This exceptional Villa is truly a little piece of Heaven on Earth. Tranquil, the grounds are so spacious, beautifully landscaped, just magnificent. The pool was the largest we had ever stayed in. There were 7 adults and two young children, yet there was tons of space in the pool. We enjoyed the separation of the shallow and deep end. That is a really nice touch in the pool. The Villa has so much space, lovely furnishings, very comfortable beds and extra fold up beds, and a cot if needed. The bathrooms were suitable for everyone, and the separate downstairs toilet was a bonus. The children and adults loved the football table. There were many laughs whilst playing together. Having the animals on the land was just spectacular. We fed them every morning and evening, giving them all names. The children loved to collect the eggs from the chickens each day. The cats were so very friendly, my grandchildren adored them. We were very sad to leave. James, the host was very helpful, advising us when there were fiestas in the villages. Giving us advice on local resteraunts and places to go. The experience of his out of this world Villa, was the best we have ever had.

The property was beautiful. It was in the country side close to a store but away from traffic. The pool was so warm and large for 6 of us. It was so nice to walk around and visit with the animals that were on site. The inside had 5 beautiful rooms with four washrooms. Kitchen was large as well as all common areas. AC was in every room and worked great.

The property is immersed in nature and provides a peaceful refuge. The kitchen and bedrooms are all beautifully and comfortably furnished. The bath overlooking the lush countryside is as perfect as seen on photo. Our daughter loved her time with the friendly and curious animals and swimming in the large pool. It was heaven for on earth for all of us.

On our second day, we got back from our hike around 230pm, and hadn't eaten lunch. As the restaurants/stores were closed for the afternoon, we were worried about lasting until dinner. Tanja most graciously made us hearty and delicious sandwiches with crusty bread, cheese and salad. Thank you Tanja and Vince!! Every morning we looked forward to the full and fresh breakfast spread that included everything you could think of, personalized to suit your wishes. Eggs done any way, smoothies, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, various fresh breads and pastries, cheeses and spreads... decadent!! Tanja and Vince greeted us every morning with welcoming smiles, the perfect start to every day. The ensuite room was large, clean, and airy, with everything we needed for a wonderful few days of rest and relaxation. The pool and lounge areas gave guests plenty of spaces to find a quiet corner to read or chat, and an art gallery in the front showcased interesting pieces, including Tanja's work. Thank you Tanja and Vince, for the perfect stay and your warm hospitality! Your property is an oasis for travelers' in search of a peaceful, relaxing and warm getaway.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Dar Ta Zeppi .The owners were exceptionally hospitable and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had wonderful breakfasts and Tanja even bought me special diary free milk and cheese to cater for my diary free diet. I especially enjoyed Vince’s home made cake in the afternoon as a treat. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The place has a nice vibe and it felt very homely . The bus stop is right outside the door as we did not have a car and the village square is delightful with some nice eateries and a little supermarket around the corner.

We loved every minute of our stay at Dar ta Zeppi. The owners Tania and Vince were so hospitable. We felt like we were taken care of by family. The house is very clean, and the pool and garden are very beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits, yoghurts freshly baked cakes and bread.

Everything was wonderful. Tanja and Vincent did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. From the wonderful spread for breakfast, great conversation, great recommendations and a lovely pool to swim in. If it wasn’t so far from Australia I would be booking in for next year. Thank you.

Tanja and Vince are lovely hosts and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious and well equipped, the breakfast was amazing and offered a variety of options and most importantly our 10 month old enjoyed the pool.

A perfect getaway at Ta’ Lucija! Our stay at Ta’ Lucija was absolutely fantastic! The farmhouse is stunning, offering the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Every room is spacious and has its own private bathroom, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The large open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing together, with plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The outdoor area is just as impressive, with beautiful surroundings and a serene atmosphere that made it hard to leave. A special mention goes to Andy, the host, who was truly exceptional! Fantastic retreat, we spent a full week, everything is in perfect condition and the host was always available for assistance. Two bedrooms have a stunning view of the citadel while another one has a view toward the Santa lucija chapel. Flawless.

The farmhouse was very well taken care of and the owner was very nice and understanding, considering we were a group of 18yr olds. Had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute of our stay! Awguri!

The hosts were incredible, our flight in was delayed and they stayed longer to ensure we got a full tour of the property and provided us with plenty of recommendations for the area. The villa itself was stunning with a wide variety of rooms, loads of entertainment options and a beautiful private pool with a BBQ and pool side tiki bar with an amazing Bluetooth speaker. It is one of the most picturesque villas I have ever stayed in.

The villa is fabulous and the hosts are very attentive, met us on arrival and although we were a few hours early they were happy to let us in and show us around. The facilities are incredible, the pool, games room and accommodation are all wonderful. We had a great stay and would gladly stay again. The only slight issue we found was that the villa isn't really set out for people with young children. There are lots of (lovely) glass ornaments and vases around and the pool area doesn't have a gate so it meant we had to have eyes in the back of our head to keep our toddler away from all the temptation. Other than that the villa is exceptional and for adults it would be an amazing place to relax just be mindful if you have young kids there is an awful lot of stuff within reach that could be an issue.

Everything was just perfect. This is definitely a hidden gem and worth every penny. All of us were surprised and impressed by the villa, especially in terms of size and location. If you look at the pictures here on booking.com and already feel like it's a nice house, wait until you are there! It's just outstanding and I would always return to this place immediately. Even though we came to Malta to visit the island, we hardly wanted to leave the house and pool area, as it was so beautiful and quiet as well.

Amazing stay, everyone in the group of 8 said it was �� Will remember it for long time. Perfect hosts, their attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel right at home from the very beginning. The villa was extremely spacious and was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms had great storage and the outdoor space was spectacular. Lots of different seating areas with and without shade. The property was fabulous. Facilities, decor and cleanliness were first class. Its in an excellent location - quiet but perfectly situated with restaurants, shops and transport links nearby. We ordered groceries online from Wellbea, and also used Wolt for food deliveries when we couldn't drag ourselves away from the terrace and plunge pool. We highly recommend Northlodge, and look forward to staying here again

What a wonderful stay—truly beyond our expectations! This place is a true gem in the heart of a vibrant and exciting neighborhood. Access to the property was straightforward, and the entire space was incredible! My partner and I experienced the best sleep ever, and every detail in the apartment was top-notch! I can't recommend it highly enough, from the charming kitchenette to the beautiful balcony, fantastic bed, and shower! We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Kainaat, who was delightful and guided us to an amazing city perfect for those seeking a medieval atmosphere (M'dina). Alexia was exceptionally communicative and provided outstanding customer service! We will definitely return soon. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

It's a great place for long and long stays; few minuted walk from the sunset watch point and restaurants, bars, cafes etc. It has a lift, security door, AC, comfy beds, great coffee machine and kitchen equipment; every day cleaning was done properly. It has 3 rooms; one with balcony. Very clean and fresh property; you can feel the smell once entered. Definitely recommend to families and couples; very quiet place and easy to reach. Street park is 99% possible and available.

One of the best stays we have had so far. Beautiful and well-kept bedroom with a nice bathroom. The kitchen is big enough for cooking and eating. You feel like you're at home. The staff is very, very nice and cares about the guests. Thank you very much. That was a great experience and we'll be back.

The farmhouse was clean and spacious and with so much character we thought we were staying in a castle. We used this as a base to explore Gozo by car , everything was easy to reach and navigating the local roads was simple once we got used to it. The pool was a great place to chill out after sightseeing and we often spent many hours just relaxing listing to the hum of the Cicada's . The BBQ was also a great addition to our stay . Paul our host was very helpful accommodating an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated. The whole family loved our stay here and we would hope to return again .One of the highlights was being able to spot a Chameleon that wandered into the patio area ,and also watching a spectacular thunderstorm from the upstairs balcony at night with a glass of fine local wine. The air-conditioning worked a treat and allowed us to rest at night as well after the hot days around Gozo . The local restaurants are only a few hundred yards up the road too serving excellent food making this the perfect location for us .

Great Villa for a family holiday with pre-teens/teenagers . We found the Villa to be very comfortable with fantastic views . The indoor wellness area was the selling point for us for this particular holiday .The kitchen was well equipped cutlery,crockery and glasses plentiful. The air conditioning worked in every room . The bathrooms were clean and functional.But, above all else the best thing about this property are the hosts : Victoria and Pierre . The care , attention and courtesy given by Victoria was simply outstanding.

The farmhouse, breath taking views from the roof, the heated indoor pool that was truly better than 5 star hotels and location is very quiet yet a shop was only a corner away. Our first time Gozo Farmhouse experience and it couldn't have been better. The sparkling cleanliness of the farmhouse instantly hits you and every part of it is so relaxing and enjoyable.

The indoor heated pool underneath this farmhouse is amazing and very romantic especially for couples The central yard with BBQ facilities is very spacious and nice. All bedrooms with toilets Smart TV having all you need including Netflix. Friendly & Kind Owner with very good communication. Thumbs up and keep up the good work !!

We loved staying here - the host is warm and friendly and the villa is charming and peaceful in a great location for exploring Victoria. The pool is a particular highlight!

A perfect base for exploring Gozo! The location is absolutely spot-on — with a bus stop, a little grocery store, a greengrocer, and a bakery just steps from the front door. This charming 200-year-old house sits partly on a one-way street that’s relatively quiet (at least by Victoria's standards), but once you step inside, you’ll find yourself in a tranquil haven where the only sounds are purring cats, crowing roosters, bleating goats, and birdsong. The host is incredibly helpful, makes a fantastic morning coffee, and shares great tips on what to see and do around the island. Thank you so much — highly recommended!

Big enough for three families, comfortable, great pool

It's a nice building. It's clean and (mostly) well maintained. The staff were helpful enough. They helped me find the adaptor that I needed by using one from another device in the building. The pool is very well looked after and the view is nice. There is ample balcony space. It was very clean and tidy. It's walking distance from the town square.

It was vey well organized, clean, spacious, with a perfect view. The location was nice and had a good access to public buses.( Buses are not frequent, but if you check the timetable and commute based on that, you’ll be fine) It’s located in a part of island which you will see local life as well.

Quiet neighbour and walking distance to centre. Transport comes near the premises too.

The private pool, underground private parking, ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms. Plenty of space for our family. Loved the pool and terrace areas. We would definitely come back and the accommodation was worth what we paid. The hosts were very accommodating as we had a very late flight, which was delayed, however everything was ready for us when we arrived. The food platters are excellent!

The property is lovely and very well situated, 10 minute drive from rabat. The property itself comes with a garage for easy parking which interlinks to the terrace where the pool and BBQ area are situated. On the same floor there is the Living/Kitchen/dining. And the bedrooms are upstairs. We will definitely return. The only minor issue that for summer time the pool is abit small .

We enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. Lovely views from the balconies. Big enough pool for our children but we had the four bedroom villa. Very spacious property.

Excellent accommodation - lovely house, well renovated, all that is needed is present. Lovely pool- although it was still too cool to use it - nice veranda next to it to sit in the sun. Lovely jacuzzi - took a while though to get it warm - switch on at least 3 hours before you want to use it including bubbles for the last hour as otherwise gets immediately cold again. Kitchen has all utensils needed but no coffee maker - we brought a caffetiere (never travel without as I really need my coffee....). Super easy to communicate with Simona - she gets back really quickly and is very helpful. Easy to collect keys. Nice bathrooms, good bedrooms! Clean! Lovely location with a bus stop around the corner.

Beautiful farmhouse with an own private swimming pool and a patio with barbecue and outside seating. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfectly clean. Fan in each room, AC in each room, jacuzzi in the living room and a private garage to keep your car safely hidden from the sun.

Very comfortable beds in pretty, good size rooms with modern bathrooms. The kitchen/living/dining area was particularly well laid out with two sets of double doors to the deck and outside dining. A very nice and well stocked kitchen area. We were very lucky and had no neighbours on either side for the entire week! It was a short and pretty walk to the church square with bar/restaurants and a bakery. Only a 10/15 minute walk to the breathtaking views along the cliffs and the paths to Xlendi and Mgarr.

Just got back from a week long stay in Ta peppi. Very spacious property and was perfect for our trip. The pool was nice , clean and very deep. Plenty of space outside with the table and loungers. Lovely view over to the old citadel which is lit up at night and a short drive to victoria.

Spacious and well equipped facilities perfect for our family get together wonderful location in a lovely village with great views.

Farmhouse is very clean and tidy. each bedroom has a private bathroom, amazing view beds very large and comfortable!!!

The accommodation was lovely and spacious. It also had fabulous views across the island.

Dream villa! We had the best time here celebrating our marriage with our friend group. Property is located in one of the best / secluded / quiet neighborhoods in Malta. It was so peaceful and the view from the villa is breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and the barbecue, the host was gracious to accept our small gathering with friends to celebrate our wedding party. We were able to find everything we were looking for, there were enough plates / glasses / kitchen utensils and amenities were in good use. Thank you for the best time of our lives!

The villa pool was lovely, with a great kitchen, plenty of space to move around. There is a lovely little beach at the bottom of the road and if you don't mind a walk you can get to a shop/supermarket in 15 minutes. There wasn't a hair dryer or iron upon a rival, I contacted the operator after a couple of days and they had a new iron delivered same day! Which was fab.

Location is excellent - the house is beautiful, the pool is large and deep enough, the bedrooms were comfortable. Very clean. The host was very helpful.

This villa was huge with so much space and room for everything. It was in a lovely quiet area but not too far from anything The owners of the villa were so helpful and consistentally replied to all our queries. It was a very clean and well equipped space

The house overlooks a beautiful area of the Xaghra countryside. It is on the ground floor and easily accessible via a ramp and a wide gate. Inside the rooms are large, organised and welcoming. The pool area is great and can be reached via a flight of stairs. The host took care to leave handwash liquid and toilet paper in the bathrooms, as well as dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. The place was clean, and was supplied with fresh bed linen and new, good quality towels. Wifi was available in the kitchen, dining area, as well as the nearest bedrooms. Overall, it was good value for money.

We loved everything this place is the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing time. Location is perfect a walk and for peace and quiet. Hidden Gem as frequent visitors of Gozo this is a true perfect escape. We really didnt want our stay to end. 10/10

The buffet breakfasts were delicious and abundant -and the best value for money, tottally worth it! I also enjoyed the pool in the evenings - great way to cool down after a hot day. The location was very close to the city centre but in quiet neighborhood, so the sleep was not disturbed. Julia is always there for you, whatever you need, whether its a bike or a piece of advice on sightseeing. The house is run in environmentally-friendly way. Loved my stay. Thank you Julia!

