The staff/owners are very nice, detailed and accommodating. The room was so large, the balcony was so nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and had amazing sleep each night and the bathroom was really big. Everything was so clean! The mini bar is quite nice, we didn't buy anything but the prices were reasonable and had lots of choices. The pool is super refreshing, quiet, and lots of lounge chairs and beds to lay on. There were always plenty of fresh pool towels every time we used the pool. The breakfast was yummy and had lots of choices, it's between 8 and 10 and things get warm fast so best to eat closer to 8 for maximum freshness and choice. Lots of parking spaces right out front of the rooms, we never had trouble getting one.

The spacious room, bathroom towels and bed linen were amazing. Each room is faced towards the pool and has big balcony with sunbeds and cloth drying racks. Pool area is quite big with one community pool. Unfortunately the neighboring house on one side were doing renovations and were really noisy and in the neighboring house on the other side the dogs were barking very loud.

We came with a small kid and teenagers and we were all happy in and around the house. Marija and Milan are exceptional hosts we have never met before in quality. The location is wonderfully and quietly remote but a very good starting point for many excursions in the region.

Perfect villa for a family vacation. Kind owners with excellent hospitality. Marija was waiting us with cold cuts, bread, some beer, wine, even with a home-made cheesecake. Milan brought us to a boat ride to watch dolphins and swim in the sea. He also cooked peka (Croatian food speciality) for us one day and Marija made a Monte cake. Close to the sea and great restaurants, yet very quiet. The whole family had a great time there.

Villa Mare is a beautiful, modern and very good equipeed home. The owners Maria and Milan - so helpful, nice and very profesional We will definitely come back Thank you for a short but nice stay.

Hosts met us at the property after a long journey. They showed us the entire property as well as some supplies for our breakfast and the rest of our stay.

The house was beautiful and well decoration. The host was very nice.

Cannot recommend this Villa enough. Coming from a hotel only mindset after hearing horror stories I was cautious about booking a villa for the first time but it made sense for our group to do so. This Villa was not only spotless but absolutely stunning and looks even better in person. The location was peaceful and we didn’t feel over looked which is something I anticipated after reading a review. Spectacular view of the mountains from the pool. The host Lucia was everything you would hope for. We all had the best time and I can’t wait to come back again.

The layout of the property was fantastic to meet the needs of our family with all the space and comfort and the summer kitchen by the pool which was a big plus. It had everything we could need and was perfectly located for Split, the airport and day trips to Krka nature reserve. Our host was exceptional! Lucia was always on hand with offers of help.

The villa was great, it felt as though nobody had stayed there before. The only slight disappointment was that we felt a little exposed in the garden.

Reviewed rate 10, purely because this Villa was exceptional. The host was so friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay if needed. His wife baked apple turnovers for our whole group of eight, plus our 3 year old granddaughter, which was a very nice touch. The Villa and pool were 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, and very well equipped, with every thing to make our stay comfortable. The Villa is close to a supermarket, restaurants, pubs, and there is a bus service into the old town. We would highly recommend this Villa.

The host was very kind and helpfull. The pool and outside dining area were amazing and super clean! Beds are very comfy and large enough for us tall dutch guys (1.90m, 2m). Aircos in all rooms and all worked perfectly. Bathrooms were super clean and showers were amazing.

This Villa is absolutely amazing!!! We had the BEST time here. It is situated in a quiet rural area. We had access to 3 apartments which was literally the Villa. The interior was super clean, modern and good quality in each appartment. Super comfy beds, great showers, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect stay. The pool was great and well enjoyed, the roof terrace was wonderful for watching sunsets as well as starry nights and even storms. There was a games room that we used that is near the pool with an additional toilet there. We had access to 2 bicycles, which were useful to ride up to the local grocery store, literally 5 minutes away. I can't rate this Villa high enough, and as for the hosts, they are the most welcoming people you will find. We were greeted with Scnapps and snacks and the hosts mother even came with a gift to wish me happy birthday. Such beautiful and thoughtful people. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly recommend.

