Modern and spacious room with private pool. Nice patio. Peaceful location. New grocery store opened nearby. Several restaurants within walking distance. All in all, excellent value for The money.

The staff/owners are very nice, detailed and accommodating. The room was so large, the balcony was so nice, the bed was extremely comfortable and had amazing sleep each night and the bathroom was really big. Everything was so clean! The mini bar is quite nice, we didn't buy anything but the prices were reasonable and had lots of choices. The pool is super refreshing, quiet, and lots of lounge chairs and beds to lay on. There were always plenty of fresh pool towels every time we used the pool. The breakfast was yummy and had lots of choices, it's between 8 and 10 and things get warm fast so best to eat closer to 8 for maximum freshness and choice. Lots of parking spaces right out front of the rooms, we never had trouble getting one.

The spacious room, bathroom towels and bed linen were amazing. Each room is faced towards the pool and has big balcony with sunbeds and cloth drying racks. Pool area is quite big with one community pool. Unfortunately the neighboring house on one side were doing renovations and were really noisy and in the neighboring house on the other side the dogs were barking very loud.

Rooms were comfy - there were actually two rooms: first was like a living room with a sofa, desk, tv, fridge, closet & second one was a bedroom which was smaller, with only bed and a desk, but it was very comfortable. Bathroom was pretty roomy and had all of necessary things. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, there are trees everywhere and the sound of crickets is beautiful and calming. The resort is spacious, which gives you the opportunity to walk and enjoy it. There were I think 3 restaurants - we tried only two: one was serving breakfast which was nice (I think there was the opportunity to get lunch & dinner, but we didn't try it) it was a self-service buffet with a lot of options. The food was good. The second restaurant is below the first one. The dishes' prices go from 15 to 30 EUR and they are okay. There is also a restaurant (More) near by which serves fine dining, but it is a bit pricier for what you get (I think it is not a part of resort). The beach is great - there is a sandy part of it, but you can access it from other parts as well (mostly from concrete or rocks) - but once you get in, most part of the floor is sandy. The water is very pure. There are also pools - infinity pool which is outdoors and one more indoors. There is also a jacuzzi outdoors, which was a pleasant experience.

Trevlig ställe med egen sand strand. Finns standard rum i ett hotell bygnad o superiör rum i ett annat. Bokade 2 rum i den dyra för 10 nätter men inga rum hade havs utsikt . Rummerna var Ny renoverade o m fräsh med fin badroom o seperat vardags och sovrum. Tyvärr, jätte dålig/billig sängar. Maten var över laget smaklös samt fattades fantasi. Påminades av skol luncherna. Frukost ok, pizza restaurang till lunch så där, buffet middag båda dyrt (280kr pers) samt totalt katastrof ! Bara "halv fabrikat" mat för det mesta. Rekommenderas ej ! Tog taxi till närmaste staden, Biograd, varje kväll, (200kr till/retur. där finns det jätte bra utbud på fina matställe runt hamnen som är båda bra o billiga. Fin nature omgivning runt hotellets buken o klart vatten. Inomhus spa/gym/pool var oxå fina, utomhus pool var liten o alltid fullt med folk. Överallt, det känns alldelles för dyrt för vad man fick.

The location is great! The facilities are wonderful! We each had massages and went to the pool every night. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast. We stayed in a ground floor condo facing the beach looking through the pine trees and across of the children's playground. The toddler enjoyed easy access to the play structure, we enjoyed the quiet and easy access to the water and the beach. Our three day stay was a lovely way to finish our visit to Croatia.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the extraordinary breakfast each morning - it was delicious! Also, the bay is calm and it's a perfect place to stay and enjoy the beach and the nearby pine trees shadow. The resort also had many amenities such as a pool, spa, and restaurant which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful little place, very quiet even in August. Located in a beautiful bay with a sandy floor in the sea. Lovely infinity pool and great to have spa access included. Modern and clean room and buildings, great leisure facilities and plenty of sun beds. The buffet restaurant was fairly average but we always found something decent and the a la carte restaurant was great for lunchtime pizzas, burgers, salads etc (extra cost).

Fabulous property with friendly and accommodating owners, very well equipped with a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen area. And located just a short walk from the beautiful coast. It's a wonderful home in which you can relax and also use as base to explore the beautiful surroundings.