Fabulous accomodation, excellent location just a few minutes walk from the centre of Victoria. Clean, large room that had everything we needed, wardrobe, kettle, fridge etc. Self check in was very smooth and easy. All instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The pool area was lovely and plenty of amenities if required, honesty box for snacks and drinks etc. Victoria is the best town to base yourself while on Gozo as you can get a bus to anywhere on the island!

Ideal location, good sized room, comfortable bed, beautiful pool, nice rooftop terrace and very friendly and helpful host. Wifi in the room is good. Shower is not large but water pressure is very good just as the temperature. Room has a fridge and kettle with coffee and tea. Plates and cutlery are also provided. Good value for money. Would definately recommend.

The hosts were so helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. The location is perfect within walking distance to the centre, the pool was so nice, we used it every evening! The room was a good size and the air conditioning was really effective.

For breakfast there is continental available and then you can choose from a hot Menu as well which was nice, poolside snacks and lunch are available throughout the day, for dinner you can pre-book a table and everything is ready when you arrive. The rooms are clean and spacious, we were in a corner suite so had a balcony that also overlooked the pool. We had a rain shower which was walk-in and just what was needed after a day by the pool. Overall I would be happy to return in a heartbeat, we had a wonderful time!

Wonderfull, everything you need and more. Best thing is cleanliness, i felt bad walking around in my shoes. Shower, toilet, pool, jacuzzi, lounge, garden, All is super clean. Give a raise to the cleaners please. We stayed 1 night and it was really amazing, beautifully large room with a hairdryer, huge shower,balcony with garden/pool/landscape view, automatic curtains, amazing AC, 2 fridges, tv, clothing iron as well as coffee and tea ofcourse. The best part for us where the little hygene/sanitary/body/sewing kits, with all the extra's like a shower cap you need. Now I have a needle to sow my loose stitching from the walking back together☆ The bed was really comfortable and it was super quiet and dark with the thick curtains. The surroundings, lounge and garden, are stunning aswell, beautiful butterflies you see nowhere else in malta/gozo are snuck with the flowers and both the 1.5m deep pool and 2 jacuzzi's are more than comfortable. The location is difficult to reach with public transport, but who uses this anyway. Get a taxi or enjoy the walk. The offered breakfast was extremely expensive at €30 each, the same price as my room (€63). I got a sandwich for €3.50 in the morning instead and was plenty. satisfied.

The Team was extremely kind and attentive from the first day until we left. The style and decoration are modern and welcoming. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay: - Beds are very very very comfortable. - Outdoor pool and Jacuzzi after a long day are great. - The prices for aperitif/coffee or breakfast a la carte are affordable and cheaper than in other locals: you can have a small breakfast on the terrace the morning, leave for some day excursion and get an appetitive platter on the evening next to the pool. The hotel is closed to many attractions (less than 15-20min ride). Also parking is easy around the hotel, even though they have a private parking.

I recently stayed at the Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel in Xaghra, and it was an exceptional experience. The scenery surrounding the hotel is truly splendid, set in a tranquil location in Xaghra, ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. Each morning, I enjoyed an abundant and delicious breakfast, which was a delightful way to start the day. Overall, my time at Santa Lucia Boutique Hotel was fantastic, and I'm really looking forward to visiting again.

We absolutely loved it here. The receptionist was so helpful when we arrived early. Suggested a nice walk and arranged for our room to be ready early. We had a delicious lunch in the dining area. Our room was fabulous with a terrace and view over the countryside. The room had all those extra little touches that you don't seem to get since Covid.. Tea and coffee facilities. Fridge ,iron and ironing board, even some weighing scales. Breakfast was also great. It's not a buffet but a plate of meats and cheese served at the table, followed by a menu that should suit most people . Even full English breakfast. Nice swimming pool at the back in the enclosed garden. Highly recommend.

Where to start. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I arrived early and they arranged for my room to be cleaned sooner, even calling me when it was ready. The room was spacious, clean and the bed ever so comfortable. The bathroom was also big with a lovely shower. The balcony was a decent size, although I didn't spend much time on it as it overlooked a side road. The initial stock of the mini-fridge was included in the price, which was a welcomed surprise. The swimming pool area was amazing. I never had a problem getting a sun lounger, and although shade could be a premium, even then I was okay. It was usually busy but never felt crowded. The infinite pool was lovely and had a walk up bar. It is not deep (about 1.3m) nor is it not-heated, which was perfect for me but possibly not the best swimming pool for families with children. The food served at the pool side bar was decent and the area doubled up as a roof-top bar at night from 8pm with live music a few days a week. The inside bar had a pool table and table-football as well as number of TVs showing sport.

The entire hotel is very clean. The room we got was very comfortable and big - we didn't expect to be that big compared with other 4-star hotels where we previously had reservations. The indoor pool very clean, and water was unexpectedly warm. I felt so good and relaxed after spending about an hour in the pool. The outdoor pool is also very clean and bigger than the indoor one. Unfortunately, the weather was not warm enough to use the outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and polite, we even got a taxi reserved (not free) to arrive at the hotel from the airport; this way we were helped to avoid any stress in finding/booking a cab on our own. The breakfast was very diverse, a lot of food, fruits, deserts, different types of juice, and ...COFFEE 😁 ! We checked in quite late because of the delayed flight, but it was no issue with that. Thanks to their 24-hour reception services, you can check in at any time.

I had a really nice and big room with a Shower accessible for wheelchairs, which was amazing as I am a really big guy and need a lot of space. This shower amd bathroom was amazing. The Room was soo big I had 2 balconies and a double bed. They also offer you one time the drinks in the fridge. And you have nice choices from red wine to beer and soft drinks. Also very close to the elevator amd so I could go easily to reception or swimming pool. The swimming pool with the bar on the rooftop is amazing. Also the bar has Poolbillard amd Babyfoot. Prices are ok.

The hotel was lovely, anything you asked about was done really quickly, ie change of pillows, requesting an iron and ironing board, breakfast was really good Depak was particularly good, the only fault with the hotel was the indoor pool, it was a spa pool lovely and warm, but there was no support rail, I'm unsteady on my feet, so I couldn't use the pool, unless one of my family were with me

Superb breakfasts, ones of the best I ever had. Super nice and friendly staff. Location is perfect, you can get everywhere - bus station is like 50 meters away. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants nearby, even 24/7. In November pool on the roof was still in use because of hot weather, nice view from there, and it was quite clean for an outside pool. Comfy big bed and pillows, a lot of lights, TV with installed Netflix/Amazon where you just have to enter your account or just watch usual TV programs. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Kitchenware was more than enough to cook and eat, everything you need is there. Coffee machine, teapot, fridge, stove, plates, pots - well, everything. Spacious bathroom with shower with good waterflow (I know it can be a problem in Malta, but here it was really good), a lot of towels provided including beach towel. In corridors a lot of bookshelves where you can take a book in almost every language and read something on the beach during your stay.

A lovely clean apartment, central to local bars & restaurant and the rocky beach. Pool area nice but too quiet for us, no music so would suit guests who prefer quieter atmosphere. No pool bar which we personally missed though they were setting up the “honesty bar” for summer season. Offer was made to bring us drinks from reception. Owner (Elizabeth) was very helpful & friendly.

We chose it because it was an apartment hotel - it was very well kitted out. The bedroom and bathroom were a great size and to have a second space sitting room kitchen diner was perfect. It was our first time in Malta the hotel was extremely close to the bus station so getting around was a doddle. We could see the sea from our room and the view from the roof top pool was wonderful. The sound insulation was excellent Malta is a busy place and we weren’t disturbed. There is a good breakfast menu available. The staff were extremely helpful There was extensive lounge type seating if you wanted it. We liked the decor

It also started to get very busy towards the end of our stay. Constructive feedback Air con not great turned off if the patio door was open slightly however thankfully our room stayed relatively cool. Salt water pool was not ideal for our friends little children and my children were often at the pool above so our family and friends were rarely together. There should be a snack bar available for all inclusive guests all day by the pools for chips and hot dogs etc More entertainment for evenings, perhaps pool tables , live music

Stylish hotel, which was perfect for some winter sun during half term. Water slides were still open at the end of October / first weekend of November which was a huge benefit and greatly enjoyed. Abdul by the pool was wonderful and so welcoming, and great at keeping all the kids safe. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, and the room was very well appointed. The staff were all really helpful. We also used the kids club once which had a packed schedule of Halloween themed events. We enjoyed all the different bars, cafes and restaurants onsite. We were on Bed and Breakfast but paid for the buffet a few times which worked out well and includes wine; it’s probably better value to book half board in advance. Breakfast a bit repetitive but overall good. St Paul’s is well located for exploring other areas of the island - Ghjan Tuffieha beach was lovely, with lunch at the Singita and only 10 Eur in a Bolt. A few small things would make a difference - the kids club isn’t well signposted and it wasn’t obvious you had to book activities. The table tennis would be better if the rackets were kept by the pool rather than having to fetch from the kids club (and do let your staff know, as one pool towel guy didn’t even know there was a table, let alone how to get rackets!). But small details in what was overall a really wonderful stay at a hotel I’d thoroughly recommend.

We thought this was a good quality hotel with staff that were very keen to make sure we were happy. Had a deluxe partial sea view room on 7th floor. Lovely view, great bathroom and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping kept our room spotlessly clean and made sure we had everything we needed - special thanks to Nithan Antony and team for looking after us. He kept our towels, teas and coffees topped up everyday. Plus some lovely towel art! We were on all inclusive option. The buffet food was very good. This also included two a la carte restaurant meals, worth a visit. Both pools are very busy but we always found a space at the main pool - the beds at the adults pool were reserved from early in the morning for the day…. Buses run all round the island from just outside the hotel. All staff were super friendly and helpful and we would love to come here again.

I really enjoyed staying here with my family. The room was amazing with a wonderful sea view. We did bed and breakfast (which, to be honest, is not that bad), but at least we get to dine at different places. The Medusa Bar was okay, and the top-floor (adults only) pool was excellent. The hot tub was better on the top floor than the one in the indoor pool. The only small thing I would like the hotel to improve is the activities it offers. I was so excited for the line dancing on Wednesday, 29th October 2025, but I went to the main pool and only saw people swimming. Could you please share an updated activities timetable at the hotel? The food was good for breakfast, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would recommend visiting during half term for 4 days. Would love to go back.

It was a pleasant and wonderful experience. We had really warm welcome from Filsa and Shahid (front desk) when we arrived. They looked after us, our luggage and our room. The room was clean ,comfortable and refreshed every day. Amazing view from our balcony.Comfy bed, lovely shower.The Air conditioner was great even at night when we had to close the balcony door.(Some people cannot behave and control themselves even the middle of the night they were really noisy and kept shouting on the street.) Loved the food in Deck&Keel for breakfast. Lots of choice. Heated indoor pool and lovely outdoor pool with water slides. Pool towels are available for free. Perfect location ,the bus stop outside in front of the Hotel. It’s central in St Paul’s Bay and only about 10 - 15 mins walk to Cafe Del Mar as were we’re staying as a group for a music festival. The hotel is clean and the roof top pool was nice with an infinity pool and good bar food and a nice little bar up there. Weather was so windy when we arrived so we didn’t use the pool as it was too cold. We didn’t get a chance to eat in the South Asian restaurant but there is a Wagamama also attached to the hotel which we used. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and was good. I didn’t get a chance to use the spa or indoor pool. Overall a good hotel to stay in with good facilities.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were helpful, polite and made our stay perfect. We were given a free upgrade on arrival and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine was in our room when we arrived. The hotel is modern and stylish and very clean. Also had an indoor pool next to the gym which I used early morning. There was also mobile phone charging points in the room and UK plug sockets. We especially liked the rooftop bar and pool. They had happy hour cocktails one hour from 7-8pm every day which we loved. Food was amazing and lots of variety. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. We also had housekeeping come round on an evening to ask if we had everything we needed and offered more if we had run out. Fresh water supplied also daily. There was free parking so if you want to hire a car then this is perfect and it is a great base for seeing the other islands as the ferry port is very close by. Would recommend.

We had an incredible stay at the Seaview Hotel in St. Paul’s Bay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The sea views are absolutely breathtaking, and the infinity pool overlooking the bay is something special – the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed spending our days there. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The lunch options were lovely, and the Friday BBQ night was a real highlight – amazing value, delicious all-you-can-eat food, free-flowing wine, and great entertainment. A brilliant evening all around. Our room was spotless, with great air con, a fan, coffee machine, comfy beds, and a spacious bathroom with a powerful shower – everything you could want for a relaxing stay. This hotel ticked every box and then some. We’ll absolutely be back, and we’ll be recommending it to everyone we know. Top class experience in an unbeatable location.

What a beautiful hotel, it's everything we wanted it to be. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming all going above and beyond to interact with us regularly during our stay. Breakfast is fantastic. Lovely selection of food, all regularly replenished with juices and tea and coffee readily available. The roof top pool is lovely. Spacious and clean with stunning views. Loved the indoor spa area, nice warm pool, great showers, sauna and steam room. Rooms are large, we had a side sea view, but in reality it was much more than a side view! Id love to come back to one of the front facing rooms one day! Bed was super comfy. Lots of storage space, mini fridge, safe, tea and coffee facilities etc. bathroom was spacious. We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. Thanks for the card, wine and cake that was so graciously left in our room on our arrival!

The property was in a great location and the staff & facilities were great. Bonus was that it had an undercover car park which is extremely helpful as finding a car park in Malta can be challenging at times. Great buffet breakfast also with beautiful sea views. This was our 4th time staying at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Golden Sands. This resort never disappoints. The entire staff from check-in, check-out, house keeping, maintenance crew etc. are all so friendly & welcoming team. The resort is always immaculate from inside the main lobby, to individual rooms, to outside the resort. It is a very well kept resort and part of the reason why we continue to return. We always include the breakfast. It is one of the best breakfast buffets and spreads with made to order omelet stand, fresh fruit & veggies, multiple juice options, and baked goods. It what we look forward to each morning we wake up. The staff again are so polite, friendly, and super attentive. Another benefit is Golden Sands has their own small private sandy beach, which can be hard to find in Malta. The resort has 3 pools: small kiddie pool, main pool where all are invited to lounge and our favorite the adults only pool (ages 16 yrs & up). The staff does an exceptional job at ensuring those at the pools & beach have the proper daily resort bracelet allowing guests access to these facilities. Highly recommend this resort for all the above reasons stated and more. Thank you for another wonderful time!

