Propertynwas as advertised. I completely missed the rules around using the pool. Ifnubwant pool access you must book a room that surrounds the pool. Also, they just opened a restaurant, it would be great to include something like a breakfast with the room. Overall great place.

From start to finish (and even before we arrived!) our stay was first rate. We had to arrive a day later than expected and Steve could not have been more kind and accommodating. We stayed in the Oasis Cottage and the bed was super comfortable. The cottage itself is very spacious and clean. It's adjacent to a pool which is beautifully maintained. The staff is unmatched in their warmth and hospitality. Everyone with whom we came in contact was terrific. Steve, Ashley, Chris, Minnie and both housekeepers we spoke with were all what every traveler hopes their hosts to be. Chris was even kind enough to call and offer to reschedule the free historical tour that we missed due to our late arrival. I can't say enough good things about the Old Colorado Inn. We will definitely return.

The Enchanted cottage was the perfect place to stay in the heart of Stuart Access to a pool… although it was not heated we did enjoy the spa which was heated The cottage was comfortable for myself and 3 girlfriends Some updates could be made New blinds in bedrooms… shower heads etc just some small details Everything was within walking distance….shopping….restaurants and a lovely boardwalk We came in on a Sunday so we also enjoyed music on the boardwalk and a market in the park

My son got married this weekend. We had family come in from Michigan and Ohio. We literally took over the Colorado Inn. Everyone’s places were awesome! We stayed in the enchanted cottage, and it was perfect for the six of us. The best part was having all the family so close and spending time at the pool. Downtown Stuart is a charm, and we actually live in Hobesound, but I’m so happy we stayed at the Colorado Inn for the special event!

This hotel is lovely! We stayed in The Enchanted Cottage and really loved it. We were 2 couples meeting up from different parts of Florida just for fun. The place is clean, well maintained, great location, staff friendly, quiet, nice pool and jacuzzi. Would be great for a family with kids. The upstairs suite is very spacious and we let our friends stay there. The 2nd room is definitely smaller, but perfect for what we needed. Great visit, great place, would highly recommend.

We came here for our 1 year anniversary. We already have a reservation for our 2nd anniversary! This will definitely be a tradition for us now. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had everything we needed in our room to make our stay comfortable. The plunge pool is a must a least once. The rainfall shower head with an additional handheld shower head is so relaxing! I wish we would’ve stayed more than one night! Our reservation for next year is for two nights and I can’t wait!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Swiftwater Hotel. It’s the perfect relaxing escape from the city peaceful, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend booking the Plunge Pool Suite. Having a private pool made the experience feel so luxurious and completely worth it. Breakfast at The Olivet was a highlight. The French toast was amazing and definitely a must-try. Desaki, another restaurant on the property, offers a fun hibachi experience. Our chef Steve was fantastic! Talented, funny, and made the dinner so memorable. The Concierge Lounge was also a nice bonus. They serve light bites and beverages throughout the day, which made the stay feel even more comfortable and elevated. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful hotel, attentive, friendly staff. Suite amazing, comfortable bed & pillows, well appointed bathroom with thick towels, plush throw rugs, dyson hair dryer, robes, slippers & rain shower. Good WIFI, plenty of storage (could've used a few more hangers), tastefully decorated. Loved our private pool, however, 2 things-back wall is all glass, looks out to a public grassway. 4 windows are frosted, but the outside door is clear. Luckily they found a privacy screen for us. Also, air & water temp 86, wished it was warmer. This suite entitles access to Concierge Lounge, snacks, beer, drinks,water avail 24/7, light bkfst in AM & 5-7 wine with apps. Very nice. Has public indoor/outdoor pool - only couldn't swim outside in evening, we found water temp too cold, need to work on that. Olivette restaurant, though expensive well worth it. Food delicious, staff attentive & friendly. Desaki hibachi restaurant delicious, fun.

Roberto the host was extremely nice and kind. When we got to the place in the late after noon we realized the beach house given could not accommodate the five of us. When I reported that to Roberto he suggested to upgrade us to a villa with a private pool in the complex. Eventually we stayed in the villa for the duration of our stay (2 nights). The villa was wonderful. Great facilities including stuff for the beach, very nice pool, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix and an equipped kitchen. Thanks Roberto for making sure our stay will be an unforgettable one!!

The location is within about 10 minutes walking distance of the beach access and also the downtown area with several shops, bars, and restaurants. The private pool is a huge bonus and there are plenty of beds and space to accommodate large parties. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella provided for use at the beach. The property manager was very responsive. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway to accommodate about 4 full-size vehicles.

This was such a gorgeous place - very spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. The staff was remarkably friendly and communicated so nicely - we felt totally welcome. The beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was exceptionally clean and same for the pool area. We had big pool towels and a buggy with chairs & umbrella for the beautiful beach. There were ice cubes in the freezer and some welcoming snacks in a basket on the table - so cordial! We would love to stay here - the next time at Siesta Keys... !

Nice little property. A bit older but still very nice. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! The pool was a nice relaxing area! Our room was right out by the pool and we loved it! Sat out on loungers till almost 11pm just enjoying the night. Could use a propane fire pit to complete the area!

This property is serene and cozy. The rooms are pleasant and very comfortable. We had milk and white chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us in the room and a bottle of wine. The rooms are equipped with coffee machines and different snacks replenished daily, all included in your stay. Bottles of water are also included. Our balcony was facing a private garden, and that's where we would start our day, surrounded by different trees, including olive trees and iceberg rose. There was wine tasting in the lobby of our sister hotel which we enjoyed very much, with live music. The free daily breakfast was simple, fresh, and satisfying. Hard boil eggs, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, cured meats, fruits, coffee and tea. Lovely live piano music. There are some fruits and snack in the lobby all day. The pool is a nice size and the pool area is enjoyable, with comfortable lounge chairs and sufficient umbrellas if you need shade. There is an outdoor bar. While we were laying by the pool they brought us frozen fruits on a stick. So good, especially in the heat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We used the car service twice during our stay. If the car is available, they will take you to your destination, within a certain number of miles. We really had a wonderful time staying at The Estate Yountville. Would like to say thank you for the great service and thoughtful things provided. Looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely loved the pools & hot tubs which are 24hrs! Has pool attendants with food and drinks which are delish! They even have froze all day by the pool! Nice touch! We stayed at Estate Yountville in May for my husband’s work event, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the entire property felt pristine and well cared for. The pool was a nice perk, and you really can’t beat the location—right in the heart of charming Yountville. What impressed me most was how seamless everything felt, even while hosting over 200 people. From buffet-style breakfasts to lunches and dinners, the service was efficient and professional without feeling rushed or chaotic. That kind of coordination is no small feat! That said, having visited just a couple of months earlier on our own, I’d be hesitant to book on my dime. There are plenty of charming and comfortable options in the area that come at a significantly lower cost. Unless you’re there for business or an event, chances are you’ll be spending most of your time out exploring the incredible wineries anyway. No complaints at all about our stay—just something to keep in mind if you're footing the bill yourself.

Amazing location, great service, nice amenities. Stayed in the Vintage House and our room was a nice size, super quiet and private. Each room also has a patio or balcony with two big loungers. Pool and bar service were great and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff offer golf cart rides to nearby wineries and even pick you up! Staff also shipped a case of wine for us. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff had a chilled bottle of Chandon and a chocolate dessert waiting for us in the room! I had a body scrub and massage at the Veuve Spa and it was definitely one of the best spa experiences - you can also use the saunas/soaking tubs afterwards. Overall a little spendy but worth it.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Napa Valley My recent stay at Hotel Villagio was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. We had a wonderful quick escape to Blowing Rock and our new favorite hotel, Meadowbrook. We had the friendliest and easiest check in. The room was really big and really nice. The best part was our own private plunge pool. Then to add to the experience, the breakfast is extra special and not your typical hotel breakfast. We will be back. We cannot wait til next time!!

Our family was overall happy with our stay. The location alone made it worth it. Pros-Location! -It’s in walking distance to the village and the beach, private pool, recently renovated, the daytime staff was very sweet and helpful. Cons-There is only one mirror in the entire unit, the shower window is I believe facing the wrong way-you can’t see out, but you can see in!, we saw two cockroaches, the girl working the evening shift was very unpleasant.

Where do I even start! The is my new favorite destination & hotel. Perfectly located less than a block from the beach in one director and less than a block from all the restaurants and strip in the other direction. Attentive staff & comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub area were top notch, we watched a lightning storm by ourselves in one of their several pools and really felt relaxed. They also provide beach chairs and free bicycle access that truly enhance the beach experience. We couldn’t have been happier. The manager helped work with us for late check out to facilitate our travel time to Orlando. Best sunset views and they even give you a table and chair set up outside the room. There are grills and palm trees and everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Don’t even think about it- BOOK with no hesitation. I’ve been to 50 countries and Tropical Breeze Hotel is now one of my most favorite places to stay. We will be back as soon as we can! 5 star for sure.

