The location is perfect, close enough but far enough from the tourist locations. The service was great, from the front desk, breakfast, lunch and dinners. The swim up bar and extra cocktail and pizza classes were perfect too. Overall staff were amazing.

Private pool villa was awesome for a romantic getaway. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely beach in a quiet area. And no Kids! In a very quiet area, but free shuttle to Fisherman's Village and Chaweng for more action.

Excellent adults-only resort with fantastic staff. We stayed in a villa overlooking the water with a private plunge pool. We enjoyed some of the free activities like the Thai language class and water aerobics.

Amazing service. As soon as you walk in they offer you a cold towel and a drink at reception. Beautiful resort with a fantastic bartender at the swim up bar.

The suite with private pool is exceptional value for money for Koh Samui.

I've been here more than 10 times now and everytime it's our home away from home. This time we stayed at the private pool villa and the experience has been great. The villa is spacious, the pool temperature is nice and has a great view of the ocean. Would recommend for groups of friends or families with kids to enjoy. Service has always been 10/10 which is why we keep coming back.

Wonderful hotel in Samui, clean spacious rooms (we did swim up one for us and our teenage boys), staff so polite and friendly, room turned down each day. Would absolutely go back here again. Restaurant staff again were super friendly with a lovely setting and the food was very good.

Plunge pool room was beautiful, plunge pool was a lot cooler than the main pool so we used the main pool more often. Central, easy to get around with a car. Front desk was super helpful with car hire and your arrangements etc.

The pool access rooms are perfect when you don’t want to pay for a full private pool Villa - We loved our room and would 100% book it again. The breakfast was also of a good standard.

Stayed in Pool Villa. Had a small private pool in our villa. The only thing is the shower and bathroom were outside ( outdoors) of the bedroom. A bit inconvenient and lots of mosquitoes!

We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Photos and website do not do this place justice, it's so so much better in reality, fantastic across the board. It’s spotless, staff are amazing and the design ensures there is no endless walking to get to lobby, pool and dinner etc. Pool’s beautiful with such an idyllic out and the adults pool with the carved in seating is such an awesome touch. Food was also great with Sesun being a favourite for our family, but all options were great. Kube is great in the evening. It is a bit out from Chaweng but that really had no impact as it’s only about 5mins in a cab that we never had to wait for, even less in a tuk tuk. Could maybe do with a mini mart of some sort for essentials like sunscreen, inspect spray, snacks.etc, but all readily available in Chaweng. Such an amazing place surpassed expectations.

We stayed for 15 nights in the Presidential Villa, which was likely one of the best options for villa type of property stay in Samui with a family. It offers a split bed-and-living room. Both are huge and in extreme good condition. The view and the pool are simply "WOW. And so, the outdoor bath and shower. With all amenities that you can ask for and a private butler. With whom the communication was flawless btw. All staff is up and top professional and even the management very accessible. The Hyatt resort is amazing, it's kept utterly clean, offers a lot facilities plus activities and amazing views from every angle. Where the kids club (incl activities) and kids pool were adored by the kids. The food is great, especially the Indian food I must admit. You can decide to have breakfast at 3x different places, with the beach breakfast mostly not being very busy. And the lounge is a nice add, even though we did not visit it a lot. We loved hanging around the beach and drink fresh coconuts, where there was enough to discover for the young kids and to just relax even when the sea is not "that" accessible. You can still swim into the sea via the little water bridge the water is clear and no jellyfish etc. Transport is very well organized, we never had to wait long for a buggy but walking over the resort is very doable and Chaweng/Central at a 10 mins drive. We'd come back again.... ps: they have the best fireshow in Samui. It's the extended version, we've never seen anywhere else!

Fabulous resort. Located a short drive away from the airport and main areas of Samui. The resort is very clean and the staff are very accommodating and helpful. Don’t listen to the negative reviews on the staff, because they do their best and always make sure you’re happy. The resort has a lot of activities for you to do during the week which is great. The staff member that can do the beat boxing is really funny and always made the day more enjoyable! He Always brightened up the day. Pools are always clean. I don’t understand the negative reviews on the beach because it’s literally just sand? I would bring wet shoes because there are some rock pools. Happy hour during 5-6pm and Thirsty Thursdays at the bar. Overall, 10/10.

Wow! what an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a tropical dream. The entrance is absolutely magical, taking you through a path lined with lush papaya trees that instantly sets a serene, jungle-like tone. We stayed in the Pool Villa, and it was perfection. The private pool was just for us, surrounded by nature, with an outdoor bathroom where you can shower under the sky while listening to birds singing all day long. The main pool is also stunning, with an open view of the beach, crystal clear turquoise waters and soft white sand right at your feet. It’s the kind of beach you see in postcards, and it’s just steps from your room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to make our stay more comfortable. One of our favorite touches was having breakfast delivered to our room, fresh, flavorful, and a real treat to enjoy in our villa. Lovely nearby restaurants, peaceful vibes, and nature everywhere. Truly a slice of paradise. I’d come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, tropical escape.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our cottage right by the pool was wonderful – we absolutely loved it. Breakfast on the veranda was also great, with a view of the pool and the sea. At first, it was relatively quiet, and we had the pool almost to ourselves at times. Since it was low tide until the evening, the pool with a sea view was just perfect! The grounds are beautifully green, and I even saw a large monitor lizard :) There is yoga 3 days a week. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone.

This is quite possibly one of the nicest small resorts I've stayed in. It was my birthday and they had decorated the room as a surprise and that was super sweet. The rooms by the pool are lush... super comfortable large beds and balconies that look over the pool with a sea view also. We really enjoyed the area, its a lovely beach, mostly couples and young families when we were there. There's some great restaurants nearby. They will also arrange transfers for you that are good value. The safes are big enough to fit small laptop in. Highly reccomend this place!

Fantastic place where you can disconnect. We had a bungalow in front of the swimming pool newt to the beach. This place is a paradise. The bathtub and the bed are big. The staff is very nice. You can rent a scooter for 250 Baths per day next to the resort. You can have breakfast and dinner on the beach next to the resort. The beach is clean and the place is quiet to relax. I really recommend this Resort. The pool with sunset sea view is amazing.

Great staff, beautiful location. This is very much a boutique resort, small and intimate. Lamai Beach was close enough but many days you likely want to take a taxi or ride share app due to the heat. Room with plunge pool was great, nice way to cool off.

Hotel is situated in an quite area, there are some cafes and restaurants as well as the Grandfather and Grandmother's Rock, all within walking distance. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are 2 swimming pools, a gym, a small spa and a little library. Complimentary shuttle bus at 11am and 5pm to Lamai Beach and also one at 11am to Chaweng. The rooms look new, probably the hotel did some refurbishment, our plunge pool room is very spacious and clean with a huge bed, view from the room is beautiful especially at sunset!

We upgraded to the beachfront villa with plunge pool on arrival and I am so glad we did. It was absolutely stunning setting and the room itself was also beautiful. The amenities and extra touches in the room are what you would expect from a 5* hotel. Breakfast and all meals were truly delicious. Service was exceptional from beginning to end. It was my partners birthday and they had a couple of extra surprises for him which was lovely.

First of all, the reception area is amazing! When we arrived we got a very nice welcome drink and a cold towel. The reception crew are professionals, kind and helpful. We ordered a room in front of the pool and got upgraded to the family villa with a private pool and two floors, it was incredible to have such a huge villa only for two people. Obviously we got escorted to the room and got an explanation about all the resort. The stay was excellent by any mean, the two pools, the two bars and the restaurant with excellent breakfast. the beach is perfect even if its a bit shallow and rocky. Even just walking in the resort and seeing the gardens was so fun. I really recommend to book this hotel for your vacation in koh samui!

There wasn’t anything to dislike and we shall recommend it to others.

Yes there’s lots of steps but that’s because of how the rooms are located adding to the charm and staff help you with your bags on arrival and departure. It isn’t really walkable to Sairee Beach but we got the free shuttle down before sunset then easy to get a taxi back which was 400 bht so not a massive issue. They also arranged us to get a taxi to Aow Leuk for the day easily enough and picked us up from ferry on arrival and departure for free. Pool was lovely as well one day we had it all to ourselves and it was beautiful

The staff ware really attentive, extra super nice, breakfast buffet was excellent with freshly squized orange juice and fresh fruit every day and so many varieties, sweet and savory. The room with sea view was stunning and the dining area as well. Room was big enough, had a flash lite for the stairs when dark but they have lightning of the stairs as well. Free shuttle at certain hours to take you down to Sairee beach but be aware they do not take you back up and the taxis are very expensive, 300 baht each way for a short drive. Free shuttle to the pier at certain hours when leaving Koh Tao. Beds are a bit harder but we like that a lot. Pillows very comfy. Lush garden, animals around, we loved that. Great infinity pool with wooden loungers. You get fresh towels for bathroom and pool with 2 bottles of water every day. We had a great time.

OURSTANDING - The staff, so kind, welcoming and helpful. They took time to engage with us daily, offering suggestions and assistance whenever possible. From the time they picked us up at the Pier to the minute we left, we were treated like family. I look forward to returning to meet these lovely people again. The property is lovely, so charming and clean. Has all the amenities we could have wanted. It's about a 20 minute walk into town from the resort, but they have several free shuttles into town throughout the day. Its a bit of an uphill walk back from town, but Taxis are available in the village. The rooms (private little Bungalows tucked into the jungle) are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. I loved it!! The dining room on site was very convenient, and the food reasonably priced and delicious. The infinity pool is fabulous, and has the best view over the ocean.

My stay was fantastic. The location was absolutely beautiful, my room was wonderful, very clean and beautifully laid out with a spectacular view. The pool was amazing with a view across the island. It was small but I always found a sunbed. Despite some reviews there was a restaurant that did lunch and dinner which was always delicious and again had a great view over the water. I also noted in some reviews about the steps - I was at the bottom of the hill and there was a lot of steps but they were manageable and the staff helped me with my bags so it didn't bother me. The staff generally were very helpful and friendly. I did one boat tour and the rest of the time I stayed at the hotel as I liked it so much.

Tucked into the hillside with stunning ocean views, the resort’s cozy bungalows feel like something out of a storybook—possibly where Hobbits would go on holiday. While it's not within walking distance of town, the free daytime shuttle service is convenient. However, returning requires a taxi or scooter rental. The pool is small but still a relaxing spot to unwind. Though we didn’t try the breakfast buffet, the on-site restaurant impressed us with its scenic setting and excellent food—our kids claimed the pancakes were the best they’ve ever had! Prices are also reasonable.

This is a lovely resort on the river in a great location. The room was fabulous with a large fridge, kettle, and complimentary coffee water etc. There is a beautiful small lounge area and a large bedroom and large bathroom with a rain shower. They provide really nice shower gel and shampoo and more. Everything about this room is tastefully decorated and very well thought out. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the water is of very good quality in the Villas. The pool is very clean and is a medium size with a good size children's pool too and a little seating area in the pool close to the bar and restaurant. they also provide pool towels. The breakfast for just 150 baht is fabulous and it is a big breakfast with quality food that suits both western and Thai taste.. The restaurant offers Thai and western options and the food we had was lovely 😍 thank you so much for a wonderful time and would definitely stay again the suites are lovely.

Well we stayed here again this time in one of the garden view rooms and had a great view of the river from the lounge area. Again like the suite had lots to offer very beautiful decoration. The designs of the Villas are fabulous they have thought of everything. The pool is very clean with a great pool for children and the bar and restaurant are great. The staff are very helpful and friendly and will help you with anything you need. The bathroom, living room and bedroom are gorgeous and super clean. The bed was soo comfortable. The location on the river is great. I will stay here again for sure. The food is great and the breakfast is fabulous 🤩 thanks to the staff 😁

The property is in a quiet location next to the river. It is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant serves excellent food (including breakfast) and drinks. There is an efficient taxi service run by the hotel into the town, railway station, airport etc. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect place to relax after a busy few days in Bangkok. The hotel were able to recommend a local guide who arranged an excellent day trip for us (boat trip around the rivers of Surat Thani and then lunch at a water park at Ban nam rad where we were able to swim in shallow natural pools and try our kayak skills in the shallow river. We were lucky as we were there on a quiet day and had the pools almost to ourselves for a few hours). The guide had plenty of other suggestions for other trips in the area.

