Me and my wife loved our stay! We ending up booking the place for our wedding night and was welcomed warmly by the staff. We got a welcoming gift and and upgrade to the loft - which was incredible! The room itself was modern and stylish, very clean, spacious and all the amenities we needed and more! The view was amazing! The private pool made the stay even more special! A huge thanks goes to Nawfel, who went above and beyond to make our day the most special day possible, he was kind and made us very happy! Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re staying in Tunis.

The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. All our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mhiri for his follow up, to Mr. Tarek for his welcoming and willing to help, to reception team for their support, to Mr. Moncef chief security and all his team for their kindness and support, to Miss Manel chief housekeeping and her team for their kindness and perfection, to all restaurant team. Great facilities Spacious suite, helpful staff, varieties in Iftar and room service were great. Lobby area was comfy and the lake view one of the best we ever had. The hotel overall really exceeded my expectations. The swimming pool and spa facilities were particularly impressive.

the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable as I arrived was greeted with a freshly squeezed juice, after I checked in I realized that I had forgotten my phone in the Taxi I was completely beside myself as we are so dependent of our phones these days, but Zguiden the front office agent, told me not to worry it would be returned but i didn’t see that happening at all, well they looked at camera footage got the taxis # sent the security at the airport to track down taxi driver and got my phone back I have never experienced a hotel staff go out of there way like this I cannot thank them enough so definitely recommend to stay at RoyalAsbu thanks again Zguiden and to all the staff

Me and my partner had come to Tunisia for a holiday and as it was our honeymoon the staff at Royal ASBU were absolutely amazing. I had told the team to decorate the room as a surprise to my wife. The team did an exceptional job decorating and made my wife extremely happy. Also I have to say the breakfast at hotel was lovely, loads to choose from. My wife also had a massage done here before our flight back to UK, she said it was definitely worth it and ladies there were very nice and approachable which made her feel relaxed before getting the massage. Also for anyone who loves Shisha - the shisha at the hotel is amazing!

perfect Hotel... inside elegant and very clean all the staff is very friendly and the food is tasty!!! Rom is very comfortable and in the Hotel you find a very nice Gym. The position is strategic because it's close to the Airpot.

The staff were quick and professional - check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a large, cosy bed and access to fast Wi-Fi.

The apartment was really big and had a bathroom for every bedroom. The big indoor ‘water park’ was a great addition at this shoulder season. The small mall nearby had a fine supermarket and a café that also made food to-go. Quite convenient.

Good hotel, EXCEPT the unbearably LOUD music at the swimming pool. Was really looking forward to having a swim and a lounge around the pool, but the music is unbelievably loud. So loud, that even in my room with all the doors/windows closed, I can still hear it clearly!

The staff at the Sheraton Tunis are great, professional, informative, helpful. We were checked-in by Achnef to a beautiful room with a view, he was professional and informative. I had a few questions after getting settled and Salma was always willing and helpful with our questions. Lastly at check-out Eya wanted to ensure our stay was comfortable, which was a nice interaction before leaving the hotel. With every interaction the staff were always willing to help. In addition to their amazing staff, the room was immaculate, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We also visited their club lounge, the food was delicious both during breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres, and the staff always attentive, always ensuring the lounge was clean, plates removed, drinks were replenished and if you wanted wine or coffee, they were attentive to bring it to you. The hotel is a quick drive to many Tunis sites, but enough outside of the city core to feel relaxed, to enjoy the hotel amenities and pool.

We very much enjoyed our visit to the Sheraton Tunis hotel. The property is a full service hotel with many restaurants, a large, indoor pool, a workout gym and a spa with full services. The staff immediately make you feel welcome with their friendly spirit. They are extremely helpful with all questions and requests. Nabila and Rym from guest services are very professional and responsive. They both are able to facilitate services and requests smoothly and proactively. Their hospitality was excellent. The buffet breakfast was fully stocked with something tasty for everyone. Eggs can be cooked to order. It will take several days to get to sample all of what is on offer. We had drinks and snacks on the patio, which was a very pleasant experience to enjoy the cooler evening air. Indeed, we found the Sheraton to be a very good headquarters location to explore the surrounding area.

I was there I think 4 years ago, and I gave them one start I think. This time they do deserve 4 stars. Huge improvement from last time. Breakfast was good, the club lounge is good too. Only thing is still not good, few food items do not have the descriptions, specially at the club lounge food was there and no one knew what it was, every person had to ask the staff. The pool outside if it is open, than towels should be there too, I had to wait for one hour after asking 2 staff for a towel. Room was perfect this time and TV was working, not like last time. You are almost there. Thank you.

