heat outside. The beaches were only a 20-minute walk away, and the city centre was 15 minutes away by bus. This was an experience I've never felt before, and definitely raised my accommodation standards. I recommend this beautiful accommodation, owned by a very sweet and nice family to everybody coming to Split, Croatia.

This spacious, brand new appartment is an oasis at the outskirts of Split. We shortened our day trips to rather stay at the pool. Though, a rafting trip is a must. The appartment is fully stocked with all necessary supplies. A large supermarket is located a 5 minutes walk away. The beach about 10 min. The hosts are practically perfect. We had the best time.

The host was such a nice lady, we could ask her about everything, she helped us. There is literally nothing we found bad.

It was very good accommodation , about 5 minutes to sea. All description in offer is true. Good plus is swimming pool, grill, place for game children, gym, but was very hot and I didn't go gym. In room was working air conditioner. Near with accommodation Your have small supermarket Penny, Kaufland Trogir on car about 10 minutes.

I had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the price was absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location, 10 minutes walk to little seaside village of Kastela, 10-15 minutes drive by car to Trogir, several supermarkets in surrounding area. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

The Villa was perfect. Excellent outdoor pool and safe and private yard for sunbathing, table-tennis and just for chilling. Place for two cars parking inside, nice balconies and jacuzzi. Inside was plenty of room for our 8 person group to eat and cook and spend time together. Just perfect house. Location was great, it is near the airport and supermarkets and local village restaurants by the sea are in walking distance.

We all thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Villa Andrijana. It has beautiful settings throughout. Swimming pool was so welcoming after a day out in the heat. Boys really enjoyed the game room. Host was so friendly and helpful, can not fault anything really.

Experience a pleasant stay with a friendly owner, great facilities, including a swimming pool and whirlpool. Just 1km from the beach, it's excellent value for money.

The owners were amazing and very helpful. They actually live in the place during winter and rent it out during summer, so the property feels very homy. The place is very clean and spacious. You’d get all the facilities a rental accomodation would have to offer. The only thing to keep in mind is that the local streets around split and i think croatia in general are quite narrow so you need to carefully navigate your car when getting into the property and out. I’d 100% recommend this property. Thanks again to the lovely owners and their hospitality.

Will miss the morning cuppas overlooking the pool and mountains. The house had all facilities and amenities and many extras including a sauna and outside kitchen. Marina was lovely, so helpful and so accommodating. All was great for our first stay in Croatia. The villa is close to Split and Podstrana and many other areas worth visiting are easily accessible from here. We visited Trogir, Kastela, Omis, Split (on several occasions), Podstrana, boat trip to the Underwater Museum and islands, as well as Plitvice lakes and waterfalls from here.

We absolutely LOVED this place! The house itself is so well done, super stylish and very home like. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you could think of, which is great if you like to cook like we do, and there is a coffee machine! The view from the pool, living area and main bedroom/balcony is stunning, and you feel quite secluded and not overlooked at all. We loved the sauna too, and the wood fired oven cooked our fish to perfection!! Marina and her husband were the best hosts we have ever come across, so helpful and friendly; from the moment of booking to our departure. It was our first holiday with our five month old baby and they really helped us to have a special time even though we couldn't get out that much. A lot of people have said that a car is essential but we used local buses, UBER and BOLT who all operate in the area, with no problem at all. Local restaurants were quite good too. Couldn't recommend staying here highly enough.

The pool and the view were amazing! The kitchen was well stocked and great appliances. Comfortable beds, unique and interesting decor. Beautiful garden and plants everywhere. We didn’t use the outdoor kitchen and sauna but they were very cool to have. Off road parking and electric gate made us feel secure. Marina was welcoming and very helpful, and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property. A real home from home. Pool is better than the photos. A good size and depth throughout. Can swim and kids can play. Outdoor cooking facilities are the best I've ever used with a proper wood fired grill/oven. Air con throughout and loads of space.

The house is absolutely beautiful! The photos do not do it justice! The views from the pool area are out of this world. Honestly cannot recommend a better place to stay.

The property looks exactly like it’s photos and was wonderful, we could not fault it. All amenities were there and Marco our host could not do enough for us, from cleaning the pool daily (before we awoke) and carrying out the appropriate hygiene checks (chlorine content etc) and delivering top ups to the free oils and fortified wines he kindly left for us. He even offered to empty our bins for us and take us shopping for the best local meats for the barbecue! The wife tells me that I must also mention that the property was spotlessly clean!

