Wow Wow Wow, we absolutely loved this beautiful hotel perched on a hill top with stunning views across the lake. The layout of the hotel is well thought out, spacious and comfortable. Every touch point throughout the stay was top marks, staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. We made use of the pool and spa area daily, being adults only was a welcome treat to be able to relax and unwind in the tranquil environment. We were blessed with glorious sunshine to enjoy the outdoor pool. Spotlessly clean hotel through out and beautifully maintained gardens. We hired a car because we do like to explore but returned each evening for a game of backgammon in the bar, fabulous cocktails and nibbles. The car parking area is fantastic, safe, secure and easy to use. We were so impressed with The Cape of Senses that we have actually booked again for next year when we checked out. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

This adults-only facility offers a tranquil environment with soothing music in the evenings. We enjoyed walking on the meticulously maintained short grass and reading in various serene spots around the hotel grounds. Our mornings started with yoga and a delicious breakfast on the rooftop, which provided stunning views. The amenities were superb, including saunas, an indoor warm pool, an outdoor cooler pool, and a well-equipped gym. The hotel features a stylish bar, a comfortable lobby, and a spacious underground parking lot. Everything was modern and impeccably clean. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Our room was large, very comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Although it is an expensive hotel, the exceptional quality and experience made it worth every penny.

The entire place is absolutely beautiful, stunning grounds and stunning views over the lake, it faces south and west so it gets marvellous sunsets every night. Indoor and outdoor pools both beautiful and extremely comfortable temperatures. Never a shortage of sunbeds because the hotel is so large but there are relatively few rooms. Great quality food and wine at the restaurant, and the bartenders make outstanding drinks. The staff are exceptional throughout and genuinely go above and beyond. Our room was very large, tons of space, tons of different spaces to lay down, with wonderful views of the grounds, pools and lake from both the balcony and the roof terrace. It's the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

The location , the pool , the food ...all was very very nice. Exit from the room directly on the pool was great. The view is beautiful.

Just finished a three night stay at this spa. Rooms are impeccable, clean and spacious. The view of the lake from the balcony adds to the magic of this relaxing retreat. The staff are happy, friendly and do anything to help make this a wonderful stay. The pools are magnificent as well as the grounds and the spa. All photo worthy and add to the luxurious experience The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 is because of two areas needing improvement. 1- the food is very average overall of I am to compare to other 5 star resorts. Breakfast is the same every day , bar menu is not tasty and dinner was very mediocre. 2- there is no one to service the pool area. It would be nice to have some attendants offering food and drink. It would add to the revenue and also add to the experience. There is also no one to decide the spa locker room or the spa area. Besides these issues we would certainly return! 2-

We highly recommend this hotel. We were really surprised with the hotel design, room size, quality of furniture and materials in the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the outdoor pool in the room and sauna with jacuzzi and swing on the balcony! So comfortable rooms, beds with the variants of pillows. Never slept like in this hotel :). Room service also very good. All necessary equipment was every time in the room. Food in the restaurant is also without any words ), everything was perfect. Service in the restaurant, quality and the taste of food! everything so delicious, big variety of wine list and cocktails. You can totally relax in this hotel at any time of the year with its perfect spa and pool. that was sooo relaxing. Stylish and clean. And you can go by foot for about 30 min to the historical town with the castle - Lazise. We saw the taxi from the hotel, but prefer to have walk. And the hotel has very good placement. To any interesting place about 20-30 min by car. To the beautiful Sermione is about 20 min. We are highly recommend this hotel!

This is a real 5 stars spa-resort hotel for wealthy people. There are many wellness and spa programs in the hotel. Outdoor swimming pools with heated water are open even in winter. The cleanliness of the hotel and pools is perfect everywhere! The owners are most likely Germans or Swiss. Breakfast offers a large selection of different products of very high quality for every taste: sausages, ham, cape, fish, omelettes, various cereals ... and a large variety of premium alcohol. A couple of kilometers - Lake Gardo. This is a very pleasant place. If there is a need for a trip to Milan area, I will stay at this hotel again.

Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.

Apartment suite was very comfortable and the pool complex is beautiful! Sadly, obligations didn’t allow us to enjoy them so we will be back and you need more than 2 days here!! Staff was great at the reception desk, in the restaurant, bar, etc!!

Lovely place to stay. The properties that had their own pools looked amazing. Our accommodation was spacious and clean. The air con was controlled by reception, you just ring them and they set it at your requested temperature. There are two pools. One for children, and one that is adults only (this has lovely views over the lake). Pool towels are provided in the room. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. All staff were polite and helpful. There is plenty of parking near the reception area and also underground parking. Easy walking distance to Bardolino and Garda.