The location, first of all is ideal for families with kids that want to go the beach. The hotel is impressive, although is not a new one and it has accommodated many tourits. Still, the location on the beach and having also its private beach (you literally take the elevator to the beach!) is priceless! The cleanliness is top, one can see it’s a priority. Breakfast is great, anyone, even the worst of Grinch can find something to eat. There is a pletora of good food, healthy food, fruits, cookies, drinks, anything one can think of one can surely find at breakfast. The staff is all so nice snd smiling all the time and ready to assist you in whatever you may need. Everyone is so friendly! This hotel offers you everything you may need for a relaxing stay at the seaside: different restaurants, live music, outdoor pools, indoor pool, kids pool, sauna, massage, daily activities with / for the kids, inside shops, games room, you name it and they have it! We loved our stay and we highly recommend it!

Great location as away from the city centre. Resort is well equipped with all necessary essential such as mini market and self laundry but note quite expensive. The various pools are great and also indoor pool available. They also have adult pools only. Gym is 24 hours altogether we didn’t get to use with all the other activities available. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Our 2 bed suite was fantastic with 180 degrees sea view.

First class hotel in every way, lovely and clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. A couple of small issues were dealt with immediately. Food was another level (although could have been a bit hotter) and the kids had their own buffet area (although milk and spoons for cereal were missing). The breakfast buffet was exceptional and gluten free items are available or they will make them especially for you. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and there is a small grocery shop selling food and other bits and pieces if you are room only. There is a private beach below the hotel (lift available) with free sun beds and umbrellas and numerous water sports including jet skis, paddle boards, motor boat, kayaks etc. There is an indoor pool if you want to get out of the sun (no kids allowed between 1-4pm) and an outdoor adult pool. This is a lovely quiet hotel about 30 minutes from the airport (may be too out of the way for some) but suited us. We will be back!!

Our stay here was short but really lovely 🩷 our highlight was actually the hotel staff. everybody was always smiling and really happy to help. check in was fast and smooth. Our room was quite spacious and clean. there was so much to discover the first day we arrived. the hotel has a private beach, a really nice pool with towal service and a breathtaking view, a variety of different restaurants and bars (i recommend the essence of India), a spa area, a cute little deli (in case you forgot some essentials) and parking (3€ per day - day pass at the reception). something I really enjoyed was that reserving a space at the pool is not allowed - LOVED THAT. Our stay included breakfast which was pretty good. it had a great variety of different breakfast items (english breakfast, viennese breakfast, fruits and veggies etc). it especially stood out to me that the coffee was good! all in all, if we ever visit Malta again we'll definitively come back to this hotel 🩷 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kempinski San Lawrenz Gozo is a fantastic resort in Gozo. It is 1.5 hour from Malta Airport. The hotel arranged airport transfer, which ran smoothly. Arriving at the hotel we were welcomed by very service minded front staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but BOLT and Uber is very available, the Gozo island itself is small and it feels you can drive everywhere in just minutes. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the San Lawrenz village where you can find a pretty ok restaurant Tatitas. The breakfast buffet was quite ok, with a breakfast chef preparing you reggs the way you want it. There were plenty of fruit available, and as always, a lot of sweet food as well. The pool area is great. Unfortunately, we did not know that the main pool was not available for kids. All pictures on the website shows the main pool, so when the pool rules says residence pool available for kids under 13, we thought that was the one. The pool on the picture was without a name, so we could not know this untill we arrived. We were really disappointed. That said; there was a family pool and residence pool available, but the nicest one was off limit for our family. The pool staff and the pool bar staff is very friendly and give you all the attention you need. All in all a great hotel.

A lovely hotel in good condition. Decent sized rooms and bathrooms. Lovely “feel” to it. Staff attentive although maybe a little too much for my comfort. Breakfast is very good with a good selection and quality and worth paying for. Spa looked nice, indoor pool was available and the gym well enough equipped. Three nice pools BUT the main one is adult only which is not immediately apparent on the website, bizarrely children have to be over 13yrs to use it. The other two pools are shallow and no floats or ball games are allowed in ANY of the pools and this was enforced although a gentle throwing of a small ball was eventually permitted. The obvious childrens pool was very shallow and used by little little children so it left a bit of a gap for the say, 10-16 yrs plus those of us adults that still like to have a play in the pool as there was a distinct disapproval of too much fun being had. Needs to stop using small single use plastic water bottles although the generous supply of water was appreciated. Needs to decide whether is truly a family hotel.

We have recently returned after a 10 night stay in this hotel. I had booked the Junior Suite with a pool view. On arrival at the hotel, the service for checking in was efficient, straight-forward and extremely personal. We were then allocated someone to take out luggage to our junior suite, which was ready for our arrival, roughly 1.00pm. The suite was lovely - exactly as described. It was only my husband and myself so was extremely spacious - as it slept up to 4. We were booked in for breakfast each morning. Breakfast was lovely - a great variety including a la carte, which I ordered from a few times. Plenty of choices as well as lots of fresh fruit. Attention round the pool was excellent. We didn't order food, as it was unnecessary as we were full from breakfast, just drinks at times. I did appreciate the cool towels which were distributed, along with the fruit kebabs at the poolside. Due to a family bereavement, my son flew out to join us, for a weekend - 2 nights, one full day - he knew we had a suite which held 4. I fully expected to pay for his breakfast. However, I was charged 2 full nights, one including breakfast. No extra service - I obviously paid it, but was surprised. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and the hotel was fab. Pool days were very chilled and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious.

Very beautiful hotel situated in a very quiet area. The rooms overlooking the pools have a lovely view especially during the night. The rooms are spacious and had all toileteries needed. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The hotel had 3 pools outside and 1 indoor pool. The outdoor pools were one for adults, one for families and other for residents in the hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. Had a good selection for kids. The staff would show you around the breakfast area on the first day. There is ample parking in the parking area of the hotel. We always found a parking anytime dueing the day and night. Probably it is the best hotel on the island, one of a kind experience and you would not be disappointed.

My daughter fancied a pool day so we came here. It's €50 pp which isn't cheap. I've been before so knew how big it was but very quiet and hardly any guests. The pools are lovely, the sunbeds comfortable and they offer cold towels and fresh fruit to the guests. We had lunch: my daughter a salad and I had a chickpea burger which wasn't great and both quite expensive. She liked her salad. I ordered coffees but they weren't great. I asked for another one to replace mine, but didn't get great service around this. Little things but disappointing at a 5 * hotel, and the service wasn't 5* by the pool. We ate at one of the restaurants in the evening. Beautiful view overlooking the pools and food was very good (I had the vegan curry and my daughter the pork belly) but her cocktail was strange (kir royale but tasted very bitter) so she had to get it changed and service was OK but lacked oomph! In fact the whole day lacked something, so if I'm being honest it was the service which isn't that attentive, warm or friendly and I felt shortchanged.

Value for money the Ibis is in a great location to explore the island. The rooms are small and lacking in draws or hanging facilities, unless staying 1-2 nights. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a tad hit and miss due to when it’s refreshed but there’s always good cold options. Love the roof top pool and the fact that you can sunbath and use the bar facilities. It’s not expensive to use the transport system and we experienced Valetta and Gozo, we also used Bolt and Uber to get around, which was normally good value. The hotel was close to some good restaurants and bars and I would totally recommend this hotel. If i return, I would probably stay in Gozo, as i loved the chilled out vibe and having limited traffic, as Malta is too busy with traffic and building work going on. The island has changed a lot since the 80s but still offers good value for money in St Paul’s bay, with competitive prices. We had some lovely meals out, which were good value and the local wine is definitely worth a shout. If you are looking for a central hotel to discover the island, not far from the airport, with a pool, this could be a very good choice and offers value for money with fab amenities.

It’s really clean hotel with nice pool and pool bar. Customer service was great, we especially liked Mitar and Sladja since they were friendly and communicative.

The location and rooftop pool were great, pool bar guy David very friendly as were the day and night receptionists, always helpful and smiling. The Seaview was beautiful from our room, great to wake up to.

Excellent hotel from start to finish. All staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Overall, the staff in this hotel are the best we have experienced from all our travels. The room/ bathroom was very modern, which was to our style. We had a Juliet balcony, which was adequate for us as we are mostly out of the hotel. The huge bed was a delight. A great choice of food at breakfast, which was cooked well, even crispy bacon. Aircon in the room works perfectly and is extremely quiet. We used the pool area on a few occasions and enjoyed the experience. We always got sunbeds. Drinks and food were reasonably priced, too. Yes, there is work being carried out around the area and almost everywhere in Malta, but please don't mark the hotel down for this as its not their fault. We did research before we booked, and nothing was unexpected. We booked trips and used the buses to get around. If you want a hotel to travel around, this hotel is a very good base. Bars and restaurants are nearby.

This was a really good choice for our family stay in August. Rooms were nice and cleaned each day. Staff friendly. A good breakfast in the morning with lots of choice on offer. The rooftop pool, although not huge, was a really nice place to spend some time and watch the sunset. The rooftop bar is also nice. The location is great, right in the heart of St Pauls Bay and a 2 min walk to bars, restaurants, shops and the waterfront with bus stops taking you to and from Valletta just yards away. The only down side of this hotel is the lack of parking so you have to rely on on-street parking which can take a while to find. We always found somewhere close by but it was a pain driving around searching for a space. That said, i would definately choose this hotel again and have no complaints about the hotel itself but my advice is, if you choose this hotel and you have a hire car, practice your parallel parking!! Enjoy your stay, we did.

Our room had a view of the inner courtyard with the pool which was lovely and quiet, I really appreciated it. (The pool was a bit cold though (in november) I guess it's not heated.) The room had a spacious bathroom with a huge walk-in shower which we liked a lot. The hotel was beautifully decorated, especially the hall/breakfast room/pool bar area. We didn't book the room with breakfast, but ended up having it at the hotel a few times, it was convenient that they started the breakfast service at 7 am, as our daily programs often started quite early. The breakfast was buffet style, with continental and English breakfast selection. The pool bar had a happy hour promotion and they had a few types of unique cocktails (on top of the standard selection), very good ones. The indoor pool was warm. The pool towel service was convenient (you could return it any time and ask for a fresh one, not having to dry it in your room).

Lovely hotel, clean spacious room. Breakfast was nice with lots of options to choose from. The restaurant and bar had nice decor and food was good and reasonably priced. Nice balcony and good air conditioning in the room. The hotel had a lovely indoor pool. There was also a nice outdoor pool but it was a bit cold for us in April so we didn't try it but the pool deck was spacious and the pool was cleaned every morning.

I stayed at Pebbles for 4 nights in late December between Christmas and New Years and loved every second of it. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. I had a lovely poolside balcony, too, which was nice since I am a smoker. The bathroom was also spotless clean and the water pressure was very good - which is one of the small things that make a difference sometimes - so that was much appreciated. I also used the nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. At times it was quite busy but other times I had it almost to myself. I didn't not use the gym so can't comment on it, I also didn't use the outdoor pool, because it would have been too cold for me, but I saw other people get in so it could have been used. I didn't not include breakfast in my initial booking but had breakfast twice during my stay, which I paid for seperately. There were plenty of both Continental and British options to choose from at the buffet. I deserves extra mention that all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and did everything to make my stay in the Buggiba area memorable. Thank you once again.

Immacutely clean hotel in walking distance to local bars, restaurants and coast. The girls in reception were so nice and accommodating, the bar and restaurant staff were always there for your food and drink needs in botel hotel bar and adjoining sports bar. Food was beautiful. Room was cleaned every day. Sunsoaked balcony overlooking pool most of the day was surprising as sun didn't shine down on pool as its low this time of year. Indoor heated pool was a bonus when coming back from day time excursions or walks around St Paul's Bay and was open until 10pm. Great value for money all round.

I liked the buffet breakfast which was various for everyone needs. The room was cosy and modern which had a comfortable bed too. The indoor pool is good sized and had a jacuzzi too. The indoor pool was open till 10pm which is nice if you want to relax there late. It had a balcony with a table and chairs so you can relax a bit with the view of the outdoor pool.

Stayed here for 7 nights on a b&b basis. Large room with lovely sea view. Nice pool area. Our bed was very squeaky but comfortable! Tea and coffee provided. There was a fridge in the room but no safe, so had to leave our valuables in the reception safe. Very good breakfast, room overlooking the pool and the view. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, which meant the heating was on. Orange juice was dilute, not particularly nice. The hotel was very handy for restaurants and bars. Happy hour each night 5-7pm. Area felt very safe and quiet. Would stay again.

We stayed here for a week in March, we had booked a sea view room. The air con is controlled by the hotel so the heating was on. If you get hot (like me!) you have to open the balcony door. Beds were a bit creaky, and it had a good shower. There was a hair dryer, the socket wasn't next to the mirror so a bit difficult to dry your hair! We enjoyed the breakfast, it changed slightly every day. Only downside was the juice, which was watery and coffee just ok. Nice pool area, the weather wasn't too bad, but we only had an hour or so there. Buses are really cheap - we got the bus to Valletta it was just over 2 Euros each, it took about an hour and a half to get there! We got a Bolt back! The ferries were also cheap to Gozo, a return was about 4 euros 80 each! We got the boat to Camino to see the Blue Lagoon, which was very pretty, go early on. Our boat back was driven by a maniac! We were sitting at the back of the bost and got drenched, which wasn't very pleasant, especially in March. Hotel bar has a happy hour, wine was very nice. The area was very quiet at night. We would stay here again.

Just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel and have nothing but good things to say. We stayed in room 307 which has an amazing sea view. The views from this hotel are just incredible and we are a stone’s throw from the beautiful Mellieha church. The room is spacious and comfortable and contrary to another review, the air-conditioning is controlled in room and is very good. Good to have a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms are cleaned every day if you wish. Pool area is lovely with incredible views. Breakfasts are varied and plentiful. We ate dinner here once during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Prawn cocktails are huge! This hotel is incredible value for money. It is a steep climb up the hill from the beach but well worth it. A taxi is less than €4 though and a bus is €2 each if you haven’t got the energy. Would highly recommend Mellieha and this wonderful hotel.

