Really nice room with a private pool and a view of the pool and the sea behind. Super friendly staff, especially the person showing us how to have a proper Greek breakfast. Great breakfast with a lot of local choices. Lots of nice restaurants directly at the beach in foot walking distance.

The room with a private pool was excellent. We enjoyed excellent service and facilities: restaurants, breakfast, pools, and a dedicated area on the beach for hotel guests. Highly recommended place to stay.

The private pool rooms are nice but a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. I was woken up a number of times due to loud cars/mopeds going by along the beach road and I was there off-season. The outdoor pools look like they would be nice in the summer.

Very enjoyable, close to the beach and they gave us a free upgrade with a private pool. It was wonderful and breakfast had a large selection. It also had ample parking on site so we didn’t worry about the car. I would definitely recommend.

Five Star rating for a family owned and run hotel. Amazing staff and service. Food was excellent. Pool area and beach was ideal. Room was very comfortable with large terrace. Five minutes from the heart of Kalamata. We will definitely be back next year, along with our kids and grandchildren. Fabulous Rooms on the first with private pool and plenty of play area around it, perfect for families!

The suite with private pool was nice and the wifi excellent. But a bit dark if terrace orientated to the east, no afternoon sun. Remote area so you will need a car. Good breakfast but there should be a choice of self serve drinks. you have to wait for a waiter, hoping she/he comes to order a coffee or water.

We are not sure why this is. 3 star hotel. Our room and the restaurant were definitely 4-5 stars. They had a modern and high quality design. Service was excellent, the food was delicious and the private pool was fantastic.

The owner of the property Mary and her family are wonderful people. Mary went above and beyond helping me and my husband with a problem. If I every go back to Greece I would definitely stay her again. Breakfast was wonderful every day. We stayed three days. Thank you again Mary for all you help.

Our studio was spacious and clean. The grounds were immaculate. The breakfast was really good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view from our huge terrace. It was close enough to the town that you could walk. Dinner on the patio was really good.

The hotel is very nice with amazing sunsets and views over the Messinian Gulf. There is a nice restaurant next to the pool area (there are two clean, well-maintained pools). Breakfast was good. We also ordered a light lunch by the pool but found the service quite slow as we waited over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Note that service at breakfast was very good. The rooms are comfortable and all the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the Kalamata area.

Stunning hotel set into the side of the mountain with an expansive view of the sea. Spotlessly clean, modern yet very comfortable and welcoming, The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Two beautiful pools overlooking the sea and outfitted with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet here was varied and delicious. Don’t miss watching the sunset and sipping a cocktail (delicious pina colada) at the nearby castle themed restaurant/bar. We were so relaxed at this hotel and I hope.we have that we are fortunate enough to stay there again sometime.

The villa was stunning in every way. The view was amazing. Fantastic welcome pack - everything was thought of throughout the villa. A lovely taverna next door and a fantastic restaurant less than 20 minutes walk, along with a mini supermarket about 10 minutes walk. You can walk to the beach but a car would be good for that and to explore the surrounding area and villages. A great beach with watersports, beach bars etc. Very friendly people wherever we went. We were met on arrival and handed the keys with a show around of the villa and the friendly and helpful owner (who spoke excellent English) assisted us with taxi booking during our stay. We took a trip in to Kalamata old town, which was great. Nothing was too much trouble and the villa has everything you could need. The outside area is fantastic - pool, dining table, sun loungers and lovely garden with herbs and flowers. We would definitely return and didn't want to leave!

Stunning villa! Built with an ecological concept, Panos, the owner of the house, a warm and charming man, welcomed us with a refrigerator full of goodies, helped and was available for any request. The best villa we've stayed in to date, it has all the necessary equipment from the kitchen to the bedrooms and the laundry service room. A pool with a gorgeous view, especially at sunset. We fell in love!

The house was perfect. We stayed in August, 2 families, together 8 people. Centrally located ,10 minutes drive from Kalamat and the nearby beaches, The house is big with all needed facilities including a big pool, B B Q and perfectly equipped kitchen. The owner was very helpful and friendly and gave us information about restaurants,beaches and places to go. We will definitely come back

It was amazing. It was everything we had been looking for in a villa for a family vacation. The rooms were very clean, as were the pool and toilet, which was really important to us.