Our Stay at Sheraton Tunis Sheraton Tunis is an exceptional hotel — truly a hidden gem. It offers everything one could want: comfort, luxury, wellness, great value, and, most importantly, a genuine sense of home. The hotel nestled in a peaceful resort-like setting right in the heart of Tunis, it’s a rare find. From glowing sunrises to the city sparkling with lights at night, the setting is simply magical. Housekeeping and Guest Services were outstanding — regularly checking in and delighting us with thoughtful gestures: fresh flowers, fruit, sweets, flower petals artfully arranged on the bed and in the bathroom. Every detail felt personal and memorable — a true “wow” experience. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the entire staff is professional, attentive, and always eager to help. This has to be the most beautiful boutique in Tunis, what a treat to stay here! From the moment you walk in until you get to and including being in your room, it smells amazing The decor and architecture is stunning! I love the traditional features but it still is modern The rooftop has amazing views over Tunis Our junior suite was perfect! Bed was so comfy, loved the sitting area, the separate toilet with sink (because I hate it when you have to go next door to wash your hands) and the main bathroom with the shower and bath connecting was a vibe The hotel has so many cute areas to explore, including the courtyard and rooftop pool! Also there was an art exhibition during our stay so that was nice to visit The shop in the hotel sells beautiful stuff - we got a lovely bottle of oud The food was not the best..the breakfast spread was small but nice..dinner in the restaurant was a bit disappointing considering how much we paid for it - small portions and a interesting mix of flavours (bearing in mind we’d been in Tunisia for 6 days at this point and had tried plenty of local food already, but here it didn’t taste as authentic) Having said that, the live entertainment during dinner was cool. But otherwise it was a perfect stay! We’ll be back

This is a beautiful, luxury hotel just inside the medina in Tunis. Our room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved the fresh fruit delivered every night, and the view from breakfast on the rooftop. We would take a dip in the small but beautifully designed rooftop pool every afternoon after exploring the city. It’s expensive for the area, but the rooms are worth it.

Everything was perfect! The suite, the decorations, the roof top view. The small hidden pool is a gem. The service in this hotel reminds you of the old days when travel was a luxury. I felt like royalty staying here and savoured every minute of it!

Very spacious room with great amenities. Terrace restaurant and swimming pool were wonderful. Spa was relaxing. Good taxi service without the need to haggle with the driver. Very modern interior.

Dar el Jeld is a beautiful hotel. It is located in the Old City of Tunis making it very convenient for strolling to restaurants and shops. When you step inside this property, you are transported to the exotic pages of The Arabian Nights. The rooms and the public areas are designed to evoke a feeling of tranquility and escape for the chaos of the outside world. Top quality furnishings enhance the ambiance of all areas. From the reading light near the bed, to the luxurious bank of wardrobes in each room, to the elegant seating areas throughout the hotel, everything is planned to insure the comfort of the guest. Housekeeping is particularly wonderful. Fresh fruit is always in the room and each night a plate of chocolates is brought to the room. The chocolate, oh the chocolate – it is the best that I have ever tasted. My praise to the chocolatier, and my thanks to the housekeeper who kept us well supplied. The staff throughout the hotel are positively outstanding. They are always right there when you need them and anticipate your every need and desire. There is a delightful buffet breakfast each morning in the restaurant on the top floor. In addition, eggs are made to order at your request. Dinner is also served in the rooftop restaurant and is equally as delightful with a diverse menu of artistically prepared food. My thanks to the staff who made me feel so welcome and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, not too close to the medina but in an area with bars, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. It has a great rooftop sitting area and the staff is very helpful and attentive. I had a great stay, although I wasn't there much, mostly touring around. I had dinner in the the restaurant, which was very good, a little expensive. My only negative comment is that the breakfast probably isn't worth $10 USD. I got there a little later in the morning but probably would have done better to eat in one of the nearby cafes. Two other comments, lots of Americans and lots of older people in the hotel, according to one of my guides, and it did seem to be true. It doesn't matter to me, I am American but I live in Paris, so I understand how it could be positive to some travelers and not so much to others. Overall a great hotel in terms of facilities, services and location.

