Swim-up Rooms & Private Pools in Florida

I liked the convenience of the property. Plenty of food options, able to get items like sunscreen, diapers, shirts etc. always a chair available by the pool. Didn’t have to wake up super early to get a chair with an umbrella. Always pool towels available. Lifeguards at the pools were top tier-made for a great water experience for everyone in the pools.

This is a retro themed resort with 2 large pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, bowling alley, amazing gym, sandy ‘beach’, Starbucks, ice cream shop, and a couple of cafeteria like restaurants. Shuttle service runs every 10-15 minutes to the Universal parks/City Walk. The room we stayed in was a standard 2 queen. The beds were very comfortable. Only downside - 2 pillows per bed. I like 2 pillows just for me, and since each bed was fully occupied with family, I had to just deal with having only 1 pillow. The check in line was a bit long - even though I had checked in on line prior to arrival. Checking out was easier - quick email or text confirmation. There’s only a small refrigerator and packet style coffee maker in the room - no microwave. However, there’s 4 microwaves down in the dining area that were available (just a tad inconvenient imo). There’s a $26/night self parking charge, and the room keys allow for in/out privileges - however the gates seemed kind of glitchy (wouldn’t quickly read the room keys - and so the line leaving the parking lot was slow). They charge $14 for a ‘souvenir’ float for the lazy river. However, there’s an air station so we bought inexpensive floats from Walmart and just inflated them onsite. The place is pretty big - and very busy (the pool and lazy river was almost like bumper cars occasionally) It’s fairly well maintained and the staff were friendly. They offer Florida resident or military discounts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Another fabulous stay at this great hotel!!! Family of 4 (boys aged 17&16), stayed in a poolside view external suite room. Checking in was slow due to it being a holiday weekend. In advance we had asked to be located in a specific area of hotel which was all sorted out👏. Rooms are ideal for us; 2 beds and a fold out bed in living room with sliding door divider; small kitchen area with sink, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Room was spotless and housekeeping visited every second day. Public / pools / restaurants / gardens and shops are highly maintained and spotlessly clean! Staff friendly. Location is spot on for Universal park area with short walk to volcano bay next door and about a 12 min walk to parks and city walk. Can’t get a much better location. We used uber and Lyft to get about to other restaurants at Conroy Rd and International Drive and Walmart all about $8-$10 in car each way. Sons used gym as always which was good (but they preferred old equipment from last visit in 2024). Food at restaurants is good but in the main we dined out. This was our 5th visit to this hotel and would not hesitate to go back.

Originally booked a Volcano Bay room and when we arrived and checked in there was damage to the room. Broken clock, exposed wiring on a light switch, long walk to the main area, and terrible beds. However after talking to the front desk I was able to pay $7 more a day for a family room. Absolutely worth every penny. The front desk attendants were so nice and helpful they really turned the whole arrival around for us. Our other room was great with a separate living room space and tiny kitchen with a slider door to the bedroom. It allowed us to keep cold drinks and snacks in the room and even make popcorn at night. The hotel had wonderful things for the kids like movie in the pool, the arcade, malt shoppe, etc. Pool area was clean and amenities were nice if not a little worn. Shuttles to the park were easy and there were always open seats. Early access to the parks was worth the money to stay on property!

Best 5 star resort in Florida keys, from the rooms, pools, beach area and staff. The staff at the hotel were so friendly, helpful and generous. A kind member of staff gave us an extra 25 cent for the laundry after helping to explain how it works. The rooms had modern facilities but the beautiful layout was classical beach house designed to make you feel completely relaxed. The pools were all heated/temperature controlled, so even if it was slight cold outside you can still enjoy a swim. Out of all the hotels I visited in the keys (6) this was the best!

You can definitely tell they've spent time and money on renovations of the rooms and grounds. Thoughtfully designed for tropical ambiance. As for the poolside cabana room it was well appointed with teak and cypress furniture. The bedding and pillows were ok, not Marriott but good none the less. Spacious and clean with a great comfortable layout. The front desk staff were excellent and attentive. Food was above average but expensive. You can find local restaurants that have a better value. The drinks were expensive as well. CONS- as nice as the pool side cabana rooms were.. there was never a moment of quiet relaxation on our patio or cabana. The music was playing loud for 10 hours a day..... even as I write this at 8pm. NO ONE is in the pool. Hence we couldn't use the cabana or patio for what it was intended during the day or the evening to enjoy the sunset.Shame. We could find quiet areas out by the ocean away from the pool area. I should mention the rooms NOT in the.pool area are super quiet. Overall it is a beautiful resort with amazing landscaping and best ocean views you can imagine. We will return in a few months but stay in a different room.

Friendliness of staff, location, access to beach and pool. Front desk was very responsive with questions (through text which was awesome to me). Pools were nice and availability to order drinks from pool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

First, the property is gorgeous. Views from the activity area with pools, restaurant and bar are beautiful. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would be nice to have an chair inside but the private patio in back was well appointed. All the bungalows and amenities are ground level. The staff were mostly friendly and well intentioned. It seemed that only a few of the staff had the level of polish and experience I would expect from a resort at this price point. Food was very good. We had several meals at the main restaurant which overlooked the ocean. The bar and food truck areas also had tasty options. The pools were pretty and clean. We enjoyed swimming in the smaller one. Kayaks and standup paddle boards available but we couldn’t use them due to the wind. Our room was close to the reception area so a short walk to the ocean. I liked being a bit apart and our place felt private. I didn’t see inside of the ocean view bungalows but based on their location I don’t know if they are worth the extra money. If you like to be in the. Middle of the action a poolside bungalow would be good but we liked the quieter location where we were. I think I would stay here again. I would have been happy to stay longer.