A beautiful property in a fantastic location with very friendly and helpful hosts

Everything. All has been said by previous guests. If you stay here, you have more than vacation, it’s a stay you will remember for a long time. We did not wish for anything. We came with a small kid and teenagers and we were all happy in and around the house. Marija and Milan are exceptional hosts we have never met before in quality. The location is wonderfully and quietly remote but a very good starting point for many excursions in the region.

Perfect villa for a family vacation. Kind owners with excellent hospitality. Marija was waiting us with cold cuts, bread, some beer, wine, even with a home-made cheesecake. Milan brought us to a boat ride to watch dolphins and swim in the sea. He also cooked peka (Croatian food speciality) for us one day and Marija made a Monte cake. Close to the sea and great restaurants, yet very quiet. The whole family had a great time there.

Villa Mare is a beautiful, modern and very good equipeed home. The owners Maria and Milan - so helpful, nice and very profesional We will definitely come back Thank you for a short but nice stay.

Hosts met us at the property after a long journey. They showed us the entire property as well as some supplies for our breakfast and the rest of our stay.

We had a great stay in this property in August. It is very centrally located in Privlaka allowing easy access to local beaches, supermarket and restaurants. Having a car made life a lot easier. We particularly liked the pool and outdoor BBQ, which we used on a number of evenings. The air con was very beneficial and the Villa was extremely comfrotable and well equipped. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had a great time in Privlaka.

Our stay at the villa was excellent – everything we needed was right there. The pool was wonderful and cleaned by the staff, the espresso machine was a must-have :-) There was also a grill, which was perfect for evening meals. We were welcomed with a lovely treat, and of course, communication with Robertina was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend staying here!

Cannot recommend this Villa enough. Coming from a hotel only mindset after hearing horror stories I was cautious about booking a villa for the first time but it made sense for our group to do so. This Villa was not only spotless but absolutely stunning and looks even better in person. The location was peaceful and we didn’t feel over looked which is something I anticipated after reading a review. Spectacular view of the mountains from the pool. The host Lucia was everything you would hope for. We all had the best time and I can’t wait to come back again.

The layout of the property was fantastic to meet the needs of our family with all the space and comfort and the summer kitchen by the pool which was a big plus. It had everything we could need and was perfectly located for Split, the airport and day trips to Krka nature reserve. Our host was exceptional! Lucia was always on hand with offers of help.

The villa was great, it felt as though nobody had stayed there before. The only slight disappointment was that we felt a little exposed in the garden.

Reviewed rate 10, purely because this Villa was exceptional. The host was so friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay if needed. His wife baked apple turnovers for our whole group of eight, plus our 3 year old granddaughter, which was a very nice touch. The Villa and pool were 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, and very well equipped, with every thing to make our stay comfortable. The Villa is close to a supermarket, restaurants, pubs, and there is a bus service into the old town. We would highly recommend this Villa.

The host was very kind and helpfull. The pool and outside dining area were amazing and super clean! Beds are very comfy and large enough for us tall dutch guys (1.90m, 2m). Aircos in all rooms and all worked perfectly. Bathrooms were super clean and showers were amazing.

Dalmor holiday house was just perfect. Immaculately clean and all furnishings inside and out were finished to a high standard. The pool was fantastic and a perfect temperature. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. The house was so well stocked on arrival with plentiful amounts of water, wine, beer, orange juice,milk, fresh bread,fresh pastries for breakfast and a beautiful cheese, meat and olive platter for supper. We enquired about the small fish market at the top of the street and as it was closed Luka brought us some fresh fish which he had caught himself that very day. It was so delicious cooked on the wood fired BBQ which had everything you could possibly need! There was also a supply of really useful things like washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet roll, bin bags, salt and pepper etc... The beds were really comfortable and kitchens were stocked with everything we needed to cook every day. The location was amazing, just metres from a small supermarket, bakery, bars, restaurants and 50 metres from the beautiful coastline. Our family of four loved every second of our holiday and would love to return soon if we get the opportunity. Thank you again Sonja and Luka!

Very quite place, with the best swiming pool around. Great place to relax. Great, that the upper and lower part are not connected in side the house. Aircondition is working great when needed. Kitchen is great. outdoor grill is a PLUS. Parking place outside and inside the house

An excellent villa with a lovely pool. Inside space was excellent with 2 good sized bedrooms with large beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and also an outside gas BBQ. Great location, small but well stocked supermarket across the road and larger ones 5 mins walk if needed. A couple of minutes to the sea front. On the front turn right to local bars and restaurants 5 mins, turn left to the town center 5-10 mins. Mario is a great host and cleans the pool everyday and lives next door if needed otherwise the privacy is great. I believe Mario knows everyone so for any info he would be happy to help.