Very nice and helpful hosts. Answered all the questions we had, also gave some recomendations. Hosts also helped with tasty and fresh fish with delivery to door. Excellent outside area with all needed facilities. All equipment was shining like brand new. Olive tree garden with pool is just amazing. Very cozy and beautiful. Easy to find shadow to hide from sun. Also very nice stoned arbor, excelent place for evening drinks. The area itself is very quiet with friendly people around. Amazing place for vacation with family or friends.

Excellent, just excellent! The villa is beautiful, stylishly furnished, clean and well equipped. The garden and the pool area are beautiful and the pool big enough to swim. The beach is near and a supermarket and a bakery just around the corner. There are also many restaurants in the village. It is easy to get to Split, an Uber costs under 10 euros, but there is also a bus stop near and that costs only 2 euros. Special thanks to our smiling and helpful hostess who was there to welcome us and to her charming mother who came to check us out. This place was just worth of every penny, highly recommended!

Immaculate villa hosted by the amazing Zana who couldn’t have been more helpful. Supplying local information and even some essential shopping as we were arriving late. The villa is spotless with every home comfort provided. The pool is lovely to cool off in and the beach is 5 minutes walk away as are supermarkets, bakery, bars and restaurants. The property is less than 20 minutes drive to beautiful Split where there is plenty to see and do including the stunning Diocletian Palace. There is a bus stop on the road and an Uber is only €10 if you haven’t hired a car. We also travelled up the coast to Zadar that is well worth a visit and took a ferry from Split to the gorgeous island of Brac. Thoroughly recommend booking this villa to enjoy a fabulous holiday in Croatia

The villa is so spacious, and spotless clean! The location is so convenient to the beach and local restaurants and supermarkets. We got 5 adults and 1 baby. There are every thing we need, baby high chair and baby cot. All the rooms are spacious, layout is very good. The private heated pool is so nice and we enjoyed it a lot! There are many grapes in the garden, we also enjoyed them! The host is super friendly and nice! She communicated with us so quickly and answered all the questions. In the end, she also asked me how do I find my stay, I told her it is truly beyond my expectations, and it is best villa we stayed so far!

Zana is a dream host and her house was just perfect, our home away from home. It has everything we could possibly need to be comfortable. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped. The beds are huge and comfy and we also found the beautiful wardrobes very useful. It was nice not having to live out of our suitcase. The aircon units are easy to use great as it was very warm during our stay. We particularly loved hanging out in the gardens and dip in the pool which was a great! Zana, i will never forget how you went out of your way to help me personally. Thanks for everything, we look forward to coming back.

The Villa, Split and the host Andreas we're all amazing! We had a warm welcome to the facilities with taxi rides and activities sorted by Andreas. When needed, he was a text message away helping us with the city and our wishes. The Villa itself is clean and equipped with great facilities. Every bedroom had a bathroom and a shower of their own which was also great for a group of 8. Everything went smooth and this Villa and Andreas really made our trip even better than what we could've imagined.

Other than the comms beforehand the place was excellent for a family stay. On the beach with a private pool. Three large ensuite bedrooms. Really well laid out and very well kept with a barbecue on the terrace. In terms of location it's quite good. 20 mins from split airport but not under the flight path. There's a little port 15 mins walk with a few bars and restaurants and a ferry service to split and Trogir. In the other direction theres a shop and beach bar 5 mins walk away.Trogir is a beauty of a town 15 mins drive away where boat trips a market etc. can be found. The only issue with the location is the lack of pavements so not ideal for pushchairs.

Everything was great except on the description it stated no “direct” access to the pool where it should have simply stated no pool as the pool was only for other suites. Pictures of pool were all over the description.

Property was excellent condition, really tidy and clean. Apartment manager Neven was really helpful and contactable with any queries. Parking was easy. Didn't realise swimming pool was unheated. Access to beach from apartment great. Well stocked kitchen with brilliant coffee machine.

The Appartement is new and everything was perfect and clean. The direct beach access was wonderful and the communication easy.

