We had a great time at Villa Olea. It has everything you could need for relaxing vacation. The pool was the highlight of our stay, good size and very clean. We enjoyed outdoor area, during the day for swimming and sunbathing and in the evening for relaxing and watching the stars. The local shop is a 2 minutes walk from house. The kitchen is very well equipped.

We spent a perfect week in Villa Olea. Apartments are very comfortable and clean. Big swimming pool with beautiful view for Imotski mountains.

We were looking for a quiet place close, not to far from the see and in the mountains and Villa Sagosde has that. The house and kitchens are fully equipped and the relaxing areas are organized that way that even though we were renting the Villa wit our best friends we were still able to find a lot of privacy around. Nice pool to get some chill and a tavern that serves other requirements. The host was wonderful, helpful and willing to support with any requests. Luciana big thank You for your hospitality. We are definitely looking forward to get back again.

We were 8 people, 2 families, with kids. It was just perfect. The location is not too close to the main road, but it's a very quiet area but not isolated. You won't risk bothering others with music, noise, etc. Great pool and tavern, fully equipped with anything you might need. Very good with young kids as well as the property is wholly fenced. Several common spaces for enjoying staying with your large group but also several private spaces if you want more privacy. The host is simply great, Great holiday!

We were there in 3 families. Apartments, swimming pool, veranda, minigolf, darts, grill, coffee, wines, service at the highest level. Location is great! 15min to the Sea. Baska Voda, Makarska, Omis (30min). Luciana is a wonderfull person! She take care of us in many aspects. We had a wonderful holiadys there (10 days in total). 100% we recommend Villa Sagosde and definately we will back there in the future one more time! Very nice accommodation in an exceptional and very quiet location. The apartments are spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The poolside taverna is great and where we spent most of our time. The view of Biokovo is just amazing. You are on the beach within 15 minutes by car including parking. The nearest shop and restaurant is within 2 km. Luciana is very pleasant and fulfilled all our wishes.

We all had a wonderful time with great weather. The beach, the sea and the villa are just awesome. Especially the pool with the tavern were great to relax and party.

A great place with jaccuzi and swimming pool. Great terrace with all the space you need and view over the sea. More than enough parking space. One of the bedrooms even had its own kitchen. Not really necessary because the kitchen was well furnished.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Noa. The view from the villa is stunning and you have all you need for a great holiday. Our host was super helpful and easy to reach anytime. We would love to come again sometime to enjoy this beautiful villa one more time!

It was very spacious and clean with modern bathrooms and a fantastic outdoor area. We were a group of 6 adults and two older teenagers and it accommodated us very comfortably.

We really enjoyed the stay! We were very grateful for the aircondition in the bedrooms and the apartments. The pool was the perfect size, and necessary in the heat. We were also happy for the grocery stores nearby, and that the walk to the city was short! Thank you so much for having us🙂

Host is extremely helpful and met us by the door when we arrived and went through the property and gave us valuable tips about the local area. The property is very comfortable and clean. Very well maintained. The host even stopped by with a cake for the birthday of one of us. The property is as close to Nugal beach as it seems possible which is better than the city beach. Walk to downtown is about 10 minutes. There is a good grocery store right by the property. All in all would easily book Villa Natasha again, very happy.

Branko is an amazing host, who welcomed us at the villa and took a couple of our group for a tour of where the restaurants and supermarkets were. He even waited and had a coffee whilst we stocked up for the villa. Branko organised the transfers from the airport and gave us recommendations on restaurants to suit our group of 8. He also provided us with a local taxi number so we could arrange directly when we did day trips. Highly recommend the sunset tour to Brac island and the inflatable waterpark was such fun. Branko thanks for making our trip so special, your personal touch shows what a truly amazing host you are and the pride you take in your work.

Branko was the most wonderful host, hospitality was exceptional, just amazing! The villa is just beautiful. Everything was more than perfect, including Branko’s helpful tips and recommendations with local transport, restaurant (best local authentic - non touristy places to dine), boat hire (we took a private boat from Makarska - Brac - Hvar) and it was one of the highlights of our visit, just magical and highly recommended. The Villa is more than well equipped with pantry staples, toiletries, laundry detergents, welcome food items - milk, beer, fruit, sweet biscuits. The bedding, linen, towels are luxe and so comfortable. Just awesome We can’t wait to return again sometime in the future. The house is very well equipped and we lacked nothing during our stay. For active people, basic exercise equipment and a jacuzzi. The photos on booking.com do not fully reflect everything you can find during your stay and the first impression is wow!!! Very good location also for those arriving with a dog. You can find a lot of places for morning and evening walks.