Nice property, rooms by the pool were worth the extra price… pools were nice to have a dip as it was hot hot… friendly staff especially Pim who helped out with everything quickly and with a smile, can get scooters at the hotel which you really need if you want to go see a few places around the island without spending cash on the super-pricey taxis… Tanote bay is beautiful and I love to swim so it was amazing to swim out far and see the fish and the scuba divers doing their thing without the busy ness of the boats around….

Absolutely fab location! We wanted something out of the way and on this side of the island and this hotel provided that. The villa was great, private pool and they knew they were out of the way so provided a 5L bottle of water in the room you could buy for 70 baht. The communal pools are huge and loads of sun beds. The restaurant was lovely, we ate there for our evening meal and all enjoyed everything and it wasn’t overpriced.

We loved everything about Tanote Villa. It was 5* hotel, we had a beautiful deluxe room with a pool access which was amazing. The room itself was huge, perfectly equipped, very relaxed. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well decorated. We loved the restaurant and the breakfast? Wow!!! One of the best we ever had with a breathtaking views. They offered gyoza and dim sum, egg as you wish, variety of Thai food and drinks. The location was excelent, just 5 mins walk to the beach with one of the best snorkeling spots in Thailand. 100%!!!

The hotel rooms come equipped really well. We stayed at the villas with the private plunge pool and it was a delight. Other than that, there are massive pools at the hotel directly in front of the sea, fully equipped gym and good breakfast. It is also close to the full moon party.

We had an awesome stay at Vannee Golden Sands and can highly recommend this resort. The staff was extremely helpful, and responsive to queries I had prior to the trip. The staff also went out of their way to make our friend's birthday a very special and memorable celebration. The pool and swim-up-bar was fantastic as well (can recommend the pina colada cocktails). The breakfast offered a wide variety of sweet and savoury items, which was great and fresh. I enjoyed the spa and sauna facilities.

The pools are amazing and the sunset from the beach stunning. The bathroom is very big and classy. We also had a private pool which was a bit small, but was functional and very nice to refresh during the day. However the bedroom itself is a bit worn out. The walls were dirty, and there was detached piece of decoration right above the bed. The bed didn’t have a headrest and the mattress was sinking in the middle. So it wasn’t very comfortable. The overall resort is a beautiful structure. All in all we had a good stay.

We LOVED this hotel, so much so we ended up extending and stayed for a month in total. It looks better in real life than photos. The pool area is lovely, we stayed in the month of April and didn’t have an issue finding a sun bed by the pool or looking over the sea. You walk down steps from the restaurant straight into the calmest, clearest sea. It might not be in the heart of Chaweng but that means the beach is quieter and so much cleaner than the closer beaches. You can walk to Chaweng in around 30 mins either down the road or along the beach at low tide, or get a grab. There are also a couple of restaurants nearby if you don’t fancy the journey. We stayed in the main hotel which we would choose again as oppose to the villas, as the walkway to the pool/ restaurant is through the villas so they are less private than the hotel. The staff were very friendly and made an effort to remember our breakfast orders so brought over our coffees/ eggs in the morning without us asking. The breakfast was really good quality and lots of variety. We will definitely be back next time we are in Koh Samui.

The rooms are very modern, functional and comfortable. The pool and restaurant area are very pretty and we enjoyed many meals there. I loved swimming in the pool whenever we had some downtime. The chaises around the pool are very pretty & comfortable and gives it a small boutique vibe. The location is great on Beach but the beach itself was not very impressive for swimming- the water was shallow and because it doesn’t empty into the ocean very freely there - it didn’t seems like the cleanest water.

We loved our stay at Bo Phut- we had garden plunge pool Vila which was beautiful. An amazing resort, quiet, extremely friendly staff, a fantastic breakfast buffet with very attentive staff. A nice pool with friendly staff and very on the beach so you have options for both! A quick walk to the fisherman’s village or locally for meals and drinks which makes it very convenient. We would definitely come back in the future!

This is a really beautiful resort but the staff are what make it really special. They are so friendly, helpful and really go above and beyond in terms of service. The wonderful Jenny checked us in and couldn’t have been more helpful. She organised a short notice local meal including transfer to and from the hotel and she also sorted out our transfer to the boat the next day. She was so kind to our son and made him feel very special. We were lucky enough to get one of the garden plunge pool villas. It was spacious and private, a very short walk to the pool and the beach. We only stayed for one night but I would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We really loved our stay here. I’d thoroughly recommend it. It is so calm and peaceful. The service here is the best we’ve received. Everybody, without fail, were incredibly charming and helpful. The room was lovely, spacious & private. They were aware it was our anniversary and decorated the bed, bathroom and gave us a lovely bear as a keepsake. We ate breakfast every day. So much choice and it was tasty and plentiful. There was an egg station and he cooked our eggs to perfection every day! We had several lunches and they were all delicious. The service was sublime, While there is a sign saying no reserving sun beds the pool man was an angel and saved our favourite beds every day. The cold towels and fruit were lovely and given to those at the pool and on the beach. They are happy to serve drinks and food at the pool and on the beach. The pool was a perfect temperature and depth. The hotel is straight on to the beach. I loved being able to go in and out of the sea throughout the day. The location is perfect for restaurants with the Fisherman’s Village just a few minutes away. If you are staying in Bophut, you must stay here!.

This was our 5th time to the hotel and it has remained the perfect hotel for couples, every member of staff from the gardeners to the management are a credit to the hotel. They smile and help without question and nothing is too much trouble, this is led by Mr. Nick and all the management team who are always approachable and always make contact as you walk through the hotel or are seating by the pool. The rooms no matter what part of the resort you stay in are fantastic and the grounds and gardens a calm oasis after being out the the hustle of Fisherman's Village just 10 mins walk away. Food and drink are amazing whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner, pool area is brilliant and beds and towels by the pool are plentiful. Perfect getaway with a wonderful view. Away from hustle and bustle but driver on hand at all times to take you where ever you wanted to go. Beautiful and clean. The private pool was a bonus. Fantastic staff who were so helpful.

We loved our stay at Monkey Flower Villa, our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We did wonder how we’d manage to get about as it’s set back from the town, up a very steep hill, but huge thank you to Steve who was always there to pick us up and drop us off! The view was incredible, loved the private pool, and all the gorgeous details in how the rooms are created and decorated. Housekeeping were amazing and the place was super clean. There loads to do within a short distance on the island.

Everything was fantastic, however, the best part of Monkey Flower Villas is the staff! Located just out of Sairee Village, with amazing views, a private pool, well appointed furniture and open floor plan! We loved having a free ride to and from locations on the island and the staff gave great recommendations! The cleaning crew came daily and kept the Villa spotless!

Upon arrival, check-in was facilitated by Kay who, for the rest of our stay, did everything to make us feel at home. She's really a great host who makes the whole experience an A+++.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mayara villas because of the very beautiful villa and private pool. The owner of the villas were also really friendly and helpful. It was easy to rent a scooter from them to cruise around the island. They were always there for questions and other requests. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing bad to say if I tried. I had a pool villa, it was amazing and so big. Thought someone had read my dreams when I saw it. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the pool was wonderful. The pool is just right for small children with a shallow end and small paddling type pool. There are a couple of bins of toys for them to use so no need for buckets and spades. The bar and restaurant did some lovely food really cheap and all the staff were so nice especially to my 4 year old son. Loved the location, nice and quiet but just enough to have everything you needed. The hotel and beach always seemed peaceful and never busy despite peak season and school holidays. Best 3 star hotel I've ever been to. Also free hotel bus twice a day to Chaweng or stop anywhere on route.

It is our 3rd visit to Coco Palms in 9 years. this visit we found the place to be as tranquil as we remembered. Our room is clean and comfortable, like most places they supply very fat pillows, which makes me feel like I’m being catapulted into the next galaxy when I’m trying to sleep! Pool was lovely and the lounge chairs surrounding it as well as the cushions wall seemed more recently replaced and updated which we appreciated. we had separate pool/beach and hotel room towels, which made it very easy to take towels to the pool and beach and still retain one in your room room. We liked the breakfast buffet. And found that everyone there was very kind and helpful.

Coco Palm Beach resort is a good choice for a secluded get-away at a reasonable price. It's located pretty far off the beaten path in Maenam, but is directly next to the northern pier and the Lomprayah ferry office. If you do stay here, I'd recommend renting a car, unless you don't plan on leaving the resort for your whole stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly at all times; we were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade at check-in, and they also helped us organize our transport and reservations. The bungalow itself was just okay. It was spacious and clean, with good air conditioning; however, the lighting was poor, the beds only average comfort, and the 1-inch gaps around the door frame meant the room was neither well-insulated nor mosquito-proof. The facilities on site are quite nice. The pool is large and well cleaned, and both the beach and pool have ample amounts of reclining chairs and umbrellas. The in-house restaurant didn't impress us as much as other reviews led us to believe; you can get similar quality for much better prices at the variety of restaurants in the local neighborhood.

OMGGGG this hotel is spectacular!! We stayed over NYE and from the moment we got there, it was luxurious! From service to accommodation to food, by far the best hotel in the islands! We had a private villa with a private pool in the garden section (highly recommend for privacy) and it felt like a movie! From the giant room and beautiful pool and bes and shower...so many amazing amenities! The property is stunning and the beach is so great! The food is unbelievable!! The morning buffet is epic! The hotel staff, to management to attendants and all so lovely! Would stay here in a heartbeat!

The property was beautiful, the staff was phenomenal and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful bungalow with a private pool. The bungalow was big and comfortable and the grounds are just beautifully kept. I think the best part was the staff- they were so friendly, accommodating and helpful- every single one! It was my daughter’s 21at and they surprised her with a piece of cake and cake made of them led and flowers on the bed. We loved staying here!

The Renaissance is well laid out and set among beautiful tropical gardens. We had an ocean villa which had beautiful views looking towards Lamai which we enjoyed whilst in the plunge pool / spa. The resort is a little isolated (when compared with say hotels near Bophut) but there are some options around (such as the Beach Republic and Uncle Rangs) and it is only about a 15-20 walk along to northern end of Lamai. The food at the hotel restaurants was of good quality and the staff are excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Wonderful, wonderful staff throughout the complex. Everyone is so polite, helpful, professional, efficient, friendly - every request is catered for immediately and pleasantly. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the hotel team who pride themselves on looking after their guests to the highest standards. We stayed in a garden villa with its own plunge pool. Excellent facilities! Very comfortable accommodation with everything you would want - and much more. The toiletries are all provided on a daily basis, fresh towels and bedding are standard and are all excellent quality. The mini bar, room service and room refreshments are excellent and very good value. The restaurants and pool bar are all fantastic and serve the most delicious food and drinks. The presentation of every meal was impeccable. The Spa is one of the best we’ve ever visited around the world due to the standard of the therapists and their wonderful treatments we enjoyed there daily. They all seemed to have an uncanny understanding of individual clients' muscle aches or mood and instinctively remedy any stress. Housekeeping and the 'nighttime turn down service' is second to none….absolutely excellent! Professional, discreet, efficient and reliable. Cleanliness was superb throughout our stay with daily fresh bedding and huge fluffy towels. The chauffeurs and hotel cars are fantastic, prompt and reliable. Great stay. Beautiful two bedroom villa with spacious kitchen, large bedrooms, infinity pool and big patio overlooking a beautiful lagoon. Great service and very responsive.

The villas and view are unbelievable. We stayed in the purple villa, and loved everything about it. Just something to note, there is no door to the bathroom, but I believe that is just the purple villa. We had no issues with that, but some may. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful, and made the stay unforgettable. Goong the manager is very easy to get ahold of if you need anything, and is the sweetest lady ever. Nice area on the island, little quieter, but about a 5 min drive to the busier pier area. Great beaches near by, 2 minutes away via scooter.