Just come back from a blissful week here and wasn’t expecting too much as the price was really reasonable for B & B . Such a relaxed vibe at this place and the view from the rooms and the pool were incredible. Staff were so friendly. Perfect locations for adults and couples. Only things I would add (observation not criticism) Deluxe rooms really should have a small table on the balcony so you can relax with a drink when looking at that incredible view. There are chairs but no table which is odd. A coffee machine would also make it a bit more “deluxe” The room was a great size for 2 and the bed was huge however would be good to have few more hooks or hangers for clothes. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Will be back

Dieses Hotel hat mir unglaublich gut gefallen. Sehr freundliches und auskunsftsfreudiges Personal. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht, welches ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.Die Zimmer waren sauber und würden täglich geputzt. Es hatte ein großes, bequemes Bett sowie einen Balkon mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den zugehörigen Pool und die benachbarte Mellieha Bay. Jeden Morgen gab es zwischen 8 und 10 Uhr ein im Preis inbegriffenes Frühstück, welches eine große Auswahl geboten hatte. Das Hotel war auch gut angebunden an den örtlichen Nahverkehr. Zur Haltestelle war nur ein 10 minütiger Fußweg notwendig. Mit den Buslinien könnte man die in der Umgebung liegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie den Strand einfach erreichen. Von mir gibt es für dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne. Kann es nur jeden weiterempfehlen.

We had a lovely room with a balcony and sea views (worth paying extra for if you can). The room was large (with fridge, tea and coffee makings) and the bed extremely comfortable. We used the pool every day (a bit chilly initially at the start of November!) and there were plenty of loungers. We ordered sandwiches at the pool area and they were tasty and not over priced. Breakfast was consistently good with a good selection of hot and cold items. It was busy at the weekend but the staff coped well. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked a good size with a number of loungers.

We really liked the whole atmosphere of the hotel during our 4-day-stay in late October. The enterior is a little old-fashioned and could do with some renovation here and there- but to be honest, we thought this made it extra charming. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. There was a nice mix of others guests in terms of age and nationalities. We really enjoyed the outdoor infinity pool as well as the heated indoor pool. There were always other guests, too but it never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet was also very nice with lots of variety (also for vegetarians). But the best was definitely our very spacious room (superior) in the fifth floor with a giant terrace overlooking the harbour). Our teenage daughter was given a foldable additional bed which was surprisingly comfy. The king size bed also had very comfortable matresses. The location is great. You can walk from/to the ferry to Malta in 8 minutes, a bus stop to Victoria is a five minute walk away and boats to the blue lagoon leave right from the harbour. Eight minutes on foot is MELA bikes: Rent fat-tired e-bikes and explore the island- a very very very recommended activity!! We usually do not spend our holiday in hotels but prefer self-catering apartments but if we ever come back to Gozo, we will book the Grand again. Thanks for a wonderful stay at beautiful Gozo!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the infinity pool was our favourite. We had a garden view room and I found that I enjoyed the serenity of it over how busy the pool can get if you were to be front-facing. The breakfast/restaurant staff were lovely too. I would recommend this hotel.

Room: We paid extra for a Superior Room on a High Floor- we didn’t have much of a view other than the hotel next door to us and the balcony was very small with space for a 2 chairs and table and room to turn around on. The room was clean and comfy beds with lots of storage! Only negative is that due to the walk in shower, even with a bath mat the bathroom floor would get soaked because the bath mat absorbed nothing and got saturated. Breakfast: Nice breakfast room, with a choice of hot and cold breakfast items. We did notice a lot of flies in there which were all over the food- hard to control but worth noting as I’ve never seen this in any hotel I have stayed in before. Location: A 2 minute walk to the main bus terminal with buses going all over the island. 5 minute walk to the sea front and bars and restaurants. 15/20 minute walk to the jetty/ marina where boat trips go from. Pool: Lovely pool area, the pool bar member of staff was a stand out so so friendly and funny! Drinks reasonably priced. Nice view of the sea and sun set, but if you swim up to the edge of the pool it’s mainly just building work you can see. We never had an issue getting a sun bed. Overall a nice stay and we would stay here again!

Nice hotel, really clean, great housekeeping too, nice rooms, Great location many bars and restaurants nearby. Nice stroll to the beach and bus station also. Great selection at breakfast, tables kept tidy throughout Although there was a day that the milk for the cereal was rancid and they just said its because its long life milk 🙄. Nice bar although over priced compared to rest of the resort. Pool area, nice pool but not big enough for swimming due to business of how many people were using it, have my suspicions that non residential guests were using it too, if you weren’t there early you’d be struggling for a sun bed. The music by the pool is a pain, was basically what the pool bar staff wanted to play, didn’t take into consideration of its guests and there was some really random noise selection of music played in what should be a relaxing area, so guests get disturbed from snoozing by pool because of it. Better off without it and just let people listen to their own on their headphones etc.

Room was clean, modern, smart and photo was taken and sent to friends. Aircon adjustable for flow in room but centrally controlled for temperature which works well; a new modern efficient system. Pool and pool bar is everything you need for a good chill and age groups were across the board. No complaints. Breakfast was very good and covered all needs for most nationalities. Reception, bars and staff were top class. Hotel located in ideal position for short walk to bars, restaurants and bus station if you want to travel cheap. I would definitely return to this hotel as it was everything you need to relax. Modern, clean, good service, rooms serviced daily, good breakfast, food from the pool bar is everything you need. Bottle of wine in an ice bucket by the pool is 15€!! Probably the best thing is that everyone was professional and relaxed.

We stayed last week in this beautiful hotel and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a very warm welcome (soon realised this was the way from Maltese people in general) our room was excellent, beautiful and clean and very spacious. We were bed and breakfast, breakfast was amazing, so much choice on offer, something for everyone, the dining area was spacious and also offered outdoor seating. All staff were super friendly and always on hand to help. We had a beautiful infinity pool overlooking St Paul’s bay which was stunning to look at whilst you relaxed by the pool. Pool snacks and drinks on offer were great value too and delicious. We found it a great base from which to explore the beautiful island of Malta, the bus station was literally a 5 minute walk and buses were very easy to use, we bought a Tallinja card. This hotel is an absolute must if you’re looking for a little more laid back from staying in some of the busier parts of Malta. It has everything you need and more. We would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel newly refurbished rooms are lovely the air con is amazing , free safe to use. We had a sea view lovely in the evening. We liked the sun not beating in on us , we stayed at the front room. Kept room cool. Bathroom fantastic walk in shower not annoying bath to step into . Staff were very helpful , we had a lovely cleaning lady she really made our room so nice . Only breakfast served here but that is what we wanted so many local restaurants around and a beautiful one just across from hotel. The infinity pool is amazing view unreal limited sunbeds but people do come and go all day , towels are not allowed to be left on beds . Hotel likes everyone to get a chance . Pool bar and hot food . I Will be back .

(+ bar with great cocktails, big thanks to the whole team, especially Taz and Sachin for their hospitality) Moreover, we even managed to check-in slightly earlier since our room was ready, as well as leave our luggage in the storage after the check-out, which is a huge bonus for us! There was also always some event happening in the evening to entertain guests with some night program:) The hotel definitely did their best for the money we paid!

We had a wonderful stay at Salini Hotel! Everything was very good — the hotel was clean, and the staff were all extremely nice and friendly, even with our two little kids, which made us feel very welcome. Our room was fantastic — we had a private pool, which really made our stay extra special and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway. We’d love to come back!

The hotel is situated in a calm and serene environment, plenty of parking around for those travelling by car. Inside the hotel is always clean and smells amazing. Our room was situated at the 6th floor Superior Double with Garden View, and although at first I wished for a Pool View, I was not disappointed, since our room was super quiet where it was. Towels for pools are provided from reception, spa and pool decks. Food- we paid for bed & breakfast and the vast selection of food did not disappoint. You will find: cereals, yogurts, fruit, cold cuts, salads, bread, pastries, english breakfast, waffles, cakes and pancakes. Our favourites were the pancakes and pastries. Cocktails at the pools are strong and delicious. For dinner we ate at Vechia Napoli, staff were friendly, food arrived quickly and was amazing. We also got a discount on the bill for being hotel guests. The lady at the spa was really sweet and offered to show us around just in case we wanted to visit the day after. But we never did, since we visited in summer and wanted to enjoy the outdoor pools more. The infinity pool is nice, plenty of shade and deckchairs for everyone. This area is more for families with kids foreign students so when it got busy we moved to the adults only pool on the opposite side of the hotel which is a really great option for anyone who wants to just sit, relax or read by the pool in peace and quiet. No complaints about the hotel. Will definitely visit again

The hotel was very modern and clean. Quiet hotel and location. We had an issue with the room we was given wasn’t what we booked but once we raised this we was moved within 24 hours with no issues at all Rooms was spacious, had comfy beds, shower pressure was great and robes given Breakfast was nice with lots of selection of foods, some comments about breakfast being hit and miss however we had no problems, good drink ranges too and cold juices. 3 restaurants, we ate at the napoli Italian a lot and was delicious with the friendliest of staff Pool was lovely, didnt stay in the infinity one as too many kids but there is an adult pool which was always quiet and always had sun beds no problems with this, bar at the pool too Staff was very friendly and helpful, again some comments about them being rude but we had no problems and they always was welcoming We didn’t use it but the hotel has a shuttle bus to go to buggiba and st Julians, bus stop opposite the hotel which goes to a lot of places, recommend downloading the talinja app Hotel had a spa and indoor pool, looked lovely but we didnt use this

Delightful! After reading some reviews we didn't know what to expect, but I can certainly say we had no issues with the resort. Very clean comfortable rooms and common areas, Great choice for dining and drinking. The resort has two pools which were clean and tidy. We enjoyed the "Lagoon Pool" more as the bar was open and it was generally a quieter, more relaxed vibe. The bar tenders made some absolute smashing cocktails, really delicious stuff. The Spa is well worth a look too, we had the couples massage early doors and felt so relaxed for the remainder of our stay, the girls really know their stuff. The gift shop stocks everything you need including snacks, drinks, sun creams and all the cosmetics / toiletries should you need them. The lovely lady in the shop was always happy and smiling. As were majority of the staff at the resort. The only downsides to the area was the landfill nearby, but to be honest, it really wasnt that bad, they're capping it with soil so I am guessing the smell wont be an issue at all soon. We only got the odd smell on occasion and didn't detract from our stay. There is a fair bit of traffic noise but due to the infrastructure in Malta I don't think its a local issue, having said that our ocean view room was very soundproof so had no issues with the noise. The beds were huge and very comfortable, air conditioning worked well and had all the amenities we needed in the room. We will definitely recommend and will be returning 100%

Everything was fantastic! Especially the customer service and the spa! I had the most incredible massage and facial from Ruth. Rooftop pool is also incredible. Breakfast was lovely. Location was fantastic. Lobby and restaurant of hotel was divine. Fabulous waiter called Alexandria. Food delicious! Lovely cocktails also. A real peak was being in the rooptop pool and having a waiter call up to offer us a drink. I had a margarita which was divine and served with peanuts and olives at my poolside. Absolute VIP treatment.

This is such a wonderful hotel, garrett the owner and the team go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, from start to finish. The hotel is clean, modern and quaint on a lovely little quiet square with lots of breakfast choices which were delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, had robes and slippers for your comfort, tea and coffee and a mini bar at an extra cost. The pool areas are fantastic offering both indoor and outdoor pools and a steam room, also a spa for treatments by Ruth who was just lovely, we had a day down there with 3 treatments as it rained and was the perfect day. This hotel is truly lovely and we were made to feel very special, we had the best time, thank you

This was a truly exceptional boutique hotel in the centre of Mellieha, Malta, on the central square by the cathedral. The hotel is so luxurious and our room was just amazing. Our room had a balcony onto the square and great views. The roof infinity swimming pool was wonderful for relaxing in at the end of the day - and the staff would bring up nice drinks and snacks :) The hotel restaurant had amazing food, beautifully presented. The spa was gorgeous with another swimming pool. The staff really made our experience - they were all incredible, so friendly and professional, from the cleaners to the chefs to the waiters and waitresses and managers....we will definitely be back!

It’s in a great location, close to the beach and in a lovely town square which provides the perfect place to eat your breakfast outside. The hotel was spotless and the service was incredible. The swimming pool and spa facilities were incredible with an indoor and outdoor pool.

We really enjoyed out boutique hotel stay. The hotel staff were wonderful and the owner is passionate about making it a success and making sure guests are happy. The rooftop pool had gorgeous views and was very relaxing. The indoor pool and steam room were very relaxing. The rooms were super modern and comortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious. And the breakfast and drink options were all fantastic. Great experience, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très respectueux, très aidant et a l'écoute de ses clients, on a passé une très belle semaine avec notre bébé de 11 mois et l'equipe à aménager dans la chambre un lit pour notre enfant. La proximité de la mer, des bateaux pour visiter les autres îles et des lieux de restauration on été un plus pour nous. La propriété des lieux est tout a fait correcte et la literie est confortable. Mon conjoint et moi recommandons cette établissement pour votre sejour sur Malte, d'une part par sa proximité de tout ( transport, mer, restaurant, lieu touristique, superette...) mais aussi et surtout pour l'accueil chaleureuse de cette famille qui ont fait de cet endroit un fabuleux lieu de repos et de commodités pour les personnes qui sont de passage. From the very first moment we arrived at the location, the host was extremely friendly and welcoming with us. We were presented with a lot of options regarding the activities we would be able to do in Malta. The host calmly pointed out on a map every attraction that is worth visiting, presented the option of booking cruises to Gozo and Comino straight from the reception. Every single time we needed something, the staff was there for us. We highly recommend this place for whoever is going to visit Malta.

Great and spacious apartment. I stayed in an apartment with 2 beds and a sofa which is very spacious and has everything you need, beds comfy, lots of bedding/pillow options. Very clean and tidy. Late check in to collect keys was very simple through a key locker, and morning check in was quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and responsive on booking.com messages. And they provide a lot of details on travel activities and restaurants etc.

Wonderful hotel to stay in north of the island. Was a bit sad initially to see it was quite far from the beach but the wonderful views from the terrace top very much make up for that and the local bus network is spot on so you can get most places like the beach quite quickly. It is also very handy for local shops and restaurants. The main hotel restaurant shuts quite early but then we were probably out of season. The top restaurant remains open quite late I think. Any query I had was answered by the lovely and friendly staff. You are spoilt for choice with pools. The top pools are stunning and very refreshing. We backed onto the bottom garden heated pool which was lovely and quiet in the mornings. Was a shame we couldnt get direct access to it as they informed us our balcony gate stayed shut but otherise it was a bonus and local friendly cats that visit were also very sweet and a huge bonus- they only say hello if they know you're friendly! Lots of sweet little birds around too. Can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed. I really hope to return one day and make proper use of the spa. Thanks to all who make it a lovely stay!

Staff friendly, polite, knowledgeable and greet everyone with a smile - very welcoming. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice and gluten free bread when requested. Facilities were good - it rained on one day so we used the indoor pool and sauna. Hotel and pool area spotless, plenty of beds round the pools. Restaurant reasonably priced for evening meals.