Location, location, location! What a wonderful beach cottage. While it’s not beachfront it’s a close leisurely walk to the beach and even closer walk to the siestas key village where there’s a ton of things to do. We never drove anywhere. We rented a 1 bedroom king size cottage. Had enough room for myself, my husband and even our dog. The price includes bikes onsite , 2 pools, beach chairs and pool toys. You can’t beat it. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

Pools were very nice! The manager went out of his way to show us around and make us feel comfortable. He made sure we were aware of the amenities - beach chairs, bikes, two pools, bbqs, etc. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

It's easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds! The vibe is wonderous, the staff exceptionally welcoming and can't do enough to help you! Our room was a really good size and had a sofa as well! Ate there a few times and the food was delicious! Free Margs for residents Mon-Fri 3-4 pm. My favourite drink! Free coffee in the morning! When can I move in guys! I LOVE THIS PLACE. Location perfect! Definitely coming back and booking a 'swim up room'. My score is 5000 out of 10 xxxxxx

As a solo traveller re-engaging with travel after a 5 year hiatus, starting my holiday at Hotel Ziggy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment I was checked in by a delightfully charming staff member named Alan I felt comfortable and at home. My poolside room was gorgeous, spacious and extremely comfortable. Days spent on the pool deck were pleasant, and time in the deep, warm saltwater pool was relaxing and refreshing. Evenings in the hotel bar were surprisingly wonderful, with friendly, attentive service from Maddie and Ilijana, an excellent array of beverages to choose from, and tasty meals and snacks on offer. And best of all, the entertainment provided every evening was superb. Over 3 nights I enjoyed an open jam night with local musicians congregating to perform their favourite classic hits, followed by a night featuring rising, indi artists. The Queer Fashion Week opening night party on my final evening at Hotel Ziggy was fabulously mind-blowing with every level of the building taken over by DJs and performance artists. It was truly the best party I’ve been to in YEARS! I am indebted to the Hotel Ziggy crew and all the musicians, DJs and performers who helped this apprehensive Aussie reignite her love of travel. I highly recommend Hotel Ziggy. 5 stars!

Lovely boutique-y hotel in a great location on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood. We stayed there one night for a show at the Roxy Theatre and took advantage of all it had to offer - the Pizza Girl restaurant and bar for lunch, breakfast and drinks and relaxing in our spacious room by the pool. Hip music around the pool and cozy eclectic seating areas throughout were fun and inviting but the atmosphere overall is quiet and chill. To top it off, the entire staff is customer-oriented and super friendly. The price was also decent for that area of LA. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Visiting as a family. Pool is wonderful with a great vibe. Check in was easy and simple. We stayed on the 1st floor and could not hear the pool parties, which is great as we were jet lagged. Food was great, plenty of it. Mini bar in the room with affordable prices. Location is great. Very close to a lot of attractions. We used uber for all our time in LA. Hired a car to continue our adventure up on Pacific highway 101. Sleep was spot on. Air con great. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Plenty of places to eat locally

We are an older couple who needed a reboot of life. This was it! The hot tub in the room is our main vocal point. It in itself was worth it all. Definitely designed for younger couples on the entering of it but we took our time and made it work. The design of the room is awesome. We had our adult beverages at the tub watching tv. The room was amazingly big. The heat was good because the wife is cold blooded. Only thing, she kept rolling to the center of the mattress. The bed needs a new mattress but she didn't complain. It put her closer to me. We had an awesome time and plan to return.

This location is the best. There are countless restaurants nearby to make a night out of your stay. The staff is kind and helpful and the rooms are always clean and well taken care of. The jacuzzis are always working perfectly as well. The private entrance is great! The property is also sooo beautiful. We’ve seen deer and other animals each time we’ve stayed. It’s definitely a great place to get away with your love for peace and quiet and a memorable time. The price is very reasonable too!

The staff was great. It was Valentine’s Day and we received a free bottle of champagne, chocolates in the room and a teddy bear. The room was very clean and accommodating, especially the bathroom. The shower was the best part of the room. The jacuzzi was great, however there wrre a few minor cosmetic issues around the mirror wall that had me worried. Also, very few towels and pillows available, but the staff was very helpful in getting us more. Would visit again!

Well my better half and I only live 20 minutes away, this reservation was given to us as a surprise, we had tickets to see Ron White at Parx casino and our friends wanted us to have a enjoyable evening together. We loved the exterior look, love fireplace and jacuzzi in the room, which was clean. The only thing may I suggest change that color paint in 111 and replace the carpet it’s time, Pink is bad.

I had a great stay loved the large room. The grounds had a secure private feel which made me feel comfortable enough to go for walks. Staff were helpful and courteous. All you need is hot food at breakfast, laundry for guest use and I would stay here every visit. Thank you

The R&R Guesthouse was beautiful and charming, it felt like a home away from home while on vacation. Our hosts, Julie and Kevin, were warm and welcoming. We were greeted with a delicious and thoughtful charcuterie board, accompanied by some local wine and beer. Our apartment style room was beautiful! We slept comfortably in the space, it had a remodeled kitchen and bathroom, plenty of living space, and a semi-private bedroom. Julie and Kevin recommended some local restaurants for both dinner that evening, and breakfast the next morning. We took their suggestions for both, and were thoroughly impressed. The yard at the R&R Guesthouse is one to admire! The landscaping and deck are impeccable, not a blade of grass out of place. They have a pool, and a hot tub available for use. When we return to Oregon, we would love to stay here again. The Ryan's are natural hosts, and I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in this area. It is truly a gem!

An hour or so after I made the reservation, I got a call from the homeowner asking me if the reservation was for the correct day (I made it late, same day). I was very impressed with him going out of his way to verify that I didn't make the reservation in error. I told him where I was and he told me exactly how to get to there. Literally, explicit street names to the T and it was all spot on. The location itself is in a very nice neighborhood. I was met outside in the 10 degree or so weather to get help with my bags. Inside the home was very cozy. It was nice but not over the top and it have a very nice 'welcome home' vibe. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels, but I have never been met with such wonderful customer service. They showed me around, told me that I had full access to the kitchen and bathrooms and my room had its own climate control and EXTREMELY FAST WIFI. (One of my favorite parts). I had some food I bought from the grocery store that they heated up for me. There was also nice conversation with the owners. I had mentioned that I was normally not a talkative person and they offered to leave me alone; it made me want to socialize with them because they were so friendly in every possible way. I actually picked up a few real estate tips from them, as well. This place is awesome and you should stay here if you're ever in the Dalles.

I can't say enough about R & R GuestHouse. We spent 3 nights and 2 days at this beautiful Victorian home. We were greeted by both the owners "Kevin & Julia" with the most warming welcome you can imagine. They went out of their way in making sure we felt like it was our home and what we could discover around town while we stayed there. We received more than what we expected. We felt a close bond with them. They are the most amazing human beings. We look forward to coming back soon and cooking together. Great memories!

Overall service was great first time there and i love it will be back again location was safe alot of dining options with in 5 mins drive the front desk worker were amazing the private pool inside the room was awesome i only have 2 things some what negative to say the light inside the pool did not work and the lights on top of the bed did not work but that was not an issue i will recommend this hotel any time

My spouse and I have a little tradition—every other week, we pick a new spot for a quick escape and give it a thorough, honest review. This time, we found a hidden gem. The room was newly renovated—clean and modern, though nothing too remarkable. At first, we weren’t sure it would stand out. Then we saw the private indoor pool—and everything changed. It’s directly connected to the room, large, warm, and crystal clear. We spent most of our time there. It felt peaceful, romantic, and completely private—something you rarely find. There’s a poolside TV that only plays DVDs. The front desk has a few to borrow, but the selection was outdated and limited. Staff seemed stretched thin, and we caught them in what felt like a stressful moment—not exactly the welcome we hoped for. We also noticed the walls were thin—footsteps and noise from upstairs guests were easy to hear. But later that night, we walked the property and the atmosphere shifted. It was calm, quiet, and full of cozy corners to sit, talk, and reconnect. Despite a few flaws, this place made a lasting impression. The private pool alone makes it worth a return trip—and we definitely plan to come back.

While the hotel is kind of on the outskirts-and when we drove up I was a little unsure (due to the location), it was great. Our room was immaculate (and I am a clean/germ freak), the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, not only on check-in but every time we came through that front door. The pool and jacuzzis areas were clean a dm the water was great. The pool was the perfect temperature, the mineral tub and jacuzzis were very relaxing. All the guests were friendly. We were very pleased. Casa Blanca had good food, Playoff Sports Bar is small but Eddie the bartender is entertaining and they just started a food menu (they grill in the back patio and it smelled divine). Other than those 2 places we drove awhile for food. We did hit the Del taco for late night munchies -awful. Awful service and the food was terrible. We went to Sam’s family hot tubs and it was affordable and a nice way to spend the afternoon.

The property is just about perfect and I imagine in just a few weeks when fall rolls into the area, it will be spectacular. I lived and loved the colorado mountains for 25 yrs. I owned a mountain home right on the pudre river and this lodge is a woderful reminder of my life in Colorado.

This home was absolutely AMAZING! My son has committed to a.college here for football and we will be attempting to book here as much as possible! The view was wonderful as well! Our host was DELIGHTFUL and VERY HELPFUL!!!!

The place was like new and the views are beautiful. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming. If I go back to the Candler area I would hope to stay here again.

Property is beautiful, easy to access and wonderful views. Home.is too cute and wonderfully done inside. Property is clean and cozy. A place to just relax and unwind for our family.

The property lives up to the amazing standard that my family and I set every year when we return. This place has spoiled my ten year old daughter, as she will no longer stay at a room without a bunkbed in the wall. Room 208 specifically, has an amazing view of the ocean.

The property was right by the beach and it was in great shape and very clean.

We also thoroughly enjoyed our time at the serene and peaceful spa as well. We can’t wait to go back!