It’s an amazing hotel! This is my second time staying at Hotel Belvédère Fourati and I’m really impressed each time by everything. Starting from the nice hospitality and warm welcoming to all my family especially my children. I’m very thankful for Ms. Rania, she was super kind and attentive to all our needs. She chose the perfect rooms for us and made us feel comfortable as we were at home. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean with all amenities. The food was super delicious with many varieties. The location is great and it is close enough for everything, especially the Zoo which was so fun for the kids. Really I can’t find the perfect words to describe how I am satisfied about my staying here. In overall I highly recommend this hotel for whom looking for comfort, location, great services and the best price. And finally thank you Hotel Belvédère Fourati for the beautiful gift, I do appreciate😊 you will always be my first choice when coming to Tunisia 🇹🇳❤️

Unlike many hotels, this one has maintained the quality of its facilities and its services over the 18 years since I first stayed at the Belvedere. One of the reasons I keep returning is the convenience and excellence of its restaurant. The food selections are varied, the preparation of the meals is carefully done and is consistent, and the service is a prompt and attentive. I like the understated elegance of the dining experience and the welcoming atmosphere that is created (at the risk of overlooking the staff whom I’d like to recognize but whose names I don’t know, I would like to mention Khaled, who is an excellent server and representative of the hotel). Other people I’d like to recognize (and again, I know very few names ) include Mohamed and all the people who work the front desk, and the bellhops. At the end of each visit, I am motivated to strategize my next stay in Tunis.

I think I found the perfect hotel. I found my transfer ready at the airport, I checked in sipping their marvellous lemonade, in the modern, spotless and quiet room I found a complimentary water bottle and a fruit basket (dates are so delicious!), breakfast choice and quality is amazing, when I told them about a led lamp, they changed it immediately, and everything was perfect till the last day. I loved to find my pyjamas arranged as a butterfly on the bed. At the check out they organized a transfer to the airport and they noticed I left behind my cable. They even left me a little gift, souvenir of a perfect stay. Staff was impeccable at any time, I am really amazed with their professionality and kindness. Receptionists were really helpful. This hotel and especially its wonderful staff will make me visit Tunis again, probably in winter when climate is so mild.

We absolutely loved our stay at Belvédère Fourati. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. No matter the questions or requests, they provided us the answers and services. The room was very well appointed. Kettle with tea and coffee. I borrowed an ironing board and iron for the entirety of the stay, free soaps and shampoo, mini fridge and sage. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and left cute little displays with flowers to surprise us upon our return. Very friendly too. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff was really nice. Pointbar in the lobby area was super convenient and classy. They it was nice to rest in there and have a tea or coffee, etc. We ended our stay with a really nice gift from the hotel. A little ceramic tagine. Very kind gesture and great souvenir to our stay. Really impressed overall.

Dar el Medina is a beautiful traditional house that is nicely preserved and decorated and is truely a gem in the center of the Medina. It is located in the main street of the Medina which has many amazing cafes and traditional tea houses. Live music is played by local people almost every night and is a wonderful place to spend each night. We had a feeling of staying with family during our stay in Dar el Medina! Breakfast was great and was enough to sustain us through the day until Dinner! The staff go above and beyond to help out in any way that they can. Nada, Soheil, Aziz, Muhammed and Monsieur Hadi himself along with other staff who I cannot remember their names, made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

The building is very interesting from the architectural point of view. Each floor and each room has its own design. Its restoration managed to respect 100% the history of the building and the initial design of it. Amazing internal gardens and roofgarden, vast rooms with nice natural light, old nice furnitures are some of the elements I admired most in this hotel. The location was very convenient and the breakfast was delicious and rich and of high quality. It was phantastic that was not time restriction for the time of breakfast. Also Neda in the reception with her beatiful smile was always ready to answer any question and to help. She offered limonade for free in very warm midday hours that I found very human.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Tunis Médina. It’s about a 10 minute walk through the Medina to the new town and a short walk to Kasbah Square where it’s easy to catch a taxi. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and with complimentary fruit and water. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Aziz. The restaurant has a good menu with both local and European food. I ate in the restaurant for 4 evenings. Breakfast was also very good with many items served to you at the table. There is also a roof terrace and lots of areas to chill or have a drink. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect! We really wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures don’t even show how nice the place and the rooms are. The staff was extremely kind. Everything was very clean and well cared for. Location is perfect to explore Tunis medina. Breakfast is very abundant and varied. mostly sweet stuff, but we asked for savoury and we were brought some eggs. Not sure if it includes shakshuka - we thought it didn’t because ee didn’t receive it, but then we saw others eating it. In any case, the breakfast is a lot of food, so we suggest asking what it includes so you can choose what you want and enjoy it :)

First of all, very beautiful and well maintained old house in Medina. Absolutely gorgeous and oozes of Tunisian identity, which is why I chose it and I wasn't disappointed. Room was beautiful, staff were helpful and very pleasant, the rooftop terrace was gorgeous to have dinner on and the breakfast was way more than we could eat. I stayed for one night to be able to fly out of Tunis the next day, but next time I will be coming back for a proper stay. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect, in the heart of Medina. A beautiful old town buzzing with merchants and cats!

