Beautiful setting with very well maintained landscaping and the staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful. Food and service was very good and our small villa with private pool was excellent.

The stay was amazing, and we got a free upgrade to a villa with a private pool and beach side view, with a very good breakfast included. The service was top-notch. We had a party of 6, and everyone was very happy with our stay. When one in our party got ill, the staff was attentive and kind. A late check-out was also free of charge. Mr. Thi made our stay pleasant, and had our room in order. Will highly recommend this as your next stay in Hoi An.

This was our second time here at palm Garden Resort . We stayed in a beachfront bungalow which was just amazing . We opened our back door and the beach is 50 metres away with sunbeds and towels . The room was clean ,spacious and very well maintained, they are serviced daily . As for the pool area , just amazing , massive pool with different depths for everyone in the family including a heavenly spa. The area is spacious,quiet and very relaxing .The pool water is beautiful and warm , for those who don’t like the warm pool you can go across to the beach which is a 2min walk. Staff were fantastic,friendly and very attentive. A special mention for Mr Vy who made our stay exceptional, he went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay . Such a friendly, kind, and helpful gentleman. Mr Vy and my husband Vic enjoyed playing darts together in the games room . Mr Vy is definitely an asset to the resort. A couple of other mentions also with the staff ,Mr Ty the coconut man who took us to cut our own coconuts from the tree, it was an amazing experience. Mr Viet and Mr Long who were two lifesavers at the pool and beach . Such friendly, happy and kind men who also did amazing work . See you all soon , we will definitely return .

The beach, breakfast, and pool were all very nice. There was a separate vegetarian counter. The property was lovely. The beach was clean and well-maintained. The pool was huge, had clean water, and had a kids' pool and toys. The spa was very relaxing—a must-do. Mr. Thi (ambassador), or as my kids call him "the Coconut Man", was very helpful and engaging. We had one of the sweetest and freshest coconuts from the trees at the resort. The kids' play area and indoor games were also well maintained. The property is a must-visit to relax with family.

Check in : Very quick and prompt. There is a welcome lounge with refreshment served. If it’s raining they will send you with a buggy. My Room : bungalow by the sea was truly stunning. Waking up to the sound of waves. Very peaceful and quiet. Had a balcony chair. You can just sit and laze around. Dining : 2 restaurants. Breakfast buffet served is extensive. Enough food for everyone. Ala carte menu has good choices. Taste wise, just average. Area : Opposite street has got some shops which I did not visit. I was very happy with staying in. Transport : to Hoi a city shuttle is provided. Few timings. Staff : All are very friendly. They understand enough English to get by. Pool : Quite big. It’s a dipping pool not so deep to swim. Spa : There is one but we didn’t go for it. Try citrus spa. They will pick u up. Top notch massages and service. I was on my anniversary trip. They decor the room as seen in the photo. Present a cake for us and a special drink. A very special moment for us. Thank you Palm gardens.

Very pleasant experience at the resort. We booked the Villa with a private pool and the room and everything else was clean and very nice. Also the service was great and Anh was so helpful at Check in and out! She offered to help with the bus and was also so helpful with any other questions we had.

Exceptional place to stay! The private pool is great for privacy and swims at anytime! The buffet is immaculate! Everything was very professional and efficient, the check in and out processes and the staffing promptly responding to all queries and requests!

We stayed in beautiful villa with pool. Villa was clean and very comfortable. Buggies were always quick to arrive at villa and bring us to breakfast or the pool. Breakfast had plenty selection. Loved the plunge pool at sunset and our son at in at the kids pool. Kids pool was always supervised by lifeguards. The app was really useful and guest services were quick to respond. We were able to contact them from pool when we misplaced our key card.

Very well maintained and clean grounds. The gym was good with a variety of machines to use. The private pool in the villa was great as well.