First, I would like to mention the hotel took covid very seriously. The staffs wore masks covering themselves and took precautions. Thanks you, Four Seasons! This property is beautifully situated in a dramatic landscape and has beautiful gardens. The salt water pools were great. If you are looking for this type of experience, I would suggest staying here. However, I was disappointed by the level of service I received. The towel service was poor. One morning I got frustrated waiting for a towel and helped myself. Another morning around 8:30am, they were out of beach/pool towels. Additionally, when I called the front desk, often no one answered the call( especially mid-week). This is not the level of service I would expect from Four Seasons. The rooms are spacious with an outdoor patio area with seating. I would suggest asking to stay in the part of the hotel near the pool accessible by walking or a golf cart ride. The rooms could use some updates. The carpet was especially warm. Someone should be inspecting the rooms prior to check in. The room could have been cleaner and there were bird droppings on the outdoor seating which they cleaned up after I said something. The room had a Nespresso maker. The food in the restaurant is so so. I would suggest eating offsite some nights. I ordered fish taco which were particularly disappointing. The margaritas are very good. I stayed for 7 nights. During mid-week the hotel was empty.

This was our third stay at this property. We chose it again because of the beautiful , quiet location and the legendary Four Seasons service. Once again it did not disappoint. We stayed in one of the renovated King rooms and while it was tasteful and upscale we preferred the old casita style as tired and in need of an update as it was. This place is THE place to go if you want total peace and quiet. Being in residential areaThe pools are gorgeous with excellent pool side service. Your every need is taken care of. We especially enjoyed the Dive in Movie and the special menu and drinks, oh and the free popcorn was a hit. We ate at Proof a few times as well as Onyx which has the most amazing view if a little pricey. Both are excellent and the service is above par. Overall I highly reccomment this resort as a getaway for a few days.

The Four Seasons at Troon north is a beautiful property nestled up against Pinnacle Peak. Our second story king room was very comfortable, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a priority since it was 112° for the three days that we were there. The pool was a refreshing spot at the end of each day, and the poolside drink service was great. Proof, The indoor outdoor restaurant on site is excellent. I had two memorable breakfasts there and was able to be outdoors in the shade.

Exceptional service. Lovely resort. Breathe taking scenery. The three days I spent here were calming and restorative. But the best part was the 24-hour pool and jacuzzi. Very much enjoyed being able to enjoy a dip after hours. The pool is supposedly heated, but was a little chilly at night. The hot tub was steaming!

We had the Jungle Junior Suite w/a pool view (Rm448). Great room location to the self parking and tennis courts. Also, simple walk to the Olympic pool/club & beach across the street. We felt like we were in Maui. These huge estate was so lush and green. The Ty Lounge was a cool place to eat/drink inside or out. We would have cocktails and apps here, then we'd hit State St restaurants in town for dinner and walking. We had a great experience and would definitely come back for another relaxing weekender. The staff was great, too; from parking valet, front desk to everyone else. The bungalows looked really cool as an alternative room type. It was worth the money, and I didn't experience any of the negative comments listed by other guests (keep in mind they're a select few anyways). So, treat yourself to a nice weekend getaway!

Amazing stay! Room was really nice bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was nice, shower didn’t drain well but they fixed it for us ASAP within minutes of us letting them know of the issue. The hot tub was great! Pool was heated! Food was very good! I hope to be back again! Especially if they give me a room discount!

Awesome place to stay for couples desiring to relax and get away on a romantic excursion. The staff are wonderful and aim to please. We were taken care of exceedingly well at the pool by Edward. Enjoy breakfast on property with a view of the ocean. Great craft cocktails in the bar to finish your day.

Impeccable service, food. The 1927 built hotel Spanish Mediterranean style just feels so right. And the lush grounds with palms everywhere were love at first sight. The pool staff deserve an honorable mention.

We really liked the button at each chair at the pool for asking for a server to come and take food orders.

We usually travel to the Poconos to reserve a private swimming pool suite. Inn of the doves private swimming pool suites are very nice, their pool is actually bigger than the Poconos private swimming pool suite ..I really enjoyed my stay at inn of the dove, really enjoyed the pool...

This place is a great spot to enjoy a romantic night of adventure with your significant other. They sell fire kids at the front desk, the room had a massive shower, a roomy jacuzzi and a private swimming pool. Front desk folks were friendly, check-in was a snap and they sell all kinds of fun stuff in their little shop at check-in. They recently updated a bunch of the rooms too so ask for a room with new amenities.

Sprawling resort with lots of pools. Hard to navigate at first but by the time I left I had the gist of it. Staff friendly and accommodative. Room was large and clean but I had a constant machine noise making it difficult to sleep. Spa was lovely but wish it had more amenities. Wondering if I was there off-season because it seemed like there was slimmed down service in certain areas like the pool and pool bars.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and went in with fairly low expectations. Based on reviews we were expecting a dated property, and somewhat subpar rooms. We booked a private patio king room and it was absolutely great. There was an ice cold refrigerator in the room which was restocked with water by housekeeping daily. The room was very clean, stylish, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were all great for the most part. And the overall property was outstanding and beautiful. You may have to wander to find the right pool if that is your thing, as you will find many that are inundated with kids and inattentive parents, but there are plenty of pools to choose from. The cons: we got locked out of our room multiple times because the digital door lock overheats in the sun so we had to wait for security to show up to pour water on it - frankly not acceptable to wait outside in triple digit heat, and a regular problem according to security - figure it out La Quinta. And all of the restaurants and room service were great except Morgan’s - overpriced, bad food, terrible presentation, horrific cocktails, bad service with servers that don’t want to be there. Never eat here. Go to the Mexican restaurant instead, far better and cheaper or head to off property for dinner.

We've been visiting here for years to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, etc. The property is beautiful. We love visiting the adult pool and the restaurants on property are awesome. It's the desert, so bugs/critters can be an issue, but each time we've had that experience (ants being the worse) it's addressed by the staff very swiftly. Our favorite room type is the Casita near the adult pool, or the starlight room when we have our kids. My only gripe is how high the rates have risen in the last 15 years. But it makes sense for what you get.

This is probably our favorite place to stay at in the desert now. It was so nice and convenient to be able to go to the main pool and back to the pool right outside of our room, so our son can get more water time. It was also a plus to be able to bring our dog with us since we didn’t have anyone to watch him at home. The restaurant options are great and I love how you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back!

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only disappointment was when we went to 21 pool and it was being renovated. We were not told at check in . Property has lots of pools and would have been nice for them to designate a different one during renovations.

Property was good for the stay in Orlando, but I will suggest to have some items available for the incoming guests like toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo/cond, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, more towels, more drinking cups, forks, etc. Also I will suggest to upgrade the kitchen as many of the appliances are old and not working properly.

The pool was great, minus having continuous leaves and bugs. Nothing that could be helped by the host; that's just nature. So, we did have to clean it with a net before using it. The property was very nice. We werent able to use the pool when we went because the time of year the water was freezing. Will go back!

The villa was lovely it looked a little tired ie paint work outside area needed some attention but overall it was lovely . The neighbours are a little noisy but nothing to do with Andy . Andy was very helpful and he went the extra mile as we arrived late in the morning and he was there to greet us . The pool was lovely . Just a note to Andy the ax may need to be looked at as a little noisy. But it did work .

The check in was great, but the place definitely needs a renovation. It was clean inside, all the amenities you could want. We did not have time to use the swimming pool but it looked clean when we arrived. I hope the place will get a good remodeling done.

This was a great stay and we were so pleased by Andy and his house. Our flight was delayed but he came out and meet us at nearly 1am, friendly and cheerful. The house was excellent and basically exactly what you would expect. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and pans and overall everything was in great shape. The house is super convenient to restaurants, grocery, and other shopping. The mall isn't far away. Cutler Bay is so much nicer than many suburbs of Miami and this house is on a safe, clean street far enough from US 1 to be nice and quiet. We were a little frustrated trying to work the A/C settings. It seemed like the only choices were freeze or roast. Maybe that was just our lack of familiarity with the thermostat? Ultimately we were fine. Overall we were so pleased

The good: The house was clean besides those small things. It’s in a great location right next to the clubhouse. It was close to two Walmart locations and easy to get on the highway to Orlando. The themed rooms were great and my kiddos loved each of them. The master bed upstairs was really comfortable. Overall thankful and would stay here again. The bad: the worst part You have to pay a charge per day to have the hot tub heated. At first I thought it was just the pool, but it was the hot tub too. It was super frustrating thinking we were getting a hot tub, only to be told it cost to heat it on our trip. The outdoor grill had a charge too to use. Parking was also not free as stated on Expedia. A/C would not stay cool! Temp set to 72 and wouldn’t maintain 72 until midnight or so. We had a few other small issues: ants in the upstairs bathroom sink, dirty underwear that had been left from a previous guest (they were shoved in the back of a drawer, and easily missed by cleaning crew), k pod still in the kurig. We bought a basketballs for the arcade game in the garage and there was only one pool stick that wasn’t broken for the pool table. The pool ball rack was also broken. There was a broken chair in the garage and a cracked glass in the cabinet. There were TVs in each room, but several wouldn’t turn on and some were smart TVs and some were not. A lamp wouldn’t turn on in the frozen room and the light was out in the laundry room. Small issues that could be easily fixed.

Amazing!! Booked for 8 days as part of a 2 week family summer holiday. It's outstanding. It's in a great location & beautifully presented. There were only 3 of us but there was more than enough space for 3 families. The communication leading up to the stay & during was faultless, there were a few lights out in the pool area, I messaged in the morning to let the host know & they were there in the afternoon, great service. We took 2 days to relax here before the parks, the pool is a great size, theres plenty of seating outside and 2 large seating areas inside along with a kitchen & dining table. I travel weekly with my job, I vary between homes & hotels. Being a Hilton Diamond member I stay in some of the nicest hotels, mainly across Europe but at times across the world. This villa is one of the most pleasent and relaxing places I have stayed in. What is important for me when having a family break is the ability to wind down and relax away from work quickly. The Villa is a perfect place to enable you to do that. I highly recommend staying here and will definitley will rebook for our next Florida trip. It's a beautiful home.