Villa Palmarosa is a corner of Heaven. The host welcomed us with cold drinks and more and made us feel like we were visiting relatives. The cleanliness of the apartments was exemplary and we felt like home. Here you will find everything you need. If you want to spend a dream vacation, do not hesitate to stay at this villa. The villa was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was highly equipped and the pool area was beautiful. The apartment was located within walking distance to an excellent supermarket, which the host kindly took us to on the first day, a local bakery, convenience store and garage could be reached on foot within 5 minutes and all offered a wide range of products. Uber into the old town /beautiful beaches cost around 5 euro. There is a lovely little play park one minute away from the villa with a local social club attached where the locals are very friendly and the drinks cheap. Restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The villa is located in a residential area so evenings are very quiet. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The hosts are fantastic, Tony is very clear with rules for the villa and pool but will do anything to help and takes a lot of pride in maintaining the apartments and grounds to a very high standard, his wife Mirjana is amazing and very good with children. The beaches are not sandy, but rather pebble or concrete so go prepared! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is great and the apartment was lovely and spacious filled with more then the necessities. Pool area was good and hosts were so welcoming and helpful. It was useful having a washing machine in the bathroom and we were provided towels we could leave the apartment with which was really convenient for us. Mirjana And Tony were very informative and made us feel so looked after. Having Dino pick us up and drop us off to the airport was so helpful and saved us a lot of hassle especially with having a late flight on the day we were leaving. Would definitely recommend! Our hosts were amazing. So friendly and greeted us with the keys in hand! It has free fantastic parking, a pool, outdoor kitchen and eating area and beautiful outdoor living space. The apartment was very clean and spacious with beautiful clean balconies overlooking the sea. The beds were comfortable with warm soft duvets. There are 3 bedrooms with 7 single beds which was perfect for our family! At the end of our stay we were again greeted by our hosts. They gave us little gifts of yummy home made jam and a Zadar magnet. With hugs and handshakes we agreed that we would return to beautiful Zadar and the Villa Dalmatian!

The property was perfect! On arrival we were greeted by the hosts! A lovely couple who seemed thrilled to have us stay at their property. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and just being able to relax in the afternoons after exploring Zadar in the morning.

Felt like home. Have everything you need, plenty of space and storage. comfortable lounge and balcony. Beds and linen were comfortable. Parking easy and pool and outdoors are is spacious, well kept and beautiful. hosts are lovely and even got a little produce from their lovely garden. really accomodating.

I had such a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made it special though, was the host! Vesna was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make our stay great. The private pool was awesome, and the apartment had everything you needed.

This was one of the nicest places we stayed at during a month long European trip. We had the large suite with our own personal pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were great. Best pillows on the trip-memory foam. Living area was nice. Cool pet turtle named Franklin roamed the yard. Perfect parking behind the building. Open area behind the building to walk and explore. It was really too far from the beach to walk to it and that may be the only slight flaw in an in an otherwise perfect spot.

The apartment, staff and breakfast were all exceptional. The friendly owner accommodated our late arrival just before midnight and was very willing to help in all aspects with advice on local restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. Our apartment had its own terrace and private pool overlooking the main pool, a much appreciated touch although the main pool is also excellent. The substantial breakfast was delivered to the apartment and included omelette or eggs of choice in addition to cheeses, meats, yoghurts, juice and coffee etc. Wi-fi was excellent. Although we had a car, the centre of Zadar is less than two miles away and easily walkable for those with basic fitness. A supermarket is also located half a mile away if you like to self cater using the kitchen equipment, as are several restaurants for those prefer to dine out. All in all a great stay and we will use the accommodation again.

First of all the owner of Villa Vanilla was the greatest person I have even met in my life, she was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We were astonished when we first saw the our studio apartment. It is almost full apartment and we had literally everything i.e sofa, dinning table, fireplace, TV, kitchen with all required appliances, closet and separate bed room. Outside of the apartment we got terrace and swimming pool. The area around the villa is very classy and super safe and walkable approx 15 minutes walk to the beach area as well as to the old town. It is highly recommended.

Excellent stay, had anxiety bringing a toddler on her first holiday but all that was eased staying here. We had all resources available to us like highchairs and cot. Massive pool and Excellent rooms. Everything for a family. Will be booking for next year. Owner was lovely and gave us desserts and home made bread.