I really liked everything about this hotel. It had two large rooftop pools with amazing views, plus two heated pools inside. The whole place was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — every floor had its own unique style. The lobby was simple yet elegant, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The receptionist who welcomed us, Dawa, was extremely kind and greeted us with a warm smile. From the very start, he made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. All the reception staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They spoke respectfully, often addressing us as “ma’am” or “sir,” and frequently checked in to make sure everything was okay. Dawa, in particular, was wonderful — every time we went to the reception, he helped us with genuine kindness and patience. We have loved this hotel. We had a slight issue to start with our room, we got the ground floor basement room and there was no light, service or privacy. They were doing construction on the outdoor pool too that woke us up early. Reception staff were lovely and offered to move us rooms which we did. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and lots to do and see (spa, games room, 4 pools, bars etc). There are 4 restaurants in the hotel and they have a happy hour at 6pm. Has absolutely gorgeous views, lovely location, the bus routes are great and so easily accessible. Shoutout to the roof top restaurant and the incredible staff and chefs, the sushi is some of the best I've ever had! They also have fresh desserts in reception which are delicious.

We were on a B&B basis and breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We did eat in the restaurant two evenings which was acceptable but you can get better deals and plenty of choice of restaurants across the road in the town. The pools are quite small, the one outside our room only had 26 sun loungers and was quite enclosed with rooms. The infinity pool on level 4 is by the cave bar, again quite small and looks out over a building site which was disappointing. Also you seem to be able to officially reserve sun loungers at this pool as we sat there one day and 4 beds had reserved signs on the them as nobody appeared until after 3.30pm, Luckily it wasn't busy. The beach is lovely and a 20-25 minute walk down the hill its quite a trek back up, buses go up and down around every 10-15 minutes. Overall a lovely hotel in a nice area of Malta

Lovely staff overall, rooms could do with a bit of updating as quite dated - bathroom door was swollen as not suitable for moisture heavy room. Swimming pool needs to be supervised - no life guard and children allowed to run riot without any intervention from staff despite complaint being made - kids taking food into the pool, splashing older guests, dive bombing into the pool and left unsupervised whilst parents went into town (this was children under the age of 13). Food was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff mostly lovely and very helpful.

Room was clean but well used so I’m not sure how clean it really gets. It was always a bit moist in there, I guess that’s the tropical air or something. But any clothes we washed/bathing suits, were wet for days and we could only wash and dry properly them when we got to Paris. I guess that’s why they offer a laundry service for a fee. It would have helped if the A/C was stronger in our room. The pool was great! Music on from 10am to 10pm with a great view from our room, overlooking the pool and Mellieha Bay. However, the drinks in the cave bar were wildly overpriced. 9€ for a Spritz! I had one, then went to the store and bought 3 of the for that price. Lots of amenities around. Convenience stores and restaurants a plenty.

Being put next to the lift was not the best very noisy from 0730 until midnight. Very confusing layout from lifts going to different levels around the hotel. Food was buffet and only seemed to be warm and not hot Plus side staff were great and catering staff were very friendly Outdoor pools were freezing to everyone’s disappointment. But small indoor pool was a good backup

We stayed in a family room with nice sea view from the balcony. We were happy with size of room and view. the room was spacious, clean and well preserved. Hotel seems to be renovated recently. Hotel has 2 outdoor pool and indoor one. During middle April, some times, it was difficult to use outdoor pools. The towels were provided in organize manner at any time. The staff in both reception and resturant were polite, freindly, helpfull and well-trained. With half-board option, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner including wide variety of options. Hotel organized differenct activies for children everyday.

All staff are very approachable and friendly, customer oriented and ready to solve issues instantly. The hotel is all modern looking and recently renovated to natural astetichs. Opposite of the sea with wonderful views. Got a large indoor pool for families and a separate adults only pool which was fantastic. The beds are large and comfy and the room was very good sized

Great hotel in an excellent location near the beach and town centre but far enough away to be quiet. Wonderful customer service, hotel was clean and modern. Rooms had all the amenities you needed, great pool areas especially the indoor pool.

Excellent friendly staff, very attentive and use of the facilities even if you check out of the room and need something to do before you go to the airport. (including pool towels and use of indoor pool shower and changing rooms.)

Pool towels provided for a refundable deposit , which you could get a fresh one daily. Food in the buffet restaurant was always varied and plentiful. Would give 5 stars except for fact that the food was mainly warm and not hot. The hotel is at the end of Marfa with not much around it- peaceful. Use of a hire car allowed easy access to the rest of the island for sight seeing and if you wanted to visit an adjoining resort. Evening entertainment was ok. The animation team were very good with the water aerobics and some other activities but again a bit limited as to what was on offer. There is a small sandy beach close to the hotel which my wife used daily as there were sun loungers and parasols apparently free of charge! Not sure if this was for our hotel guests or for the new hotel being built alongside. Alli in all a very pleasant stay. Place was relaxing with the lovely staff always at hand. Had to call maintenance to fix the sink plug as it would not open- sorted within half an hour. Would come again.

I recently stayed at the Riviera Hotel in Mellieħa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The dining buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, ensuring a great dining experience. However, one downside was the indoor pool. While it was well-maintained and clean, the water was unfortunately quite cold, which made it less enjoyable for swimming. The hotel's location was beautiful, with stunning views, and the rooms were comfortable and tidy. With a bit of attention to the pool temperature, this would be an even better place to stay. I would recommend Riviera Hotel for those looking for good food and a peaceful atmosphere.

We loved this place the first time we stayed here, we booked again for our last week in Malta. Rooms are clean, spacious and bed is comfortable; the seaside view was indeed beautiful. Staff was welcoming, accompanied and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets were surprisingly delicious and with a great variety of food. Coffee and juice machines everywhere to help yourself. Indoor and outdoor pools were clean and large. Gym had a good array of equipment though the rooms were hot and humid, and some of the equipment was out of service when we were there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax while on vacation.

It was the perfect week. Very relaxing. The hotel is superbly located with a lovely sea breeze all day by the pool area which has plenty of sun loungers for all. Food very good. Hotel rooms very comfortable and the staff clean it every day if you wish and supply free bottles of water daily. Couldn’t complain about anything and would definitely go back to this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stays at Luna Hotel. It’s nearer a 4* than 3* hotel. There is info to pick up in the reception area on trips. We booked breakfast when we arrived which was cheaper than booking via Jet2. The Sky Bar and pool are adults only. No problem getting sun beds. We only used the downstairs pool once, it’s small but was fine, the bubble jets were not working in the small spa area though. The Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the hotel. The mini market had everything you could ask for. We got a 7 day bus pass for €25 but should have had the one for €18. We booked down the road for the boat tour to Gozo and Comino, caves and Blue Pool - €70 for 2 which was good value. We visited Valletta by bus; Mosta and the Basillica that was bombed in WWII. The walk to Mellieha town is uphill but worth it to see the parish Church and numerous bars, you can get the bus of course. We ate in most of the bars and restaurants near Luna and didn’t have one bad meal. Would recommend One80 for a special meal, Laszlos for a superb Hungarian meal. A walk to Salia Sports bar is worth it as well. We will defo be back to stay at Luna. On average we spent around £110 per day. The wine is very good value at around £4 per glass

We love The Luna and this visit was our second time. It’s just as we remembered in terms of clean, spacious, the whole staff team are just superb no matter who you see and interact with during your stay: cleaners, reception staff, management, bar and restaurant staff and mini market staff - everyone makes you feel very welcome and are always polite, friendly and want to help make your holiday a good one. I do have a stand out member of staff to mention and that is Stefan. Stefan usually works the Sky lounge pool bar and also sometimes Don Tonino bar. He works so hard to help make sure everyone has a top class service from him. The hotel accommodation itself is great - it’s a 3 star hotel so don’t go expecting it to be 5 star! For a 3 star there is nothing wrong with it and the refurbishments are of a high standard. If I have one recommendation for the Luna management it would be to rethink permitting smoking at the rooftop pool area. I really appreciate it’s people’s personal choice to smoke and it’s everyone’s holiday, however for non smokers wishing to use the pool area for sunbathing it is really awful smelling and breathing in other peoples cigarettes - particularly if like me you have underlying health conditions. That aside, we had a great time and will once again be returning to the Luna.

My recent stay at Luna Holiday Complex in Malta exceeded my expectations in many ways. While it may not be a five-star luxury resort, it offers a comfortable and pleasant experience that's well above the average. Here's what I appreciated about my time there: Spacious and Comfortable Accommodations: The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the well-appointed kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare some of my meals. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job in maintaining the rooms. Friendly and Attentive Staff: The staff at Luna Holiday Complex were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and their local knowledge was invaluable in planning my daily adventures. Great Pool Area: The hotel has a lovely pool area with ample sunbeds and umbrellas. It was a perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The poolside bar served refreshing cocktails, and I enjoyed a few relaxing afternoons there. Convenient Location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bugibba Square, which is bustling with shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Public transport and tour pickups are also easily accessible, making it an ideal base for exploring Malta.

We were greeted warmly by reception and were very pleased with our studio apartment. The only niggles I had were that the kitchen shelves were far too high for someone who wasn’t so tall (like me) but we managed and the mattresses were very hard but you get used to them after a few days. The rooms were spotlessly clean (as were all areas of the hotel) and towels were changed every other day if required. We loved the Sky Pool which was so relaxing as it was adults only, however the other pool was really nice too. We enjoyed meeting our friends in the bar each evening and were expertly served by Raj and Henry. Entertainment was provided most evenings (vocalists mainly) and it was great to see the guests dancing and enjoying themselves when they sang. The hotel is very handy for shops, restaurants and the beach or you can catch one of the many frequent Malta Public Transport buses (which stop very close to the hotel) to go up into the town or further afield. It was our first time in Malta and we will definitely be returning. .

Just had another ten days in this amazing hotel , nothing is to much trouble always a smile I love the staff in the twighlight bar Smily faces in the morning ,every table cleared quickly , just nice to sit by the pool ( or in the pool ) having a cold drink ,extra special when your name is remembered 😊 Had a lovely bottle of wine on my bd and presseco, and cake for our anniversary such a nice touch i can honestly say the staff from housekeeping to mangers are a credit to any company shout out to sinead doing a great job assistant manger you go girl !! Sylvia who is brilliant as always We met lama she was lovely always happy to help , the luna is close to the beach ,buses regular this is our 3rd time and we will be back I'm sure keep it up guys

We had 2 rooms in this hotel; a standard room and a Seaview room, both on 4th floor. The view of the sea from the balcony was great. The air con was particularly good and the shower was powerful after a day in the sea. The rooftop bar and pool were stunning. The pool bar menu was very good value and tasty. The hotel is very modern, stylish and spotless with lovely flooring and pool surrounds. The indoor pool was beautiful and a perfect place to escape the heat of the day. What makes this hotel special, is the staff. Every single staff member engaged with us and seemed to be genuinely interested and checking that we were having a good experience. In particular, Ningma and Thomas were incredibly attentive and Olga on reception was always very helpful. The range at breakfast was great; it was always plentiful and varied. The only negative for us was poor coffee and juices/water at breakfast. The coffee machines did not make great coffee and the juice dispenser didn’t match the quality of the rest of the breakfast provision. Nevertheless, we’ve stayed at several other hotels in Bugibba and Seaview hotel is by far the best we’ve been to and would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for 17 nights. Stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast very nice. Plenty to choose from. I stuck to the full English. Always fresh. Only used the 10th floor pool and -2 indoor pool facilities. 10 th floor infinity pool very nice. Only grumble was that the same tunes played on a loop everyday. After 17 days I knew every song before it came on. Needs sorting. Great views over the bay. At times the pool did get over busy. The -2 area was always quiet. This included the wellbeing area. There was steam/sauna rooms. Showers that sprayed everywhere. Very refreshing. Staff are first class. Very polite and attentive. Rooms cleaned daily. Once thing you need to remember you will spend a lot of time waiting for, and in the lifts. Hotel location is fantastic. Turn left out of the hotel you have plenty of bars. The only drawback is the redevelopment of Bugibba square. All fenced off. All in all I had a very relaxing holiday. Would deffo recommend the hotel.

Amazing! We loved our stay here - beautifully placed right near the sea and Beach with ample shops and restaurants nearby. The local bus service was also good and cheap at €2.50 one way. The hotel infinity pool with great views was very special. The pool area itself could do with being bigger as it was very busy in August but we went later in the day around 4pm and it was fine. The pool towels are off good quality. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable, housekeeping and particularly Bikham really made coming back to the room a real pleasure as everything was always spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the complementary wine, fruit and pastries left on various days. The pool bar and restaurant in the evening offered well cooked food which was tasty and reasonably priced. The two restaurants next door - Wagamama and Chatterbox offered a nice change from chips with everything in other local restaurants. Highly recommended!

The great things. An amazing room for our special holiday with lovely gifts for us more than once(cake, wine,fruit) amazing pool and views. Great breakfast, special mention to Emilia who was so lovely to see every morning. Lovely staff. Spotless. Everything wonderful until check out. We had a late pick up at 6.45pm , checkout 11am so obviously we asked if there was somewhere to shower change etc after being by the pool all day. First lady said you can shower on roof open shower. Then spoke to a young man who said oh no there's a shower and changing room near the basement pool and appologised. So that was OK, so we thought. We had to get someone to let us go up to pool as we no longer had a pass which was a pain. So we then went to shower and change before leaving. To find no private shower no changing room . I had to shower in bikini and my hubby had to stand by in shower area so nobody came round while i was getting changed. So we then had soaking wet swim wear to take home. We honestly felt like they didn't care after you check out. It was a bad end to an other wise great holiday. Never stayed anywhere else that didn't have facilities for leaving guests.

The location is simply phenomenal, the pool is lovely and the staff were so sweet and kind. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I loved it all over again! The room was quiet and spacious, breakfast was tasty and great that there are so many cafes nearby also. The view from the pool is so gorgeous over St. Paul's bay, and it's easy to get to Gozo from the hotel (as well as everywhere else!)

Perfect location with best view I saw in Malta over the pool and harbour to St Paul's islands and the sea, close to bus and boat trips. Very nice and comfortable pool area. Nice food.

Room had a large balcony with a lovely view and sun loungers were a great unexpected addition. Nice pool, never had trouble getting a sunlounger. Had an issue with our room which was rectified quickly by maintenance. Lido was also a great addition right on the door step.

