Amazing resort, we booked a villa with private pool / beach access. First impressions were being blown away at the property size. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The Staff and grounds people do a great job of keeping everything running. Access to Vin Wonders was great, The included breakfast at the Orchard restaurant was nice also, most tourists were week behaved however there are always a few that don't understand what a line is :-) Overall the accommodation was great and when on a long holiday this was perfect in the middle order as it was a great way to reset in a resort setting.

Beachfront with long stretch of sand, all white, powdery and clean. Love the pool, biggest pool ever and it will never feel crowded. Wide variety of breakfast, discounted rates to go to VinWonders, easy to get around with the shuttle available. There was also a clinic on the first floor, my son fell sick and the person provided complimentary services for my son. Complimentary mini bar too, and the hotel stay came with cable car crossing or speed boat to the island.

The Villa was amazing with private swimming pool in beautiful sea front location. The three bedroom villa was beautiful and very luxurious and had everything you needed with good air conditioning and ceiling fan. The breakfast was plentiful and of varied variety and choices for all tastes. The beach front was beautiful with swimming pool. Highly recommend Vinpearl hotel Villas.

It was the best decision to choose this hotel with park entrance.starting from the cable station back to the harbour everything was perfect.no lines,vip service, multiple entrance to the park, transfer back and forth, no rush.hotel even allows to stay in the park next day after checkout, luggage drop off, free cable and boat ride, private beach, huge swim pool, super comfy bed, no words can describe how much we appreciated this experience. The most important is that the price of the hotel with breakfast and park entrance was the same price as a separate ticket to the park.by the way breakfast was stunning same as the staff🥰

We stay at 3 bedroom villa on the beach. The villa was amazing, right on the beach with private pool. Master bedroom and living room with perfect sea view. Will return for sure.

Great property on the beach. The villas are very well appointed, are light filled and have a private pool and small garden. Delicious buffet breakfast although food outside of breakfast was average.

The resort was amazing. We had a suite with a private pool, the room was big and clean. The breakfast was very good and we loved the chocolate hour :)

We booked a family trip to Danang and chose Sheraton for its kids pool play area and infinity pool - both lived up to expectations, even if it does get a bit hot on sunny mornings as the resort gets the full brunt of the morning sun and there's not much cover around the pool. Staff are generally friendly - some stand outs were Ms Huong at the buffet breakfast who recommended F&B choices and remembered our family and stopped to talk, even when they were extremely busy; also the pool guard Mr Huong who helped set up our poolside dinner even though it was last order. Hotel food is pricey as expected (especially compared to outside options, but these are about 1/2 hour car ride away) but the quality is good - more Vietnamese/local choices would be appreciated rather than just Western style food.

On check in we were offered a paid upgrade from our pool/river view room to the sense villa. For the extra cost per night we instantly said yes. Amazing room with private pool! Hotel is in a good location with some nice places to eat nearby. Liked to free mini bus into Hanoi town, there was an issue with the bus one day and the hotel paid for a taxi to take us into town. Made use of the free cycle hire as well to explore around the area. All the staff were friendly. Variety of choice for breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely go back hopefully next year.

An absolutely incredible hotel nestled just off the beach, the Silk Sense resort is an ideal luxury resort just north of Hoi An. Featuring immaculate service where nothing is too much trouble, staff will make you feel incredibly welcomed and provide whatever is needed. We stayed in a River View Suite with a Private Pool, which was spread over two floors and featured a small plunge pool in the back garden to cool off in. Rooms are finished off very nicely with all necessary amenities. Our stay included breakfast which featured a vast, high quality selection. The hotel provided an hourly free shuttle to and from downtown Hoi An which made getting around incredible easy. The sheer number of free activities put on by the hotel meant you didn’t have to stray too far if you wanted to be entertained. The hotel also helped arrange paid for activities and access to nearby attractions, which was very helpful. The Silk Sense is very good value, with an exceptional nightly rate, amazing staff and service and fantastic amenities. Could not recommend highly enough.

We absolutely loved our stay and would visit again and recommend it to anyone. It was a stunning hotel, with very friendly staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The spa was wonderful and we both had a great massage. Our villa had a private pool which was offered to us as an upgrade option when we arrived. It was incredible, so clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and felt luxurious. The food was also great at the restaurant and at breakfast. The hotel was in a lovely quiet area and it was very convenient to have the free shuttle bus that took us in and out of town each day. 10/10 stay!

Just spent 5 nights in this hotel (July 2018). I agree with many of the other reviews that this hotel has many many upsides. New, modern, clean, friendly staff. However, for our needs, it didn't quite hit the mark. We were in Hoi An for 5 nights six days, so we had a lot of down time that we wanted to spend relaxing at the hotel by the pool, and in my opinion this is where this hotel is just too small. The pool itself is lovely but doesn't have enough sun beds around it so you end up in the old..put your towels out routine. The lunch food was very average and there's not really anything around the hotel within easy walk as an alternative. There is a private beach but I never found it. There is a 9am shuttle to it (too early for me) but otherwise its a cab ride or 1km walk. In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel if you want to use it as a base for sightseeing with maybe a dip in the pool but I didn't feel it's a 'hang out all day' kind of place. If I were to go to Hoi An again I'd either choose a pool hotel closer into the centre of Hoi An or a hotel on the beach. (Also, the photos are misleading. It looks like the grounds run down to the river from the pool, but actually there's a road between the pool and the river. )

Our family enjoyed 3 amazing nights in a luxurious 3-bedroom villa with private pool, ocean views and private beach access. The villa was HUGE and very clean. Aside from the comfortable beds and amenities provided, what we really appreciated the most were the friendly, courteous and attentive attitude of all the staff. From the bellboy to reception staff, tuktuk driver to restaurant staff and everyone in between - they all made us feel very special and well looked after. I should also mention that my son fell sick on our last night there and the resort sent their resident nurse to care for him, they also provided complimentary congee and ginger tea and multiple phone calls to check how he was doing. We will never forget their genuine kindness. Also worth noting is the incredible buffet breakfast - so much choice in cuisine and so well organised. We also experienced the ‘amazing BBQ dinner’ with live music and incredible fire-dancing performance. It was a bit pricey but we felt it was worth it! We love this resort so much, we are already talking about when we can come back! 10/10!

My second time staying at Vin Pearl. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, and the beaches. My first trip I stayed at the hotel. My second was at a villa. It was extraordinary. Large rooms very comfortable. Private pool was also a plus. The staff were also excellent, from the cleaners to the gardeners. The management is superb. I lost my phone on the bus to grand world..The front desk tracked the bus and accompanied me to the bus Depo in a limousine! I cannot express my appreciation enough. I’m looking forward to my next trip here. I thank everyone at this resort for a wonderfull experience.

Beautiful place. We rented a three bedroom villa with a pool and it was massive. Room service everyday, pool cleaners and gardeners, so friendly and sweet. There are carts that you can call to take you to the main entrance and back to your villa, all free. They even stop if you are walking to ask if you need a ride. We went with buffet breakfast and dinner, it was beautiful food. So much option, for dinner they also have the outside bbq stations so don’t miss that. The bistro restaurant has great food, great prices. There is a bar by the big pool and you can get drinks and food. Free pool and beach towels and beds. Beaches are stunning, water is warm and life guards are super on the ball. It’s very safe and just a wonderful time. The main pool was also warm and wonderful. There are bus schedules to take you to the town, safari, Vinworld, all free. We rented scooters and was soooo cheap and found them on google. Brought to us and picked up. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit.

Just got back from this resort. We are a family with two kids aged 10,14yrs. It’s a nice quiet property with an amazing beach, however I found it lacking in activities for children. Example , the pool is absolutely enormous, but there isn’t a slide for the kids in the pool. They have some activities on hire like (water gun, etc) but that’s just not feasible. The kids club was only for toddlers, both my kids didn’t have anything to do. The breakfast was good however the options for lunch and dinner were minimal. Breakfast has a lot of options and the staff was pleasant . The rooms were good, beds I think had bed bugs because all 4 of us had strange bites all over. The toiletries were super . They had a bus take u to vin wonders etc every 30mins. Also an important point there is no difference between the hotels vinpearl resort and spa and vinperal resort as they both share the same pool beach etc… The evenings in the resort were a drag as there was no entertainment as such , I guess they want all guests to be at grand world. The concierge was great, they helped us with u Our hotel pick and drop from the airport and were kind enough to accommodate us in a later drop as our flight got delayed. The beach is clean, the water is lovely and they have water sport activities at and added price .

The hospitality was special. It felt like we were welcome in their home rather than the amazing hotel it is. Ma, Sarah, and Hannah were completely lovely to my wife and myself. Great people rather than employees. Breakfast was freshly cooked as per order, which is a nice difference to the buffet breakfasts in other hotels, and it makes a big difference. We booked the Villa with private pool. Highly recommended.

The villa was perfect for a group of friends. All the facilities were top quality. Comfortable beds and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. Pool area was gorgeous and the pool was the perfect temperature. Sunny in the morning with lovely shade in the afternoons. Breakfast was taken in the main hotel and was of an extremely high standard. But best of all were the lovely lovely staff who were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much bother for them. They helped us arrange trips, gave great advice about places to eat and even looked after me when I tripped over and hurt my ankle.

Lovely stylish boutique hotel. Stylishly decorated throughout with a classy finish to all the hard and soft furnishings. The hotel is super close the the beach 100 yards down the alleyway. Staff try very hard to provide excellent service and a friendly service. We personally received an exceptional level of professional courtesy from the Hotel Management Staff, which was greatly appreciated. Pet friendly for small dogs, superb addition. The standard to cleanliness throughout is fantastic. The bar and breakfast areas resemble a tranquil high end lounge bar in London. The green pallet theme is very pleasing. Good selection of drinks too. Overall very comfortable stay liked the room design, bathroom and great balcony overlooking the pool. Nice beach area and more chilled vibes than the old town but some nice restaurants and bars on the street at the top of the road and also nice seafood restaurants along the beach within walking distance.

The hotel is modern, clean and well decorated. The room layout was good with lots of storage and a reasonable size for 2 people. The staff were very friendly and greeted us by name. They were eager to please and very helpful. The hotel is located very close to the beach and we spent part of every day there. The hotel pool was also a convenient way to get some water time without the salt and waves of the sea and a good place to relax if the sea breeze was a bit strong. Breakfast was varied and again the staff would go out of their way to accommodate requests. We had a great few days there and felt we were leaving our family behind when we left. A big thank you to everyone especially Summer and Phuc who were always there to help with a smile.

Stayed in cliff villa which was an amazing retreat from the real world. Private pool overlooking the sea, furnished garden area, outdoor shower, spacious bathroom, and well appointed bedroom. We also took advantage of spa...compared to US spa prices, this was a real value and should not be missed. Staff are excellent throughout the resort.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the experience was lovely! Tai, the owner, is very accommodating and she speaks good english. She welcomed us with refreshing lemon tea and had us try the sticky rice in bamboo which is famous in the place. She gave that to us for free. :) The accommodation was lovely but very affordable. That also comes with delicious breafast served in a very generous amount. The comfort rooms are communal but very clean and well-maintained. They also have hot water for the cold weather. 💖 It was a lovely experiencing staying in a traditional stilt house. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable, Linh Soi!

The really enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Special shout out to Tony, he really helped me out. He was continuously in touch with me before my stay to check if I need anything during my stay. He also arranged my commute from and to the airport. I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, with nice decor. The rooms were also very bright with big windows, which can sometimes be hard to find with fair priced hotels in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist Phương Anh, who supported us and made our stay very relaxed by helping us with late check outs, giving us information when needed and generally being a very pleasant and friendly person. Thank you, my mother and I will be sure to use the hotel again.

Everything was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to allow us late check out on both our rooms - a huge thank you. The resort is absolutely brilliant and we really enjoyed splashing around in our private pool as well as the beach. The food is equally delicious too.

Beach was beautiful and quiet in the day but the beach club next door is incredibly loud on weekends. Our room was vibrating from the bass for hours. We had the room with the private pool and it was a perfect oasis with tons of room. Resort food wasn’t great so it’s best to leave for meals

We went for the best villa they have, which was a bit pricier for local standards, but exceeded our expectation, as everything is very convenient, directly on a beautiful, quiet and clean beach, large private pool, big room and amazing and plentiful breakfast, that we were able to get in the pool on a floating tray.

The views from our room were fantastic; the swimming pools are enormous; the swim-up bar is fun; the breakfast buffet has a huge selection; the staff at reception were friendly and quick; the wait staff in the restaurant were very courteous, and in particularl we received excellent and professional service from Hieu.

I stayed over the Tet holiday, so naturally the hotel was full and there were a lot of children around. In saying this the hotel is designed to accomodate for children and it dose it well with pool access and game for them as well. All ocean view rooms have great sight lines of the waterfront and a nice sized balcony for two people to watch. I can recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop bar or the beach. Only one problem I encountered was the noise from the hall way, the walls between rooms are quiet so you will not hear your neighbours however once In the hallways you will hear the noise of bags and screaming children or yelling parents like they are in your room. Breakfast was a good selection of both western and Asian foods however recommend you go early to beat crowds. Can recommend this hotel!

Situated on the island's southwest side, a brief 20-minute ride from the airport, it quickly evolved into our cherished family haven. Major kudos to Ms. Trang, the stellar Front Desk maestro, and Mr. Long from the concierge tour desk – the true heroes of our adventure. Ms. Trang's personalized tour of fantastic villas and the coveted balcony suite gave us a sneak peek into future vacations, leaving us with numerous reasons to make this our go-to getaway. The initial impression was nothing short of magical. The breezeway lobby adorned in Christmas splendor and the staff's efficient and welcoming nature set a tone of warm hospitality, initiating us with a complimentary beverage. Our deluxe suite, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment-style haven, exuded cleanliness and comfort. The room's impeccable sparkle and swift, top-notch housekeeping addressed any tweaks promptly. The beds were a dream, granting us a sleep fit for royalty. Breakfast, always a winner, left a minor beef – the absence of their legendary banana bread every day. Despite this, the overall spread remained top-notch. The pool emerged as the hero for our 9 and 11-year-old duo, who practically camped there, alternating between the main pool by the lobby and the 300-meter figure-eight pool leading to the beach pool. Pro tip: best swim times are early mornings and late afternoons till closing.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations, starting from its fantastic location right across the street from some of the best dining spots where you can enjoy deliciously prepared lobsters, crabs, and other seafood delights. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise with its excellent beach featuring an easy entry and clean sands. The sea was exceptionally calm and warm during our stay, making it a perfect setting for relaxation. The hotel's grounds are stunning, complemented by a beautiful, lengthy pool that adds to the serene ambiance. The staff's professionalism and respectfulness were notable from the moment we arrived; the reception team was outstanding, addressing all our inquiries promptly and efficiently. Very pleasant experience at the resort. We booked the Villa with a private pool and the room and everything else was clean and very nice. Also the service was great and Anh was so helpful at Check in and out! She offered to help with the bus and was also so helpful with any other questions we had.

