While the room was gorgeous, breakfast wasn’t so great. Tje eggs were watery and the meat options weren’t too good for a Western palette. The coffee in the room was much better than the coffee in the breakfast room. The coffee in the breakfast room was extremely strong and bitter. Again the room was absolutely beautiful.

適合自駕遊人士，地點偏遠，附近沒有吃喝玩樂的地方，如不是駕車很不方便。但房間環境好，超大按摩浴缸，適合情侶或夫婦入住，私穩度高，每間屋有獨立車房。

ˋ　　ˇ　　ˇ偏僻，對有開車的人來說非常方便，如果沒開車就不太建議。房間很大很舒適，整潔度佳，冷氣很冷。

私隱度好高，同一般洒店不同。個人空間保障很好，設施完善，泳池超不錯，早餐也不過不失，到台南值得一去。

Very clean, comfortable and all staff was very kind. Hot spring was very nice. The only downside to this hotel is that the swimming pool is smaller than expected.

The Villa pool is not senior friendly!!! Not safe !!

The resort's family-friendly amenities were a highlight, particularly the small but charming parent-child playroom, which quickly became my children’s favorite spot. Despite its modest size, the playroom was well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring the kids had a fantastic time. The swimming pool, though not large, stood out for its remarkably clean water quality. I was particularly impressed by the waterfall feature, which was beautifully maintained without any trace of green algae—a rare achievement that reflects the high standards of upkeep at this property. The resort’s verdant surroundings create a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff’s professionalism and courteous service also left a lasting impression, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.

overall the place is good. but the only problem is the private pool. water are too low for us.

The rooms are huge and very over the top, exactly what you expect when you see the photos and book. We tried two rooms and much preferred the room with the pool in it.

I like how spacious the room was. Plus we enjoyed watching movie while taking a bath on the spa pool.

The sfaffs are so kind, very soft spoken. The facilities are good and the place is clean. Very spacious i must add. Totally worth the every penny.

The staff was great, although they don’t speak English there is a person that goes by the name Lucia and she went out of her way to help me by using a translation app, she got my room ready before my time, offered me a bottle of water and called taxis for me when I needed them

Cleanliness, have to inform them to make up the room or else they won’t. Staff generally friendly and helpful except for a rather bossy women who kind of ruins the vibes with her attitude. Overall very nice play to stay at where they even offer supper for patrons

本次端午連假的星期六入住1708號房，不論是房間的清潔或是服務人員的態度都非常好，下午六點CHECK IN，隔天中午12點CHECK OUT，很適合帶小朋友不趕時間的旅行。 六點CHECK IN之前到，也可以先帶小孩到10樓的親子遊戲室遊玩，小朋友都非常喜歡。 消夜時間雖然菜色不多，但也令人驚艷，隔天早餐也不錯。 也有到逢甲的接駁車，可惜的是後來下大廳問櫃台才得知，下次建議可以在CHECK IN的時候告知。 下次如果還來台中，也有房間我一定還會再住水雲端，謝謝你們讓我們有一個愉快的假期。

The room was great and so was the service. It was spacious and clean

1.一般普通房型就很大，兩個人睡剛剛好 2.而且還有沙發方便吃飯看電視 3.商務出差房間WiFi電視訊號都很穩定 4.隔音很好不會被吵到、枕頭微硬高度剛好不會讓我隔天睡起來脖子酸痛 5.浴室還有浴缸跟電視可以泡澡 6.總結以兩千多塊的價格CP很高

I loved the pool. Both inside and out. Some upkeep is needed but it was very nice. More towels would also be great. I will definitely book the pool suite or presidential suite again as the pools are so much better than anywhere else where you have to share.

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a giant bathroom in the suburban area of Linkou. The breakfast is available for most of the morning and has a variety of options, and there are a number of convenience stores nearby.