Really good hotel. We were happy that we felt we had chosen the best hotel in Bardolino for our budget. I don't think the hotel website does it justice either in words or pictures. We were amazed at the size and quality of appointment of our "economy suites". Everything worked well. Air con was efficient. They kindly left us a basket of fruit and complimentary water every day. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. I don't think there is any mention of the second pool (or pics) but this was deliberately a much more "natural" environment and seemed a relaxing space Facilities are good. Breakfast is good but repetitive after a few days. Also we felt that allowing dogs into the restaurant wasn't great We did visit the restaurant one evening and that was disappointing - not food-wise as that was really good - but because they started preparing the restaurant for breakfast as we sat eating. They are trying to create a "fine dining" experience but this let it down. Gym - small and hot. Only one treadmill and that was a 1980's model better suited for home use Main Pool - really nice, lots of sunbeds around it. Water very cold! Service - usually good - we visited somewhat towards the end of the season so they seemed to have plenty of time for us Location - 10 mins to Bardolino centre and about 1/2 hour walk to Garda We would definitely go back and would definitely recommend

Must relaxing holiday, hotel stunning Grounds exquisite, olive trees apple trees , beautiful flowers. Benches to sit & look on to lake as we strolled around the amazing grounds. Quiet pool area for adults , pond with carp , just perfectly designed grounds. We had a suite with own pool which was perfect. Fresh fruit , water & prosecco In arrival was a very welcoming gesture. The staff were also friendly & helpful. Especially the maids who understood the clutter of our teenager. WiFi wasn’t great according to our son However it encouraged him to be more involved & active which was amazing. After all we didn’t go there to be connected to WiFi we wanted to connect as a family. Dinner in the restaurant was very good & well priced. Roof top bar a must to watch the sun set. Breakfast was well catered, one could order omelette etc or choose from buffet or both,alongside complimentary prosecco. Spa is very relaxing & spotlessly clean. Spa managers amazing , best pedicure I’ve had. Will most definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

Die Suite mit eigenem Pool war schon besonders. Der Pool toll, die Terrasse wurde leider nicht gereinigt, somit im Zimmer immer dreckiger Fußboden. Gärtner und Hausmeister immer unterwegs, aber ist ist halt alles in die Jahre gekommen Frühstück: hier kommt man sich vor wie im Hundehotel: sehr viel bellende und kläffende Köter (ja ich mag keine Hunde) Rühreier glichen einer Suppe, Spiegelei hart, Saft billig, Obst aus der Konserve, aber gute Wurst Ob ich wieder komme? Eher nein

Lovely hotel. Beds were a bit hard, but the suite was nice a big, with a lovely terrace, bathrobes and pool towels etc. Very helpful staff with bags etc. You can see the hotel has been perfect at one time, only needing a few things / repairs to make it a top hotel again! Would go back again. Breakfast was very filling with extensive choice.

Stayed for 3 nights 19-22 June in this lovely hotel in an ideal situation - just 10 minutes walk from the lake in Lazise and all the restaurants. We stayed in a lovely large room with very comfortable bed and choice of pillows and spacious bathroom. All very clean. After walking by the lake in the morning in the heat, it was lovely to then come back to the hotel and relax by the lovely pool, with no concerns about getting sunbeds. Towels were provided. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast delicious. We would return if visiting Lake Garda again.

This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Lazise between the beach and castle. The staff are simply lovely - so helpful and friendly. The rooms were well stocked and the pool and spa area is better than many 5* hotels where i have stayed. The breakfast has a lot of choice. Quality across the board is top notch.

It is an extraordinary private villa with a garden, a private pool and a beautiful view. There are multiple bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen (which had a separate wine cooler) and a big terrace. Everything was so comfortable! The sheets and plankets in the beds were 10/10. There was a nice parking space in the shade. The villa is surrounded by a garden, there is a BBQ. The private pool can be used at any time - we had a lovely time relaxing by the pool and swimming. We have travelled quite a lot - it is definitely on of the most memorable stays.

The property is beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Modern, fantastic facilities. Lots of seating options. Felt really safe. Host/management were so easy to contact. So friendly. They even had a cake delivered for our daughters birthday which was such a thoughtful surprise.