Our family enjoyed 3 amazing nights in a luxurious 3-bedroom villa with private pool, ocean views and private beach access. The villa was HUGE and very clean. Aside from the comfortable beds and amenities provided, what we really appreciated the most were the friendly, courteous and attentive attitude of all the staff. From the bellboy to reception staff, tuktuk driver to restaurant staff and everyone in between - they all made us feel very special and well looked after. I should also mention that my son fell sick on our last night there and the resort sent their resident nurse to care for him, they also provided complimentary congee and ginger tea and multiple phone calls to check how he was doing. We will never forget their genuine kindness. Also worth noting is the incredible buffet breakfast - so much choice in cuisine and so well organised. We also experienced the ‘amazing BBQ dinner’ with live music and incredible fire-dancing performance. It was a bit pricey but we felt it was worth it! We love this resort so much, we are already talking about when we can come back! 10/10!

My second time staying at Vin Pearl. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, and the beaches. My first trip I stayed at the hotel. My second was at a villa. It was extraordinary. Large rooms very comfortable. Private pool was also a plus. The staff were also excellent, from the cleaners to the gardeners. The management is superb. I lost my phone on the bus to grand world..The front desk tracked the bus and accompanied me to the bus Depo in a limousine! I cannot express my appreciation enough. I’m looking forward to my next trip here. I thank everyone at this resort for a wonderfull experience.

Beautiful place. We rented a three bedroom villa with a pool and it was massive. Room service everyday, pool cleaners and gardeners, so friendly and sweet. There are carts that you can call to take you to the main entrance and back to your villa, all free. They even stop if you are walking to ask if you need a ride. We went with buffet breakfast and dinner, it was beautiful food. So much option, for dinner they also have the outside bbq stations so don’t miss that. The bistro restaurant has great food, great prices. There is a bar by the big pool and you can get drinks and food. Free pool and beach towels and beds. Beaches are stunning, water is warm and life guards are super on the ball. It’s very safe and just a wonderful time. The main pool was also warm and wonderful. There are bus schedules to take you to the town, safari, Vinworld, all free. We rented scooters and was soooo cheap and found them on google. Brought to us and picked up. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

Just got back from this resort. We are a family with two kids aged 10,14yrs. It’s a nice quiet property with an amazing beach, however I found it lacking in activities for children. Example , the pool is absolutely enormous, but there isn’t a slide for the kids in the pool. They have some activities on hire like (water gun, etc) but that’s just not feasible. The kids club was only for toddlers, both my kids didn’t have anything to do. The breakfast was good however the options for lunch and dinner were minimal. Breakfast has a lot of options and the staff was pleasant . The rooms were good, beds I think had bed bugs because all 4 of us had strange bites all over. The toiletries were super . They had a bus take u to vin wonders etc every 30mins. Also an important point there is no difference between the hotels vinpearl resort and spa and vinperal resort as they both share the same pool beach etc… The evenings in the resort were a drag as there was no entertainment as such , I guess they want all guests to be at grand world. The concierge was great, they helped us with u Our hotel pick and drop from the airport and were kind enough to accommodate us in a later drop as our flight got delayed. The beach is clean, the water is lovely and they have water sport activities at and added price .

It was a nice resort. Very modern, clean, and the outdoor pool/lounging area is very well made and even has one of those bars with stone stools in the pool you can swim up to and order from.

We booked a pool access pool at balcony was only 2 foot deep Not a lot around the hotel taxi to everything not too much to do 4 to 5 days plenty

Overall, our stay here was amazing. We stayed in the Superior Room with Pool Access and it was exactly like the photos. The pool was thigh high and perfect for a cool off, and the room was clean and comfortable. The main pool had lovely sunset views, perfect temperature, big enough that it didn't feel cramped if lots of people were swimming and had amazing swim up bar. The lounges by the pool and the beach were great too. Overall, the resort is beautiful, always picturesque and a wonderful getaway.

Have stayed here 3-4 times before, and in my opinion it is the best resort in Phu Quoc. You have a snack bar by the pool, a bar that you can swim up to in the pool, a new restaurant near the pool, fabulous buffet breakfast every morning. Private beach, very comfortable rooms, 15 minutes into the city and night market by taxi, 10 minutes from the airport.