The property is beautiful. The rooms large with lots of space. I booked a king size room with a sea view balcony, it was exquisite. All the facilities are amazing, including the spa which I went to has a great jacuzzi, sauna and indoor pool. The outdoor facilities, the pool and the service at the pool is great too. The private beach is also serviced and really nice. There are a few restaurants all good with good food and great service. The guys at the pool and the pool restaurant were especially hospitable and Yassine in particular always struck up a conversation as i had all my meals by myself. The ladies and gents at reception are amazing too! All in all a great stay! Would love to go back!

I come to the Four Seasons Tunis once a year, and this place never disappoints. It's a dream come true! The rooms themselves are awesome, lots of space, deluxe bathroom & shower. The gym, spa, pool, restaurant by the pool, and the beach that surrounds the property are great. The gentlemen in security are great guys. I remember them from last year, and they received me with a warm welcome. The restaurant that serves breakfast is absolutely amazing and has everything you can try in Tunisia. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Miriam and Zayneb. Miriam was always there with a friendly smile, remembered how i liked my coffee and offered some great food suggestions, alongside some historical sitees to visit. Zayneb who used to work at the Movenpick was now working there, it was great to see her again, and her hospitality is next level. We were able to have some conversations in Spanish as she is studying to perfect her Spanish. She did not disappoint with the recommendations. One of the gentleman that worked there, I can't remember his name but he had glasses, gave amazing recommendations on how to grab individual ingredients and make some Tunisian authentic dishes! On behalf of the US Embassy, I thank everyone for their amazing hospitality!

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to relax. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is also amazing, do not miss the chance to have a massage session! Moreover I have to say that the concierge organised all the tours for us and made our stay even better. The outdoor pool and the pool bar are also lovely.

This hotel is new and the decoration is beautiful look like Roman style. Have indoor heaters pool and also outdoor pool excellent view to the the Mediterranean Sea from my room. The restaurant have excellent food and wine. From desk staff, Bellman, housekeeper, lobby staff have excellent customer services. Staffs spoke very good English. Love this place.

Stunning and authentic hotel. Room was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Bathroom and bed were exceptional. Balcony was built up so not much a view unless you stand up. Food and service was 5*. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfectly arranged, and I truly appreciate her professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness. My sister and her husband were equally impressed by the seamless check-in process. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The breakfast experience was another highlight of their stay. They raved about the wide variety of options, which catered to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries to delicious local and international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. This hotel is truly exceptional. It’s conveniently located just 15–20 minutes from the airport. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel welcome. Special thanks to Youssef for handling our check-in quickly and professionally. Another staff member (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) kindly helped us with our luggage from the taxi all the way to our room, which was spotless and offered an amazing view. I’d also like to sincerely thank Amera from the housekeeping team, who went out of her way to assist my family from the 11th floor down to breakfast in the morning — such a thoughtful gesture. Saif from the breakfast team deserves special mention as well, for kindly serving us even after the breakfast hours had ended. Finally, I appreciate the hotel team for arranging a taxi to the airport at checkout, which made our departure stress-free. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu team for the outstanding hospitality — you made our stay truly memorable.

From the moment I came to the hotel all staff was eager to help me because I was walking with a walking stick (a cane). Hotel Security supported me all the time when coming in or going out. Youssef at the reception upgraded my room to a much comfortable room. A big thanks. The restaurant staff was helpfull all the time supported me with carrying my plates and coffee to the table during my one week stay. I never felt so at home before. Thank you for the warm hospitality and hope to come again.

The photos on the hotel's website do not do it justice. It's perched on a hill above the Mediterranean and the views are phenomenal--I'll never forget the brilliant blue expanse of sea. It's a small, very charming hotel with only 13 rooms, and since it's on hill the rooms are on varying levels, all with a view of the sea or pool and each with some sort of semi-private outdoor space. The breakfast was phenomenal and they'll serve it wherever you like: in your room, outdoors by one of the two pools, in your semi-private area. The service was top rate with a 24-hour reception desk/concierge, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The junior suite room my husband and I had was beautifully decorate with marble floors, a mosaic-tiled bathroom, and two full-length windowed doors that looked out onto the sea. A couple things to note if you are considering booking: there is no beach access from this hotel, it's high above the sea. Also, driving there is a bit tricky. The main road up the hill stops at a pedestrian-only zone, so you have to take a back route that winds through several tiny residential streets which are only wide enough for one car. I would stay here again in a heartbeat--I can't recommend it enough.