Everything was perfect from the house pool to the host. They even made us fantastic homemade dinner one night. We cannot wait to be back. Thank you again for a wonderful stay 😊

We had a great stay at this house, the owners were lovely too and kept checking in on us cleaning the pool etc. I would say you need a car to get to the house but once there you can jump on a bus about 10 mins away to take you to the centre and surrounding areas. It is a beautiful location lovely garden which has loads of space for the kids and facilities left like ball bat tennis etc . I would highly recommend to stay with a family or couple we will definitely like to return :)

Fantastic location and very welcoming hosts. The outside space is fantastic for families and the children loved the clean pool. It is close to the sea (walkable) and drivable to the centre of Zadar but it is so peaceful. There is also a sea view from the balcony which was a nice surprise.

It is really close to the beach, so basically U can relax on the sunbed next to the pool and just go to swim into the sea, if U would like. The bed in our apartment was very comfortable.

The apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect. Lovely quiet pool and the sea and beach bar were just over the road. A wonderful location for morning coffee or a sunset drink. The small Tommy supermarket was 2 mins walk away. As was the bus stop. Google maps gives the bus times. It was quite a long walk to town, especially following the coastline. But it was a pleasant flat walk. All the local restaurants I went to were great. Beautiful views and welcoming attentive staff. Food was good too. I didn't go into town in the evenings. I didn't really see the staff much but the pool was kept clean and new towels were on the loungers every day. A Bolt arrived v quickly to take me to the airport.

We booked an apartment for a group of three friends, young on vacation. Everything went smoothly from reservation to check-out. The place was very clean, conveniently furnished with a full kitchen. We were close to the beach and we enjoyed the pool. We are not noisy, and found the place was calm, too, but friendly and near all attractions in Zadar.

The property was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable, there is a well stocked shop and coffee shop only 2 mins walk away and the apartment is right on the 8a bus route which takes you into the centre. Pool area was just lovely and the sea really was right across the road!

The apartment was great.. Just a short walk to the beach, great pool. Clean and good. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

SunAdria is one of the nicest places to stay in if you want to get away from the city and have a quiet vacation. Only 10 min by car from Zadar Centar. Many restaurants very close and well as super markets and a small market within walking distance. 100 meter easy walk to a local "beach" and fishing. The pool is a gorgeous and is a nice break from the sea for small kids or when it is too rough. Bus stop, church and market all within 600m. Traditional charcoal grill, well appointed kitchens and every amenity on site. The owners are very friendly and are always looking how to make you stay better. We decided to drive from Northern Croatia to see Zadar and booked last minute for two days and found an absolute JEM of a place I will certainly come back to when I am in the area.

lovely apartment VERY clean and well equipped all done to a very high modern standard nice friendly people who leave you alone to get on with it if you wish or are available to help if you need it. Very close to the sea as in less than 3 mins shop and restaurants close by and a nice safe pool area, whats not to like? Area is quiet so if youre looking for hectic night life this aint your thing its for chilling and relaxing but Zadar is a short drive away once you get used to it with more on offer would definately stay again it is what it says on the website and the photos are accurate

The apartment is great, even better than the pictures. It was clean, modern and cosy. Towels and other hygiene products have been replaced once in 5 days which is kinda rare in an apartment. The pool area was great as well, we spent lots of time there. The host is very nice, responsive if you need anything just send a text. Location is great, just a couple steps from the sea with usually only a few people on the small beach. 15 mins walk to the main road where you can find some nice restaurants (i.e.Vila Park). All in all it was perfect for us with a small baby!

All the time smiling Mate with Marta were very helpful all the time with all our requirements. (change of towels, bed linen upon request, refill of bath.accessories, missing little things). Clean, warm and safe pool recommended for children, max. 1.5m deep. Private jacuzzi used during colder evenings. Modern and spacious apartment with functional kitchen, well-working shower in the nice bathroom, comfortable sofa for 3 of us, TV with Netflix. Great mornings in the shadow on the terrace. Clear and refreshing sea 2 min walk from aparment. Covered parking space dedicated to every apartment. Two small grocery shops 5 min walk away.

