Xcarat is beautiful, clean, safe and one stop shop. We had a great time this around . Got upgraded with a swim up pool , so that was a plus. Food is delicious and convenient. Love it , will be coming back soon

As a solo traveler this was amazing, all inclusive amenities galore! The swim up garden room was an absolute dream to sleep In each night, everything from the historic art and soul poured into each room to the smallest details of local made goodies left as gifts almost daily, each with its own story to tell of its origins and heritage. The staff were all super helpful one gentleman even went as far as to pause his duties and directly escort me to the gym area. Everything from the beaches, the gift shops, the endless drink and food options made this stay definitely a hard one to top!

We loved everything about our stay. We stayed in casa de la paz and we had the bonus of having free hydrotherapies if we wanted as part of our stay. The food was incredible, the highlight was Apapachoa, although is vegan it's top quality and the service was the best. You're never bored to know where to go, so many options of pools, roof top pools, water canals and beach. Having access to all the parks is always a big plus! our favourite was Xplor Fuego and Xochimilco. The room was sensational! we stayed 2 weeks for our honeymoon and the bed was so comfortable, we even tried the sauna in the bathroom! All in all, no complaints with the room. Staff was all super friendly, always willing to make your stay more fun and comfortable. In terms how we would rate the restaurants, most favourite were Apapachoa (rooftop delight), Encanta (degustation menu with view of the theatre), and Arenal (awesome lunch options), Mercado San Juan (lots of delicious food options, we loved sunday's brunch), Cayuco (we loved making our own seafood cocktails and ceviches), Chino Poblano (great asian and mexican mix of flavours), Cantina (great flavours). Best places for cocktails rooftop pool bar at casa la piramide and Arenal. We also went to HA in our last night and was worth every penny! very memorable and incredible food, definitely worthwhile to go.

This is a 10 out of 10 hotel. Food was exceptional..especially at the pool (pool menu vavavoom). Hotel itself was loco fabulous. The parks included...wow! Make sure to use the pools as they are fabulous...and the river kayaks!

This hotel was awesome. Food and drinks were good, staff was great, parks and workshops were fun, room was big, clean and comfortable. Everyday you received a Mexican treat enclosed in a small weave basket to take home - in addition to your stocked out mini bar and snack tray. You also get to keep the reusable water bottles and beach bag in your room. The communication between me and the hotel via email before arrival was excellent. I was able to reserve activities, airport shuttle, and restaurants prior to my stay. You need a reservation for the restaurant Tah-Xido but it was worth it. I also enjoyed the other restaurants Mercedes de San Juan, Cayuco, and Arenal. The wet bar at the pool was nice and a lot of sitting areas. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is first class: from the property, to the food, to the staff. The room was beautiful; swim up pool/river. Everything was super clean!The grounds were amazing. I felt I was staying in a lush botanical garden.

First time out of many trips to Mexico when we didn't want to leave hotel premises. There's so much walkable territory with gorgeous sites, river, island, multiple dining options including Michelin star restaurant. The kids loved the vacation and swim up suite connected with kids pool and slide. Tequila was great, grasshoppers still stuck between teeth, and the photos showcase natural beauty beyond description. Convenient closeness to all x-parks and shuttle between them was an awesome add on. We will be back.

We loved everything! At the airport they have a lounge right outside the airport. We were greeted with warm hospitality and was able to start the check in process while we waited for their newer comfortable bus that transported us to resort. When we arrived at the beautiful Xcaret Mexico we were greeted with homemade chocolate popsicles and a cool washcloth. We fortunately stayed in Fuego and had an escort take us to our private check in. Check in was simple and we were shown to our rooms where our luggage had already arrived. The butler was busy so we took the opportunity to unwind in the swim up pool. The butlers were attentive and ensured that we had reservations for dinner, Xei Ha park and the catamaran tour. We tried various restaurants. Our favorite was Cuervos a cave with a Brazilian restaurant flair and beautiful live jazz music. Fuego was also one of our favorites. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. Our favorite park by far was Xplor. Zip lining and the water rides were so much fun. The juice bar and restaurant food was very good.