The stay in the villa was very successful. The lady owner is very nice and helpful. The location of the Villa is ideal - to the nearest beach by walk is only 20minutes, in the immediate area there are cafes, a large market Tommy open until 24 all week, MCDonald. To the center is about 40 minutes walk, cab about 10minutes. Very close is also a bus stop, but we moved by Uber around the city(to the beach 5euro, to the center 10). The villa itself is very spacious, nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, you can actually cook anything there. The pool is great, we spent a lot of time in it. The barbecue area is also there, along with all the things you need. There is actually nothing to complain about, only that we were too short :D And the owner's dog is very cute!

A group of seven of us travelled to this property in Split for 5 nights. Our stay was amazing. The villa was great - a perfect size for our group. The pool was amazing and the villa was full of everything we needed. There was a supermarket and a McDonald’s only 5 minutes walk away from the villa. The town is about a 10 minute drive away, which was very convenient as Uber was easy to use and affordable. The host, Jelena , was so friendly and accommodating. She was prompt in answering any questions and she made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable :) We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Split

Fantastic villa, very modern and clean, 2 rooms have self contained flats within them so can have privacy, including a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Amazing views of Split over the sea, airport in sight but not noisy, could see the planes land and take off. Tucked away at the top a steep hill, would recommend not to walk it unless you really have to, but worth the view.

The locatioan were also excellent, with plenty of good resturants nearby. The service was honestly incredible. The hosts were always available, quick to respond and genuinely really kind people. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner prepared and served by the host. A fantastic local meal that we would highly recommend trying.

It was perfect time. Beautiful villa with pool, great location, close to Split, coffee bars and shops around. Very clean and high quality. Wonderful friendly owners. We will come again for sure ! I recommend!

This villa was quaint with some very unique traditional features which had been cleverly incorporated with modern facilities. The family who own it were very helpful - always on hand with recommendations or support without being intrusive.

Lovely spot with spacious accommodation and a large plot with pool, table tennis table and putting area. There is also a large lawn with 2 goal posts which is ideal for children or adults to kick a ball around. Gordan our host was excellent and communicated with us both before and during our stay to check everything was ok.

It was the best stay we had with booking. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Petar and his family. They showed us the house and left in the fridge some drinks and also some chocolate on the table. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the house is big enough for 8. It is well equipped in every room and very clean. We enjoyed the barbecue and ate outdoor whenever we could. The water in the pool is clean and warm (heated) so we could swim even early May. We also enjoyed playing table tennis with the kids in the backyard after spending the day visiting around. One day when we came back from visiting Hvar, we found on the table a gift from our hosts: a bottle of local red and white wine they produce. We loved it. As it was not enough they also gifted us at the end of the stay with a bottle of olive oil and white wine they produce too. To finish, we really enjoy the location. landscape around is beautiful, it’s quite, there is a small supermarket 2min from the house and bigger ones not far away by car. it’s also very close from cetina river rafting departures (30min by car). Everything was perfect. Thank you! Merci!

This was definitely the best holiday in Croatia we've had so far. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owners Petar and Kate, such a lovely couple, always happy to help with anything you need. The villa is absolutely amazing. It‘s very spacious and spotless, very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Air-conditioning in every room, fast WiFi, big bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen providing more that you will need for your cooking. The pool is heated and great fun. Big enough to have a decent swim but not too big to worry about your children. Solar heated shower was useful even when we came back from beaches. There is plenty of sitting area and barbecue outside and the table tennis, double swing and trampoline to entertain the little ones. Parking space is so big that you can turn car around and would easily fit 4 cars. The location is fantastic. Very relaxing with lots of privacy. It's about 20 minutes drive from Split and 15 minutes from Omiš and beautiful beaches. An absolut highlight of our holiday was the owner's cat Teo. Very cuddly and so playful. There were tears from our kids when we were leaving. Thank you Petar and Kate for this great holiday.

Everything was great. Villa was well equiped, really clean and it has everything and more than we needed. Omiš is 10 minutes away, which is great. Split is 20 minutes drive away so it is actually really good location. The hosts was really kind and helpfull. Villa had great wifi connection. We were two families of four(4 adults and 4 kids) and we had more than enough room, bathrooms,... pool is really nice, big size, we had bbq outside, table tennis, trampolin. Also you have all the peace in the world and privacy is 100%. I would really recommend it and i really hope we will visit again next year.