Love this place! Worth the money..the kids loved our private pool at our villa. Free shuttle bus to/fro most of the attractions in PQC (except sunset town). I told them during my bookings that i need a halal breakfast for my family, and they tried to accommodate as much as possible! Keep it up!

We liked the hotel’s rooms, private pool, shuttle service to major attractions such as Vinpearl World Water Park, Theme Park, Safari, Grand World, and the airport pick-and-drop service. We also enjoyed the kids’ activities the hotel offered.

The private pool was lovely, the staff were friendly & helpful & they showed us through the villa prior to payment.

We rented the 3 bedroom villa. This allowed us to have our own private pool for the duration of our stay. Definitely the highlight... The location was excellent for us as we were away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but still had plenty of restaurant options within 100m of our accommodation and only cost a few dollars using a Grab to go into town.

The hotel is really good and exceptionally well on value for money given the quality of rooms and services. Location wise too it's somewhere in the middle, so that if you wan to visit An Bang Beach or Cau Dai Beach it's nearby. Coconut Village is also not far from here, similarly Ancient Town and Night market are well within reach. All the main places are within 4-5 KM from the hotel. The Pool is also nice and really clean, they are having individual pools per villa (a villa consists around 8-10 rooms). The staff was really courtous and helpful. Special mention to the lady at reception, Trinh for all the help during the stay as well as thanks to Thy Thy too for all the help. Another great thing I liked about this property is 24H stay, you can Check-In any time you want and your 24 hour starts from then you check-out when 24 hour completes and in case you extend your stay by few hours, you only need to pay on hourly basis. They have cycles available too, and were kind enough to provide them to us for free, the housekeeping staff helped us as well to get hold of the cycle. Really great stay and steal deal.

The staff was excellent and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were large and comfortable and we had our own small pool. The location is less than a 10 minute drive from Old Quarter but there are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby so we could easily walk for food etc if we didn't want to Grab into Old Quarter. We had booked a "villa" with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. It turned out that there were 5 bedrooms in the building (over 3 floors) and we decided to pay for the 5th room so nobody had to share. Sadly the weather wasn't great during our stay but we did have fun in the pool one night after returning for dinner. It's a great place for a group as long as you don't plan to spend much time in the living areas.

We stayed in the family suite with private pool. Although it was wet season and we didn't get to use the pool much, the outdoor deck was great for having a drink overlooking Hoi An and we enjoyed being in a private end of the hotel with our adjoining rooms. The rooms were clean and large and the bathroom was beautiful with a gorgeous bath. The WiFi was good and we would highly recommend this hotel for a family.

We had the 2 rooms on the top floor with the private pool. It's 2 separate rooms joined by a private corridor, our children are older so this arrangement worked very well for us. Rooms are just fabulous and very good value for money. Breakfast was good. Staff made us feel welcomed all the time. Short grab or taxi ride to town costing approx 1.5 pounds each way. The hotel picked us up from da nang airport. Thank you for your hospitality, we would happily return

The resort’s whimsical, university-themed concept was a delight, offering countless opportunities for memorable photos. One of the highlights was dining at the Pink Pearl, a restaurant that perfectly balances glamour and indulgence with its exquisite decor and superb culinary experience. Special thanks to the exceptional butler team, Di, Joy, and Marcus, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Ms. Di reached out to us even before our arrival, arranging a thoughtful celebration for our anniversary. The personalized service extended to a warm welcome from the General Manager, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options from authentic Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. The only drawback was the strong winds during our stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to fully enjoy the beautiful Emerald Bay and Ice Cream Beach. However, the resort is conveniently located—just a short bus ride to Sunset Town with its vibrant dining scene, as well as close proximity to Sun World and the Kiss Bridge. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!

The JW is enchanting from the moment you sit in the dramatic reception/ lobby and enjoy the cold towel and iced ginger tea. Tran was extremely gracious and helpful at both check in and check out. Everyone at the resort is clearly dedicated to ensuring that you have a memorable experience - their attentiveness and kindness is evident in every detail. From the lovely staff who left me folded towels shaped into animals with kind handwritten notes each day, to those who remember faces and names and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Thuny was one of those members, who made both my pool and nightly dining even better. Beyond the hospitality, the resort is beautiful with its creative and playful architecture. No detail is overlooked as you walk through the spacious property with its numerous restaurants and pools and shops. There is something for everyone, including those with families or traveling alone. Then you arrive to the room- all I can say is wow! I had a 5th floor view of the beach and shell pool. The dramatic foyer and bath, very high ceilings, and spectacular views made my stay extraordinary. Like the property, the room incorporates the french colonial style to create a bright and vibrant room with modern amenities. The room is so well-appointed that I could have just stayed upstairs and on the balcony for days. But the infinity pools and the pristine beach called - take a kayak or paddle board out! Truly amazing stay.

Wonderful stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Morning buffet was one of the best I ever had. Three large pools one of which was an adult pool where you could enjoy peaceful time while your kids can run around as much as they like in other two pools. Beautiful private beach. Not exactly surfing beach but you could still enjoy waves with the gears the resort provide. Everything was just wonderful except for one minor thing - on the beach, resort facilities were being used by people who clearly didn’t look like residents of the resort. The crowd was rowdy, smoking, even taking shower using the water hose of the resort. Outside of this incident everything was just perfect. I would surely recommend this place!

The most beautiful resort in phu quoc is jw, I had an amazing stay in this resort, the room design is royal, I swear, the most beautiful room, I have ever been, very beautiful room, I loved the bathroom, and the balcony so spacious with an amazing view over the pool and the beach, and the breakfast was very delicious, and the staff are very welcoming and nice, and the amazing pools and the beautiful beach,the restaurants of resort are very good, and French and Co, I loved everything in this resort....

We were a family travelling with multiple adults and a toddler and stayed in the v3br villa - what a wonderful place to stay. We had all we needed, the private pool was excellent and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Hotel facilities excellent and the breakfast was outstanding, something for everyone.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom Villa with an indoor private pool. What a beautiful place. Everything was outstanding, from the pickup at the entry over the bridge, to check in and to being brought to our villa and given a tour. We were also greeted with a big fruit basket and cake on arrival. Our villa was huge and very nice. We had our own pool which we used at night! It is equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. The location was superb, across from the very nice beach and with views of the rivers running through the property full of coconut trees. The main pool was huge and facilities were great. Breakfast was exceptional, the best I have ever had anywhere in my travels. The staff were beautiful and always greeting us everywhere we went. The shuttle service into the old town was convenient too. I would highly recommend this resort!

We had the private pool suite for a week. My son loved having the pool connected to our room. Breakfast is fabulous. The resort is located directly on the beach. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Lunch and dinner can be found at the resort or outside. If you want an Australian cappuccino or cocktail make sure you ask for a strong coffee or cocktail 🙂

TLDR: An Nam Mũi Né shines with beautiful rooms and a stunning beach, but it's their phenomenal service that truly stands out. The staff, especially Quoc and Lanh, went above and beyond, from orchestrating a surprise birthday party to diving into a rainy pool to find a lost earring. Absolutely recommend! Long story: An Nam Mũi Né offers a beautiful and serene escape with comfortable rooms and a stunning beach. However, it's the unparalleled service that makes this hotel truly exceptional. The staff's dedication was evident when we planned a surprise birthday party. Quoc & the restaurant's staff were incredibly supportive, helping us pick a spot and even decorating with us, making the celebration unforgettable. Later, just before leaving, a family member lost a cherished earring. Lanh immediately stepped in to help, promising to search and send it to Saigon if found. Lanh and other staff meticulously searched our rooms and even dove into the pool in the rain to find it, keeping us updated throughout. To our immense relief, it was found! The level of care shown by the An Nam Mũi Né team, particularly Quoc and Lanh, was truly remarkable. They didn't just meet our expectations; they far exceeded them. We wholeheartedly recommend An Nam Mũi Né for its beauty and, most importantly, its outstanding, dedicated team.

5 star review ! We had our visiting wedding party travelling from Australia all stay here. We had 10 rooms between us all. We stayed for 3 nights. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. High end resort with high end facilities and rooms at a great price. Service was amazing, everyone friendly and very helpful especially with our whole group arriving together and spending our time together at the resort. Rooms and facilities were in great condition, very well designed and very clean. Both pool areas and the walkways between the pool area were in pristine condition. Access straight onto the beach with access to some beach equipment as well such as sup, kayaks, etc. Breakfast had a great spread, cocktails were nicely made with a decent selection from the bar. Restaurant was a little pricey however from all feedback from our party, it was high quality food. Best resort I have stayed at. I went with my parents in-laws and partner and we were greater with smiles. The staff are friendly, kind and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic, catered for all! Fresh eggs, Pho, rice, cereals, you name it it’s there! The facilities are excellently maintained and super clean. Two swimming pools, one salt water and a normal pool, which are heated as well as a Spa, which I indulged in, best massage I’ve had with plenty of different options. The hotel is right next to beach and they have playrooms for kids and activities for adults during the day. I could go on, but I won’t the pictures speak for themselves! Thank you ‘The Anam’ & all the staff there who made my holiday just fabulous! Highly recommend.

The bungalows in Valley Village are a bit tucked away from the main street with all the big resorts and more touristic places. It was indeed exactly what we were expecting to find; a real hidden gem surrounded by nature to relax for our island getaway. Loved the bungalows, the room, the outdoor bathroom with jungle sounds all around, the pool and also the breakfast every morning. We loved the staff and all the efforts they put into making our stay the best one on the island! We had a nice passion fruit welcome drink upon arrival, where they also helped us renting a scooter right on the spot. They even decorated our room with lights and balloons for my boyfriend’s birthday, and bought him a really delicious birthday cake with his name written on it. Over more they helped us with information about the island and gave us tips and tricks we found very useful. The staff became our friends even though we only stayed 2 nights. Also appreciated the free yoga class in the morning. Would recommend to everyone without hesitation!

We loved our stay so much here that we extended a night and would have extended further had not the flights gotten expensive. The place is very well located - right at the edge of forests, so it feels like you are right in nature's lap. The pool is amazing, cute and well maintained - we spent quite a lot of time there. You do need a scooter to commute around, but then that is true for all of phu quoc. With scooter - the resort is 3-4 min drive from the nearest beach. Good restaurants around including Nora's. Value for money was absolutely amazing and so was the service of Zoro who allowed us to checkin earlier. We always felt like staying at home. The cleanliness was also commendable. All in all, we have stayed at quite a lot of expensive resorts in Phu Quoc (Fusion, JW Marriott, Salinda and more..) but this cute little resort is the one we will keep coming back to- thanks to the service.

It was a great stay with amazing people around, seamless service, and incredibly helpful staff. A perfect getaway from the city—truly a hidden gem surrounded by nature, fresh air, and wildlife. The breakfast was delicious, and the free golf cart rides to the city were super convenient. Extra facilities like massages, yoga, and a beautiful swimming pool were all included at a great price. The accommodation itself was stunning, with spacious bungalows and open-air bathrooms that made the experience unique. Honestly, we couldn’t have found a better place—we’re already missing it! Plus, they offer various tours around the island, which made exploring super easy and stress-free. Highly recommendet♡

Wowww where to start. The location is amazing. You feel like you are in the forest but with great facilities. A place where you can fully relax, while laying at the pool. Next is the wonderful staff, whom are very welcoming, ready to help you at any given time. Especially Tuan and miss. Quinn. Tuan will drive you, always with a smile, to the main road with an electric vehicle of the hotel. Every morning we had our little chat with miss Quinn at the breakfast. She is such a warm and friendly host. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay!

The resort consists of several bungalows in the forest a bit away from the main tourist resorts at the beach. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the nature around us. Furthermore it was great to have a pool to refresh. Rooms are cleaned every day and the quality of the room is perfect. The private bathroom with a rain shower is special as well, as it is outside of the bungalow. The owner is very kind and helpful and even let me try to ride her motorbike before borrowing one for a fair price of 150k VND per day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely establishment, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The property has a fresh and modern ambiance, indicating the care and attention given to its maintenance. My room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with a bed so comfortable that I instantly felt at home. The cleanliness and organization of the entire place were truly commendable. The real gem of this place, however, is the beautiful pool area, surrounded by nature, providing a serene escape. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet moments. The breakfast served here was not just ample but also delicious, catering to different tastes and preferences. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the warm hospitality of the owners, Paolo and Romina. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel like a valued guest. I'll be back again shortly

We absolutely adored our stay at Lime Villa. The rooms were big and spotlessly clean and the pool area was so relaxing. We had had a very busy trip before arriving here so it was so nice to relax in the peace and quiet of the surrounding area. We used the free bikes to reach both Hoi An town and the beach area which was a great way to get around. A Grab taxi is only 60k dong to the old town if you did want to jump a car though. Ms Tram and her team were so friendly and always on hand to help with anything. My boyfriend particularly liked the mango pancake Ms Tram made him for our last breakfast! We would 100% stay at this property if we were in the area again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends & family.

This place was amazing, we definitely got more than we paid for! The breakfasts were incredible, there was different fresh juices every day, fresh coffee, fresh fruit, breads and vegetables and yoghurt then you also got to choose a meal off a menu. The pool is really well kept. Our room was cleaned every day to an absolutely exceptional standard. There is free bike hire and the staff are really friendly. The bed was really comfortable and the best pillows we’ve had in our month stay in Vietnam. The location is a little further away but that means it’s nice and quiet, and it’s not far to the city by push bike. We also couldn’t hear any of the other guests in their rooms so great soundproofing. Without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed.

