Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in St. Augustine

Loved the little Casita for a family stay with kids. They loved the private pool, the little fireplace. The staff reached out to make sure our stay is comfortable. My only complaint is the shower pressure is weak.

Excellent location near the beach. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, hot breakfast at our doorstep, holiday decor, very clean, heated private plunge pool. Great parking for our room and for visiting the historic area, all included. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the casita was the peak of romance for our elopement! We loved the private pool, two room set up, ease of parking & breakfast/social hour offerings.

Loved the place. The staff was great. I do have 2 complaints. 1. Booking thru Expedia shows this property having a pool with picture and it does not have a pool. 2. Was suppose to be a quiet place however parties full sending outside our window on our balcony from 3-5 am and no staff on site to be able to do anything about it. The entire floor was not happy.

Our whole stay was exceptional as indicated above. We were a bit confused when first checking the website. We did not know there were other properties. We were lookin g forward to t pool. The only other suggestion we would like to make, is to have coffee makers (Kurig) in the rooms. Again a wonderful experience, would highly recommend and we will return in the next season.

Location is superb. Clean good size rooms. Staff very friendly. Easy check in or out. Balconies all look out to the ocean. Very quiet at night in the entire area. Nice pool and pool area.

Hotel with a beautiful veiw of the ocean, it has been renovated recently it looks like. Loved sitting on our balcony and looking at the ocean, sits across the street from the beach. Nice selection for breakfast, the staff was a pleasure to talk to. Enjoyed talking to the owner who's a fellow Veteran, he is there most days working along side the staff. Cute little pool too. Including pics of pool, veiw from bacony, beach from above and bridge to the main land you drive across getting to hotel.

Hotel rooms all have balconies facing the ocean. Hotel is on the water so you're not looking over other buildings or around corners to see the ocean. Do suggest getting a room on the second or better yet, the third floor for maximum balcony enjoyment. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable and the staff is excellent. Nice pool and very ample parking. This area is very quiet and safe feeling. Short drive to the old town st Augustine, but far enough away where you're not caught up in the hustle bustle.

Third floor rooms have an excellent view of the ocean from a private balcony. The rooms are cute with unique furnishings. The continental breakfast from 8-10 helped keep our budget under control. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The pool is small but does the job when you need to cool off. The owner is friendly and on-site. You don't find too many gems like this anymore.

Everything! The balcony, the shower, the location, the coffee, the pool! I was stunned to see an actual coffee decanter and brew machine during breakfast. I slept under the full moon to the sound of the Atlantic waves with the sliding glass door open during the night. Unforgettable stay.

The location is great! We had the smallest room that has been slammed by many, we loved it. Room 5 is located right by the bar and restaurant entrance. It has a little sitting area outside the room that is enclosed, we did not use it. I think it is for smokers, with the AC exposed, so not very attractive. Our room was small, but perfect for two. It had a sitting area and a little dresser, where you can place your luggage on top. We loved the shower. It had a rainfall faucet that I could have spent hours in, so relaxing. The hotel fee included parking (down the street) 2 drinks each night at the Tini Martini bar, and 2 breakfast coupons up to $15.00 credit at Nero’s until 2:00. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. We were seeing a concert at the amphitheater and Uber was quick and only about $12.00. The hotel is a good deal. It is older, you are in St. Augustine!

This is my second time staying here and I LOVE it!! I am amazed at some of the bad reviews based on size and renovation etc. St Augustine is the oldest city in America. It is HISTORIC. The Old town is an ancient city. I live here by choice. We don’t need certain uneducated tourists bombarding the place and then complaining because they don’t like the bed and breakfast establishments. When a bed and breakfast here does a renovation, they are trying hard not to change anything so the place can retain its original structure and keep its authenticity. This is what makes St Augustine special and beautiful. If you don’t like the Casablanca Inn, then you probably don’t like St Augustine either which makes you very small minded in my opinion. Go stay at a Marriott or a Hyatt preferably in another part of Florida or stop complaining. Don’t trash the beautiful uniqueness of St Augustine.

If you want cookie-cutter, stay somewhere else. If you are looking for something unique with old school Florida charm, STAY HERE..! Love the location overlooking the water, and the ability to walk to the square downtown. Their cozy little bar and the restaurant overlooking the street / water were both great. Our booking happen to include two free drinks at the bar and a complimentary breakfast for two (unsure if all stays include this). Small private parking lot is about a 1 minute walk. Our stay was in late January, and to our surprise, all the Christmas lights were still up (St Augustine is famous for their Christmas lights downtown). Our first floor room was in the front / main building (Room #3). It had its own private access to the back alley, providing quick access to the many cool little shops and eateries. Looking forward to our next stay at the Casablanca!