Virkelig dejligt sted. Super beliggenhed 1 minut fra stranden som var helt i top. Poolen var virkelig ren og fin. Alt var velplejet og blev passer. Lejligheden var ny og meget lækker. Komfuret var ikke det bedste, men vi kunne lave lidt morgenmad. Internettet var ualmindeligt dårligt, så det bør forbedres da det stort set var ubrugeligt. Der var ingen rengøring på en hel uge og der var ikke støvsuger eller andet som vi selv kunne gøre rent med, måtte spørge efter dette, da det ellers blev for beskidt. Kan rigtig varmt anbefale stedet da det er virkelig godt.

Had a delayed flight so arrived really late but they were waiting to show us around. They also kindly provided us with essentials coffee milk etc. Always available throughout the trip with any questions we had about restaurant recommendations etc. Special thanks on the last day when we had a late flight home. They kept our luggage all day so we could spend the whole day out. Arranged a meeting point to collect the bags on way to airport in the evening. Can’t thank them enough. Villa located less than 5 minutes walking to supermarket. zadar Old town also in walking distance along with beaches.

New, beautifully furnished, up market accommodation with everything needed for a great holiday and more.

Ivana and Frane are very kind hosts. The layout of the house is perfect, the furnishings are beautiful. The beach is a very pleasant walk away, which is sandy and the sunset from there is wonderful. The garden is excellent, even with children, it has everything that makes a holiday perfect. The jacuzzi is big and the view from it is fantastic, the pool is very nice and clean.

Very nice and clean villa, also very vell maintained. Kitchen was equipped on a very excellent level both with equipment and dishes, but also with cooking ingredients. Everything needed for washing and drying clothes was also in place. Everything was exactly as on the catalogue pictures.

The owners were incredibly accommodating and responsive, addressing any queries promptly. They went above and beyond by leaving a delightful birthday gift of fruit, wine, and a card for my mum's birthday. On our final evening, they even offered to prepare a traditional Croatian meal for us, though we had already made other plans. Overall, Villa Garoful exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much, Zrinka!

The interior is beautifully decorated, with spacious rooms, high-end amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and with a coffee machine. The outdoor space is a true highlight. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the expansive terrace is ideal for lounging and enjoying the serene surroundings. The villa’s location is perfect—secluded enough to provide peace and privacy, yet close enough to explore the stunning coastal towns and beaches of Croatia. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing excellent recommendations for activities and dining, and were always available to assist with any requests.

Just finished our stay in Villa Rocinante. We were group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It looks very new so we were guessing it is probably only a few years old. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need! They even got an ice maker! The owner was very friendly, welcomed us on arrival with a big cheese and meet platter and drinks! He also shown us around in the villa. Communication was nice and clear. The kids loved the pool, the play area. We also had some lovely visitors during our stay-two tortoises and 1 cat, which was an extra bonus for the kids. Everything was so well maintained and we had such a lovely stay. So highly recommended and we would love to come back again!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Zadar Villas for my 25th birthday celebration. It was not only my first time in Croatia but also all of my friends, and I can confidently say that it won't be our last! Karlo was an exceptional host throughout our stay, providing us with lots of recommendations to make the most of our time in Zadar. His local knowledge was a game-changer, and what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful birthday gift and card he left for me. It really added a personal touch to our stay. We also had a late flight and were allowed to leave our luggage at the villa until 2pm whilst the villa was being cleaned (checkout was 10am), which was extremely helpful. The villa itself was excellent. It was not just clean and modern, but it had everything we needed and more. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the spacious, comfortable living areas allowed us to relax and unwind after our adventures in Zadar. The villa is a 15-20 minute drive from Zadar town, but even as a group of six we easily found Ubers/Bolts which cost us around €12 each way. It was convenient and affordable, making the location a non-issue. In summary, I cannot recommend Zadar Villas enough. It was the perfect setting for my 25th birthday, and Karlo's exceptional hospitality made it truly memorable. Thank you, Karlo and Zadar Villas, for making my birthday unforgettable! :)

Upon arrival we had a warm welcome. The house is very big and new. When we arrived it was so incredibly clean, we have never seen a house this clean before. The kitchen was absolutely perfect and everything you could think of was present in the kitchen and the rest of the house. Even in the bathroom there was a container to organize your make-up. The pool was being cleaned daily and was heated also, very lovely. It also has a playground for the children but we adults loved it too. We loved every single room of the house. We felt right at home from the start. This house had everything we needed and even more. It was truly a luxury to stay here. If we had a problem the hosts were there in a few minutes and they also gave us a lot of great suggestions for trips, activities and excursions. The hosts were amazing! Great hospitality, always friendly and very good company. The house is very Well located , in a safe neighbourhood and close to the city Zadar.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa La Aurora! The owners, Ivan and Marina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the most comfortable and enjoyable experience, especially as we were travelling with a baby. They made sure we had everything we needed and were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating throughout our stay. The villa itself is spotless, with exceptional cleanliness and a clear attention to detail in every room. The garden and pool area are beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family.