Practical clean and perfect location with all very modern facilities

Location was perfect, out of town but close enough to walk if you wanted. Lovely views and accommodation had everything we needed. Including BBQ, Pizza Oven and Pool.

The house was amazing as well as the hosts! We were there with two kids and three german shepherds for 6 days. It was perfect place for such a team. Close to the Garda lake, Gardaland and many other attractions. On site tgere were a lot of gorgius animals: donkeys, horses, etc. What's more all of that soruounded by the old olive garden.

Great amount of space for a large group. Lots of chairs. Multiple dining table options. Pool was a great size. Comfy sofa outside. Amazing views from top balcony. Peaceful location. Great for exploring northern end of the lake.

The location was outstanding - stunning views of the lake and mountains. The villa was comfortable and clean, the host responded to all enquiries immediately. The pool was perfect for us.

The pool was fantastic although pretty deep all over (for us small people) The kitchen was really well equipped with bottle opener, hand blender, Bialetti and 2 filter coffee makers. Lots of big saucepans. The bedrooms were fine and it was handy to have a shower by the pool. Bbq, but we couldn't find the long handled tools and there weren't any in the supermarket either. Lots of inflatables in the pool utility room. The a/c was great but it did keep tripping. We think this was the kitchen one. It was easy to reset.

A beautiful villa with everything you could want. Spacious rooms with great air conditioning, great kitchen facilities, a lovely garden area and a fantastic pool and dining/sitting area. Lots of information provided on the villa and surrounding area. A great quiet location with a less than ten minute walk to the centre of Bardolino. Good communication from owners who were able to accommodate our request for a later check out time. Cot and high chair provided as requested.

Beautiful villa in a great spot with all the facilities we wanted a little more expensive than we would normally expect to pay but worth it for the standard of property and convenience to all of the local attractions. Also on major tubs route to Verona which made days out easy as well.

Absolutely beyond expectations…. The parking was very easy to access and the hotel takes care to send you the information before arriving. The transfer from parking to hotel and back was seamless and also very enjoyable for my child to ride a little golf cart through sirmione. The hotel was located right near the entrance and also a two minute walk to the great Terme of Sirmione (which was the main point of our visit). The hotel itself was STUNNING. So nicely renovated, new, modern, very spacious room with comfortable beds and lots of windows. The design itself is so modern but well thought - hooks in the right places, bath and wc separate from each other… lots of hangers and space to hang clothes. Even a little balcony in our room. The cleanliness was immaculate…. It was truly amazing. The breakfast was so abundant and so tasty, not sure if it’s always like this but during this time of low season we had breakfast cooked to order and unlimited portions (even though one portion is more than enough for a hearty appetite) with fresh breads, croissants, yogurt and cereals… fresh orange juice and espresso as you like. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better stay and the hospitality was exceptional. In a time like this, it’s hard to find these gems that really really care about customer service and client experience. We cannot wait to come back again

We had an excellent stay. We asked Tanina to send a driver to Verona to pick us up and drive us to the hotel--very much worth door to door service-- Worth it when you consider train costs along with taxis at each end. We also had her find a driver to take us to the nearby train station for our trip to Venice. We reserved the 3rd floor room with a balcony. With windows closed, we had no street noise but we could also enjoy closing the shutters and opening the windows to enjoy the birds in the square. We enjoyed the room but there is limited storage space, especially in the bathroom. Everything is spotlessly clean. There is an elevator to the 3rd floor with no additional stairs. Tanina arranged a massage at Aquaria, she recommended two dinners and one lunch--all very good. Breakfast is included at a restaurant across the street. She also arranged a private sunset cruise which was beautiful. We followed her advice for a good gelato place, among the many you encounter. She is a wealth of good information. We easily walked everywhere throughout the peninsula during our 3 day stay. Once you walk a few minutes away from the historic area, there are peaceful parks and farther up, hidden villas until you reach the Roman ruins and the small beach.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa Scaligeri in Sirmione, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is spotless, with a perfect location right next to the castle — you’re literally in the heart of the old town, surrounded by history and charm. One of the things we really appreciated was the thoughtful electric shuttle service to and from the parking area, which made arriving and departing completely stress-free. The rooms are cozy and impeccably clean. Breakfast is served in a lovely café just across from the hotel, with a varied menu. But what made our stay truly unforgettable were the owners. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel more like welcome guests than hotel clients. Thanks to their personal recommendations, we experienced two highlights of our trip: a peaceful, intimate boat ride on Lake Garda, and a stunning dinner at La Rucola, a Michelin-starred restaurant that was an absolute culinary journey. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us, and there’s a nearby park that ’s perfect for walks with your four-legged companion. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay in Sirmione.