Great location, very nice room, loved the rooftop pool and staff were very helpful! Cafe / brunch style breakfast included and we also enjoyed the boutique size apartment complex, meaning the pool was free most of the time. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful boutique hotel in February this year (2024) . It is such a find that we rebooked before leaving to return next year and bring our daughter. We checked in after midnight due to a late flight, but the hotel had given us a code for the front door and our room. There are no room keys but key code pads, very handy! The biscuits, water, and tea and coffee facilities, as well as the complementary prickly pear liquor, were most welcome. The room was spotless, and the bed was most comfortable. The hotel has a lively rooftop pool. It is off a very picturesque and peaceful square, with lots of restaurant choices. Breakfast was included, and we just had to pop across the square to the beautiful sister restaurant. Breakfast is generous and excellent quality, as well as the service. We had a friendly welcome from Borislav on reception. The hotel was immaculate. The cleaner worked so hard, and it really showed. I loved the room which overlooked the Square. The setting was so beautiful, right next to Mellieha Parish Church. There was always something going on at the church and in the Square, which was fantastic, but despite it being a lively area, the room was so quiet. The pool was small but stunning, and we regularly went on to the terrace on floor 3 to watch the world go by. Breakfast in the Square was top-notch. I rarely say I want to go back to a hotel, but I really want to go back to Doms. This is a gem of a hotel in a beautiful setting.

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, with parking available, a beautiful view, and a bus stop nearby if needed. Shops are within walking distance, making everything very convenient. The hotel is very cozy, and the rooms are beautifully designed. Lorena and Borislav were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious, with a beautiful presentation. We also appreciated the option for a late check-out for an additional fee since our flight was in the evening—it was very helpful. Another great perk is access to a swimming pool in a nearby hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return. We sincerely recommend this place!

Overall the hotel is very good, however it is let down by some easily fixed issues. First of all the rooms are very comfy with a handy case space as you enter. They are clean and modern and housekeeping comes in daily. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with a wide range of choices. The quality of the drinks available on tap is also very good.The dining room is spacious and it was usually easy to find a seat. The staff work very hard to keep tables cleared and top up food when required. The roof top pool is amazing, and a welcome break in the hot weather. The hotel also has an indoor pool with a jacuzzi and sauna which were very good. The pool bar was well used although I felt the prices were a bit steep compared to restaurants around about. There is a supermarket next door which offers good value. We had a couple of minor repair issues with our room which were fixed within an hour. Issues - the shaving mirror in our room was very rusty and gave us the wrong impression. This could have been replaced cheaply. One of the lifts was faulty and caused constant delays. The grill along the edge of the outdoor pool looked grimy, again this could have been cleaned easily. There is also a distinct lack of sun umbrellas - when it is 36 degrees, and feels like 43 degrees, additional options for shade would have been welcome. Again this can be resolved easily. Overall I would have no hesitation recommending Hotel Santana.

The room was very spacious and clean. It also came with a mini fridge which isn’t advertised on the double standard/twin room when booking, which was great for storing drinks and other things! The room also had air conditioning which is also very nice when it was hot outside as you can leave it on during the day/nights. Furthermore the room came with a balcony which was very nice and had outdoor seating. The hotel had plenty of facilities including an outdoor pool which came with a bar, sun loungers and umbrellas for shelter, an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna, a spar, a restaurant which had live music and an outdoor courtyard which was open at nights which came with plenty of seating and another bar with music. The staff here at the hotel are all very polite and friendly making sure that everything is okay and always making sure to say hi when passing by. The downstairs staff in the buffet, especially a man named Binod, are all especially friendly and greet you every morning with smiles and a good morning, making sure all the food is good and answering any questions you have. Furthermore they also provide room service and room cleaning everyday which was also very helpful to have. The bus stop for travelling around Malta was also just at the end of the road from the hotel which was also very good as it wasn’t too far. Restaurants/ gift shops and the beach were all also in walking distance with the furthest walk being to the beach which was a 10 minute walk.

This was a return visit to the Hotel Santana, and everything was just as fantastic as last year. The hotel is immaculate throughout, and our rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable. The food was consistently great with plenty of variety, both at breakfast and dinner. The staff are truly the highlight of this hotel. The reception team always greeted us warmly whenever we were coming or going, which made us feel so welcome. Likewise, the restaurant team are wonderful! In fact, all of the staff here are a real credit to the hotel – every single one we met was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. The roof terrace is another highlight, with lots of sunbeds available and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the Maltese sunshine. The pool isn’t huge, but don’t let that put you off – it’s ideal for cooling off whilst enjoying time in the sun. There is also a second indoor pool and spa facilities. A thoughtful touch we really appreciated came on our departure day. We had a 5am airport transfer and expected to miss breakfast, but the hotel had tea, coffee, and pastries ready in reception for early departures – such a welcome gesture before our journey home. Overall, our return visit was just as great as the last. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Santana to anyone visiting this area of Malta. Another wonderful stay – we’ll definitely be back again!

Stayed here 16th to 23rd June 2025 on a bed and breakfast basis. We arrived at 11 am and as we booked in the friendly reception staff informed us our room 453 was ready for us. We paid the tourist tax of six euros for a week and our room was on the 4th floor. There are six floors and also a roof top pool and also a spa and indoor pool. Our room was tastefully decorated with two beds, tea coffee making facilities, hairdryer,room safe and flat screen tv and free wi fi very spacious with a walk in shower. Breakfast was served from 7 till ten with a good selection of food from fully cooked English to the usual continental breakfast we'll presented and tasty. Hotel situated 5 minutes walk from St Paul's bus station, close to the sea and the square and all the attractions with many places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel is very clean with very obliging staff we had a very nice stay here and would definitely come back.

Great section of foods. Two swimming pools, if all day sun is too much you can use the indoor pool which also has a massage and Beaty salon. The staff are friendly and helpful, there are daily trips to all island attractions running from the hotel. Most importantly my son had an accident and broke his arm through playing around-the staff were on hand to help immediately making a sling for his arm , and we got him to a hospital which was also full of wonderful and helpful people. Thank you to Hotel Santana and would recommend this hotel and most of all it’s fantastic staff to everyone.

The hotel management is interested in the cleanliness of all the hotel’s facilities and meets the needs of the guests in a simple and practical way. The breakfast is very reasonable and sufficient in quantity, quality and greetings to The dining room supervisor how provides her services with a smile and a welcome. In general, I find the hotel to be one of the most suitable places to spend a fun and interesting time on the island.

Lovely hotel with lovely owner and staff, both very kind and helpful. It was perfect for a solo traveller. The room was clean and comfortable, just like the photos and with a nice sea view from the balcony. The location was excellent - next to the sea, close to cafes/ restaurants and a bus stop right outside. There was also a pilates class in the evening on the rooftop which was amazing under the stars!

The staff very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome, thanked us for coming for a stay. Breakfast was a treat, lots of choice, hot items as well as cold ones, lots of variety to chose from. Room very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Location was ideal, easy access to bus, waterfront and promenade. Would highly recommended the hotel, know we will be back. The location was great, next to the bus stops, both from Valetta and also from Ggantija/harbor. It's a great base for hikes all over the island. The room was pretty clean, the shower was warm, and the bed was alright. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The A/C and wifi were also working fine.

We were two friends who travelled from Malta paddling on kayaks, and wanted a one night stay in marsalforn. The hotel staff did their utmost and was very nice and helpful to make our short stay an unforgettable one.. hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach, breakfast great and Jahel's (reception) hospitaility great.

There's an amazing roof top pool & bar, the views are stunning , the drinks are ok however the draft coke not great and they don't offer cava/ proseco you have to purchase this with card as they don't accept cash, the pool area could be refurbished and I'd change the male/ female toilets as often men use the ladies, not good,, the snacks they advertise at poolside are often not available so best use restaurant for lunch and snacks there are 3 other restaurants. I went to one but it was buffet style and very small, felt very cramed in, I'd advise stick to buffet restaurant the lune bar was lovely , entertainment on every night, all.in all a good holiday & I'd definitely consider returning

We had an amazing time hotel was spotless clean food was outstanding (good selection for all tastes Rooms were spacious (although balcony was very small ) Evening entertainment was amazing The only downside was how cold the pools were (including indoor pool) which I guess is nice in peak season to cool off but when the sun goes down and poolside becomes shady it was too cold to enjoy

We stayed in June for 10 nights, and we were allocated a room on the 10th floor which had been refurbished. Good size room and bathroom and no issues with air con. Hotel design is not good when not all lifts go to every floor, you have to walk down corridors to find alternative lifts. Food was very good the only negative is the tables are so close together and it never felt relaxing. We preferred to book the different restaurants for a more enjoyable evening. Our favourite area was the rooftop pool for the views. The main let down for us was the evening entertainment, rooftop bar closes at 10pm, the poolside bar was only open Tuesday and Thursday. The indoor venue with a stage where the shows were that lasted an hour, was not what you want, we would rather be outdoors. One day the poolside bar was closed at 15.30 for a private function. Sun loungers removed and tables chairs and white table cloths put on. The sign to warn guests of closing at 17.00 but then changed to earlier. Guests with children were not allowed to use the rooftop so this was not ideal. We had to change beach towels at the bar which was not hygienic. A separate area should be designated for this, not using bar staff who are serving drinks and then handling dirty towels. I would not book this hotel again there is not much in the area surrounding the hotel, bugibba is livelier, no shops and not many bars, only convenience stores.

Spent a week in the Hotel, stayed around the pool in morning then out! Really relaxing break, hotel has everything for all ages, different dining options plus the infinity pool on the roof. Fantastic view from the room and the Caffe Royale great place for lunch on the ground floor inside or out after a dip in the sea. Hotel is bang in the middle of everything for trips or just local. Rooms well appointed ad really clean. Booked again for September!

Spend a full day at the qawra palace roof top pool and absolutely loved it!! The area was spotless,with plenty of comfortable deckchairs. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing - perfect for a summer relaxing day. Staff were super friendly. The pool itself was crystal clean with a breath taking view of the coast. Definitely one of the best experience I had in a hotel. Will come back without a doubt. Highful recommend if youre looking for a peaceful escape.

I don’t normally write reviews but this is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and it’s gone down in my opinion. The staff are lovely and work very hard and the hotel has lots of good features like a huge pool, specialty restaurants and an adults only swim up bar. My main concern was the cleanliness, when I checked into my room the were old sweets in the corner of the room and crisp under the bed which shows the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Also the wasp situation hasn’t changed since the last time I was there which was 4 years ago. You cant just sit down and enjoy a drink or meal outside without millions of them around you. The outside toilets need to be cleaned more and need toilet seats or seats that fit. The outside bar had this awful smell like a zoo, not sure if it was the drains but it was awful and was there for the full 10 days. Also their needs to be air con in the theatre as it was sweltering in their whilst watching the entertainment. Apart from that it’s a lovely hotel, just needs improvements in a few areas.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well designed this resort is. There is enough variety to make sure you can spend a week or two without getting bored. The decor is modern and comfortable and there are facilities and entertainment to appeal to a variety of ages and tastes. We particularly enjoyed the Levant and Salia restaurants. We had no problem booking all the restaurants. Our sea view terrace room was wonderful and we enjoyed breakfasts scavenged from the buffet while watching the boats in the bay. The greatest strength of this place is the staff. They were all very pleasant and friendly and remarkably courteous to the few guests who got a bit rowdy round the swim up bar. One of the bar staff, Melissa, really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We saw her many places around the hotel and she was always so cheerful and welcoming. Thank you Melissa and thanks to all at db seabank.

We came as a family with a group of 30 friends. Good hotel because we know what to expect and it’s a great holiday. Donald in the sports bar is a very friendly worker so is Vishnu the cleaner and Jonathan in the snack bar. All the staff are dedicated and happy to help. Also the pool outside was very cold last year but it appeared warmer this year. The indoor pool is warm and there are now 2 children’s pools for the little ones. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are very nice (we had a family room) The food is the same same every day in the buffet and variety could be improved. There are bookable restaurants; jungle restaurant, Chinese, Lebanese, Brazilian and a la carte (although we could not get in here as always booked which was disappointing). The sports pitches are quite busy and the Laguna shopping is expensive .The animation team are good and keep you entertained .Lastly beware of the uneven tiles by the pool .

We are a family of four with children aged eight and 10. We stayed at this resort over the Christmas period and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were very attentive and helpful, everyone from reception to the serving staff and bar staff. We found the all inclusive deal was worthwhile and the food was excellent with lots of choice and different specialities every day. The on-site restaurants provided an extra layer of choice and we dined at the Oriental, Brazilian, And Jungle restaurants each of those serving in a buffet style but with specific themed food and not as busy as the main buffet diner. I would advise booking slots in those restaurants as soon as you arrive as they can book out for the whole week quite quickly. The all inclusive includes alcohol with wine and beer literally on tap. It was local Maltese wine which was pretty nice. They also had an extensive cocktail menu included, with kids mocktails. Specific labelled spirits and bottled beer were extra. The Spa facility was reasonable with treatments that were cheaper than UK. Sauna and Steam room were always available though only 6 in the sauna at a time. Gym pretty basic with 2 (squeaky) cross trainers, 2 treadmills and one recumbent cycle plus a variety of weight machines and free weights. The indoor pool was the only useable pool in winter (you can swim outdoors if you like freezing!) so could be busy but had specific adult only times- but self regulated. Pool complex will be great in summer.

We have just returned after staying for a week ,I must admit as I'm quite critical in my reviews I really couldn't find anything wrong with the hotel ,resort is kept immaculately clean rooms pool area inside hotel all cleaned daily, food was good breakfast was cooked at breakfast stations also lunch and dinner ,food was constantly rotated so it wasn't sitting getting cold ,also plenty of salads desserts etc,one criticism small children being allowed to help themselves to hot drinks from the machines also being allowed to run around unsupervised round the restaurant, one day we had to wait to get in the restaurant as it's open to non hotel guests which were given priority over hotel guests ,plenty of sunbeds and i mean plenty!pools very cold but had a heated inside pool ,themed restaurants o.k easy to book on several devices stationed round hotel went to the jungle and the Lebanese resturant booked for the Brazilian but not clear as to how it worked waiter was a bit sharp with us so we walked out,all in all a good holiday.

The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely sublime, with a great price included with every hotel reservation. The waiting staff were very attentive and took great care of you during your meal. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and it’s still excellent. Fabulous location, really lovely staff and great service. The sea-view rooms have amazing views of the beautiful bay. There are plenty of places to eat and drink and a short bus trip or taxi into Rabat/Victoria. Great breakfasts included and a really nice restaurant in the evening; we ate in the hotel two of the 4 evenings we were in Xlendi just because it was such a nice, relaxing place with great, friendly service. Xlendi is a lovely place to relax - missing it already!