Stayed at property for the month of January/2020. A perfect house. Kitchen very well equipped as was everything else. Quiet neighborhood ...10-15 minutes from downtown. Any concerns were directed to Gerhard, the local contact man, and he took swift action to reply and fix if needed. The only thing we found wrong was a squeaky front door and within 10 minutes Gerhard was there with the WD 40. Great house !!!!!

This place is AWESOME!! I am pretty picky, even sometimes looking for things to complain about (so says my wife) but this place was really great. Great communication and accommodating, property was very clean and well kept, nice furnishings and everything worked. Could not be more happy with this experience. Will definitely stay there again!!

40 minutes from Boca Grande or 30 minutes from englewood, this was the perfect location for my family of 6. Very spacious and had everything you need to cook, clean and even host an Easter dinner! Our family really enjoyed ourselves and will be back!

It was as a good location however could use some updates such as better internet and wifi kept loosing connection for phone calls as well as other connection.

I rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house had enough space and the pool was great - plenty of pool toys and lounge chairs. Decor and appliances are dated but functional. I would suggest that any renter check out the house before going to the grocery store. You need to buy your own dish soap, more toilet paper, etc. Management was responsive when I reached out.

We got more than we bargained for, which was a welcome surprise. The weather was chilly, which meant they wouldn’t turn on the pool heat - which sucked and kind of defeated the purpose of the pool. Other than that it was perfect

I really enjoyed my vacation. Parked my car in the driveway we sat in the car in awe, unloaded the car and opened the door. All I heard was awe man this is nice. Look at this, look at that. The house is located in a quiet area that gets the best sun rays outside on the pato. My favorite part of house is the big open kitchen with windows. It was beautifully decorative with spacious rooms and the beds were comfy. I liked the master bedroom with a door that opened to the outside patio. Flat screen wall mounted TV'S and ceiling fans in every room, I was in heaven. Everything was provided from bed, bath and beyond. Pretty cool game room too. There's plenty of convenience stores and shopping centers a couple miles down the road. I was on vacation and celebrating my birthday for 4 days in that house and I had an amazing stay. We cooked, we ate, we swam. I called Joyce at the office so much after my 4th call to her she answers the phone hello Andrea. I just smile and start talking grateful for her attention, her attitude, patience, understanding, professionalism, and her outstanding customer service. I find myself talking more about Joyce than my trip. She's a really nice lady that's always on point, very quick turnaround response time. I will definitely book through this company again.

It feels a bit far from most things but I guess it's judt how Orlando is, everything spread out. It is close to Disney though so a great option if yoh want to go there. The negatives are small details, overall it is a very nice property.

The house was spacious, the backyard was private and the pool and hot tub were fantastic for young kids. There was even a bonus playroom with air hockey!

Loved having multi bathrooms since we are a large family and having a pool and private water park!!

The unit was remodeled. Felt cozy, clean and modern. Very close to beach. It was all we needed. There was a cable issue that wasbresolved in 24 hrs and partial refund issued fornthe inconvenience. Definitely a nice place to stay and enjoyyed our 2 nights. Easy access to food, grocery and the beach. No complaints.

The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space.

Our stay at this vacation home was overall enjoyable. The house itself was excellent—well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the owners was outstanding; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. However, the pool area was a significant disappointment. The pool had large holes—one in the shallow end and another in the deep end—which made it unsafe and less enjoyable, especially for the children. Over time, the pool's condition worsened, with algae visibly growing along the steps and walls. This prevented us from fully enjoying one of the main amenities of the property, which was a letdown. Despite this issue, the home itself was fantastic, and we would recommend it, especially if the pool area is improved. Addressing the pool's maintenance would make this property an outstanding choice for future guests.

The pool needs to be resurfaced. We didn’t let the kids swim in the pool because the pool was dirty and the cement on the bottom of the pool was breaking up. The house was clean and the location was perfect! We were hit with an unexpected registration charge of $207.00. It would if been nice to know about that hidden fee! Donnetta

We highly recommend this home rental. Excellent communication with Joyce & Ivor. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Was well kept and clean. Quiet area where home is located. The pool was great and having it heated is an extra charge keep in mind. I have to say the bottom of the pool had some area’s where it was sharp and a few of us had little cuts on our toes. We went out and purchased pool shoes and that fixed the issue! Home was stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups. Would certainly stay here again and of course recommend it to our friends and family.

I’m so happy we booked this home. Ivor was very responsive with any questions I had prior to check in. They also allowed us to check in an hour early at no charge. Home was HUGE and the best part was the pool. We paid extra for a heated pool but it was perfect because some of the nights were chilly and pool water was warm. Home is about 35 minutes from Universal Studios and about 13 minutes from Walmart. Would stay here again. Don’t hesitate and book now ! It’s a steal for the price. Thank you for everything !

Love the location at an dead end street. Only about 500 steps to the Berkley Lake and park like sitting. Beautiful area. Loved the pool in our fenced back yard. Although the pool deck needs to be refinished. Pool needs a hand rail getting into the pool for safety. The home was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with dish ware and ample storage. Dishwasher really needs replaced. Shelves do not roll out well at all. Hard to be very careful rolling racks out and in. Be sure to bring a supply of larger trash bags with you as you will need them. Some wear on the living room furniture. Carpets need cleaned. None of this was a show stopper, but they just need to update and replace a few things. There is an excellent response to my request for darts, chalk for the cue sticks in the garage/rec room. Wonderful ! Although this home was not the one i had originally chosen, it was still really good for our family of 7. .I would recommend using Cozy Key for your family vacation. They were very easy to talk to and deal with.

This was my first time renting a house instead of a hotel. First off, CozyKey was excellent at responding to emails or phone calls. They helped me get into the house early. The washer wasn't working properly one day and CozyKey sent someone out to fix it that same day. Now as far as the house well it was excellent. There's two separate living areas which is great 4 one room for kids and one room for adults. I was impressed how each room had a flat screen on the wall. The pool was relaxing but I highly recommend you paying the extra for the pool to get heated because they cover the pool when not in use meaning that no sun penetrates the water. We enjoyed the option to bbq on the gas grill. Overall I was pleased with the style/decoration of the house and how safe we felt in a gated community.

Great 4 bedroom home close to Disney. Laundry, full kitchen, own pool, clubhouse, pool at club house, even had a pool table in our garage.

This was my family's first time staying at a condo resort instead of a hotel and it was a great experience! The unit had everything we needed and was located at the Bella Vida which was literally 2 minutes away from Walmart. The only issues I had was the bed in the main room wasn't very comfortable and although the condo accommodates 10 people, the swimming pool at the unit was very small. Overall it was a great stay and we will do it again.

Our Villa was perfect for our small family. It was clean inside and out. The hosts were awesome with communicating with us. On this alone I would be willing to book again. The furnishings are slightly dated but still useful. Our sons loved the game room and pool. Beware if traveling with small children some outlets and glass items such as vases may be low and within reach. We moved furniture to cover outlets. All other amenities for toddlers such as high chair and pack and play are available for use. Also bring trash bags!

It was a great place to stay. We loved the pool and it was really nice. The bed in the main room was small. I thought i was getting a twin, but is was a full size bed. It was small for my husband and I. The house was cool, but would be nice to have fans. I'm not use to the humidity. Fans in the rooms would be nice. Even with the air set at 75 it was hot in the main room. Other then that we loved it. It is in a good location. It was four people that stayed and had enough room and space for privacy.

It was a family home and no surprise's also super clean . No one pushing condos, adding costs. The check in was great just go to house start vacation. When time to leave just leave. Joyce and Ivor are always a minute away and are great to deal with. I will do this again. Also having a pool to unwind in was the best.

Initial impression of property was good however we had booked a property with king, queen and double rooms and this only had 2 x double and 2 x twin. One of the double beds had an extremely uncomfortable mattress possibly well past it's useful life. The settee seats were a bit grubby and it needed cleaning underneath. The runner that the sliding patio doors to the pool slide along needed cleaning thoroughly in order for the doors to slide easily. It would have been useful if a welcome pack was provided including some items like washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, milk, bread, sugar. Overalll, the property was extremely adequate and suited us well. It is in a quite neighbourhood and is ideally positioned for all Florida parks.

Hosts responded quickly. Paid for three days of pool & spa heat, and,while the heat was turned on, the spa jets didn't work (we were told- after paying- that they were waiting for a part). So, we didn't really get to use the spa. I bought a bottle of spray bleach to address some areas of mold in the shower (esp at the bend of the shower hose). Some plates in cupboard had food on. Husband noted water on the top of doorway going to a bedroom and buildup of dust on ceiling vent in living ving room. Overall it was a good house and great location for us as we were checking out areas southwest of Orlando. Wifi was great for remote working.

We had a wonderful stay at this property last week. The house was very accommodating and spacious for my family of 6. We had lots of room and the pool was more fun than we could have hoped for. The property had all we needed as far as towels, appliances and all things we needed to occupy the house for a week. All you really need to buy is basic toiletries, soap and food. The washer and dryer was a big plus. There are the little things that could occur with Florida living like the bugs and lizards but is no big deal. The owner Ivor was prompt to address and remedy anything that was out of place and needed attention. A quick note, the place you see online and rent may not be the place you get but we were even more pleased with the property we were given. my nephew rented a property a few doors away from the original place we were supposed to have and our given place was much better. Do not hesitate to rent with these people. I look forward to renting with Ivor in the near future. Thank you and will see you soon.

The house was clean and had everything you need. The pool was also cleaned. It wasn’t too far from shops and parks. The location of the home was located in a safe spot. The home felted like it was your home. If traveling with kids the home was big and had a lot of space for them.