This resort area is a bit inaccessible - that's where the SERVICE comes in. Tanina has the ability to make you feel like you are staying with your family. The communication is just right - every question is anticipated and answered almost before you know to ask! How do we visit other towns on Lake Garda? Where can we find the best gelato? What about a restaurant for a romantic dinner? We want to explore on foot - what path do you recommend. Tanina has you covered, like a mama but with the utmost respect. We ate great food, discovered Bardolino and did some shopping, saw the historical sights and even caught a local church choir practicing through a street-level open window! If you stay at this property, you will literally have no worries. A fabulous breakfast around the corner is included daily. Tanina will give you a map and the inside scoop on everything. Our only suggestion for improvement is to do the repairs for the damages caused by a previous guest in suite 202 and to dispense with the chemical "air fresheners" which are toxic. The air God has created is superior!

Location couldn´t be better: inside the walls, steps from the castle and the tour boats (don´t miss the water tour around the city) and the best restaurants in town. We stayed at the 3rd floor in a modern and spacious room with a nice balcony. Pretty clean bathroom with good amenities. Spotless! Breakfast is around the corner and do not compromise, but it is not par to the rest of the facilities and services. Having said that, it is still above average. Best for last. What really makes the difference here is Tanina. I do not remember anyone in any other place that I have been that is so responsive, focused on the customer (and not only in making the most of money with them) and nice as Tanina. No matter what your demand is, she will figure out how to address it. And she went the extra mile, suggesting ways to improve what we have planned. The hotel is definitely very good but with Tanina it becomes great!

Fantastic location up in the hills overlooking the lake. Room was very spacious, very clean, in great condition well fitted out. Food was great, breakfast in particular was excellent. The staff very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Plenty of parking. The salt pool was very special but all three swimming pools were great.

Everything about this hotel was sensational. The facilities are unmatched in the region and the location, hospitality and focus on relaxation all combine to make Lefay the absolute number 1 resort in Veneto for a couple looking to escape the day-to-day and indulge in some luxury. A special mention must go to the staff who make you feel like a celebrity while you stay at the resort. Everyone remembered our names and greeted us warmly. They made arrangements for us with minimum fuss, always smiled, and maintained a constant level of attention that wasn't intrusive. They were perfect. The restaurants are excellent and the pool and spa facilities must be enjoyed every day. It'll take a good 3 days to make the most of everything on offer in this respect. Take it slow and really let yourself go.

The property is located on a small mountain and that gives us one of the most gorgeous views from the hotel. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The pools and sauna are amazing. The sauna has absolutely beautiful views. The most gorgeous wellness resort ever for me.

Views were stunning, food was overall of a high standard. Enjoyed the activities, yoga teacher was excellent! Beautiful main pool was very relaxing to swim in. Hotel was perfect for a milestone birthday celebration.

Exceptional short break for our honeymoon. Stunning interiors, choice of pools, food and drinks all overlooking the lake. Staff were excellent. We were treated so well by all of them.

Very welcoming hotel. Greeted with glass of Prosecco and tour of room. Room was extremely clean and a good size with balcony overlooking the pool with Lake Garda in the background. Good choice of pillows and lovely pool area although the jacuzzi could have done with a clean. Excellent choice of breakfast and food was excellent although it all comes at once. Borrowed the eBikes which were good fun and value. There is a free shuttle bus to lake but it is only a 10 minute walk, excellent location. We ate at the hotel each night and the food was good.

Staff were so attentive from waiting staff to reception and cleaning all had the same could not do enough attitude . One back office staff went out of her way to buy a European adapter for phone charger . Food fantastic and free bikes to borrow to take in the beauty of the lake and the town of Garda . Swimming pool and jacuzzi area clean and always well serviced by staff with towels and drinks . I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for couples and groups alike and wedding parties which we were.

We have just had such a lovely stay here! The staff are all super friendly and helpful - they really can’t do enough :) breakfast was definitely a highlight, love the extensive choice and the high quality of the produce, super tasty. Poolside snack was also a lovely little treat in the afternoon. Just all round thoughtful little touches make this hotel special! The walk into Garda (15 minutes) is not a problem even in the heat and the roads are very safe.