Just stayed at the islander Resort for some quality family time! This resort is top notch! Our room was very comfortable and modern. You get to keep the Florida keys feel, while staying in a wonderful resort that provides everything you need for either a relaxing or active time! We road bikes, paddle Board, played miniature golf, relaxed by the pool, sat and laid and relaxed at the many sitting areas, some providing privacy some out in the action! We fished off the beautiful pier, ate by the pool, I can’t say enough about our stay here. We took advantage of a snorkeling charter that picked us up nearby. And we loved the golf cart service that took us anywhere we wanted to go locally. Freddie was our amazing driver! Anything we needed the staff made sure we had!!!! Also want to mention the fruit infused water throughout the resort! Such a great touch! I wished we had more time to enjoy all the restaurants and the fitness room! The team at the islander resort makes the stay so nice. I have so many names in mind of the wonderful staff we met that were so so helpful to my family! Kaitlyn, Marchel, Jonathan, Jackie, Freddie, Khalia, Angela, Alex, Madison, Zach, & Daniel!and I’m sure there are more that I just didn’t get there names. Everyone is lovely! We actually stayed here before and after a cruise! We stayed one night before and got a shuttle to the pier the next day - $13 per person. Breakfast was good , employees friendly , and busy keeping things stocked and cleaned. First night we had a room with a door to the patio. After the cruise our room had a balcony overlooking the pool at another hotel. Both were nice, clean and spacious. The hotel needs some painting in the hallways and the carpet could be updated, but nothing really to complain about. We were able to put our luggage in a room and walked to the beach for a few hours while waiting for our room to be ready. After the cruise, we also took advantage of the luggage area and stayed by the pool after checkout until time to go to the airport. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant/bar is good. The chicken quesadilla was delicious. I had hot wings one night - and they were a little too spicy for me. We had a pizza one night and took to the room for a late night snack - we made sure to order it before the kitchen closed. Within walking distance to the water taxi pickup - which I recommend. We were able to see a lot of the city.

From check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! First, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Could answer my questions and were quick to respond. They had availability and offered us a late checkout! We also were able to store our bags for free and use the pool/amenities until our late afternoon flight. Excellent service! Second, location, location, location. Literally 1.5 blocks to the ocean. Plus they have 2x chairs and umbrella to rent for $15 for the day! Unbelievable! The pool was heated and super clean. There are sun chairs and towels to use. Third, the pricing and value for what you get is awesome. Covered and secured parking for $20, yes please! Reasonable hotel night, check! Restaurant and drinks were right in line too. Slight cons: some wear and tear on the hotel but those go to the waste side when you talk about service, location and value. Is this a five stars, four seasons, no, but the service certainly is and the rooms are clean. Would highly recommend and I would go back again.

I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were really pretty. The beds are super comfortable. The pool was saltwater, which I always prefer and it had a really good deep end which my kids preferred. It's only a five minute walk if that to the beach and they even allow us to borrow towels from the pool to take with us because we did not pack ours. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! Landie, was who I saw refilling and working the breakfast. She was so sweet and took a lot of pride in the meal provided, which was great!!! The only issue I could even mention would be that the hallways and elevator are in native refreshing, but everything was clean just a little dated.

I was insanely surprised at how nice this property was. Our room had a sliding door and we had a view of the pool and hot tub, which was really nice and clean. Our beds were super comfy and very clean. And let me tell you about the front desk staff- SUPERIOR!! There was 2 ladies, one with a gold ankh and braids, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. The other young lady had long brown hair and a facial piercing. She was also very sweet and accommodating. Honestly, your management should give you both a raise!!! You ladies were so warm and kind that it made me want y’all to teach hospitality lessons to other hotels. We stayed at the Double Tree Hilton first and we missed our flight so staying here was a last minute decision before taking our flight the next day. These ladies far outperformed the $250 hotel we stayed at with their genuine service. Fresh coffee constantly made in the lobby with fresh lemon water. Quiet property and we even noticed a security guard at night walking the property. Convenient location to many things. Would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend highly!!

All of the employees from the hot towel boy to the helpful front desk went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. I stayed in two different suites and they were both beautiful. I love the beach access room and the pool access room was gorgeous too. The downtown shuttle was easy and the driver was friendly. A++ experience

Loved the room with two king bedrooms, each having their private full size bathroom and also halving a 1/2 bathroom. The pool and pool bar were amazing! We had the best time hanging at the pool in between going into town. The guitar player singing in the afternoon by the pool was a great touch and we really enjoyed his music. Loved the location. Close enough to the airport and all that we wanted to do at the main attractions. Ubers were always available to take us to where we wanted to go and were reasonably priced. When leaving our flight wasn't until 3:00 pm, so front desk offered to put our stuff in a room by the front desk so we could go out and spend our last day doing what we wanted without worrying about our luggage. The bartenders were great!!

Overall a really nice experience. Nice ocean view from the ppol, the rooms were clean and spacious, with easy access to parking garage and pool. Staff was friendly and non-intrusive, and maintenance issues were addressed promptly. The nightly $25 parking fee for the parking garage was excessive considering the cost of the rooms and the distance from all the action in Key West. The pool waiters tried to enforce the no outside food, drinks and coolers rule even though drinks were between $7- $15 a piece, which just angered everyone that was poolside. Due to the everglades wildfires, we left a night early, and brightwild promptly returned the last night's room charge, which was really generous. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars.

When we arrived at this property, we already felt it was a beautiful place. Not knowing really what we were going into, then we opened up the door to our room. We were amazed, have such a beautiful place that we are going to stay. The pool is beautiful. You get service at the pool. There's the pool bar, there's also the ocean right next to it. Everything you need is in our room. We are truly happy. We had extra days at the end of our trip. And we chose to come back and spend a second 4 days here, instead of somewhere new it was that good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by how beautiful all the areas were – from the well-maintained grounds to the elegant interiors. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the pool area and bar could use some improvement. Both seemed understaffed during my stay, which led to delays in service and made it hard to fully enjoy those amenities. With a few more employees, the experience would be much smoother. Overall, it's a lovely place with great potential. I’d definitely return, especially if service at the pool and bar improves.

Great location, comfortable bed and spacious sized room. Rooftop pool was a great add on to this hotel as the sunbeds were big and comfortable. The pool area was mainly quiet which was nice but I’m not sure if it was just because of the time of the month. Most front of house staff were friendly however the cleaning staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating and helpful!

The hotel and the room looks nice. Clean and nice fresh scent all over the hotel and room. It is close to the beach where they offer 2 sunbeds for free, without umbrella. That costs around 22-24$ per day. There is a small pool at the rooftop. We could use the beach and pool after check-out. There is coffee at the room. The area is quiet and the window that looked at the street on the 2nd floor was soundproof. Bed is very comfy. So no issue with sleeping, it was perfect. AC is working well, not noisy at all. We had Breakfast at El Nogal Latín Restaurant & Bar just a few step away was delicious and for reasonable price. Wifi is working fine.

I honestly enjoyed my stay at The Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel Collection. I highly recommend. The room was clean. I was obsessed with the decor inside the hotel. It’s literally located in the perfect area. Not near the noise from Ocean Drive but close enough that the commute is good. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. They watched our luggage while we were out on our last day. They allowed us to do a late check out. I honestly don’t have not one bad word to say about my stay. The pool water temperature was perfect also very beautiful located on the roof with a view.

I’m very happy I chose this hotel! It contributed to our trip being seamless. The walk from the hotel to the beach was perfect. I was very impressed with the location, it was in a residential neighborhood and was extremely quiet and safe. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate. The pool was lovely. The staff’s (front desk, house keeping, valet) care for the guest and their attention to detail was amazing. There wasn’t any street parking in that area but valet is offered, which was extremely convenient. I’m very glad that it wasn’t a “figure- it -out- yourself” situation, so that added another star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Berkeley Park MGallery Hotel is a great place to stay while you are in South Beach Miami. Everything from the facilities, the restaurant/bar inside, the pool, and people working were great and accommodating. This place is very walkable to all the popular spots in South Beach and there is plenty of things to do. The room came with everything and we felt like very welcomed guests. The area is pretty good and quiet, so I felt pretty safe for the duration of my vacation in Miami. Would definitely come to Miami and Berkeley Park hotel.

Despite some people disliking this place, I decided to try it. I was going to book it on TripAdvisor, but I was on my bike, and didn’t want to stop, take my helmet off, etc. I was lucky I did not, since the motel had posted a lower price ( 54.99) than the reservation price out on their sign. ( I suspect that the price was only good for solo travelers, and was higher for couples and families) The room was quite adequate, and pretty clean. The pool was nice looking, and well used, There were a few people smoking dope somewhere close, and a few drinking at the outdoor tables, but none were very loud. The rooms were overall quiet with the doors closed. Staff were cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, coffee was better than average. Overall, I recommend it. Overall, not a bad place to stop.

It even has miniature golf pool, and hot tub. Very clean! No bugs! We would stay here again. Liked only 2 stories so easy to unload luggage. Parking is free and right in front of rooms and we really liked that. No elevator but only 2 stories so not necessar

Rooms are comfortable and affordable. I enjoy the gym , and the pool , miniature golf, hot tub ., The complimentary breakfast is spot on. Wifi , soda and ice machine on every floor . And it is pet friendly. Perfect location

This hotel is good but missed the mark a few ways that dropped a star. Housekeeping is just OK. They appear not to report obvious problems and just clean, so inspect your room fully upon check in. My room had an obviously broken hair dryer, and they had professionally wrapped it back up and put it in the drawer. 20+ minutes to get a new one, when we had somewhere to be.hot tub has no heat. It's a cold pool w bubbles. So if that's a selling point, go elsewhere. And I'm sitting here watching someone skim some gross brown foam off the top but not add any chemicals to fix the cause, and it's open for use now that he is done. They one of those stupid resort fees. It includes several things. Morning coffee, but not tea. Just coffee. It includes beach chairs and an umbrella. That's a 3rd party and they expect a tip on top of the fee you already paid. My bed had to defective. The springs made noise w every movement. The pool towels were very small and worn for a resort of this caliber, and there's some confusing towel vending machine to get them. I'm here is September and pool was crowded. Don't think hotel is full. Wonder if there would be enough pool chairs in March. This hotel appears to be dog friendly. Which meant i heard barking dogs at times in rooms. Overall this hotel was OK for the price paid off season. If I were here in season paying top dollar I would likely be disappointed.

it was very nice but not great for the money we paid.... the rooms are old and need an update as does the bedding.... took too long to get our room, and the pool is too small for the amount of people there and for this $$$ there should be an adults only pool!!! there's too many kids to evenenjoy the pool and no where to sit!!! to pay to park is beyond ridiculous and a rip off too!! we will rethink this place next year

We had a very nice experience here. I had concerns that I should have booked the JW Marriott up the street, but in retrospect I am happy with my decision to save some money. This resort was everything we needed. The room was very nice, stone/marble floor, shower was spacious, room was spacious, 2 queen beds and pull out couch. View was outstanding, looking northward. I would see if you could request this side of the hotel when booking. Short walk to the beach which is nice. The sand is a little rough and sharp with many broken shells. We heard a rumor that the sand is softer at the JW Marriott, so we took a walk up there, and it is definitely softer. JW Marriott also had beachside cabanas, which I’m sure is very nice although again, likely much more pricey. On a previous trip to Hawaii, Beachside Cabanas were about $300 for the day, but those were also private with wait service for food and drinks, etc. These cabanas did not look fancy in that way. The pool is a little small, and seats are somewhat limited, but we were fine for our pool day. Good restaurants right across the street, recommend Fin Bistro highly. Be sure to make dinner reservations ahead of time, ideally at the time of booking your hotel because the reservations for the nice restaurants fill up quickly (DaVincis, Marco Prime, Oyster Society, etc.) We will definitely consider staying here again for future visits to Marco Island.

My family and I just came back from the Hilton Marco Island after a week-long stay. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience. We were greeted immediately by Miguel and Eddie; setting the tone on what we should consider to help us make the most of our stay. Being a Hilton Diamond member, I reached out the day before via the Hilton App whether we could be placed on a higher floor, and Julianna responded pretty quickly and blocked out our room for us. She was amazing as she was also able to get housekeeping to service our room earlier in the day to accommodate us having two small kids. These are a couple examples, however, whenever we had a minor request, the staff went out of their way to help us out. We split time between the beach and pool. Both are amazing. One suggestion is to have plenty of sunscreen on hand. The pool (and Gulf water) expose you to the sun and if not careful at this time of year, it will show. We ate each morning at 560 for breakfast and three times for dinner. We were satisfied overall, and enjoyed seeing some of the staff again as they also remembered us. We hope to return in 2026 or 2027. Hilton Marco Island makes us feel at home, and we want to thank them for their warmth and hospitality once again.

This is our 4th time back at this particular hotel and it never disappoints. The service here is great. From the moment we arrived on the property, we were greeted by a smiling guy in the guard/parking shack who greeted us every time we enter or left the property with a smile and a friendly wave. Once inside the gentleman at the baggage desk happily said hello to us as we headed to check in and shared the daily weather report with us. At checkin, it went smoothly. This was our first time getting an ocean view Room Vs a partial ocean view room. I was surprised that it wasn’t great as I thought. I did call down and they offered me a better room with 2 queen beds but we wanted our kind bed and stayed in the room. The pool is wonderful and we used it most days. The beach is spectacular and a short walk front the hotel. The bar and bartenders were friendly and poured a good drink. Try the blackberry mojitos Wow! The staff and the restaurant and breakfast quick store were fantastic and pleasant consistently. This place is great. The nightly entertainment was great too. They have ice water available for folks out by the pool. Cleaning staff is wonderful as well. Overall another fantastic stay and we’ll be back again real soon! Thank you for another fantastic time

everything was exceptional, the front desk staff helped since the beginning answering all the questions we had, for breakfast there was a huge variety of food, the pool was in remodeling condition, so they offered us to use the regency hotel pool, it was next to Sonesta. the location is very convenient we had amazing food in a Cuban restaurant that is just crossing the street. we want to stay longer; we didn't want to stay in the airport for 2 hours so front desk staff offered a late fee to stay up to our flight check in time and we used the shuttle, so it was very beneficial and safe. English and Spanish speakers in the hotel is a plus. Definitively we will back soon =)

Good location close to the airport plus a free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes and is very convenient. Lovely gym, nice pool area. Super friendly staff.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner the night before at Tradewinds was excellent. (Thank you, Jorge, for your wonderful service!!) Our room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was fun, and the whole feel of the hotel was inviting. We spent the night in Miami because we chose an overnight layover rather than spending a whole day traveling. The Sonesta was the perfect place to stay, and the airport shuttle service was outstanding.

The front desk was helpful with our luggage. We came in an early flight and it was not time to check in. We needed our luggage to be kept at the hotel so we would not have to carry it with us until time to check in. We appreciated the front desk men were extremely helpful and kept our luggage safe.

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. I really enjoyed the all day free coffee! The hotel, pool, & access to the beach was great.

This was our second stay here. Everyone, from the welcome at the front desk, to the man who diligently keeps the pool immaculate each day, to Antoinette who made sure the breakfast was ready, to housekeeping, assures you have the best beachfront experience in a hotel possible. The grounds are kept attractively, the pool area is spacious and clean, and there is plenty of parking. The beach is, of course, the main attraction, so the easy access to it and the fabulous views of it are what we come here to enjoy. The view from our room’s balcony was especially perfect as there was a full moon during our stay. Seeing and hearing the surf in the moonlight is, well, indescribable. The only thing negative I have to say about this place is the elevators are slow. This is not a big, sprawling, luxury hotel. It is a place that’s affordable, attractive and on the beach. What more can one want? We’ll be back.

Cam and his staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and everything (lights, TV, etc.) worked like it should. It was very quiet on the halls at night. The breakfast was amazingly good. Many food and beverage options to please kids and adults. Nice pool area, easy walk down the beach, tiki/snack bar by the pool. We will definitely book there again.

This place was wonderful but the beach bar tender/kitchen staff made it the best. Kerry Ann and Antoinette were so professional and sweet. The live music by the pool was also a nice surprise. The pool is extremely well maintained which is always a gamble at a busy hotel like this. Super clean and all staff were very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, quite and relaxing. Nice clean pool, pool bar was great. Breakfast was awesome, plenty of choices, everything was fresh and hot, coffee was available all day long. Will definitely stay here again, it did not disappoint !!

First, the view was amazing! It was the best hotel I ever stayed in Miami. I always stay in south beach but never downtown. For now on, I will stay downtown Miami every time I visit. The location was great, I can walk to everything. While I stayed we had access to the pool and hot tub next door. Simply amazing. Absolutely love the hot tubs. The pool was great as well. The view at night was breath taking. The lights from the building was very beautiful. If I can afford it again, I will definitely stay here again.

We were quite happy with this property. Upscale but not obnoxious. Our room had a view of the bay, marina and Miami's amazing skyline. Service from the valets and bell team was impeccable. It's not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. We enjoyed the 5th floor bar (bartender Ranier was great!) which opens onto the pool area. Very nice pool with a bar and great views of the marina.

The good: hotel was newly remodeled, check in was a breeze (I got in late at 2am), lobby bar staff were super nice (Sylvia), M club had decent options and a very good breakfast. AC is nice and cool, room and view was nice. My upgrade certificates were honored. The bad: I rented a cabana at the pool for two days, but it was borderline unusable due to all the noise (concrete sawing). The hotel said they would send a manager, but never did. Pool bar staff hide around the corner on their phones (Daniel). They refunded one of the two days. The hotel charges a destination fee $36 with the promise they take off $18 from any hotel dining options (other than the market). You have to beg for this to happen. Bed was a little too firm.

Great balcony with city view but actually has water view too!!! Great location for different modes of transportation to go anywhere!! Loved the pool! Great breakfast!! And loved that I could use my resort fee towards things like did in drink in hotel!! Will definitely be back!!

The love location, great service and staff. Special mention to Michael the chef(came to our table). He custimized a dish for me thst was wonderful. All our meals wete delicious. Gilina(not sure spg?) Provide excellent pool service and the BEST margarita.

Roberto the host was extremely nice and kind. When we got to the place in the late after noon we realized the beach house given could not accommodate the five of us. When I reported that to Roberto he suggested to upgrade us to a villa with a private pool in the complex. Eventually we stayed in the villa for the duration of our stay (2 nights). The villa was wonderful. Great facilities including stuff for the beach, very nice pool, comfortable beds, TV with Netflix and an equipped kitchen. Thanks Roberto for making sure our stay will be an unforgettable one!!

The location is within about 10 minutes walking distance of the beach access and also the downtown area with several shops, bars, and restaurants. The private pool is a huge bonus and there are plenty of beds and space to accommodate large parties. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella provided for use at the beach. The property manager was very responsive. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway to accommodate about 4 full-size vehicles.

This was such a gorgeous place - very spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. The staff was remarkably friendly and communicated so nicely - we felt totally welcome. The beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was exceptionally clean and same for the pool area. We had big pool towels and a buggy with chairs & umbrella for the beautiful beach. There were ice cubes in the freezer and some welcoming snacks in a basket on the table - so cordial! We would love to stay here - the next time at Siesta Keys... !

Nice little property. A bit older but still very nice. The pictures don’t do the pool justice! The pool was a nice relaxing area! Our room was right out by the pool and we loved it! Sat out on loungers till almost 11pm just enjoying the night. Could use a propane fire pit to complete the area!

Had occasion to go to the pool bar on a Saturday afternoon. Lisa, the bartender, was so personable! We had such a fun time. There was a wonderful DJ and Lisa helped everyone there enjoy the afternoon. There was dancing and singing(several of the guests joined in with some Kareoke). We were so glad we chose the pool bar with the Lisa & Joe Combo....AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! Thank you Aloft!

This property was so close to restaurants and the free trolly service. We loved the rooftop pool, and the complimentary bikes helped us get to Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in only a few minutes. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Super trendy and fun place to be, we enjoyed the views, bar, pool, staff, comfortable rooms, everything! Definitely worth a stay.

I was really impressed with this property. Excellent walkable location, affordable, nice common areas and bar, and fabulous pool!! We weren't even there on the days when the pool bar was open, that would be even better! Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sarasota.

Great location, mostly friendly staff, adequate room, great rooftop pool area with cabanas and bar/live music, lobby a value-add with bar/comfortabel tables and pool table area, outside patio nice, very convenient to downtown shopping/retaurants... definitely over priced for king room we had (but they put us in an accessible room so that may have been part of the problem), bedding and towels minimalistic at best - not cozy or luxurious as intimated, advertises restaurant on website but no food on site except snacks for purchase, bar costs very expensive for offerings...would still recommend staying during non price-surge periods as it is a solid hotel with friendly staff and a great location

Good place in Sarasota. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms are normal and not very big. I guess that is Aloft style. No upgrades available as all rooms are the same. Rooms are quiet and very dark which is good for nice sleeping. Breakfast is just a few items to pick from nothing fancy. The pool is really nice and kinda rooftop. It is weird that apartments completely overlook the pool, But overall its nice. several shops and restaurants are nearby and within walking distance. Also, there is a waterfront within walking distance as well. Good place for a short business trip. Enjoy!

The private pool, & public roof pool/bar makes this resort stand-out! Very friendly & helpful staff that took immaculate care of our room/pool multiple times a day! Made for a phenomenal honeymoon get away!

The private pool attached to our suite was great, the courtyard at the hotel was really nice and the hotel staff was very freindly and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again when we return to Key West without our children.

After a long night of driving with my family we were pleasantly surprised to see such a happy young lady greeting us at 9:30pm also gave me and my wife a cup of nice fresh coffee she showed us were the pool was and we also wanted to see the room and she took us there the rooms were clean and nice she also said we have the best cleaning crew and she was right cause we seen them in the morning very happy and pleasant will definitely be back in December keep up the good work red roof you got a 10 from us.

The experience from checking in to checking out was GREAT! The 3-11 girl was really nice-sorry I don't remember her name. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet expect if you crack your window open- I did like that I was able to open the window just a little for fresh air-you could hear the cars on the interstate. Did not use the pool (too cold) but we did go sit out there and it was really clean. Bonus they have a hot tub! Will be using this hotel for all of our weekend getaways from now own.

This Inn is immaculately maintained from outside the building to corridors, elevators, pool areas, lobby, etc! The staff was friendly and beyond accommodating. Rooms are spacious and well lit. The beds are very comfortable with multiple pillows of various firmness. Ample hot water and air conditioning was cold and efficient! I am so appreciative of a place that is pet inclusive and not just dog friendly! I am very impressed with this property, location, and value.

The hotel is nice with a hot tub and pool. Microwave and frig in room. Coffee in the lobby and room. Good use of space in the room. Shower but no tub. Inside room entrances. Walls are very thin. I hear every word of noisy neighbors arguing and kids crying. Comfortable beds and I like the wood flooring Nice front desk and good area. My first time at a Red Roof.

It was conveniently located. Beautiful. The staff experience was exceptional! The pool was lovely. The poolside service was exceptional. My only complaint would be we had terrible WiFi both in our room and on our patio. We were in poolside room 115. We actually had better service walking way out by the pool, than in our room. Other than that it was just the rest and relaxation we wanted!

A wonderful hotel with exceptional service from start to finish. Stayed 3 nights in a club room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. Check in was very friendly and welcoming with IHG Ambassador status recognised immediately and full explanation of the lounge and other facilities. The room was very clean and nicely presented and kept immaculately clean every day by housekeeping, the bed was super comfortable that every time I laid on it to watch some tv I kept nodding off. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and well stocked. The bathroom was generally very good but it did take some time to get hot water through and the shower head had seen better days but it got the job done. And the toiletries as always were very nice. The club lounge is really good, in part this is due to the attendants who were all very welcoming and provided exceptional service that was appreciated after a day in the office. The pool and terrace is great and loved taking a swim to cool down. Overall highly recommend this hotel and already booked for a couple of nights before our cruise.

This Hotel I must say is excellent 10/10 the staff first of all are very friendly. I had a lot of stress due to flight cancellation and when I arrive at the hotel, my greeting was meet by Mr Conrad Baguisa who was very attentive and friendly, accommodating and compassionate he listened to my concerns and help me get settled in with a special accommodation to help ease my stress me and my family was very pleased at how understanding and supportive he was the Hotel ambience is impressive the Rooms were clean the place in the atmosphere was pleasant and it helped make my stay in Miami excellent my family guess was able to have a cigarette in their smoking section the pool was a whole vibe with neon lights around the area at night. We had drinks in a nice time in this area, which was surprisingly 24 hours that helped make our stay pleasant breakfast every morning could’ve been better, but the staff were friendly and welcoming so if you’re looking for a clean safe friendly environment to stay in Miami choose this hotel it’s pet friendly kid, friendly, and an excellent place for fun and safe for a great week in Miami.

Great environment, great service. The room was amazing. The front desk representatives made sure that my wife and kids were taken care of while I was out on business. The pool area and bar are super nice too. The restaurant is a little pricey but their food is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend the Lomo Saltado Alfredo fettuccini.

The entire experience visiting the Intercontinental Hotel in Doral Miami was impressive. The MOD, Conrad Baguisa, was very active throughout the hotel checking on guests and ensuring their needs were attended to. The hotel itself was decorated with nice artwork and upbeat furnishings. The pool area looked invited but will have to visit it on our next trip.

Our family was overall happy with our stay. The location alone made it worth it. Pros-Location! -It’s in walking distance to the village and the beach, private pool, recently renovated, the daytime staff was very sweet and helpful. Cons-There is only one mirror in the entire unit, the shower window is I believe facing the wrong way-you can’t see out, but you can see in!, we saw two cockroaches, the girl working the evening shift was very unpleasant.