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Each room had its own bathroom which was a plus. The pool area was very nice and spacious as well. The rental had everything we needed and then some for the great time we had. I would definitely stay at one of these properties again.

As a family of 5 we stayed here and found the family rooms with 2 big bunks and a separate bedroom for the adults great. There was no musty smell and no noise from other rooms as other reviews have mentioned. Overall great stay. Car parking wise the hotel charges $50 plus tax for a valet service, but this is just a guy from the $20 car park diagonally opposite, so go here yourself and save some $$

This hotel is so cute & quaint. The king room was big & spacious. The queen room was also big with a smaller bathroom area but big enough. The lobby is cozy & always seems pretty quiet. The staff members Danny & Jackie went above & beyond for my wife, sister & myself. If I had to dislike anything it would be that there's no food on site but not a big deal for us.

I would have to say this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The service was amazing and they never hesitated to answer any questions or offer any help. The checkin and check out was super easy. Just a great experience. Thank you!!! We will definitely stay here again and recommend to people we know.

Loved that it’s a smaller hotel. It’s very aesthetic. The beds were super comfortable. Loved that the bunk beds were full beds as well. They also use Le Labo products which smell amazing. The staff was super nice and friendly. And the hotel is a quick walk to the beach. I will be back for sure!

Nice hotel, the host was very pleasant, smelled amazing once you walk in the entrance is a nice lounge style with a bar, no front desk. Just minutes of a walk to the beach. Only downfall is rooms have no refrigerator but was able to get cups of ice at the bar. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t want to think about doing laundry before leaving the house as it’s stressful enough to make sure you have everything & done everything before leaving the house sometimes in the middle of the night to get to the airport & through security. I thought that’s why we’re charged a cleaning fee. I’ve never been asked to do laundry before leaving.

The house was great a lot of room and I loved the little door by the pool to the bathroom made it easy with the kids. The house was supplied with Toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs everything you need to get started. The house was clean however it needs a deep clean for the cleaning fee at 150 USD there could have been a deeper clean such as window ledges and sweep the sand on the pool deck that fell in from the outside. The cleaning staff should also report if things need replacement one of the handles in on a toilet was broken and you can tell it had been broken for a while should have been replaced as well as legs on the air hockey and all pool Q’s tip need replaced which we did. Overall a great stay and would stay again that was the 3rd time I have stayed in that gated community

The home was nice, but the surrounding properties did not seem to be the cleanest outside. The pool staff was excellent, but the front office/check in People were unfriendly.

The house was very clean and we are difficult to impress. The couches are older and worn, but I wouldn’t expect better in a rental. All rooms were very clean, of which is critical for us.

We have visited Florida every year for the past 14 years with children and this is by far the best property we have stayed at! We will definitely be booking this for any future vacations to come.

Love love love. We were in a 6 bedroom with a bonus game/theatre room. The private pool and hot tub was a game changer. We barely even went to the water park it was so comfy and relaxing in our house (when we weren’t at parks). It was clean and spacious. We had a gazebo and grill area in our backyard. We had some issues with the pool heater at first but they had it fixed within 24 hrs. Was safe and quiet. My new fav place

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Encore. Our unit was a 5 bedroom on the west side of the resort. The water park/main building was a couple minute walk from our place and the kids liked that they could walk there on their own. We did experience some issues with our unit. The door handle literally fell off when we tried opening the front door after checking in, so that wasn’t a great start. The cleanliness was not what we are used to..old fruit loops mushed into the carpet, hair in the bathroom.. Our spa didn’t work and the pool lights didn’t work for the first half of the stay. Our range fan didn’t work. The clothes dryer wasn't in good condition. Nothing major, but enough inconveniences to take away from the vacation experience for sure. We enjoyed the water park and pool, it was lots of fun and we often had it all to ourselves. Finn’s restaurant was extremely disappointing. They notified us when we were seated that half of the menu was unavailable and when we ordered from our very limited options, half of the food came hot and the other half came cold. The staff was mediocre. From my observations, I did not see staff treat the guests like they were valued. Checking in and out, the restaurant, and the pool staff all seemed disinterested in their jobs and their guests. We would consider going back because we loved the ample space, and we now know what not to expect from staff..but it’s a gamble due to the units being privately owned.

I've stayed here a few times. Decent option when you have lots of people. The more people the more its worth it Pros: house size, safe location, waterpark, clean, convenient Cons: staff couldn't get wifi in house to work, also couldn't get the directv to work either. So literally nothing worked on any tv in the house. Wasn't a huge deal for me (this trip) but the directv has only worked 1 time of the 3 different stays I've had at this place and this time the wifi didnt work at all either so that's certainly an ongoing issue. 6 bathrooms all with showers only 1 tub. Again not issue for me this trip but maybe useful info for others with more little kids. Plenty of houses in neighborhood so this may just be this one property. Heated pool in backyard is nice, some backyard pools better than others, but costs $60 per day extra and cannot just be one night, has to be on for 2 or more days (extra charge for heated pool clearly stated to be fair, but definitely something they could do for free considering the current price point paid and the fact its actually cold only like 5 days per year in Orlando). The air hockey table in my house had seen better days, saying it turned on is factual, so it likely passes the inspection every time, but it isn't quite working good enough to play

The property was very nice, except for a broken microwave, a broken wifi that they came to repair and could not, so we had no wifi for final 3 days! Two dishwashers one did not work. needed new pots and containers as well. Property was very clean, sanitary, no bugs! Pool was also very clean. Doors in pool vicinity, locking mechanism not the best. A/C was great as were the beds. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

Loads of extras here which made our stay even better - pool toys, goggles, polystyrene cool box which kept things cool for hours, table tennis table, even travel coffee mugs! Really spacious home, beautiful rooms and two en-suite bathrooms, lovely downstairs living space, fantastic air conditioning and great pool with spa bath!

The property was spacious for our family of 5. We got a unit with 4 bedrooms and only utilized 3. Kids enjoyed the pool during our stay and didn't need to pay for the pool heater.

Our visit was great! The house was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The covered pool was a great compliment to home. I would definitely stay at this location again when traveling to Florida. The owners was very quick to respond to any questions we had. They were always very pleasant and willing to accommodate. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the televisions in the near future. However it wasn't that important since we came to enjoy Florida and not watch too much TV. Thanks for a wonderful memorable stay for me and my family.

Pros - large location, well laid out. 3 smaller rooms near the front for the kids. lots of room. 4 bathrooms! - quiet area, felt very safe - great internet and TV service. fast internet and lots of channels. - fully furnished, most everything you would need - nice common area with pool and games - new laminate floor in main area Cons - place is a bit run down, needs re-painting, carpet stained and in poor condition - not very clean. we re-washed anything we were planning to use. large con for us - pool in very poor shape. we did not use it. don't stay here if the pool is important to you - problems with the hot water. usually needed to wait 2 hours for it to kick in. major inconvenience when you want to have a shower - no delivery we could find except for Papa John's pizza (no Uber Eats or other delivery services). It was beautiful weather the week we stayed. Good location for long walks to enjoy the sun.

It was a resort experience with the privacy of having our own home and pool all to ourselves. The house is beautiful. There are only a few small things that could have been better: provide ice cube trays, ditch all the mismatched bathroom towels and have all the same color (also makes for easier washing having the same color).Be clearer that the pool is not heated unless requested for an additional fee. Mattresses were on the soft side but still comfortable. Overall, we had a GREAT stay and would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice home (beds pretty hard) and pool was great! Only issue was all of the added fees that were necessary after we arrived (cleaning fee, pool heat, needing to buy basic items such as toilet paper). Not sure if we would book these homes again due to the added fees but we did enjoy our stay (just not the final price tag).

Neighborhood was very noisy at night. Hone was vwry nice we enjoyed the pool and everyone had their own bedroom. Walmart was within walking distance. Raccoons kept getting into the trash can. Would definitely rent this place again tho. Pool heat was very expensive but we were able to swim when it was colder outside

The property is a little dated but clean and a great size. The property company should mention in their first communication that there is an option to pay to heat the pool. Great company to deal with, Lisa was awesome.

We checked in at the office & the staff was very friendly. All my questions were answered even when I called at midnight due to the AC. I would definitely stay again but just a few things: thermostat is set on 78°F upon check in & even though we set it to 74°F upon arrival the house didn’t cool down fast enough. We like it cold (70-72° F) so sleeping the 1st two nights was a little uncomfortable. By the 3rd day house finally cooled down. Another thing, don't put the trash out at night in the sealed container. The animals still managed to open it & scattered all the trash on the front lawn. Lastly, it would have been nice to know that only one roll of TP & paper towel is provided. I don't except them to supply all of our stay but at least give us a heads up (most hotels/villas/homes provide a few TP per bathroom). Same thing goes for dish soap. Only one very small bottle was supplied. The house, itself, was very nice. It had it's usual wear & tear but overall very pretty. We stayed in a 5 bed/ 5 bath house with a private pool. The pool didn’t have a rail for the stairs & it made it a little hard for our girls (ages 2,5,7) to get in & out. Kitchen utilities were perfect. Towels and linens are provided. Beds are ok. Pillows were super flat. Cleanliness was as expected. Quiet & safe neighborhood. Getting a gate pass was a little confusing. We had to get pass at main gate then drive out of that area & go to another gate & scan the pass there.

The location was nice. We have small children so the house pool was sufficient for them while we relaxed, and it was also nice to use the resort pool including waterslide and hot tubs.