This was, without any doubt, one of the best houses we had ever stayed on during our holidays. It is on an excellent location just 5-minute walk from the old town center as well as 5-minute walk from the beaches. On the other side, the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, right next to Marjan Park Forest where you can take a 10-min hike to see the breath-taking view of the City of Split. The place was super clean, house had everything that we needed and the owners were great, always available for responding questions and super responsive with us every step of the way. They even helped us to set up tours and transfers. The outdoor area is a real paradise with a fantastic pool, children's playground, garden full of different flowers and trees and a lounge with a beautiful sea view. Having a free parking in the shadow and a private pool on such a location its a real luxury. I strongly recommend for everyone planing to spend holidays in the charming town of Split.

It was amazing vacation. Long time before, I had a dream to try living in private house near to the sea. We choose this villa and we are 100% sure it was our best decision. We traveled in a group of 5 people: 4 adults and 1 child(3y.o.). This house has enough pleace for all of us, our son had separate room, toys(huge thanks for house owners who has a child too and understand how important it is) and amazing place for plays outdoor. Very comfort swimming pool with stairs on witch my son sat and played with toys. Crystal pure and warm water in swimming pool. House and actually kitchen should have my separate great feedback! it was completely fully equipped and it’s not only about plates and spoons, it’s about really fill that u are at home. All starting from salt, olive oil, pepper …. and to cookies, pasta and rise. I just can’t enumerate goods we hade in kitchen. Actually the same about bathroom and…. it can be very long feedback but the most important advantage is very friendly house owners who always care about us. In the morning we found new toys near swimming pool, when they change laundry they left puzzles for my son and it was sooooo sweet and pleasant!

Villa KaTess was immaculately clean and the perfect size for us - 2 adults and 2 teens. Everything we needed and more was provided. The outdoor space and pool were lovely and peaceful with plenty of areas of shade and loungers to relax on. There was also a nice shaded seating area for meals. The location to Split centre and the beach was great - both 10 mins walk. And the supermarket and bakery were just at the bottom of the road. 3 outstanding things 1. Our flight was about 4 hours delayed so we didnt arrive until 1.30am and Luka was there to welcome us and show us around the house. Kristina had also left some food and drinks in the fridge for us because we arrived so late, which we were very grateful for. 2. There was a quite spectacular and unexpected storm one morning we were there and Luka called to check we were ok and spent the whole morning cleaning up the garden and pool area of the debris that the storm left behind so we could use it again 3. We couldn’t get into our next accommodation until the afternoon and we were able to leave our bags at the house until we wanted to leave. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone visiting Split.

We had a fantastic stay in Villa Ka Tess. The place was immaculately clean. The owners were so thoughtful & considered everything that anyone could need. They were extremely friendly & offered some very good advice on what we could do in Split & information on the surrounding areas. The pool was lovely, again immaculately clean. If we return to Split we will most definitely stay here again. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

This is a beautiful home which was extremely well maintained to a high standard with a Great location 10 minutes walk into old town and 5 minutes from supermarket . Was fully supplied with essential amenities for us . Really loved the nespresso coffee machine the modern ac units in every room and the very clean garden and pool .

The villa was finished to a very high standard throughout. It had everything you could possibly need: a pool, BBQ, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, and excellent balconies on each floor. The owner was extremely helpful, with great communication both before and during our stay. They were flexible with our arrival and departure times, and the welcome bundle of food and drinks was a lovely bonus. Supermarkets, bars, and the beach are all close by, making it a great base for exploring the area. Day trips to Split and Omiš were easy and definitely worth doing.

Beautiful, stylish and wonderful facilities. The owners met us at the property and were as helpful and kind as we could have hoped. The attention to detail was impressive - cold beer and wine and basics in the cupboards, an indoor bbq smoke room; lovely pool; high specification facilities in every room including a games room and gym.

The villa is very spacious and well equipped. The pool area is a lovely place to relax. Our hosts were very generous - nothing was too much trouble. The parking onsite was a bonus!

Beautiful house that has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The owners are so nice and helpful in every way. We even extended the stay with some extra nights,did not want to leave.