Hatten das Crazy Purple, es war sehr modern und genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Unterkunft sehr sauber und hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Man braucht definitiv einen Roller, da es schon eher abgelegen liegt, aber man ist in 5 Minuten mitten im Trubel. Bucht am besten über die Unterkunft ein Taxi, ist 100Baht günstiger. Rollenverleih über die Unterkunft ist auch gut, fragt nur wirklich vorher wie teuer es sein wird, da wir 3 volle Tage zahlen mussten, obwohl der erste Tag erst um 18 Uhr gestartet hat. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, wenn man nicht direkt im Trubel wohnen möchte.

Fantastic villa with a breathtaking view. K. Goong, the lady at reception was very helpful, always available and smiling, ready to fulfill our requests. Be aware that this is a remote location, with a few restaurants in the vincinity but limited choices. You still have the choice to order food for delivery at the villa. Going to town requires a taxi, and will cost you 400 THB. A few beaches are at walking distance (less than 2 kms). The island is very hilly though, and that the slope is sometimes EXTREMELY steep ;-)

This was the last place we stayed in thailand and we splurged a little so we could relax the last few days of our trip. Already excited, we arriced and were told they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite! Wow what an amazing room,private pool, giant bed, great views. They also let you rent snorkeling gear for free with a small deposit, so we went snorking which was beautiful. The only small negative we had was the night we went to eat at their restaurant, the food was pretty good but the service was a bit slow and they seemed a bit understaffed. Other than that this is a top notch stay and they really do take care of you. Lastly the stairs are a bit intense but totally doable.

The resort is in the most amazing location, really a beautiful setting on the hillside. Perfect for us although very steep with lots of steps which may be a problem for some. The rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced on request. Snorkeling is really great too right from the resort. Our only real complaint is the lack of service around the very beautiful pool area. We only had bar service around the pool on the first day we arrived, thereafter we used the phone at the poolside to call for service even though the sign said the bar should be open. The pool area would be amazing if there were staff around to serve drinks, offer towels, sunbeds and umbrellas. And the resort would make more money! Also it would have been great to be able to order food around the pool like most other hotels offer.

What an amazing resort! This was our second stay (2023 first time) and as we thought it could not get better, the beautiful people at Sai Daeng made it Even better than the first time! - amazing rooms, clean, spacious - good views! - great food! Breakfast, lunch, dinner….🤩 - lovely staff!!! No matter who or where at the hotel, everyone is lovely and helpful! - super extras!! Muay Thai, Yoga, Spa, kanoeing, ice bath… and pool DJ! Fabulous! This is the most beautiful resort we've ever stayed in. The beach, the waters, the snorkeling is only rivaled by places we stayed in Fiji. We stayed in a beachfront room that was just 1.5 flights of stairs of the beach where the restaurant is located. The pool, reception, and parking lot is up about 4 flights of stairs that could wear on some people. If you were at a room on the far side I could see it taking away from the experience. The main areas of the resort are kept in great condition, the pool, restaurant and rooms are five star. Clean, modern, absolutely fantastic. Bed was the most comfortable we've ever had in Thailand and the view couldn't be beat. The areas less used appear to be falling into a state of disrepair, buildings that aren't used are dirty, some ponds left to wither away with garbage in them, half full of water and leaves, and the water slide doesn't look like it's been in use in at least a year. What really knocks the rating down for us, was the absolute absurd and offensive prices for services, food, and drinks. The resort is 15 minutes out of town and cab rides are 500 baht ($25CAD) each way, but that does not entitle management to charge 270 baht for a cocktail (>$10) and 1800 baht for a massage ($75) when going rates anywhere else in Thailand are 250-350 baht for the same thing. Luckily the resort next door is more reasonable and we spent our money there instead. One of the best resorts we've been to and unfortunately we wouldn't go back.

Absolutely beautiful resort set on the most gorgeous beach. We stayed in the family beachfront villa with our 2 teenagers, we had our own pool overlooking the beach which was amazing. Listening to the waves at night going to sleep was so relaxing. The villa was spacious & comfortable. The upstairs bathroom was a little hot & dark, but didn’t worry us. Being able to snorkel directly from the resort was the best part, so many fish & beautiful coral on the other side of the resort. Bring beach shoes as it’s quite rocky to get in. The beachfront restaurant was lovely & the service was good, reasonable prices too. When you book directly through the resort you get a private long tail boat tour around the island & massages in the spa included. Would not hesitate to come back to Koh Tao & Sai Daeng, just wished we’d stayed longer.

Santiburi is probably among the top resorts in Asia. The property is very well maintained and the gardens and landscaping are amazing. The beach and the beach service are top-notch. Our villa with a plunge pool was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of European and Asian dishes, tropical fruits, and eggs cooked to order. The service staff are accommodating and attentive.

When we arrived, we received a free upgrade to a reserve pool villa, which was fantastic! The villa looks much newer than the other, more traditional villas, and the pool and the privacy was incredible. Loved it! Absolutely wonderful private beach with clean, fine, white sand and very friendly beach staff. The whole resort is extremely well kept with a lush garden, and it’s very dreamy. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Fantastic spa and massages! Gym had a lot of equipment, not the latest, but most of what you needed. We had an evening flight back and were able to stay in the villa until the transfer - lovely. Staff was amazing all around.

Absolutely marvellous, peaceful and luxurious. Staying at Santiburi Koh Samui was the highlight of our weeks in Asia, when it comes to hotels. You start to relax the moment you see the facilities, everything is kept up to high standards, everything is spacious and the location is supreme. You're close to the beach and there's a main street not far away, which is a different universe. But you're on vacation, you deserve a break. This contrasts to other options on the East of the island, busier, perhaps fancier but for me nothing but concrete jungles. The beach is narrow but more than sufficient and supremely taken care of by the vast and attentive staff. The staff is another highlight here, you're never waiting long for anything, they're kind and knowledgeable. You also get a client relations person. The facilities are incredible, from a huge shallow pool to massages, restaurants and kids care. As we went off-season, it was luckily quiet. The breakfast is a feast and has everything you can imagine, from Thai specialities to French pastry, also fantastic fresh fruit and juices. The Wi-Fi is faster than most residences in Europe, in excess of 200 mbps, even in a sunbed. There are complimentary items like afternoon tea and ice cream hour. An absolute masterpiece and I look forward to go back!

Staff were amazing, the villa was perfect for family stay , buffet breakfast was great. The beach and pool made it hard to leave the resort. Quieter part of the island and beach was super peaceful. About a $15 grab to the busier parts of Koh Samui, but there are decent cheap restaurants within walking distance. The spa was amazing. Pricey but the best Thai massage my partner has ever had, which is a big call from her.

Lovely location nice and quiet but easy to get to the busy areas like fisherman’s village. Best breakfast we have ever had. Staff are so friendly. Couldn’t fault it. Pool is so big and quiet. Beach is beautiful and the free kayaking and paddle boarding is great.

Let me start by saying that the staff was the best I've ever had in any place ive stayed, truly exceptional service from start to finish. They took care of everything imaginable from reserving tables from restaurants to all types of activities outside the villa. The villa itself is so beautiful and the view is just absolutely insane.. I don't think it can get any better than this. Good breakfast with multiple options, very good sound system if you like to listen to some music while you're swimming in the pool for example. I will be returning to this amazing villa next time I'm visiting koh samui for sure!

This villa is just amazing. the view, the villa, Sue and het staff everything was just perfect. We stayed here for 3 nights but we wish we would have stayed longer. it was just great. the villa is beautiful, very nice comfortable rooms and bathrooms. having a shower with a view over the ocean. what more do you want. Sue is a very warm and nice person and she really makes you feel at home. and the food they prepare is very very good. we will miss this place and for sure come back.

Great villa. Beautiful view (stunning sunrise). The best staff you will ever find. It was a very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Close to Coral Cove beach. Not far from Bophut. We did not drive. The road is pretty steep so normal taxi would not get there. We had to walk up a few minutes - hot but nice walk - to meet our ride or get the bicycle taxi. We had zero issues getting around the island just using Grab.

Everything was good. Villa Manager Sue is excellent in helping to recommend on various activities to suit various age groups

The attention to detail at the villa was exceptional. From having access to a moped to the use of a mobile phone for ordering take aways and taxis. When we arrived by ferry the owners came to meet us and arranged our transfer to the villa free of charge and also again on the return journey, which was really very kind. They went through the whole villa explaining how things work thoroughly. They have a book full of information about the villa, boat trips, local places to eat etc. which was very useful for our stay. The views over the bay from the pool and outdoor chill area are incredible, definitely the highlight of this place. Plenty of towels were provided and the bathroom facilities were great with 3 settings to use in the shower. Great facilities in the kitchen and they provide some nice drinks and snacks in the mini bar which you can either pay for at the end of your stay or just replace them easily from the local mini markets or 7-Eleven. The bed was super comfy and you even get some good views over the bay from the bedroom. The pool is a nice place to spend the mornings first thing and the evenings after a day exploring. Lots of butterflies and dragon flies to see around the pool area too. The living area is very cosy and you get access to movies to watch on the tv. The Horizon villa is highly recommended place to stay.

The villa has an amazing view that is just stunning. photos don’t do justice to how pretty the view is. We absolutely loved our stay. Alex and Franzi were both kind and warm. Alex picked us up personally from the pier which was much appreciated and then showed us around the villa. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. For instance, they have a motorbike kept for you which you can use throughout your stay, additionally they will pick you up and drop you off to the pier. additionally they even helped us with our tickets for the next island. Small but really kind gestures that are much appreciated. The villa is modern and has all the amenities. Besides if you need anything, Alex and Franzi are just one call away to help you out with whatever is needed. The pool is also very nice and has a breath taking view of the island. You can see Koh Phangan and Koh Ang Thong from the pool and also from the villa. We loved our stay at this villa. Lastly there are plenty of restaurants with a few minutes from the villa. Do visit high the moon if you are at the villa! Feels so sad leaving this amazing villa and this beautiful island.

A wonderful experience.The villa was beyond our expectations: the view is simply sublime, the pool is great, the house is extremely well appointed (Franzi and Alex have thought of everything, down to the smallest detail), the furniture is comfortable... Big positive point for the automatic scooter, which avoids you to rent one to not necessarily honest renters. Franzi and Alex, the hosts, are adorable, discreet and extremely available. They organized everything from A to Z: the ferry tickets, the cab to the villa, the transfer to the airport... Everything was perfect. It was an incredible stay. Koh Tao is an exceptional island. We will come back with pleasure.

Everything was exceptional. Alex and Franzi were super friendly, relaxed and enthousiastic about their villa. The villa itself is just amazing, very spacious, clean and luxurious. Swimming pool, smart tv and rain shower. We had privacy, a great view and drinking water. The scooter was for free, which was very convenient, as well. Fantastic location, amazing views. The breeze at the top of the mountain and a dip in the pool is ideal after a long day snorkeling. They have done everything possible to make your stay as convenient as possible, even providing us with a phone to contact food delivery.

Zen villa was simply stunning, it was equipped with everything that you could possibly need or want. We had a view of the ocean, an infinity pool and a hot tub located on the downstairs floor. Kate the host couldn’t do enough for you and was available all day & night to contact, in case you needed anything. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the whole island as well as the nearby beach as it’s so pretty.

Les prestations sont excellentes et Kate la manager est disponible pour vous aider et trouver des solutions. il y a possibilité de livraison sur place des repas ou même un cuisinier particulier qui vient vous préparer ce que vous souhaitez. La villa se trouve à 15-20 mins à pied de la plage de Haad Salad. Il faut donc prévoir les déplacements véhiculés. scooter, voiture ou taxi. Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados) et nous recommandons cet établissement.

You will be remote in the mountains with the best views. The hosts are super nice and always willing to help. There is a nice climb of stairs to the top villa but make sure to ask the PM about it. Great place, would stay again.

I spent a few days here during Songkran and enjoyed the experience immensely. The villa I booked had six rooms, a private pool, and and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. In addition, the internet connection was very reliable and this allowed me to work when I wanted/needed to do so. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will likely return in the future.