Stylish hotel with super-friendly staff situated in a residential area about 1km from the town centre. Rooms comfortable, modern and clean. Lots of thoughtful details like a hair-straightener provided and free snacks in the afternoon. Fabulous breakfast buffet and the restaurant is great for fish lovers. We didn't use the pool area as the weather was poor but it looked really nice. My only minor gripe is the lack of power sockets in the room.

Our stay here was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived we were given welcome drinks and cookies! The staff were really helpful and friendly helping with all of our questions and giving recommendations on where to go and how to get there. The hotel itself was lovely. Very clean and modern with a lovely pool. I would 100% recommend.

Loved everything about Vinci. Breakfast was fantastic, staff were so helpful and lovely. Nothing too much trouble. Pool and grounds were brillant. Drinks and food around the pool really well priced also. Spa area was such a bonus and inexpensive so wonderful value for money.

The hotel is very nice with a heated pool at a comfortable 30+ degrees with a shallow area that is amazing to sunbath in. The garden in general is a lovely place to hang out and watch the sun sink in the lake. Free parking at the hotel property is also a major plus. The staff is very accommodating to our requests and just very kind. The cocktails are tasty and the breakfast is very well done with plenty of options. Loved almost everything about it! The only tiny detail I would note for the hotel is to offer some complementary cooled (citrus)-water in the lobby or something since there is also no complementary water offered in the room. (Eco reasons?) Some offering of refreshment after a walk from town should be standard at a hotel with this level of service since there is also no welcome drink offered at check in; your only go-to now is the mini-bar when you arrive thirsty from the heat outside…

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Vinci which enhanced a fantastic trip to beautiful Sirmione. Hotel Vinci is an exceptional hotel situated by the Historic Centre of Sirmione. The hotel is modern and stylish and comes equipped with an outdoor pool and spa facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and our room was both tasteful and clean and boasted a private balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping Aperol Spritzes on the deck which overlooked Lake Garda and would highly recommend the spa facilities which we availed of during our stay. The hotel's proximity to Castello Scaligero allowed us to easily stroll to old city for both lunch and dinner and wander through the colourful, cobbled streets of old town Sirmione. We would highly recommend Hotel Vinci and look forward to returning again in the near future. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

The hotel manager/owner and all staff members were friendly, helpful, accommodating and made our stay wonderful! We were upgraded upon check in to our delight. The bar is a nice place to gather in the evening and chat with the owner and other hotel guests. The view from both sides of the hotel are lake view even though they don’t advertise that it’s beautiful. The pool nice and the in room/balcony private hot tub was a great thing as we had flown all night before arriving and it relaxed us. The downtown area/castle and restaurants an easy walk from the hotel.

If you are driving, when you arrive in Sirmione there is a barrier to allow hotel guests to drive through the town. Stop and someone then asks for your hotel details and lets you in. The streets are very narrow and full of people. There is traffic light control as the streets are only a cars width wide. On arrival at the hotel, stop at the gates and use the intercom. Greeted by lovely staff and given a welcome drink. We had a lake facing room with a balcony which had breathtaking views of the lake. We had a problem with mosquitoes in the room the first evening. You need to keep all windows and doors shut, curtains drawn. We followed this for the remainder of our stay and didn't have further problems. Breakfast choice is amazing. Pool superb and pool attendants were very helpful and always on hand. The grounds are beautiful. Good location for doing anything in Sirmione.

No question the best hotel in Sirmione. The minute we approached the gate and came up the drive it was going to be special. The hotel were all great, happy, and pleased to offer any suggestions for dinner reservations, bookings anywhere. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The pool area is also great which easy refreshment orders, pool towels and such. Breakfast is great with just about everything between the buffet and the menu out on the terrace overlooking the lake. Short walk through the back gate into central sirmione which was great to wonder around the streets. We also did a private sunset boat tour with Garda tours which I also couldn’t recommend enough. Bottle of sparkling wine and a tour on a lovely new boat was awesome at sunset. Very extravagant few days! Hopefully we’ll be back again!

This is a beautiful property, the grounds were fabulous. Our room was great, had a nice view of the lake and overlooked the lovely pool. I had helpful interactions with the front desk staff. Overall, it was a nice stay at a lovely property. I think they could make some improvements to their service to make it more in line with a true five star hotel. Our super tiny shower stall had a clogged drain, AC didn’t reach the bathroom, no extra towels provided, no drinks service at the pool, etc. The breakfast buffet food choices were fine, but the mains were not. Over the course of two breakfasts, my husband or I tried eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, an omelet and pancakes and all were just not good. Sirmoine was cute but super crowded during our visit. Trying to find the hotel was a harrowing experience, driving through narrow streets barely wide enough for the car, all packed with people giving you dirty looks. GPS seemed to glitch in the area and we had a tough time finding the hotel. I wish the hotel had provided some guidance beforehand. Only guests of hotels on the peninsula can drive there, otherwise you have to leave your car in the Sirmone car parks. I only knew this from reading past reviews, otherwise would have never known.