Year after year this place gives me homelike feeling. Beautiful location, very clean and comfortable rooms, cozy bayside breakfast and exceptional personnel ready to run extra miles to make your stay an unforgettable one. Many thanks to charming Alexandra for her great help and incredible friendliness. The hotel is an ideal place for those visiting Gozo. Plenty of restaurants, sightseeing bus stop, diving centre, boat rental, hiking trails, jumping board and breathtaking sunset cliffs are just at the right place in picturesque Xlendi bay.

We had a room with a balcony with a view to the sea. It was a beautiful and comfortable room. The location was beautiful. The staff were very very friendly. The English breakfast in the morning and the dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The location is accessible by car and also by a public bus. There are locations for swimming and snorkeling nearby. You also get places to hike and go on a regular morning runs too nearby.

The hotel is perfectly located right on Xlendi bay - ideal for a swim! The restaurant and its staff were brilliant too, and guests are granted a 10% discount on food and drinks during their stay. Great communication from staff on facilities they had to offer, including beach towels to rent for €2, and advice on where to do laundry/dry cleaning. Xlendi bay is well connected to the rest of Gozo, and the bus to Victoria is €2.50.

After reading some of the not so good responses we couldn’t fault Hotel Calypso, greeted warmly by reception staff told all we needed to know. Our room was lovely, comfortable and extremely clean, side view overlooking the beach and the full promenade. Beds were comfy bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was a delight lots to chose from. Pool area was clean although the pool was not!! Needed filtration and cleaning all around water level. Food and drinks from the bar were good. We would definitely stay here again the area is great restaurants are excellent and it’s so chilled 😎

Right by the beach and my balcony had a great sea view. There’s a convenience store very nearby where you can buy water. The pool is merely a kid’s paddling pool but you can sit there and enjoy the great view.

Perfect stay, for the price. We were bowled over by the size of the room. We paid for a sea view, our room had 2 living areas, 3 balconies and two toilets 1 bathroom, for two people it was luxury, not sure if we were upgraded or if this is the size of the standard room? Breakfast was very nice for all desires, hot, cold continental, cereals, yoghurts and fruit. Pool is lovely for a dip and cool off, if you are a swimmer I swam in the Boyd off swimming area directly outside the hotel. In May first thing in the morning, I would recommend a wetsuit, but I am a bit of a weed! In the centre of all the bars and restaurants. All restaurants are amazing with fresh fish and a variety of cuisines for all appetites. A nice holiday, thank you

Looks like the hotel has had a refurb, modern, smart looking, clean , spacious, nicely matched furniture in the bedroom. The rooftop pool and bar were still being updated, but will look great. Fan and aircon in room. Nice bathroom with all over / rainforest shower.

From the moment I arrived, everyone at the reception was extremely friendly and welcoming — and that friendliness continued with the housekeeping staff as well. I even got a warm welcome from the manager, Nikola, which made me feel truly appreciated. This morning, I had breakfast and was more than satisfied with the variety offered — from different salads, cold cuts, and cheeses, to sausages, bacon, and eggs prepared in three ways, along with freshly baked bread and a selection of fresh fruits. After breakfast, I came down to spend the day by the pool. The pool is very clean, and the waiters are cheerful, smiling, and genuinely happy to help. Thank you for a lovely stay — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Clean friendly staff supermarket is very close nothing really in the area besides a small cafe down the hill but taxis are cheap and very easy to get an Uber ,The bus stop outside the hotel was also very good .the pool area was nice and pool bar was open for food and drink would recommend for a budget friendly stay clean

We stayed here for a last minute holiday to Malta and the staff here are really nice and helpful. Tourist information was provided on arrival and some local knowledge was thrown in too. AC in the room; shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer were provided, beautiful pool (open to the public) and restaurant downstairs with a good, consistent breakfast, good happy hour deals and amazing (!) pizza. Well located to get to St Paul's Bay, Valetta, Mdina and Gozo by bus. Let us leave our luggage and use the pool after checkout at 11am. Thoroughly impressed, have recommended The Ambassador to family and friends.

The hotel rooms were adequate though small.very clean and everything worked as expected, lifts made travelling to 4th floor easier. Pool was well maintained and very clean. Pool facilities are clean and comfortable. The restaurant served a good selection of food specialising in fish.

We really love the breakfast and also the pool. But we were sad that we cannot use the pool after 6.30 pm. The room was clean, the cleaning lady was really nice. The receptionists were kind and helpful as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I am very easily pleased and all I needed was cheap, clean and quiet accommodation. I was in room on 2nd floor next to the lift and out early in the morning so no noise from it disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was good, yes repetative but served me right daily! The mini fresh baked pastries were die for! Free drinking water by the reception was a great bonus too. The swimming pool was cold but I spent most of my time down the beach across the road with the local cats. My balcony with garden view was better than expected. And yes this is an old 3 star hotel. So if you expect luxury go elsewhere. For a budget hotel with free breakfast it's very good in my opinion. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money. The location in Xemxija is great, near the major bus route. You're around 60 minutes from Valletta, the same to the airport if you take the TD1. The hotel is not luxurious but it is very comfortable and peaceful. The pool is closed during the off season but there are a number of beaches close by, especially if you like hiking. All members of staff I interacted with were great, friendly and accommodating.

Check in procedure is fast which is very good, the front office team is great, we just didn't get their names but they were helpful. Special mention to Mr. Alberto from Guest relations, he assisted me to prepare a surprise for my wife for our anniversary and it made our stay more special, thank you so much! 💯 The indoor pool is great with the sunbeds ready, our room has an amazing hill, pool and sea view. This hotel is highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast – the variety and quality of the food were outstanding. It truly set a positive tone for each day. The hotel's swimming pools area were also a standout. The arrangements for towels and other amenities were fantastic, making it easy to relax and enjoy the poolside.

We loved the huge salt water pool, definitely our favorite part of our stay here! Floating in it was so relaxing! The rooms were spacious, had a safe, a fridge and a nice bath tub. The two pool areas were busy but had plenty of sun beds available. We were able to find a parking spot quite easily every day, so it was very convenient. We also arrived from Gozo so the location next to the ferry terminal was perfect. However, there isn't much else around but we had a rental car so it was easy to reach plenty of different beaches, town and sights in this side of the island. Overall we did enjoy our stay a lot and would be happy to visit again, even with the cons I mentioned.

Everything was really fine. Good breakfast and amazing dinner, perfekt for a price we payed. Rooms clean and big enough, with balcony. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Three swimming pools in a good condition, inside pool with warm water. Location is close to really good beach and bus station. Every evening some entertainment programs, like life music or karaoke. A little playground for children and inside children room with some slot machines. We have had a really pleasant stay at this hotel.

The hotel has a swimming pool with enough sun loungers for everyone using it. Sometimes we went to the pool late in the afternoon and it was always possible to find a place. Highlight of the pool area is an easy access to the sea. You can alternate between going into a hotter pool or colder sea. After swimming you use several showers with fresh water. Hotel guests have a possibility to use indoor pool, gym or spa. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We stayed in two-bed apartment with two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette.

This was a fantastic 'apartment/hotel', it is not new and may be a bit 'warn around the edges' but the location is fantastic and we chose to have an apartment 'with sea view' - Wow what a view! The sea view rooms have a great aspect and at least in August we could just see the sunrise and sunset, but for the rest of the day the direct sunlight was on the other side of the hotel, leaving our room in the shade and reasonably cool. The facilities were also fantastic with a pool and spa just across the road. And as luscious as the pool looked, we only swam in the roped off sea area and showered by the pool - Wow just fantastic swimming in the sunrise every morning! The staff were really nice as well, and plenty of local shops within just a few min walk for any supplies you need. Wow, fantastic :-)

Dear Reader and Property, I hope for discount from AX group after this review. :) A Joke. :)) Actually we had great experience -> 1. Room was quiet & with Balcony (pay a little extra for sea view or partly sea view), 2. Bus stop right next to the hotel - easy access, 3. Nearby there are 9-10 rated restaurants some of them are definitely a must go! (Texas BBQ burgers, Ocean Basket & others) 4. Lovely & helpfull staff. 5. Ferries are nearby (local port) and the main port ~ 20 min (by car) 6. A HUGE bonus - we had an afternoon flight and hotel let's you use all of their amenities even after you check-out 10AM Pool, Indoor Pool, Gym, Showers, Towels etc. Which makes it to amazing last day of stay before plane. We recommend!

The hotel was in a great location. Near restaurants, cafe places, cool playground at the end of the promenade. It is also near the bus stop, where buses take you anywhere in the island (Valetta, Mdina, Mosta, Cirkewwa etc.) We picked a room with a view and we loved it. We ate every breakfast in the balcony and just soaked in the view. The staff was all sooo kind and nice. From receptionists to cleaners to staff at the pool. Everyone seemed genuine and happy to see you. Apartment was very spacious. The pool was nice too. We like the outdoor one during the day and indoor one in the evening.

The staff are very friendly. The location is perfect for families and alike with an amazing pool area with a friendly, affordable restaurant/bar area . There are plenty of sun beds and the pool is very comfortable. The hotel is more affordable than the others around it, so it's all good. .

Perfect hotel for our 10 night stay. We arrived early afternoon, we were well welcomed and allowed an early check-in. Opening the door to the room we were delighted to be welcomed by a beautiful sea view, a clean room and big enough for 3. Showers worked well although they took a few minutes to warm up in the mornings (good opportunity to get to the balcony in your pants and absorb the view for some morning fresh air). We went straight to the roof buzzing to see the rooftop pool as advertised and a big part for booking but we were met by a disappointing sign “closed...” back in the lift we went in search of our October sun lounger in the sun. The one pool that was open on our visit was great and the bar staff did a great job ensuring your cup was never long empty. The animation team were great throughout our stay and always brought good energy to the pool area (special shout out for Adrian) However another disappointment was that there were no bar snacks during the day other than some dry nuts. But that was made up for when we went to lunch and were welcomed with fantastic food, this remained consistently brilliant throughout our stay. We booked the Salia restaurant for our last night and this was absolutely incredible, amazing food, huge portions and out on the decking with a great view. Beautiful hotel and much lovelier than some of the reviews would have led us to believe - was delighted. Lots of good points. Rooftop pool was fab - adults only and peaceful. Fab rooftop bar - both bar and pool with great views over the bay. Good choice of food and restaurants on site. Especially liked cafe on ground floor open 9am til 11pm fantastic cakes and coffee. Efficient lift system - other reviewers who didn’t like it maybe just don’t understand how it works. Easy to get to grips with. Room cleaned well every day. Lots of nice drinks on offer all day. I try and eat a plant based diet so there were always plenty of options. Met General Manager Marco in the lift and he seemed genuinely interested in our opinions. We felt the swimming pools closed too early (6pm) when that time of day is particularly great weather to enjoy for those of us who can’t manage to be out mid afternoon sunshine and / or been out for the day. He immediately understood the issue and came back later to say that opening hours have now been extended to 7pm - great response to feedback. THANK YOU . For me this would be a deal breaker for choosing this hotel again as 6pm - 7pm is the best time of day! There was a good variety of food on offer and also noticed the standard of cooking was high - it wasn’t dried out under the hot plates or over cooked etc.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool area from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the wardrobe space was practical. There is an ironing room which you need a card from reception to access. The Kozy bar has a great selection of cocktails and drinks.With great entertainment at 2100 everynight including acrobats, dancers, a karaoke night and much more. Very family friendly. They have kids entertainment from 2000 before the main show. The food was great at breakfast. The lunch and dinner options were average. There are plenty of restaurants by the sealine - just a 6minute walk away. They have a wonderful steam room and sauna. Plus indoor pool and plenty of outdoor pools and sunbeds. The Pearl spa is execellent but the treatment there comes at an extra charge. Definetly worth it. 10/10 recommend the Pearl Spa. There are amenities closeby including ATMs, Wellbees grocery store, a pharmacy and plenty more. The bus station is a 4minute walk from the hotel. Travel pass is only 6euros or you can get a single ticket for 2.50 euros. Great travel links to Valetta,Silema, The Malta International Airport and other cities. This hotel stay was great.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming when we arrived. The rooms were what you would expect and clean and tidy. Our toilet was a bit weird as it was in a small space with the wall just over an arms length in front of us. The adult only pool (with an infinity edge) was wonderful, if slightly shallow. At the top of the building no music, a lovely place to relax and recharge. The main pool with the animation team had deeper parts (and shallower) but was noisy and busy. The food I would say disappointed. They made omelette, but not to order - for instance. It felt very samey , and the local snack/food/pastry were underwhelming. The book able dining options felt very similar (sushi was different, but still a buffet). The location is great , near the beach, the bus terminal - great transport links - and local shops (we even went to a famous fast food chain to get some ice cream. Would I go again? Not sure it was lovely and I felt rested when I returned to work. Thing is I’ve been to much better all inclusive hotels, consequently I think I’d rather not have the all inclusive option and go out to eat in this location.

This is a fabulous property that caters for everyone from adults to children. The adult only pool and roof top bar are a godsend and great. Staff were amazing and helpful. The food and dining restaurants were second to none. If I had to be critical the pool bar toilets need more regular cleaning and could do with a spruce up. Also toilet roll in the women’s toilets seemed to run out regularly. But amazing place and will defo be coming again.

Very hospitable staff - helpful and friendly. The hotel is unique with a wonderful view of the harbour. The room was large with beautiful furniture. The indoor swimming pool was great as the outdoor pool was not open for the summer season at the time of our visit.

Lovely hotel, large comfortable rooms, great facilities with the indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and choice of restaurants. The hotel is old and a little tired in places, but the main areas were clean and welcoming. Location is perfect, right by the harbour.

Very good location with superb views. Excellent indoor spa pool and outdoor pool. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Rooftop restaurant with great views. Only open on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. We could not use it! Only downside is lots of traffic and pollution as located on the road one kilometre from Ferry terminal but can’t be helped by the hotel. We suggested green screening plants to the hotel on outside sitting area. Recommend.

The property is located very close to shops, restaurants and the seafront. It is located less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station and the very convenient Wileg station. The bathroom was new and functional, the room was on average new and large. On the terrace of the room there was no drying rack and the chairs were not very clean. The roof terrace has a beautiful view, the swimming pool is small but is equipped with a toilet and shower. The very kind and friendly staff satisfied our every need and provided all kinds of information. A special greeting to Rachele, Maria and all the staff.

Central location to Buggiba square, near to bus stop with bus routes into Valletta and the airport. Spacious rooms with strong water pressure and temperature in the shower. Maria was very friendly and welcoming at breakfast, let us in half hour early on departure day and offered extra apples and sandwiches to take to the airport.