A fantastic facility, everything you need to function on site, a lot of space at your disposal, a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi with hot water. The facility is beautifully located with amazing views. The owner is nice, friendly and communicative. It was nice to hear the history of this place and the family. Greetings from Poland ;)

The accommodation is a little treasure located above Makarska in a small village called Makar. The photos cannot convey the ambience and views to the mountain and the sea. You have to experience that. Once up there, you don't want to be elsewhere. Driving up there is not for the faint-hearted though, especially for people from plains, like we. Our host, Zeljko, is a very kind and entertaining man. He told us several stories about the villa, the neighbourhood, local food, drinks and people. A very relaxing, and joyful week we spent there. Looking forward to going back.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful house. A very modern, spacious, and comfortable villa. Large bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with an elegant dining room and living room. Outside, there's a private pool, basketball court, barbecue, and covered area for relaxing or eating. There's a ping-pong table, which our children enjoyed, bicycles available for guests, and many other amenities. The hostess is very kind and easy to communicate with. Beautiful surroundings, about a 20-minute drive from the sea, and it's quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Smart. Stipe was an excellent host, quick to respond and his mother bakes wonderful strudel! There was plenty of space for our family of 6, the view is stunning and the pool is a real winner. The beds were so comfortable which was great. The villa was really clean and nicely furnished. We were quite happy some days to just chill at the villa.

Superb view from almost every room. Very well-equiped villa, plenty of towels available, kitchen had enough utensils for cooking everyday, lovely dining table for breakfast, lunch and diner with a view. Sitting in the jacuzzi and having a view over the Adriatic sea was very pleasant. The kids were very fond of the gym, which has good quality equipment. We mainly used the rowing machine. The roller shutters throughout the house, allow you to go for your preferred pitch of dark. We absolutely loved the spacious terrace and there was plenty of terrace furniture available to seat everybody or to lie down next to the pool.

We had the most perfect holiday. Tonci was amazing, the property beautiful and the view even better than expected! Would definitely recommend!

An excellent accommodation for a larger family or several smaller families (there were ten of us). The apartments in the villa are beautifully furnished, everything is as described in the villa's description. The shared space is also well-organized (outdoor kitchen, pool, billiards, table tennis, darts, etc.). The hosts are friendly. The beaches are lovely, with small pebbles, but it's a bit challenging to find parking if you arrive after 9 AM.

Hosts greeted us on arrival. The views are amazing and the Villa is well laid out and comfortable, lots of room.

Firstly I would like to say big thanks to the hosts, they made us feel like stars. When we arrived they cooked us an amazing dinner. Then later they surprised us with home-made cheese and wine. One of the best wine I have ever tasted. To be honest everything was perfect! Only villa in that area so you have all the privacy on that mountain area. Complete silence when we enjoyed sunsets. Villa itself is brand new I would say and equipped with everything you need. Obviously pool was the star end kids lived there :D Every night we played table soccer, pool and ping pong. What else do you need? I could write so much but I can't find the words. All the amazing places, beaches etc were away only 20-30 minutes by car. Once again BIG thank you to Antonela (our host) making our holiday amazing! 11/10

Amazing hosts, beautiful accommodation, fantastic scenery and sunsets… just so sad to leave! Massive thanks to the wonderful family that hosted us, they greeted us with a traditional dish for us all to enjoy, and even brought us crepes a couple of days later.. it’s a quiet serene location an hour or so from Split - perfect for a group holiday or some peace and quiet away from this hectic world! We were very impressed with this beautiful and near new hotel. It is modern and cozy at the same time. Breakfast was fantastic, you can even order omelets or fried eggs to be prepared at the moment. Our room was a mini suite, with a big balcony with pool view. The room was very bright, the bed super comfortable. The bathroom very nice. Staff was very friendly and nice, too. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to the beach or in between cities, it is about 2 hours and a half from Old Town Dubrovnik.

The hotel is just off the road down to Biloševac beach, and just a short walk away from it. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and small shops along the promenade. There are large stretches of beach that are great to swim at. Hotel Antonio itself felt very modern and comfortable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and had a view of the ocean. The included breakfast was excellent. While we didn't make use of it, there is also a pool and a gym.