Where do I even start! The is my new favorite destination & hotel. Perfectly located less than a block from the beach in one director and less than a block from all the restaurants and strip in the other direction. Attentive staff & comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub area were top notch, we watched a lightning storm by ourselves in one of their several pools and really felt relaxed. They also provide beach chairs and free bicycle access that truly enhance the beach experience. We couldn’t have been happier. The manager helped work with us for late check out to facilitate our travel time to Orlando. Best sunset views and they even give you a table and chair set up outside the room. There are grills and palm trees and everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Don’t even think about it- BOOK with no hesitation. I’ve been to 50 countries and Tropical Breeze Hotel is now one of my most favorite places to stay. We will be back as soon as we can! 5 star for sure.

Location, location, location! What a wonderful beach cottage. While it’s not beachfront it’s a close leisurely walk to the beach and even closer walk to the siestas key village where there’s a ton of things to do. We never drove anywhere. We rented a 1 bedroom king size cottage. Had enough room for myself, my husband and even our dog. The price includes bikes onsite , 2 pools, beach chairs and pool toys. You can’t beat it. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and even the grocery store. Room was comfortable, recently renovated and very clean. Might have a nightstand with water stains but not a big deal. Pools were very nice! The manager went out of his way to show us around and make us feel comfortable. He made sure we were aware of the amenities - beach chairs, bikes, two pools, bbqs, etc. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Not your fathers Red Roof Inn... I have stayed there a number of times over the years. The best value is there suite. On this trip I could get the suite for about the price of regular hotel room in the area. It is not the Ritz Carlton but, when I get for my money a living room area, with a full kitchen so I can cook my hot dogs, big a** closet if I had twerps they could stay there and large bedroom with King size bed which is great for when me and my two girl friends want to visit for the evening (boy can dream :) ). The only draw back is the bathroom is little small, it has been modernized but I wished they used a little room from the big a** closet and the bedroom to make it a little bigger. The pool area is something you would see at more expensive properties, it landscpaed nice and has a fire pit and cook out areas, Nice pool with a jauzzi.. Great for enteraining the baby dolls and watch the planes come in......

The suite was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and refrigerator were very clean. Enjoyed the separate area with sofa to watch tv. Loved the view to the pool. The landscaping in the pool was beautiful and made it very enjoyable to sit on the porch . Close proximity to 5th Avenue and restaurants near the hotel made it more enjoyable.

Overall enjoyable stay. Good value for money and lovely heated pool and garden. Room was average for motel chain but was clean and furnishings in good condition. Only negatives were the $7 charge for safe use in and poor check in experience. It was very slow, and after 10mins the room key didn’t work on two occasions. We were up graded to a premium room facing the pool which was much quieter (note standard rooms face a noisy road) but key card only worked for one night even though are stay was for two nights.

We had made a reservation through a third party site (Travelup) for March 20-22nd in Naples. Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until 1 am on the 21st. We had been in contact with Miriam at the front desk and she informed us that they did not have a reservation for us. She took our information and said she would work on it. When we arrived they still didn't have our reservation. Oscar gave us a room for the night while they tried to figure out our situation. The next morning the manager, Kevin Furst,informed us that he had found our reservation and that it had been cancelled a week earlier. Of course we never did this so we were stuck. Kevin and Miriam worked with us and made sure we had a place for our stay at a reasonable price. They were very helpful and friendly during this whole experience! The room was very nice as was the pool area. We would recommend the Red Roof Inn at Naples!

I would like to start by saying the cleaning staff was amazing Maria the front desk the manager Kevin... The men that work there maintenance everyone was definitely very hard working very courteous the property itself was very clean and I am very particular as I Was alone.. I can't say Much bad about the place At all ihop right next door that was amazing as well to have that right near me.. it really was an amazing stay a beautiful pool fire out back the property was just well maintained the men were running around fixing things all day and keeping the grounds well I really highly respect the place and its management and all of the people that work there I'm very grateful for This place I had ..stayed if you're ever in the area of downtown Naples don't sleep on this place it's definitely the one...

I love the resort style design of this property. Our pool side suite was spacious and conveniently located near the pool and outside amenities. The coffee bar in the morning was convenient and we also enjoyed drinks and food from the poolside bar. My husband and I were in town for Spring Training and found this hotel to be a perfect location to hit the beach, visit Historic Ybor and catch a Yankee Spring Training Game.

Hotel Alba is hands down our new spot in Tampa. From the moment we checked in early to the late checkout, everything was smooth and upscale. The poolside suite was perfect. Aesthetic vibe, fun atmosphere, clean organized property, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. What really made the stay special was the people. Every staff member we met was friendly and professional, but Taylor our poolside bartender was the star of the trip. She was welcoming from the start, always upbeat, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She honestly made our vacation what it was. Brian was also excellent—attentive and on point with the drinks and service. Any place would be lucky to have them two as part of their team. The whole hotel has a fun, stylish vibe, the food and drinks were great, and the complimentary shuttle within 3 miles was super convenient. On top of it all, the price was really affordable for what you get. Couldn’t recommend this place more, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again

We absolutely loved our stay here it was super clean, house keeping comes to your room every day and will clean if you want. A lot of the staff will get off work and come hang out at the pool and will also give advice on where to go in the area. The drinks at the pool side bar was amazing and Brian the bar tender is such a vibe and a lovely person. I will definitely be coming back again I really enjoyed myself. The only downside is the elevator being broken but they made the best out of what they had and have an attendant which I loved it made me feel 10x safer getting on and off the elevator! Definitely would recommend anyone checking them out!