A place that has to be seen to be believed. On the top of the hill, nearly towards the end of the Sermione peninsula, in a park of 20+ heactares, with beautiful gardens full of marvellous trees, flowers, statutes and magnificent grand fountain. We had a big suite, which was with refined furniture, splendid bathroom, mini bar and coffee machine. Cleanliness and order - exemplary. The reception staff is amongst the best we have come across. Concierge service - beyond the call of duty for both we had contact with, Alberto and Ferdinando. Resolved a problem for us, which otherwise would have taken a good part of our time and a lot of angst! Thank you again! In the best traditions of the best hotel - the class is seen through how problems are resolved. All staff - kind and attentive. At times at breakfast, somewhat fretting and coffees may be delayed but wuickly fixed up. Breakfast good and sufficient, offering also a menu of cooked dishes. restaurant elegant with good food. A lunch at the restaurant at the lake shore is not to be missed! Warning - arriving by car requires negotiating the narrow and often overcrowded streets of Sirmione. Once in the Villa though, find the back gate and in five minutes walk you are in the centre of the town's life. There is nice swimming pool but even without using it or even visiting the town you will enjoy most idyllic environment and charming experience. An experience one wants to repeat as soon as one has left!

It would not be exaggerating to call this THE most perfect hotel we have encountered yet. It is stunning. The grounds, its elevated position with great views, access to a private pier on the lake and a swimming pool that was actually civilised and quiet. The guests were all polite and the staff are fantastic. I had one minor grumble here and they made up for it tenfold. Food is sublime. From home made pizza in a small van near the front dining terrace, to the wonderful breakfast and the five star main dining, they got it faultless. The service in the pier was great too. Almost don’t want to say too much more as it has a feel of being a hidden secret to it. We met a guest who’d been going 30 years and we resolved we might start on our journey to beating their track record. Honestly, terrific - 6 stars.

The owners and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful…. we were greeted every time like we were friends rather than this being our first stay. The hotel is very traditional in its style and design, so if you’re after a boutique hotel, then this is not the place for you. However, it is the perfect location at the tip Sirmione peninsula, with bars and restaurants in strolling distance in one direction and Jamaica Beach in the other. The owners pride about their place clearly showed through and I would definitely stay again. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels if needed. Breakfast was a buffet style with fresh croissant each morning. The roof top terrace was perfect for sunbathing and the icing on the cake would be a plunge pool for when temps soar!

We had 5 nights here after staying in Verona - we’d never been to this part of Lake Garda. We had room 205 which had a balcony overlooking the rear of the hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and homely - the owners are lovely and fun and all the staff are friendly - the lady bakes cakes - do try them at breakfast - I’m diabetic so I cut a slither - recommend the pistachio one - but I did eat the whole meal (?) croissants … really lovely. We ate 3 times at the restaurant- the menu is great - my partner had the mixed fish on all 3 nights because he said it was so good, I had the braised beef in vegetable sauce, lasagne and chicken salad - the dressing on the salad was light and scrummy … caused a bit of a stir when asking how it was made as they thought I didn’t like it - but I really did and I’m fussy about dressings!!! They booked a taxi for us to get to the train station - really fun people and you can fine and take your dog so I met lots of people - the nicest part for me in all this comfort was coming back from a day travelling by ferry somewhere - sitting outside with a drink and sparrows sitting on my hand sharing peanuts - honestly they are so tame and so sweet and something inside of me de stressed whilst sitting quietly and not moving feeling at one with nature at such a beautiful place - I’d definitely go back - no pool but a sun terrace which was great … we both loved it

Breakfast was excellent, very fresh and homemade every day. The location of the hotel is perfect, right between the village and Grottoes of Catullus and next to the therme pools

Just fantastic! I have returned from staying at this hotel with my partner, sister and her husband. We had two separate rooms, mine being exactly opposite the door leading out onto the roof terrace. This was the most relaxing space, with lovely views over the lake. There was a phone that you could use to ring down to the bar and order drinks, food, cakes, ice cream etc. which was then delivered to you in a very timely fashion. The hotel was in a superb location, out of the hustle and bustle of the main Sirmione area but literally minutes walk to get amongst it. We had a very good sized room and the bathroom was more than adequate. Breakfast was delicious every morning, I've never had cake for breakfast before but , being confronted with the most delicious home made cakes, I had to make an exception! You could have bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, toast, hams, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts and more besides. We certainly had no complaints at all. I also recommend the evening meals. We had one on our last night and my only regret is that we hadn't had one on the first night, so that we could have returned for another one. The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond for us on a daily basis. I can't thank them enough for making our stay such a lovely one. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return and stay there again in the future.