環境大噐，區域廣闊，各棟建築，花園，有特色，拍照拍不完，泳池，室內，室外泡湯池很讚！ 服務人員效率高，有禮貌，熱情，顯現很優質的訓練。 餐飲也十分多樣，豐富，美味。

瑞穗溫泉的五星級飯店，來拜訪客戶，順便安排兩天的親子四人房型住宿行程，飯店服務非常的好，裝潢的設備及整體環境很像到了外國城堡景點，天氣非常好，美中不足的也許是疫情的關係，兩個晚餐和早餐的菜色都沒有太大的變化，所以若是有機會再來入住，希望飯店的餐飲部份可以再多變化，或是特色料理。

住宿體驗不錯，環境也很好，幾點小缺點：check in花費時間太久，很多設施都有營業時間但是沒有紙本或電子的介紹，導致都要用記憶的，另外這麼貴的飯店但是11點check out也是硬傷。

A nicely designed resort hotel with a beautiful natural setting. Areas that can use improvements: (1) the hot spring pool looks like a swimming pool and can use some redesign to give more hot spring flavor, and (2) there is little choice in the dinner menu - no other restaurants nearby.

All of the staffs are very friendly, considerate and patient. The location is in suburban district and closed to the famous, beautiful 伯朗大道. It is very suitable for family trip. It is also very suitable for European and American tourists who want to truly experience Taiwan’s countryside.

We had one of the smaller rooms but it was still a huge quadruple. It was also clean and comfortable, with ample power sockets that don't require any travel adapters. As advertised, the jetted bathtub is one of the highlights, but there are of course pros and cons to having the toilet completely separate from the bath in another room. Almost all the instructions on devices, such as the bathtub and the room controls, are in Chinese. This was not an issue for us since we do understand the language but will be an issue for those who don't. The hotel staff members are very helpful and friendly, and helped us to book cabs as and when we needed it. They also provided free transport to and from the Fengjia night market. Location wise, the hotel is not as isolated as we thought. There are decent restaurants right in the neighbourhood, as well as convenience stalls. In fact we could walk to the Tiger City mall easily with our five year old. The breakfast and supper buffets were rather lacking in variety but still sufficient for a quick meal. Overall a pretty good hotel choice for families at a decent price range.

I just had one night stay in this hotel and I am very impressed. Big room, clean, near to shops and the only hotel I came across that provide supper. The titbits, coffee, tea and water in the room are free. On the 6th floor there is a small garden to chill. Breakfast sufficient for us. The setback for us is we cannot read the instructions in Chinese, we hope there is English in the near future. You see this room provides a clean, beautiful and big bathtub with jacuzzi. In the morning I got up half an hour earlier for the jacuzzi. Alas! to my dismay, After putting in the salt I couldn’t on the jacuzzi. I found out later we are to place our finger on the switch for 5 seconds or more ! The staff are polite, attentive and were at the doors when we arrived. Bid us farewell when we left.

Their complementary breakfast has a good selection of food. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was quite big in size but a bit dim. I was particularly impressed with the huge bathroom. The toilet was equipped with a bidet, and there was a jacuzzi and TV in the bathroom. The only thing that seemed a bit psychedelic was the flashing colored lights in the bathroom. There were lots of TV channels to choose from in many different languages. One more thing that was quite inconvenient was that there was no closet in my room to hang clothes. Overall, this was a good hotel for the price.

This is one hotel we will return to. The room is big, really big. The amenities are beyond our expectation - tap that dispenses hot/cold drinking water, working desk, big bed, sofa, free snacks and soft drinks, Jacuzzi for 2 and complete with a TV, karaoke system, video on demand, light control for different moods, external TV speakers and more. We were simply blown away. The hotel provides complimentary supper and breakfast. It also has ferry services to the night market. Breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western foods. We really enjoyed ourselves and wished we had booked more nights!

a very good hotel for me my my girl friend. We booked a two double bed room that come with a couple Jacuzzi tub as well. Spend two night there and surprisingly they also provide supper (till 11:00pm) as well as breakfast too. Although it's not close to the Feng-Jia night market, but we will definitely come back for a stay in the future.

Rooms are large and beautifully done. The family room's design and amenities could rival 4 or 5 star hotels. Free breakfast was good. Small downside is the location, you need a taxi to get to the nearest MRT station. Elevators are smallish but very smooth. Friendly and helpful staff (Thanks Roger).