So let me tell you, the house is just fabulous! It looks even better than the pictures. It's extremely stylish with luxurious interior all around. Every room is equipped with it's own bathroom and there are ACs everywhere! The pool is huge and it has massage jets and a waterfall and a bunch of water sports toys. The house is equipped with everything you need, even for a big group of people (we were 18). Everything is very well thought through and the owners didn't cheap out on anything. From Miele electronics to a huge JBL Box for music as well as a very professional gym! Ante, our house manager, was extremely helpful and very responsive. We were missing little utensils like batteries and tape and cord for a birthday decoration, and he provided us everything within 30 minutes. Haven't seen this customer support in any other house yet! Also I would like to mention the private Chef (Martin) that we got recommended from the hosts. We ordered him for a bbq for one night and he made the best food and was so nice and professional with us for a very generous price! Dining on that huge outdoor table in front of the pool and with amazing sun down views was one of the best experiences we had at the house. 5/5 all in all, will come back for sure!

A fantastic space for a group of us. Easy access to Trogir, Split and Omis. Lovely communal spaces and great views, we all had a fantastic time and would love to visit again! The hosts were really friendly, great communication leading up to the booking and throughout the stay. There's a bus stop at the bottom of the hill and plenty of parking. All rooms were ensuite and had great views. Thanks so much for a perfect group holiday!

Amazing villa with excellent facilities!! We all used the gym, pool and hot tub and plenty of towels were available for our use. We all felt like this was a home from home and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained without having to go anywhere else! Loads of inflatables to use in the pool along with snorkels for the beach. It was a short walk to the beach and there was a small supermarket close by and a couple of larger ones about 15/20 minute walk away! There is a fantastic bakery just near the beach which we ate breakfast from every day! There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by so lots to do! The hosts were great and made check-in and check-out very easy for us! They were great when the older kids locked us out the top part of the villa and were there quickly with a spare set of keys! The hosts made us a traditional Croatian meal one night which was amazing and the leftovers fed us the next day for lunch too!! I couldn’t recommend this property enough as the views were phenomenal and just the loveliest relaxing holiday had by everyone!

The property was superb. Spacious modern and immaculately clean. It’s so much better than the photograph’s online. We were 2 families 9 in total. Facilities were amazing. The property has 4 floors. Bottom floor gym and garage,next floor 3 bed apartment with 2 shower rooms washing machine. Outdoor eating area and pool. Third floor 3 bed apartment with 2 shower rooms, washing machine. Xbox/ PlayStation room. Second living room which has a pull out sofa. Fourth floor outdoor hot tub and sun loungers. Air conditioning with temperature gauge in every room. Plentiful towels provided for indoor and outdoor pool towels. Hosts were in contact checking we were ok , took us to buy groceries and lots advice restaurants,taxi etc. prepared food for us and left in fridge when we arrived.

A lovely, spacious villa. Beautifully maintained and very well equipped. Divided into two apartments connected by an internal staircase, it was ideal for our family group. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Local beaches, shops and restaurants were easy walk down but note the steep walk back. We took the bus into Split one day. On another day we drove to Omis which has a nice beach and also took a boat trip up the gorge, all very enjoyable.

Everything was perfectly fine. Even better than on the pictures. Really clean house, with everything that you could wish for. The owners are always available if you need them. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone searching for a villa near Split.

The property was absolutely stunning and incredibly clean with just about everything you could ask for. Our family had the best time with easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurant options nearby.

We had such an amazing time at this villa — everything was just perfect. The place is absolutely beautiful and has such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Honestly, we often just wanted to stay in and enjoy the house because it was so cozy and lovely. Our host was super sweet and easy to talk to. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, she was quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything even more comfortable for us. We felt totally at home and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

She even treated us to a delicious Croatian pecka, a culinary highlight of our trip. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home, Villa Podrugovi Dvori is an ideal choice. We highly anticipated our stay in Croatia, but the villa surpassed all of our expectations. Wonderfully peaceful in the mountains, while at the same time nearby Split, Krka National Park, Trogir etc. Pool and the whole area was perfect, home grown fruit and vegs were the icing on the cake. Host Maria was always available to answer any questions within minutes. Thank you, 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay at the Villa Podrugovi Dvori was perfect ten. The villa was clean, its surroundings were amazing and we had everything we needed at the villa. Hosts were hearfelt and responded very fast to every message we sent via whatsapp. We loved the goats and chickens in the neighbour. The fresh vegetables from villas own garden was the icing on the cake. Little stores in 1,2km away, bigger ones (Tommys & Lidl) 4km away. We used rental car and taxis/Uber. We loved our stay and hopefully will come back soon :)

Loved everything about it. House is exactly as in the pictures - modern, squeaky clean and super comfortable. So many areas to relax and enjoy the holidays, we did not leave the house the first day and evening and had a bbq there (there's few grocery stores around). Mirela was fantastic - super welcoming and an amazing host.