We stayed in room 28, in the Secret Garden. This used to be the only room with a kitchen. It has been renovated, and the entire kitchen was removed. The room was done very well and in a very contemporary design. Took a couple of tries to figure out the weird gold spigots in the sink, and the multi shower faucets. Very nice with a large TV room with sofa. The bed was comfortable but quite high, so for short people a little difficult. Also, a very large TV in the bedroom. There is a Keurig type coffee maker and small refrigerator in this room. This inn has the Tini Martini Bar and it's own restaurant for breakfast and lunch. We love this place and plan on a third time in the future. It is also one block from St. George St., right in the heart of the old city.

Only reason I give this place a 4 on property & facilities is because the driveway situation is a little scary. I hate backing out of tight spaces and that’s what I had to do after pulling in to check in( there is no where to run around). The front desk lady was very kind and said they could assist me backing out if needed but I decided to give it a go. Parking for this place is about 2 blacks down but if you’re someone who is fit to walk it really isn’t a bad walk to and from your car. Besides the parking/backing out this place was phenomenal and I will definitely be going back! If you’re someone who loves live music please get a room with a patio/balcony in the coach house, it will make your day!

Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was better than expected. Location was a little tricky due to construction nearby but that is not the fault of the hotel. Just enough parking available for guests. Were not able to use the pool due to blah weather, but it did look well maintained and clean. Would definitely visit again.

The hotel has a guest laundry facility that is clean. The pool area and common grounds are kept up as well.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Everything was nice and clean. I came there to visit a friend from out of town. I would definitely stay at your hotel again, without a doubt. The breakfast was delicious and their were a lot of choices. The experience that I had at your hotel I will never forget. You guys took my mind off of a bad event that I recently had in my life. Thank you so much. I will tell my friends.

Everything was wonderful. We booked same day with a good price point and clean rooms. Close enough to historic downtown without all the crazy traffic of staying down town. Maybe a ten to fifteen minute drive down a straight road, not bad at all. We enjoyed our two night stay. Breakfast was good with a big variety and parking was free. Those two items are always a plus.

Rooms were awesome grounds excellent sparkling clean pool. Russ was fantastic at check in. Very accommodating. Gave us maps dinner ideas 😊

The property was ok. The pictures on the website were very very deceiving. The pool area looks nothing like the picture. The staff was friendly.

Conveniently located near the historical district, but not in the middle of it. So it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great my first morning. The cheese omelette was delicious and fresh waffles with great toppings, second day was scrambled eggs. I’m not a big fan of the instant eggs, but these were good. Seasoned potatoes another waffle. My only complaint will have to be that there’s very little parking, but I was allowed to park right in front of the main entrance so it still worked out. my room look freshly renovated not sure if it was, but it looked very modern, clean and bright.

The breakfast was great I love the omelets that they had the only thing is the waffle iron was not working and the rooms were big we had a king size bed it was great the only thing I saw is when I went outside I looked up in the roof over the building in front of my room has a child that's hanging off that could blow off at any time and follow him somebody's head I didn't say nothing but just thought somebody might want to know

Our room was so roomy.We got a room with the soaking tub. I enjoyed it in the evenings. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was small. No free breakfast but I knew that going in. We had a refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker. Bathroom was extra roomy with tub and a separate shower. It was great. My husband and I weren't bumping into each other! I would stay again.

Second time staying at this property and always pleased with the service & cleanliness. The king size handicap room is extremely spacious and had more than enough room to get around in and all the convenience amenities needed for my stay! Breakfast bar is a little pricy for the items on it, and pool is decent but would stay again for sure!

Traveled with pets, it was good to have some green space to walk them. The property was well maintained inside and out. Very short walk to the beach. We were there during cold weather - I would love to come back when the weather is warm enough to enjoy the beach and nice pool.

Great hotel and great location in walking distance to beach, food, and snacks. Pool area is clean. Staff was great! Kind and courteous. We were on the 3rd floor and there was a heavy musty mildew smell in the corridors and our room.

We loved Hilton Garden Inn!!! Impeccable accommodation! Staff was super friendly and nice! Our room was so clean & comfortable! Pool and spa was my favorite!!! Will definitely suggest HGI to anyone and we will return next time we visit St. Augustine, Florida!!!

The rooms are very large. The pool was OK.

Surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. Outside outdated but inside nice. Laundry room and decent breakfast was a plus. Pool looked surprisingly clean and nice too.

Stayed for two nights and it was all we needed. Pool was refreshing, had an ice machine which I loved

The front desk agent Kevin was absolutely amazing. I work in hotels before and I know that trying to accommodate everyone needs can be a job in its self. However Kevin was able to accommodate me and my family's needs. We also got locked out of one of our rooms and Kevin went above and beyond and brought our keys to us so we didn't have to make that walk all the way back to the front deck. It may not seem like a big deal but when you have been traveling for hours and you finally get to that spot and it's time to unwind and then your room key doesn't work it can easily turn into a stressful moment. I have stayed other places and the key didn't work and the front agent could have been accommodating but they had chosed not to be. I just want to say "Thank you Kevin"! Keep up the great work. The room was nicely appointed and a very good size. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with the room. The breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent. I we ever pass that way again, we would definitely stay there again.