Spotlessly clean! Had everything you would have needed. Cannot fault any part of the property. We were a group of 8 and all had space and were very comfortable. I highly recommend for a great stay.

The hosts Ivan and Marina were exceptional and could not do enough for us. They even took us to their family Doctors when our Daughter was poorly. They were always on hand for us to ask any questions and even invited us for dinner. Any problems with the villa, they replied straight away. The villa was beautiful. Had everything you needed and more. The cost in to the centre of Zadar by taxi was around 20 euros and a 10 minute drive. Fantastic town with amazing views and restaurants. Organise a boat trip and the tuk tuk tour was fun.

We chose this villa for our family holiday and we couldn’t have been happier. Me and my wife visited with our two kids, the mother in law and two family friends and we all had the best time! The villa was in a beautiful location which was perfect for everything we needed. The local shop was only a small 10 minute walk away which stocked most of the essentials for anything further Zadar was only a short 15 minute car journey. We enjoyed the scenic local walks which regularly ended with cold beer on the seafront - perfect!! The views from the villa were stunning, we chose to have dinner on the outside terrace most evenings where we had a beautiful view and could enjoy the sun setting. We took full advantage of the BBQ most days which we really enjoyed. Pool was amazing and the kids loved the play park and games room in the basement. This villa really did have everything! To top it all off the host was exceptional, nothing was ever too much whether it was a message in the middle of the day for a taxi number or recommendations for restaurants he always made sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable during our stay. Thank you Luka for making our stay as enjoyable as possible, we will definitely be returning!

Ivona is really nice. she was waiting for us when we arrived. She showed us around the house, showed us how it works. She prepared refreshments for us. Halfway through the stay she came to check the pool and brought beers. The best accommodation and the best host we have ever had ! Thank you for everything. This was the best week.

The equipment and furnishings of the house were great. We didn't miss anything. The pool was very nice and clean. The area is quiet and you can relax well. In 10 minutes you can be in Zadar, in 20 minutes you can be at the beach. The hosts are very nice and attentive.

We really enjoyed this place. Really a 5 star plus property. Mostly down to additional thoughtful considerations by our hostess. Excellent location for national parks and many costal towns. Within very easy reach of Zadar airport and town. Beautiful garden, pool, great beds and bathrooms. Highly highly recommend.

Kids liked the swings, slides and swimming pool. The property was clean and had all the facilities we needed and more. Very well equipped.

Peace, quiet and the host was very approachable and easygoing.

Fantastic holiday home and garden. Pool was great as was the jacuzzi. Teenage boys enjoyed being there the whole holiday, using table tennis and badminton. Air con was needed as our week was very hot and we had everything we needed - for cooking, coffee and laundry. The location was good for the town. We walked to the supermarket and bakery for what we needed. Lovely place for a chilled holiday. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming. Advised us on anything we asked. We Ubered or used their local taxi man to visit Zadar a couple of times. Walked to to beautiful marina 20 minutes away one evening and ate there.

Our stay in villa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, pool is amazing. You have all the comfort you need including comfortable beds, great outdoor sitting place, well organised kitchen with all the utensils, pots etc. anyone needs. Area is wonderful as much as host. It is quiet in there, so lovely place for kids. Would definitely come back, we loved every bit of our holiday here. Thank you so much.

Great location, very quiet but close to the lovely harbour at Sukosan. Facilities were superb for our family of 6 adults and one child. The lovely pool, hot tub, play areas and bikes were well utilised. We found the villa to be spotlessly clean and decorated to a high specification, with everything we needed.