Everything....it's the best value in hoi an and possibly throughout Vietnam. Amazing pool with a relaxed atmosphere including low key ,jazzy background music I. The common areas. Situated outside the chaos of the main town but close to a couple of amazing restaurants in walking distance. A quick 10 minute motorcycle ride to An Bang beach with great food in the restaurants attached to the rear of each beach area . Pay just 100VND for the recliners and umbrella and it gets discounted from ones lunch bill . Tina, the manager is just great and speaks perfect English. Oh,...almost forgot....they have a huge TV with YouTube,NETFLIX etc. to while away those hot afternoons in an air conditioned room before heading out for dinner early evenings.

The resort is beautifully located in the rice paddies with a pool overlooking the fields. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and happy to help. Be aware what room to book: we had our “Deluxe room with garden view” changed as the patio / balcony faces the back of the resort and feels very enclosed. The only rooms facing the real gardens and pool are the pool view rooms on the 3rd floor. All other balconies face the back. There are regular free shuttles going to Hoi An town and the beach. The resort has also free bicycles to rent.

A beautiful spot located in the rice paddies, perfect for relaxing outside of the occasionally intense Old Town of Hoi An. The level of service from each and every member of staff was incredible - attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. Me and my partner were so humbled by how friendly and beautiful everyone at the resort was. Ms Anh was especially attentive, coming over for a chat each morning at the breakfast table and asking us what we had planned for that day and providing us with tips and recommendations on what to do. The rooms themselves are lovely - really spacious, light-filled and inviting with French doors providing a view of fields, palm trees and the occasional water buffalo. Really comfy bed and all the mod-cons you'd expect from a luxury resort. The cleaning service was brilliant, stealthily cleaning our room when we left to go and relax by the pool or when we'd ducked into town for a meal. The pool was what you'd call a defining feature - flanked by the bar and the restaurant and with a breathtaking view of a huge rice field. Me and my partner spent a lot of time down here relaxing, it was really a beautiful spot. The restaurant really exceeded our expectations, providing well-cooked local food that was on-par with the better restaurants we'd found in Hoi An as well as a lot of western classics. Overall, a really beautiful spot! Would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for somewhere to relax and unwind in picturesque a location.

We stayed for a wonderful week at Legacy Hoi An. Our room was very large and clean with a beautiful bathtub, lounge area, fridge, kettle, aircon, 'his and hers' basin areas and a balcony overlooking the amazing gardens full of tropical flowers that surround the resort. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. There are two large pools to swim in overlooking the rice paddies, with a bar beside them. My only suggestion would be to make the pool water a bit cooler in summer. The staff were very special with Quinnie, Na, Chau and others whose name I can't recall, being so helpful to us during our stay. I highly recommend this peaceful resort between the Old Town and An Bang beach. We will return!

Lovely resort with super helpful staff, it was a nice relaxing place to go back to after time in Hoi An. Two nice pools to relax around, a free shuttle bus into Hoi An, but a grab was only around £1 if you didn’t want to wait for the shuttle. It was a bit further out from Hoi An, about a 10 minute drive but Hoi An was so overwhelming busy at times it was nice to come away and relax. Loved Hoi An, the sunset were beautiful Overall would recommend this hotel there was a restaurant and a bar with a pool table all very quiet but nice when you return from Hoi An.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ocean. We stayed for 3 nights in a Villa, 4 adults and one 1.5 yo baby. The Villa was well equipped and very comfortable. The master bedroom with a large bathroom and bathtub was great. The open concept living space was convenient, and well lit. The resort is new with excellent gym, large clean beautiful pool and play room for kids. There is only one restaurant, on the Maia Resort ground (neighbour). The menu was diverse with specialties every night (steak, chicken, Vietnamese...) and serves fresh and delicious food. One downside is that there is no other option for restaurant on the resort or walking distance, so be prepared to pay quiet a hefty price for food. We used the spa, it was fantastic, 4-hand massage and bamboo stick massage. Also quite expensive but very good service and serene environment. The beach is beautiful and very few people. It was rough weather, double red flag, so no swimming but beautiful for walks. Overall we loved this resort, the staff really is wonderful and made our stay great. We hope to be back.

My family enjoyed the accommodations. Front desk staffs were professional & friendly. Bedding was very comfortable. The villa is spacious with Kitchenette, dining room table. Good layout. Free breakfast is a plus. We had a car so we just went to the town for dinner. Che desserts at Mr Beans is a must try.

The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive

Overall we loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa. We stayed in a Villa with Pool, the villa was huge with beautiful views and the pool was also much bigger than I expected. The resort is also very large, at times hard to get around when its so hot, they do have buggy to help transfer you around the resort if needed. The large hotel pool was great but no atmosphere, they really needed some music in the background. Also we dont like QR codes to read menus, we prefer paper menus. We ate at most of the restaurants, and enjoyed every meal we had, service was always impeccable. They also had so many Gluten Free options, my husband (Coeliac) was able to eat in every restaurant and had plenty of options. Tani and Benji were so welcoming and helped with all our requests during our stay. The resort is out of Danang City and not walkable to anything but it was very quick and easy to take a grab, make sure you download the Grab app before you head to Vietnam. All the staff from house keeping, bellman, concierge, reception and the wait staff were all so friendly and very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Resort & Spa ❤️

This place is stunning and I didn't want to leave! The complex is amazing, 3 or 4 different restaurants, massive swimming pool (and a separate adults only pool) lovely big gym, the rooms are amazing and so spacious with a lovely big balcony, the staff can't do enough for you...the whole place is just awesome. don't be in any doubt that you should book this place (room with pool view I would recommend)

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency Danang, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning – beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural surroundings. The beachfront location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and direct access to a pristine stretch of sand. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully decorated, with every detail making you feel comfortable and at home. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea was truly magical. What really sets this property apart, though, is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From check-in to dining to poolside service, the hospitality was seamless and heartfelt, making me feel valued as a guest. The dining options were outstanding – a wide variety of delicious dishes, from local Vietnamese specialties to international favorites, all prepared to perfection. The breakfast buffet alone is worth mentioning, with its endless choices and high-quality presentation. The resort facilities are exceptional: multiple swimming pools, a fantastic spa, and plenty of activities for both adults and children. It’s the perfect place whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or even for a work retreat.

I had an excellent experience in Hyatt Regency Danang. - I was assisted by a lady named Rosie (Concierge Manager) - whatever I needed, I could just WhatsApp her. It was easy; I didn't need to go to my phone downstairs at the villa to make a call to her. I could even - The beds are great; I had a good good sleep at the villa. The air cons were working very well. Everything was great; I couldn't pinpoint anything that I hated, and I came during the hot season (summer) which was fantastic; there was no rain. The pools were great; they were clean. Basically everything was clean for such a big villa. - Everyone welcomed me; it was fantastic. Location is also good; I mean it was easy to get a Grab into the villa area (At Residence D). The nearest - I also visited the gym to walk on the treadmills. Again, it was big; everything was there. The swimming pools had towels (3D). Even the guests were great. I can tell you that yeah, I would come again to Da Lang and I'll use Hyatt definitely.

Really unique hotel in the middle of the desert. The views are very interesting and unusual, the hotel is impressive for its size. I stayed here for a week, I was pleasantly surprised, very nice and clean pools, also has a rooftop pool. Everything is very new, the gym is great, the spa has full bookings for several days, prices are adequate but they work until 18:00. Local restaurant is good, it would be great to make menus with pictures of food. Cafes are really only Vietnamese, the nearest restaurants are 20-30 minutes away by bike, rooms have electric cooker but no utensils, nowhere to dry things. Parking is available, staff are kind and helped with any issues. Overall I am happy I chose this place, I recommend it

We booked the private villa with private pool, however our pool and the public beach is actually only separated by a fence, other hotel guest keep walking around right in front of the private pool and they can see the whole view of our outdoor area. This is not what we expected with the price that we paid for a private villa.

Chosen for the pool which was lovely. Only 2 sun beds though which was fine for us but I don't know what they'll do when they are full. Rooms beautiful and breakfast was lovely. A bit far out of town and a pain to keep doing tuck tuck each way every time you want to go to town. They do have push bikes free of charge or you can be bold and hire a moped like us. Traffic on the island is quiet so you only to bike over the bridge and park avoiding the heavier bike traffic in town. The owners are absolutely lovely. They invited us to sit down to lunch with them as soon as we arrived. Also on the last night I left my phone in the taxi and the lady of the house called the taxi company, located the phone and her husband went to pick it up. All in the space of 20 mins. So do stay here as we're sure you'll love it as much as we did.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Vietnam. An unexpected luxury in a very quaint village. The comfort level was far superior to any other place. Staff treated us like family and were most accommodating. Breakfast served in the kitchen every morning was an experience in itself. Access to bikes made the remoteness of this villa an added bonus as we were able to travel into the old part of Hoi An city without any hassles. The pool was a blessing at the end of a very hot and tiring day filled with many things to do in this beautiful heritage village. Thank you to our hosts we will most definitely be back and will share our stay with anyone thinking of going to Hoi An.

To stay with Kiet and his family was the perfect choice for us! It was the best shelter we had in Vietnam!! The homestay is beautiful and very clean. The family is incredibly nice and helpful. Our son played with Kiet's children and the family invited their guests to a family dinner. They had free bicycles on site - even with a child seat. The homestay is picturesquely situated on the riverside in a very quiet environment and itself for us seemed an oasis of tranquillity. At the same time, you can get to the market or the old town really quickly by bicycle or taxi. An absolute recommendation to explore the lively Hoi An from a relaxed place that doesn't lack any luxury!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Riverside Hamlet Homestay. It is the perfect get away and close to the city center of Hoi An at the same time. Kiet organized our pick-up from Da Nang, welcomed us to his home and we even received an upgrade. The rooms are very spacious and modern, spotless clean and have a great view from the balcony. The best part is the beautiful and the homemade breakfast. And we enjoyed the bicycleride to Hoi An with the free bikes, it takes about 10-15 and is on good roads. I can’t recommend this beauty place enough, best value for money.

This was a real 5 stars experience!!!!! The comfortable villa with the private pool, the beautiful surroundings and views, the exceptional service from the happy staff and the warm weather were all perfect during our stay. You still have the option to visit the restaurants and shops in the center of Nha Trang by speedboat 24/7 (free of charge) and then pay for a TAXI just over $6 AUD. Vinpearl Land is also a nice theme park with a variety of rides for kids and adults - the average price per person is around $40 AUD.

Amazing facilities, very spacious and clean rooms and great to have the private pool, really great spot for young family. Very friendly staff that provided great local tips for food and activities and always happy to help. Beach was clean and quiet and great for swimming, main pool was very good with good activities for kids and having the hotel buggy was great to get around the resort. Good selection of food at buffet breakfast.

The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Anything you needed was a quick phone call away. The villas were amazing and large, each with a beautiful private pool. Breakfast was included with a big buffet spread and variety of choices. Spa services were wonderful and reasonably priced. We loved our stay here.

The villa we stayed in was huge and beautiful. Lots of space and balconies to sit on and marvel at the river. Landscape at the resort is gorgeous with sprawling lawns and a river running through, bridges, the ocean, trees and flowers. The staff are very nice and accommodated my vegan food requests at every corner. They always had a special breakfast ready for me. Private pool is very nice.

The staff were lovely, kind and helpful …. nothing was ever too much. All the facilities were spotless. when they made up the room each day, they cleaned the private pool of leaves etc - always ready for a swim. The Spa was divine and you should try a ‘four hand’ massage.

We were very happy with this resort. Beautiful setting with a large pool, private beach, well equipped and modern gym and most importantly free wifi everywhere. Rooms where large, beautifully designed, comfortable and modern. Every room had a private plunge pool. Food at the resort was fantastic! If you or the kids get bored you can take them to the adjoining Vin Pearl Land for free! Would definitely go again.

We stayed in a garden villa which was spacious and had its own plunge pool. It was a very quiet and relaxing resort with a huge pool, private beach, gym, spa and a bar out on the jetty. Transferring to resort was easy and the staff were very helpful and polite. High quality golf course and Vinpearl land nearby.

Beautiful huge property with amazing staff. Steve, Henry and Danny were all incredibly helpful and kind. We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and for my partner’s birthday and they left us a cake as well. Enormous communal pool as well as a lovely private pool. Multitudes of free water and a fair price for the stay, especially as it included entry to the VinWonders park as well as commutes there and back.

No regret chosen this homestay which is 5km away from Hoi An old street. We stayed here for 2-nights, but we still find not enough. The welcome drinks (fresh lime) is so tasty. We select our next day breakfast a day before. Everyday we get to enjoy one main course with one drinks and one fruits platter beside the pool and surrounded by various plants. Although the breakfast is quite limited choices and it was takeaway foods from some local restaurants, but all of them taste good, except the western breakfast lah... Second night, I called for foot massage therapy in the room due to raining. The host managed to get massuer for me even though it was last minute request and heavy rain. Homestay didn't charge ridiculous price, what I paid was almost same as in Malaysia. Another awesome part is this place is super quiet at night, and we slept so well.This place is totally worth and highly recommended for holiday getaway, a place for healing and relaxing. #hoian

This is a great place. The one you want to return to right away. We lived for 2 weeks in 2 rooms on the first floor. The rooms are bright, high ceilings. Everything is done with taste and love. The room has everything you need, a kettle and a refrigerator. Very comfortable bed. A lovely patio with a pool where you can spend time in the midday heat. Delicious breakfasts made by Khe. Very hospitable hostess An. She responded to any of our requests, gave us bicycles, organized excursions. We will definitely return and will recommend to everyone who travels to Vietnam

Breakfast was always cooked fresh and at a time we had requested it. Made and served by Hoi who was smiling and happy and went above and beyond with her service. We also requested taxis into the town and they always arrived on time, and much cheaper than others. The swimming pool was in constant use by the family, and we rode the bicycles into town , they arranged children’s seats on those too.

Our family of 4 had such a lovely time in the Villa. An our host made us delicious home cooked breakfasts every morning, made recommendations for an amazing family tailor in Hoi An and helped us with anything we needed. The free bikes were so helpful to get around An Bang and hidden beach. Our boys (11 & 14) especially loved the pool right outside our doors. We would 100% come back again!

A lovely oasis close to the beach. 10min taxi into the old town 5min walk to an undeveloped (for now!) and beautiful beach. Breakfasts great, staff very helpful and only wish we could have stayed longer. Accommodation well appointed and comfort with a lovely pool.