Highly recommend. First of all I want to note attentive and responsive kind staff of the resort. Everyone tried to make our stay at the hotel very comfortable, quickly responded to any request. We ve booked three nights and than decided to stay more although the resort was fully booked the manager Istvan did the best to find room for us, special thanks to him. So why we choose to stay for another three weeks at the resort. Great location: beach, restaurants,shops, bank, laundry within short walking distance. The resort is nice, green, very clean, quiet, comfortable. I like authentic design of villas, old fashioned furniture, pictures, everything in excellent condition. It feels real Thailand. At the same time there s everything you need for everyday life. We lived in two-bedroom villa, it s big enough. In addition to the bedrooms there s kitchen, living room and veranda where you can spend a pleasant evening. Comfortable beds, good linen. Pretty new modern air conditioners.The cleaning is every day. Towels where changed every two days. It s available to order breakfast on request. Also there s a pool and small playground in the hotel. And last but not least the best combination of price/quality in the place of Choengmon. Many thanks to Istvan and his team for the warm welcome!

We couldn't be happier, Each villa is private, you get your own door and a beautiful sign with both your names, as soon as you walk in you're like wow... Our villa was spotless, clean, modern yet a bit rustic and romantic, you can literally stay here all day, step into the bathroom and it's like you're outside in a forest. The space is really big, huge bed, living room, kitchen, big bathroom with rain shower head and a glass top, place have privacy glass, nobody can't see inside (even though no one can enter your place), it also has black out curtains, it has everything you need, an Iron, a power source to plug your electronics if you forget you 220v charger, I mean all the little touches. They also provide you with a cell phone to use while in Koh Tao. Of course the best part is the infinity pool all to yourself, they have two shapes, a rectangular and heart shape one, we stayed in the heart shape and it was just beautiful, calming and relaxing. Breakfast is not included but they give you a basket for you to eat and cook (ours supplies lasted us more than two days), it's a nice touch and they have other stuff in the fridge or counter that you can buy, water is filtered and unlimited. Service was great from the moment we reserved, they kept in contact with us and picked us up at the port once we arrived in the ferry and helped booked a ferry for when we were leaving, they have bikes available for free. Overall The Place was amazing and so Romantic.

We took some pictures of the Villa and they look a lot like the stock photos. We stayed in Villa #1 during our stay and found the staff to be responsive and available. The staff was helpful, pre-stay, in booking our private dining at our villa for our second day. They also helped us arrange a snorkeling outing and, although weather prevented us from going before we had to leave, they communicated as the booking was confirmed and then canceled due to weather. When you check in to the property, you're going to get a book of their "Diversions" (which are the things they can help you book), an old Nokia-style cell phone with some numbers pre-programmed that they'll use to communicate with you during your stay, and a number of take-out menus. For us, this was one of the first times we saw a large number of restaurants with western style food during the trip. We particularly enjoyed "Hippo Burger Bistro" during our stay. Interestingly, most restaurants knew where we were just because we called from our pre-programmed cell phones. This was super convenient, but made for an awkward beginning to each phone call as they were awaiting our order and we were explaining where we were. The pool looks small in the photos, but it's large enough to actually get in and do a little bit of light wading. I particularly recommend this during the early evening. All-in-all, a five star vacation and the wife is already talking about visiting again as part of a girls' trip.

We had an amazing stay at The Place. It was truly home from home. We were picked up at the ferry terminal and when we left dropped off, we were really well looked after. The villa was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a really informative induction to the facility. The views are stunning, the best sunsets. The pool was clean, we often didn’t leave the site, we were there for 11 days and I could’ve stayed much longer. Trips were organised for us. The walk into town was about 10 minutes, and you are out of the noise but still within walking distance. I felt quite emotional leaving it was just wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the housekeeping exceptional. We had just the right amount of privacy. Keep doing what you do, just perfect.

We LOVED staying here at The Place. It was so nice and relaxing that it was difficult to leave the villa to explore Koh Tao. So many great options to order in from local restaurants and also had walkability to beach and local shops. This place is perfect for a couple wanting to relax and retreat but also want to explore the beautiful island of Koh Tao. The pool view was magical. They gave us such great restaurant recommendations and made us feel so comfortable to reach out with any questions. The only thing to note is that it does has several steep steps to access the villas. 10/10 and will likely stay here again when we visit next time! Thank you guys!

As with most exceptional experiences; words and pictures simply don’t do it justice. You need to see for yourself. Phandara is one of those experiences. Justyna & Greg are phenomenal hosts, and go above and beyond in every way. We stayed in Villa Saam, and couldn’t have been happier. The views are unreal, the plunge pool is the perfect temperature for long dip, and the interior of the villa is modern designed and incredibly equipped - including very comfortable beds. I could go on and on about the villa itself, but would be remiss to not emphasize the level of client service that Justyna provides. Coordination from the moment you step on the island to the moment you leave. We only had 2 nights (but could have stayed 2 weeks), and thanks to Justyna’s recommendations and contacts we left seeing quite a bit of the island including viewpoints, snorkeling, and great restaurants. Phandara’s driver, Mr So, is prompt and courteous and made getting to and from main areas so easy. Could ramble more, but will end with this; thank you so much Justyna & Greg for creating such a wonderful place. It is truly unique. You made our honeymoon very special. Hope you visit you again before too long.

Phandara is absolutely extraordinary!! We stayed for a week in January and from booking to check out, everything was seamless. We felt so welcomed when we arrived. Everything was so organised and ran like a well oiled machine. We chose pastries every night that were delivered fresh every morning -a lovely touch. The cleaners were the best we’ve ever had. They don’t such an amazing job. Justine & the other lady (I don’t think we ever got your name, sorry!) were so so so professional & their communication was first class. The service these guys provide is exceptional. On my birthday, they organised a delicious slice of cake and were in communication with my boyfriend about when to surprise me with it, which was when I was in the pool 😂 it made my day. We felt so welcomed and never wanted to leave. The villa, itself is gorgeous. I don’t think that any photos I’ve seen online do it justice. Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Have told all of my friends and family and everyone wants to go! Definitely the best place to stay on the island and I’ve been going to Koh Tao on and off since 2016.

We stayed at this villa for three nights, and it wasn't nearly enough-I didn't want to leave! In fact, l'd love to move there. The property is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that I could never get tired of. The location was perfect-close to everything-and the free shuttle service made exploring super convenient. The infinity pool overlooking the sea and sunset was pure magic and one of the most memorable parts of our stay. The villa itself was beautifully designed, especially the shower with its outdoor, nature-inspired feel -it added such a unique and relaxing touch. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hosts, Justyna and her husband, were amazing. They were so kind, welcoming, and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and the best local food. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. The villa, the views, and the overall vibe were just perfect. We had zero issues and can't wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

Greg and Justin were amazing hosts and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone staying in Koh Tao. The villa is so luxurious, the outdoor shower and pool are something else. Nothing was ever too much for anyone whilst we were there, we had freshly baked pastries collected and brought to our room ( we just had to order the night before) we were able to book excursions through our receptionist as well as Greg and Justyna. The location is very high up away from the main strip ( worth it for the views) but Greg was happy enough to take us anywhere and in the evening recommend a local taxi driver who was the cheapest on the island. Greg even took us to a shop so we could hire a moped and made sure we got the best deal and were looked after. No matter how long you stay here you will have an amazing time..

Villa idéale pour notre famille de 5 (dont 2 ados et une enfant). La villa en elle même n'a rien de spectaculaire (à part la vue, à couper le souffle), mais elle est néanmoins celle que les enfants ont préférée, sur les 3 louées pendant notre séjour en Thaïlande: accueillante, ouverte, calme et luxueuse sans ostentation. Un seul problème, qui n'aura malheureusement pas été réglé pendant le séjour: forte odeur de fosse septique (doublé d'une climatisation défaillante) dans la chambre du bas. Une surprenante incohérence par rapport au "sans fautes" du reste de la prestation. Une mention spéciale pour le manager, Pong, incroyable d'efficacité, de disponibilité et de gentillesse. Il a très grandement contribué à faire de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel. Naroua Villas est en cours d'expansion (mais nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangé par les travaux), et c'est tant mieux pour ceux qui pourront, plus nombreux, bénéficier de son hospitalité.

Nous avons été pris en charge par Pong des notre arrivée au port. Téléphone avec contacts utiles intégrés mis à notre disposition , on a bénéficier d'un vrai service de conciergerie HDG. Quand à la villa .... Une pure merveille!!! Une vue à couper le souffle , une décoration soignée , vraiment on a passé 5 jours au top. Petits bémols : nous étions 2 familles avec de jeunes enfants , et la balustrade ne nous a pas inspirée confiance et nous a même stressé pour les enfants.... La même chose avec une vitre pour ne pas gâcher la vue serait plus sécurisante. Aussi, les 2 chambres dispo sont de gamme un peu différentes (en gros celle de L étage est bien mieux que celle du dessous c est donc un peu inégal à partager ;-) on a dû tirer au sort !!

Que dire quand chaque matin vous pouvez admirer la baie de Koh Tao, les bateaux, la mer, et chaque soir le coucher de soleil face à votre villa, dans la piscine à débordement ! La logistique est au top avec une villa très bien équipée pour y vivre en autarcie, et avec la possibilité de bouger en taxi-pick-up mis à disposition (avec un délai d'une heure à chaque mouvement !). Et Monsieur Pong est au petit soin; le propriétaire, Andy, est disponible pour répondre et conseiller en français. Le seul bémol est que, sans la capacité de conduire un scooter dans des conditions "délicates" (puisqu'il n'y a aucune possibilité de louer une voiture), l'accès est tellement "hard" et pentu, vous êtes cloué sur cette belle place: dans votre villa !

The beach bar was really nice. The lobby bar at night had a trendy DJ and the site was just amazing. I travel a lot for business and leisure and this resort was one of the best I have experienced!

We loved the beautiful views from the ocean, the room, the private pool. The bed where comfy. If you choose a villa with pool you will definitely get a lot for your money. The villa was big, and we had sea view from every window. You could even see it from the bed. The pool was great temperature so you could cool down. It was definitely a romantic place, and we loved it as a couple! The room and views looks the same like the pictures. The ladies did a great job cleaning the room and making sure we had water, toiletpaper and fresh towels every day. We dont understand the bad reviews about the steep climb. While it is a couple of stairs its not a problem at all if your in normal shape. Its just 3 minutes walk to the beach, from the room.

We stayed here for three nights on a diving trip. This is a relatively new private villa overlooking Shark Bay on the south side of the island. It has a private pool with breathtaking sunset views. The property manager Nicky was very communicative and gave us a lot of good suggestions relating to our particular interests for the island. Would definitely recommend to others and will be planning to stay here my next trip to the island!

10/10 - We absolutely loved Villa Saba Jai, it is such a treat with stylish decor, super spacious rooms with super comfortable beds and the bathrooms had wonderful showers. Tom and his team were amazingly attentive, with all our needs responded to within 5 mins of making a request. The Staff set the record for providing the best Customer Service we have ever experienced. The fridge was refilled each day with bottled water, soft drinks and beers. The location is fabulous, with wonderful sea views and our own private infinity plunge pool which was perfect for keeping us cool in the very peak temperatures. We took advantage of the inhouse Masseuse - Linda, who was amazing!, Not to be missed. We also booked a snorkelling tour and our son did an intro day to scuba diving. Each of them were hosted by wonderfully helpful hosts who went out of their way to ensure our trips were enjoyable. This has definitiely been a holiday to me remembered! Thanks to Tom and his amazing team. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I don't know where to start... From the first contact with Tom until the transfer to the pier on the day of departure, everything was just excellent. Tom and his team and mr. Pon our taxi driver looked after us really well and made sure we lacked nothing during our stay. Questions were quickly answered and every wish fulfilled in no time. For example, I asked for snorkels one night late around midnight and the other morning at 8 a.m. someone from Tom's team already came to our villa to bring us the snorkels! I was traveling with my 2 kids and we liked the private swimming pool and the spectacular surrounding views the most. The cleanliness and the comfort of the villa were also beyond amazing, with a fridge which is (re)filled with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks every day. Honestly, if you are in the privileged position to spend a few days in this wonderful villa on this beautiful island and still have something to complain about, you should never set foot on this island again!