The hotel is about twenty minutes from Tunis airport at the top end of the Carthage area in a village right on the Mediterranean that has been voted as one of the prettiest villages in the world. (Rightly so!) All the buildings are white walled, with blue doors, windows and shutters in the Arab Andalus style. (An idea put forward by a French/British Baron who settled there in the early 1900's. (Baron d'Erlanger - the house he built there is a masterpiece and worth a long visit.) Hibiscus and jasmine cascade everywhere. Orange trees line the streets. The hotel is built on the point at the end of the village and has 360 views of the sea, mountains, city and the ruins of Carthage. The hotel reflects the style of the village and is a maze of terraces, balconies, pathways and pools, through beautifully tended gardens. The rooms are varied and all have views, terraces or balconies. They are all well-furnished in keeping with the property.

This was an amazing experience! The presentation of the room was absolutely wonderful. The room has amazing patio and the lovely swimming pool and the blue sea is right in front of you. As we had to leave early in the morning at 4:30am, the hotel prepared and delivered breakfast to our room at 4am. We had our early morning breakfast looking at the down over the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is situated on the best location at Sidi Bou Said, and it is absolutely the best hotel in the best place in Tunisia!

Exceptional location on top of Sidi Boud Sahid, view on the sea with pool in front of the bedroom. The room itself was a bit small but the bathroom was big, with a big bathtub. Very cosy and charming hotel, with unique charm, very romantic. Delicious breakfast. We were told the restaurant is very nice too but we didn't get the chance to try it. If you like small cozy hotels with charm, Villa Bleue is definitely one of them.

A lovely stay at la Villa Bleue. This boutique hotel is perched on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The view is breath-taking. The hotel is very nicely decorated in the traditional Tunisian style and features an outside heated pool that you can soak into if travelling during winter time. The food was excellent and the service friendly. A new little gem in Sidi Bou Said.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Tunis with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a surprise room decoration with flowers for the occasion. The team was very responsive and paid close attention to every detail. We arrived around 1 PM (although official check-in is at 3 PM), and were warmly welcomed by the security at the entrance and the reception team. A special thank you to Omeyma and Jasser at the reception—they were extremely professional, always smiling, and went out of their way to assist us with such kindness and care. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us from a Superior Room to a Panoramic Room without us even requesting it! The room was beautifully decorated just as we had asked, and it was clear the staff had gone above and beyond to make it special. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The room was always spotless and well-maintained. A big thank you to Maryem, the housekeeper, for her attention to detail and dedication. Room service was quick and efficient, and breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. What I appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It’s clean, quiet, well-organized, and provides the perfect environment for rest and comfort.

The hotel is located in the centre of Tunis, near Habib Bourguiba avenue. Carrefour is just near by as well. Definitely I will come again during my next trip to Tunis.

Everyone in the staff was so kind and hospitality extended was above the par. Special mention to Oussamma who made our stay extra special with lovely decor for our special anniversary celebrations and helping us with all the itinerary to do sightseeing locally. I had a truly wonderful stay at Le Corail Suites Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and a smooth check-in experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. The Suite are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities needed for both comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, a well-equipped kitchenette, and strong, reliable Wi-Fi. The location is also ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the airport or downtown Tunis. Le Corail Suites combines comfort, excellent service, and great value. I LOVED the suite! Such a good value - we had very spacious rooms with super comfortable, king-sized beds, a full size fridge in the kitchen, a living area where our group of 5 could hangout comfortably together and eat and two spacious bathrooms. And the staff! They really went beyond our expectations. We had very early flights and without our asking, they ordered a selection of foods from the breakfast buffet that was packaged for easy carry to the airport. They gave us enough food for three people in each person's bag.

My best place to stay in Tunis, close to airport and all the best sites. The restaurant has excellent food with quick delivery. I highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and business trips. It’s across the street from the Canadian Embassy and five minutes walking distance to the American Embassy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Several pharmacies within walking distance and a hospital within walking distance.

Everything! -Friendliest staff ever and super helpful especially Kholoud & Mehdi & the parking lot gentlemen. - breakfast was good - room was spacious and comfortable for rest - location excellent especially if you have business in the lake area. One of the few places I really enjoyed in the capital and would for sure go back again.

The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly. The hotel's location was absolutely ideal, very convenient and surprisingly quiet. Whenever I needed help, the staff responded promptly and effectively. They even arranged taxis for me to get to my destinations seamlessly. Everything was exactly as it should be—comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized. Although I can’t remember the names of all the staff members, I want to express my gratitude to everyone through Hadil, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. If I visit Tunis again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more.