We had a very nice vacation here. It is not near the beach, but the distance is short. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room facilities were new and in perfect shape. The pool was a surprise because we didn't know they had one.

I really liked the breakfast. It was a smaller breakfast but entailed what’s most important including omelettes. Small but very nice pool, sufficient for our 11 year old boy. Very friendly staff. A nice room with sea side view and mountain view.

I'd never stayed at a hostel before. SUBTUB eliminated any negative misconceptions I had that they were dirty, crowded, and lacked private facilities. We had a large private suite with all the amenities of any other hotel suite...fridge, kitchenette, full private bathroom nicely appointed, large tv, and a double bedroom. Everything was modern and in working order. And we had A/C, although it wasn't needed the evening we stayed. Tito at reception was very friendly and answered all of our questions. All this for a price much, much cheaper than a traditional hotel. And, it is situated one block from the Makarska waterfront. Where all the action is.

Subtub Hostel in Makarska exceeded our expectations for a budget-friendly stay with private rooms! The affordability didn't compromise comfort; the private room provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The hostel's cleanliness and friendly atmosphere created a welcoming environment. The central location allowed us to easily access Makarska's attractions, and the staff's hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Subtub Hostel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking both savings and a comfortable experience in Makarska.

Very nice and kind hosts, helpful too, explained where to find beautiful beaches, shopping centres, sightseeing attractions, the post office, and I got useful advice for cooking. The location is great, everything nearby, beach, restaurants, promenade, shops, marina, the path to lighthouse. Modern bathroom and kitchen. It was easy to cook because kitchen is fully equipped. And really clean in all areas. Bed was comfortable and the balcony nice and big. I had pleasant time and would stay here again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The host family are such warm, kind, helpful people and also really interesting people to chat to. They have two adorable little dogs too which are sweet. The facilities are great and the place was an ideal location and really easy to find from the bus station. I felt very safe here which is so important to me as a solo traveller and would definitely return the next time I'm in Makarska! Thank you!

Very good hotel, breakfast, friendly staff. Distance from the beach is 4 minutes walk. Offer a lot of trips to Dubrovnik, Split, Mostar, Sarajevo. It also has a lot of activities for children. The sea is crystal clear and the mountain "Biokovo" is simply breathtaking. I recommend this hotel.

The room is quite comfort and the view is great, very close to the beach, just a short walk 3-4 min, and the promenade. The staff was very polite and helpful so all in all we had great stay.

We were staying in the annexe building (the beach house) and unfortunately the entrance to that building is very disappointing- dirty, dusty and neglected. However, the rooms themselves were lovely. Pool areas are busy but there was always space available. Pools are a bit grubby. Hotel bars are lovely and the same price as local bars with great selection of cocktails. Right on the beach. Overall, a great spot for a family holiday.

The food was great, beautiful hotel interior(pool, pines and a view). On the road to the hotel we got lost, but I wrote to the hotel administration, and they ordered us a taxi at night time. So the service is also good.

Stunning location—beautiful nature, sea and pools! Super nice stuff (cleaning ladies, spa suff, dinning stuff—everyone was kind and accommodating!!) Food was delicious as well! Thank you :)

It is close to the beach, close to both nearby towns Brela and Baška Voda (walking distance from both towns), breakfast and dinner were exceptional, staff was very helpful. Since we were on honeymoon we received little welcome gift which was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable and room although smaller was very nice. Two pools outside were also very nice. Hotel is modern and everything was very clean.

We had a wonderful family stay here. We really enjoyed the pool, the convenient location close to the sea, and the cleanliness – not only of the apartment but also of the pool area, where we spent many relaxing moments. The true heart of the place is Žana, who welcomed us like an old friend and created a warm, caring, yet unobtrusive atmosphere.