My wife, our 13-year-old son and I stayed at Namia for 3 nights at the end of January 2025. We couldn't have had a better experience. We stayed in a family room facing the river, which is absolutely beautiful. There are two bedrooms, which guarantees total privacy, as well as a pleasant living room and a beautiful infinity pool. The food is very good and I recommend at least getting half board, as it is worth it. We liked both restaurants and the caring and impeccable service. The spa is magnificent. We had the best massages of our lives there. It is a unique experience that I recommend to everyone. The 90 minutes are very well used to provide a lot of relaxation for all guests. We did some tours and loved them. The Vespa tour is lively and takes you to places far beyond the touristy ones. It was one of the best moments of our trip, full of culture and information. The cocktail tour was also incredible. Initially we thought that 4 hours would be too long, but in the end we realized that it was not enough, since each place was different from the other, and our guide was perfect. It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know the center of Hoi An, but away from the crowds. The sunset boat trip, offered by Namia himself, is also a must. With delicious cocktails and canapés, it offers a unique view of the city. We couldn't have chosen better. Namia will be missed, and we hope to one day be able to return to this wonderful hotel.

This is a new hotel and really stunning. Amazing design and styling. The all inclusive spa treatments every day are great (but we didnt use all of ours). It was quiet when we stayed (not sure because of timing or newness) and which meant it lacked a little bit of atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants which served a lovely breakfast but after 4 nights (inc 1 eating out) we were struggling a bit with choice. It almost feels as though this is the soft opening and they are still making some tweaks.

We been there for 5 days, it was amazing the team there is amazing and special, they do everything they can to make your vacation a dream.... The location is really convenient, the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, on the lake, the room is spacious and comfortable, the spa therapists really professional, we needed special and kosher food and the kitchen staff did everything they could to adapt the food so that we would have a good time in this regard too... I hope I can go back there again!

A family-run place that gave us a great time. We arrived 2 hours before our agreed check-in time so understandably, our room was not ready yet. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and suggested we put our bags down and go swimming in the pool, or go cycling on their free-to-use bikes while they got ready. No complaints! After a quick trip to the beach, we found a large bowl of big, juicy (and very sweet) lychees on the table and some chocolates at our bedsides with handwritten notes wishing us sweet dreams. These touches made our stay all the more enjoyable. They even lent us a mobile phone with the owner's number attached in case we got lost. Amenities were not lacking, but though we didn't eat there, I noticed there were only 2 sets of cutlery (it was a 3-4 person room). Breakfast was on the patio, with local dishes as well as continental offerings. We were the only ones there so we devoured all of the fresh fruit, but as soon as we did, the staff brought us more straight away! They also booked us a cab to Danang when we asked (we paid them directly, so we didn't have to worry about hidden charges with the cab driver) Overall, the whole place is very clean and carries itself quite professionally. Service was thoughtful and courteous, and the owner is very friendly too. The only thing is that it's slightly removed from the city centre in Hoi An, but that's not too much of a problem since taxis are so cheap. I'd definitely recommend a stay at Palm View Villa!

I have just had the best 13 nights of comfort and relaxation with my two children. The Palm View Villa is such a good find, the staff are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The rooms are of exceptionally high standard and come with everything you need all explained by the lovely owner. The pool is a welcome sight in the heat of vietnam and is kept immaculately. Overall I can't fault anything of my holiday and I would highly recommend staying here I would love to still be there.

My husband and 9 months old baby stayed at the Palm View Villa in February and had an absolutely amazing time there! From our initial email communication to transportation from the airport and special requests, they went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect! Mr. Bao, the owner, personally answered my emails (within hours) and made sure everything was in order for our stay. He even went out of his way to buy a baby bike helmet for our daughter to use while we were there! On another morning, I asked if they had bananas for the baby for breakfast and I believe someone ran to the market to buy them within 10 minutes. The room is huge, modern, comfortable, and new. The bed is quite large and very soft and there is separate room for the toilet/sink and another room for a deep tub and sink. There is also a mini kitchenette with a toaster oven, microwave, hotplate and fridge. Each room has its own wifi router, so the internet signal is great. The location is about a 10-15 minute bikeride from downtown Hoi An, but we loved being out in countryside with the ricefields because it was quiet, relaxing and just what vacation should be. We rode our bikes (free to use) to the beach, which was a 25 minute lovely bike ride, and to downtown Hoi An each day. The other staff are so lovely as well. They helped with breakfasts and other meals (wonderful Vietnamese cooking which we ordered several times for dinner) and were so great with our baby. You must stay here! :)

This villa only has 4 or 5 rooms and are well kept and high quality. It is a little outside the old town but they have free bicycles. The location makes for good bicycle tour around the countryside and through rice paddies to see the local way of life. My boyfriend and I love this place. Excellent service and very friendly helpful staff, enormous room and all very reasonably priced. I would never forgotten the man chef's breakfast cake, best cake ever!

it’s a beautiful resort with private beach. rooms like amazing with the private pool and lagoon view. staff and customer service was amazing! there is really nothing to worry about in the resort as they would do what they can to assist guests. great for a families with young children and elderly.

First of all big thank you to Jennie and Mi as our hosts for the 4 days we were at Banyan Tree Lang Co. They made us feel right at home and showed us what Vietnamese and Banyan Tree hospitality is recognised for. We were here for my birthday and they went that extra mile on several occasions to make it special from the cake to the photo on check out. Stayed at 3 Banyan Tree resorts now and Lang Co is definitely the best with the room and private pool to the spa and the hosts and teams. Need an excuse to come again soon!

The 3-bedroom villa was big, clean and beautiful. We absolutely loved the private pool and jacuzzi with the stunning seaview. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of food and fresh juices. The staff, especially Bich was very professional and helpful and made our stay at Banyan Tree an enjoyable experience. The Banyan Spa is excellent and not to be missed.

It was a stunning and exotic place to stay. Beautiful pool, pool bar, room are incredible clean, big, amenities and the fact you’re surrounded by nature is amazing. We really enjoyed two swimming pools. Also loved front able to walk out the door and be steps away from the beach. Every staff I came across was very kind, helpful and always bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. They did everything they can to make your stay comfortable and special. Food was decent, too. The welcome drink was special. The breakfast was amazing! So tasteful and with a great variety of options!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful design and well maintained. This beach side resort opened in 2019 before covid, been through Covid and still looks brand new which is amazing. We booked the garden view room with king bed which is about 75m2, huge room for 2 people, everything spotless and smelled so good. Spa: amazing, we stayed for 1 night and did 2 spa sessions, one when we first arrived and waiting to be checked in, it was soooo good we had to come back the next morning after an early swim. Swimming pool was gorgeous and must have been a 4 seasons pool because the water was already warm at 6am. Room service and buggie service were very efficient. Breakfast buffet was lovely, nice spread of food even for low season. But the most impressive aspect for us was their service. Everybody was so warm and sweet and efficient. We were driven around by buggie for a tour of the resort and every staff (even the gardening staff or the organic veggie garden staff who were busy would stop what they’re doing to wave and smile at us, amazing to say the least). I can confidently say this is by far the best service we’ve experienced in Vietnam, and for the amount of money paid for the room, we got soooo much beyond expectation.

Stelia Beach Resort is beautiful and vibrant, with a green, airy atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is excellent. The staff, in particular, are enthusiastic and friendly. They kindly recommended several destinations since it was my first time visiting Phu Yen. The private beach is peaceful, and the pool is well-maintained. The food is tasty. Overall, it's a great place to relax and unwind, perfect for a refreshing getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and the food was quite good. Being one of the few or only Americans at the resort, we felt completely comfortable asking questions and understanding everything. While we did enjoy the beach only a few steps away from our villa, we spent most of the time enjoying our private pool. The villas and pools are in excellent condition and felt very luxurious. We went to the spa for a message and also had an excellent experience there. I highly recommend this property. The only downfall is that it is far away from the main town so you will need to take a taxi to experience real Vietnamese life.

We travelled as a large group of friends, including children. Our group was well looked after by the staff all weekend. The garden rooms are clean and comfortable and the large villa was perfect for group meals and using the private pool.

The resort has taken on an almost greek style, which seems totally out of place. The old vietnamese style resort we remember from our previous stay was really missed by us. After a while, It did grow on us through, after needing a doctor twice and being please with the service. The pool is now smaller, unfortunately, but still ok. There were no bycicles at the resort this time, which were available on our last stay, so we were really disappointed as we had been looking forward to exploring the area again by bike every day, which we could not do. The breakfast needs improving and even through the vietnamese staff are friendly and very eager to please, they do lack understanding of english a bit. The set up of the tables in the restaurant seemed all over the place and the flow of the breakfast buffet was disorganised. There was no information in the bungalow/room in regards to resort services, restaurant menu, pool opening & closing times, spa facilities/prices, instructions for tv/channel/internet use, local area attractions, historical areas, etc. The pool area was more inviting to lounge around than the beach area as it lacked style and needed more lounges, as it seemed only half finished. The bungalow itself was very comfortable but it seemed very odd to have the vanity basin in the bedroom/kitchen area and not in the actual bathroom.

We had a very relaxing time at the Alma Oasis. Right from check in the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Initially we were allocated a room on the hill, with many stairs to walk down to the amenities. This was very hard on my knees, so we requested a room change. This was not a problem and we moved to a room near the pool, spa and restaurant. The rooms were pleasant and clean, with nice touches that you don't find at other places, such as liquid hand soap and body lotion. The complimentary daily spa treatments were wonderful. Again the staff were very friendly and professional and the facilities very clean and pleasant to use. We spend quite a bit of time at the pool and also enjoyed eating at the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend the Alma Oasis. The only downsides were the street tour was overpriced (but lots of fun and our guide Thuyen was wonderful) and the cocktail recipe varied considerable depending who was making them!

Lovely resort at Long Hai. We stayed in a Sanctuary Pool Villa which was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed beach walks and rejuvenating spa treatments. The food choices are wide ranging, well prepared and delicious. The pool bar has a friendly, efficient bartender who mixes great cocktails. All the staff are very friendly and extremely polite and very helpful Fleur de Lys would be an excellent choice for a relaxed beach vacation Highly recommended.

A very relaxing stay in a spacious, clean and modern room with great decor. The daily spa service was amazing and we had wonderful massages included with the room every day and there were no availability problems encountered when booking them. The free wifi signal was ok but signal was intermittent, but there were a lot of good, free movies available to watch on their in room entertainment - better movies than netflix actually. Housekeeping was very good. The pool is large and spacious and wasn't crowded when we were there. We didn't spend much time on the beach as we preferred the pool. Private car service transfer from HCMC airport was waiting for us on the way there and back, and was quick, efficient and they had bottles of water for us in the back. You aren't supposed to tip staff individually but you are encouraged to tip at the end if you have enjoyed the service - which we did - and then this is shared between them all. I hope the tips do indeed reach the staff as claimed

Area is still developing and so lot of ongoing construction but the property is very well maintained.

I felt genuinely sad checking out—like I was leaving a little piece of heaven. Even after returning to my home country, I found myself searching for other places to stay, but honestly, nothing compares to Gran Melia. It remains my top choice. While it takes around 20 minutes to get into the city, it didn’t bother me at all. There was no traffic, and the ride back and forth was pleasant. If I ever come back to Nha Trang, I’m definitely staying here again. The Place: One of the biggest reasons I chose Gran Melia was its stunning beauty. The design is simple, modern, and elegantly luxurious—every corner felt thoughtfully crafted and visually soothing. There’s a serene swimming pool in front of the main building, and the beach is just a short walk away. You can kayak, paddleboard, and enjoy a variety of other activities they offer by the sea. The small onsen near my villa was a delightful surprise. It was so relaxing to enjoy the warm water in the evening. Getting around the resort is easy—on foot, by buggy, or by bike (which you can rent from the hotel). I personally loved riding the bike around the property. The Villa: I stayed in a villa, and it was incredibly spacious. With a dining area, living room, garden, private pool, bedroom, small walk-in closet, and a large bathroom, it honestly felt like a private paradise. We stayed here to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and Gran Melia did a wonderful job! We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a private pool and loved the layout, with the second bedroom located on the second floor, complete with a full bathroom. All the staff were very friendly and greeted us every single time. Our butler, Truyen, did an excellent job coordinating our schedule. I was deeply touched by Louis from the FO team, who was detail-oriented. My grandmother is 95 years old and cannot be as active as someone in their 20s. However, Louis helped her get into buggies every single time and brought a chair for her. Another butler, who wore black-framed glasses (sorry, I couldn’t get his name), was not even our assigned butler but was always willing to help us without being asked. All the staff from Hispania were amazing. Their service was top-notch and food was great. Lastly, the Song Spa was excellent. I regret that I only experienced it on my last night. The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast, which needs improvement! If you go after 8:30 AM, it is chaotic and extremely disorganized. We waited 30 minutes for coffee and 20 minutes for food (à la carte) after asking twice. I understand that food can be delayed due to increased volume, but making tea and coffee should not take so long or require asking twice. It would be helpful if we were informed of the busy hours when we checked in so we could avoid them. Overall, it was a good stay and definitely wanna come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa resort. The rooms were spotless, and the services exceeded our expectations—everything from check-in, arranging buggies, booking tours in Trang An, ordering food at the Bamboo Restaurant, to even reserving a mineral bath for the whole family was handled smoothly. They even helped return forgotten belongings after our stay! Special thanks to Anh from sales and Steven, the guest service manager, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The Bamboo Restaurant is a highlight—beautifully designed with stunning mountain views and located beside a vast swimming pool. Our family loved staying in the private pool villa, which made our holiday even more special. Though the resort is located away from the city center, it’s close to Cuc Phuong National Park, where we enjoyed a fascinating night tour to see fireflies. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and spotless in every corner. We would absolutely recommend this resort to friends visiting Vietnam. A peaceful, well-serviced retreat surrounded by nature!

The location is good from Hanoi we came by taxi within 2,5 hours (we found a very good lady driver BTW, you can contact me, so I can provide you with her contact information) surroundings with lush vegetation, and outdoor pools are amazing even during the rain the water in the pool was warm. 3 types of outdoor pools were there for the children at any age. The reception staff is very helpful. We ordered a buggy when we needed to go to any part of the hotel. Next time I will take a bungalow with a personal small pool. Ideal for families to relax.