Our first several days started out wonderful! Amazing service, beautiful property, delicious food. The last few days we saw a drop in service. Housekeeping took our dirty towels but didn’t replace them, no toilet paper, body wash, shampoo were refilled. Most of the food was amazing and Xin-GAO was our favorite by far. La Cantina was a let down. Food was dry and not appealing. Finally, very poor experience at the pool our final full day. The restaurants were busy so my son ordered pizza to room service. We had seen people eating some of the food that was pool side (crepes, tacos, ice cream) and even watched people bring dripping ice cream cones INTO the pool. So we didn’t think it would be an issue for him to eat a slice of pizza pool side. We were scolded and told this is prohibited, so we immediately apologized and said he would take it back to his room to finish. The server then went and told the lifeguard even though it was already dealt with and we were scolded a second time which was unnecessary. The server then got all the other servers together pointed at us and then he came back over and told us we were getting a warning and were scolded a third time. They stopped serving us. My son had left to handle it within 2 min. Was an extremely rude and excessive reaction especially given there no signs that say no food poolside. When we told the front desk about the incident he told us, “You are in Mexico and we have rules too”. Rude and dismissive of our experience.

We had a wonderful stay; the property feels fairly new and is really well set up with beautiful pools, small beaches and nice dining options. The staff (poolside and in restaurants) are really helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was beautiful and well equipped (if a bit damp when AC is off). The kids’ pool in particular is brilliant and our daughter loved the octopus slide. The food and drinks options were pretty good, with breakfast at the Mercado being the standout. Transportation to Xcaret Park via the boat was brilliant.

The property was very clean and nice. We stayed on the first floor, which I would definitely recommend. We had a huge swim up pool and the swim up bar was right across from our room. The kids loved ordering virgin pina coladas!

The swim up bar was nice. The kids pool was nice and the pool area was accessible for toddlers.

The restaurants were better than expected for an all-inclusive. There was something always available to eat, and room service is also 24/7 with exceptional service. Everything from the shuttle service, the swim out pool, the characters, etc exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return!

Second time back and the kids loved it. Had a swim out on the first floor which we preferred to our 3rd floor suite from last stay. Resort was less busy this time due to time of year. Staff are amazing and ensure to check in often. Highly recommend.

Buffet was great, loved that they had a low one for the kids to use. WaterPark was super fun, different sides depending on age. Staff was friendly & swim up room was amazing.

This was a superior stay. There was nothing about this beautiful place that wasn't done well. The location is the stand out exceptional quality. We stayed in a palapas on the ocean front and it was wonderful. Steps to the beach with perfect swimming. Hammocks and table on our porch to take in the view. The room was beautifully decorated and housecleaning came by daily and left beautiful decorations. There were thoughtful touches throughout our stay there, including chocolate turtles left to say goodbye. The grounds were immaculately kept, ample relaxed entertainment including pool, chess, swim up bars, a boutique, an onsite coffee shop, spa, and bikes available. The breakfast and dinner buffets were rich, varied, and fresh. Staff was impeccable with courtesy, respect, and helpfulness. We felt genuinely welcome and cared for while we were there.

Overall it was a lovely stay. The hotel and facilities could do with a lift, especially the one pool by the Fuego restaurant which was crumbling. Positives include being on the beachfront, good breakfast, nice infinity pool on the beach, not far from 5th avenue restaurants and attractions but very quiet.

This place like its name says it’s Magical! Not only that, it will be part of my life journey since this is where I proposed to my fiancee. The people of Mahekal went above and beyond to help me create the most beautiful magical day for my girl and the perfect romantic dinner by the beach. A sunset in the Caribbean with the perfect atmosphere for me and my love. We couldn’t be more grateful and Mahekal was an amazing place for this epic event. The hotel has its own mystical vibe. It basically looks like a little town in the middle of the jungle with top of the line rooms which might as well be a set of a jungle film. An amazing luxury hotel with so many amenities including a pool and jacuzzi by the beach. The service and people in it are warm and welcoming. If God allows it, we would be more than happy to have our wedding there. Shout out to Roberto who went above and beyond and then some to make our stay and experience unforgettable. Little details here and there and after the proposal we received a beautiful gift in our room. A wonderful touch from the people in Mahekal to make our special day even more memorable. I cannot praise this place enough. Solid 10000 out of 10. Magical beautiful luxury place.

Loved this resort. Celebrated my 60th birthday with a group of 9-17 depending on the day and couldn’t have picked a better place. The whole staff was incredible, friendly, and helped out with the celebration dinner on our last night. The resort is beautiful and the perfect size. I don’t care for big resorts so really appreciated the bungalow accommodations. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The toilet is typical for this area, don’t expect a powerful flush. I appreciated the no TVs in the rooms. The location in PDC was convenient to shops and restaurants. There are some beach clubs nearby but the I wasn’t bothered by any noise. The beach is not large and most of it is public but plenty of lounge chairs to use. The pools were nice and we always had great service for ordering food and drinks. I loved my stay. It made my celebration magical! Thank you Mahekal Beach Resort!

The service, amenities, and vibe were all too notch. We got the beach room while our friends got the room with a private pool, both were excellent. Fun pool events (pole dancing, aerobics, poker, and more) happened every day. Hard not to enjoy ourselves with such great people.

Highly recommend this adult only resort. Great food and beverages. Nice suites. Clean rooms. Friendly service everywhere. Very friendly service from our concierge, Magda, and our coffee barista, Montse! Fun variety of entertainment every night. And we loved the different pools; quiet, spa and fun party pool with swim up bar.

The resort was amazing! If you can, shooting for the villa with the private pool! I can speak highly enough about the staff, especially the butler service! I liked having fun service, but the orders were never right. Not even once. I'm glad it wasn't an extra charge though, or I would have been upset. The food overall was pretty much bland everywhere we went, but the hibachi was good. The amenities, the service and the entertainment staff, though, I can't rave enough about! I wish I could have stayed longer. 5 nights was not enough... it's so big, there's too much!

This place is absolutely incredible! The rooms are cleaned twice a day, the food is out of this world (honestly hard to come home after eating here), and the staff is beyond amazing—so kind and helpful. One night I had a little too much to drink, and without me even asking, the waiter quietly brought me something to help me sober up. It worked, and the fact that they did it without making me feel embarrassed was just such a thoughtful touch. The spa area is gorgeous, complete with cucumber water and healthy little treats, and the room service is just as delicious as the restaurants. The drinks are fantastic too! There are fun games by the bar pool, a relaxing spa pool, and even a quiet pool meant just for unwinding. The bar pool still feels relaxing, but it also has energetic classes—we had a blast doing paddleboard yoga there! Truly one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. We’re already planning our next trip back in six months (or maybe even sooner!).

Returned for 2nd time, last here in 2018 and always have wanted to come back. What can I say that already hasn't been? This is and excellent 5 star(truly), beautiful all inclusive. The beach was clear and beautiful 4 days of our trip so we felt lucky the sargassum seems to be letting up. The activity pool is GREAT and the quiet pool I started calling "Eden" because that what I'd imaging it to look like. Food was fabulous, got into any restaurant easily w/ exception of Italian which had a wait so we just went to it another night. Loved the app and used it a lot to check on activities, what restaurants were open, to order room service and even to "chat" any questions. The staff is wonderful and eager to anticipate your needs even before you do. I always like looking at food pictures so am posting some of mine, the food is excellent here. Will return again next time we do an all inclusive in Mayan Riviera area. Note to resort... some shade awnings in the pools would be great... the sun is definitely hot!

We stayed in "luxury Suite with garden view private balcony" this is at the back of the building looking out over a large tree with an angled view of the local airport. It is quiet and away from the road (only a handful of hobby planes/ helicopters come and go in a day). This is a high quality spacious room with a pleasant balcony (including a hanging egg chair) and good quality shower (with hot water!) There are two cooking rings which work well, big fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking equipment (although no kettle or coffee maker). Everything is well presented and high quality. The AC works well. The pool on the roof is fun with a good view (nice at sunset and in the morning). A few things were still being finished or painted while we were there but value for money was very good for the city. It is a very short walk from fifth avenue and Juarez and eight or nine blocks (west) to a large supermarket beside the collectivo vans to Tulum (or the cenotes and rio secreto).

Host was excellent and attentive to my requests. Close to 5th Avenue, shopping and ferry to Cozumel, nice view from pool, convenient OXXO at corner and taxis readily available at door. Also liked the cocktail bar just outside the entrance. 1st level room makes coming and going, a breeze!

The rooftop pool, hot tub, lounge, and tables were the best. This was our 2nd hotel at Playa and it was nice to chill away from the 5th Ave and the beach. Also took advantage of their nice gym facility. The apartment is new, modern, and spacious.

Very nice looking modern and spacious apartment in a quiet street. Fully equipped so we had everything we needed. We also loved the rooftop pool which came in very handy since the beach was not at its best when we visited.

Great property and dining. The service and staff were wonderful. Would have liked a coffee shop, swim up bar in the adults only section and our bed wasn't great.