Fantastic location you can either chill at the villa or head to the beach, use the bicycles brilliant for getting round about. Bus stop bottom of the road. Mirela was always on hand to offer advice if required

We stayed at this villa for 15 days and loved every minute of it. The entire place was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The private garden was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The pool was great for cooling off and the outdoor dining area gave us a nice break from the sun while still enjoying the outdoors. Boris was fantastic, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, he even gave us a great restaurant recommendation that did not disappoint. Overall we highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

The property is immaculate, well appointed with beautiful decor and facilities. it’s a really comfortable to stay in and a really great location with easy access by car to both Split and Trogir. The pool is lovely too. Boris our host was fantastic, warm, welcoming and understanding. I would stay again for sure!

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The villa was large, clean and great for hosting large groups. It has great cooking facilities and other amenities. The host and his wife even got me a birthday cake which was very much appreciated. It's a beautiful house - much recommended!

Amazing stay and great hosts. The villa was clean, we were lucky enough to check in a bit earlier than planned which was hugely appreciated. Great facilities and great price. 11 of us stayed for 3 nights and we all absolutely loved it!

It was clean, well appointed and the owner was very attentive.

The house worked very well for us, we especially liked the living/kitchen/dining area leading out to the pool as this was great for our family. There are supermarkets within walking distance and the coast is also easy to get to. The pool area is good, it has awnings to provide shade and a large table where we ate each night. Ivan responded quickly to messages.

Great location and pool. Well equipped kitchen, lots of pool towels as extras which was great. Plenty of toilet paper, bedding, cleaning products etc.

Friendly, helpful owner that comes to check on the pool regularly. Complete kitchen, comfortable living room, modern AC in every room. Spacious terrace. Supermarkt (by car) and beach bar / restaurant (by foot) close by.

The house was very nice, the pool was an outstanding part. Communication with the owner of the house was very easy and pleasant.

The house has met all our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults. Tomo welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips for daily shopping and a bakery. Tomo took excellent care of all needs and was always available. Unfortunately, the Internet did not work for us, but this was due to a cable which was damaged during construction work on the road. Again, the host offered us his own homespot. And technicians were one day later on-site to take care of the problem. The pool was clean and towels were provided. The barbecue area is really nice and there was even an extra fridge outside for cold drinks. The house was really lovingly decorated and sensibly equipped. The pictures absolutely correspond to reality. We spent a wonderful vacation, felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Many thanks and best regards

I really liked the pool area. The beds were comfortable. The host did everything he could to make us feel comportable! Short walk to a nice beach and plenty of restaurants.

Lovely house, super near a child friendly beach. Can walk everywhere. Great pool, if a little smaller than it looks in the photos.

Perfect place to stay! It has literally everything what you may need during your vacation. Sea is just 2 minutes walking. Supermarket is about 15 minutes by foot or 5 by bike. Host prepared food, juice and bottle of local vine as welcome gift, so we didn’t have to think about it just after arrival. Highly recommend!

Host was very friendly and even prepared an amazing welcoming food plate.

Thank you so much. It was the most amazing villa with view of the sea from the front and beautiful mountains from the back. The pool is amazing and not at all over looked. There is so much room, and even the outside has a kitchen near the pool. It is only a 15 minute drive into Split and plenty of Uber to pick us up for only 12-euro. Really really loved it here. Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating, especially on our last day when our flight didn't leave until 21:30!

It is a slightly rustic and charming house with good A/C, we kept cool even during a heatwave. There is a natural, well-tended garden where you cannot been seen from the road or any other properties. Great view over the valley and Split/Solin. There is little traffic on the road, and a short drive to downtown Solin. The pool area is secluded and really beautiful. The host is very friendly, trustworthy and helpful. We and the kids had a great time here.