The resort is a corner of paradise overlooking the Cuc Phuong Nature Reserve, one of the most beautiful parks in Vietnam. The hospitality of the staff was extraordinary: Miss Anh took care of all our logistical needs and organized our daily activities with great attention. Steven, the guest service manager, was extremely welcoming and kind, making our stay unforgettable (a true British gentleman). The resort features a small lake with beautiful trout where you can kayak, outdoor pools overlooking the lake, and a heated indoor pool with a sauna and a steam room clean and functional. The location is perfect for long walks and jogging (the full loop is almost 2 km). Lastly, there’s a shop where you can buy souvenirs and drinks at reasonable prices. The Bamboo restaurant mainly offers Vietnamese cuisine, although there are several international dishes available. In short, it’s a haven of peace and fresh air, perfect for recharging your body and spirit, especially after spending several days in the frenetic and chaotic Hanoi.

A short stay at Grand Vedana Ninh Binh Resort at the end of a long trip to Vietnam was just perfect. It was very clean and very comfortable and was a great place to unwind and relax. The site is massive and includes a restaurant, pool and spa, a bar, café and free bikes to use to get around between them all. The views from the room were over the lake and across to the national park. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Everything you can imagine was there. But the best thing about the short visit was the care and attention the staff offered. They are a fantastic team of people (receptionists, catering staff, pool attendants, buggy drivers, cleaners....) who go out of their way to make sure that you're comfortable and have everything you need. I was blown away by this. They really care about the place and the work they do there. They gave the place the 5 star feel.

This is our first tine visiting Phu Quoc , Vietnam after 30 years living in America. We booked a Villa next to the beach, we have our own private pool and our own private beach behind our backyard. That was really cool. One thing that impresses us the most was the biggie , local called it a “tut tut” private sport car will take us everywhere in side the villa. Eating, lobby, beach, and back to the airport. I would recommend if someone want to book this villa, get room 3226 , have a private pool, private beach, private walkway to enjoy the beach . We definitely will come back to Phu Quoc and would recommend anyone with kids and teenagers to stay in Vin-Pearl Phu Quoc Discovery.

We had a great stay at this resort! The location was fantastic—right next to a private beach, themed park, safari, and shopping area, which made everything super convenient. The resort was clean and well-maintained, offering plenty of opportunities to relax either by the main pool or in your own private pool. The only downside was the amount of smoking. There were quite a few people smoking around the pool area, and at times the smell was quite strong when walking by, which took away a bit from the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a lovely place with great amenities—just wish there were better controls around smoking in shared spaces.

The resort is a bit isolated. There really isn’t anything around. The resort grounds were meticulously groomed. Villa we stayed at was old, however very spacious and comfortable. Having a private pool was great as it rained off and on throughout our entire stay. Staff members were very helpful and accommodating. I can see why other reviewers mentioned communication issues ,however, for us it wasn’t a problem even though we do not speak the language. Breakfast was good in the am; there is a good enough variety for everyone. Although I personally would have loved other tropical fruits not easily found where I am at. On site, there are a few places to grab alcoholic beverages but the drinks they can make are extremely limited. Room service would not deliver alcoholic beverages with our meal. access to the beach is private, so it wasn’t crowded. I can agree that Phu Quoc overall was more expensive than other parts of Vietnam as is the resort but that shouldn’t stop you from visiting. The massages are considerably more expensive than other resorts we have stayed at in other parts of Vietnam but was good. I wouldn’t recommend their pedicures services though. You can get around the resort via a call to the service desk and a tuk tuk will come get you. The resort did offer transportation via a bus to and from airport if you stay longer than 2 nights. And a dedicated shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes that can take you to some of the local attractions like grand world, safari etc

The resort villa offers terrific space for my party of 7. I honestly don’t think the place was 3000sf so it is misleading. The private pool and access to the beach was really nice. It’s something we haven’t stay before due to the price elsewhere but it’s affordable to indulge here. However, The property needs some maintenance. There are sign of significant west and tear. The most important issue was that after a shower, there is a horrifying sewer smell in the entire villa in 2 of the 3 shower. The smell went away after a few hrs and Turning on the vent but something tells me the sewer may not be up to code ( doesn’t have a u pipe).. because we showered at night just before bed, we didn’t reported to the the front desk until the following day. We didn’t want to deal with them coming by to fix things while we are trying to sleep. When we did report it, an entire army cleaning folks came out within minutes but that time they could find the issue and left. During our stay, we showered in the only showered that didn’t give the smell which was a major inconvenience. For that, I felt like I overpaid and it didn’t meet my villa expectation. The experience fell way short.

My stay at Victoria Phan Thiet Resort was wonderful. Rarely do I give a 10, but this stay surpassed my expectations, especially considering the price. Right from the start, the hotel elevated our experience by upgrading our room to an ocean-view bungalow just steps away from the sea. In our stay the private beach felt genuinely private, like our own secluded haven, aside from the attentive hotel staff. While the bungalow was simple with traditional furnishings, it had everything we needed, and the outdoor shower was a great touch. The tennis court and pools were enjoyable, and the limited number of guests and spacious territory created a pleasantly private atmosphere. The hotel restaurant impressed with great food, cocktails, and outstanding service—polite and professional. Breakfast was tasty and also accommodated vegetarians. Despite the remote location, other restaurants were within reach, and calling a taxi was never a problem. Room service went above and beyond, leaving us a bedtime story and sweets each night—a thoughtful touch.

We had a great holiday here. A waterfront bungalow which was waterfront with a nice view leading to two morning swims in the ocean. The beach here is very pleasant and the ocean safe enough for experienced ocean swimmers on most days. We went away as a couple for the first time in years without our kids and it was perfect for that to just spend time together. We loved the outdoor shower in its private natural setting. Staff were friendly. We had a great stay. Very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast on our first morning although currently the buffet option is only when they have enough people staying. Second morning we chose of a breakfast menu with plenty of sides and still very much a delicious breakfast. The two pools were both great and we swam in both. Thanks for our stay.

A little gem of a resort. Calm, peaceful, private beach bungalows or deluxe rooms (4 group together) near large infinity pool with floral explosions and aromas. Really clean beautiful beach, Great variety breakfast with nice coffee on request. Restaurant selection pretty good, western/viet dishes. Activities for kids (ball sports. Few km from Mui Ne town, low rise developments is great to see this has not turned into a concrete jungle. Our room was huge and one min to beach. They accommodated our late departure which was very much appreciated. Great value for 60$ a night. Will come back again.

Loved it. Unfortunately only stayed 2 nights, but liked to stay longer. 2 really nice pools, beach right in front. Most of the time, no one's at the beach because it's windy, but that makes it even better. The bungalow was beautiful. Can't say anything bad about it

The villa was nice, roomy and clean. Pool was small but perfect for a private pool. The complex is somewhat still under development and some homes are not finished. We came in the off season so a lot of activities were not available. Breakfast buffet was nice mixture of East and West food options. Resort is in an area that will eventually become busy and full of stores. However you need transport to go into town or see some of the sites on the island.

The property is close to night market and grocery store with lots of dining options. They provide a golf cart service where the staff will take you to and from these places free of charge. Staff speaks english. The accommodation all comes with private washroom and toilet. A $7US uber ride to the downtown core. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The private pool helps you cool off on a hot day. The staff are very helpful. Reach out to them if you need airport shuttle pick up drop off, free. They have a buffet breakfast with lots of selection and it is tasty. I would definitely stay again.

Cảm ơn bạn nhân viên dễ thương buổi chiều mang bánh xuống tặng cho bé, còn hát chúc mừng sinh nhật và cười rất tươi nữa, bé nhà mình rất thích. Resort có khuôn viên đẹp, villa cũng rất đẹp và hiện đại, có bể bơi, sân vườn riêng, đồ đạc vẫn còn mới. Được bãi biển riêng khá rộng, và có khui vui chơi cho bé tại đây nữa, từ quầy lễ tân xa nhất đi ra đến biển cũng chỉ mất tầm 3-4 phút đi bộ, tuy nhiên resort cũng có xe điện đưa đón. Buổi chiều, gia đình mình có mượn 2 chiếc xe đạp tại lễ tân, đạp xe vòng vòng quanh resort hay dọc bãi biển ngắm hoàng hôn rất đẹp. Ăn sáng buffet ngon, vừa miệng với cả gia đình. Các bạn nhà hàng cũng rất thân thiện khi hỗ trợ mình hâm nóng cháo hay đồ ăn nhẹ cho bé. Cảm ơn các bạn rất nhiều.

“Villa rộng rãi, sạch sẽ” Resort nhỏ nhưng rất đẹp, yên tĩnh, sạch sẽ. Mình book villa 1 phòng ngủ cho 2 vợ chồng mà được sử dụng toàn bộ căn villa rất rộng, có cả phòng khách, phòng bếp, bể bơi riêng nên tha hồ chụp ảnh. Mình cũng rất thích phong cách thiết kế của resort, phong cách Indochine nhẹ nhàng sang trọng. Các bạn nhân viên siêu tốt bụng, chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình. Mấy ngày mình đi được nắng rất đẹp nên có đặt set bữa tối lãng mạn bên bờ biển. We visited this hotel 4 years ago for a short break at the end of a tour and we vowed to return. This time we travelled independently and found the hotel just as we left it! A true paradise. No block of rooms, just individual villas scattered around core service buildings, all set in beautiful gardens. Two pools offer different experiences, a large kidney shaped fairly shallow one or, our favourite an infinity pool looking out over the SouthbChina Sea, over 2 m deep at the "infinity" end and about 25m x 20m in area. Fabulous naturally warm water in both. The staff are truly welcoming and from gardeners to Managers, they all greet you whenever they see you. The food is fabulous, though a little cosmopolitan, but if you prefer more native cuisine, then the local shops and restaurants are only about 1.5miles away .... About a £1.20 taxi ride and there always seemed to be at least one taxi waiting in the car park. There are a good number of the villas that are beach side and the sea is fabulous to watch from the loungers or swim in.

I love this resort, which is no longer part of the Victoria Resort group (inc. Cần Thơ & Hội An). It may not be as polished as they are. But it is not flashy or too big. All the units are bungalows, close to the beach. Very big. There are two pools (one is an Infinity pool overlooking the sea). There’s a nice jacuzzi & spa. The restaurant is quite good-we had an excellent dinner one night. I like the location, near other restaurants & not isolated in the south part of Phần Thiet. The value for the price is outstanding. The staff is great. I will stay here again.

It's located far from the city but right at the beach! What an incredible place to spend a holiday! I would love to come back with my family next time! The hotel has everything you might need at one place...but if you want to go out, not necessary to go too far, there are plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink and relax. It's a beach hotel with a great swimming pool. The water at the swimming pool was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!

Men maden på hotellet var rigtig dårligt, og der ikke var gjort så meget ud af hyggen om aften, der var eksempelvis ikke lys i poolen eller i palmerne. Og så var infinety pool baren lukket hvilket der godt kunne have stået.

What an amazing resort! Absolutely stunning and well kept. The staff and facilities were 10/10. We spent 9 nights at Langco Bay Retreat and used it as a base to relax and to explore central Vietnam. We stayed in an Ocean View villa with a private pool, which was amazing. It felt that travelling such a long distance (from the UK) and staying there for that period of time was quite unusual and that most people seemed to visit for a shorter time. On that basis, the resort really is a brilliantly calm santuary from the busy towns and cities in Vietnam and the beach was a highlight. However, it did work as a base to explore. Of our 9 days, we visited Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, using the services of a local driver. If there was one suggestion I'd make to improve the resort, it'd be to offer excursions to these places, or even just a shuttle service to Da Nang. The staff were exceptional. Really polite, accommodating and chatty. Special shout out to the Assistant Bar Manager, Tung, who gave us great insights into Vietnam, especially Vietnamese cuisine, and kept the Hudas flowing! And made a great coconut coffee. The free buffet breakfast was great too, with so much choice. Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and when we come back to Vietnam, we'd stay again 🇻🇳.

We booked to stay here for one night as a treat before heading to Hanoi after spending a few days in Da Nang. This resort is absolutely amazing. The two bedroom apartment we had with a private pool and right on the beach front was one of the best I have stayed in. It was bright and spacious and we were welcomed to the room with a delicious fresh fruit platter. Lunch and dinner options at the main restaurant and beach bar was plentiful and we the staff were happy to deliver our breakfast directly to our room and set up a beautiful banquet for us from our a la carte selections. The rose petal covered bed sheets made us feel like royalty.. it's a shame we only had one night here, but I would definitely visit here again. Reception organised a private transfer for us to the airport upon departure.

Lang co bay retreat is a a wonderful resort. I can’t rate it high enough.Staff and facilities are excellent and a wonderful location with lots of local food nearby. If you are wanting to escape hustle and bustle this is the place. We stayed 10 nights and it was magic. Treated like VIPs which made our time there even more special.

The perfect hotel, on the sea side. You can hear sound of the sea at your balcony. The environment of this hotel was beautiful, garden full of flower and in the front you can see a pool, full of colored fishes. Swimming pool was clean and big, surrounded by plenty of sunbeds with clean towels on it. Breakfast they served was the highest quality, we had on our trip. Beautiful coast to walk. Staff were very friendly and spoke good english.

It's new, the staff was very good, the location is good, not a lot of retail/restaurants to walk to, yet not far on a motorbike/car; they where still finishing things up, but overall a really nice hotel, very nice staff, peaceful with some fantastic views.

Beautiful grounds. Loved the suites & personal swim out pools. Greeter/bellman on our arrival was not helpful with our luggage and was too distracted on his phone. Breakfast was good. waiting for the carts took a while (especially in the rain). We made arrangements to have the cart come at 6am to take us to the lobby and they didn’t show-up.

If you can, you definitely should. Huge living space, beautiful bedrooms, large outdoor living with private pool. The breakfast buffet was good and the other resort pools were also fantastic. Staff though was what made this resort so good. We met tons of great staff. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights in phu Quoc and that was perfect. Small tip for vinwonder world, bring your swim gear and do the water park first, then you can spend the second half of the day going through the amusement park and drying off and then finish with the incredible light and water show.

What an amazing place to stay for a family. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They booked day trips, we dined in and out of the hotel and the weather was fabulous. Top picks for the kids were the pool/gym/beach and Richard a tuk tuk driver! Our 3 bedroom villa was so spacious and was perfect for our holiday. The room downstairs featured to larger double beds and was exceptionally spacious for up to 4 people. The master room was perfect up stairs with so many intricate elements. We loved it. The villa’s pool was a huge win for the 2 boys who absolutely love being in the water. Vy who helped coordinate everything with us was 1 in a million. So helpful and responsive. Made our trip so much easier with her around.