Nice house close to the beach, city center and also to shopping (e.g. Kaufland). Ideal also for families - the pool is great. Parking is infront of the house and the location is quiet. It also has an aircondition.

Perfect location, good hosts, excellent service and attitude

This Villa is absolutely amazing!!! We had the BEST time here. It is situated in a quiet rural area. We had access to 3 apartments which was literally the Villa. The interior was super clean, modern and good quality in each appartment. Super comfy beds, great showers, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect stay. The pool was great and well enjoyed, the roof terrace was wonderful for watching sunsets as well as starry nights and even storms. There was a games room that we used that is near the pool with an additional toilet there. We had access to 2 bicycles, which were useful to ride up to the local grocery store, literally 5 minutes away. I can't rate this Villa high enough, and as for the hosts, they are the most welcoming people you will find. We were greeted with Scnapps and snacks and the hosts mother even came with a gift to wish me happy birthday. Such beautiful and thoughtful people. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly recommend.

Villa Palmarosa is a corner of Heaven. The host welcomed us with cold drinks and more and made us feel like we were visiting relatives. The cleanliness of the apartments was exemplary and we felt like home. Here you will find everything you need. If you want to spend a dream vacation, do not hesitate to stay at this villa. The very friendly host Ivana welcomed us. We could arrive late at night and also leave after the checkout time. On arrival the fridge was full of water, juice, milk and wine. Also the coffee and sweets were there for our breakfast. Wonderful. The appartement has everything you need and is very peaceful.

For my family villa romantica is a perfect place to relax every thing we needed is in the house except foods ofcourse. the owners made sure that we are comfortable even they live on the second floor of the villa it didn't bother us at all they are very nice they even give us water melon while were eating lunch they made sure we had everything we need like clean towels and toilet paper everything is clean and the villa is beautiful especially the garden with the pool we wish we could stay more longer but sadly we have to go home. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much villa romantica for having us. ❤️

The villa was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was highly equipped and the pool area was beautiful. The apartment was located within walking distance to an excellent supermarket, which the host kindly took us to on the first day, a local bakery, convenience store and garage could be reached on foot within 5 minutes and all offered a wide range of products. Uber into the old town /beautiful beaches cost around 5 euro. There is a lovely little play park one minute away from the villa with a local social club attached where the locals are very friendly and the drinks cheap. Restaurants can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The villa is located in a residential area so evenings are very quiet. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The hosts are fantastic, Tony is very clear with rules for the villa and pool but will do anything to help and takes a lot of pride in maintaining the apartments and grounds to a very high standard, his wife Mirjana is amazing and very good with children. The beaches are not sandy, but rather pebble or concrete so go prepared! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is great and the apartment was lovely and spacious filled with more then the necessities. Pool area was good and hosts were so welcoming and helpful. It was useful having a washing machine in the bathroom and we were provided towels we could leave the apartment with which was really convenient for us. Mirjana And Tony were very informative and made us feel so looked after. Having Dino pick us up and drop us off to the airport was so helpful and saved us a lot of hassle especially with having a late flight on the day we were leaving. Would definitely recommend! Our hosts were amazing. So friendly and greeted us with the keys in hand! It has free fantastic parking, a pool, outdoor kitchen and eating area and beautiful outdoor living space. The apartment was very clean and spacious with beautiful clean balconies overlooking the sea. The beds were comfortable with warm soft duvets. There are 3 bedrooms with 7 single beds which was perfect for our family! At the end of our stay we were again greeted by our hosts. They gave us little gifts of yummy home made jam and a Zadar magnet. With hugs and handshakes we agreed that we would return to beautiful Zadar and the Villa Dalmatian!

The property was perfect! On arrival we were greeted by the hosts! A lovely couple who seemed thrilled to have us stay at their property. The apartment was large and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the pool and just being able to relax in the afternoons after exploring Zadar in the morning.

Felt like home. Have everything you need, plenty of space and storage. comfortable lounge and balcony. Beds and linen were comfortable. Parking easy and pool and outdoors are is spacious, well kept and beautiful. hosts are lovely and even got a little produce from their lovely garden. really accomodating.