We loved this resort!!! The entrance into the hotel was beautiful! The check in was easy & quick. We had a room with our own pool acces (shared with a few other rooms). The room was very spacious!! The grounds and pool area was beautiful!! There were so many places to layout! There’s a swim up bar. The hotel has beach access. Our stay included a breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from!! And their spa is a MUST!! Thank you!!

Delightful resort . Our one bed villa was a massive 120 sq m. The private pool was much more than a plunge pool. Cant fault the quiet but very stylish resort. Staff were knowledgeable and helped With any queries we had. Breakfast was extensive.

6 nights 1 bedroom level private pool, the resort itself is beautiful, the meals are very good but too repetitive over 6 nights, we chose all inclusive which we felt didn’t end up good value for us so soon regretted that decision. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the private pool was lovely and a highlight, but could have been a bit cleaner. The room itself was clean. Staff were excellent and super helpful. There isn’t anything to do outside the property and it is quite far from anything. Overall it was a nice place to stay but not really great value for money.

The resort is wonderful. We stayed in a Level Villa - which was a next level experience. Great service with dedicated staff, free poolside cocktails daily and beautiful villa with private pool. This was a real wow experience and would recommend it highly. It is more of a destination though and not a lot around outside of the resort. We added this to a HCM trip, which was really the best of both worlds. Would go again.

It's a hidden gem. A bit of a drive from the airport, but a beautiful resort on the beach and the staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa with a private pool. Dinner was good & the staff at the restaurant was amazing. Brunch was also a plus. I would return two this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was lovely! Tai, the owner, is very accommodating and she speaks good english. She welcomed us with refreshing lemon tea and had us try the sticky rice in bamboo which is famous in the place. She gave that to us for free. :) The accommodation was lovely but very affordable. That also comes with delicious breafast served in a very generous amount. The comfort rooms are communal but very clean and well-maintained. They also have hot water for the cold weather. 💖 It was a lovely experiencing staying in a traditional stilt house. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable, Linh Soi!

The really enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Special shout out to Tony, he really helped me out. He was continuously in touch with me before my stay to check if I need anything during my stay. He also arranged my commute from and to the airport. It was my first time traveling to Hanoi, Tony helped me to organize city tour and trip to HaLong Bay. He also kept checking with me during tour/trip to make sure I’m alright. Very humble and down to earth person…😊

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, with nice decor. The rooms were also very bright with big windows, which can sometimes be hard to find with fair priced hotels in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist Phương Anh, who supported us and made our stay very relaxed by helping us with late check outs, giving us information when needed and generally being a very pleasant and friendly person. Thank you, my mother and I will be sure to use the hotel again.

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for about two weeks and was thoroughly impressed with the room, which was larger than expected and well-furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Extending my stay was very easy, and I was fortunate to remain in the same room. If you’re searching for a hotel in Cầu Giấy, this one is an excellent choice.

The resort was very nice, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially on the reception. The breakfast was also very good. We had a room with a private pool and the pool was amazing. We also loved the beach and the quiet, which was in the resort.

We stay at 3 bedroom villa on the beach. The villa was amazing, right on the beach with private pool. Master bedroom and living room with perfect sea view. Will return for sure.

Great property on the beach. The villas are very well appointed, are light filled and have a private pool and small garden. Delicious buffet breakfast although food outside of breakfast was average.

Great selection of food at buffet breakfast. The beach was nice and clean and the weather was pleasant during our stay. Our rooms in the Villa were extremely spacious and the private pool had a great view of the surrounding palm oasis and the lake.

There were not many people and it's very quiet and slow. The staffs here were super friendly, the seimming pools were great, the bar by the pool was great. The only pity was there were no water facilities such as kayak or SUP, and there were no shower caps and cotton swabs in the room.

We stayed at this lovely resort for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The resort features beautiful swimming pools and a pristine sandy beach. With three restaurants on-site, breakfast was pleasant, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The only downside for us was the lack of activities or amenities outside the resort—restaurants and shopping require a taxi. Despite this, we’re already thinking about coming back!