Perfect location. 2min walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. 15/20min walk to the harbour. Small apartment block in a residential area with lovely gardens/pool. (Just put plenty of midgy spray on though when sat out!) Pool towels supplied and sunbeds. simply furnished - could do with some more wall art and lamps to brighten. The bed was up against the wall so access only on one side so no sidetable which was a little inconvenient but got used to it. The hostess was so helpful and friendly and using Google translate we were able to communicate! I have to mention the smell of the bed linen and towels - absolutely gorgeous!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. Bed was so big & comfortable. We loved our terrace & the pool area. There were plenty of loungers & lots of towels. The beach was only a few minutes walk away & the port & old town about 15 minutes with lots of restaurants, bars & shops along the way so location is ideal. The apartment itself was so quiet which was great. We hired a car & visited lots of beautiful villages, towns & beaches - Makarska itself is fantastic but as we were there for 11 nights it was great to see the area also. Biokovo & the Skywalk were amazing but not for the faint hearted!! We also took a boat trip to the islands which was well worth it. The manager of the apartment Jana was outstanding, from the moment we arrived she made us so welcome. She gave us so many great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit & things to do. Nothing was too much trouble for Jana & she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. She’s a fantastic person & so friendly. Villa Katarina is so lucky to have her.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Katarina recently. We were met and given a wonderful welcome from Zana. The apartment was spotlessly clean as was the whole building and pool area. Zana was at hand at all times to answer any questions we had. She gave wonderful recommendations for day trips, restaurants and bars. Villa Katarina is a 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants and bars in one direction and 5 min walk in the other direction to a supermarket and bakery. It is a 20 minute walk to the main town and the port. Zana made our holiday all the more special by her kindness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. Villa Katarina are lucky to have her. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it.

Žana, the host, was fabulous. She was so welcoming and gave us so many helpful recommendations to make our trip unforgettable. We were able to park out the front which was very helpful. The property is also well located, around a 25 minute walk to Makarska harbour and beautiful coastal paths to some lovely villages in the other direction. It was also well located for trips to the Biokovo skywalk and we also spent a day in Bosnia, around 90 minutes to Mostar. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was also lovely and well maintained.

Very beautiful and clean apartment with high standard. Small but beautiful pool area. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We rented a car for the whole week, so the location worked perfectly for us (without a car we might have preferred to stay a little closer to the beach). I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic apartment, great host, spacious appartment and swimming pool. Great view over Makarska and sunset in the evening. Big balconies where you can sit and relax. We had a superb staying here.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very modern. We stayed on the third floor and enjoyed a stunning view of the city, especially magical in the evening. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any messages or questions we had, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Although the pool by the apartments was quite small, it still brought our daughter so much joy – she spent hours in it and absolutely loved it.

Nice layout, good sized bedrooms, large open space for dining and watching tv. Opens up onto the deck and pool area directly. Everything you need is there.

The room was clean, AC works well, the bed was big and comfortable (a lot of space for two people). We had many clean towels to use. The object has a very big parking place for the guests, which is an advantage. The lady who hosted us greeted us well, was very kind and took a great care of the guest's needs. We had no problem with checking in, and out. The owner was very elastic in terms of our incoming and leaving.

The host is very kind & helpful. Although she doesnt speak English we managed to communicate well and she was very attentive. The room is comfortable, there is a separate kitchen area & 2 small balconies, one in which you can chill. Drasnice is a small & intimate village, very clean with 2 beaches and a great restaurant to dine in - Puntin.

The apartment is exceptional and very well located. We stayed on the first floor at a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat. The description of the booking is to the point with great facilities and amenities. We were amazingly surprised to see that the sea it is literally 10 steps from the building. At night we could hear the waves and the area was very quiet. In the morning, beautiful view at the balcony for breakfast. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay. Danica welcomed us and was very friendly. The residence was also helpful and quickly replying to queries we had. Overall, this place made our stay in Croatia and we would return to it in a heart beat.

Everything was perfect, the location, it was in front of of the beach, the space, it was really big with a big porch too, the furnishing, it was elegant and modern style and everything was new and qualitative, the beds were very comfortable, the garage was a great solution to leave free space to the beautiful garden in front of the property. The last but not the least, which was added value of the whole experience was the lovely family Viskovic, they were friendly and made our experience unforgettable. We will definitely come back again.

The apartment was gorgeous, loved everything about it, the view of the beach, waterfront & surrounds from the deck was amazing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Danny was such a lovely host, and we were able to use the washing machine, which is much appreciated. I will definitely be recommending friends & family traveling to Croatia. The 3 nights we stayed, It was the best part of our 7 week holiday in Europe.

From the moment the owner greeted us with a warm welcome when we arrived to us waving goodbye after a picture perfect week. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea rolling on the beach just steps away. The view from our balcony and the comfort in our spotless, clean and stylish studio apartment. Bonus with a gym. Would love to return!

Everything was more than perfect, the hosts were extremely friendly, caring and accommodating. The location is amazing, right by the sea with a great view. The apartment was comfy and clean, the garage and gym are great bonuses too. Can't think of a better place for a peaceful vacation. Hope to come back soon!