We loved our stay, the staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were amazing, modern and very clean. We had a beautiful ocean and pool view was lovely. Breakfast was great, it had a great mix of Western and Vietnamese food. The chef even made a special breakfast for us on our last few days, this was a nice touch and very tasty.

Vy and staff were very accommodating with our needs. Super responsive and checked in daily. We requested for 2 bikes for a morning ride and it was provided quickly. The coffee at Nep restaurant is delicious as well. Pool and lounge area was most definitely our favourite spot. Very happy with the rooms and size. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location between Danang and Hoi An. Great 4 bedroom villa efficient layout and wonderful pool. The kids love having all the space.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and immaculately maintained. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 3 room Villa with private plunge pool and direct beach access. The Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved walking out onto the beach and watching the sunrise. The main pool is huge and perfect for swimming or lounging. The breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of western and eastern options.

Excellent buffet with lots of variety (Vietnamese, Western, Korean). We were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool--huge bedrooms, massive dining and living room, 4 bathrooms, very luxurious. The property is expansive. You have to get a buggy to go just about anywhere. Kids enjoyed going to VinWonder Amusement Park. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Very satisfied with our stay at the Marriott Resort & Spa. The villa was spectacular. All rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were large and comfortable. All rooms had a private bathroom and a view of either the beach or nature. The villa had its own private pool, and was located right by the beach. Many good facilities at the resort. We used their fitness center and spa regularly. It was easy to get to and from the island by either speedboat or cable car. The breakfast at the restaurants had good and varied food. The coffee and juice were magical. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We are incredibly satisfied with our stay and will definitely return. It was a luxurious and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

The onsite restaurants while expensive comparative to local prices are excellent in variety and quality. The included breakfast was vast and abundant. Villa was huge and excellent design for a large family. We spent a lot of time swimming in the villa pool and playing on the lawn. Heaps of space for our group of 7. Location was very convenient between Hoi An and Da Nang city. We easily got Grab cars to take us either way. Beach out the front was good and easily reached by the resort buggy.

The location was perfect located between Danang and Hoi An. Upon landing at the airport the butler of the facility, Jenny, reached out to me asking me about the arrival time and what was needed for our group. She created a WhatsApp group which was so easy to communicate with her then and she would respond very quickly. She literally made our stay so easy and comfortable. Thank you Jenny!

Our stay was great, we were fully satisfied and we will be happy to visit again. The Panoramic Deluxe Ocean View room where we stayed was amazing. We used the spa daily and every day we enjoyed variety of massages and facials offered at very good prices. The pool was great for swimming and right on the beach, which was also wonderful. Staff was very kind and attentive, if we needed anything it was enough to ask.

Quiet location by the sea. Spacious room with great sea view. Lush gardens and wonderful pool. Breakfast was good quality and enough choice. As it was low season got to know some of the staff which made it feel like family. Staff always smiling and so helpful, especially Vy from reception. Had some wonderful massages too.

The first hotel in Vietnam that at least trying to be eco-friendly and use the three R's rule (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle). It's all in the details, just notice them! We used our tooth brushes from recycled plastic and took em with us to continue using it. In general very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, comfort level (mattress is heaven), breakfast buffet, the view from the pool. You can check out the street cafes for dinner just across the entrance (cheap and delicious seafood).

This resort blew us away. The continental breakfast was incredible, the villa was absolutely massive and the service was unmatched. The spread at breakfast was huge, with everything ranging from fruit, western style breakfast (and DELICIOUS BACON), homemade french bread, pho, and an egg/omelette station. We also had dinner at the restaurant multiple times, and the salads and entrees were delicious. There was also a washing machine in the villa, which was so convenient to do laundry. There are two massive swimming pools, a beautiful spa with a sauna and steam room, and it's 200 meters from Bai Chay beach. The massages at the spa were amazing, and everyday, room service would come and replenish all of our soap, give us clean towels, and give us many bottles of water. The front desk was also super helpful in organising taxis to and from excursions, as well as back to Hanoi. The staff was so highly trained and really made our stay incredible. This is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at, highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Oakwood. Everything from the staff and accommodation to the food was amazing. There was 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children) and we can't speak highly enough about Oakwood. The villa's are really well maintained and spacious. We were originally booked for 3 nights but had to change to 4 due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff at reception happily made this happen. The restaurants cater for everyone, kids included. We had a BBQ in our garden with a chef on our first night and it was the tastiest food we'd ever eaten. I'd personally like to say thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time and who always great you with a smile and cheerful disposition. The pool areas were well kept, clean and with great views of Ha Long Bay. The hotel is in a great location, 15 mins from the port and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and stores. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in Oakland during Chinese New Year over 8 nights with 2 little kids. The hotel is exceptional, perfectly managed. The staff was extraordinarily engaged, professional, friendly. The breakfast was superb. We had a beautiful house for ourselves, which was build in a very high quality (e.g. regarding the materials). Every morning, several staff members cleaned up every corner (every surface, under the bed, windows,...) of our house over two hours. Within 10 minutes, you reach a large adventure park, a cable car, and the ferry port for Ha Long boat tours. The pool area was beautiful, decent gym, the beach was great (huge sand beach with the Ha Long Bay mountains in the background of the ocean.. spectacular). And they had an own 2-level house as a kids club, open from 9-5.

First and foremost, the service at front desk is exceptional. Reason for this is...I left my wallet in a limousine while inbound to the hotel. The limo booking agent said she talked to the driver who said nothing was left in the van. The front desk agent talked to a few people and bam she had it delivered to the hotel. Total gansta. The room is beautiful and clean. Beds are very comfy with nice pillow options. The pools were beautiful and very clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a huge number of options.

The public pools were amazing, our personal pool had some tiles missing. Some of the pool jets were not working and perhaps needed a clean. Would be great to have a shop on site for some incidentals.

The resort is spectacular!!..We were upgraded with additional charge to plunge pool room. This was great..and probably think that this would be a must. The main pool is crazy, great!!

Beautiful resort with friendly staff. We stayed in a courtyard 2 bedroom apartment which had a great sized pool for a family of four. The main pool had lots of space to enjoy a longer swim. Swim up bar had nice cocktails at happy hour. The hotel was very busy over the weekend but restaurant bookings were easy to make by What’s app. Fabulous buffet breakfast and though busy it was always well stocked with a foods from a variety of countries. Great to have table tennis, beach volleyball net, table football and pool table also available.

We had a one bedroom suite with private pool and Seaview. Fantastic value. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff made it extra special for us. Staff was exceptional. The restaurants were good but we would recommend going into Lang Co for an authentic Vietnamese meal on the beach at least once. The fossball, table tennis and pool table were fun ways to kill time. The beach and pools were stunning. 100% recommend this resort. Splurge, treat yourself to a romantic get away.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom Ocean Villa (room 8102) Absolutely beautiful! Enough space for 2 families. Beautiful private pool, comfortable beds and such lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend doing the in house bbq, it was a highlight of the trip, amazing food & wonderful service.

Pool area was beautiful, if a little cramped, and had free use of bicycles to get to An Banh beach (5 min ride, 10 min walk, and only one short stretch on a busy road). Staff were great, cooked breakfast to order (mostly Vietnamese style) every day. One thing to note is area is still early in development, as of March 2020 our hotel block was surrounded by empty land and streets ( but very well lit, and the nearest houses full of families). Safety was not an issue, just a little isolated feeling.

I really had a great time there and they were very kind and helpful. I was served a delicious breakfast.

Please come here if you are a quiet guest and want peace and quiet. The hotel is run by a very kind couple. There are not many rooms. They offer motorbikes for rent at a low price, bicycles and also offer laundry service. Anything you need ask them first they will help you. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning works well, there are also fans, they offer a necessary kit in the bathroom. We also had a balcony for smoking and had a view on the pool. The pool is not very big but sufficient with a view of greenery. There is a Winmart a few steps away for your grocery and right in front of the hotel you have the gas station. We came here 2 years ago and are very happy to be able to come back again. Thank you very much! 💯

We had a lovely time in VIP Garden Villa and Pool, we had a large room with pool and garden view. The owner and her family were very kind and helpful throughout our stay and helped with organising tours, motorbike and taxis etc. We both felt safe throughout our time & felt that it had a nice homely vibe. The owner also cleaned our room each day which was pleasant to come back to. It took around 10-15 minutes to walk to the old town which we didn’t have an issue with. Thank you!

Good sized room and bed, very clean, daily cleaning (with new towels everyday). Our room had a balcony with seats that looked out on to the pool and garden. Bathroom was very clean, shower was hot with good pressure. Host was very sweet and helpful, she helped book our transport to da nang for a reasonable price. Laundry was good. 10 min walk from town centre, free bikes available and good motorbike rent price. Pool was clean and open until 10pm and had separate towels. Was a lovely place to stay, would stay again.

I am glad to have stayed here for my last nights in Vietnam. It's a beautiful property located 10 minutes walk from the tourist area with a nice little pool out the back. My room was immaculate and quiet and had a balcony overlooking the pool. It was nice to watch the dragonflys zip around in the evening and I must mention the charming family who run the place and were most helpful, especially when I wanted to add a night to my booking. I will go back.

Chez Carole offers luxury at a fair price and is a great value for the money; I booked for three nights and stayed for nine; that alone speaks for itself. Outstanding staff, exceptional breakfast, beautiful beach, nice pool, cozy bungalows, comfy beds, and pillows I would have kept if I could. The restaurant is top notch, but the village is just a short walk down the beach - consult whichever map app you use - where you’ll find loads of great places to eat as well. I’ve been staying in Phu Qouc for a month and have stayed at manny places. This is one I’d come back to.

What a nice surprise! The hotel is located at the end of the beach, quiet and the view from the room was very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and offer services at excellent prices (scooter rental for example). The room was very beautiful, large and really pleasant. We were able to relax and walk around the surrounding area. The swimming pool overlooks the beach, what a pleasure! You will definitely have a good stay there. Be careful, to get to the center of the “big city” you need a vehicle. Breakfast was excellent.

This place is paradise on earth. I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel in all my travels . I can tell you about the fabulous beach with hammocks slung between the palm trees lining it ...the rooms with stone baths on the terraces ...the weird and wonderful nooks and crannies around the place ....the infinity pool ...the wonderful food ...but I still won't be able to paint the full picture of it . The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The setting & ambience is relaxing and beautiful. The gardens are tropical & well maintained. The pool area was perfect in every way, clean & comfortable. The rooms were ideal for us and regularly serviced. The breakfast was amazing especially the welcoming smiles and the glass of sparkling. Spent 4 wonderful nights here. Beautiful sandy beach for long walks, palm trees, no crowds. It is a full service resort with pool (and pool bar!), spa, gym, restaurant, and lots of space to walk around. Very attentive staff, and lots of groundskeepers doing work to keep all the trees and flowers beautiful. There is one restaurant on site, which is has a pretty wide selection (which is good because there really isn’t anything else within walking distance. On a couple occasions we had some issues with language (servers just nodding and going away without understanding our order, instead of waiting while we used Google Translate), but that was minor. We had one unpleasant interaction with a staff member, but the manager was extremely attentive and sorted it out immediately. Overall, it was a great place to relax, walk on the beach, read novels, and have a cocktail or two.

What a wonderful place to stay. We are spending 2/3 weeks travelling in southern Vietnam, we booked to stay 4 nights at the Sonata resort, and we loved it. We had a warm welcome when we arrived from the reception, our room was super clean with a bowl of fruit for us to enjoy during our stay. The gardens and the pool were absolutely beautiful, but most of all it was the staff within the resort who were so kind and attentive. Our stay was over the Vietnamese New Year celebrations, and guests were invited to join in with making traditional food parcels and other activities, which was so much fun, and must have been a lot of work for everyone. On New Year's Day, the general manager Pham Quang Hau, gave everyone a half bottle of wine to celebrate. In the restaurant, Nguyen Dinh Thi and his team were fabulous, though we mostly ate on the terrace facing the garden and sea.

The resort is beautiful and was a wonderful location for friends' wedding. It's a calming place, has a pool and of course the ocean. We stayed in one of the villas and found it really comfortable. The reception and staff are very helpful. They helped us organize a day trip for our group and made a lot of arrangements on short notice. It can get really hot, so it was nice to just have some places to cool off, like at the bar. The food is great, but if you travel around Vietnam, you'll see that the options here are limited. However you will be really happy if you love seafood. I highly recommend a getaway here.

I loved the entire experience and wish I could have stayed longer than the 2 days. Certainly planning on returning and staying longer when I do. The staff was lovely and the food was amazing. Loved the ice coffees by the pool! The breakfast buffet in particular was amazing! The fresh fruits and vegetables were beyond delicious. Would love to see more protein options for the vegetarians (fake meat etc). The non vegetarians had a huge variety of meat, fish, eggs, and other dishes to choose from.

Pretty nice area overall, quiet and great atmosphere. Room is relatively new and has all the amenities you need. Garden space has great design and is the spot to chill at night. Customer service was amazing and very helpful. Pool and beach area is also great and the staff attending it are very nice as well

It has its own beach. Has an awesome view. And it has many swimming pools, so you can swim whenever you want. Above all, all the staffs are very kind and regardful.

A great place to stay for a few days with the family Sarah and Mr Vince have been really helpful with anything we required ans always smiling With only a short walk through the grounds to get to the beach it a perfect place to rest and recharge whilst visiting Vietnam One suggestion i would make is As this this a self catering apartment it would be good idea to purchase some food items from a store.before you arrive. There are a few local shops(about 10 min walk) but they may not sell the items you require as we found. Staff were really exceptional, regularly and thoughtfully offering assistance and services without having to be asked. Hotel is beautiful and the family room we stayed in was very large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet food was amazing and the restaurant and Cafe food and drinks ranged from good to excellent. When the tide was out and the beach was open for swimming it was great. The pool was good and there is a large kid's pool with a slide that my 7 year old really enjoyed.

The staff were super friendly, including receptionists bellboys and waiters. The room was spacious for 2 people and everything was clean. Garden view room has really nice view to the swimming pool. The swimming pool was well maintained and the overall appearance of the resort was decent. Definitely will come back next time.

The whole place was immaculately clean and well kept, staff were exceptionally helpful and polite always with a smile. The small beach area was lovely and the sea was great to swim in. We had some lovely food, cocktails were fun and our whole experience was very, very good. I would highly recommend the resort for a relaxing get away from the business of Vietnam.