Wir haben die Gecko Villa für 3 Nächte bewohnt und es war einfach Hammer. Ich hatte erstmals einen privaten Pool. Die Villa ist top. Sauber, gepflegt, toll ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist groß und bietet somit auch Platz um mit einigen Leuten zusammenzusitzen. Wir waren aber nur zu 2. Der Ausblick über die Bucht ist der Hammer und man fühlt sich sofort beim Betreten der Villa einfach genial. Nicki war super freundlich und auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Ich werde wohl nochmals dort "residieren" sobald es mir möglich ist. Einziges Manko ist der Preis für Transfers (auf Koh Tao AB 500Baht pro Strecke). Aber da kann ja das Hotel nun nichts dafür. Es ist halt etwas abgelegener als wenn man direkt im Ort wohnt.

The beach is my favourite in koh Samui. Like a postcard view everytime we stepped outside. We had the private pool villa. Definitely the nicest one out of the lot. Massage tables below us were enjoyed by us every day. Great food and drinks. The thai breakfast option with the rice soup... thats a winner. After a week the staff saw us coming down and had the extra hot cappuccinos ready for us as soon as we sat down..nice !!! And if you want a quick snack after a swim..I recommend the fried spring rolls and raw prawns off of the entre menu.

Wonderful! The location is perfect right next to the beautiful beach of Crystal Bay. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Cant thank them enough, they really looked after us. We chose to have breakfast included and so pleased we did! It was delicious. The coffee passed my husbands standards for his needed fix each day. You can have up to three if you wanted! Our son is Gluten Intolerant, and they were well clued up. The menu has gluten free indicated which we found rare to see in others places. For breakfast we had brought bread with us, as had previously read it was hard to source on the Island. The chef was happy to toast this for him to have with the best scrambled eggs we have tasted :oD The pool was cool and clean. And had a cool jungle feel to it when sunbathing on the poolside beds. In fact everywhere was clean. There is a wee bit of work going on as they refresh bit by bit, but it’s good to see this! Exciting for them. It is going to look great. Our rooms were cleaned upon request whenever we needed them to be. The beds soooo comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed. And the interconnecting rooms were perfect for our size 5 family. And to add the Thai massage is awesome you must try this! There is also an impressive fire show every Tuesday Friday Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all at Crystal Bay

The location is great! The beach is a little crowded but it is one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Samui. The pool is insane with a view of the beach and the jungle. The food at the pool is also good but quite expensive. 2 times a week there is a fire show which is nice. I recommend renting a scooter. It is very easy to go around the island with a scooter and it takes 15 minutes to go to Koh Samui mall and 5 minutes to Lamai beach and Chaweng beach. For restaurants i recommend going to Silver Spoon for a cheap pasta and Big Bear Steak for a very cheap thai meal (only 100-200 baht per person for a lot of food). Nahm restaurant is a bit more expensive but very good!

This is a prime location. One of the best beaches we went to in all of koh samui. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We rented scooters through the hotel and this made it easy to get around the island. Breakfast is good and more than enough. A good selection to please most people. The pool is great. It was way better to stay down at Lamai than on the more crowded parts of the island.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Besonders die Swim-Up Zimmer sind toll mit direktem Zugang vom Zimmer in den Pool. Die zweite Tür in das Badezimmer vom Pool ist auch praktisch. Alles sauber und Service ist auch gut. Haupthotel und Strand sind durch eine Straße getrennt. Es gibt Helfer, die einen sicher über die Straße bringen, indem sie den Verkehr anhalten. Frühstück große Auswahl und lecker.

The hotel is located at a quit beach of Koh Samui, about 20 minutes drive from Chaweng. We stayed for 3 nights, beautifully designed hotel near Fisherman's Village. We took a room with pool access from the balcony. The room was big and modernly designed. Another pool was a cross the road on the beach. Breakfast verity was limited.

Beautiful resort, and the staff were so helpful and kind. We rented scooters thru the resort and it was very simple. Our room was awesome, with pool access. The beach the resort is on is very clean and nice as well. The staff allowed us to check in early without charge because our flight was early in the morning, which was so nice! Would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at Prana resort for a friend's wedding and had a wonderful stay. The resort is very modern and clean and the gardens/surrounds are very well kept. There are two pools - one in the hotel part of the resort with a swim up bar which was fantastic, then the other one is on the beach side (near the villas) overlooking the ocean and is a stunning pool that you can swim laps in. I stayed in a room on the first floor overlooking the pool and loved my room. Clean, tidy, modern and everything was in working order. The bathroom had a double shower and was extremely roomy. The balcony had a cute round modern chair you could sit in and overlook the pool. The food at Prana in all restaurants, including breakfast, was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted with any request. The only negative I have is that I found the pillows too soft so it would be great if they had some different options of pillows available. Overall, I had the most amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

We loved The Rock Samui! The room was great. We were on the upper balcony and had an amazing view. The beach wasn’t deep enough for swimming when we were there but we made use of the pools. Both were great. We were able to use the villa pool which had amazing views. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great. They have terrific coffee. It was quiet. It was near some good restaurants and close to the beach towns. We used a motor bike to get around. We also got massages everyday across the street, which was the spa the hotel recommended and the staff there did a great job.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Thailand, has a great pool and jacuzzi area as well. Just down from the room is an amazing little beach which we had all to ourselves. You can swim in the sea or use the kayaks that are there for guests. The hotel staff were super friendly, giving you advice on how to get about the island, what to go and see, and even helped us book our taxi when we were leaving. You get offered a complimentary breakfast every day, which was freshly made to order. We had the pancakes and the waffles with a fresh fruit smoothie each time. It was really nice!! Would highly recommend anyone going to Koh Samui to stay at the Rock Samui, I know we will, when we come back again on our next trip!! 10/10

The service provided by the staff and most of all Jerome were excellent. We got all what we requested and even the additional free breakfasts. All hotel is super clean, the cleaners are passing regularly and do a good job. The swimming pool is using a salted water system, which is ecological and free of chemical substances. The family room with big bunk beds for the children and living room with small kitchenette and TV was very comfortable. The kitchen and playing room (with board games) on the first floor. The coffee is just one floor down. Nice hotel beach and nearby beaches were excellent and clean. Free kayaks and paddle board provided by hotel. Good jogging routes around the hotel. Massage place and local restaurants nearby the hotel.

Outstanding hospitality, Jerome and his team are professional, helpful, kind and most welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a beautiful beach that is to be used only by the hotel guests and cleaned twice a day. Kayaks are available to explore the bay. Both the pool at the beach and the ones (incl jacuzzi) at the Villa have beautiful views. A small complimentary breakfast was provided free of charge with delicious smoothie options each morning and we also enjoyed the dinner that was delivered at our terrace every evening. Overall the whole hotel has a nice & peaceful vibe. We had an amazing time, thanks to the whole staff for making our stay memorable.

Location is amazing Haad salad is a very special spot. Property was beautiful in its ocean view. To walk out on that beach daily was a blessing. enjoyed the quiet serene beach. To walk every am and pm. Oceans still. Very Warm Perfect Staff are friendly and kind. Everything is only really a 5 to 15 min scooter away. But just tucked away enough to feel slightly outside the busier spots. I had the private pool room. I liked my positioning. I prefer my privacy For the price could have a screen there or something to seperate it a bit from public walkway.

Everything. The staff, the location, the pool and food were all fantastic. We were only supposed to stay for 4 nights but I hurt my back during the 1st couple of days and I was struggling to move around and we had to extend our stay by another 4 days. The manager told us the cheapest website to rebook which was actually cheaper than their own rate and they also offered us a free upgrade so I'd be happier when I was stuck in bed recovering. They drove us around to the pharmacy when i needed it and All the staff really took care of me aswell. If I went to the restaurant they bought me cushions so I'd be more comfortable and they gave me so much care and sympathy. They really are a great bunch there. The location right at the end of the beach is perfect and there was always space in and around the pool. I want to thank all the staff for everything, I had a rough time and they really helped me to enjoy my stay. They deserve a pay rise haha

Breakfast is basic, I would rather have breakfast elsewhere for a better price. The fresh coconuts here are delicious. Closes at 22:00 Staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful. "Bass" was on point with service at the restaurant and "Few" was really helpful with transport. Swimming pool: The pool was well maintained, clean and kid friendly. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to relax at. Towels are provided at reception. Beach: This is a beautiful and relatively quiet beach, the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The sand is powdery white and the water is clear, an ok place to snorkel. We had a lovely stay here and would certainly love to come back in the future.

Loved that the day club finished at 5pm. Loved that they had their own day spa on site. Loved the lap pool -75metres is huge!! Loved that it was mostly adults only. It was so tranquil!

We (2 couples) had booked an apartment with two bedrooms for a week. "Unfortunately" our apartment was under renovation, so we got an upgrade to the large villa with the private pool instead. I'm sure the stay would have been amazing in the apartment, but this upgrade made our stay an experience for life! Such a beautiful and spacious villa made into the rocks. Great bedrooms, nice kitchen. An amazing pool and spacious roof terrace. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was even sorry that we didn't get the apartment we had booked.

We had a huge and fully equipped villa with direct access to the common (and rather small) pool and further to the beach.Villa is exquisite for families.Good and smiley service, breakfast sent to your room every morning upon request.Nice location for those who don't want to be in the bustle Chaweng area.In Lamai you have all what you need ,and in a very quiet and relax location.

Nice clean unit with private pool. Close to Fisherman's Village for shops, restaurants and beach.

The resort is nice and welcoming for children, with 2 pools, a sandbox, a play space with a babysitter, and more. The manager and the staff are so nice and helpful with every little request. There is a resort loving cat, Zoey, a calm dog, and even a turtle. The 3 bedroom villa is beautiful and the pool is great, clean and beautiful. It is important to take into consideration, though, that it is actually 2 different small houses - one with a bedroom, kitchen and living room, and the other with 2 bedrooms connected with the shower. The private pool is between the houses, so there needs to be a lot of attention in case you have young kids. The location is great, 5 minutes to bophut fishemans village.

My daughter had an amazing time with th we kids while I was able to work on my computer,Linn the manager was so kind to her. I was able to chill by the pool while my daughter had the best time of her holiday. Owner really did look after all the small details about having everything ready for our arrival.Baby camera, cot,baby pool,high chair etc. I would definitely recommend for people to come over with kids

Excellent service all round. I stayed in a private pool beach villa which is located only a few steps from the beach as the name suggests. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. It was a fair distance from the hotel lobby, restaurant, bar and lounge area but a buggy service was available to take you to and from the room to the central area. There was also an option of climbing over 300 steps including crossing a suspension bridge with great ocean views which I liked doing. The breakfast buffet was very good with a great selection of choices. There were amazing sunset views from the lounge where a good selection of canapés and drinks were provided. All in all a great choice for a relaxing beach holiday.

Im going to be brutally honest here.Firstly the staff were all of the highest calibre in particular Tangmo, she was exceptional and had a smile to light up any room, John the driver was so very nice and helpful also, credit to both.The price was far too high I think.Even though I had paid for bed and dinner, the menu was restricted to what we could choose and we were charged even for drinking water!!! We had to have maintainence out twice as the garden jacuzzi wasnt working,the back gate was slatted,meaning(and I tested this) you could see right into our room and private pool, so privacy was non-existant. The rooms were kept spotless and my step daughter loved the spa bath, which she enjoyed while Papa enjoyed a beer on the beach.Would I revisit?, possibly but not at that price, and possibly alone next time.Please pass on my regards and thanks to all in particular Tangmo and John.

Excellent all round, from the staff to the food to the rooms. We visited with friends and we all had beachfront pool villas. They were excellent, well appointed, large and with a good size pool. The staff we excellent. The property is built on a step hill. We thought that would be a problem but were pleasantly surprised. The buggie transport service they run is excellent and it was easy to get from one place to the other if need be. Also walking up and down the hill was pleasant as well. The property is in a remote area so if you want to go to a town or markets its quite a way. We did a couple of times over the week we were there and found it easy to book a Grab (Uber) who arrived for pick up very quickly. The hotel also runs a shuttle service daily as well. There is a beach out from which isn't really swimmable (well not for me anyway) but nice to have a stroll along. There are many pools to choose from. There is one adult pool which is beautiful but unfortunately was often fairly busy (maybe in need of more loungers as there is plenty of space). All round service was fantastic in ALL areas of the resort. This place is obviously managed well. The food offering is wide and varied and all of a very good standard. Breakfast is spectacular. We had Club rooms and enjoyed the Club benefits. All and all, we were all very happy and will be happy to return.