This was a lovley house in great location . The inside was a little outdated . I was really looking forward to pool time however the switch for the lights to warm did not work and the screen had a hole in the top of the patio so bugs kept getting in and my husband had to clean before entering So I was not able to enjoy like I had wished. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will be back just a different unit

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. When you call the office, the staff is very friendly and helpful, they answered all questions we had and were very clear with the rules. All the amenities worked great, but you may need to pay a bit extra to actually use some things like a heated pool and the grill. It is very close to all Disney parks and about 30 minutes from Orlando Universal Studios and International Dr.

Everything was excellent the staff were literally a phone call or text away & extremely prompt responses. With covid19 & the restrictions starting to lift it was nice to be able to quarantine and have a pool in the back! The neighbors were great in keeping us updated about parking rules so no one would get towed. I would definitely book again! The kids & adults were extremely grateful!!!!

Our stay in the home was nice. We enjoyed the amount of space that was available inside and out. However, we did have to do some cleaning before we bathed or ate. The bathtub in the main master had specks of something in it, and the shared bathtub upstairs had hair in it. The dishes that were available was all in need of cleaning because of a grimy feeling on them. The house also has a pool table and other things set up in the garage, but the garage is not conditioned and smelled horrible. This was disappointing because we all were looking forward to enjoying that space, but we avoided it because it was so horrible. Our last night in the home, out vehicle was broke into. This is not the fault of the home, and we did feel it was a safe neighborhood, but cameras at the home would have been nice. Over all, the home is very beautiful. There is enough space and places for everyone to enjoy their time. The pool is very nice and we enjoyed relaxing there. The patio with the pool was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Fantastic place to stay! We had the 6 bedroom house and it had so much more than we could have wished for. The kids loved themed rooms (especially the Harry Potter one). Planned to go to Disney on our first day but the kids loved the pool so much we spent the whole day there. My only regret was that we didn’t book a longer stay. We’re now in Orange Lakes for a week and all I keep hearing from the kids is that they want to go back to the pool home!

This property was nice and the pool was great. We didn’t know we had to supply our own toilet paper and soap. A heads up wound have been nice. The pool table was a nice surprise. Any issues we had we addressed quickly (broken shower and toilet) and washing machine problem. There was a safe but it was not available for use.

The villa was very clean and comfortably accommodated 8 people. The pool was and excellent place to cool down after long hot days in the parks. The only thing the villa lacked that I would have liked was a BBQ or grill for a spot of outdoor cooking.

I really enjoy myself the kids love the pool i can't get them out everything was so beautiful.

Loved the house! It was more than enough space to accommodate my family of 4. Check in was fast & easy. The private pool was the main attraction for my kids, that was the whole reason I decided to rent a house versus hotel, better not to share pools at this time. I utilized the kitchen fully! We barely ate out the week we were there, I did lots of cooking in this big spacious kitchen. I loved everything about the house, it was very clean & had a pleasant smell.

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. It felt like a home away from home in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood located within driving distance of local attractions. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the private pool in the back was clean and refreshing. The washer and dryer unit was very convenient so we were able to return home with suitcases full of clean clothes. The property manager was professional and courteous and sufficiently answered my questions prior to the trip. We stayed mid March so pool was a little cool but still refreshing. I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Pros - It was nice to have a house for the family. The house we had was nice, clean, private pool, gated, close to a Wal-Mart for easy shopping and a tv in all rooms. Cons - I was guaranteed a house with in 15 miles of Disney and we were 21 miles out. Not a big deal if I didn't have young kids and that the fact it was guaranteed to be 15 miles and no further. Also, the house we stayed at would not let you turn down the A/C past 75 degrees and had a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and living room only. It made for hot sleeping.

The home was great, was close to restaurants, and Walmart. didn't really get a chance to use pool this trip pool water was too cold. Check in help was very nice, would book again with emerald

When all construction is finished it will be lovely. As of April 1, 2024 there was a lot of road construction close to the property causing congestion and delays accessing it. Groceries are walkable although no one seems to walk in Florida! Note: There is no BBQ and pool is unheated

Place was excellent, beautiful and stylish , all amenities included . Close to a plaza and fast foods . They made check in easy , but just because of how new it is, they don’t have a lobby , everything is through chat .and entrance was definitely under construction .but when I tell you every room had a tv and comfortable beds ! Great A/C too and pet friendly . Provided bowl and food for my fur friend .

Beautiful new condo. The TV was difficult we were unable to get any local channels and needed permission to download apps. It was vacation so not a real problem compared to the spacious condo.

The property was very nice and gorgeous. We loved it. The only thing we noticed that there was a lot of sugar ants.

Everything was perfect only thing missing was dish soap in the kitchen area. We were very comfortable here everything was clean. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were comfortable, the private pool was awesome and the property was very nice and quite.

This was a great stay. The private pool was clean and water was warm.

I stayed at Encantada for 1 week, it was a girls trip with myself and my two friends, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. As we drove up, I loved that it was a gated community and you had to punch in a code to go in, so immediately I felt safe. The front desk was excellent. We were greeted warmly and even though we arrived a little early and the room wasn’t ready, within 15 mins it was all ready for us. We had house 8536 Bay Lilly Loop (4 Bedroom Townhouse) we opted on the 4 bedrooms because it had a bigger pool. Upon walking in it smelled amazing as if it were just cleaned. The entire house was super clean and with all the extras that were needed for our stay. The beds were a little hard but bearable. The water pressure could have been a little better but other than that our stay was awesome! The private pool we absolutely loved and took advantage of every chance we could. We also visited the communal pool which we also loved. I was initially a little scared of what I was going to find because of the mixed reviews on here about this place, however the place exceeded all of my expectations and my friends and I were immediately at ease. I Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending it to others. It was near everything including the premium outlets. Thank you so much Encantada for making our stay a great one!

I like the pool, but didn't have the cleaner for the pool. Ants and other things at the bottom of the pool. Door to pool off track needs to be fix.

We had a small problem with the check in, but other than that our stay was perfect! The private pool was very relaxing after our long days at the parks. Be sure to let the management company know that you would like the pool heated, it takes 24 hours. The house has all the comforts of home. Check out is definitely 10:00am, the house keeper was there at 10:05!

This is a beautiful house with a private pool. It is super close to a number of stores and restaurants (many within walking distance). The rental agency is very responsive and quick to answer questions or offer assistance. I would highly recommend both this property and renting through American Home Rentals.

Great 5 bedroom house with updated amenities. The only issue was the management company which had poor customer service and extremely rude. The house has a private pool which is stated as being heated on the website. The pool water was ice cold so we could not swim. I called the management company for 3 days regarding the ice pool water and never heard from them. It wasn't until I called Expedia to complain that a rude condescending lady named Celine finally contacted me to explain that the false advertisment of a "heated pool" is only available if the renter pays $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. I questioned why the website stated nothing about the additional cost for the heated pool and she rudely replied "it's Florida, we assume a heated pool isn't needed so we don't mention it to renters". So why mention it on their website? She stated that there was nothing that she could do since I was only staying 2 more days and the heated pool expense requires a 3 day minimum. To add to insult she said that she had the website fixed so that future renters wouldn't be mislead like I was. Nice to know that at my expense and 6 days without a pool that I was able to help future renters.......In short, nice house but know that the pool might be useless depending on the time of year you go.

We were a party of four, with two adults and two kids. This villa was very spacious. It had one king size bedroom, one queen size bedroom, and two rooms with double twin beds. Everyone had their own private bathroom. The living room and kitchen area was very spacious. They even had a fuse table and pool table in the carpeted garage area. A little small debris but overall the place was pretty clean. The only thing you'll have to do it pick up some extra toilet paper, some extra trash bags, and dish soap if you plan on using any dishes (which they have pots, pans, and all sort of cooking utensils in the cabinet if needed), as that wasn't supplied, which wasn't a big deal. They had extra blankets in the closets which was great if the home gets too cold with the air on. I really liked the idea of the alarm that went out every time you opened to the pool area for if you have smaller children. It was well worth the cost, especially for the convenience and privacy, better than being in a hotel suite. The only thing I can't really tell you is what city it was in. Google maps and waze, one listed it in Kissimmee and the other in Four Corners, FL, either way, it was about 15-20 minutes from Orlando which wasn't bad at all. Everything was off the I-4 freeway with a straight shot to Orlando anyway so I didn't mind. The listing was devious, it states it is in Kissimmee anyway. I was provided all the information that I needed when I asked 3 days before. I was pleased.

House is located in a gated community which is a plus, and is kept clean and and comfortable. Amenities include a private pool, which is not huge, but decently sized for families. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and everything was exemplary. My only grudge was that a game room was advertised, but when we arrived at our rental property we found it to be locked away. When we asked the company about it, we were informed that some houses were being renovated and such, and sadly ours was one. I wish I had been informed of this earlier as that was one of the primary reasons we chose this rental. Aside from that, our stay was pleasant and I would do it again.

First they gave us a different house, not from the picture as advertised. That was very disappointed. We were told that they dont give the house advertised. We were expecting the house with the pool with lake view instead they gave us a house with back neighbors watching us all the time from their second floor, no privacy. Gym really old machines. Neighborhood excellent, house very clean, pool very clean and nice. Wifi not very strong signal, cable excellent, we had to open garage manually and it was making a lot of noise. House very close to all posible entertainment, shopping, dinner and groceries.

Our family vacation was wonderful! The home was lovely, clean and comfy, everything we needed was provided. The location was great, beautiful and close to Disney Our children loved the pool and game room. It felt like a home away from home a true blessing! We will absolutely be back for our next family vacation.

Overall this place was great. Our AC went out in the middle of the night and we were able to connect with someone within 5 minutes. Maintenance arrived first thing in the morning and fixed the AC. Place was clean and pool was awesome. Would definetly recommend.