Very nice Resort. Its not big, but that is also its charm. I has all the things you would expect from a resort but everything is in a nice walking distance. The Pool area is nice, the breakfast was good. The beach was perfect to make beautiful sunset pictures and was clean. The villa's are huge. All the rooms are super big and the garden is nicely landscaped with a river in between with fish. I would definitely come back as it is very affordable unlike other resorts in the HO TRAM area.

It's a little far from Hoi An old town and other villages (taxi required); though taxi's are easy to arrange if you download Grab Taxi app. Advertised activities offered by the resort for kids/families (eg, kite flying, pool sports, anything through kids club) need to be booked 1 day in advance, and even after booking we had to ask again for them to actually happen (turn up and nobody is there) - this is an area the resort could improve on, as having these activities run daily at scheduled times (regardless of patronage) would surely see increased numbers of people participating. Eg, Aqua-aerobics at 10am; kite flying at 4pm. In similar resorts we've found this to be the standard and it allows guests to get to know the staff etc.

The staff at this property were incredible. They were beautifully friendly and very helpful. The amenities were great in that they had everything you needed. Our villa was particularly great, with a view of the ocean and private pool. I will say this though, the property interiors are starting to look tired and dated. A refresh is definitely needed. There was a huge stain on our living room rug and the cleaning actually left more dirt behind than what we created. I was also disappointed with the amount of gluten free options available in terms of food. The staff would ask if I had special requirements but when saying yes, weren’t able to accomodate anything. The language barrier also made it hard to understand just what was in most things so it was risky.

Truly a remarkable resort in every way. The service is impeccable. Very friendly and made us feel special. The 3 BR Villa with pool was perfect for us. We enjoyed being at the hotel pool and beach then relaxing at our own pool. Only slight negative was the food choices for dinner. We stayed 8 nights and a few of those days one of the restaurants was closed and the only option was buffet. Special thanks to Quang and Luu who took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

there is very nice swimming pool. first of all, clean. And the pool adapted children. Vin-pearl land is so fantastic. Safari, Water park is wonderful experience.

I stopped here for 4 nights, whilst travelling around Vietnam for several weeks. It seemed like the perfect escape from bustling cities and car horns. Unfortunately, on my second day they hosted a private event. It may have been a one off, but I was given no prior warning. I appreciate they need to make money, but the volume of this event was completely unfair on other guests and made the hotel unbearable for a whole day. When quiet, the place has a lovely relaxed feel. I had a super efficient and friendly check in by wonderful Long, and lovely check out Thung (sorry if I have spelt incorrectly). The rooms have that familiar Meliá look and feel. Spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and lovey crisp white sheets. There’s everything you could possibly need, including a fridge and a safe. My only issue was the food and drink. I simply didn’t find it to be the same standard as other Melia’s on my trip. The pool is phenomenal. Really big and I assume heated, as it was a nice temperature. The pool loungers were also really comfy. The grounds are magnificent and maintained to a very high standard. As always, their lovely staff were brilliant from start to finish, but for me their food and beverages let them down a little. It’s a 5 star resort with 3 star food. I suspect I was just unfortunate with the noisy event, and I’d happily return and recommend.

Stayed for three weeks at this wonderful hotel which we highly recommend. Good location by the sea with a very well-kept pool area and park area. High environmental awareness. Good breakfast with great variety and excellent service. Good bar and à la carte menu. The SPA department is professional and has a good range of treatments. All staff were always happy and treated us well. They were very keen that we would enjoy ourselves at the hotel. Responsive if we had any concerns/wishes. A well-kept and forward-thinking hotel . Everything about The Five Resorts is 10/10. The villa is really nice and the service by staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and attentive to our needs. The villa itself is spacious and beautiful. The rooms are massive with great ensuites and comfy beds. The pool is nice as well, but are not heated. Daily breakfast options were available, either buffet breakfast at the buffet station or a private chef at the villa. Additionally, the facility was ok with providing takeaway breakfast boxes to our group for our early flight. The private beach is walking distance from the villa, and with a life guard stationed there at operating times. Villa is quite close to Hoi An, which is very handy.

Very convenient location between Da Nang and Hoi An. The villa we had was 4 bedrooms and was beautiful and spacious. There was a small amount of humidity damage in the first floor powder room otherwise the villa was clean and comfortable. The villa also has its own beachfront access and the addition of the pool is nice. What really makes the place special though is the staff. The staff is very attentive and willing to help with any needs we had. They definitely went above and beyond on multiple occasions without even asking. Next time, we plan on reserving their beachfront villas for sure.

The resort is beautiful. There are dining choices for everyone. They even had chicken nuggets for my kids! You could tell that the food was freshly prepared each time and the flavors just delicious. Everyone was friendly. We never came across a face that wasn't ready to help and happy to greet. We stayed in one of the villas (2-bdr) with a private pool. The gardens around provide sufficient privacy from other villas and the grounds are just spacious and beautiful. The villa itself has ample space. The beds were comfortable and I like the fact the second bedroom had two twin beds, so our kids had their own sleeping space. In addition, the room was spacious. The villa had 2 bathrooms (one for each room) and a separate powder room. Outside was a shower area for washing off, when going in and out of the pool. The resort has a beach area, that too was great and so we could really relax and unwind. You can also order drink and food at the beach. They also provide a shuttle that takes you into Nha Trang town so you can visit if you like. You just have to reserve in advance. There is also shuttle service to the can ranh airport which is only 10 minutes away. We arrived over an hour late and after a full day of flying we were super pleased to see a representative from the resort still waiting for us outside; and then greeted with Kiwi juice when we got to the hotel! So all in all, I am very pleased and for sure would recommend to anyone needing some quiet resort time.

The staff at Duyen Ha Resort are very friendly from the moment you walk into the check-in. The young man who helped us spoke English relatively well, making the process much easier for me and my family. The property is well-kept and very nice. My family and I stayed at a 2-bedroom villa on the property with a private pool. The villa was very nice. The moment you walk into it you are greeted by a wonderful aroma of lemongrass, fresh fruit, and a plate of chocolates. The villa was very nice inside and featured a bathroom in each room, plus an extra half-bath. The air conditioners worked well in the seasonal heat that this part of Vietnam goes through. The pool was very clean and looked very maintained, too. Only one restaurant was open during our stay - the Beachfront restaurant. The food at the restaurant is pretty good, however the small menu gets boring very fast. I do like the selection made available with their deli plate, which features cappicola, chicken breast, and smoked salmon. Some cheeses would have made the plate perfect. The afternoon tea was a pleasant addition. We were expecting just tea, biscuits, and a few cakes, but they brought out this wonderful wooden display with tuna sandwhiches, rolls, five different cakes, tea, and coffee. It looked and tasted great. The country is still recovering from the pandemic, so their other restaurants were still closed due to the small number of visitors. Hopefully they will be open next time we visit.

The Two-bedroom Villa with private pool was everything we were hoping for. Just 2 nights stay wasn't enough 😞 We hope we will get a change to stay again in this Villa in August, since Villa won't be available from September. My recommendation is if you consider to book this place go with Two-bedroom Villa with private pool. It's fantastic, with big swimming pool, cinema and it have direct access to the beach.

I loved everything about this villa!! Will for sure go back on my next trip to Vietnam. Service was out of this world and me and my friend had the most amazing stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and the private pool and beach was just amazing! Everyone was very nice to us and we really enjoyed our time! Breakfast was amazing! Best we have had so far in Vietnam and we could pick whatever wr wanted. There is a menu for lunch, dinner and drinks to order from in the villa which was super good also.

The staff was wonderful especially Ms. Sang. It wouldn't have been such a wonderful holiday without Ms. Sang. She arranged everything we needed. We are grateful to her!! It is special to have a truly private pool in the room. It's a little too deep, though. Breakfast was also served with three choices per person from the menu, and a generous assortment of fruits. We couldn't eat very much, so we chose two different kinds of food from the next day. Fruit juice served in the afternoon. Almost no people around, you can spend your time in private and quiet. There is no TV or radio, so you can rest in a space with no artificial sounds, just sound of the waves and wind.

There are many modern pool villas along VNese beach but this stunning beautiful place is different. The design makes it more friendly with beach scenery and staying at this place is more relaxed. As an Asian family, food is not variety, more western style, but still good and look healthy. We bought fresh seafood at a nearby place and had an exciting BBQ pool party, with kindly support by the staffs. I bet everyone wish to wake up in this villa, open the front beach door, enjoying their morning with yoga, coffee or cuddling in a long comfortable sofa. Highly recommend for family or couple travelers

The place was amazing and the beach was really nice. They offer fresh fruits if you plan to stay in the swimming pool instead of going to the beach. The food at the restaurant was great - we love the freshness of the seafood combining with a taste of European cuisine which you will rarely find at other resorts here. I especially loved the clam congee - "Chao Hen" which was beyond amazing. Overall, the experience was fulfilling. I have been traveling to other areas in Vietnam and have seen clearer beaches. Although the beach was nice here, I wish it could've been clearer like ones up north such as Da Nang. My girlfriend loved it though since that was her first time to Phan Thiet.

I am the clean and neat person and this place passed my expectations. Every staff is kind. The butler cared about us well whenever we need anything. Its private beach is also beautiful and we even walk to there.

Cleanliness - the villa is clean, well-maintained and cleaned daily. Spacious - The rooms and common areas were spacious, airy and bright. Lets you feel relaxed and comfortable. Location - If you don't mind walking, you could actually walk over to the private beach and enjoy the beautiful beach that has no crowd, clean and is a sight to remember. Alternatively, you could just ask Thao to arrange for taxi for you and it would be promptly done! Pool - All day, everyday! We loved using the pool. The water temperature was just perfect for the hot weather in Da Nang. Kitchen - The kitchen is fully-equipped, clean and allowed us to prepare our meals daily in the villa. Rooms - The rooms are spacious, comfortable and 2 of them have a balcony for you to sun/ dry your things. If I had to find 1 fault in the villa, it would be that it didn't have blackout curtains in the rooms. Hence, by 7am, there would be light streaming into the rooms as the curtains were not blackout curtains but they were good enough to let us sleep in still. Playground -There is a playground near the security post. this villa is close to perfect! From the people managing and servicing it to the physical structure of the villa. Can't thank Thao and her team enough for the great work they are doing! From the time we reserved the villa, to check-in and check-out, everything was seamless and fuss-free.

We stayed at Ocean Villa for 2 nights as a 3 familes . It has been a great trip. Also, the hotel staff is very kind. We can arrange transportation to the airport, tours of Hoi An and Ba Na Hills. We encountered various troubles during our stay, but I was impressed by the kindness and smiles of the staff at all times. (When I told them I forgot sanitary products, they arranged things for me. They delivered to Hcmc my forgotten items, and were very kind to me in many ways.) In addition to the private pool and sea, the villa also has children's playground equipment and big pool attached to the restaurant, so you won't get bored even if you stay all day. Also great is the breakfast. If you ask, the chef will come to your room and arrange 5 or more dishes. All the dishes were very delicious.So we had a small child, it was nice to be able to eat slowly in the room. (It seems that you can also have a barbecue at night!)There.is 30 minutes to Hoi An and 30 minutes to Da Nang, this inn is perfect for those who want to go around various places. Everyone said that they would like to stay at this inn again. I would like you to experience such a wonderful trip once.

Fantastic, good value for money as it wasn't too expensive, for the space you get per village house well the money is worth it! We had the pleasure of meeting the general manger and forgot to tell him what a wonderful establishment he has. My kids and my wife all enjoyed their stay and want to visit again!!! I think there is and in-house designer who pays attention to details, from the small garden in our backyard to the lighting and plants surrounding the main pool .... We noticed it was all well trimmed, and color coordination was excellent. Service by friendly and young staff is what every hotel needs, I think we got the best service money can buy !! We recommend it to anyone who wants to relax at beachside, swimming pool , clean house with garden and pool, Ou small kids Enjoyed the pool a lot, my wife and I enjoyed Watching the sunset By the beachside!

Although the location is far from the airport or the city center, it is quieter and more pleasant! The pool is spacious and beautiful. When we visited at the end of July, it was very hot, and it was wonderful to have our breakfast at the villa, delicious, with a large variety of dishes, and the chef was friendly. I highly recommend booking with this breakfast package; it’s very reasonable. The downside is that, despite regular maintenance, it still looks a bit old, but I can understand as the resort has been operating for a long time. I will definitely return to enjoy the meals and room service. Thank you for your efforts in supporting our family, and see you again!

It was a very spacious and cozy villa, but a bit old, perfect for our family of 6. Each room had its own bath. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to bring some ingredients to cook and relax. The bedding linens were excellent. The hotel service was very good and far exceeded my expectations ☺️👍 The staff were super friendly and assisted us with almost every request. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed it so much, we're still dreaming about this stay and would love to come back

Our villa with 2 bedrooms and private pool. Breakfast restaurant with delicious food, very good diverse menu. Everything is very clean, happy and friendly staff. Vacation with many beautiful memories, we took a lot of photos. There are lots of green trees everywhere

Excellent “home away from home” style resort with all amenities you would need. Kitchen, lounge room, dining room and 4 bedroom over split levels with a private pool will satisfy large groups or families alike. I will Ben back again.

Very beautiful property, right on the beach. Private pool was excellent and huge. It is expensive, but definitely worth it, at least for a couple of days.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly welcome when checking in and impeccable service from all staff during our stay. Good size modern spotless rooms with good bathroom and a view of the golf course. Free mini bar which was replenished daily was a bonus. A bit off the beaten track but really quite so just what we wanted. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Hoi An and Da Nang which makes up for the location. We ate at the restaurant twice and really enjoyed the food. The only negatives are no swimming pool and the breakfast is a set menu at the restaurant and not a buffet which is what we would have expected for the price. We booked one night and ended up staying for three so a sign we enjoyed the hotel!

We stayed six nights in the monty suite at montgomerie and loved our stay. The facilities are great, with lovely clean and spacious rooms, a nice pool and a well maintained golf course. But the highlight of the stay must certainly be the staff, who went out of their way to be helpful and were always very friendly. In particular, our caddies were excellent and made our golf experience that much more enjoyable. We are already planning our next trip back.

First class golf and accommodations. Excellent service all around. The staff are very warm friendly and professional. Our caddies were exceptional (Chin and Ngoc) and the hotel staff were welcoming and go beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. Will definitely be coming back.