Arrived at night after an eye-opening drive, with cars and motor bikes driving with NO lights and motor bikes overtaking on the inside from the airport. However, the stress we were feeling quickly dissipated when we arrived at the Intercontinental, when we were met, with happy smiling staff and a lovely refreshing welcome drink. We were then whisked away to our ocean view room, which could only be described as spectacular. Very spacious with quality fittings, a rain shower, and, an enormous bath, and an amazing view over the ocean, which we discovered next morning. Over the next 6 days, we enjoyed fabulous food and drinks and service from the staff that you could only believe possible if you had stayed here before. There are 2 main pools and 4 other pools scattered through the resort. The pools are spotless and, luckily, for us nearly empty every day. We had a fabulous time and would like to especially thank Por, Kae & Shawn (at the pool bar) for all the laughs, smiles, and unbelievable service and for helping us with our photos, and making our stay so extra special, and with so many 555555's, (Por knows what I'm talking about) .. 555555 .. and also Art & Atom with his lovely 'Movies' english accent. We, the Potter's ( Sue & Harry's Dad), will never forget you guys .. and WE WILL BE BACK ..

The Villa was much larger than expected, the pictures do not do it justice. There were 5 of us and we had so much room, It was a real treat to be able to spread out and not be on top of each other all the time!! The pool is big enough for a splash/swim, not often you get your own pool in Thailand so for us it felt like a huge privilege to have a pool at all. The kids loved being able to wake up and jump in! The villa was was well maintained and very clean. The owners came after 2 days and cleaned sheets and towels which was not expected and very lovely!

We enjoyed our stay for two weeks very much. The best feature of this large 4-bedroom 4-bathroom villa is privacy. The home contains everything you need. A deck with a swimming pool overlooks the creek and the forest behind it. It is not visible from anywhere. Squirrels jump from one tree to another, butterflies eat ripe bananas on a banana tree, bats can be seen occasionally. You can see geckos and iguanas too. Surprisingly virtually no mosquitos. Our grandson spent much of his time in the pool. A car is definitely needed to go shopping or to a beach. Silver beach is 7 minutes drive. Lamai beach is a bit further away (12 minutes) but it is not suitable for kids. Two very good family run restaurants with authentic Thai food are within 5 minutes walking distance (but beware of the ice cubes in your drinks). Shopping for food can be done in one of the two Lotuses in Lamai or Chaweng. Fresh food market in Lamai is great. Some maintenance issues in this large villa emerge from time to time. They are quickly resolved by Lana who is responds almost immediately. Occasionally you may be disturbed by stray dogs barking but this is the problem typical for all Asia and you can get used to it.

The villa was spacious! Pool was amazing. There is a waterfall just beside the villa. You will definitely need a bike to go around. All amenities including washing machine were there. We really found the owner Lana very approachable. She was there with a smile when we reached and even as early as 6am during checkout. 10/10

Excellent spacious villa with all needed facilities for a great holiday! Accommodated by friendly and helpful host. Clean and comfy pool. Easily accessible by car and has a parking spot.

Has all amenities , pool nice and clean , nice size rooms all with own bathrooms , kitchen facility very good , local shops and pharmacies.

Honestly is a great location. Right between fishermans village and chewang. Hire a scooter and a car and explore the island. The resort staff are great and will help you with this. Also a short 200m walk to the speed boat tours. Resort is super clean and comfortable and the private pool is great.

We had a beautiful stay here. The room and bathroom amazing, huge! Private pool and outdoor lounge, kitchen great! Full size fridge and microwave. Just perfect. Onoy one thing I would mention is there are no phones in the rooms to contact reception but that's it. Will Defo go back again.

It was good experience overall. Nice room and quiet. We like the private pool so much and the water is clean. Staffs are helpful. But too many mosquito.

Die Kommunikation war auf englisch prima und die Informationen zur Insel wurden von Karten unterstützt,die im Wohnzimmer verfügbar waren. Am schönsten waren neben der geräumigen Küche die Bäder.bei 3kindern hatten wir bei drei Bädern genügend Raum und fantastisch war der Blick aus der Dusche direkt in die offene Natur.einfach herrlich und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen

Spacious, clean daily, nice view and very friendly staffs at affordable price. Located a bit far from the busy area but good for kids as you don't want them to be near to all the bars and loud musics. This is a peaceful gem of the beautiful island. A car is recommended.

Samui Blue is even more stunning in person than in the photos! This was our first trip to Thailand, and after weeks of scrolling through Booking.com to find the perfect place, Samui Blue exceeded our expectations. The villa is tastefully furnished, and the sofa was exceptionally comfortable—a big plus for relaxing during family time. Each double bedroom offers a gorgeous pool view and comes with an ensuite bathroom. The villa also has a washing machine, which is a blessing after sandy beach days, and a dishwasher, making it feel like a true vacation with no dishes to worry about. I’d read previous reviews about high electricity costs and was bracing for a steep bill, but ours only came to about £50 for five days. Shortly after we left, the villa management, Kate—who is absolutely delightful—contacted us to say there was an error with the bill and arranged an immediate refund, bringing it down to under £30! I would have never known about the error in the bill. They also went above and beyond when my daughter accidentally left her purse behind; they met us at the airport to return it. Talk about honesty and fantastic service! A fantastic, affordable restaurant called Mr. Eung’s is just down the road. We enjoyed dining there as well as taking food back to the villa. I can’t wait to return to Samui Blue!

It was a fantastic location - a short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. We caught the local bus/taxi to other beaches and Fishermen's Village when we wanted to visit there. It was so lovely to come back to our villa and swim in our own pool. I would definitely highly recommend this villa and would stay here again on my next visit to Koh Samui

The pool is sublime. The rooms and bedding are very comfortable. The main bathroom is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need. We were there for 11 days and the air con only cost an extra £20. Close to restaurants and the beach. The lovely hostess was so helpful- went off and got beers when we arrived and had done all the shopping I’d asked for.

Location and villa really are great - Janet is a great host and goes above and beyond - one day there was some trouble with the pool - Janet immediately organized help and support - it´s not very often that you have such a great and attentive host! Thank you so much for everything!

One of the top properties in the Lamai Beach Area if not the best. Outstanding accommodation and grounds with a Bar overlooking the Beach with outstanding views across the bay. Always sufficient sunbeds, whether near the pool or on the beach and an outstanding buffet breakfast with great options for all Nationalities. We stayed in a plunge pool suite which met all expectations. The staff were outstanding and very attentative when required. This will be a definate return location in 2020!!!!!

Good 3.5 star resort with pleasant staff. Spacious plunge pool room was good. Location was very good near the night food market, shops etc. Beach is good but would not want to swim there when the town creek opens up into the sea after rain. For a 3.5 start resort you need to accept no beach towels to change over at the pool, no cushions on the beach lounges and only an average breakfast with no freshly squeezed juices, no barista coffee or good non-fatty bacon.

I had a great time on Lamai Beach! Pavilion was v nice. I loved my room with the plunge pool. It gave me more room and access to outside on ground floor. Awesome! Bar was nice. Bartenders are sweet. All the staff makes a big effort! Def would stay again. They need to replace the outdoor lounge chairs!

We recently (October 2024) stayed in the Sundance Villa as a family of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights. Property was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and each room had its own bathroom giving everyone their own privacy. The pool was amazing and provided hours of fun. Every room had speakers you could connect your spotify to. The games room and cinema were great to enjoy indoor family time. Communication with the staff was easy and nothing was to much trouble, we were able to book tours, massages with ease. Food delivery was also a breeze. Thank you Samui Sunset we loved our vacation!!!

This villa is absolutely fantastic. Superbly located and furnished. Views are breathtaking. The location is amazing and very convenient. We rented scooters to make getting around easy. The manager is super helpful and very responsive. We highly recommend this villa. We stayed here for a week with 11 family members for Mom's 80th birthday. The elevator makes it easy to go up and down this 3 level villa. The game/TV room is also so fun! Highly, highly recommend!!

As we were on the island for a 10 day stay (middle April) and a wedding to attend included, we looked for a very nice but secluded hotel away from the busy centres, we had a car hired for the stay so travelling was not an issue. Shasa ticked all the boxes for us, and from the minute we arrived we were not disappointed, the staff were very friendly from start to finish, and the room was a suite (323) with spectacular views from your window, very clean and spacious. as it was end of season it was even quieter than expected which meant the 3 pools were virtually our own private pools. driving was not an issue as long as you keep your line and let the scooters weave in and out of you from all directions but as there is only 1 main road around the island which takes 90 mins to drive round plus a road through the middle of the jungle. As the Shasa was quiet we did not have more than one evening meal there which was ok but a little expensive. the breakfast was spot on with loads of choice of good quality food. as 2x 50yr olds the Shasa was all it was advertised and we would recommend if you have a car.

In general our family had great stay of 4 nights. We booked deluxe 3 bedroom. The room is very spacious with great sea view. Master bedroom, living and dining are especially huge. Hotel has 3 swimming pool and you seldom see others in the pool because there were only total 22 rooms in the resort. Staffs are friendly and English skill is good enough. We tried their restaurant for twice. It was very good though not cheap. Breakfast was just ok. The choice was pretty limited but they try the best as this is a small resort. The shortcoming of this hotel is the location. 30 minutes from Chawang and airport. Isn't closer to any place. We knew it so chose to rent a car. It was absolutely right decision. Anyway, we enjoyed ShaSa!

The room is spacious and very comfortable. Big balcony facing the pools and the sea, you can enjoy the breeze and reading books or searching internet using the tablet. Wifi covers every single corner of the hotel. Nice kids club - my kid can enjoy playing there. Nice swimming pools with jauzzi - very relaxing....

Ok this place could in all honesty do with a renovation of some sorts but this is Thailand and in reality most places could do with a refresh. This was clearly once a grand hotel however is by no means fallen by the way and the prices reflect excellent value for money. In summary: breakfast average, mini bar standard prices, we didn't eat in restaurant as we had two young kids under 3 so had room service every night same menu and was okish with semi raw prawns one night..... But other than that reasonably good we were well looked after around the pool however no complimentary water around the pool which is surprising for any hotel these days. Would We stay again yes as lots of space for the money 2bed kitchen and living room for reasonable money and excellent views.

Very attractive grounds, swimming pool etc. However the resort is let down by the rubbish that collects in the sea either side of the decking - why not clear it each day? We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a full kitchen that is unnecessary really as the cost to use the microwave, cooker etc prohibits it. It would have been better if the pool bar was open - I guess it wasn't as there were so few guests staying. Night entertainment would help as location of the hotel is a little far out

Beautiful quiet resort perfectly positioned on Chaweng Beach if you want to float in the sea . Small hotel with bungalows . Lots of green spaces and two pools. One pool shaded and one pool for sunning yourself. The staff are what makes this resort. From the reception , cleaning , pool and lovely breakfast ladies staff were amazing. Breakfast small buffet but good selection of Ferrell , salad including smoke salmon abs some fresh juice shots . All Thai staff and very helpful. Cannot wait to return next year

Could not fault the location, there are 2 pools to choose from and the amazing beach. Seen nightclub is next door but didn’t bother us too much. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Cleaning staff also really nice and staff at breakfast. The pool bar was fabulous and the food excellent, staff great! Like how there were a lot of walk ins but if people started using the pool the staff challenged them as this wasn’t allowed. Our room wasn’t great, it was right by reception and was probably the cheapest one! We were going to upgrade but didn’t in the end. Bathroom very tired and needs refurb but bed comfortable so we coped for 5 nights. Great shops, restaurants and tops supermarket outside so very convenient. I would suggest going for the villa. Some people have complained about breakfast but it was absolutely fine with good eggs and coffee and some Thai dishes - we would stay again but in a different room, thanks to all 😊

Everythig was beyond expectations, starting from the location facing the beach to the cleaness, comfort of rooms and lush surroundings. Breakfasts were just exceptional, perfectly served, beautifuly prepared, with care for every detail, not to mention the quality and freshness of food. Bungalow with jacuzzi exceptional, with trees in the small courtyard, singing birds and flowers on the fence. The place was very clean, the staff helpful and discreet. Food in the restuarant at the beach amazing, swimming pools beautifully located, clean and always affordable. One can choose between the sunbeds at the pool or the beach, the sunbeds wer available at any time of the day. Beware the strong currents! They can be dangerous for unexperienced swimmers.