AMAZING stay in this charming hotel in Sirmione! The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Sirmione old town, the castle, the Lido, and Jamaica Beach. What sets this hotel apart from other hotels is the incredible service. We stay in hotels all over the world, and we travel a lot, and we have honestly never experienced such genuinely friendly service. From the wonderful welcome at reception, to the restaurant staff and of course the lovely owners, it felt very much like everyone really wanted all the guests to have the best experience, and it worked because we did! Our room was a double room on the front of the hotel with good air conditioning, a fridge in the room, and a spacious bathroom. If I was being critical, I would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room but not the end of the world. As we didn't have a room with a balcony (some of the other rooms do have them), we made use of the great sun terrace on the roof, which was a real sun trap! Breakfast was hot and cold, although the hot items were limited, it was all delicious and a good selection. A great start to the day. As we had an early flight home, the hotel made a takeaway breakfast up for everyone leaving early, which I thought was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and hope to visit again in the near future.

Their hospitality is second to none, welcoming, attentive, and always with a smile. The entire restaurant staff match their dedication, offering impeccable service that makes every meal feel special. Speaking of meals, the breakfast deserves a special mention, it is genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. An incredible variety of high quality options. You can enjoy it in their lovely patio area, perfect for drinks or snacks during the day. The rooms are extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you could need. Clean, quiet, and ideal for a night’s sleep after exploring the town or enjoying the lake. As an added bonus, on select days the hotel offers free boat trips on Lake Garda and wine tastings, a wonderful touch that showcases the region and adds so much to the stay. Overall, Hotel Catullo is a place full of charm, character, and exceptional service. Highly recommended. Looking forward to return.

Gorgeous location, right on the lake (by which you can have breakfast, or evening n drinks, if you wish), and incredibly convenient for all you'll need in Sirmione - the local thermal spa, charming and small grocery with local meats and cheese, shops, beach, Roman ruins, boat trips, and more. Bikes are available to borrow when you want to go further afield. The hotel and the owners themselves have great character and charm. Not stuffy or overly formal.Charming and very helpful owners. All the staff were really lovely. A fantastic, sumptuous breakfast spread with amazing choice - for every taste. Lovely, elegant, and spotless rooms with that essential AC (for the warm nights). They kindly upgraded our room to one with a better view (i.e. lake) at very late notice when one became available. A perfect place to go for a calming, peaceful, and rejuvenating holiday. I recommend you ask Fabio for a delicious vermouth with ice in the evening, and enjoy on the lakeshore with the setting sun, or moonlight.

It was in the heart of beautiful Sirmione making it quick and easy to get to the shops, restaurants, spa, beach or gardens. The service was the best part. All the staff was exceptional. They made us feel welcome from initial contact and helped us coordinate our arrival and departure from the nearest train station. The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel. The spread of food was huge and most importantly it was delicious! They had savory and sweet options. They had juice, milk, and made cafe to order. They had an absolutely gorgeous outdoor garden space. It also had a wonderful private outdoor seating area right on the lake. This made it a perfect place to enjoy the sunset over the Dolomites mountains. We would stay here again in this inviting, friendly hotel again for sure. We stayed here as a couple on our anniversary but it would be great for families or individuals as well.

Hotel Catullo is simply perfect - in the literal sense: everything has the exact right measure, with no unnecessary excess, everything is done with care and a great sense of style. The wonderful garden with access to the lake where to rest, sip a drink and relax. The care put in all details, from the Catullus quotes to the comfortable lounge, to the choice of local, delicious wines. Not to mention the splendid dinner on the lake at sunset and the room showing dedicated attention in all details (we particularly appreciated the AC, not too strong, just right to cope with the exceptional heat). The same care all the staff puts in the relation with guests, habitual ones and those like us who happened to be there by chance for only a few days. But we will come back.