We checked in super fast, amazing house for a group of friends/family; is ubicated in a very quite neighborhood with supermarkets near by, super comfortable to spend a weekend there!It has rooms with a lot of space, and the house has a private pool in the patio,perfect for parties and a weekend away from home If you want to visit the parks is 30min away from Universal. And the night rates are reasonable.

IT was fine , house itself was great . that being said the pillows were horrible , very flat and very very uncomfortable . some of the house lights didn't work , also the pool heater was not on and could not be turned on so the water was way to cold to even use the pool . last thing the pans to cook in were old and not in good shape at all and there was not one pan big enough to properly cook a decent meal very disappointed in that .

I love the option of a private pool but also a larger pool for my kids

The house was beautiful, but upon closer inspection there were a lot of little things that were in rough condition such as the curtain rod falling out without anyone touching it, the down stairs fire alarm being disabled, the kitchen sink leaking so badly it could not be used, the top bunk bed being extremely flimsy to the point I would not feel comfortable with my 4 year old nephew using it. There were no wash cloths and not nearly enough towels. The house is decorated nicely but obviously a rental, which was fine for our short stay. Honestly I would be fine to stay here longer with just a few fixes. I've already alerted property management to these issues. The house has a nice layout and didnt feel like a townhouse. The pool is small but private, and the community pool seemed large and beautiful. I appreciated the fan in our bedroom closet as it was warm and we couldn't adjust the AC, but the other rooms didn't have fans that could be pulled out if needed.

Confortable, clean and spacious. Had all the amenities needed and them some. Our family had a wonderful time, next time consider for longer stay

Lots of room! Very nice property. Close to restaurants and Disney. 192 is easy to use but at certain times of day takes a long time due to heavy traffic. Osceola Parkway is definitely the way to travel but it requires a toll. The hot tub/spa requires an additional daily charge for them to turn on the heat. It was still warm enough during the day so we did not pay extra for it.

This is our second time on the property and it was great! We had plenty of room! We will be back again

Again this wasn’t a large deal throughout the day but painful in the evenings with teenagers. I reported to the property management without any resolution. The other downfall was the one of the two pools was closed which made for the pool area to be much busier. Check in was easy and the location is great. Overall I would stay here again.

The property was nice. I’m use to staying in homes with private pools so it sucked having to go so far to a shared pool. The sign clearly stated no fireworks & fireworks were loudly I use long after the property “quiet time.” For 2 nights that was done. Overall great location & not noisy must nights. Check in & out was simple. Front desk was nice & helpful. Would stay again.

This property is a gated community with a security at the gate! It’s a safe and beautiful community. The townhouse was well equipped for my family and I. The lake was absolutely beautiful while the sunsets and rises. My son and I enjoyed fishing at the lake as well (catch and release only). The pool area was always clean and clear of any debris. We also enjoyed the master rooms balcony during the early morning hours while it was nice and cool. Although the back yard was relatively small, we’ve enjoyed that area as well as we bbq some days. The property manager was nice, respectful and helpful during our stay! We loved our experience and would love to visit again!

We found dirty pillows, but once I called Brandon he had the cleaning duo come over and they were super nice and gave us cleaner pillows! We had a great stay. The pool was clean, the clubhouse smelled nice, and the guard was friendly. Though, the sugar ants come into the kitchen through the window, they weren’t really a problem. There was already damage to one of the doors and water damage in one of the bathrooms, but it didn’t bother us too much. We didn’t cause any damage!!! :P

It was very clean, there were no bugs like someone had reported. The place was very spacious and we really enjoyed it. Pool area was nice and clean as well. Staff was great and we really loved our stay. Definitely recommend this place for families or just alone even. Great location and very safe. I will definitely stay here again!

PROS: nice area, nice home with plenty of room for our party. Quiet area. CONS: Not located in advertised are. Pictures not accurate. House advertised has pool in pictures and is a house. DUPLEX given and no pool. Not in close proximity to theme parks. After driving 14 hours to get there wasn’t interested in the hour drive to get to Theme parks. Drive is shorter on toll roads with less…. Rented house but given a duplex. Should have been told this. Family had concerns when arriving and someone was sitting outside the door. Notification that home was duplex instead of house we rented would have prevented these concerns. Community pool was in a different community away from ours. If going just to get away this is nice quiet area, away from everything. NOTHING in walking distance. Not the place to stay if you want close proximity to theme parks or anything related.

House was nice and clean. The pool was too cold to use. (was not provided heater purchase options for pool) some properties have ability to add pool heater for extra cost. Overall property was a good size, enough room and bathroom for everyone. The communication from Vacations USA prior to arrival was good and informative. No issues using the barcode at the entrance gate. Would definitely use them again on future visits. The property is located not far from Publix a couple restaurants and gas stations.

Well I did enjoy the house it gave me an my family the room we needed to function in the house . Being a home owner myself there was a few things very noticable that I thought could of been fixed before our stay the shower in master bedroom we did not use ! Water was back flowing up pipes .sink in master bed room left one plug we could not get it to open !! The kitchen sink faucet is not right it moves all over the place an the pool pump never shut off during our stay my wife took the time to clean the pool !! But that's minor to how we enjoyed our stay I'm truly thankful I could bring my family together I travel for work so it was nice thank you !!!

Making sure i had everything was key, no real way to call just send messages and emails...property was beautiful. 5 or 6 bath towels, 3 hand towels and 1 wash cloth is what we had to shower with...the rooms were great and the beds very comfortably sleeping able. I love thr property and pool i did get 30 mins to swim the last night there...yes i would rent it again...stores and resturants close by.....big enough for everyone that came with me....nice decor....parking lot stayed full...beautiful property and nice ppl in the community. I hope when i decide to return it will be open. I cleaned the property myself to return it clean and took pics of it....i hope my $200.00 dollar deposit comes returned soon since its been 2 days already!! Not sure how long but i will have to ask hotels.com for verification and hope it wont be an issue!! It was great so i hope the deposit is returned as given...

Overall it was nice, we were told we were getting an upgrade but not sure about that. The pool was nasty it took half the day cleaning it out before we could enjoy it. The only complaint is the housekeeper showing up at 8am when clearly check out was 10am and she was EXTREMELY rude. We had basically cleaned, did the laundry and dishes before our stay and before check out all she had to do was change the bed linens. Now I'm waiting for my deposit to be returned and it's been 24 hours since check out. Not sure what the hold up is with that and I'm not pleased with it!

The pool area was my favorite thing. Nice water feature.

This location was peaceful, restful and rejuvenating. The only negative that I would have to mention is the living room furniture. The sofa and recliner appeared dirty and dingy. We had to cover them with sheets before using them. If the furniture is replaced with a more durable type, appropriate for regular use, this place would give heaven a run for the money. We will definitely return to unit 404, hopefully the owners will address this major concern and our next stay would be perfect. Blessings to you, Distinctive Beach Rentals

I had a disappointing experience with this Orlando property. The management company's communication was poor, and the check-in information provided was inaccurate. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, guests are required to bring their own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. While the price is low, the quality reflects it. I booked this place thinking it was near Omni ChampionsGate, but it turned out the address listed was just the office location.

check in was okay until i found a dryer full of towels that the maids didnt fold and put away and then from sunday through thursday there was a big issue with the smoke detectors they kept going off every 20-30 minutes and i tried to call i couldnt reach nobody i left messages and finally on the day before i leave somebody comes out and fixes the alarm so literally the whole 4 days i got hardly no sleep then i was told by expedia that all my fees were included i ended up having to pay an additional $97 and then the pool was not heated it was freezing cold but they claim the pool was heated so we hardly could use the pool due to no heat in it but other than that it was a good stay

I really did love this property a lot!!! I don’t think the heated pool was on that I paid for but everything else was wonderful and clean

Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. The beds are the worse part of the entire house. If you have back problems bring a mattress topper or air mattress, i promise it’ll be more comfortable than the beds. We didn’t have hot water our first night so I text the number provided a couple of times with no response. Once we returned home from the park I called the other number listed & I believe it was the owner picked up. He walked me through how to trouble shoot the water heater & that fixed it. Other than that we had no issues.

We stayed at one of their properties on Tall Grass Place. It was a nice house, decorated in 90's decor but we didn't mind as we weren't there for the style. They had everything a family could need, even a high chair and playpen. We didn't need those items but I thought that was very considerate of them. The pool was clean, the air worked and the beds were what you'd expect from a hotel/rental. We had a good time and would stay with them again.

There was no walk in shower. I reported the phone and WiFi out of order via email. The emailed back and said to phone the matainence people. The phone was out of order! The address for the rental company is a jewellery shop? On the plus side the villa was clean and in a good location. The pool gets the sun in the mornings and afternoon which was OK. But there was no safe in the property. Booking with Expedia was a nightmare best avoided.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves the condo was everything I expected and then some !! The condo was great ! We stayed in unit 1106 (FYI it's a upstairs unit ) it was walking distance to the pool & play area which we absolutely loved !! The 3 bedrooms was very spacious , the living room also have a sofa bed , there was free wifi ,KTS had us all set up with drinks in the fridge ,ample towels and pillows ,the kitchen was fully equipped , the master bedroom was perfect with a jacuzzi tub , a lounge and a balcony , Now for the condo community ,everyone we met was super nice and very friendly . Very clean and well maintained . The place is central located to everything I love treasure bay casino and it's 6 mins away , super Walmart is 3 mins away , it's right across from the beach , the mall and all kind of eateries was less than 5 mins away I can't wait to come back soon !! It was truly and very nice place !