Everythings were satisfactory~, room was spacious, clean, quiet, shower was strong, staffs were friendly. Only thing I can complain was the refrigerator was not cold enough. However, overall I was so happy staying there. I want to stay there next visit too~!

Delicious mango smoothies. Don't miss this place if you want peace and beauty at a terrific price.

EVen though the price for the hotel is on the higher side, it is very very reasonable for the location. In middle of the downtown, surrounded by the best hotels and buildings, walking distance from the river. This place is a steal for the location, the rooms arent super luxurious but very comfortable. The breakfast was sinful! Banana pan cake and their coffee are a must have. As for the staff, I dont know where to begin, they were super helpful, not sure what we would have done without them. We were planning to leave for Cat Tien the next morning, they not only arranged for a bus and a cab, they even got us a discount :) Next morning when we checkout, were were given 3 pieces of pare, one with instruction in Vietnamese for the taxi driver, one in Vietnamese for the bus driver, and one with instruction in English for us. They made the whole travel so smooth without us conversing with anyone. The hotel guys even spoke to the hotel staff from Cat tien to arrange for our pick up and they were informed of our bus details. The best service I have had in a while!

If you want to get away from the world and into your own cocoon, Mua Cave Eco Lodge might be the best and most scenic place to stay at. It's a 10-12 min ride from the Tac Coc central area, tucked away next to the Mua Cave and temple. After sunset it might take some courage to get onto your scooter and get to town as the road leading to the main road gets really dark as there are no street lights, so bear that in mind. Good thing though that there is a restaurant in the lodge that serves reasonably good food at a reasonable price, phew! Waking up in the morning to amazing views around is the best morning to ask for. Plus you could wake up early and hike up the mountain in the cool weather for amazing 360 degree views of Tam Coc and the surrounding towns. The rooms and washrooms were big, clean and really cozy. We felt really relaxed during our one night stay here :)

If you want a place to stay quiet & cosy in front of the rice field, Mua Cave is the best place for it. There's a few bungalow which are quite big. Especially for the small price we paid ! You need a motorbike to go in town (Tam Coc/Ninh Binh less than 15mn by driving slowly) but you are just beside Mua Cave. The staff at the entry and at the reception are amazing. Even for those who dont speak that much english, they offer you their limitless help. Hoang (aka the manager) is so nice and friendly. Always ready to advise you and translate your needs to the taxi or agency. They work hard yo keep us satisfied. We enjoyed our stay so much that we recommend you Mua Cave Ecolodge !

Fantastic location with Mua caves in our backyard. Thus we have access to the cave whenever we like with free admission (100K VND/person)! This hotel is also a quick bike ride away from trang an and tam coc. Manager of the hotel was nice giving us welcome tea upon arrival. He also let us stay an additional 8 hours in our room after checkout with just $15 US surcharge. The receptionist was helpful with booking train tickets when it was sold out online. She called the station and talked to them for 20 minutes to get us the soft sleepers we wanted and even picked up the tickets for us. The room was spacious with fantastic view! Shower was beside a large window overlooking the limestone mountains. Incredible !

It took us a while to settle in to this place, initially we were a bit shocked to feel like the only people there, the challenge of non English speaking staff and the run down state of much of the property. Then, we figured out how to use google translate, found the bus station with great local food next door and enjoyed being in the gardens and jungle for the rest of our stay. This place has so much potential. It clearly caters more to school groups, team building trips and local visitors. If you’re feeling adventurous though, spend at least three nights to properly explore all the activities and the entire property. This property won’t work for you if you need mobility aides or a pram. The pool is enormous The list of activities is massive. Do a sightseeing tour on day one to see everything briefly and then decide where you’d like to spend more time. We were given a mobile number of a person who spoke English and we texted basic things like what activities we’d like to do and when. Pack… Insect repellant, Longs sleeves and trousers Comfy walking shoes Suncream and hat Snacks Be prepared to see insects, reptiles and animals. Gorgeous flowers, fruits and plants. Breakfast buffet was fantastic when it was on. We ordered breakfast items (eggs and bacon) for dinner on our last night because we didn’t find the local vegetables and meat dishes to our taste.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom ocean front villa, which was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely large, clean, and well-appointed. The private pool and beach were also fabulous.

We had a beach front villa which was huge with its own plunge pool. The villas are set in maintained landscaped grounds so there is still privacy. Big family room and very comfortable beds. A buggy or short walk to the main hotel facilities. Daily breakfast was awesome as was the food at the Wok and Curry. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mint checked us in and out he was great. The managers were always visible making sure everything ran smoothly and standards maintained. We had Visa issues and Daniel helped us with that as well. The Vin bus made getting out and about easy and cabs were easy and cheap as well. Mini mart /village and other shops restaurants 5 minute cab away.

Oh my...I rated a 10, but to be honest if Booking had a category of "10 plus" I would have selected that. This place is off the charts amazing. Pool. Beach. Play areas for kids of all ages. Clean. Comfortable. Good value. Location. Staff is super friendly and polite. This facility tops all my expectations and life of travel to date. Simply can't say how amazing this property is. Will be dreaming to go back in the future. OMG, almost forgot to mention the best breakfast buffet ever (included).

Perfect place to go and just hang out on the beach. Not a lot to do on the island. My kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach and in the pool. Doris was very sweet and kind to my dad and made his day!

It was out a great way to have a holiday in Vietnam to enjoy the beaches , pool and theme park . Breakfast had so much option. A variety of restaurants if you don’t want to go too far. A complete resort experience.

Nice hotel would stay again if ever in Ho Tram , we had 6 rooms on 6th floor all were deluxe kings ,great view looking over pool and the ocean, 6 rooms for 12 + 2 kids great price of $750 including breakfast. Breakfast had a good selection for all tastes . Pool was big Olympic pool size , nice to walk out onto the private beach , Hampton Pier was about a 800m walk from hotel and nice walk after dinner , overall I would recommend this hotel .

The hotel prepared a very special decoration for my birthday, early checkin at 2:30pm. I truly appreciate it. The private beach is good, the pool is awesome! The other services are also super interesting ( kayak, bicycle…). One constructive feedback : the housekeeper forgot to clear the shampoo of previous guests.

Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance: The rooms was spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Restaurant food was very delicious. The pool was just the right temperature.

Lovely swimming pool and green ground. The beach is clean and full of little living things which my kid loves.

Breakfast buffet was good, bed and pillow were super comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the resort overall was in a good location and easily accessible to the beach which was great. Rom was very cool and comfortable and the private pool was fantastic. Late check out is great.

Our room was beautiful, we stayed in a 1 bedroom with private pool. Amazing view of the beach, private pool is always shaded with clean water. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The interior of the hotel was really nice. They did have a great children's play good for children upto the age of 7. The location is a 15 minute drive to sunset town & 20 minute drive to grand world. The main town is a 10 minute drive and all the local shops are a 5 minute walk. Most local shops only come alive after 5pm. The breakfast was great (open 6am-10am)

Great hotel with an amazing beach and swimming pools, the staff were very kind and the breakfast had plenty of variety. We were in the penthouse with the pool and the room was incredible with two floors and a great pool to refresh from the heat, the views were breathtaking. The hotel is located in a resort area but there are many restaurants closely and a small night market. Other places in the island were easily accessible by taxi. Free ride to the airport provided.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The Villa was big and beautiful, the pools and the beaches were very nice, the restaurant has a delicious food, and all the staff members were professional and friendly especially Duyen :)

Convenient location between Danang and Hoi An. Great 4 bedroom villa efficient layout and wonderful pool. The kids love having all the space.

It was a spacious room with beautiful pools and a short walk to the beach. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Our contacts Mia and Jenny were great in communicating with us and ensuring we were well looked after. We had a lovely relaxing time here.

Excellent service from Mia. She was absolutely helpful with everything we needed during the trip. The 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, pool was nice.

Staff are simply outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. Facilities in the resort are also outstanding. 2 amazing swimming pools, an absolutely sensational restaurant and a beautiful beach. Add in a fantastic spa and gym and you really do have it all. Half way between DaNang downtown and Hoi An, so a really perfect location. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Despite the upgrade to an enormous room, a pleasant pool area and lovely grounds, I don't see what makes this place worth the price. Dinner by the pool and breakfast were fine but nothing special. I never ate at the big restaurant by the entrance. Service is excellent and if I called the front desk an electric cart would pick me up to go to the beach or anywhere on the property. Some of the employees at reception speak excellent English.

Our family of 11 stayed for 1 week in the 6 bedroom villa and were all very impressed by the grounds and the facilities. The villa itself spanned 3 levels and was centered around a sitting area. The bedrooms were surprisingly large with comfortable bedding and each bedroom had its own private bath. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a great variety of tasty international dishes; the room service menu was really good; and the main Viet Star restaurant was an excellent experience each time we dined there. The food and restaurant manager was very attentive to us and even pre-took orders for the following night for fresh seafood we wanted to eat. The front office manager was also very courteous and informative and even the owner of the hotel often socialized with us! Feeding the zoo animals was a memorable experience, the spa services, and pool were wonderful, as was each day just enjoying the impeccably maintained grounds. The private beach, just a 5 minute shuttle away, was the most awe inspiring, untouched, naturally beautiful stretch of beach any of us had ever seen. ALL of the staff were so polite, helpful, attentive, and truly cared about making our experience memorable. The Viet Star is so much better than staying at a standard hotel...there really is no comparison. We'd highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in this area and will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Royal Villa, Room 138 . We enjoyed the infinity pool with magnificent views over the entire village, the sea and the island belonging to the resort owners. Staff was super friendly, helpful and could read the wishes of our lips. The entire resort is on a huge and beautifully maintained big area with wonderful gardening that is full of different butterfly types. I think I have counted alone over 25 beautiful different species. Einda the F&O Manager was more than perfect at her job and we loved her open heart and her attention to detail and our wishes. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

Es war ein ganz toller Resorturlaub mit sehr schöner Villa. Poolarea ist fantastisch mit Palmen eingerahmt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann man durchaus empfehlen. Restaurant einwandfrei und sehr gutem Abendessen. Frühstück wurde uns auf der Terrasse serviert. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Hotelstrand mit Golfcars kostenlos erreichbar. Gerne wieder. This huge, manicured resort is just outside of Tuy Hoa and has some of the most impressive rooms I've ever stayed in for the price I paid. I had been traveling Vietnam and staying in low cost hotels, but decided to try out this resort for a few nights, and I was blown away by what a little extra money would get me in Vietnam. The staff was extremely helpful when I had a problem (ran out of contact solution, and they bent over backwards to get some for me), the rooms were the most impressive I've ever stayed in (I opted for one of the deluxe suites) and they drove me down to the private beach my girlfriend and I had pretty much all to myself for the entire day.

The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. The resort will not allow you to bring in more than a small snack, with a large fine if you try - you have to sign off at check-in. The pools are cold. The main large pool has loud music and lots of kids. There is a pool on the side that was usually totally quiet and empty. Vinpearl Harbor was such a trip- like a mostly abandoned Disneyland crossed with a dead mall. Guests during my stay were not an outgoing bunch, and I think I was the only American on property! I think this resort would be best for a young family with children who wanted to have a budget vacation that feels high-end and to go to VinWonders.

Buffet was great. On 1 of the days the dinner buffet was held at the pool side with live band. Lobster was served. The pool is massive though it would be better if have more shades. Beach is super clean but lack shades as well. There is a warning sign on jelly fish but still many people swimming away. Gym is reasonably big. There are bicycles and a tennis court. The room bed and pillow are comfortably soft. With a smart tv, you can even watch netflix. Wifi is available almost everywhere in the resort compound. Buying the amusement park ticket from the reception cost 880,000 per person. English occasionally a problem.

Excellent place for your family vacation. The views of the mountains and oceans were amazing. The pool is massive. It's a great place for young kids since there were many shallow areas and a kid area as well. Resort activities included the usual pool games and water aerobics. The kids really enjoyed the evening movies on the beach as well. The food at the buffet restaurants Jasmine, a la carte were also very good. Our family really enjoyed our Vinpearl stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. We also enjoyed the bowling alley and Karaoke facility on site as well!

This is classed as a 5-star resort, but more realistically it rates more like a good 4-star. I has the gloss and facade, but the substance is lacking in a number of key areas. Staff were excellent, surroundings were great, pool was very pleasant and relaxing. Overall the food was very good, but one of our party was ill with stomach/gastro problems twice whilst at the resort, although the precise cause remains uncertain. Overall very good, but one questions whether it is truly "value for money", as it were. Staff were excellent, on the whole. Pools were great, child facilities were good. Food was great for quality and variety, as was our one and only experience with room service. Transport to and from the island was good fun, and mostly well handled.

As a family of three, we had a wonderful time at this resort. We travelled in early October and the weather was superb and the resort wasn’t busy at all. There were no waiting times. The staff at the resort are all very friendly and we appreciated the care and help they provided us with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. We booked a grand room with a balcony and ocean view. For the tiny extra amount the extra space and views were definitely worth it. We had an extra bed in our room for our 11 year old son and there was still plenty of room. The pool is huge and we almost had it to ourselves often! We would love to come and stay again!

The spacious , the private pool and the buggy to the hotel

We just returned from 5 nights with our family of 6 (couple, 7 year old twins and grandparents). We had 4BR villa with a private pool in the villa section of the resort. The property exceeded our expectations. It's actually huge, but because we were in the villa side (which is not on the main property), it felt very intimate, but we could take a free buggy to the main property (or walk 5 minutes, depending on where your villa is) and use the amenities there if we wanted to. The pros: - Huge property with so many pools. If you have a villa, you have a private pool and there are 2 other big communal pools in the villa property. If you're in the main property, there are at least 4 huge pools that are all connected, so you can find sections that are not crowded. - Breakfast selection was great; IMO too much food. The staff was quick to refill things. - There is a good gym on both properties. - Pools are clean, but there's no chlorine scent. - Staff were so nice. - Location - only a 10 minute drive from the airport. - There is a night market across the street with seafood, BBQ, fruit, smoothies. - The villa bedrooms were big and the beds were so comfortable. We honestly loved everything about our stay and plan to go back.

A very spacious and comfortable villa with a pool. We have enjoyed the other pools in the complex and also the generous breakfast buffet. All the staff were very nice and courteous.

The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices and selection of eggs was available and there is noodle station! Really enjoyed our 5 nights stays there! Will definitely recommend this villa to our family and friends!

Staff are very friendly, especially ms. Ha from the restaurant. The swimming pool nearby was great too!