This was our first time at this property. Very nice that you had more than plenty walking paths, needed to be marked better. I got turned around several times and I am pretty good with direction. We found it strange that the family side had swim up bars but not the adult only. The private TRS Beach was nice and had great food choices (if it was stocked and ready to go). The service when it comes to the resturants weren't as attentive compared to others we have been to. Overall a great time and beautiful place.

Very nice resort. Private pool was amazing, a little small but perfect for relaxing. Some of the food at the buffets was only okay, but the restaurants were great. Staff was friendly and always remembered my name and what our plans were, even reminded me about a floating breakfast i booked and forgot about, which was good because the breakfast was amazing. Spa is very nice relaxing. Shows were fun. Pools were great and never felt too busy. Would definitely come back!

We went to TRS for a girls' trip and were impressed with the property. The lobby/main building is beautiful, and check-in went smoothly. We stayed in Villa 69, directly across from the smaller, more chill pool. We had jacuzzi poolside suites that were very spacious and clean. There are a lot of mirrors and areas to get ready and store your clothes and toiletries. Robes and slippers. The e-butlers were great in helping us with reservations, drinks for the room, cart service throughout the property, etc. The food at the restaurants was a bit hit or miss for us. We especially liked the food at Capricho and La Boheme. The Chic Caberet is fun but not as sexy as you imagine by the dancers before the show. The infinity pool was our favorite. We were too scared to get into the saltwater one. We did the hydro experience at the spa, which was "ok". Drinks were ever-flowing and not watered down. Room service late at night was terrible and took 2 hours for delivery. Our other hiccup was that the bellman didn't pick me up with my daughters as arranged, which caused a delay, stress, and a rushed breakfast before our transport arrived. This is an excellent place for a more relaxing and quiet vacation. If you want a nightclub and a crazy pool-side party vibe, you will end up at their sister Colonial property for a swim-up bar and live music. Shout out to Belen, Hugo, Alejandro and Nestor.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. There’s two other resorts you have access to which were nice. Our butler’s , Alexx and Maggie were very attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping to meet our every need. I’ve been to Mexico a few times and I can honestly this visit by far was the best! We got a room with the swim up pool. It was nice and spacious, room didn’t smell like mildew. Room service was fast (depending on time of the day) and accurate every time. Kelly, Marco,Henry, the manager at the Italian restaurant (can’t remember her name) Maggie and Alexx were all amazing and helped make our vacation memorable! I will be returning! Book it! You won’t be disappointed.

This is our second trip. We came right after they opened last year and had a great time but they were a little new. Second trip is even better. It’s a beautiful spot with a beautiful beach and amazing service. Marco by the beach pool will take fantastic care of you. The restaurant has a well deserved Michelin star - the best meal we’ve had in Mexico. My only complaint would be that the water is not very deep and you have to swim out a bit for good water. Beach is stunning otherwise! We will be back again!

This was a somewhat impromptu 4 day trip with my wife and 5 year old son, and what a lovely trip it was! Firstly, the staff at the hotel were simply wonderful without exception. This was beyond your typical 5-star experience, and I've stayed at a lot of top class hotels around the world. I jokingly said to my wife, this could be the peak, it's all downhill from here... One anecdote - we ordered room service for dinner one night as my son was tired. When our delicious meal was delivered, the head Chef came along too, and explained how the meal was prepared along with the ingredients! That was a first, but an exceptional touch. Occupancy was pretty low given the season, and we were upgraded to a room with a plunge pool, which was really amazing. My 5 year old was in that pool first thing in the morning, and we had breakfast on the terrace each morning. Special shout out to Pedro, Ramon & Eros at the Pool Bar, thanks for taking such good care of us!

This property is truly something special! If you appreciate architecture and nature, you MUST go! The entire resort is stunning from every angle. To top it off, the staff is so incredibly kind and attentive! I chose Edition Riviera Maya to celebrate my 50th birthday. I walked into the stunning room with a private plunge pool to a hand written note from the staff and this delicious chocolate cake. While you are there, you are referred to as “familia” and that’s exactly how you feel….like you are spending time with family. The main pool is stunning, but there is also an adults only beach club with a pool for adults. The team there. Bartolo, Brian, Marco, and Andy remember your drink orders, set you up in super comfy cabanas and take such good care of you. We also had Edgardo, who checked in on us all every day….the spa was gorgeous and the Signature massage was amazing. I cannot wait to return!!