Panos, our host, provided many items that got us through our first breakfast and then some! This was so unexpected but very appreciated. There is a small market with in walking distance for juice, fruit, milk, eggs, Greek sausages, etc. With in a very short drive to Kalamata you will find supermarkets with all you need as well as a farmers market on Wed and Sat mornings. Villa Dafni was exactly like the pictures and spotlessly clean. Fantastic place for multigenerational vacation. The lower floor is autonomous so our newly weds loved that. Our older traveler appreciated the main floor bed and bath. The top floor has two balconies- don’t miss the stars over the Mediterranean! We are looking forward to our next stay at Villa Dafni already. Thank you to our host, Panos!

Katie, our lovely host. accessible. caring and English fluent and most charming person. design of interior and overall villa, pool and garden. kitchen totally equipped with top accessories, all rooms with comfy beds, roomy showers and window views. swimming pool clean and clear, sun beds and all great atmosphere with adjacent fruit garden including figs, vines, olives and more. 5 min drive from the nearest village with amazing coastline lined up with many small and picturesque beaches. good restaurants all around, supermarket nearby, quit and friendly atmosphere and the best views of green mountains and blue seas.

This property is incredible. The view is spectacular and the sunsets are stunning. The pool was beautiful and welcome after a day at the beach or sightseeing. The host was so lovely and happy to help in any way. We were a family of 7 staying including young adults and a 2 year old and it worked so well for our needs. En-suite for every room and travel cot, high chair etc all clean and available on arrival. That area is fabulous. Beautiful beaches and villages with some great tavernas and restaurants as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

The villa was beautiful. The pictures look great but villa is better in person. It really is only a few minutes down the hill by car to super market and Stoupa beaches and restaurants, but the local village is a short walk with mini market and 3 tavernas (a must visit). Katie the host is amazing and extremely responsive.

Modern design, has everything you may need with an amazing view. I am sure if it was warmer, relaxing in the private pool at night would have been perfect. Check in and out were a breeze.

The villa was stunning; modern, fully equipped, comfortable and clean, with a private pool overlooking green hills and the sea! Definitely a dreamy place for relaxing vacation, with convenience stores, restaurants and the beach at a 10-minute drive distance. The host, Vangelis, was super helpful and nice, we had requested a crib for the baby and he brought us a high chair, as well - very thoughtful! Can't wait to go back as soon as possible and can't recommend it enough!

Evan met us a few minutes after our arrival with the key and a clear explanation of the facilities. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place, we decided to forego our planned walk through the town and just spend the day at the lovely studio with our inviting private pool. There was breakfast in the fridge so we called it dinner. The lighting in the studio matches the beauty of the place. Windows everywhere with remote shutters for a cozy sleep. View of the landscape and sea in the distance. Even was there for every request by using booking.com message. It is located about 30 minutes between Kalamata and Kardamyli so the remoteness is also a plus. Suggestion - book the Sea Kayaking trip in Kardamyli for a stupendous day of water adventure for any skill level, pick up some barbecue fixings at the Supermarket and have your own feast on the electric bbq on the lanai. Evan wished us farewell with a goodie bag of his fresh grown tomatoes, figs and small bottle of olive oil. We hated to leave. Bravo!

Fantastic for many reasons! The villa is spectacular, modern design, new and surrounded by olive trees with a panoramic view of the bay looking over the private pool. The golden sand beaches close by are well organized and the sea is refreshing. Most of all Eleni will welcome you and make you feel at home. You might not want to leave!

Property was fairly new and well constructed. Full kitchen and very nice pool/deck with rooftop patio to toast the amazing sunsets. Great location to explore beaches and beach side towns/villages (Stoupa). We enjoyed some great meals in local restaurants and also cooked dinner and ate on the deck. Also visited some amazing beaches in the area (Foneas in particular was unique and memorable). Host was a great communicator and very understanding of our family’s needs/situation. The property we booked was great for couples but not the best for our family (the kitchen and two bedrooms were all separate buildings with individual entrances and access. We made it work for two nights and then our host graciously arranged for us to switch to the neighboring unit/villa which was all in one building, also with a great pool and deck (the house-keeper was also lovely, understanding and very helpful!).

The location is very good not only for staying in Stoupa, but as a base for exploring the mountains. It is close to supermarkets, beaches and restaurants, all within walking distance. We dined at several of the local restaurants, the food was excellent The accommodation is clean and modern, (we were in villa 2) the majority of kitchen essentials are there. Although we didn't need it, there is no microwave. The pool is great and very nice after a day in the sun. The upper terrace with sea view is fantastic Ample parking Ioannis was very helpful with the initial booking as we had some issues, and on arrival to make sure everything was ok.