Hotel was convenient to the beach and town. Everything was a short walk away. Beach was very nice, waves were big but not strong. Pool was nice. They share facilities with neighboring hotel, so there are two pools to enjoy. Room was nice and private. Breakfast was included which is always a nice bonus.

Firstly there's four properties here only two of them are shown off in the photos. But... As a solo traveller my plunge pool villa was perfect, well appointed, good WiFi and Aircon. Super comfortable and a lovely place to chill away from the noise. Bonus there's a lovely guy next door with a weed farm if that's your thing. Nothing here but coconuts and the plunge pool places could do with a view but exactly what I was looking for.

Its even better than the photos. We very much enjoyed the villa - so much space - very good value for money. The pool water was really fresh and nice to swim in. Being in Koh Phangan, you need to hire a scooter so we found this place very convenient. A big bottle of water was kept filled for out entire stay which was very helpful and reduced plastic waste. Best shower in Thailand so far. The mattress and pillows were perfect. Combined with the quiet location, i slept amazing. Looking forward to coming back.

It was perfect for our stay over Christmas! The staff were so lovely and helpful and gave us so many recommendations! It was very clean, the pool was lovely and refreshing. They even put out a Christmas tree and a present (chocolate) for us to open which was so so special. So thank you again!!

The host was very nice and accommodating, the villa exceeded my expectations and the pool was a real winner. The villa was really clean and the rooms had all the amenities. Good value for money.

Absolutely lives the villa it was stunning and had everything a family of 6 needed. Host great responded to queries within minutes. Only downside was the location as a bit out of the way so had to get a taxi into Cheweng which costs about £10 for family of 6. The is a small townn within a 20 minute walk which we did during the day and was fine but didn’t try this at night as there was no paths so had to walk on the road.

The Owner went so far out of the way for me, the staff were Incredible and this place is outstanding. To the point where I feel like this place could potentially be a new home for me

The landlord was very kind and recommended places to play and restaurants for us. The living place was clean and tidy, which was a very good experience.

Stayed in villa C16. Such a beautiful villa, the sunrise and sunset from the veranda was out of this world and could be all enjoyed by your own private pool. Couldn’t recommend to stay a shark Villas anymore. I was so pleased with everything the place had to offer. Many thanks.

Wir hatten die P5 Villa und ich muss sagen: Der Ausblick war wunderschön. Der Pool ist nicht zu klein aber auch nicht zu groß. Ideal für 2 Leute um darin sich abzukühlen und zu entspannen. Die Terasse war relativ Groß und man hatte hier genug Platz, um sich breit zu machen. Etwas enttäuscht war ich von der Villa... die Zimmer bzw. der Raum wirken auf den Fotos viel Größer als es ist. Zudem hat die Villa leider etwas gerochen (ich kann nicht beschreiben nach was). Am Anfang fand ich das schon etwas unangenehm aber irgendwann gewöhnt man sich daran. Das Bad hat mir leider nicht so gefallen. Hier ist definitiv eine Renovierung notwendig (Toilettenbrille ist schon sehr abgenutzt, Dusche hat viele Gebrauchsspuren). Während man duscht wird leider das ganze Bad nass. Wir mussten danach immer ein Handtuch auf dem Boden legen, damit unsere Fuße trocken bleiben. Frische Handtücher bekommt man auch nur alle 3 Tage.... Die Reinigungskraft kam leider auch schon immer um 9:00/9:30 Uhr und wollte die Villa putzen. Falls man noch schläft wird man bewusst leider von der Reinigungskraft aufgeweckt... Also im Großen und Ganzen war die Villa Okay. Das einzig einwandfreie hier war der Ausblick, die Terrasse und der Pool. Ob wir wieder die gleiche Unterkunft nehmen würden?: Ich denke eher nicht. Es gibt auf Koh Tao viele andere Villen mit einem Pool und einen mega Ausblick :)

We oredered a pool villa at Cape Shark. They way to the villa is a bit scary with many steep roads. In general their villa's are located far from the center of Koh Tao. They offer free transportation to the center but not back to the villa. A taxi back to the villa costs 600 Baht which is not cheap relatively. Renting a bike is not an option (at least for me) due to the scary roads... Other than the far location, the villa itslef is really great! Inside it's clean and spacious. Nice kitchen. A small but very nice pool with an AMAZING view to the bay (which might worth the far location). Another problem is that Cape Shark does not have a restourant, meaning that there's no breakfast. The only option is to take their shuttel to the center or order in some food to the room (which might be nice). There's a restourant about 15 minutes walk (steep roads...). The nearest beach is about 20 minutes walk down the hill. We were there only 2 nights and we took the boat trip around the island which was offered from the very nice lady from the reception. The trip was really good and includes peakups from and to the villa.

The villa we stayed in was amazing! Incredible panoramic views of the water, lots of boats to watch. It was a short 2 minute walk down to the water to do some of the best snorkelling I’ve done in Thailand. (Saw black tip reef sharks) so yes there is sharks in Shark Bay. Had our own private infinity pool which was great! The staff was great, very helpful and even picked us up at the pier and took us to town at no charge. The room was very modern with a full kitchen, stocked with items for breakfast as well. Only thing to mention is there is lots of construction going on with new units but they are respectful and quiet. All work stopped early and they did not start so early as to wake you.

Cape Shark Villas is a gem in Koh Tao. Ocean views and spacious well appointed villas make the best home base for a vacation on the island. This time we were in C1 which offers privacy and a large outdoor area for sunbathing around the pool. Special thank you to Ploi ( I hope I’m spelling that right) This was our 2nd time staying there and she always made efforts to ensure we had a great stay.

We stayed on koh samui for 3 weeks and booked 1 night stay at the jungle club, within arriving and see our villa (delux with sea views) I ran straight to the checkin counter and booked another night 3800baht, no questions asked..the place is simply amazing its the most chilled out place on the island the views are simply heaven and the resort design and pool is perfect. oh the pool well its the best swim day/night and to see the view of the bay and below is heaven. the food is cooked to perfection and is cheap, some people on trip adviser have stated that its over priced, well there completely wrong and should stay at home. we eat all day long drank all day and never checked the bill till check out, and guess what for two people total including charges 5230.00baht. keep in mind its the best food on the island and ive been to samui 3 times and stayed at 3-4-5 start resorts and travel business classes, so I'm a pretty good judge. this place is simply another world do the delux villa which every morning when I opened my eyes from my bed I saw the most amazing views....big fat thank you to the staff for making our stay so so so perfect!!!! next time we will stay long term...and don't be put off by the web page pics they don't do justice to the resort

Der Jungle Club ist ein hübsches Resort auf einem Berg mit einem traumhaften Blick über die Chaweng Beach Bucht. Die Anfahrt zum Resort wird mit einem Jeap durch geführt und ist auch schon ein Erlebnis. Das Resort hat einen kleinen Pool, der direkt am Bergabhang gelegen ist. Der Poolbereich darf zum Glück nur von Hotelgästen besucht werden. Denn am Nachmittag kommen einige Tagesbesucher ins Restaurant.

We loved our time here. The infinity pool was out of this world, would stay again just for the pool. As we were in jungle huts, there was a few insects but that's part of experience. Mosquito net provided so nothing gets near bed. Would suggest they maybe add another free shuttle to town around 1/2pm. Great staff, great food, brilliant stay.

Pinky was absolutely amazing she was so welcoming and helpful. We booked the Royal Private Pool Suite and were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The pool area was fantastic with an outdoor dining table and lots of sun loungers. We loved the high ceiling in the entrance hall and it was very tastefully decorated. We had an absolutely amazing stay and we cannot wait to return to this property again!

The property was stunning. A very large villa surrounded by a big garden and beautiful private pool. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need and was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The staff looked after us so well. Thank you so much to Nisah and Francisco for their kindness. Nisah was a very professional and friendly manager and was always available for whatever we needed and we are very grateful to have experienced staying in such an amazing estate.

We stayed in the honey moon suite and initially booked for a seven night stay, it was so lovely we extended it by another four nights. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were really amazing and gave us a 5 star treatment. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious and absolutely spotless and the private pool and jacuzzi bath made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this estate and will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean, classy and comfortable. We had our own large private pool which added so much to our stay. Khun Pinky could not have been more kind and helpful during breakfast and throughout our stay. We were visiting for a part of our 2 week honeymoon and they made us feel so special and extreme welcome. We should return with family as the villa is large and can host large families.

This hotel is located on a beautiful beach. We had a villa with a private pool and it was spacious and clean. We enjoyed staying here and definitely will book this hotel again. The restaurant was also great with delicious food.

This was a pure pleasure in every way. An oasis with private pool, quiet location on the beach front. Could've stayed forever. The bar has happy hours, the restaurant was five stars. Breakfast set us up for the day.

The villa at The Passage Samui Resort was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and luxurious furnishings and the private pool was the perfect place to relax. Every aspect of my stay was carefully thought out and executed to perfection.

Heaven!! Had our own villa with private pool. Whole resort is beautiful. Shoutout to Art who was very helpful when I lost my bank card, would have been screwed without him!

Great space to chill, the pool was lovely and well kept, clean facilities, upstairs bedroom/en suite and kitchen were great. The electricity was a fair price (added on top of the rental price.) Everything you needed was provided, cutlery, coal for bbq etc. Staff are easy to get in touch with, any problems are solved asap.

The staff have been absolutely amazing and everything has exceeded our expectations. The private pool was just a dream, the kitchen provided all the equipment we could want including the BBQ outside, the room itself was very spacious and very well designed and the view was just spectacular. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

The private Villa and views are amazing, the infinity pool - breath taking. I also liked the design and deco. The Villa had everything we needed and I particularly liked how the fridge was stocked up, and that an array of menus are available for you to order food to be delivered. Tom the hostess with the mostest made our stay very comfortable and memorable! Anything we needed, I’d text him and he helped us, including my favourite day out on private speedboat around Koh Tao snorkeling, highly recommend this! A trip I will never forget, thank you Tom!!

Fisherman ‘s Villa was incredible. No words. We had the red snapper Villa . The view from the pool is one of the best I have seen in my life. The service of Tom and his staff is 10/10. Whatever you need he brings to you in a few minutes. Do the snorkell trip organised with Tom! Incredible. We will come back for sure

The view of the property is spectacular. The owner was very prompt with all whatsapp replies and was helpful. The pickup and drop to the pier was also very comfortable. The pool is of a decent size and the rooms are comfortable. The spaces are beautifully designed.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Philips Villa in August of 2016. I have two young daughters and they never had their own pool before. Needless to say, they were very excited. We enjoyed the view of the bay tremendously. Overall, it was relaxing. For food, we went to the restaurant in the hotel nearby. We also rented a motorcycle and purchased food in town from the local sellers. There is a large fridge in the kitchen and we kept some food there too. The roads were a mess at the time of our stay but we rode our motorcycle carefully and were able to get to and from the Villa with little effort.

Amazing view from the villa. It's a drive from the main area but very accessible and cheap by taxi or motorbike. The pool is very warm from the sun all day so it is relaxing in the evening. The villas were cleaned each day.

The place was amazing! Beautiful bedrooms, great outside space/pool. Staff were brilliant, I can't wait to go back 🙏😌

Nothing compares to the view - absolutely stunning to be in an infinity pool looking out at the Samui jungle. The layout of the house was great too. Noy was very accommodating, helping us with massages at the villa. Knowing we could send a quick WhatsApp with any queries was great!

This was our 2nd year and just as good. The pool is the jewel. The location is quiet but not far from a few restaurants and shops. It will be hard not to book again for 2026. Noy is lovely and was available when needed for advice and help.