Villa is fantastic, modern and everything you need is there. The owner gave us a warm welcome, she was available if we needed anything.We have two teenage children and they were more than happy with both the villa and the area.Location was great, all you needed was within walking distance. So much to do if you want to get out and explore, but plenty to do if you just want to take it easy and relax. We had a week in the villa and could definitely have stayed longer with so much more we would have liked to have seen and done. Zadar is definitely worth spending time visiting. Our family's first visit to Croatia, and it won't be our last. Beautiful and historic country.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed the pool, it was big enough and clean. The villa is equipped like a normal house with all the household necessities. The air conditioning in every room is a big plus. Parking is right outside the front door behind a closing gate. Located a short walk from restaurants and the marina. The owner is very nice and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful stay. As someone already mentioned, the pictures makes no true justice to this place, you need to see it on your own how awesome it is. We missed nothing during our stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful - they even cooked us a dinner on the last night to say thank you for staying. The location was good as Zadar was great and it was a very quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend hiring a car if you want to go into the city centre as it's a bit tricky to get there via bus/taxi all the time. The local people were friendly and the surroundings were gorgeous.

Wow, this villa really was exceptional - immaculate - pool area was great with younger children as you could lounge or eat & still keep eyes on the children - 10 minutes in a Bolt/Uber to town costing anything between €4 & €10. There was also a bus stop 20 metres up the road but it was easier for us to just grab a taxi because we had younger children - all the facilities you could need in the villa. Basic essentials were - hosts were exemplary. Great communication, explained everything really well, Viktor cooked for us one evening & as per the other reviews, it was absolutely delicious!! They also provided fresh fruit & some other bits on our arrival & halfway through our trip. Such a nice unexpected touch - rooms were dark & well air-conditioned - amazing value for money in comparison to all the other villas I looked at through Croatia

All of the above, clean, modern, comfortable, reasonably priced, quiet residential area with lovely view off trees over the back and fairly central to get into Zadar old town. We had a car so don't know accessible it would be on public transport though. As other reviewers have pointed out the hosts were lovely, there to hand over the keys and again on the last day to return the damage deposit, we were even offered a home cooked meal but declined because we had planned a long day out to Plitvice Lakes (which I highly recommend!). All in all, a lovely uncomplicated stay!

Lovely Villa, perfect size for us, 3 x couples and a child. Host Viktor always available if needed. Even cooked us a fantastic traditional meal on last night (see pic) and his wife a traditional Dessert. He cooked in outside kitchen and brought into house for us and also returned deposit at same time, a lovely gesture to thank us for using his Villa. Great time overall.

We are grateful for amazing contact with the owner. The house was beautiful, comfortable and also very private. The outdoor with the pool, barbecue and big dining table was perfect for the evenings. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. There was AC in all bedrooms and in the living room. The store and beach was 10 minutes walk, old city 20 minutes walk, bus stations 5 minutes walk. I recommend this place for families. We felt great. Thank you for the stay!

The villa was excellent as was the communication with the owner. The facilities, bed, pool, everything was first class. It was perfect for us as a family of 4 with 2 older kids (25 &17). It was a decent walk from the town, about 25 minutes. We ended up driving in most times to avoid the walk back.

Attention to detail with the interior/exterior. Large comfortable living area and outside facilities. Air conditioning throughout and a wonderful large comfortable sofa for relaxing during the evening. As it was the two of us we had a bathroom each and could spread our clothes in the adjacent bedrooms. Options for sitting out the front of the villa as well. We eat out some evening and cooked on the BBQ a few evenings and all the facilities are there to enable us. We left a list of some restaurants we enjoyed as most are Bar/Grill but if you pay a little bit more there are nice restaurants to be found both locally and in the old town.

Really nice property, walking distance from all the restaurants Nin has to offer. Big supermarket opposite and 2 bakeries at the end of the road. A few beaches within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay.We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Mia in Sukošan and we are absolutely thrilled! From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt right at home, all thanks to the incredible hospitality. We would especially like to highlight Mrs. Ana, who is the heart of this place. She was immensely kind and helpful, always with a smile on her face and a willingness to offer advice or assist with anything. Her care and friendly approach give the entire stay an exceptional atmosphere. The villa itself is a true gem. It is perfectly clean, modern, and you will find everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The pool was also beautiful and crystal clear, ideal for a refreshing dip on hot days. The village of Debeliak offers a peaceful and quiet environment, which is great for relaxation and an escape from the city hustle. It is the perfect place if you are looking for a seaside getaway but also want to enjoy a calm and homely by.