Top floor sunroom with TV lovely and fab outdoor pool. Rooms spotless. All staff efficient and friendly. Plus the hotel has a filtered water tap, chilled, in the lobby, a godsend.

Really helpful staff. Roof pool only a small 1metre deep 3 by 3 metre roughly cooling off pool. My room on 3rd floor air conditioned with nice balcony, clean well serviced. Breakfast self service, adequate, not outstanding but ok.

The staff was so genuine and friendly, from Reception to Housekeeping, everyone I encountered was authentic and made my stay so much better. My room was ready earlier (which always depends on availability so don't be angry if you can't check in early) which made me really happy. The room was great and I felt at home, it's modern, has everything you need and if you need something, Reception and Housekeeping will help you with a smile :) They even have a pool! They have cigarette vending machines, flyers, drinking water and even books in the lobby which was a pleasant surprise. If you're thinking about coming here for vacation - Do it! The hotel is right next to Bugibba Square which is a nice area with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc while still not being too busy. I didn't book any excursions but I saw that they had vouchers for the Bugibba Aquarium (when I was there at least). The staff will be some of the kindest you will ever encounter and I've worked in big hotel chains. Literally every single one of them is kind and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back!

Amazing views from the rooftop, outdoor pool was still functional in February! Very nice staff, easy to get to local shops, literally everything's at your doorstep.

The room was cleaned every day, with clean towels. Toiletries were supplied which we hadn’t expected. The reception, communal and pool areas were pristine.

Got advice and maps of area . A quiet residential area 10 min walks from Buggins on one side 2 min from Main Street and busses on other side. Back if hotel very residential but shops just up the road and all locals friendly felt very safe going around even though not a lot of street lights. Cleaning was excellent and nothing was too much lots of towels when requested fabulous staff again pool bar and pool lovely nice and big lots of food very reasonable and loungers readily available. Inside pool is closed for renovations again all the staff were just lovely. A few comments about students now there were a lot in groups managed well by hotel found the young people very polite to be fair we heard no noise found some of their leaders actually more irritating that the young people pure rude this is not the hotels fault. If getting a taxi ring the local ones too but well priced central total

Came for the Rong festival in May. Hotel was absolutely spot on, pool area was fab, beer cheap and plenty of sun loungers to recharge between sessions. Rooms cleaned every day with utmost discretion, despite my gang playing scenes from narcos with talc every night our carvings and carving tools were always respected, bravo ladies bravo. Reception staff absolutely amazing you couldn’t ask for more, now the only sour point of the stay was the pool side bar member (not the Nepalese gent). If he could move any slower I would be amazed, one day I aged twenty years waiting for a Stella (a very well priced Stella I may add) but I sobered up each time I went for a refill ( so rocket bum hole perfection). We spent a day at the Topaz Hotel in Malta and had such a wonderful experience! The pool area was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it easy to unwind. We especially enjoyed the buffet—there was such a wide variety of delicious options, with plenty to choose from for everyone’s tastes. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. For a day by the pool paired with great food, the Topaz Hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning—five stars!

We had a great stay with a family there in October 2025. The food was great (we had a breakfast and a dinner included). The outside sweaming pool was great. The pool bar was OK, it has everything we needed.

My husband and I spent a day by the pool. Lovely experience. Pool is spotlessly clean and very large. Staff are very welcoming and polite. Buffet lunch in the restaurant was great. Will go again 😀

Away from the hustle and bustle of the main centres of Malta. Excellent pool facilities and never had to fight for a sun-bed at either the main pool or quiet pool areas. Accommodation as described plus cleaned 4 times over 10 day stay with fresh towels etc. Good size fridge for stocking up on drinks and food whilst self catering. On site restaurant is of reasonable quality and pretty much standard like others in the area.

Loved the accommodation & the privacy of same. The facilities were second to none. We arrived in the middle of the night which was no issue. Great pools, both outdoor for family use & indoor for adults.

Bungalows are quite big and very well designed. Facilities are great, there is a supermarket with lots of products, a nice bar/restaurants and direct access to the sandy beach. The pools are nice, can be a little crowded though during peak time.

Compact, everything you need is there in the resort. Pool, beach, restaurant, supermarket, laundry, tennis, football and ping pong for the kids. Spa and jacuzzi for 15+

Family holiday with a toddler and a baby. Ramla Bay Hotel is in an excellent location, with a wide variety of swimming pools, private sandy and rocky beach access. Although only a very small outside pool for babies and none inside. Room is quite a minimal style, definitely not 4-star standard (no carpet, bed comfort is average), poor bathroom amenities. Breakfast food quality is low, however, the other restaurants in the resort serve great food. Overall we have enjoyed it, I'd definitely recommend, just adjust your expectations to a 3-star hotel.

Pool area was nice, rooms are ok you get what you pay for. Male staff at pool bar is really nice along with the female cleaning lady is so friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels on request. Don’t come here expecting 5 star luxury the rooms are old but we didn’t care for the good price on a friends trip.

Our check in was at 2245 and we were checked in with ease. Our room reflected the price. Air conditioning worked great. Cute little balcony. Shower pressure and temperature was good but the height of the shower head is only suitable for children but it’s detachable and worked good enough. Pool was great too but it was too cold to fully enjoy. One cockroach was found in the hallway. None in our room.

We enjoyed staying 7 days here. You can see the hotel was built in 80tes and things are not shiny modern. But the place is Very Very clean. Cleaning staff very friendly and attentive. We asked to change our bedsheets and he changed towels too. Reception staff professional asking time to time if everything is ok. Pool is clean and not overcrowded. We sincerely enjoyed the stay

Location was great and only around a 15-20 min walk from water front, staff were all very welcoming and very helpful. Pool was great and rooms were extremely clean and bed sheets and towels were changed everyday. We had a problem with the lock on our door and it was fixed very quickly

The Hotel was very nice. I travelled with my 8 year old son and my mother. There are 3 pools and the children are allowed to use only the family pool. However it’s a big pool and there is definitely no draw back. The adult pool is only for the adults. In terms of location: The hotel itself is on the island of Gozo so not on Malta. If you are more interested in exploring Malta, Valetta, Mdina, it’s better to stay on Malta because otherwise like us you pay a lot for transport to get to the ferry’s. That’s about 25 Euros each way. There is a bus stop by the hotel but be aware that the bus comes just every hour. The bus fair is 2 euros and it will take you to Victorija where you will have to change the bus to get to wherever you want to go. It is possible that you will miss the other bus and will have to wait another hour. Taxi was the better option for us. The hotel is secluded and there is not much around it. If you like peace and quiet, then the hotel may be for you. You will have an excellent view onto the ocean from the property. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We ate at their restaurant a few times and the food was very good. The breakfast is buffet style however due to covid the staff now serves the food at the buffet which can take some time. Overall, We don’t regret staying at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

This is a great hotel. We went in February for Carnival so had little expectations for the weather. The hotel was great. It is child-friendly but allows separation. There are two large pools, one - no children. The Spa pool as hot and half in and half outside. This made a winter stay enjoyable. Three things of note: The service is genuinely friendly. This is a national trait but they were really charming. Especially George who seemed to serve us at every breakfast and dinner. His smiles made the stay memorable. Secondly the position of the hotel. It has a fabulous beach restaurant which is open in the summer. The hotel is a haven for walkers. Lastly, we stayed half board. This was a bargain option. The breakfast was magnificent but the dinners were fabulous. These were old-fashioned gourmet meals. Some even with sorbet between courses. A nightly feast.

The hotel is amazing. We loved every minute of our stay. The premises are beautiful and so calm and serene. The place is ideal to unwind and recharge. The spa has an indoor pool which extends to an outdoor heated pool which is grand. The room was beautifully decorated, however, it seems like the room was refurbished but the bathroom left in a previous state. The bathtub and bath glass screen are outdated, but in reality they served their purpose. The location is in the country side and there are lovely places to go for a walk. They have their own private beach with a restaurant called Il-Kantra which one must definitely visit both for the scenery and the food. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Oh and the staff are really nice too!

Great Reception, relocated us to a room near the pool as my wife uses a wheelchair, super service and a great location with wonderful views of the sea and cliffs in the distance. Super to eat outside under a canopy of trees, but you need to like roaming kittens! Restaurant food is italian and really good. The hotel has two others in Gozo and they let Ta Cenc guests use their pools.There is also a beach with a bar and restaurant but strong swimmers only are encouraged to go for a dip. If travelling there with no car, get the hotel to arrange your pickup and drop-off at the airport. We will definitely return.

A beautiful small, but perfectly formed holiday village. We were the only people there the first few days, due to being off season, but were able to hear happy birdsong & see many friendly cats. Didn't use the attractive swimming pool as the weather was a bit too cool & breezy, but what a bonus in better weather! Clean well kept apartment & grounds. Helpful friendly staff

The fact that the houses are close to the pool. You can go swim and go up anytime you want. At night you can stay at the veranda outside looking at the view. It was amazing and will definitely book again for next year!

I was many times in Qawra Point Holiday Complex and i will be back :) Perfect localization, near beach, bus station and many bars and shops. Very friendly and helpfull owners. I have had plane afternoon, without any problems we stayed for few hours on the swimming pool on the roof. Price is ok, adequate to conditions. I recommend

The staff were excellent from the initial greeting through to departure and could not do enough to help you. From the cleaner through to the manager, all were great and worked hard. Breakfast was well priced and cooked to order and the pool table was a good way to spend the evenings. Location very convenient for getting to restaurants with a short walk though we did explore further afield.

The apartments are large and spacious. It's clean and cozy. The hotel is cleaned and towels changed every day. Drinking water can be ordered at the reception. The hotel has an elevator, so it is convenient to move around. There is a beautiful beach nearby. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It was nice to live here and we want to come back someday. I wish good business and many new guests in the New Year to all staff!

Food buffet style, breakfast included in stay with plenty choice, sausage more hotdog type but bacon good and egg type changed everyday, continental meat & cheese, salad, fresh fruit & yogurt, croissants & Nutella yummy & they have HP sauce, if you ask. Evening meal again buffet at an extra charge €10 great value. Options changed every night, soup, pasta dish & salads, plus 2 meat choices & 1 fish dish.... sometimes maybe not exactly as expected but good quality produce (lamb curry was more like a fruity stew...but lamb was delicious & tender) cake, fruit, cheese & crackers & ice cream/cream if you ask. The only negative was the lack of sunny lounge areas, unfortunately, pool was in the shade majority of day... this is maybe a positive in the very very hot summer but not so good in October. There is a very small roof terrace with a few sun loungers but not pretty. The small indoor pool (4m x 4m & 1.2m deep) on the floor 6 There is building work around but this is a Malta wide issue, demolition of buildings completed, so dust not so much a problem but 2 cranes in view. Overall, pleasant stay, great value for money, quiet location and excellent service from all members of staff

The hotel was clean in and out. All of the staff were friendly, although some of the waiting staff looked like they had slept in their uniforms. The outside pool area was again clean, with a good sized pool, and plenty of sun loungers. The rooms were spacious, with tea and coffee facilities. The decor and furnishings in the room we had were very dated in comparison to the pictures on the Expedia website. The area in front of the hotel us being redeveloped, and will be for a while by the looks of it. Therefore, there is a lot of noise coming from out side from 0700 hours. We had this every day except the Sunday. The restaurant in the hotel has very reasonably priced evening meals, but there are also restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Our room was exactly like the photo in your site with a private balcony/terrace and coffee/tea service (that we didn't make use of as we don't like Nescafe). Dinner was excellent as was the very abundant breakfast. What we did not like was the fact that the indoor pool closes at 6pm and as we checked in around that time we could not make use of this facility. So we were restricted only to our bedroom and the restaurant.

Clean and tidy room with good A/C. We had a cheaper room but it was fine, though the view was to the side building site. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially James in the bar and restaurant. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection of items. Dinner was poorer; more like a canteen but frankly a wide ranging buffet for ten Euros represents good value in an area where eating out can be expensive. Tip: eat early while the buffet is fresher. The exterior pool is compact and some loungers in need of repair but the area is clean and pleasant. There is now building construction on one side but most rooms overlook the finished new builds to the front. We used a hire car and used found street parking (free) nearby but this will become more of a problem when building in the area of Qwara is completed. We were pleased with our choice of hotel and felt it represented good value for the area. We would happily book again if looking for a hotel in the area.

Views over the bay are amazing and the bay so refreshing for swimming. Air con was amazing in the rooms. Decor in the rooms rustic but very comfortable bed. We will definitely be back

A unique and lovely old-fashioned but comfortable hotel right on the bay. Very good restaurant. Roof top plunge pool is tiny but this isn't an issue with the sea at the front door. What is exceptional is the service and attention to detail. Nothing seem too much trouble.Two of many examples include Dino in the bar providing rice to help try save a wet mobile and Bojara in Reception searching and reprinting a copy of a boarding pass.

No complaints about this hotel except for the lost opportunity of the top deck pool area. It has the most excellent views but it is badly neglected. The pool itself is no more than a plunge pool really - which is fine; there are basic sunloungers, and small hard towels can be obtained from reception (if you remember before you make your way up). There have been nice plants but they are all dead. Drinks and food can be brought up with a charge of €3 if you call on a phone. It could easily be made to look pretty, add parasols, classy loungers and good big towels on tap, then a wee fully staffed bar and it could be a fabulous wee gem. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room and ensuite are clean enough, with a fridge and tea making facilities. It was no problem to have an ironing board provided. Overall I would recommend.

This hotel was fantastic after reading others reviews thought would give it a shot and boy it did not disappoint! The views out to sea were spectacular with gorgeous sunsets. We had the valley view and sitting watching out the back was just as entertaining! We were there during the festa and had great views of the fireworks and celebrations as well as going to watch the competitions on the water. The hotel is very clean and the air con when you walk in is very much needed in the heat. Great when you come back in from being out all day. The rooms had everything we could need, fridge, coffee making facilities and these were topped up for us each day. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job and if we needed anything we just asked and they were happy to help. The pool is a little small but if you time it right you can get it to yourself ! The manager said they were looking to do upgrades to the pool (if the hotel can hold the weight) and bathrooms in the future. The walls are very solid and the balcony doors were very sound proof from the outside goings on which was very helpful for getting some shut eye. The breakfast was a great selection of pastry’s, cereals, cooked breakfast and vegetarian option as well as juices/water/teas and coffee. You also get discount if eating in the restaurant. This is a great base to explore Xlendi and Gozo. The staff are very friendly there is also a place to keep your luggage on check out day. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel
