Great accommodation, clean, large rooms, and the swim-up lagoon is an excellent experience. Relaxing atmosphere, nice beach and pools area. The a-la-carte restaurants are also a great experience! Live music was entertaining, but some singers could try more.

The location is lovely, even though it might seem isolated I take it as a win because you wont be disturbed by the music from other resorts. The resort is well built, with premium materials, super big rooms and nice amenities. Beds are confy and all spaces, both common and private are super clean. The pools are nice and clean, the staff is friendly and the food is surprisingly good for an all inclusive, as good as an a-la-carte restaurant. Another nice thing about food is the fact that you can find food around the resort basicalyy 24/7. Theres always a place by the pool or next to the restaurant where they serve food. And its good. So you won't starve😅. Pools are not crowded, you can easily find free sunbeds. The beach is clean but the sea is not quite clean. Lots of plastics and other trash (brought in from the sea). I had a room with swimup pool and it was nice, but pool is kind of narrow. The alcohool is also good, with medium budget acohool used to make cocktails. You won't find super-cheap drinks here like in other all inclusive hotels. I highly recommend the place!

This was outstanding! What a hotel! I cannot say anything bad, if I had to it would only be the swim up pool and most of the pools were very cold. The manager and staff really are running this hotel to top spec! The food was fabulous and to excellent quality. The chefs temperature tested the food and it was cooked fresh. The staff cleaned 24/7 which showed as the place was immaculate! The bar staff were polite, professional and the selection of drinks was great. Make sure you put the switch on, if you want a lie in and don’t want a cleaner walking in on you.. plus the toilet door is glass and has a gap, it’s not that private. Towels available and the spa area is great. We booked for the Olive restaurant which was lovely, but we were rushed in and out. Little disappointing but the gust relation manager listen to our concerns and no wonder she’s a manager as she gave us a Prosecco and spoke beautiful English. We are going to book for next year, but earlier as it can be chilly on a night. We will be going for a 50th birthday and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else to celebrate. Highly recommend. We have just returned from the wave resort hotel and I can honestly say we had the best week. we had our 3 year old grandson with us, and he had such a great week plenty for him to do the staff were amazing worked so hard the place was spotless the food was amazing aswell my husband is extremely fussy but he ate well everyday and the food was always hot the chefs were cooking constantly and even the snack bars by the pools were great so much choice the entertainment team were also great made you feel so welcome our room was beautiful the only issues we had was the stones all around the pools were really sore on your feet luckily I had beach shoes wich helped so take footwear to wear around the pool and the lifeguard at the main pool was constantly on his phone and not watching the pool we saw 2 very small children fall into the pool luckily their parents noticed as the lifeguard didn't even notice which I thought was a bit bad but other than that was a fantastic week will definitely return as the hotel is absolutely beautiful thank you to all the staff that work so hard and made our week extremely special

The hotel was gorgeous, super clean, people were always round emptying bins and sweeping up, the cleanest hotel I've been to. Room was massive and well appointed, beds were really comfy. Food was delicious and probably the best we've had at an all inclusive. Lots of fresh meat and fish, loads of lovely salads. Lots for the kids to eat including their own section with pasta, sauce, dessert, actimel, baby food. It's fabulous, really well thought out. During the day there were several food stations serving all sorts of food, really tasty, kebab, croissant, pancakes, corn on the cob , fresh fruit etc, so you never went hungry and the kids helped themselves. Main pool was enormous and because of this was colder than other pools but very welcome on the hot days! Pool with music round was great, games going on in and around it in the morning and afternoons. The water slides and splash park were also great . The entertainment team were fab, especially Kiko( pronounced Chicco) who was the head of the entertainment team. He was brilliant. We especially loved the foam party in the pool with the giant mushrooms, was great fun for kids and adults! My 2 kids, 9 and 14, loved it and we would definitely return! Really enjoyable 10 nights.

Very nice hotel for cheap family vacation. Location is good with quiet and green surounding. All inclusive meals and drinks are good and enough. If you come later on the meal there is a lot of food for everybody. Pool is clean, rooms too. Staff is very polite and ready to help. Animation for children is not formal, very good boys and girls works a good job. Excellent value for money. Recommend!

The staff were excellent. Food, drinks, ice cream, everything was plentiful. My children loved everything and want to return, they especially loved the pool, and the water slides. The place was very clean. A good location, walking distance to the beach, a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport.

Excellent : location, room, facilities, staff (very helpful and polite), pool, bar, parking (30lv for the underground parking, with a designated spot and ample room to maneuver). The hotel is excellent, the location is perfect (50m to the beach, perfect for families with children). It is both close enough to the "hot" places, and at the same time - we had very quiet and comfortable sleep. The pool bar makes excellent cocktails. The staff - from front office , through bellhops and maids - are very helpful and polite.

Excellent rooms with direct access to the pool. It made such a difference! We only staied 4 days and all of them went to the pool.

Had a wonderful stay & would say it's probably the best hotels in lozenets. The location is perfect litteraly a 2 minute walk to the beach & 5 minutes to the centre, the staff were very attentive & very professional & they even let us check in a bit early aswell as letting us check out an hour later, the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time with a vast selection to choose from, we stayed on the ground floor deluxe rooms which gave you direct access to the pool which made us feel quite special, the toiletries in the bathroom was first class & the bed was super comfortable, I would definitely recommend this hotel for people visiting lozenets & if we ever visit this region again, I would stay without thinking twice irrelevant of the price as it's worth it

- the resort is great with free secured parking - the staff is very friendly and attending - the food at the restaurant was very good - the breakfast is very tasty, you have a lot of things to choose from and it is different everyday - the pool is super clean - the room is spacious, was cleaned everyday - the towels were changed everyday and the amenities were replaced - the reception staff were very helpful and help me organize a surprise for my husband - 10 out of 10 for their effort

It was a squeaky clean place and we were lucky to find rooms readily available. The pool was also very clean and water temperature very nice. We had also breakfast included in the price and we were given about 7 options to choose from. About 2 of them were vegetarian and when we chose the Continental breakfast they agreed not to include the ham. Also it is a pretty remote location so using a car to get there is advised. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay over again.

Is our second time and the conditions are as good, maybe even better. The room si large and clean, food is ok but the swimming pool and relaxing aria are quite nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. Location os okay, not so far from the centre but in a suburb. They have swimmimg pool which is very pleasant. Restaurant is okay. Rooms are cosy and very clean.

The building is new and of a good taste. I loved the bed and the pillow! The air waa so freah and pleaent. The pool was great! The staff! And others.

Proper lodging, facilities, and amenities for the price. Go for it if you're looking at the Golden Sands area and this is in your budget. Our group at Noa was a family of 5. - Great location and pool area / beach access: you basically get to the 1st floor terrace and then walk on a pedestrian bridge over the Golden Sands promenade to the Noa private pool and private beach area, which is generous and well kept. Especially loved that they don't allow silly "reservation of sunbeds via towel placement": "butts in seats" is *enforced*, which is how it should be. - The food and drinks were good in general, and the dining options where great. Especially loved the "Chef's Passion" restaurant where we had an amazing 9-course meal. - Very good options for kids of all ages, including the mini-club where kids can be supervised during the morning and afternoon. - Lovely design throughout the hotel, clearly well thought out and well implemented. Your pics will look good.

The resort is new, renovated and expanded, and it really shows. Everything looks fresh and modern, and overall it gives you that 5-star feel, even if it’s not quite on the level of Turkey. For Bulgaria though, it’s one of the best options, and the value for money is hard to beat. The food was excellent — always varied, tasty, and the desserts were fantastic. There are plenty of bars, and when you get a good bartender the cocktails are really great. Pools are another strong point: the outside ones are well maintained, the spa with sauna, jacuzzi and indoor heated pool is very relaxing, and the infinity pool on the 12th floor was one of the highlights of the whole trip. My room was spotless, cleaned as often as I wanted, and felt very comfortable.

We loved the hotel, is new, very nice room, nice pools, especially the infinity pool on the 12th floor. The food is great and also the drinks.

The hotel is very very nice. Was everything we expected actually. Very good restaurants, even a la carte ones. Clean pools, clean sunbeds and so on. 👌 Bedroom pool was very very nice, used it almost daily. Aircon really easy to use. Nothing to really say about the room, is was really nice. Food was also good, great variety. I think u have some good cooks, I am pretty picky about my food and I was very pleased about all the food.

First of all, from the moment we entered the hotel, staff were super kind, helpful all the time. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the beach. You can eat and drink almost anytime during your stay. Food was great, there were always snacks between breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. Pools are very clean, and also the hotel is very very clean in all areas. We traveled with our 7 year old son, and it was also a great time for him too, because there are 4 slides in the pool which he enjoyed most of the time but also there is a small football ground where all the kids played. And also, there were activities, dances and games for the kids at evenings. Overall, our time at Belvedere was great, and i recommend the hotel very highly, especially for the families with kids.

Definitely a 5 stars hotel. We have been in 3rd floor where the size of the room and the terrace were huge and the AC very smooth. Special remark for the lady housekeeper and the team from the bar. Even we didn't spent much time on the swimming pools, the atmosphere was entertained by a young team full of energy and kindness. The variety of the food was impressive. Free parking and free sunbeds were included and it is an added value for the stay.Thank you for everything!

The hotel overall looks good and clean. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4, the beds were comfy, the only downfall was that the cleaning ladies did not come every day. The restaurant was amazing, with different options every day and all the time served fresh 🙌 The swimming pools were really nice as well, maybe the water needed a bit more heating up. The staff were really friendly and we are overall very satisfied with our stay 😊

Like many others I was dubious on what to expect after reading some reviews but value for money, you can't fault this hotel! Yes it is a bit dated but if you look past that, it has everything you need... Spacious warm room, firm comfortable bed, hot shower, beautiful views of the mountain, friendly efficient staff, locker room for ski equipment, a wonderful warm Olympic sized pool and spa facilities to unwind in after a long day of skiing on the slopes. Breakfast I thought was good, so much to choose from and frequently replenished, plus decent coffee! For us personally, we couldn't have asked for a better location, right opposite the Yastrebets gondala and within walking distance to all shops and resturants! We will 100% stay here again!

Everything was spot on. Breakfast, dinner, swimming pool, spa, massage services, ski school, and above all the kinder garden - nursery service. For us, this was the most important aspect if there was an option for someone to take care of our child during the day while we enjoyed the ski slopes plus of course ski lessons and playtime. The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The private pool, the menu was ok and the staff was very friendly and quick to help.

The resort is located on the seashore. It has several buildings, 2 swimming pools areas, one near the beach and the other above the main building where the restaurant and reception are. I had a studio with sea view, in the building closest to the sea. The room was cleaned every day. The food was diverse, tasty, the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were bulgarian but good quality. The cocktails were amazing, made at the bar to the beach, at the swiming pools, to the lobby. At dinner there were specialties such as seafood, turkey, rabbit, pork (pictures attached) The parking was free of charge, and safe. There is also a underground parking. The infinity pools above the main building were the best.

White Lagoon is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. It is situated on a large surface, with many spots which offer a spectacular view of the sea coast. Even though you travel only with your partner or with the kids too, you will find something to do and to enjoy for each of you. You benefit from many facilities and activities, the stuff is kind, friendly and smiling. All pools are extremely clean and well maintained. For kids, there are two areas with water slides (so much fun!) and for adults, there are two infinity pools, with a quiet area and a breathtaking panorama. I strongly recommend to spend some time there! Also, we were impressed with the food - the restaurant offers a generous time interval and enough tables for all tourists. You can choose from a wide range of meals, all delicious and tasty. There are lots of activities, both for kids and adults, such as Zumba, Stretching, Karaoke, different shows and parties. The parking and the sun beds are for free. We would definitely come back soon!

The apartment we stayed in had big rooms. The view was amazing, tasty food and good drinks, friendly staff, the pools were clean. Actually, everywere you looked in the resort was very clean. The aqua park was all the kids needed for a great stay. There were lifeguards near every pool and on the beach also. Everywere in the resort, we had good wifi connection.

Very nice place with very nice staff! Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels every day. We had breakfast included and it was tasty and pretty fulfilling. You can choose among 3 or 4 options (omelette, sandwich, scrambled eggs and banitsa...a bulgarian pie). You can dine at their restaurant with an 'a là cartè' menu. The free access at the gym (equipped with everything you need for a full workout), the 'fun room' (darts, foosball table and pool table) and the open pool with a jacuzzi are a big plus. You can rent two bicycles or you can ask the staff for a ride to the beach, but we prefered to walk. It takes approximately 20 minutes by foot. Great place for couples!

Everything felt and smelled new, it was an excellent value for money, way way above expectations, even had a hottub by the pool. Even the pillows were feather-filled... Genuinly surprised by almost everything being way better than we expected. Their restaurant is also great, good value for money and great taste. We chose this place because we wanted a weekend of lazy sunbathing by the pool, and it was perfect for it.

Breakfast was very good, the waiter was amazing, very polite and friendly. Room was nice and clean, toilet items were available. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Bikes were also provided for a short trip to Albena (resort centre is about 1 kilometer down the road). Overall a great place, nice attention to details. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was so fresh and with quality products. The rooms are designed by a designer, so beautiful! Wonderful terrace with fresh flowers and incredible design! I enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming pool every day, after beach. Tsonko and Georgi made us feel at home! Thank you! We really enjoyed your place and the hospitality!

Our stay at Vaya Beach Resort was unforgettable. Everything was top-notch — from the cleanliness and comfort of the pool villa , to the delicious and beautifully presented food, and the stunning atmosphere of the beach and surrounding nature. The staff were exceptionally polite, discreet, and attentive — we’re truly grateful for how special they made us feel. This is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway. I was there with my partner, and it was exactly the escape we needed. Highly recommended! We will definitely be coming back.

The location is amazing, perfect place for couples, especially if you value privacy. The beach is a stone's throw away, the pool is refreshing and the view from the room is just breath taking. You will relax and enjoy every minute. Service is also very good, room was very clean, we especially enjoyed Blue restaurant and the reception was always there to help us if needed.

I stayed in a single room, which I would recommend only for non-picky travelers, mainly because of the shower setup – there’s no shower cabin, just a drain in the bathroom. I knew this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem, but worth mentioning. Everything else was absolutely great! The location in Arbanasi village is incredibly peaceful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool was amazing – clean, quiet, and just what I needed for total relaxation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I want to especially thank the lady at the reception who did me a favor and allowed me to stay a bit longer by the pool after check-out – I really appreciated that! 🙏 The room was very clean, and the breakfast was tasty and filling, served in their own restaurant just across the street. In the evenings, there was live music at the restaurant, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and fun. Everything went smoothly, and I truly thank the entire team for a great stay!

Great clean pool with natural shadow from the trees around. The bed is confortable and thr room is big. The big advantage is that you have a very nice restaurant in a big garden, with small animals (rabbits, peacocks, turtles) to visit, a small waterfall, playground for kids. The food is very tasty.

Nice personnel, clean and comfortable rooms. Very good and varied breakfast. The kids loved the playground and animals/birds from the "mini zoo which is in the restaurant's yard. Nice clean swimming pool.

Wonderfull experience and location. The hotel room, the staf and the landscape were superb. The pool and the garden were a nice touch that will asure our coming back.

This is a real gem in Oreshaka. The people running the accommodation made sure you feel wanted. The rooms are clean, spacious and furnished with a lot of taste. The restaurant has great food and atmosphere.

Land train outside of hotel takes you to either Sunnybeach strip or Old Nessebar Town (stunning place) Pools where big and very clean the beanbags at the edge of pool having your legs in the water was perfect to cool off. The food was standard all inclusive and always nice things to choose from - snack bar really good too. Great selection of drinks and cocktails (only slight issue was no diet soft drinks at the bar but you can get diet coke in the dining area if you do really prefer that) over all a lovely stay great atmosphere around the pool with dj on most of the day.

Had to find a new hotel very quickly on our stay in Bulgaria, this place was fabulous, great decor, rooms were huge, bathrooms great and fresh bottle of water everyday when maids had been in. Very clean always someone there cleaning something. Pools were great plenty of loungers bean bags and hammocks and swings were a nice touch. The food was good' always something to eat . Nice staff, especially the animation team, two great lads, they had great personalities, friendly, funny and not pushy...i dont normally get involved in the games and activities but i loved these guys, they were the best entertainment team I think I've ever had. Evenings were great, place to dance in-between the pools it was chill but upbeat great for all ages. Overall we had a great week at this hotel would recommend 👌

Food wasn’t all that good, very basic but still edible so that’s a plus. Hotel was clean and well looked after, great pool and music playing through the day, good bar service. We arrived early in the season so not as busy as it could have been which is good. Hotel entertainment were good, wee games at the pool etc

Just returned from 11 nights at this amazing hotel. Truthfully I was a bit sceptical after reading some reviews, but any worries were unfounded. True, there are a lot of young guests, but there are a fair amount of middle age and older too. The rooms are very spacious, as well as the bathrooms, very comfortable, with cleaning and towel change done every day. Maybe some pictures/artwork in the walls would be beneficial. The public areas are massive, and again spotlessly clean. Food was of excellent quality, - breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner, with an amazing choice - hot and cold. Pool areas are again kept very clean. Music is played all day, but at a low level, only pumped up at around 8p.m, when the evening entertainment eg saxophonist, singer, Bulgarian dancers are finished. I must compliment all the staff, every one extremely pleasant. Restaurant staff are somewhat quieter. Dani, Alex, Tsvet, illyon in the bar provide excellent service (and the others too) Front of house staff Velizer, Elif and the rest go out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is ideally situated for the beach - 5 minute walk, Flower Street - 2 Lev by bus. Old town of Nessebar - idyllic - 30 minute walk or 2 Lev by bus, a must see is the underground Eco cocktail bar, complete with turtles, Burgas 45 minutes, approx 8.50 Lev by bus. All in all this hotel deserves a MUCH HIGHER RATING.

After reading mixed reviews I was very unsure what to expect however the hotel is exactly like the picture so instagramable and beautiful. It is very clean and stafff are lovely and will go above and beyond. Manegment is always happy to help and is a great individual. There are plenty of sunbeds and never been a time we don’t get one. Music is always on round the pool which is lovely. Hammocks and swings to chill on and even take beautiful pictures. The rooms are so spacious and clean, bedding always changed and rooms cleaned everyday. The food is lovely, omelettes made fresh to request and also fresh pasta dishes. Snack bar always has plenty of choice too pizza, burger, chips, brioche sandwiches and ice cream. 10/10 hotel for me and will 100% be back. The town is very lovley and a little train ride from a one minute walk from hotel for 6lv. Town is beautiful nice restaurants and amazing cocktails. The beach is a 2 min walk from hotel which is also very lovley with nice views and bars. The hotel does art classes, cooking classes yoga everyday to join in with. I can’t even explain how lovely it is for the price it’s unreal. Will be back for sure as it’s one of my fave places I’ve come. Jodie x

Excelent Villa, very close to Queen Mary Palace, still in a green area, with great view up to the sea. The garden is large, perfect to enjoy the pool, BBQ area, for each family member a quite place to enjoy. In the Villa there are all needed for long & comfortable stays, everything clean and in good shape. The host is incredible helpfull, taking very good care of us before and during our stay, in a friendly and proffesional maner. We will come back for sure to enjoy more the pool and fresh air.

I had great service from the restaurant staff and food was really good. I didn't like being chased on the pool and beach areas (almost daily) to prove that I am their guest. They seemed understaffed in terms of daily rooms cleaning and maintenance (we had to skip some days because, at 2 pm, my child is taking noon nap). Pool and beach service is not 5 stars but overal, I think this hotel is the best choice available in Albena, in terms of comfort and service.

We stayed at the hotel for the weekend. 2 rooms : 2 adults 3 kids. The hotel is all we asked for. Large rooms, comfortable beds, large TVs, safe and a fridge. The rooms had beautiful designs and very clean. Nice balcony. The hotel was spotless clean- corridors and reception area. We used buffet in am. Food was well prepared. Nice pools and entertainment. The beach is just outside the door. Scheslong and 2 chars provided at the beach. We definitely will use the hotel in the future. It’s great for families with kids. Safe, clean, entertaining and friendly stuff.

Personalen var hur bra som helst, förutom en av servitriserna på restaurangen som försökte salta fakturan för dricka. Annars exemplariskt bemötande, daglig städning, rent och snyggt. Hotellet ligger vid havet, har egen pool om man vill använda den.

Me and my wife spend a week at the hotel mid-June to end of June and we very impressed with the hotel. The hotel itself is brand new, extremely well designed, the interior design is stunning and very well thought of. The hotel is spotless, our room was cleaned daily without any problems and everyday we walked into a new clean room essentially. The staff is very helpful. They hire some foreign workers from Ukraine and other Russian speaking countries for convenience of the clients who go there so sometimes they may not understand Bulgarian but they speak English. Breakfast is included in most packages, and truth be told, this breakfast is one of the best I have seen, and we travel a lot. It's buffet style with many stations and many choices. Overall, we would go again to the hotel, the experience for us was great. Mid-June is perfect because it is not peak season and there are less people. Thank you for the great experience we had staying at Paradise Blue. We will be back in the future.

Paradise Blue is a brand new hotel in Albena. Hotel was built in 2017 and it is currently the best hotel in whole of Albena resort. Rooms are clean, big and spacious with private balcony. Breakfast and Dinner buffet is just superb. Ours was a family holiday with a 7 year old child and there are plenty of things for kids within the hotel itself. Beach is right next to the hotel which is great. Even though check-in time is 2 PM, front office staff was kind enough in making a room available earlier than check-in time. Would certainly recommend the hotel if you are visiting Albena with family. It is worth paying a bit extra and staying here as you get good value for your money. I have only one issue and that is with ebookers. While booking the hotel, ebookers did not clearly state that drinks are not included. This is my second instance in as many months with ebookers where conditions of booking is not clearly listed on the website. ebookers could do better on this.

The villa is a Fantastic location! Stunning backdrop of mountains and countryside. Great resort with great variety of pools, water slides, its own beach (water is not deep, so it's suitable for kids), spa center with indoor pool and saunas, etc. Fitness center is also great. Everything is sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly. Great work from the entertainment team, my kid loved staying with them at the kids center. Food was ok, good variety and quantity and well organized restaurant without huge queues. Taste could be improved a little, but was ok overall. I also enjoyed the fountains show in the evening. It's very beautiful. All in all great resort that I can definitely recommend.

The 10 swiming pools, the temperute of the water (Black Sea), the food (quality and every where and evrey time).

This resort is fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was super clean and felt secure. The food and drink options were for mass consumption, but everyone in the family was happy. They have fresh squeezed orange juice in the mornings which is amazing. The pools were too cold to use and one of the kids clubs were closed so it was only partial hours. Additional activities to help get energy used up for the kids since they wouldn’t swim would have been great.

The stay at the hotel was excellent The working clean food was just fine There was one problem with pool towels that probably didn't have enough Beyond that, everything was fine.

Everything was nice, the common area is exactly what you need for a stay with a group of friends, the terrace is amazing, the rooms are just what you need. The kitchen had everything we needed and even more, lots of utensils, cookware, pots and so on. Small 10 minutes walk until the seaside, to the beautiful promenade near the sea, we just climbed down some stairs. I recommend this villa!

The house was very well equipped, nothing was missing. We stayed only for 3 nights, but it is great for longer stays, you have there everything you need and the hosts are so nice people.

The villa is beautiful and the kitchen has all you would need to prepare meals. The terrace is spacious and the awnings keep it shaded.

The villa was huge with everything you need for a pleasant stay with family/friends. There is an amazing view, a really nice pool, and more than enough space in the apartments. We had the whole villa to ourselves, even though our friends group was way below the occupancy limit of the villa. We had a great stay - the villa is an excellent value for money, you won't go wrong with this choice.

The guesthouse is built perfectly for relaxation. Equipped kitchen. Sufficiently spacious rooms. The pool is perfect. The view is fabulous. Discreet and kind hosts. It does not disturb you during your stay. The neighbors don't bother you.

This place is a little gem of a apartment we actaly stayed a extra night witch is very rare for us but it had everything we wanted very close to the pool and everything

There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. Villa is big enough, not that we were staying inside that much. We spent our time mostly in the pool, around the barbeque and on the porchway. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needеd. Definitely will visit again.

Going for a second time and planning to go next year too. It's perfect for relax.

The location was further than we though from sunny beach however Alex (the host) made transporting to and from at literally any given time of the day or night extremely easy and affordable. We were somewhat rowdy but Alex was understanding and worked very well with us!!

To be honest the reason I had booked this hotel was its location, my wife was due to have an operation and the hospital was literally across the road so it was perfect to spend a few days together chilling out and relaxing in a nice part of Sofia, The staff were great from the start from the receptionist to the manager very accommodating the room we were in was ideal with a balcony well designed felt like a mini suite the Spa was excellent with a Gym, Sauna, Steam room plus a large indoor pool, food was good what more can be said, would definitely recommend, Oh actually its worth mentioning that its close by to the biggest shopping mall in Bulgaria full of shops a Cinema and a massive food hall have fun!!

The whole experience was perfect! We were traveling to Greece and decided to make a stop in this hotel for one night. We had everything that we needed- the room was super modern and comfortable; breakfast had plenty options to choose from. Pool is really nice, not crowded. We had dinner there also and the food was phenomenal. I already recommended this hotel to all my friends - and we cant wait to get there again after our vacation. Thank you for amazing hospitality.

A beautiful hotel, well decorated, with great view of the garden from the restaurant. The room is clean, and it looks the same like in pictures. The bed is comfortable. The service is great, people at the reception, spa and restaurant are very helpful. Well equipped gym, morning swim at the pool was an experience. Wide range of options for breakfast. Tasty food! A very tasty omlette, fresh salads, uštipci, and we prepared a healthy bowl of fresh fruits and nuts.

We really love this hotel. We were warmly greeted by the friendly man at reception who allowed us early check-in and helped us with a free parking spot right at the hotel door. The room was lovely and comfortable and we had a nice view - not of the fortress but of the church in the opposite direction. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional, with quite a few home made traditional Bulgarian dishes. Wonderful variety for all tastes. The location is super close to the entrance to the fortress and convenient to many restaurants and shops. We highly recommend Hotel Studio!

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night in this wonderful place. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 2-minute walk from Tsarevets Fortress and no more than 10 minutes to the city center. It’s an excellent choice for tourists interested in history, nightlife, or simply enjoying long walks through the charming streets and cozy restaurants. The room was spacious, the bathroom large and modern, and the rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view over the city. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel, and hopefully very soon!

For those travelling with a dog, please call the owner in order to book a room. Despite the fact that the hotel is not listed as pet friendly, well they are!

Amazing view. Just the best positioning in Veliko. We got a surprise light show from the comfort of our bed. The rooftop terrace is great. The bed was super cozy and the blankets extra fluffy. The room had good lighting and it was clean. We had enough toilet paper - usually we just get one roll, here there was a full dispenser

The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of variety and and excellent view (the breakfast was served on the rooftop (closed and opened-terrace option). Very good quality services and accommodations!

Our stay at Panorama Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking sea view that we enjoyed every morning. The beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. The location is ideal – right across from the beach, just a short walk to the Sea Garden promenade, and very close to the port area, where you can find plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of fresh options. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location is ideal for our needs, within walking distance of both the event venue and the beach path, which features numerous bars and restaurants. The room overlooks the sea and the main street, yet noise was minimal. Valet parking was convenient and efficient. The breakfast selection was excellent. One minor suggestion would be to include a cappuccino machine, as the current coffee machine lacks this option. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we inadvertently left our toiletries bag behind, they promptly arranged for it to be sent to us by courier, which we greatly appreciated.

From the moment I arrived at Panorama Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The room was incredibly comfortable, beautifully arranged, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was simply outstanding, fresh, varied and absolutely delicious. But what truly made this stay special was the reception team. I did not expect such warm, sincere hospitality. Always smiling, always helpful, and deeply kind. It’s rare to see such genuine care in hospitality. I will absolutely return again - Panorama Hotel has truly left a mark on me.

The rooms need improvement but the staff , the food, the pool was excellent .

I liked the food and the rooms. I also liked the program, the breakfast is until 10 am, the lunch is from 12:30 to 2:30 and the dinner is from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The staff was very kind.

The hotel was very helpful with rescheduling my stay as I was late one day and they just extended my stay with the day I lost.

Our room the toilet didn't work properly, manager Nicholas moved us to a superior room.

The apartment was great, it had a very big balcony with view to the nearby hills. The hotel is located towards the edge of Sandanski, but within 7 minutes walking to the very nice park. The spa area was nice, the inside pool was bigger and the jacuzzi was very nice. The outside pool is rather small, smaller than in the pictures. At 19:45 o'clock the lifeguard of the complex started to cover the pool and the access to the spa areas was cut at 20 :00 o'clock. There is no possibility for dinner in the hotel, the restaurant was closed. We walked ab 10 minutes to a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was not very diverse, but it was OK.

Cosy,very functional, extremely clean. Rooms are a bit dark, with old furniture, but the beads are huge and the materaces are very good. Spa clean and has everything you need, pool decent size. Breakfast is very good, coffee is better than in the coffee shops in the cafés in the centre. Park nearby. Staff is extremely helpful.

We had a great time staying here and we would definitely come back! Location was up to 15 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes drive from old Nessebar, very clean rooms, great service from staff members. The food is very diversified, we stayed a week and had Italian specific meals one night during the week, Bulgarian food another night, and Greek food on Saturday evening; lots of dishes to choose from, as well as lots of sweets available. Pool towels are offered to guests based on some cards they provide at reception. Air conditioning inside the entire building makes it really nice during hot weather. Most evenings there are scheduled shows by hotel staff (animation team) by the pool bar, they have dancing shows for children around 8.30pm, our little one enjoyed them a lot.

Stayed the second time here. Food: very good, every other day was a different theme of food. (Bulgarian, Italian, Mediterranean) Swimming pool: perfect for cooling off, kinda cold but when it's hot outside,I can enjoy a cool swim. Room: big enough, all you need is there. The air conditioning was working and the cooling room was fast. View: street, so no loud noise from pool side

The first thing you notice when you get in is the amazing design of the hotel, it looks so posh and expensive and super clean!! Next is the warm welcoming of the staff at the reception. They were very polite and offer us an amazing apartment at the property which was 2+2 and another (1) single room for my partners father… when I actually booked just 2 normal rooms. (2+1) (1+1) . They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a card in the room, because we had a birthday girl in the family, which was amazing!!!! One of my favourite things was the entertainment crew, they were doing amazing show every evening and during the day they were entertaining with a different games in which were included all the guests of the hotel which was amazing opportunity to meet other families and have fun all together around the pool. So thank you so much Presi, Kris, Radi, Ivy, and Dimo! For all your efforts and especially for the kids disco and the Happy birthday song!!! Unexpected glamour of Sunny beach ****** There are impressive beautiful interior and comfortable rooms. Excellent location - near by bus-stop to good Aqua park, to Nessebar, to Bourgas and resort center of Sunny beach. Wolking distance to mini aqua park and to the beach. Near to the hotel is supermarket ALDO and any fast-food (some of prices is lower than Nessebar and Sofia). About our stay in Diamant Residence & SPA; - Room was cleaned every day - Towels was changed every day - Bed linen was changed every second day - Helpful hotel's staff Animation team made a perfect entertainment to adult and children. Pool area clean up every morning and late evening. The restaurant is awesome - with lots of choices of meat, pasta, salad, fruits with thematic evenings. Beautiful food presentation. It is a 5-star hotel with full services, more than wonderful, very large and clean rooms, friendly workers, a very varied breakfast, places for rest and coffee, massage, sauna, salt water, a private swimming pool, sorry for the hotel, a swimming pool opposite the hotel, and a private beach for the hotel.

The outdoor pool and garden are amazing, great sea view! The food from the room service menu was also great and the price was totally normal. The SPA is also very nice with a quite big pool and the massage was more than good!

I was a bit wary as I've never been to Bulgaria but everything absolutely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, the pool great with warm water and lots of comfy beds, the beach right next to the hotel, with beds, sand, clean and the water was again warm. The bulgarian food is incredibly tasty, the town small so you can walk everywhere but very vibrant especially at night. There were almost no foreign tourists just Bulgarians on holiday which added to a very local feeling. Definitely recommend

Nice hotel like always, we use to book almost yearly for 3-4 days in June, this time get benefit from room upgrade to superior double with nice view over the outdoor swimming pool. Not so crowded during the week days, but during weekends some additional visitors may rise, mainly from the apartments from the next door location, sharing the outdoor swimming pool, free sunbeds and umbrellas.

Nice, cozy and comfortable apartment in the new part with all amenities you may need. Wooden(!) crib with good mattress for the baby. Nice and friendly personnel everywhere - in the hotel, restraint and the pool. There was a nice garden. Pool was clean. Cleaning every day.

We are old customers, free car parking and room upgrade, not crowded in mid June, enjoy staying at the outdoor pool with free sunbeds. Indoor pool not available in summer time.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and apartments. Nice location, close to the beach, to a supermarket and to a variety of restaurants and cafes, without being too noisy. The pool is clean and there is a kid section. Nice garden and playground right next to the pool. Good breakfast and overall tasty food at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helping. We had amazing time with our toddler and would visit again.

I really enjoyed the stay since my room was clean, quiet, and had a modern look. The water pressure in shower was impressive which I highly appreciate😁 There's a lovely restaurant on the side and supermarket across the road. I cannot imagine a better place to stay for IELTS test takers as the venue of the examination is within 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. In addition, the fact that the hotel has single rooms makes it perfect and suitable for the test takers.

The hotel is super located, super clean and nice. We were there with our two children and there was enough place for all of us. Nearby there are shops, public transport, free parking and many places to eat, including the Geppy restaurant. We did not manage to try it, because we had no time, but it was always full of people. As a client of the hotel you have 10% discount in the restaurant. We definitely will visit the hotel again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Geppy Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Geppy Hotel is brand new. Rooms are tastefully decorated - almost to a boutique level. Best shower - I was in there for ages.........Ground floor restaurant and bar - with seperate 'heated' smoking area is a happening place. Young lady Krisi is an Angel (Bless Her). Huge supermarket opposite the road.

The room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. We stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were changed once so it was enough. The lady that cleaned our room was very polite and smiled every time she saw us. One day she arranged the bed with towels made like swans and placed my daughter's dols on the bed and we were very happy when we saw all this. It was really nice. The food in the main restaurant was delicious!!! All the fish and sea foods, all the salads and the other dishes were really delicious and varied. It was very well supplied. They had great fruits and desserts, even food for babies! The pool was great as well. They have a beach bar close to the pool so it's great if you want a drink by the pool. There's a fridge with icecream almost all day. They make donuts and other snacks by the pool.

We visited in May half term and had a wonderful experience. While not everything is open yet (theme restaurants and beach food/ice cream) there was more than enough food available at any time and the food was delicious. From the wide variety buffet breakfast, donuts around the pool, large choice at lunch, fresh pretzels, pizza and chips and ever changing evening menu I cannot fault the food here. Something different every night and all well cooked. Very clean and friendly hotel. Our room overlooked the pool and was clean and spacious, the junior suite has a separate room for 2 children that was ideal. Pools and water park all clean and nice to use, staff on hand everywhere cleaning and supervising on the slides. Entertainment staff were all lovely and worked hard, different show every night and children’s disco. The one thing that I can find to say was slightly negative is that the kids club is more for younger children and with a 8 and 11 year old, it wasn’t for them. But they were more than happy with the water park and pool so not an issue for us

Not fans of hotels and AI especially, we came with family, their choice. However the hotel was excellent along with the food, copies amounts along with a huge choice to suit everyone. Huge rooms with a great view of the sea and pool, comfy beds and great shower. Choice of pools and plenty of sunbeds, very good entertainment team putting on activities during the day and a show in the evening along with a very popular kids disco. We came during the May half term which is not the season in the Nessabar/Sunny Beach area which meant that most things were still closed, the hotel was not fully open at the time which we preferred as the place was not too busy. I can just imagine what the place would be like in full season. Very little to see in the area but would recommend visiting old Nessebar and Sozopol/Ravadinovo Castle along with an evening at the excellent Khan's Tent. We made our own way and ate off the a'la carte menu as we have fussy eaters. Not cheap by Bulgarian standards but well worth it.

- the resort was well organised, everyone had a job and the target was to do it as well as possible (so I dare to say there is a great management team) - the pools area was daily cleaned - a lot of sunbeds around the pools (mention: we had our stay at the begining of season) - a lot of attractions and activities for children (including animation team, kids corner, water park) - bottles of water in the room, water dispenser and coffee machine on each floor - special phone number for complaints and suggestions (we had an issue during our stay, so I used the phone line mentioned and the manager offered a quick response in a very proactive way) - very good food, a lot of choises for every taste (even if the hotel was full, there was always food on plates and never waiting lines; lot of choises for snacks too (pizza, icecream, prezels, hotdogs - very big rooms and every day cleaning, very big an confortable beds - beach towels offered for free with the possibility of daily change

We had an amazing time at the Palace hotel, really couldn't fault it. Amazing size room for the 4 of us (we were in a suite) lovely food, friendly staff and fab facilities. Maybe it was because it was just at the end of term time but we never had a problem getting a lounger near the palace pool or on the beach. There were people putting towels out early for the poolside ones but we always got enough for us all a few rows back. Food and restaurants were good all-inclusive fare, plenty of choice to suit our picky eaters and lots of good fresh meat options. Slides were great though took us a few days to work out what times they were open, especially the one that was only open for a short time every day. Entertainment was good fun and the staff throughout were really friendly too. Lovely beach, warm sea and fab small inflatable course for the kids included too. All round a great family holiday!

I absolutely loved my stay here at the Executive Rooms Play. The premises are situated right on the main street through the centre of town. All the must see sights are walkable from the hotel; there is an abundance of restaurants and bars all around; it is a short 10 minute walk from the bus station. (Note that the buses to and from Plovdiv serve the West Bus Station, some 3km away). The hotel appears to only have seven rooms, plus three suites. The reception area is very welcoming and cosy. There are sofas where you can relax and free tea and coffee making facilities as well as a toaster and a microwave. My room was room 1, a very cosy double room with a very comfortable bed and a delightful bathroom. I really enjoyed the very spacious wet room shower. The wifi was strong and reliable; the staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to stay again one day; I will specifically request to stay in room 1 again!

The room was clean and big enough. There is no parking area dedicated for the hotel customers, but there are public parking lots near the hotel. The price is 1 leva per hour from.9 AM to 5PM. You can use the paying machine to pay the parking tax, but it works only with coins.

We had a really good stay. The place was even better than we expected. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and tidy, and they had tea and coffea available all the time. The room was really comfortable. The location is also great, close to everything we needed

I liked that rooms have codes instead of cards or keys which makes the check in seamless and you don’t have to carry it all around the city. The staff was very responsive, I called them twice before checking in and they were helpful.

We decided to travel for our holiday this summer to Bulgaria, Golden Sands for the first time. I want to say that the hotel we chose was over our expectations. The room has been very clean, as well as the bathroom. The room service has been done daily with bedsheets changed every 3 days. The balcony has got decent size with view towards the swimming pools and the sea. We received full inclusive which was amazing. The food is tasty, varied with good options to choose from. For lunch and dinner there are two types of soups to choose from (have enjoyed all of them) and different types if meats (chicken, pork, fish, even prawns one night. They have included drinks for all inclusive such as 4 cocktails, local beer, wine, juices, coffee. Moreover, there is a wide selection of fruits and cakes. They have two outdoors swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. My five years old daughter really enjoyed the kids swimming pool. They have an animation team doing different activities both for kids and adults. At 11 o'clock there is Aqua gym in the pool which was a bonus for me. The hotel is not in the first line near the beach, but can easily be accessed either by a short walk on the stairs (through the forest or Bendita Mare complex) or by their shuttle so for us it was a plus since was far away from the noise. To sum up we will recommend the place to our close friends and family.

Overall good. The property is an old hotel that was partially renovated. Good location, very clean (the rooms, the pool area and the restaurant were all very clean at all times) Very comfortable bed and very quiet area. The pool area was quite nice too. Nice staff too.

The staff was great. Everyone did their job carefully and joyfully. The food was also a plus. All-inclusive service definitely whorts it since all meals were tasty and varied. The hotel is situated in a forest area offering a taste of fresh air. It also offers transportation to the seaside if needed but we found the walking to the beach quite refreshing after eating. It is a good hotel close to the main traffic arteries of Burgas but in a quiet place. The center of the city is not that close, but if you plan to go outside of the city for beach or walks, it is a good starting point. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. There is parking in front of the hotel, and the staff was very polite. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is beautiful but the only real problem is the location and the parking. I was lucky to be able to park at the front but there really isn't a lot of space. The location isn't very central either but still, a lovely hotel and ambience itself

Nice clean rooms. Large bed. Daily housekeeping was great. I needed to extend two different times and the front desk was very quick to accommodate us. The daily breakfast was also delicious.

We loved everything about the place - great communication, really helpful management/staff.. Parking easy . Great location. Nice rooms. Nice breakfast. Great coffee.

It was an awesome experience, it matches all of our expectations. The food was very tasty, the beach was so nice and the bedroom was more than enough. We loved the entertaining team at the pool, a boy called Ivan if I'm not wrong and the girls, they were awesome and did a great job, thumbs up for them, hope they'll see this comment because they deserve it. Great working team all around.

Best looking hotel on the strip. Very lovely staff extremely kind and helpful, especially the griddle chef. Terrific pools and tennis court. Just a few metres to a nice sandy beach. Food excellent for every meal. All inclusive includes beer and wine. Not crowded as last week of season. Extremely clean throughout and kept that way. The staff seemed very good to entertain very young children

I loved everything. The entertainer Vika and Ivan were awesome( they made our staying a dream- and we love them)! Beach really close, pool really cool and food excellent! The bartender Ivelin was so friendly and cool. We will definitely come back!

The pool & sunbathe area is amazing. Room has a perfect size balcony to enjoy the sea view and keep your swimming belongings dry.

We love to travel in Europe and we've been to a different type of hotels, my favourite are always small boutique ones, but Odeon is more than amazing!! Very well done! All perfect, from the beginning, as we arrived much earlier than the check in time, but was kindly allowed to gets in the apartments and it is OMG, incredible! The size, the interior, the paints all over the place, it's a must stay place for sure. Such an unique character in every room and it is so quiet, no matter that the location is the top of the centre. Very comfortable beds, clear all over, everything what you need is there. The king and helpful staff is other reasons reason to wants to come back, always around for help. Overall it is great place for staying even for a short break. Usually you get what you pay for, in Odeon you pay less in my personal opinion:) Thank you Odeon for having us in our first trip to Plovdiv, hope we'll see you again!

Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Offered us use of umbrellas when rain started unexpectedly one evening. Also sorted a kettle and cups for the room so that we could make a drink during the day. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh cooked eggs on request. Lovely dining room overlooking Roman remains. Location is perfect. At the edge of the pedestrian area for the main town and a stones throw away from the old town. When we were leaving the staff phoned for a taxi which arrived in a few minutes and was half the price we paid for our incoming taxi ride which we got ourselves at the airport (we were clearly ripped off!!)

The location, customer service, and hotel itself were absolutely outstanding, receiving a perfect 10/10 rating from me. I truly regret not having more time during my travels to extend my stay here. The view of the Odeon was simply breathtaking, and the warmth and kindness displayed by the staff touched my heart. Even with my early departure before breakfast hours, the staff went above and beyond by preparing a special takeaway sandwich just for me. My room was incredibly charming, surpassing all my expectations and more. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience during their travels.

This was my favorite hotel on my 30-day vacation in Greece and Bulgaria. The room was wonderful...large, very clean with several windows overlooking the ruins below. A huge shower. Every detail in the room was well thought out and provided for. Breakfast was buffet-style with seating in a lovely restaurant setting, again with a view of the ruins. Good selection of cold foods, hot eggs cooked to order, good coffee (very important to us). The owner must be an art-lover as there were many interesting paintings through-out the hotel. I just loved this place!

The hotel is a cosy welcoming place, very close to the very centre of Plovdiv, very convenient and close to all the restaurants and sightseeing locations. The staff were very helpful and kind. We needed a parking for the car and they provided a good enough solution. Everything was well organised and as guests we felt very well taken care off. We would definitely like to stay again in this place.

We booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms including a living room. We got a room with 2 large balconies. There is hot water, big beds, a quiet place, parking, drying facilities. Excellent spa area: includes a pool with hot water and 2 types of sauna. There is also a jacuzzi for a fee.

Everyone was extremely friendly and polite, from the ladies who did the massages to the one at the reception. The room was clean and had everything a person would need for a good stay. There was also coffee and tea that were at our disposal. When it comes to the spa section of the guest house, we loved the swimming pool and how warm it was. Another positive was that there weren't that many people in any of the facilities so we could relax and enjoy our stay.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the massage was very pleasant, the pool was warm and clean

We had an absolute ball here for the 7 day stay . It's absolutely perfect for a family stay and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main area sunny beach. Cocktails and drinks were very good, and nothing seemed to much trouble . Plenty for the kids to do such as play groups Discos ..archery .. We will be back again !

The resort has an amazing view of the pool and the beach. The interior and exterior design is very modern, luxurious. There are restaurants and bars all around the resort where you can eat anytime and for free if you've initially paid for a bracelet. The rooms are spacious, all with a balcony. Except the main pool, there are several water slides that people and kids of all ages can enjoy. The main restaurant, especially for dinner, has extremely wide range of foods - vegan, meats, whole piglets, sushi, salads, desserts, anything you can think of. The hotel also has a large underground parking lot.

Super nice experience! Everything is new, very comfy and quiet rooms, excellent quality for drinks and great variety for the food. The staff was nice and friendly. My kid enjoyed the indoor pool and the kids activities. We will be looking forward to come back next year! Great Wi-Fi coverage, private parking(10 E/Night), top cleaning, plenty of food options. We have experience with Ultra all inclusive hotels in Turkey in the last 10 years and I must say that this hotel and its service is on a very high level-even the branded drinks were included which is not the case in most hotels. The hotel is new and very well designed. Before everything else, I must mention the animation team and the kids club-they were exceptional, very kind and always including us in everyday activities. Our children loved the team, they even participated in one of the kids evening shows. We are so grateful for their attention and dedication and hope to see them next year as well. The food was great, there were various choices every day. There are few bars open throughout the whole day. We had towels changed and cleaning every day, sheets were changed 3 times during our 10 days stay. The slides were great, we had a lot of fun there, also there are 2 kids pools, one 30cm the other from 40-60cm. We are very satisfied and looking forward to next year :)

Cozy rooms, we liked that it had view to Aqua Park. The room was exactly like described on booking. Maim attraction is this beautiful Aqua Park, where you can feel like a child again There is also a separate hotel pool. The food was very diversified, a lot of vegetables, perfect to my taste, but also pizza, meat, rice, pasta, fruits, cakes, you cand find something to eat for sure:) Lobby bar, pool bar free for AI concept. The staff was great, reading some reviews about some of them beeing rude, we were a bit nervous, but all was great. In the restaurant there were people not knowing english very well, but you can sort that out somehow.. The animators were energized, we were impressed, thank you. They dances with the kids, played darts, ping pong. Also there is a place where you can play footbal, archery. There are a lot of activities available. You can get a parking ticket for 15leva /day, also you can choose late check out if you need the room for few extra hour (you have to ask at the reception if available and cost) , if not, you can still have acces to the Aqua park till the end of the day, although you checked out. . So, overall, we would come again and recommend it for the experience! Thank you

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well organized. Our room was spacious, cozy, air-conditioned, and had very comfortable beds. The staff were polite and helpful. The animation team was cheerful and dedicated — the kids absolutely loved them! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The desserts were amazing. There was truly a great selection of both food and drinks. Both the pool and the aqua park provided excellent entertainment for the whole family. I highly recommend a visit to the spa — a truly wonderful and relaxing experience. You can really tell that the hotel cares about the details and about its guests.

Some entertainment at day/eve times - majority of public enjoyed, we do not like loud spaces, cannot say anything. Fair new 4**** hotel with nice food.

The water park is amazing, many pools and everything is clean and organized. We didn't wait a lot at all for each slide. The food is great and offers many tasty options. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the bathroom is also big and quite clean.

Hotel Diamond in Kazanlak was easy to find and located just across a round-a-bout from the Historical and Archeological Museum. They have a private parking garage under the hotel and also some reserved spots on the street in front of the hotel, so parking was easy and SECURE. The staff was GREAT! The room was clean and comfortable and I slept very well. I was in Kazanlak ten years ago, traveling through the Balkins by bus and Kazanlak was one of my favorite cities in Bulgaria and it remains that after my recent visit. If I return to Bulgaria and Kazanlak, I would definitely stay here again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Fast check in, parking available and free. The room was beautiful, the bathroom just the same. With fluffy towels and lovely soap. I had a little balcony, as I was there just for two nights I spent most of. My time out taking photos of various attractions. Bed was comfortable or at least it was for me. Little fridge in cupboard if you did need it to keep your food or drinks cool. Short walk from the Rosarium and the tomb, short walk to restaurants and coffee shops and little markets sorted around.

Clean, comfortable, well furnished room with large bed that could accommodate two adults and 6year old kid. The amenities are high quality. The room is air conditioned. The hotel offers a free parking and has a lift as well. Superb location.

Very nice hotel and big rooms. There was a private jacuzzi in the room. Stuff was nice. The hotel is on the main street and you can get to most places within 10 minutes of walk.

The room and service were absolutely brilliant. The hotel is centrally located with access to everything you'd need in the town. Staff are very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend the Diamond Hotel.

Our stay at Family Hotel Kalina was amazing. The room was clean, worm and comfortable. The location is excellent, we went there to go skiing at Pamporovo and the hotel is 10 mins away from Ski Center 4 Stoikite. The staff was super friendly and was kind enough to offer us to pack the breakfast to take away because we were leaving too early before the breakfast was served. The restaurant was cozy and organised a live performance of authentic folklore singer and bagpipe from the region. Shiroka Laka is famous with the musical school at the village and the Rhodope music. It definitely worth visiting.

The hotel is located right in the heart ofShiroka Luka with a wonderful authentic atmosphere. The vuilding is traditional,very charming ,and gives a real sense of the Rodope spirit. The rooms are clean,comfortable,and cozy. The stuffis welcoming,friendly,and always ready to help. The restaurant offers delicious traditiinal dishes,freshly prepared,and the breakfast was very generous and super tasty. Perfecy place for a peacful and authentic mountain experience.

Very nice place with nice view of the town. The food was excellent as well. The young lady running the place was friendly, helpful, and informative. Room was comfortable. It was low season so no live music though. Definitely can recommend and would stay again if in the area.

Also a nice walk into the town to build some exercise into the holiday after lounging by the great pool. Always sufficient loungers. Short walk to the beach.

It was the first time we visited Sozopol, we had the best time there and we left with the best impressions. As for the hotel, it exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend it. This hotel is situated in a very nice location 20 mins away from the city on foot, in a very quiet area, nearby the seaside. The rooms are very clean and cosy and the hotel offers also a swimming pool. The owners are absolutely lovely and they speak English. There are supermarkets and a minimarket nearby where you can buy anything you need. We will visit Sozopol again in the future and this hotel will be our first choice to stay.

The impressions are incredible!! Beautiful view from the balcony and terrace, comfortable room, clean pool. The area is quiet and comfortable, 5-7 minutes to a sandy beach, the same time to a fish restaurant. The hotel has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There is a private access to the sea on a picturesque rocky beach. The owners are wonderful people, always ready to help, sincere and hospitable. We will be happy to come back here again!

Great family boutique hotel. We found everything we needed here. Very good air-conditioned rooms.. with either front or side views of the Black Sea. Private swimming pool.. Small rocky beach with direct access from the hotel.. The nearest sandy beach is only 500m away. Krasimir and his family, the owners of this hotel, are very kind and helpful!!! I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a great place for a family holiday!

I have been in this hotel several times now - it gets better and better! The hosts were great, the room was very very clean. I booked a sea view room and I am always happy with my choice - the view is stunning! The place has a parking, which is great, usually in the season parking on the street can be tough. The space around the pool is also great!

This place is a real gem. In the very centre of Sofia, opposite one of the most charming and loved gardens, in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by various cafes, different restaurants, one better and more enticing than the other. The hotel is nice, with good level of luxury without being ostentatious. We had a suite on the last (6th) floor with access to a big terrace with more than 180 degrees views. The suite was provided with everything, was remarkably quiet and even more remarkably maintained clean and organised. The cleanliness was extraordinary! The hotel had a bar and a restaurant. I want to mention the breakfast, which was something really special with its richness, deliciousness and variety, including Bulgarian specialties. In addition to the usual offerings, every day there were some new things included, which added to the richness of what was offered. Dinners are also exceptionally good. And guests are given 10%discount, which is a very good and clever strategy. The hotel has reasonably well equipped gym. It also offers Spa services, including different treatments and massages. The massages we had were very good. Recommended! The service everywhere was of the highest professional standard. We strongly recommend the suite and the hotel. And we will return for our next visit to Sofia!

My trip was amazing! Everything the hotel offers: perfect location, very clean, new interior and facilities, outstanding service in all details, very friendly staff, luxury car transportation from/to the airport, a fitness facility, underground garage, bunch of excellent bars and restaurants around 3 to 8 minutes away (I would mention Grozd, Shtastlivetza, Chef's Live, Arbat). It is located in 5 - 10 minutes walk from the main touristic, historic, architectural and administrative focal points of the city. A nice garden or park is across the street. Finally, the hotel has an own restaurant with excellent drinks! The hotel is not large, offers good privacy and calm atmosphere: just downtown but quite silent. The Crystal Palace helped me organizing all my busyness trips and meetings, as well as to relax well between these. I regret I was only for five business days there - for sure spending the weekend there would be a good bonus for travelling business people.

Clean, great service, tons of storage, comfortable, convenient to walk to many sites or mass transit (though taxis are quite cheap so those are good to use too.) Consistent Internet access, noiseless and powerful air conditioning. Can you tell we were happy with this place? The only drawback was the additional charge for breakfast - which we didn't pay. So - we recommend breakfast at Modera a few doors down. Though they don't have "breakfast" per se, and don't start serving until 9, we found this combo a perfect breakfast to share: one serving of the waffles with whipped cream (like syrup!) and fruit - though I don't remember the Bulgarian name for the waffles - there are pictures - and one serving of the toast with cheese. Split between two, with coffees, this was a luxory breakfast at a low price.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic location and services , But, and I repeat, But one huge problem - cigarette smoke. When we complained, the staff just shrugged their shoulders and explained to us that some of their clients smoke even in the nonsmoking rooms and they can not do anything about it. The only exception was one waiter who moved us to the empty breakfast room to eat as we couldn't tolerate all the smoke in the dining room at dinner. We didn't get his name but are so thankful for his understanding and great service. So to the question " would you recommend this hotel to others?", the answer is not a simple Yes or No . To smokers - Yes To nonsmokers - Never

Very clean, nice hotel near the beach. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. There's a supermarket one minute walk away. There're limited number of parking spots in the premises of the hotel. When I arrived the slots were already occupied, and the owner was kind to offer me a paid alternative (10levs/5euros per night) in private parking, that was two minutes walk away.

The room was a good size, clean and with very comfortable bed, the owner made me feel welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, linin, and had very good attention to detail. The area though a busy area was quiet yet so close to great beach and excellent restaurants and shops , recomend checking afi's pancakes too near the beach, mmmm

Very clean hotel, clean rooms, very friendly attitude from the stuff. The beach is 100 meters from the hotel. Good value for money. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I would love to go there again.

We asked the owner whether we can leave our luggage in the hotel earlier than our check-in. He accepted. Moreover, he provided us with a tripple room even we were only 2 guests.

We visited Siena Palace second year in a row and we were as amazed as the first time. Each member of the staff was super friendly and polite. The breakfast was satisfying and delicious. And of course the parking was for sure a plus. The relax zone at the pool and the sauna/jacuzzi were a life saver for the days that were not suitable for the beach. The only thing i would suggest to be improved is the fabric of the umbrellas at the pool as they were ripped at some places and ir ruins, a little bit, the perfect aesthetic of the whole complex. Even with that said, I highly recommend this place to everyone and we will for sure visit it again.

Beautiful hotel near the beach with own pool and bar. Professional staff (the receptionist were always ready to help, the cleaning lady was really kind). The hotel itself is not too large (in comparison with other hotels in Primorsko) which is a big plus for using the services of hotel (e.g. pool, breakfast etc.) and it makes the stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Close to the beach (about 3 mins walking). The staff was very well trained and exceeded my expectations. My birthday happened to be during my stay - we have got a bottle of champagne, complimentary from the hotel - very nice impression. A decent buffet breakfast was included in the price. There are two swimming pools outside and a relax zone. Comfortable bed and clean room. Free car parking area. Parts of the hotel were decorated in a very good looking vintage style.

A modern, well furnished hotel with spacious rooms and great location, 5 min walk to the beach or the town centre. Great pool and cozy rest area near it. The whole property was extremely clean, very nice atmosphere. Food was delicious, very diverse and tasty. The staff is really friendly, professional and warm welcoming. Overall excellent value for money. We look forward to coming back!

Great location. The room was very clean, although a bit small for a studio. There was a sofa chair then turned into a pull out bed that was comfortable. The room has a large private balcony and a beautiful view. Definitely recommend watching the sunrise. Everything in the room worked well. There is a nice swimming pool on the property. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

Everything was great. Furnitures, service, room, the breakfast was rich and awesome. The staff was so polite. The place is located almost in the forest but near the main road. It was quiet and a place to sleep like so peacefully. I would highly recommend the hotel. Rooms are in old fashion style.

I was really happy that on one of the nights, I was the only guest. Despite that, the restaurant was still open, and because of this, I was given a personalized breakfast menu, so I could choose the breakfast I preferred.

Amazing staff always with smile on they're faces 😊 The food was 11 out of 10 incredible dishes and taste !

Despite its lacks i strongly recommend this location for the proximity of the beach, the pool and there are a few shops close band Lidl is only 700m away. Also there is an "all you can eat" cantine mostly for kids that came in summer camp where you can serve breakfast, lunch or dinner at a very decent price and it tastes pretty OK, the food is fresh and diverse enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they take into consideration your requirements: we asked for a quiet apartment because we were with small kids and we received this beautiful apartment. In the evening there are events for kids just outside the complex and also on the beach from tine to time are entertainers that are dancing and encourage children to dance also. On the beach, close is also a restaurant/pub with live, entertaining music.

The sea, promenade and shops are close like walkable distance. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The guys from animation are amazing and they know who to entertain the atmosfere. We had a lot of fun together and played a lot of games. We were there like couples, 4 people in their twenties but it’s a really good place for families and kids. It’s a great balance of price and quality and the food is varied everyday especially the breakfast who is the same everyday.

A very nice hotel, a wonderful and helpfull staff. The accommodation was easy and as soon as we arrived. Exemplary daily room cleaning without being disturbed by the housekeepers. Tasty and correctly prepared food, even if you don't have many options. The parking is public and once paid you have the possibility to park anywhere in the Sunny Beach resort based on the voucher. The food is amazing, diverse and they serve it for 3 hours, 7 - 10, 12 - 3 and 18 to 21 so you have plenty of time to visit and come back and have your lunch or dinner. The rooms are big and very clean, we were treat it very nice by the personel. All in all a very good experience. For sure we will come back.

The room was very spacious and had a balcony with a great view. The spa centre was excellent with a large number of steam rooms, saunas, etc. There was a great variety of warm and hot pools, although the indoor pool area was a bit smaller than expected and quite crowded at all times of the day (weekend). The food in the restaurant was great, especially the deserts.

The spa zone is wonderful! A lot of different types of pools in and out, including kids pool with entertainment! Very clean and cozy rooms!

A repeat stay for us in this sulphurous hot spring hotel. The outdoor pools (a hotter and a cooler one) are totally wonderful, open 08 am till 20-00, nicely done and with excellent hydrogen-sulphide-rich water. Good buffet breakfast and dinner, comfortable rooms with good wifi, convenient parking. Nice walks in the local pine forest if you cross the street and walk up from the hotel.

The pools as well as the spa facilities are amazing. We loved the wet sauna, the dry sauna, the finish sauna. It was so much fun that I could stay there for at least one more week!!!! The food was really good especially the deserts. I felt like Alice in Wonderland!!!!

The apartment was big enough, clean, cozy, with a balcony, a lovely sea view and a fully equiped kitchenette (you must bring nothing to cook). The owners Yuliya and her husband are extremely nice and helpful and there wasn't a certain thing they didn't take care of. The beach and all the important sightseeings are just in a 2 min walking distance, so that the main street with all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Bridge to the old Town is 1 min away. I am strongly recommending them to everyone, who would like to enjoy a holiday in Nesebar. We are looking forward to see u next year ! :)

The apartment is spacious (just one room but big enough) and well equipped, with a full kitchen and clothes washer, a bathroom and plenty of cabinet and closet space. The host and his staff were exceptionally responsive and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is a 20-minute walk to Old Town, Nessebar, close to shopping, near to the beach. It's a beautiful town.

The apartments were spot on in every aspect very clean fantastic price and the owner personally came to greet us on arrival. we did have 1 issue and within hours of letting them know this was rectified .this wasn't the owners fault was Internet issues and they came and installed a fire stick as was the weekend and Internet provider don't work weekends

Nice and spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Short walk to the old town and an even shorter one to the beach. There’s also a nice park right behind the property with views along the coast. Owner always responded very quickly to any queries.

The host Yulia is very attentive and supportive, was always in touch and provided us with all the help and information we needed. The apartment is in the perfect location, as the old town, the beach(es) and the market street are up to 10 mins walk.

an old, converted mansion, with a great pool and very private. We were practically the only guest there, which made use of the pool and amenity's feel like a private estate home.

We had a family vacation and really enjoyed our 48 m² room for three. The owners and all the hotel staff were very friendly and always happy to help! There is covered (which is important in the heat) free parking on the property. The hotel grounds are a well-kept garden with gazebos, swings, and plenty of shady places to relax. There is also a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The sea is just 200–300 meters away. You can choose between a free or paid beach — both are spacious and clean. Breakfasts are delicious, with fresh vegetables and fruits from the hotel’s own garden. You can also order lunch and dinner. The room is equipped with plenty of towels, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush, toothpaste — even a needle and colored thread in case you need to mend something! Everything is thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest detail. This hotel is popular with guests from all over the world — people of different nationalities stay here, and everyone seems happy here. Thank you to the owners and staff for the wonderful atmosphere and comfort. Wishing you continued success and prosperity!

Excellent hotel - ideal for a weekend break. I spent a weekend here and have to say was probably the most luxurious hotel I have stayed in. Small hotel, superb gardens and great rooms. I pretty much had the place to myself the weekend I stayed which was exactly what I was after. Food nice and pool great- service was also good with the staff always ready to help out. The beach isnt far either, although the nearest beach is quite small. There are however larger beaches further along the coastal path. Great place to chill out!

Little jewelry piece of America in the gorgeous city of Varna. If you appreciate warm Southern Midwest atmosphere of a family managed typical INN - that`s your place. Excellent staff and service, gazebo grill, tasty breakfast in the fruit garden, pool, gym, own covered parking, all suites in traditional romantic southern style. Hardly recommended!