The Villa was beautifully tranquil with a great sized pool and plenty of outside seating. There was also a beautiful balcony upstairs with fabulous views of the mountains. There was plenty of storage and was a bonus having 2 fridges as it was so hot. Ana was a fantastic host.

The property is hidden away from then main town but within a 10 min drive your in the centre. Great links to the main roads to zadar and split. The host Ana is really really lovely she went above and beyond providing everything and more for our trip (family of 4, 2 adults 2 children 11& 7). She provided us with a lovely home that was everything that was advertised and more. On arrival we were present with a home made tiramisu and home made wine both where lovely. The rooms are big and the house is roomy with plenty of space to host and cook if you desire. If we visit again we will definitely be staying again and highly recommend you do.

The location is amazing, close to the see and in a good distance to the supermarket. The owner Ana is very kind and welcoming, she even gave us some fruit, as a welcome. Overall everything was working; the pool and the hot tub were amazing. Kitchen utensils were present; tv in every room. Perfect place for a 7-8 people group!

Pool was brilliant and warm poolside showers a bonus. We made plenty of use of the high quality mountain bikes provided to explore the local area. A short drive to explore Zadar and the coast and also to fantastic hiking in Paklenica National Park. Hosts were so friendly and helpful.

Villa was immaculately clean and the swimming pool was brilliant. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. There to meet us and show us around when we arrived and helped with restaurants and shops in the area. We did have a car which helped explore the local area and beaches. Two small supermarkets in the village which had everything we needed and the most amazing pizza restaurant within a 5 minute walk.

The villa was amazing. Exactly like the photos describe. We were greeted by the owner on arrival. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was very well equipped. Everything you need is already there. Pool was fabulous as was all the outdoor areas

The pool had a French feel to the place!! So beautiful! Felt like we were in Provence. Lots of areas to chill and relax.

This villa has it all with everything furnished to an extremely high standard both inside and outside. The photos say it all! The mix of stone and wood was stunning and unique! The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom is luxurious. Appliances are all high spec with everything you need. We made full use of the wonderful terrace area, hot tub and the non-heated pool. It’s all Very private and secure with an electronic gate for car. The owners Luka and wife are lovely people who are at your disposal if you have any issues however we had no problems at all. Nin is a nice area for a relaxing holiday with plenty of places of interest. The bridged old town is only 5mins away full of places to eat and drink. Supermarkets also very close by. Beaches are walkable/a very short drive and even though they are not of soft sand - the bays are shallow with clear water. We 100% recommend staying at this property!

The villa was beautiful,private and the area was very peaceful. It is in an excellent location you are within a 15 minute walk to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Our host was excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend Villa Romantika we will definitely return here as it had everything we needed. One thing I will say is that the photos don't do this place justice.

Kozino is a quiet village, where can relax. The apartment was beatiful, very clean and on a perfect location. We had everything we needed. Sea is only few steps away and it was very clean. There are spots which can be used with small children too, but elder can find their entertainment too. There is a shop nearby which is OK for the most important things, but for bigger shopping you need a car.

Great place in Kozino! Warmly recommended for kids and families, the view from the balcony and the beach in front make for a great stay 👌

We loved the apartment (4 adults, 2 children): it is spacious, decorated with very good taste, everything looks like new, there are two bedrooms and an independent toilette, the kitchen has all the appliances (dishwasher, oven, capsule coffee machine, etc.), washing machine, good quality wifi, AC in each room, the host Mate was very helpful and available any time for any questions/ requests. There is a great terrace with a beautiful view and chairs, a sun terrace on the rooftop. It is close to Zadar and in a quiet location directly on the beach. parking is in front of the 3 story building. The beach is steps away and the water is just so clean and beautiful.

Two ladies greeted us and gave us lots of information prior to arrival, they were just genuinely nice people, happy to help! There were all the usual things you’d like to see in a villa as well as fresh meat and cheese for our arrival. Villa Kate was very clean, plenty big enough for 4 couples, decent size pool and a great outdoor turf area for padel or tennis etc. We would absolutely stay again, and would recommend to anyone. To my mind, Croatia (and Zadar in particular) is still a bit of a hidden gem when compared to the usual Spanish and Portuguese locations. Good value, nice people and some amazing scenery.