We had a wounderful stay at kyriad prestige hotel. The hotel was newly built and very clean. Staff were really helpful especially Madam Meriam Medhi who helped us a lot with her kindness and grace. She put a lot of effort to reserve a table for us in the busy and famous dar eljeld resturant and it is actually really hard to reserve a table there. We had a fabulous dinner in that resturant. We definitely advise this hotel to visitors who seek a comfortable and nice stay in a central and accessible location in tunis.

An excellent experience in all aspects compared to all the hotels I visited in Tunisia. First impression: All the staff were respectful, friendly, and helpful. I especially thank Hadeel Al-Arfawi, who was energetic, polite, and initiative personality to solve problems. A delicious citronade was served as a welcome drink. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and quiet. The internet was excellent. The location was strategic. I extended my stay.

I was surprised when I saw our room. It was modern, bathroom was really nice and surprisingly everything was finished properly and was working. Hotel has very nice restaurant and pool are on top floor, with nice view. Not sure if you can use pool as it is middle of restaurant. Anyway beach is 200m from hotel. We had nice see view from balcony and hotel was very close to beach and shopping area. Breakfast was a small disappointment, variety was small and not lot to eat if you prefer healthier options. We order omelet and had yoghurt and smoothie to start our day.

Der Empfang war herzlich und der Check in war schnell gemacht. Die Dachterrasse mit seien Pool ist eine Oase und biete viele Ruhe am Tag. Abends ist es herrlich den Sonnenuntergang hier zu genießen. Das Hotel liegt zentral nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und entlang der Strandpromenade gibt es viele Restaurant und Bars. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und vor allem sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.

Friendly helpful staff. Constantly checking we are satisfied and had everything we needed. Good location near beach and shops. Marsa is a nice town with a wide range of shops ands eateries. Breakfast needs more variety, it got a bit boring after a week. Gymn was basic but functional. Pool was very nice with great views.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. The rooftop pool and restaurant have an amazing view. Very tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom in the rooms are fantastic! The shower head, the amazing loofah and shower gel, and the comfy robe. Loved it all.

We loved our experience at this hotel! It is located near to the airport but is super quiet and you are quickly in Tunis city center. The hotel has so much to offer: From a super nice terrace, a great restaurant with many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and a nice pool area and spa (which I recommend trying 100%). Our highlight though was the staff for sure!! They are so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help with anything that might come up. We felt so welcome from the very start! The rooms were clean and were always made up nicely and fresh if you wished for that. If you visit Tunis this is your place to stay!

The lake view is very nice. The bfast and dinner buffet diversity was great! Had the best brick ever ! :) The rooms were very big. Nice facilities in the room and hotel. The SPA and pool are also very nice to enjoy relaxation.

Overall, my stay at Movenpick Hotel Lac Tunis had positive aspects. The location is favourable, and the staff, on the whole, was friendly. The swimming pool and spa facilities were particularly impressive

The hotel is amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The place is spotless and the building looks fantastic both inside and out. We were staying the night after our wedding just before travelling. The hotel is close to the airport and thus perfect for us. When the hotel knew we were staying there after getting married they upgraded and decorated our room. This was a lovely gesture and I can't thank them enough. I said to my wife this morning that I'd definitely bring her back for date nights or any reason really to stay again.

Great location , great breakfast but no pool

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We were welcomed in the evening by Hassen and Omar, who helped us settle in and gave us recommendations for exploring the city. They also served us an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening. It was nice to come back to the hotel and be greeted by Hassen and Omar every evening, it made the trip feel personal. Umaymah was also great in the morning and helped us start our day well. She greeted us on our way to breakfast every morning and helped us with transportation and planning for our day. She also changed the menu for our dinner reservations in the evening, which we very much appreciated and enjoyed dinner very much. Hassen, Omar, and Umaymah all spoke multiple languages and were able to help us with any questions we had in any language. The hotel itself is great, beautiful room and located in a great spot that makes it easy to get anywhere in the city, but the standout part of the stay was definitely the staff, who made our stay so much better and made sure we had a memorable experience in Tunis.

I was booked in for a week and had a room with balcony looking out over the Place de la Victoire and Bab al-Bahr, and to my right the Medina. The room, and indeed hotel, may not have been full of modern gadgets, but was clean, bright and suited me fine, and I found both the shower and wifi worked well. What the hotel may have lacked a little in modernity - like the small but wonderful, fully functional lift - it more than made up for with its overall ambiance, decor, location and the friendly and helpful staff throughout. Reception staff were always happy to help me and answer questions (of which I had many). Breakfast was well-presented and delicious, with plenty of local flavour, both savoury and sweet, the staff there courteous and attentive, and it was lovely to be able to sit outside on the terrace in the early morning sunshine to enjoy it. There are many and varied eateries on the Avenues de France and Habib Bourguiba, should you prefer to eat out (as I did) in the evening and a supermarket a minute away. I would absolutely have no hesitation staying here again.

In my opinion, this has to be the best place in the whole of Tunis! Over the course of six weeks we stayed in around 22 different hotels, and this one is one of my favorites. Our room was huge and we had not one but two balconies (each with a different aspect) looking out over the square. Fabulous for people watching - there was always something happening in the square below. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly (they tried to teach us one or two new Arabic words each day, which had amusing consequences. Despite the central location, the room was quiet at night. Amenities were spacious and with quirky painted walls. Best of all, the hotel was located at the edge of the medina, which offered hours and hours of exploration and getting lost. Many options for food in surrounding streets as well. Buffet breakfast was on the average side (don't forget to ask for an omelette or fried eggs if that's your thing.

I like the location, it's always crowded because the souk is right there, it's close to Medina, Zitouina Mosque, and Kasbah, Mausoleum of Toubet El Bay, and the Clock Tower! The Cafe Panorama, overlooking Tunis, is in the Medina, a must go! HASSAN, The Manager, assisted me with a room changed when I explained to him, there's a mistake with my room; he got me the room I originally booked and wanted to upgrade me with a suite, but I felt, the room I booked was huge enough! (I got the twin suite with two small balconies, Room 206!) He gave me complimentary dinner for the inconveniences, thank you to all the staff, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and Restaurant staff, you made my first visit to Tunis memorable SO, If you like nostalgia and fabulous Tunisian decor, this place is for you !

I was very pleased with my stay! The hotel is renovated and maintained to a very good standard – everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The room was comfortable and modern, with pleasant lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms were a real highlight – modern and impeccably maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the layout made everything easy and enjoyable to use. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was tasty and well organized, with enough variety to start the day right. The location is also great – in the city center with many nice places for a walk or dinner nearby. I would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

- Location: The hotel is located right in the middle of Habib Bourguiba Avenue and is therefore easily accessible from the airport. The area feels very safe and there are a couple of decent restaurants in the vicinity. Medina can be reached on foot in approximately ten minutes. - Overall convenience: The room was brand new and tasteful. The bathroom in particular was spacious and exceptionally clean. - Breakfast: We were particularly impressed by the breakfast served! Huge variety of savoury and sweet options, European and Tunisian ones. The space where breakfast takes places, was also quite pleasant.

Loved the location of the property, right in the center of Tunis. The hotel had a nice exterior and interior design. Breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious. My room was fantastic and had everything I needed for a great stay. The balcony views from my room were amazing. And the price per night at this hotel was good too compared to similar properties in the same location for what you get. Finally, the staff were very kind and welcoming.

First of all I would like to thank hotel Carlton as I had to cancel two times due to various objective reasons and both times I was not charged although cancellations were a day before arrival. The third time I finally came. The staff was professional and helpful. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures, beds are causy and the breakfest has a very solid variety of food. The internet was excellent as well options available on TV

Location was key. The room was clean and comfortable. Chafika was very kind and helpful when I asked for anything. All staff were amazing and kind. Imed was very helpful and gave really good suggestions for places to visit and eat. He organised the taxi transfer to the airport. There is no departure tax for UK ( thanks Imed). We asked for an iron on arrival and was given it within 5 minutes. Very hospitable and helpful staff.

We stayed in Tunis for three nights and absolutely loved this beautiful, historic hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. I was specifically looking for a traditional dar experience, and this place was perfect! The hotel staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the room stayed quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. Breakfast was included and was quite good with a variety of pastries, cheeses, eggs yogurt and dried fruit and granola. I also booked a hammam spa experience on our last day—it was very enjoyable and something I’d recommend. You need to book 24 hours in advance. Leave plenty of time for the experience which includes a 30 or 45 min massage, plus hammam and gommage. We also dined at the hotel restaurant one night, which served a delicious and generous meal. The price was a little higher but it was very convenient for our dinner after a long day of touring. The hotel is located in the old Medina, so you’ll be dropped off by taxi at a nearby square, and from there it’s just a short walk (less than five minutes) to the entrance. It’s also within walking distance of a lively area where it’s easy to catch a taxi and explore the city’s sights. We booked a day tour through Viator and the guide met us at the hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Palace Bayrem. The host was very welcoming and took us directly to a room and next day they gave us another room for us to be more comfortable. Saida who is the receptionist had been very helpful and made our stay even better, by looking after us. The housekeeping team was also very kind and the breakfast team too. They are a small team but we really enjoyed our stay, we even had a wedding in the courtyard one night and enjoyed the celebrations. We will highly recommend Palace Bayrem to everyone to stay at it’s very convenient and also located in the heart of Madina. As a farewell to us, my wife got a rose from the palace garden and this was a beautiful gesture from Saida. We will come back here and definitely stay again in this beautiful palace full of character and beauty.

The hotel is a traditional Tunisian house in the medina and is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was buffet style and featured a mix of traditional Tunisian dishes and more continental options. The food was delicious and the barista prepared us coffee however we wanted it (espresso, cappuccino etc). All the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, particularly the manager, the receptionist Saida and the two women who run the breakfast salon. The location is also wonderful - it’s in the Medina but very close to a main road, so it’s not difficult to find. Taxis are also very cheap, so when we didn’t feel like crossing the Medina to get to the ville nouvelle, we took a taxi (about 4 dinars).

Located in the bustling medina of Tunis, this former Sultan's Palace is a dream. I had no idea when I booked that I would find an actual palace and not just a hotel with "Palais" in the name. You can really feel the history within the walls -- it's like stepping back in time. The staff is so helpful and generous with their time. The breakfast was great. There is a grand dining room for dinner, and an ancient spa on the premises. And the rooms and courtyards are especially charming. I expected that, for the price, I would find something much less grand. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I will be back.

Great heritage spot and amazing hamam facility. The breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant for dinner gave such a great rustic feel in this palace. Saida and staff were most amazing in helping two female travellers feel safe and taken care of. We had 5 star service from all staff. They would make sure we got in and out safely throughout the entire trip. We got a personal staff to show us around the souk. They were so caring. I got a migraine during the trip and they pulled out all the help and even offered to take me to local care for Arabic remedies. I will definitely return here and was amazed by the excellent service.

All the hotel staff were very kind and ready to help. From the moment I arrived for check-in, I was welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink. The breakfast quality was good, and even when I arrived late, the kitchen staff kindly and cheerfully prepared eggs for me. The room had most of the necessary amenities, and the WiFi, heating system and hot water worked well. However, the shower area needed some repairs to prevent water from spreading throughout the entire bathroom. One night, when I returned to the hotel, I found the bathroom floor covered in water for some unknown reason, but the staff quickly took care of it and dried it out. In terms of cleanliness, the floors and tables could have been cleaner, and I usually expect hotels to provide disposable slippers in the room. The toilet paper could also have been of better quality and cleanliness. Aside from these few issues, the hotel was very pleasant for a stay. Additionally, thanks to a nearby government office, the police are on duty around the clock, which is great for security, and the hotel is also within walking distance of the city center and La Medina. Overall, the friendliness of the hotel staff and their constant willingness to help made my stay very enjoyable.

This hotel is almost TOO comfortable, as I was often tempted to laze about in the room. Main pros: - Great location for walking the markets and ancient streets or for going shopping. Also very close to the airport (ten minute taxi ride). - There's a small gym - not massive but has everything you need for a workout. - Breakfast is high quality and there's a lot to choose from so although it is the same every day you can just switch up your choices day to day. Nice pastries, cheeses, and coffee. - Very comfortable beds

It was the perfect spot for us, we stayed in this Hotel our last night in Tunis, everything was great, people at reception and bar are very friendly, happy to stay in the Hotel twice, room was big, wifi worked, everything is clean, plenty of hot water. We ordered an indrive taxi at 3 am to get to the airport and the guy in reception talked on the phone to the driver, to help him to get to the Hotel. Love the place, We will stay there everytime no problem

Everything was perfect, staff are lovely, friendly and speak English. Room was big, clean, wifi worked, hot water, fridge, a/c, tv, plenty of plugs for charging your phone, free bottle of water, breakfast was nice. Location is perfect, 5 mins walking to Clock tower, 5 mins walking to Medina. The hotel has a bar, we found perfect for having a few beers any time of the day. Everyone was friendly and happy to help. We are back in a wk for an extra night before flying back home

I like this hotel and it’s not my first time coming back here. The room was perfect, with a beautiful view of the park. The pool area was clean, and sun loungers were available. I would especially like to thank Sabri — he helped me resolve my organizational matters, and I’d like to highlight his personal qualities: kindness and a positive attitude!