Can't say enough great things about this property & can't wait to return! Stunning lobby & vertical garden, the potted plants anywhere were so welcoming & beautiful. The staff & service are exceptional. We had an issue with a leaky ceiling our first night & engineering came out immediately. The repair took an hour or do late at night so the front desk manager came to chat with us the following morning & resolved it efficiently, fairly & with grace. Food is phenomenal; we enjoyed 2 dinners on-site as well as breakfast on one day & lunch 3 days. Our room was impressive with generous square footage, a private pool & patio & comfy bed. The pool was our fave with surrounding greenery & loads of loungers to choose from (nothing annoys me more than staying at a hotel that doesn't have enough pool loungers for their guest occupancy, Vegas!). Chaise lounges with the thickest, comfiest cushions; it was really hard to leave each afternoon. Don't hesitate, book now!

This resort is nestled in the middle of the mangroves and from the entry path winding through the mangroves all the way to the picturesque design ( instagram generation wont be able to stop clicking) and next level attentiveness to service, this resort won all of our family’s heart. Plunge pool made the room exotic for the kids, while Chefs personal care to look outside the advertised menu for our vegetarian friendly family made us feel welcome, while the food presentation, colors and quality was top notch. The staff genuinely wants to compete the guests experience and continues to surprise whether it’s the wonderful conversation at the bar ( oh and you have to see the bar in person to beleive how pretty it is!) , lollies dolled out at the pool, ensuring you have transportation without you asking for the options, even extending our room keys activation time to match our final rides arrival without us calling anyone for help! Thanks to Paco at food service, Main chef who is a maestro , Ismail the bar tender for his care , and to V for her bias for action for our transportation logistics! Many more stars in their staff and I only hope our family gets a chance to visit again … Thankyou from my family to Editon family ..

Second time to this resort. We really enjoy the food and pool. Both times we have had a swim up room. Never used the pool because it was too cold.. this time we didn't use the pool because it was green and cloudy.

Spacious hotel with a large pool, swim up bar and pool activities (basketball hoops, volleyball net etc.) Good quality food and drinks especially in the Asian restaurant and pool/ beach restaurant Bedroom was large and comfortable with all amenities needed

We loved everything about the resort! We were very amazed at how friendly and open everyone was. We loved the smaller size and the food was amazing! We loved not having to show a band or prove who we were and everyone was always so helpful. The room with the swim up pool was out of this world!

Property was very nice and beautiful. The room was very nice and we slept great on the mattress. The swim out pool view room was wonderful. We wish the food had been a bit better. It was ok but just not great. Food needed more seasoning.

My group of 4 couples had a fantastic time at Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya. Everything was amazing from check-in to check-out. Great food, awesome drinks, cool entertainment, rooms were perfect! We loved the swim out feature, but I know every room there is great. Really nice beach, outdoor pool, and multiple bars. I could not recommend this place more!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful. From the time they greet you at the front to when you leave you're treated like royalty. Find Angel and Edgar at the swim-up pool bar. They will treat you right!

Upgraded to a swim up room. Desk clerk said that was rare but was able to because of low occupancy. Due to Expedia booking we also got a late checkout and were able to make reservations at the restaurants

My friends and I had a great week at the Valentin. It was a completely relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed staying in a swim up suit. All the workers are super friendly.

The swim up bars and restaurants had great food options. Our golden suite room was dirty.

Went here ten years ago for our honeymoon and came back for our anniversary! Although some things have changed post COVID, the food was still great, grounds and rooms were super clean and well taken care of and we truly enjoyed our visit. We had the cheapest room and it was still very nice, but I think if we return we will spend the extra for beachside or a private pool.

We had a fantastic experience thanks to the excellent service throughout our stay. At the bar, Carlos and Israel made our evenings memorable with delicious cocktails and an incredible tequila tasting. Dinner every night was outstanding, and Jorge and Valeria consistently provided exceptional service. All the staff and ambassadors we met were incredibly polite and friendly. The pool area was always spotless, with clean towels and well-maintained loungers. Whenever we wanted to visit the restaurants or areas in the other part of the hotel, transportation was readily available with staff waiting to assist us. Communication was also excellent — we were kept informed daily through a WhatsApp group about wellness activities, special events at the pool and plaza, and daily menus. The only downside was the beach area. Right next to the hotel’s beach was a public beach section where non-guests could gather. It often became noisy and littered, making it less enjoyable. I would have loved to swim and relax in the sea, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations.