The house was beautiful! The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with bakeries and coffee shops just around the corner. The city and marina were minutes away by Uber and the bikes on the premises were a great touch- we were able to bike ride into the city one day (less than 15 minute bike ride). I highly recommend!

The pool and the bbq were amazing. Couldn’t believe how large the property was, the pictures didn’t do it justice. There were plenty of shops nearby (Tommys at the end of the street and Lidl a 5-10 min walk) and it was easy to get around further afield as uber was so affordable in Zadar.

Property was clean and had everything required for a group. Pool and bbq area is a great bonus. Staff friendly and responsive, check in easy and no hassle. No complaints!

Very nice house with an excellent pool and pool area. We spent 4 days and were apparently the first guests ever, so everything was completely new! We were 2 families with kids age 12-14, the house was perfect fit. We appreciated the separate kitchen and dining room next to the pool. Our host was really friendly and helpful.

The property was very modern and clean. It had a lovely outside kitchen beside the pool for bbq’s or big breakfasts. The hosts were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Rooms were a good size. Pool was good size and well maintained. The location is secluded so is peaceful but only a 15 min walk to Restaraunt’s and 10 mins to water front. There’s a bakery and grocery store about 8 minute walk. We didn’t have car rental but Ubers into Zadar were about 15-20 euro and takes around 20 mins.

We had a really great time at Villa Leny! We were a group of eight and the house was perfect for us. It had enough Space, was very clean, and really well equipped. The pool was definitely a highlight. In less than just 10 minutes you can walk to the beach. The location was peaceful and the neighbours were really friendly after we lost our ball in their Garden😅. Everything went smoothly and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The pool and facilities at the pool were beautiful. Shower by the pool , lovely seating and eating area at the pool too. Owners are lovely, very helpful

the apartment was very modern with all the facilities you may need. although it was positioned at the basement it was very confortable and cozy as we spent most of the time at the pool. the pool is big and well maintained. the hosts were very nice and welcoming.we arrieved very late in the night because we had a flight delay and they were very flexible and even served us with food:)

Wonderfull experience and great apartment. Rooms were clean and modern. WiFi works excelent. Beda very comfortable. Pool was cleaned daily and since there are only two apartments, it was not crowded. Elvis and his family were perfect hosts and always helpfull.

Lovely apartment. Great communication. We arrived super late for our check-in. The host was waiting for us and was super nice and welcoming. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Amazing pool. Thank you for your great hospitality.

I visited this house with my group of friends. There is not always an enthusiastic response when 6 boys rent your house. However, the host is the nicest landlord I've met in my life. The house was fine, and the same as the photos. On arrival there was something delicious waiting for us, and we were treated very nicely. The host was also available 24/7 for questions. For example, one evening I asked if there was anything in the house to clean the swimming pool with. He immediately sent someone over, which we really appreciated. We had a great time and fell in love with Croatia. Tip: Make sure you have a rental car, because the house is remote.

Our family, 16 people, rent this villa. The rooms and bathrooms was clean. The villa is large and suitable for a large group of people. The host is very nice. The host took care of our comfort and the cleanliness of the pool. The environment is pet friendly. The center of Zemunik Donji is nearby, it is possible to walk. There are several shops, cafes, a bakery, and a pharmacy. The airport is close.

This is a nice, spacious, fairly new villa. Nevenka is a helpful and pleasant owner, who will make sure that everything is OK for you. The location is quiet, in a (very) small town around 15 minutes drive from Zadar. A car is essential, as Debeljak offers just one small shop, with no restaurants or attractions - but the drive to Zadar is easy. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, and there is air-conditioning throughout. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a barbecue and outside seating. The small pool is nice to have, although it is unheated, so it is best in good weather. The tennis court surface is excellent- a nice, soft AstroTurf with few bad bounces. The court is not suitable for matchplay due to the low walls (extremely) adjacent to the court and the risk of hitting balls in the pool, but if you constrain your practice slightly it is a useful and enjoyable facility for players of any standard. We did not use the Sauna, or the children's play area, but these will be useful additions for some.