這次住宿是商務房，但是入口一樣從汽車旅館那邊進去，商務部分的房間是完全跟汽車旅館的房間分開，所以非常的乾淨，空間也非常的大，床也非常的舒服，雖然是商務房，但是浴缸非常的大，可以泡澡的感覺真的很好，非常推薦

Rooms are huge, hot tub, sauna and all that. Sound insulation is pretty good. For a motel, breakfast was decent. We will be returning.

Excellent place. Everything is keep at its max cleanliness. But do expect some friendly animals visiting due to its nature environment. Super nice host.

因為淡季關係，沒有人一起在此酒店住，加上風超級大，櫃檯晚上6點還是8點後就沒人在前台服務了，感覺不太好，沒有很warm的感覺，房內有一幅大畫，畫像不太好，門口左邊有一幅玻璃鏡，可以加一幅布在不用時遮蓋就好，睡覺看著鏡子不好

本預定的房型都不一樣，入住時間也是看訂房資訊，但是到了確說入住時間不同，反而安排另外一間房型，但是跟原本預定房型不同，有點小失望

房間乾淨沒什麼煙味，早餐在意料之內，但服務員很親切熱情，特別是有泡湯區及可愛動物，下次有機會會再入住

浴巾和毛巾上有小昆蟲的屍體！其他的都非常滿意清潔度方面真的需要再加強.第一次住到吃早餐會有遊園車來接送挺新鮮的！

地點是有點偏遠，設備算是有點舊，但整體房間cp值算高~ 沒有一般模鐵的煙味。早餐也很不錯，飲品大多使用COSTCO商品，服務人員態度佳，用餐環境乾淨。夜間很安靜、早起聽鳥~

我們訂的四人房歡唱閣樓，地方寬敞，備品包括零食等也頗豐富。但隔音不甚好，床也略小，設備的更新與環境清潔有改善空間。不過，整體而言cp值不錯。

Pleasant staff and requests are followed up immediately. The pool is not accessible for all guests, as it comes with the expensive rooms.

The room was good size and fittings and supplies very good quality. Perfect for couple romantic getaway but not for family and business due to its "Motel" setup.

訂的是有泳池+ktv的房型，泳池設備很好，沖水柱強，KTV 歌多，原音原影，有提供酒類購買，但會館不提供玻璃杯...

早餐都是冷的，除了飯煲內的飯及湯 服務員很有禮貌，房間很大很整潔，入住4晚天天都有打掃，但中間2晚不知那裡來了蚊子，釘到很嚴重都又紅又腫還要在臉上=.=

住宿方面沒有大問題，唯一有問題的地方就是泡澡池的水龍頭跟排水塞，水龍頭關不起來關到最緊還是在漏水，排水塞，塞不住排水口，水會一直漏掉。 5/14晚上住217號房

Property is a bit old but the room was huge. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast can be better.

房間很大、浴室更大、燈光很亮，空間都很大。浴室格局很怪，沖洗並不方便。浴缸超大，但是進水很怪，從上方或是天花板，會很吵，但是有不瀑布的感覺，但很奇怪。其餘都很好

房間很寬敞，冷氣太冷無法調整，後來只好直接關掉。冰箱的壓縮機聲音非常大，半夜突然運轉會驚醒。房間隔音很不好，會一直聽到樓上蹦蹦蹦亂跳的聲音，連隔壁開關鐵門聲都聽得到，睡得很不安穩。早餐是送到樓下，不過時間不能挑選，有點可惜。

整體由木頭建造，質感佳，有些許霉味，開冷氣後可接受，與田野貼近，夜裡可聆聽蛙叫聲，整體屬於貼近自然之住宿。

老闆跟老闆娘都很熱心 房間很大很乾淨，床也很大很舒服。 外面有很大的停車位，不必擔心停車問題。

Everything this place has to provide is truely amazing and went above my expectations. The scenery that could be observed from our room is something that I would remember for the rest of my life. This property has truly gave me some amazing memories that I would never forget. The staffs of the property were also extremely nice and treated us like their family. Excellent hospitality indeed!

在這裡的住宿感覺十分悠閒。每天的早餐時刻是最期待的一件事情，每種食物有不同選擇，讓停留三天的我們一點都不覺得無聊。 房間的擴香氣味讓人回到房間時充滿愉悅。 當然冬天的風速之大，無法避免的風管呼嘯聲持續存在，但這就是冬天的澎湖阿。