The service was fantastic and prompt, food and drinks were good. We rarely had to go to the bar for a drink because we were served by the pool / beach. Gustavo and Jennifer were great in the restaurant, Jorge at the pool was exceptional. Our ocean view room had a great view and was clean.

We opted for Beachfront in order to try something a little different from the larger hotels in the area. A summary is pretty easy: this place is excellent. The staff are wonderful and incredibly responsive (use the Whatsapp group they set up for you, it's perfect), in particular Lucas and Johana, you guys are great! If you want lots of people and lots of activities, go to the main Fives hotel next door, this is not the place for you! If you want quiet, and no difficulty finding comfortable loungers any time you want them on the private area of the beach or by the pool; premium drinks mixed to your needs; attentive and friendly staff; then come here. We had a couple of issues with the room but they were dealt with immediately. I heard some people talking about low hot water pressure so be aware of that. Others have talked about the setup - a shuttle to the main hotel for the restaurants and activities there should you want them (the restaurant at Beachfront does now cover all meals, but the Fives hotel restaurants give more options; we particularly liked Koh Thai and Brasserie but were glad to get back from the noise to our own quiet hotel!) and so on. The rooms here are not especially big, but since the aim isn't to be in them much of the day that was no issue to us, the room was ample. There is a public beach right next to Beachfront which has a barrier to the waves and is very pleasant - very little seaweed. Beautiful sand too. It's not perfect but I'd recommend it.

The food and service here are exceptional. I only wish they had more variety for the dinner and room service menu so that the resort was enough without traveling to the sister resort next door. I didn't enjoy my experiences at the fives except for the dinner at Arezzo. The beachfront restaurant and pool and bar are all great quality. I didn't like that the resort is so close to a public beach access. When you shuttle to the other property you go through a back road which is not nice at all. It'd be nice if the two resorts being connected wasn't such an afterthought. A nice walking or shuttle path would be better. I also thought the room was a bit odd. It was very nice and had a great balcony. But there was barely any furniture. I couldn't put most of my clothes away. And there was no where to eat in the room if we got room service.. The room was also very poorly lit I couldn't see much at night. Only dim lamps and overhead lights only in the shower and toilet room. Overall a few little things that added up that weren't great but could easily be improved to make this place even better. It was a very nice stay overall with great service and amenities.

What a great find can not fault it staff & service is excellent, location great, facilities perfect, rooms clean and comfy. And the main reason we selected the hotel was the a la carte and cocktails and they did not disappoint the food (especially the lunches) were superb as you’ll see from most of my photos. I even had time to relax and do a little sketch of the pool. It’s a little hotel which we wanted as not a big hotel person but if you want the sister hotel is a 5 minute walk along the beach or a shuttle service can be used. We went over to the sister hotel but it’s just the same old large hotel with usual foods on offer that don’t come close to the food at the beachfront. All the staff were fantastic but a special mention to Yvonne who kept us hydrated on the beach with water in the mornings and the mezcalitas in the afternoon. All the staff were great and I know I’ll miss some names but also thanks to Alex, Kevin, Gustavo, Saul, Eduardo, Omar, Jorge and many more…. Will defo recommend and we hope to be back next time we are in Mexico

Wonderful experience in every way. The attentiveness of the staff, the authenticity of everyone we met, the excellent food, comfort of the room were all outstanding. But, the most special part of the experience was the subtle Mayan influence that clearly, for those of us who are healers, found quite wonderful. We celebrated our 36 years of marriage in Maroma.

This is the best and most beautiful hotel we have ever been so far.. Everyone in the hotel is extremely caring and nice, food is amazing, every restaurant is unique, the level on detail is perfect! We can’t wait to go back! Special thanks to Rosita and Julio for all the advices and excellent treatment. Gracias por todo!

Every part of our stay was perfect down to every last detail! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive—we didn’t have to lift a finger :)The staff literally took care of everything. Food was excellent in every regard and the property was immaculate. We’d return to stay at Maroma without a second thought.

They let me check out at 7 pm. I’m sure this wouldn't have happened if they were fully booked, but I felt like royalty the whole time. The steak at Wooden is the best I’ve ever had. 💯

Unrivaled service. There is not the word No in their vocabulary. The restaurants are exceptional and the setting is ideal. The place is perfect for relaxation and to switch off.