This is our second time staying at lulu villa! We have visited twice to meet here from all parts of the world! 5 massive rooms all with ensuites, stunning views from each room. Big airy open plan kitchen dining sitting room & the pool table on second floor, great for the boys to hang out while the girls relax at the infinity pool in the sun! The slide always pulls us back no matter what ages stayed here with us the slide was a massive hit!

We were a family of 10 people. The only villa on the island for this price and 5 rooms. I really liked that all the rooms have their own shower. Very nice pool, very clean water. Nice view from the room. .The water slide is very fast. Those who like it will like it. In one word, a wonderful place!!!

This villa was so cool. Was European standard throughout. Staff were excellent and on hand 24/7. The swimming pool was very nice and the slide, what can I say about slide ... Go down head first what a thrill. Very nice family hols. Highly Highly recommended 👌 good kitchen and bbq. Washer and dryer.

Location was excellent. The pool is lovely, and the views are stunning. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Great villa, photographs don’t do it justice it really is beautiful. A form of transport is definitely needed but there is a beach, some shops & restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay, thank you!

We loved Beach Republic. We are able to check into our room early after an overnight flight and the rooms were amazing. It was like having your own small house. We especially loved the private pool and the fact that we could swim without anyone seeing us. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were beautifully air-conditioned. We also really enjoyed the outdoor shower and bathroom area. I cannot say enough about how wonderful all of the staff was. So friendly and helpful - they really added to our experience. I highly suggest getting a Traditional Thai massage with Tang - she was incredible. The beach and pool area are fantastic with beds to lie on and lots of shade available. If you want to go shopping it is a drive to either Chaweng or Lamai but it is not too far. I also recommend going to Boput on Friday night for the Fisherman's market and Lamai on Sunday for their night market.

We booked a private villa with a pool and a suite for our daughter. didn't really need a suite as it was huge!!! and she didnt really use the facilities as she was at ours all the time. The pool and courtyard was fabulous, only complaint was that the pool was not refreshing as it was like a sauna, so better to use in the evening,when the temperatures are slightly better. The courtyard is completely private. Breakfast was lovely. Can order cocktails to your room, using the app. Staff not overly helpful, which was a shame. Not a huge choice of restaurants within walking distance though. Would definitely stay again

I was looking forward to staying at Beach Republic but I was really was not expecting it to be so good On arrival we were given a really nice cocktail and the friendly staff walked us to our room and explained how everything works. The design, fit and finish and attention to detail of the room was incredible, very high quality. The bed has the most amazing topper on the mattress and coupled with the sheets it was by far the best bed we had all week and we stayed in some much more expensive hotels. The breakfast was also hands down the best we had in thailand, they even had proper british sausages, not those strange chicken frankfurters! and back bacon! The DJ is such a good touch during the day by the pool, getting everyone in a good mood. The pool staff kindly brought us all kinds of cocktails and drinks, and also if you ordered a drink then decided to go for a dip, they'd wait until you returned to your lounger so your drink was fresh and cold. The dinner was that good we ended up eating there for two nights. The chef is thai and the thai dishes were some of the best we had in Thailand, but everything (really good menu) inc mexican, tapas, bbq were sensational. Also they sorted out motorbike hire (really cheap) and the hotel transfers, we had a ride to the airport in a toyota landcruiser for only about £3 more than getting a taxi. where some hotels really do have your pants down on these things, this one doesn't!

The location is just great, far enough from the busiest party street and very close to the central Samui mall with everything you need. It took us 10-15 minutes to get to the beach which was never a problem. Spacious room with lots of light and a good interior. We might be not that picky, but we enjoyed our stay here a lot. Our two main requests were a good shower pressure and fast internet. Both worked perfectly good. There’s a big tv with Netflix in each room. The swimming pool area is comfortable to spend time at, and the pool itself is very nice. Sometimes you just need to ask to clean it from leaves from the tree above. Cleaning and changing towels is every day if needed. We rented a scooter for several days from the hotel, and they also have cars for rent.

Our apartment was absolutely stunning. The value for money with the views and scenery of this place was amazing. The pool was a great size and nice depth to it as I found a lot of pools in thailand are just about standing depth.

Every day cleaning, water changed, nice swimming pool, beautiful room with a view to the pool. Very polite and friendly stuff.

Fantastic villas at a great price, it was huge 2 bed with a good sized pool, dining room and large garden area. the staff are very friendly and helpful. We managed to extend our stay by one night and we didn’t have to change Villa which was perfect, and they didn’t over charge us. Cleaned room everyday without us ever seeing them. They also have scooters you can rent for 200baht, scooters are in great condition. we will definitely come back here.

Cozy little hotel in a great location of Cheong Mon Beach. Got the pool access room, spacious!

I booked a room with direct pool access which was great. The rooms are big and spacious. The bathroom had a jacuzzi as well. The room was clean and the location is very quiet and nice. The people are very friendly and the breakfast was delicious too. The TV had Netflix. I really liked the stay and the direct pool access.

This place went well beyond our expectations. The room was huge with a great balcony and view. The TV was top shelf, bathroom complete with a tub that you could fill without worry of running out of hot water. It is a short walk of 5 minutes to the main road where you can find transportation. The beach is within a 12 minute walk.. Although we did not use the pool, it looked inviting. All staff were polite and courteous. I would strongly recommend this place if you are in search of a quiet location, but easy to get to the louder parts of town.

The balcony was gorgeous to relax on when it was a little too hot to chill out in the direct sun by the pool. You can see the sea from the room and it’s only a short walk from the hotel. The room was huge and the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was lovely also and very spacious. There was also a moped rental place right next door too which was super handy for getting around

The property is beautiful! They have rooms that enter to the pool privately and the staff is so polite! They made it extremely easy to check in and out. If we needed something they immediately helped figure out a solution. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to a beautiful beach and lots of other restaurants. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the BB3, the view was exceptional, the pool was large and the room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The hotel is located up some quite steep hills, so we hired out mopeds, for simple and easy routes of getting to and from the pier for close by restaurants and bars. What a lovely way to end a night by jumping in to your own private pool! The hotel have 2 dogs on reception also, we fell in love with these! It was just a pleasure to stay and we would definitely return.

We stayed in the Hut with private pool, this is well worth doing. The views are stunning and the location is beautiful. The huts are a little walk (through the jungle on a footpath) to Mae Head town but the location is perfect if you are wanting to relax. The huts have a private beach and beach bar which is great for snorkeling. The staff are so helpful and kind.

The huts are amazing, beautiful setting and beautiful views. Very quiet but only a 15 minutes walk to the port where there are plenty of great places to eat. There are two hidden beaches within a five minute walk which are lovely. The accommodation was excellent, obviously you are in a bamboo hut but the bed is so comfortable and the outside shower is also great. Flowers in the room, air conditioning & the view in the morning when you wake up is worth the money on it's own. The staff where very helpful and picked us up and dropped us at the port with no cost. We stayed in one of the rooms with a pool, highly recommend this for the extra money. Ignore all the reviews about the walking, if you don't want to walk for 15 minutes away from the various hotels, don't book. Fabulous.

Planned a romantic night for my partners birthday and booked here. Loved it! It was raining but we still enjoyed our fantastic view and beautiful pool. It was luxury and seclusion that we were looking forward to for this magical night. I will be back next time

The pool was fantastic, and made the stay so much more enjoyable, long climb and walk to breakfast and the restaurant was the only issue.

It opens for tourists from 10:00-15:00. So there’s a touristy feeling as well as absolutely tranquility. The room that we lived in was amazing, with the best view of the island and a private pool. We had problems with people flying drones over our room to see inside, and the resort staff acted immediately to erase all the footage as it’s a private resort and doing that is invasion of privacy. The staff is friendly and super helpful. We will be back soon.

I don't understand how this place could have any negative reviews. It was amazing!! Literally like having a private island to yourself. We stayed in low season, and only a handful of people were on the island. We got to hike to the peak for sunrise, enjoy a thunderstorm from our balcony, snorkel before the day trippers came and enjoy two lovely dinners in the evening. All the food from the restaurant was really nice (we had salmon, steak, chicken, pasta, plus breakfast). Prices are similar to restaurants in Koh Tao. Cocktails were nice, amazing view! The beach bar has all Thai food and closes earlier. The boat over and back was well organised by the resort. You just line up your ferry so you arrive for their pick-up time. Most of the staff didn't have much English but that was okay. Overall so relaxing and an amazing experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I arrived on the island, it felt magical. After 3pm it became even more special, as there were only about 8 guests in total, making it feel like my very own private paradise. We could swim, hike, or simply relax by the water without any rush or crowds. The food was excellent, and everything about the island was both beautiful and peaceful. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Poomchai, who was extremely accommodating and helpful, which made my stay feel even more special. Snorkeling was a highlight — I was lucky enough to see blacktip sharks — and the viewpoint was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, an unforgettable and relaxing experience that I would highly recommend.

A breathtaking location! I have no idea why people down rated this hotel. Our stay was just perfect! The best best beach in whole Thailand! Rooms are super nice (bathroom is little old but it was ok for us), big and very comfortable. There are limited food selection but it was more than enough for us even with a 6 yo kid. Staff were completely helpful including lobby, beach, room. They really helped a lot. To stay in this hotel is not just a stay, it is an experience, it is a must do if you are visiting Koh Tao!

Our stay was absolutely faultless. The location is so beautiful and basically a private island shared with a few other hotel guests after it closes to the public at 3pm. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and very generous. The room was also beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. There’s an easy hike to the viewpoint where the views are incredible aswell which is normally very busy with everyone coming to the island from boat tours but after 3pm we were the only ones there. Views from our hotel terrace were also beautiful.

Lovely place, excellent value. Really helpful concierge who was able to book ferry tickets on my behalf, and the room's plunge pool was clean along with everything else. Thumbs up!

Stay was very good. Hotel is very well setup and our 2BR private pool villa was gr8. The staff is always serving with a smile on their face and the hotel food is also good. Overall it was a very good experience.

A nice spot on a beautiful island. Large private villa complex, although beware the 3 bedrooms were all in separate buildings so not great if you have small children. Staff very accommodating. Lovely to have our own private pool.

The private pool with every villa is fabulous. Extensive renovations are upcoming that will add to the great “bones” that exist. Very nice people GM goes out of his way as does staff.

Kanda far exceeded our expectations. From beginning to end, the staff was incredibly attentive. The helped us with every aspect of our trip, even planning a private dinner on the beach. The spa was wonderful and our Villa was perfect. The private pool was great for our kids, as was the Rock Pool. We look forward to returning, and would recommend Kanda without hesitation!!

We stayed in the 3-bed villa (which is actually a 4-bed). The outside is almost perfect - stunning pool and location right on the beachfront could not be faulted (nb. the other 2 villas don't have sea views). Nice living area with smart TV and good aircon. Kitchen with decent size fridge, microwave, toaster, and stove top. Location generally good but a decent walk along the beach or road to the main town area with the main bars and restaurants - need to get a taxi. Some excellent local restaurants though and new 7Eleven opened just up the road. Lovely Sao - manager/owner? - delightful and very helpful locating taxis etc. Excellent cleaners. Showers nice hot water. The other villas don't have sea view. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay (suited us as family of 6 adults aged 22, 22, 60, 62, 65, 72) and would recommend but some improvements could be made for the money. It currently isn't 4 star accommodation - really paying for that stunning outside pool area and the seafront location. Wifi was excellent (although not working for the first 12-16 hours of our stay).

This was one of the most beautiful places on our journey. The pool, the view, located very well to reach everything in minutes and still have a quiet relaxing oasis for our own. Very well equipped and extraordinary clean, we will come back!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Pawanthrom for 3 nights and it was pretty good. The price is amazing for a private pool villa, couldnt ask for more. It's very clean and its everything we need.

We spent 2 weeks at Pawanthorn for our 10 year anniversary. It was perfect for what we wanted, privacy and a private pool. Hotel breakfast and dinner was amazing, but no room service available. Room was cleaned daily, however laundry was disappointing as it took 3 days, instead of 1 day as promised. We hired a scooter to get around as it's a 10 minute drive to Chaweng which we didn't mind. There was construction downstairs at the restaurant which wasn't overly relaxing while in the pool. Overall a lovely holiday and would return in the future.