Fantastic resort with various pools and direct access to beachfront. Breakfast buffet was a big spread with variety of quality western and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The Coco Loco cocktail is a must try. My only issue were with the reusable flip flops provided in the room that appeared dirty. I know it’s not eco-friendly but I do prefer the hygienic option of disposable slippers.

I love my vacation here at Movenpick. The room was spectacular and very good service. Great morning breakfast buffet. Very beautiful view of the pool and the beach. Only downside is poor draining system, every time I shower the water would flood the bathroom and I have to wait for it to slowly drain.

The deluxe bungalow with private pool was amazing. Whether you wanted to hang out at the big pool or your own you had that choice. The whole time was relaxing and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again

You might find my review in multiple platforms because I found this place to be perfect. It's my husbands birthday, we spent a weekend in this villa. The lady owner (unfortunately I didn't get her name right) was so nice, offered a small cake as a surprise for my husband, and allowed me to get an external decorator to get some balloons in our room. This was last minute as well but they were very accommodating. Other than this, this place has a lovely pool (which we didn't have time to use but it looked splendid) The room was SUPER CLEAN, bathroom was top tier. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The owner was nice enough to help us book some tours /taxi and communicate with people for us as alot of people don't know English in Hoi An. Room cleaning everyday as well. Great price. This place deserves a 10/10 if we return to Hoian, definitely staying here 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The Mint Hoi A Villa was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in throughout our entire time across Vietnam. The hotel is new with a lovely Vietnamese charm. It’s situated down a quiet road but so close and a short walk to the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful and there’s an indoor pool. The serve the most delicious breakfast each morning. Breakfast includes a drink or two, main meal as well as fresh fruit and banana pancakes. Such a variety to chose from and very yummy. The highlight for sure are the staff! The owner and staff are exceptional in every way. Their attention to detail, friendliness, warmth and hospitality make this hotel so special and unique. We will be back for sure and highly recommend it. It is such value for money with the kindest staff you could ever meet. Thank Tung, Vang & Ann for your outstanding customer service. Well what can I say 🤦‍♂️ what a place, this villa is the best I’ve ever stayed in, the rooms are great, the pool was beautiful and clean and refreshing after a long day of shopping eating and drinking, the staff are fantastic, this is a family owned business and they went over and Beyond my expectations, it’s beautiful and quiet as it’s off the main road, nothing is a problem for them, what ever you want to eat, drink , or any information in regards to tours or shopping they can help, we had a great breakfast everyday, there menu accommodate meals for everyone, don’t start me on there desserts and smoothies WOW 🤩 we all so gave them all our washing to do, it came back unbelievable, and at a cheap price , well done again and we will definitely come back here the next time we are in Hoi An 👍👍👍

Location was fantastic. A short walk to Hoi An Old Town with laundry/bike rental down the lane although the accommodation provides these facilities as well. The pool being indoor was great to seek refuge from the stunning weather we had while in Hoi An. I thought the value was amazing, especially as breakfast was included. Which brings me to the star of the show. The beef pho was my go-to breakfast and the best pho I had during my 10 days in Vietnam. On our last day, we checked out before breakfast could be served, and the lovely ladies made us a packed lunch. Again, great value for money. The facilities, room etc are all modern, providing you with everything you need. As someone who is very open to trying new things, including testing different stays, this is one I would happily book when in Hoi An.

The pool and the beachfront location were amazing. We also splurged on a beachfront villa with private pool. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the ocean and also be able to dip in our own pool.