The villas are amazing! Brand new, modern and fully equipped are highly recommended for group of friends that like to spend time together but also have their privacy as each room has each own bathroom. Hosts were very kind and helpful and assisted us with any request we had! Totally recommend and will book again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property overlooking the Messenian Bay. The villas were exceptional, well kept, clean and equipped with lots of amenities. The manager and staff were all extremely nice and accomodating, they went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. Pool areas, restaurant, breakfast and bar service were fantastic too. We'd love to go back and spend more time in the future.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The view is truly amazing and the staff are extremely helpful. Crystof, in particular, is one of a kind - he is incredibly helpful and gives great recommendations for day trips. He was so pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic and the chef was very accommodating to our requests. It was a great vacation!

We stayed in Villa Thalia, the place is exceptionally designed & maintained. Patricia the host did her best to take care of all our needs, left all necessary supply for kitchen and laundry so you don't have to bring/buy those. Views of the bay, Kalamata and the surrounding mountains are amazing. Pool was quite cold at the end of September as one can expect but we swam anyway.

Incredible view and beautiful villas. The villa had a minimalist design and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, with new appliances. The villa includes a small private swimming pool with a very nice patio. The view is unobstructed from all windows and rooms and it is stunning all times of day.

Beautiful villa on the top of the mountains just above Kalamata. Beautiful view. We were traveling with teenagers and young adults, The villa was specious enough for some privacy and yet great to hang out together. There is an attention to details that makes the whole experience different and upscale. Patricia the host is super nice and helpful with recommendations or anything we needed . We really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely come back!!

Such a perfect stay! The house was spacious, clean and equipped with anything we might have needed. The outside area was simply breathtaking: a very big pool and two different seating areas were it was possible to sit and enjoy the calmness of nature looking at the sea. I worked during 3 of the 7 days we spent at the property and the internet connection was really good.

Our host met us at the Villa; showed us around and provided us with the details that we would need. He was excellent and was to the point... I think he knew we were keen to get into the pool! Villa itself is exceptional; views from the balcony are to die for! I can't fault the anything in the villa.

I had a great stay at Dream Zen’s place! The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, close to the city of Kalamata, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The host was very welcoming, quick to respond to questions I had and made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable and discreet. Location was very practical for us, as it was right next to the venue of an event we attended. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The villa was perfect for my family of 5. It had two bedrooms and a pull out couch. It was very clean and new! The private pool was amazing since the beaches were packed and it was very difficult to find umbrellas and chairs so we decided to hang out at the pool. It was very peaceful and quiet! Just what we needed. The villa was very close. It was about 4 minute drive to Stoupa beach and 5 minute drive to Kalogria beach. It was far enough to be away from the large crowds.

Exceptionally well positioned villa between mountains and the sea. Wonderful 360 degree views all around you. Pool was excellent and perfect to cool off in during the hot days. Villa itself is well kitted out. The kitchen has all the facilities you need, including sharp knives, which are just never in rentals usually. Very clear to stoupa or other local village via car. These are great for evening eating. Some of the beaches nearby are fabulous. The hosts are brilliant, clearing rubbish everyday and changing towels for the pool and bathrooms like stealthy ninjas. The wine and local olives on arrival were also much appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful spot between the mountains and the sea with stunning views in every direction. The villa was spotless and very well laid out for our needs with all the key facilities, and a huge amount of space. There was also a lot of outdoor space and the pool was lovely and a good size. Sophia couldn't do enough for us, and as an ex-nurse she was great when my wife was ill. Ilias was great too and his impecable English really helped.

It truly is an incredible accomodation and location. Plus Ms Sofia is absolutely adorable and helpful. Lots of little touches (that marmalade....), quiet, comfortable, THAT VIEW, the swimming pool, no traffic around, restaurants close by, and Nick always available and helpful. I recommend highly. So happy we booked this instead of a traditional hotel or a horrible resort. Hopefully we'll go back.

We loved everything. The most comfy bed, huge shower, beautiful swimming pool, lots of outside space and stunning views to the sea and mountains. Sofia and her team were so kind and accommodating. The villa had everything we needed including a nespresso machine for those iced frappes. The sunset is stunning from the villa. We cannot wait to come back.

A little gem in Kardamyli, 50 metes from the beach and quite few restaurants. The property have a beautiful garden with olive trees and a swimming pool . The staff Aida and Litsa were extremely helpful and keeping the property very clean and well equipped.