The location was fantastic! Lakeside location with a wonderful private jetty from which you can swim in the lake, which we did! Breakfast was excellent, our room was spacious and with stunning views onto the lake. Customer service was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautiful and has a stunning rooftop garden, along with a varied outside area to sit in. This is truly one of the most memorable locations we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it to anyone. We sincerely hope we shall be fortunate enough to come back and visit Sirmione again and would not hesitate to come back to the wonderful Hotel Catullo. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Having never been to Lake Garda i was unsure what to expect, all i can say is it was breath taking, i loved the 2 days we spent here. Two days is simply not enough, i definitely would never get bored of the scenery, and Torri Del Benaco is peaceful and relaxing. The Gardesana hotel was perfect sent in a small harbour area with a few sailing boats to watch bob up and down, a balcony with lake view for your breakfast, a verandah with tables or sofas and armchairs to watch the world go by, as well as plenty of local restaurants with lake views to have a meal at. Local ferries available to travel across the lake to other destinations, as well as speedboat or boat tours around the lake as well. I cannot say enough about Torri Del Benaco, the Gardesana as well as the friendliest and helpful staff as well, a must go see, we will be back very soon.

We stayed for 4 nights in a balcony room overlooking charming harbour and castle of Torri del Benaco. It was a beautiful outlook and I sat reading on the balcony every afternoon/evening. The ground floor terrace is also lovely. There is so much to see around Lake garda that we easily filled 4 days with day trips in the car to Verona, Sirmioni, Madonna della Corona Sanctuary, and Mount Baldo. The breakfast buffet was good and we also enjoyed the first floor breakfast terrace overlooking the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants nearby the hotel with many options for dinner. We had a car, and while the Hotel is in the pedestrian old town, they have a gated car park nearby and the hotel staff transported our luggage to and from our car in an electric golf buggy when we checked in and out which was helpful.

If I ever return to this region, I will certainly stay in Torri del Benaco again and definitely at Hotel Gardesana again. The village was quaint and just gorgeous and the hotel was magnificent. It was clean and neat and tidy and PERFECT location right on the little harbour. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly and always with a smile on their face. They provided a porter and little golf cart to collect us and our luggage from the carpark, they carried it up the stairs for us. The room was large, we had the penthouse with amazing views. The vibe was awesome. I can’t praise this hotel enough - it was perfetto in every way. The one very small criticism was the wifi was not reliable at all. Worked perfectly in the lobby though , but temperamental in the room

When we book a room with a balcony and lake view, we will always worry if the hotel will be able to fulfill your expectations. We got a wonderfull room with balcony and a spendid lake and harbour view. Could not wish anything better in Torri del Benaco. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. And we loved having our breakfast on the 2nd floor terrasse, overviewing the harbour and the lake. We loved every minute of our 12 nights stay. And the whole staff - reception, housekeeping and waiters - was wonderfull, with a "no problem" attitude.

Such a beautiful location at the heart of a picture perfect harbour. It was great having free easy parking included and the instructions on how to access it were very clear and sent well in advance. The bed was a super king and super comfortable and the breakfast on the lovely balcony was simply lovely. We just couldn’t believe how wonderful the view from our attic room was. All the staff were really friendly and efficient. It is just a lovely place to stay in a perfect little town.

Very helpful and friendly staff, really good located and clean location, perfect view onto the lake from the hotel room and restaurant area, nice pool and wellness area with more than enough space for all guests at the pool, fair prices at the hotel bar and perfect service, very good breakfast. All in all it exceeded our expectations

A fabulous hotel on the lake. Lots of areas to drink and relax including on the pier. Amazing pool overlooking the lake. The onsite restaurant is fine dining with service to match. Food was in keeping with what you would expect from a Michelin starred chef, however the tasting menu was a bit hit and miss for us. Standard menu great. Great front of house staff and onsite parking. Expensive, but I felt you actually get what you pay for here. Would stay again, which should say it all.

Location is magnificent. Can walk or bike to several local restaurants and sights. Facilities are wonderful. Spa is a must do. Several pools and tons of lounge chairs and cabanas. The real treat is this staff. So nice and accommodating and helpful. The manager she helped me find reverse in my Peugeot car. Bar staff friendly especially Manuel. Breakfast superb We loved this hotel and want to return soon

The location is amazing. On the shores of the lake. Plenty of free things to do, bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, pedalo. The gardens and pool are well laid out and quiet. Never overcrowded. Private pier and beach area also very nice.

The location was fabulous. We did not have a chance to really try out the facilities at the hotel, but there is a beautiful pool and beach by the lake and the gardens are superb.