....you are staying more than a few days. Full amenities in nice, stylish condos. Kitchen, laundry, garage, wireless internet, cable tv, gas log fireplace. If you're going to be in the area, it's a quiet gated community, a couple of swimming pools and Jacuzzis. My 2nd time staying here. Short stays incur a hefty cleaning bill-make sure to ask ahead of time. But if you want more than a microwave bolted to a refrigerator in a room, then you need to call Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals and ask to stay in Legacy Villas

My fiance and I took his family here on vacation. His 5 year old niece loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and living space. The beds were comfortable and there we enough towels, sheets, blankets and pillows for the 5 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. The condos provided a high chair and a pack and play. We loved this vacation. Don't miss Beauvoir (there's a petting zoo), Ship Island, and the Discovery Center (children's museum). Great place for families of all ages!

We just decided to go to the beach weekend of the fourth all other condos in gulf shores orange beach etc were booked or way over priced my sister found this place on vrbo and let me tell you it was beautiful the pools where great it was quiet the homes were just stunning highly recommend this place and its not real expensive will be back

When we arrived everything was clean. The condos were spacious. We were able to cook in the kitchen. It has two pools on site and grills to BBQ. They also have a two car garage, washer and dryer. Will definitely be back!!!

Great location for our Universal Studios trip. Shuttle to the parks was great. New water park was awesome. The family loved the villa and personal pool & hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. They let us park 3 cars on-site. Customer service was excellent.

Cleanliness, friendly service at check-in gate, quiet neighborhood, gated community, assigned parking, the square footage is so much better than a hotel. Can’t forget about the free shuttles and your own private pool. It exceeded all my expectations!!! We will definitely come back

I love the fact that this property is very quiet and spacious. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend time away from home. Personally my favorite part is being able to enjoy the amenities provided. So many sports to play and activities to do. I also had nothing but great things to say about the check in process and staff. I would rate this property an 8/10. The only issue I had was that the outside furniture and seating areas around our casita had a lot of cobwebs and debris on them. We were hesitant to sit on anything without feeling dirty and like there were bugs crawling on us. Unfortunately I also got stung by a bee while enjoying the pool. Lots of bees, wasps, and tiny flies hanging around our private pool. Despite the issues, I would still come back and give it another chance.

I have no idea why some gave lower ratings of this place. It exceeded all of my expectations. The grounds were beautiful. Private and public spaces were incredibly clean. And the staff friendliness and hospitality were of the charts - from the front desk to the restaurant to the houseman. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the Yucca casita. It was huge with a large courtyard and an attached fenced in gated pool. Absolutely perfect. A full kitchen would’ve been nice, but we appreciated the small fridge and the giant cooler of ice the desk gave us. The entire place is serene and quiet. The activities and amenities are great. I had never been to Borrego Springs before, but it now will be my desert get away destination because of this resort. Next time I plan to book just a poolside room, to rate the difference. Because when we were walking around, all the pools were deserted. I definitely recommend. I wish I had booked for longer.

We loved our room. It was located on ground floor with little patio overlooking one of the pools. Some people were not happy about noise coming from pool when children played, but it did not bother me. The property also has another 2 big lap pools 3 minutes walk. I used them too on a very hot day. The water was on a cool side and it was great and refreshing. The restaurant was well run , good menu and drinks. We also loves metal statues located all around Borrego Springs.

My family has been coming to La Casa del Zorro for many years. It has such good bones! We love the big rooms and the bathrooms. We love the heated pools, and the star gazing area. You can get a massage and take a Yoga class or just hang out by the pool. The pool area is getting worn and crusty. It needs a redo, but the water was hot and clean. The front desk people were super kind and helpful. We like that you can get some coffee and snacks from the cafe because there isn't much close by. The restaurant area is beautiful. I wish the dinner menu was more modern. I don't know anyone who eats pork chops and legs of lamb anymore. We ate dessert in the bar and it was warm and inviting. Their prices have gone way down, which is good because I don't think $500 a night is worth it, but half that feels like a bargain.

We return every year for our anniversary and anytime in between when we can. We stayed in #65- Desert Willow casita this time. Right away, we noticed everything from the website, the property, staff and customer service was stepped up. They now have a Starbucks and snack store! We also took advantage of the spa services and it did not disappoint. Some notable staff that made our stay great were Laurie, Chayce and the new text messaging service! As always, we had a wonderful time in our private casita with pool and having food from the Fox Den. This anniversary was special because we now have a baby and brought him with us to LCDZ and it was his first time in a pool. It was a memorable time and a nice touch that the staff included was placing a pack and play in our casita. I found out that LCDZ is under new ownership and it shows. We can’t wait to return and try all the casitas!

Everything about this place was perfect 🙂. The house was very beautiful and clean, everything was easily accessible because of the labeling from the cabinets, drawers, to the lighting switches. Love that it's near pretty much all the amusement parks like Disney and Universal. The villa is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a lake. It's very spacious and has all the amenities that you could want or ever need for a comfortable family stay. Loved the pool and the outside space, which is all very private. The property is very close to all the Disney attractions, which is particularly handy as you can come and go to the Disney parks during the course of a day if you want. We had no real reason to contact Phil during our stay, but he seemed a really friendly amenable person when talking to him before we arrived. We would definitely go back and would recommend it to anyone.

The property was very spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The pool was lovely and we had it heated for the second week when our grandkids joined us as they were in it for most of the day. They had a fab time and really liked their Disney themed rooms. It was about a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom so very convenient and there is a very good Publix supermarket about 5 minutes away by car as well as some good medium priced chain restaurants such as Red Lobster, Bonefish Grill, and Bahama Breeze and less expensive ones like Perkins and Denny’s

The Villa was wonderfully located and perfect for disney, it was clean and tidy and the pool was a massive bonus. The owners were so helpful with everything. I couldn't fault this villa and we can't wait to return.

Amazing holiday villa where my extended family enjoyed two weeks over Easter break together. Location was excellent, amenities top notch and every aspect of our stay was perfect. The hosts Sophia and Prax where very responsive to every question we had and even bought an extra baby play pen specifically for our stay. Highly recommend and would love to book again in the future!

I loved how it had enough space for our kids to be able to have their own and how close and easy it was to get to all things Orlando!

The property was in a perfect location in a beautiful setting , outstanding facilities and if we needed any advise the hosts contacted us straight away .

Just arrived home after spending 3 weeks with the family of 7 persons in this beautiful villa. The villa truly exceeded all our expectations… Even more beautiful and comfortable than in the photos and description. The villa is furnished with care and love, and you can feel that in every detail. Everything needed for a delightful and carefree stay is provided… from a slow cooker and air fryer in the very well-equipped kitchen to plenty of towels in the 3 bathrooms and bath towels for the fantastic pool. A large washing machine and dryer are available, allowing us to take all our laundry home clean. There’s a spacious gas BBQ in the outdoor area by the pool, which we used frequently and enjoyed many pleasant evenings. In our opinion, this luxurious, comfortable, and very spacious villa deserves a solid 10. What made everything even more pleasant and worry-free was the very hospitable, helpful, and friendly owner who places a high value on hospitality and does everything to ensure his guests enjoy a wonderful stay. We will definitely return!

This beautiful property is located on a quiet gated community. It was immaculate with every home comfort provided. Very thoughtful welcoming gift of wine and chocs. Lovely enclosed pool and spa area overlooking Creek and golf course to relax after visits to Theme Parks. Excellent response from host to answer any questions. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return on a future visit

Everything! The house is beautiful! The master bedroom and bathroom alone are enough to make me never want to leave. The pool and outdoor area were amazing as well and where I spent most of my stay. The beds were comfortable…I don’t have anything negative to say. 😎 Can’t wait to return!

Maykel was the most responsive host we have ever had. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a two-week stay. We paid extra to heat the pool,and it was warm! It was easy to enter/exit the gated community and safe to take leisurely walks.

Love all the space this house has. The pool area is very nice a lot of sitting areas

The property was clean and very spacious! We loved everything about the place. Although we didn’t good at a time that the weather welcomed us we still were able to enjoy the amenities of the pool if we wanted. It was cool. I’d definitely book with them again!

Staff was very informative. Price was great owners reached out to give advice of places to go eat and things to see very friendly and well-maintained.

I really enjoyed my stay at La Luces. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The hosts were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

We loved everything about about this property. It is spacious, modern, clean and has everything you need even surplus to our family requirements including 2 cots and a baby bath. The washing machine and separate dryer are huge and contained in their own closet opposite another closet containing extra towels. There was plenty of parking available opposite the house and this is just as close as having your car on a driveway. The single bedroom is located on the first floor between the 2 larger bedrooms - we were happy about this as it is called a loft room which gave us the impression it was on a second floor but that is not the case. Our superking size bedroom was on the ground floor and was absolutely beautiful with access to the pool. The large main bathroom is around the same size as the 2 ensuite bathrooms so all a great size. Sergio is very helpful if you encounter any problems. We did have a problem with accessing one of the safes after storing some of our belongings in there but this was rectified quickly. We visited during a heatwave so the pool was bathtub temperature and I can’t imagine it ever being too cold. When we return to Florida we will want to return to this property as we can’t imagine finding anything better.

Sergio is very quick to respond - great owner. The house is fantastic. A haven near Disney and Universal. Fully recommend.

Great location, great space and the heated hot tub was lovely too. Facilities were amazing, huge fridge with a margaritaville blender, toaster and two coffee machines. Cupboard utensils are well stocked too. Master bed was super comfy and spacious. Another bonus that’s not advertised is you can watch the Happily Ever After fireworks from the upstairs bedroom balcony (tip is to find someone live-streaming it on TikTok from MK so you can hear the music too).