We just got back from a few nights at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort and honestly, we’re still dreaming about it. The whole place feels like a hidden paradise — lush jungle all around, a private beach, and cute monkeys playing in the trees. We stayed in one of the beachfront villas with a private pool, and it was pure magic. Waking up, sliding open the doors, and jumping straight into the pool or walking a few steps onto the beach — it doesn’t get better than that. We especially loved our dinners at Barefoot, right by the water. The fresh seafood and meat, chilled vibe, and sound of the waves made it such a relaxing way to end the day. And the breakfast at the Club Lounge? So peaceful and personal — we loved the à la carte menu and how calm it felt compared to a big buffet setup - imagine Wagyu Beef Tartar for breakfast. There were so many little moments that made this trip special — from the funicular rides through the forest to sipping cocktails at the Long Bar and just soaking up the atmosphere. But honestly, what stood out most was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, professional, and warm — they really made us feel welcome from start to finish. We’re already thinking about when we can come back. This place is something else.

We stayed here on 2 separate occasions and visited once more with a day pass. The architecture and design is magnificent. This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever seen, admittedly it’s the only Bill Bensley hotel I’ve been too. The man is a genius. Every detail is perfection, every building, room, pool, path, garden is stunning. There is beauty in every corner. We enjoyed meals at all the restaurants. La Maison 1888 was an experience - perfection, delicious. Breakfast at Citron was wonderful. They have every food you could imagine from all over the world for breakfast. Sitting in the floating tables is an added bonus! Get there early to get one of these tables! The kids club was a big hit with our family. They offer fun craft activities throughout the day that our daughter loved. They also had a PlayStation that we had to peel our son away from. Our children are a bit on the shy side and the staff at the kids club were amazing with them! They remembered their names and made them feel welcome every time they went back. Pools and beach are Splendid. Mr. Dong is the best!!! He will make sure you enjoy every minute of your day at the pool or beach! During our second stay, the hotel seemed to overflow with guests and we had a series of unfortunate events. To compensate, Ms Hong invited us back for a day pass. Greatly appreciated and this day was magical as there were much less people. Overall, amazing hotel. A destination experience.

Our family had the most incredible time at the Intercontinental Son Tra Peninsula — it’s hard to put into words just how special this place is. The architecture and natural beauty are absolutely breathtaking, with every detail thoughtfully designed to showcase the surrounding landscape. It truly feels like you’ve stepped into another world. Our children (aged 9 and 11) loved every minute of it — from the fun and creative activities like net fishing to the unforgettable wildlife tour with Thung, who was so knowledgeable and passionate. Seeing the rare monkeys in their natural habitat at sunset was an experience we’ll never forget. What really made our stay exceptional was the warmth and care from the team. Jane and Thien went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special at every meal. Thom Nguyen was the sweetest at breakfast — she introduced us to both the coconut and salted Vietnamese coffees (now a new favourite!) and always made sure we had everything we needed. A big thank you also to Vuong and Linh for their attentiveness by the pool — always greeting us with smiles, fresh towels, and cold water. Every aspect of our stay was perfect — from the views to the service to the genuine kindness of everyone we met. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The setting is absolutely stunning, and our room had an incredible view of both the mountains and the sea. We were upgraded upon arrival, and the view got even better. Our room was on the Heaven -level and at the very end of the suite row, which meant that every evening around 4:30–5:00 PM, we had the amazing experience of seeing red-shanked douc langurs right outside. These beautiful monkeys came to feed in the nearby trees, and one evening they came very close to our balcony — it was truly unforgettable. On our wedding day, we had a private dinner on the beach, and it was a magical experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was simply perfect. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the food was excellent. We spent several hours each day at the adults-only pool area, where the service was also top-notch. We would absolutely love to come back.

everything here amazingggggg, this property deserve the award as best intercontinental brand in the world, property stunnniinggg have so many cute and beautiful spots for pictures for sure, direct access to the most beautiful part of the beach, what really unique is … one of the way to go to the beach is taking a cute little sky lift, a lovely ride to the beach 😁 they have karaoke, spa of course 🤪 a michelin star restaurant, very nice pool, view ??? gorgeous everywhere, you can definitely say “good morning gorgeous” every morning waking up with breathtaking view, you can buy ticket for the most popular spot to visit in da nang ba na hills simply call concierge and they will get you ticket with special cut the line benefit, emma and the whole team such a amazing cherry on top for this hotel, wish i have more time to stay here, truly fantastic experience!!