This is my second time staying at Hotel Alba. Love the atmosphere, the staff are all helpful, pool open late till 10pm (rare to find a pool open late) and options of eating and having drinks at the bar. Bartenders are amazing especially Bryan! There is a mall within walking distance but if you want to explore Tampa (Ybor or surrounding areas) you will need to catch an uber or rent a car. ***Just a warning only 1 elevator has been working since Hurricane Helen hit. But they are doing their very best at having someone in the elevator at all times to make sure it picks everyone up quickly.

Lovely hotel. Room was perfect. everything was clean, comfortable, up to date, plenty of space. Lobby had a lot of seating options that were inviting and not just your plain Jane lobby furniture and ambiance. There was what I think was a skee ball game and also paddle ball game. Pool had places to sit that are covered under tiki roofs if you don’t want to be in the sun. Poolside had a giant chess game for kids or adults to play.

I stay at this property all the time for work and when I travel. I have been coming here for the past 8 years I've seen staff come and go. rooms have changed I have seen such a significant transformation of the property ever since Mr. Francis the new GM has stepped in lord knows Raul was amazing. He has done such a wonderful job he is so sweet and so out going not to mention funny I've never seen a GM get down and dirty in a suite till today. We need more people like this in this world. Miss Lucy is such a sweet heart she always makes my day anything I need she's on it. the rooms are always clean the pool looks so much nicer and so does the sun deck. the only downfall is the busy loud road but that is out of the hotels control. Whoever the owners are they definitely need to cherish these staff members we hate seeing people leave. I will definitely tell everyone I know about this awesome property.

This is our second stay at Quality Inn Miami South. Our first stay was enjoyable though our room location wasn't the best. This time around, we requested a room in the back of the inn where it was definitely quieter and roomier! The room we stayed in appeared as it had been recently renovated! Clean and comfortable! Housekeeping is exceptional! Amenities - breakfast provided daily, pool is heated and open till 9PM, This Inn is centrally located and within walking distance to everything we needed - The Falls Mall, Publix next door, Starbucks half block away! If you don't like walking, the bus station is across the the highway. Recommend highly!

The rooms were clean and the complex is well-maintained with a lovely swimming pool. The exterior of the building is brightened by colorful accents and a charming tropical mural. The breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of hot and cold items, and the coffee machine in the lobby made espresso which was a pleasant surprise. There is an onsite restaurant that we didn't get the chance to eat at, but it looked good and the reviews were positive. The area is convenient, within walking distance of several shops including a Publix. Overall you can tell there is a high standard of care and attention to detail here.

Upon arrival the exterior was clean and not much traffic in the parking lot which was good since it’s right next to a major road. The staff was kind and very informative. They assigned me to a room right in front of the pool which was an amazing perk. The staff cleaning rooms would say hello when in passing. Allowing dogs is such a privilege especially since there is a dog park 2 minutes away. The trip to south beach was about 30 to 45 minutes for each trip which was very convenient

Our daughter was in a accident and suffered traumatic brain injury and the family was staying at this wonderful hotel because it was down the street from the hospital. At first I was apprehensive, but upon arrival I was met by the nicest, most loving staff. They took very good care of us and asked about our daughter daily, continental breakfast you can’t go wrong and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful pool area. Will definitely go back for a visit when it can be for pleasure.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025- decided to head down for a quick trip over the weekend. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We arrived early and were able to get our room immediately. There are two restaurants in site. Cabañas pool bar, and Conte- bit more upscale. Cabañas is your typical pool beach bar, good attentive staff with your typical bar food. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, appetizers and your usual bar food Conté- is a bit upscale and you’ll pay a bit more. It is located in second floor and the views of the beach are amazing while you eat. We ate at both and were pleased with the meals. I would avoid the wings at Cabañas, not enough for the price. The room was a one bedroom with pull out couch with a patio that faced the beach. It was a good room. Beds were comfortable and the room was more than appropriate for our stay. The pool is a good size and has plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is also a row of chairs and umbrellas that are located outside the pool area that face the beach. The beach is a short walk from hotel. You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach from a vendor not affiliated with hotel. They also rent jet skis and other water sport activities. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel.

Great place to stay if you want to be on the beach with a pool, pool service, bar/food etc. Only two criticisms, air conditioner is EXTREMELY loud, and the mattresses are hard as rocks and wrecked my poor husbands back. Loved the layout, shower, screened in balcony and pool service/restaurant/bar and proximity to the beach.

DiamondHead has never disappointed us and this year was not different! I love what they have done with Cabanas "Poolside" and the addition of the Volleyball and Bags area just off of the pool. The service and servers were great at the poolside. Can't wait to go back next year!!

This property was in a great location so we were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. We spent most of our it time at the pool and ate at Cabanas several times and the food was good. Drink prices were also very reasonable for staying in a resort. We also really enjoyed the live music every day. The room was surprisingly large and overlooked the pool/Beach. We would definitely stay here again. Only drawback is it would be nice if they sold drinks or snacks somewhere on the property.

The room was incredible. Elegant and oceanfront. The beach is gorgeous and has been replenished after Hurricane Ian 2 years ago. And the pool is heated. Poolside restaurant is good and reasonably priced though you can walk to others that are famous
